Shilanyas – Foundation stone laying ceremony of BAPS Hindu Mandir at Abu Dhabi

On 20th April, Saturday, an auspicious Vedic Shilanyas (Stone Laying ceremony) was performed by HH Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj, the spiritual head of BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha and by the dignitaries on the land that was generously gifted by the Royal Crown of Abu Dhabi, Prince H.E. Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan. BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha is the organisation entrusted by the Crown Prince and Government of India to build the temple.

This auspicious Shilanyas ceremony was performed at the temple site of Abu Dhabi (Abu Mureikha) in presence of Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Sheikh Nahyan Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance, thousands of devotees, well wishers  of many religious denominations and dignitaries from all walks of life from Indian, Emirati communities and from all over the world.

Pujya Brahmavihari Swami, spokesperson of BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha and chief coordinator of this mandir said, “Everyone is aware that relations between India and UAE are already great and a temple like this is going to enhance love and friendship. A Mandir is a bridge between man and God. So this mandir will be a bridge between communities, neighbours and God. It is going to create better relationship for everyone, not only for India and UAE.’

His Holiness Mahant Swami Maharaj prayed for the peace, betterment and harmony for all.On 18th April, Sheikh Nahyan Mabarak Al Nahyan, UAE Minister of Tolerance, officially welcomed HH Pujya Mahant Swami Maharaj as a State Guest at the start of his 11 day visit to UAE.

Mandir Glimpse:

The Mandir will be located on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi on Dubai- Abu Dhabi highway and spread over 13.5 acres of land along with a separate land of parking. Rajasthan pink stone and marbles will be used in this mandir. The mandir will have seven shikhar those symbolises seven Amirates of UAE. The mandir will be a comprehensive centre with exhibitions, thematic gardens with water fountains or watershows, multipurpose assembly halls, visitor centre, vegetarian food court, book stall and gift souvenir shop, gymnasium and many facilities. Also, it will have provision to perform traditional Hindu marriage ceremonies. The mandir sculpting will be performed in India by more than two thousand sculptors. This temple is believed to be completed within 2 to 3 years.This will be an iconic place for people of all faiths to come here and experience Hindu Dharma and Indian culture.

Last year in 2018, on 11th February, the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi had unveiled the model of this traditional stone Mandir. In his address, Prime Minister had thanked the Crown Prince H.E. Mohamed bin Zayed al Nahyan for providing the land and permission for building a traditional temple. He further added, “The first traditional temple in Abu Dhabi will act as a catalyst for the flourishment of humanitarian values and harmony between the two countries. The temple will become a medium for India’s identity.”

The temple was inspired by His Holiness Pramukh Swami Maharaj, fifth spiritual head of BAPS since his spiritual touring in this region since 1990s.

Why ‘The Tashkent Files’ is a must watch

Well, when the Tashkent Files movie started rolling on the big screen, my backhand mind was trying to connect the ‘mockings’, and adjectives like ‘junk’ uttered with sheer arrogance and biases in leading media bodies like Hindustan Times, Indian Express and NDTV (of course).

When you watch the movie you’ll know why. And you’ll question about their allegiance with Congress and nation. For a citizen who has not yet been mind washed by left crafted narratives, and is able to question the hypocrisy would find not one but multiple reasons to watch The Tashkent Files.

The Tashkent Files is an honest attempt at bringing all the original texts and written content, or any kind of evidence possible which we were never informed about. All the evidence which pointed towards that dynasty which has mercilessly ruled the country. Among many original sources that the movie has shown, the most horrifying is ‘Mitrokhin archives’ which in the plain text tells that Congress and the then PM Gandhi put the country on sale.

Clearly, the motives of Vivek Agnihotri is not only to question the pre and post situations build up of our 2nd PM’s death. Through different characters he also makes us wonder what history we have been reading. And written by whom. After independence, Congress left every literature in the textbooks at the disposal of leftists. The leftist who crafted narratives to make us oblivion about our real history about real facts. What we know now is a story made to suit the then rulers and left agenda made out of meticulously hand-picked versions of incidents, such that the story prevails and the truth is ignored. So today the children know ‘Great Mughals’ but not how many women they raped, how many temples they demolished, how many children and men were butchered by them. This is just one example. The Tashkent Files will horrify your imaginations about how much we have been misinformed and if all we know is nothing but strategically constructed mind frame.

