This is to kindly bring to your notice the induction of sitting TMC MLA Monirul Islam of Labhpur, to our party BJP. This has indeed been a matter of displeasure to the scores of party workers and volunteers across West Bengal.
Similar voices have also come up from parliamentary candidates as well from the state. The concerned person, Manirul, is a notorious for having openly asked TMC workers to indulge in violence.
He has also reportedly threatened Hindus for shouting “Jai Shri Ram”. A quick google search will help you find enough evidence against this person. Such people joining the party will not only hamper our image but also weaken the cause that we have worked so hard to establish in the land of Bengal.
We request your immediate intervention in this matter, and the reversal of the membership of Mr. Manirul Islam.