Another persuasive reason to watch the movie is to understand how hypocrite our media bodies are. Whereas most of the media body slammed the movie for technicalities, none of them mentioned the evident research visible in the film. Some of the reviews called it a ‘dirty trick’. And this is appalling. If this film had used only rumours and floating narratives, one might have gone to one extreme and call it biased and ‘dirty trick’. But in the movie, every fact mentioned, every point made clearly shows existing documented texts-be it medical reports of Shashtriji or the claims of the spies, or even about how Congress and Indira Gandhi put the country on sale. It is hard to take down the throat that, our so responsive media on Rafale totally missed the points, which put Congress and Gandhi family under a dark shadow. (Imagine if a movie comes out with sources talking from international books which claims anything negative about Modi or RSS).

The Taskent Files more than a film is a metaphor which can be used for many similar incidents like Bose, Din Dayal Upadhyaya, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee etc. After watching the film, one can wonder what steps Nehru would have considered for subliming Bose, who was a fierce leader and far more capable than Nehru.

As just a movie, it could have been much better with more space to certain characters, better music, and better cinematography. It is important to mention here that unlike movies with left agenda, it would have taken a hard time for Agnihotri to gather ample resources. (learning how hard it was to bring his first creation Buddha in a Traffic Jam on the floor).

I wonder if we Indians had some genetic transformation in the 1000 year of foreign rule. Or have we become a slave by nature? Cause every other country threw away the mentioned corrupt leaders (in Mitrokhin Archives) and then here we’re! The one who put ‘Emergency’ on our country, who bled the Indian public with atrocities, the one who assassinated our constitution by inducting ‘socialist’ and ‘secular’, has ‘Statues’ everywhere in the county. Her dynast Rahul Gandhi has the audacity to ask for the votes from the same public. How much and what kind of brainwash we have been subjected to since years…that people are silent. While watching the ceremonial speech of Shri Hukmdev Narayan Yadav, when he was felicitated as ‘Utkrishta Sansad’, I felt how much Congress has damaged this great country of ours. The emotions and words of Shri Narayan make us feel how much such leaders have been denied representation and appropriate place. All just so that a family with a borrowed Gandhi surname could rule.

Modi is not second ‘Shastri’ but certainly only second to him who has the possibility of being at the chair for long. And that’s why the artificial unrest of words. (because for rest all…still, Congress is to blame.)

I urge all of you watch Tashkent Files, it may not be an excellent piece of the movie but certainly, a well researched hard work which Congress doesn’t want you to know, which a section of media doesn’t want you to know. Only as an informed citizen, we can open the vault of many such treacherous secrets and debuff the toxicity for more people like Vivek Agnihotri to come out. At the end kudos to Vivek for this movie, I can’t be in his shoes but imagine the risks and hardships he must have taken to bring this out, in the otherwise hollow film industry.

Flawed democracy & why Pakistan is not Bharat’s biggest enemy

The biggest threat to Bharat is the flawed democracy that she has not adopted but has rather been imposed on her by the Constituent Assembly constituted in December, 1946 in the form of Constitution of India. We are told that the Constitution of India is the certificate of a democratic state which Bharat claims to be and is it considered that the 42nd Amendment Act of 1976 (by way of which the term “secular” was added in the Preamble) is a glorious example of this claim. The constitutional discourse at present seems to be more of an emotional and utopian concept rather than a pragmatic and realistic blueprint of a nation’s governing model. The term “democracy” is not defined in our Constitution however the etymology of the term is from the Greek word “dēmokratía” which means “rule of the people”. But the question to be asked is “which people”?

Can democracy survive if the people determining the rules have no adherence towards democratic or constitutional values? Can democracy survive if those who have no respect towards a nation’s territorial sovereignty and indulge in slogans like “Bharat Tere Tukde Honge Inshallah Inshallah!” are allowed to determine the policies of the nation? Can democracy survive if a segment of the population openly claiming that their religious laws and rules will always prevail over laws or rules of the democratic nation is allowed to have a veto in the national and constitutional discourse? I don’t think so. If democracy in a nation is to survive the population needs to understand, cultivate and adhere towards democratic values and principles. Religion or faith should not be an impediment to such values.

But in Bharat we have seen over the last many decades that segments of population have displayed rent seeking demands towards democracy instead of accepting and cultivating the true nature of democratic values. They are more interested in having their own way rather than reaching a consensus to proceed further. Unfortunately, the establishment in Bharat has encouraged and fuelled such rent seeking demands resulting into a major threat to the national security and integrity of our nation. The independence movement of India was very clearly rooted in the Hindu value systems as described by Swami Vivekanada and Shri Aurobindo. Mahatma Gandhi too donned the attire of a sadhu in order to reach out to Bharatiyas.

However, from 1947 it seems as if the Constitution has deliberately discarded such principles and has adopted a jumbled up concept of Western liberal thought and democracy thereby making the nature of the Constitution as non-Bharatiya. We have not created a state on the lines of separation of state and religion but rather a state which has excluded Dharma from its strategic framework. An Adharmic state has been created in the name of an egalitarian society which doesn’t even understand the challenges it faces from within or outside and never found its true path.

The idea of democracy cannot merely be restricted to elections for public office. The idea needs to transcend the boundaries of our minds so that we can analyse and decide the path our nation will take to decide its future. We need to understand that a democratic state will only survive if the state remains protected from threats arising from within or outside the nation. We cannot have democracy without a democratic state and hence “rule of the people” should mean rule of those people who believe in the concept of democracy and will fight to protect it. This brings me to the second part of my article i.e Why Pakistan is not Bharat’s biggest enemy?

The most dangerous enemy in a war is not the one who charges at you with a sword from the front but the one who stabs you in the back even if it is with a small knife. You will never be backstabbed by the enemy but it is your friends (or those who you think are your friends) who will backstab you resulting into your loss or death. It is my firm belief that Pakistan has never backstabbed us. They have surely used deceptive tactics on us but such measures have always been part of Pakistan’s tactical strategy. Pakistan has never claimed to be a friend or well-wisher of India.

In fact Pakistan has always been extremely forthright about its intentions and core values vis-à-vis India i.e Ghazwa-E-Hind and elimination of Hindu culture. The biggest enemies of Bharat are the ones who reside within her borders and are attempting break her from within for the past many decades. These enemies may take the form of politician, bureaucrat, journalist, artist, academic etc. but just like in Ramayana they are Rakshasas in the guise of sadhus and hence it is imperative that we the people of Bharat must recognize them and play our part in defeating such evil forces.

We all must be aware of the phrase “keep your friends close but your enemies closer” but in the present context of proxy war we must practice “keep one eye on your enemy and the other one on your friend” as macro civilizations tend to be vulnerable and brittle from within. Our democracy is partially blind and has no way to distinguish between nationalism and rent seeking behaviour and this is where the society must step in to fill the gaps. Hence, I believe we need to modify our democracy and our Constitution so that the core values therein can be protected and preserved. We need to list out those who use our nation’s democracy and Constitution to further their personal agendas and remove them from electoral process to begin with.

Lastly, I would only like to state that our nation is in danger and our flawed democracy is the reason behind it. Let us correct those flaws and identify the real enemies that reside within Bharat.

Sadhvi Pragya- A textbook case of woman torture

The Congress party has been appeasing India’s minority-vote banks at record level since Independence and much before that. None of the liberals objected or pointed an accusing finger at the party for its blatant communal appeal. The world is made to believe that the minority pandering by the Congress as “protection of minority”, a basic principle of the liberal democracy mandated by the League of Nations after the world war-I and United Nations Organisation (UNO) after world war-II. The Congress used this principle (as appeasement of minorities) as a garb to garner minority-voters to tilt balance of victory to its side. In this process the party has been astutely politically expedient all along.

During the time of UPA I&II, though the Congress was in coalition government, with minor share of votes on it’s own, Sonia Gandhi ruled India from behind the curtain, is a fact. To please Her Highness, the so-called Hindus in the Congress, stooped to the level of calling their own religion: Hindu religion, a terror mongering one. In what way are they self-respecting? In thousands of years of history of Hindu ethos, none called the religion or its people supporters/perpetrators of terror. The Congress shamelessly called saffron terror/ Hindu terror only to malign this country’s majority in the eyes of the world.

The self-serving Hindu politicians of the Congress Messrs Digvijaya Singh, Chidambaram, the then Home Minister Susheel Kumar Shinde et.al coined the word, “saffron terror”/“Hindu terror” to please their High command Sonia ji. They are paying the price now with the entry of the victim of such labelled terror, Sadhvi Pragya entering into the poll fray against the very proponent of Hindu terror: Digvijaya Singh. Now, she is emboldened as the biggest political party in the ruling is at her back to support.

Digvijaya Singh’s outlandish conspiracy theories about the 26/11 Mumbai attack and the Batla-House encounter are explicit of his sectarian ideology. If anyone thinks or assess Sadhvi to be extreme in her ideology, the same applies to Singh. There’s nothing wrong in pitting one extreme against another. That’s what politics is all about.

Many liberal journalists are making a big hue and cry over terror cases against her. Whether the cases have any substance or are they fabricated is yet to be known when the jury is out. Sadhvi Pragya’s campaigning now is catching eye balls. Her revelations of her prison-life with third-degree torture by the police (to a woman who dedicated her life to protect Hindu Dharma) are drawing empathy and sympathy. Even if one assumes that she overstepped her brief in protecting her Dharma, the kind of treatment meted out to a woman in the cell is abominable. How does Priyanka Gandhi Vadra react to the inhuman treatment given to Sadhvi in their own Congress government? After all she (Priyanka Vadra) showed so much sympathy on Nalini (Rajiv Gandhi’s assassin in terror attack) by going to the prison to know her version of the crime and to pardon her! So also, Rahul Gandhi, a self-proclaimed “love-promoter”!

The story of Sadhvi Pragya is interesting as it unfolds the victimhood of a woman who was pulverised physically and humiliated mentally for no other reason other than the bike of hers having been used by someone in that terror act. There’s no direct role of hers or her part in it. No established fact till date of her involvement. She was imprisoned for nine years because some miscreant had used her bike. There was no charitable understanding what she said in those days of the Congress. No wonder, the Congress was shown the door in 2014. Not only that, it (the party) was also called pro Muslim and an anti-Hindu party.

A K Antony clearly stated this in his commissioned report: That people got a perception that the Congress bats for a few communities, especially minorities. The Congress cannot now use the double standards of a shield to minorities and a sword to majorities as people are wise enough to understand its tactics. All in all, Pragya Sadhvi’s candidature should be viewed in a woman-victimhood point, that too, in a gruelling way rather than on the issues that are under sub judice. To suffice it, even Priyanka Chaturvedi, the spokesperson of the Congress party, recently left the party due to ill treatment she got as a woman in the party.

Struggling to get over the shock they got from the popular mandate in 2014, and in their bid to regain power at the center, the liberals have dramatically transformed themselves into self-proclaimed crusaders of democracy. Not surprisingly, in their new avatar, they have been crying foul over anything and everything amongst which malfunctioning of the EVMs is one of their election favorites. All top opposition leaders including, Congress President Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal, Mayawati, and Miss Mamta Banerjee have for long strained vocal cords preaching a concocted EVM scam.

However, yesterday when in a sheer demonstration of blatant misuse of power, voting was denied to not one or two, but an entire village of six hundred residents belonging to the Hindu community from Raiganj in West Bengal, the crusaders of democracy had their lips stitched and their eyes turned away. There couldn’t have been a better display of the tactic of playing ostrich when exposed. However, I doubt it will work in 2019. The solemn silence of both the secular brigade and the self-proclaimed crusaders of democracy over Raiganj is the loudest justification for Modi to be back in power.

Watch The Times Now Report Which Exposes How Hindus Were Denied Their Democratic Right To Vote In Mamata’s Bengal:

In his report, the Times now journalist Tamal Saha exposes how members of the Hindu community from Madhyapurwari in Raiganj were threatened and not allowed to cast their votes. The dominant members of Muslim Community who were mostly TMC supporters chased away the Hindu voters and also connived with the local presiding officers to allow them to cast bogus votes on behalf of non-existent candidates. What’s even disturbing in this entire episode is that the Hindus in the area were denied their democratic right to vote not because they were supporting a particular political party but for being a Hindu.

It can be seen that when Saha asks a Hindu woman if she was able to vote, the reply was shocking. She said that she couldn’t because the Muslims in the area have prohibited Hindus from voting. Gathering around the journalist one can see voters displaying their Ids and expressing how they were treated by local TMC goons from the Muslim Community when they tried to cast their votes. The officers at the polling booth had no answers as to why they were not allowed to vote and how come there was rampant bogus voting. Also, when asked why there was no polling agent from other parties except Mamta led TMC, the officers had no answer. An unknown fear seems to have made them absolutely numb and dumb.

The situation in West Bengal is alarming. The pimps of power have sold their souls to their political Masters. If this doesn’t disturb you enough to make you stand against such blatant misuse of power happening right now in Mamta’s West Bengal, know that it won’t be late when we have another Kashmir and Bengali Hindu refugees seeking asylum in their own country.

आपने बहुत सारे लोगों को कहते हुए सुना होगा की प्रेम से हर चीज का समाधान निकाला जा सकता है और प्रेम से ही संसार को जीता जा सकता है। कबीर ने भी अपने दोहे में प्रेम को ही सर्वोच्य बताया है।

“पोथी पढ़ि पढ़ि जग मुआ, पंडित भया न कोय। ढाई आखर प्रेम का, पढ़े सो पंडित होय।। “इसका सीधा मतलब ये है की किताबी ज्ञान से कोई पंडित नहीं बन पाया है लेकिन प्रेम के ढाई अक्षर पढ़ कर पंडित बना जा सकता है। हमारी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री ने न जाने कितने अनगिनत फिल्में ऐसी बनाई हैं जिसका मूल उद्देश्य प्रेम को हर चीज से ऊपर दिखना ही रहा है।लेकिन क्या सच में प्रेम ही हर चीज का समाधान है और क्या प्रेम से सच में हर चीज का समाधान निकाला जा सकता है?

महाभारत में कृष्ण की भूमिका को नकारा नहीं जा सकता,यहाँ कृष्ण की चर्चा मैं इसलिए कर रहा हूँ क्यूँकि कृष्ण को प्रेम के प्रतिक के रूम में देखा जाता है। अर्जुन का प्रेम ही था अपने भाइयों के लिए जिस कारन वो युद्ध नहीं करना चाह रहे थे,लेकिन कृष्ण के उपदेश के बाद ही उन्होंने शस्त्र उठाने का फैसला किया और फिर महाभारत का युद्ध हुआ। रामायण में रावण माता सीता का हरन कर के ले गया यह एक तरह का जबरन प्रेम दर्शाने का तरीका था। श्री राम द्वारा लंका जा कर रावण का संघार करना उनके अपने पत्नी के प्रति प्रेम को स्थापित करता है और अगर यह न हुआ होता तो रामायण भी नहीं होता। पुरे विश्व में अनगिनत फिल्में ऐसी बनती हैं जिसमे नायक अपने प्रेम को साबित करने के लिए कई तरह के परेशानियों को झेल कर निकलता है और अंततोगत्वा प्रेम की ही जीत होती है।

अभी लोकसभा चुनाव में नफरत की राजनीती के काफी चर्चे हैं, राहुल गाँधी जी द्वारा कई बार ऐसे वक्तव्य दिए गए हैं जिसमे उन्होंने कहा है की वो नरेंद्र मोदी जी से प्रेम करते हैं। राहुल गाँधी जी का प्रेम दिखाना जायज है लेकिन चुनाव प्रेम से नहीं लड़ के जीते जाते हैं। अगर प्रेम से ही चुनाव जीते जाते तो यह नहीं कहा जाता की कांग्रेस पार्टी चुनाव लड़ रही है बल्कि ये कहा जाता की कांग्रेस पार्टी प्रेम कर रही है,और यह काफी हास्यास्पद होता। वैसे जिस तरह के नारे कांग्रेस पार्टी द्वारा पिछले कई चुनाव में दिए गए हैं उस हिसाब से यह भी मुमकिन है की ये प्रेम का नारा भी किसी चुनाव में उपयोग में लाया जाये और कम से कम यह नारा एक सकारात्मक नारा होगा “चौकीदार चोर है” “विकाश पागल हो गया है” जैसा नकारात्मक नारा नहीं।

वैसे प्रेम की एक खासियत यह है की यह आपको कमजोर बना देता है, हो सकता है आप इस बात से तवज्जो न रखते हों लेकिन अगर आप प्रेम की तह में उतरेंगे तो आप समझेंगे की प्रेम आपको लाचार और कमजोर करता है।प्रेम आपको ऊर्जावान तो बनता है लेकिन दुनिया से लड़ने की ताकत या बगावत करने की हिम्मत तब आती है जब आप अपने किसी प्यारी चीज को खोने की कगार पर होते हो या खो चुके होते हो।मांझी की कहानी से आप जरूर अवगत होंगे की कैसे उसने पहाड़ को अकेले ही ध्वस्त कर दिया, जिस पहाड़ के कारन उसके पत्नी की मृत्यु हुई थी। उस पहाड़ को चीर देने की ताकत,रास्ता बनाने की हिम्म्मत तब नहीं आयी जब उसकी पत्नी जीवित थी, यह तब मुमकिन हुआ जब उन्होंने अपनी पत्नी को खो दिया।आज समाज में प्रेम विवाह का चलन बढ़ा है और समाज का वो तबका जो इसके सक्त खिलाफ हुआ करता था थोड़ा बहुत लचीला जरूर हुआ है। आप किसी भी प्रेमी युगल में बगावत को अगर देखेंगे, तो वह तब होता है जब एक दूसरे से बिछरने का डर उनके मन में घर कर जाता है न की तब जब वह प्रेम के मैदान में भविष्य का खेल खेलते रहते हैं। हालाँकि प्रेम के विफल होने की कहानियाँ हमारे समाज में ज्यादा है अपेक्षाकृत सफल होने की कहनियों से। असफलता का कारन भी प्रेम ही है,अगर प्रेम की ताकत इतनी न हो की समाज से लड़ सके या अपने अपनों के खिलाफ खड़ा हो सके तो इसका साफ़ मतलब है की आपका समाज या अपने परिवार के प्रति प्रेम ज्यादा है आपके खुद के प्रेम से और यह गलत भी नहीं है। मनुष्य एक सामाजिक प्राणी है और अगर आपको समाज में रहना है तो समाज के कायदे कानून को मानना चाहिए। बगावत करने की ताकत न होना आपकी कमजोरी को दर्शाता है और आप उस जंग के रस्ते से गुजरते ही नहीं हो तो सफलता मिलना तो नमुमकिन ही है।

प्रेम की ऊर्जा,प्रेम की ताकत आपको प्रेम के प्रति जागृत तो करती है लेकिन सफलता तक पहुंचने के लिए आपको लड़ना ही परता है। गाँधी की विचारधारा गलत नहीं है की एक गाल पे थप्पड़ परे तो दूसरा आगे कर दो लेकिन गाँधी की विचारधारा के साथ साथ सुभास चंद्र बोस का नारा “तुम मुझे खून दो मैं तुम्हे आजादी दूंगा” भी जरुरी है। अगर अहिंसा के धर्म से ही केवल आजादी मिलती तो भगत सिंह जैसे वीर सपूत इस देश में पैदा नहीं होते।किसी भी प्रेम को शाबित करने के लिए एक ऐसे पथ से गुजरना परता है जो जुंग-ए-मैदान से हो कर गुजरती है। आप प्रेम को जंग से अलग नहीं कर सकते, निष्कर्ष तक पहुंचने के लिए आपको इस रास्ते से गुजरना ही पड़ेगा।प्रेम समाधान दो दे सकता है लेकिन जंग के बिना नहीं, फैसला आपको करना है की प्रेम में रहकर आप केवल कमजोर रहना चाहते हैं या जंग कर के हांसिल करना।

जनता की अदालत में फैसला अभी बाकी है

कुछ समय पहले अमेरिका के एक शिखर के बेस बॉल खिलाड़ी जो कि वहाँ के लोगों के दिल में सितारा हैसियत रखते थे, उन पर अपनी पत्नी की हत्या का आरोप लगा। लेकिन परिस्थिति जन्य साक्ष्य के आभाव में वो अदालत से बरी कर दिए गए जबकि जज पूरी तरह आश्वस्त थे कि कत्ल उसने ही किया है क्योंकि फैसला “कानून के दायरे” में ही किया जाता है। अदालत या फिर कोई संवैधानिक संस्था चाहे कहीं की भी हो, विश्व में उनके द्वारा इस प्रकार के फैसले दिए जाना कोई नई या अनोखी बात नहीं है। लेकिन अदालत के इस फैसले के बाद जो अमेरिका में हुआ वो जरूर अनूठा था। क्योंकि कोर्ट से “बाइज़्ज़त बरी” होकर ये सितारा खिलाड़ी जब अपने महलनुमा घर पहुंचे, तो उनके चौकीदार ने उन्हें घर की चाबियाँ देते हुए कहा कि उनके दर्जन भर सेवक अदालत के फैसले से आहत होकर त्यागपत्र दे चुके हैं और वह खुद भी केवल उन्हें ये चाबियां सौंपने के लिए ही रुका हुआ था। इतना ही नहीं जब उन्होंने अपने पसंदीदा रेस्टोरेंट में टेबल बुक करनी चाही तो उन्हें मना कर दिया गया।

जब वो स्वयं रेस्टोरेंट पहुंच गए जो लगभग खाली था, तो भी उन्हें टेबल नहीं दी गई। वैसे तो यह प्रसंग पुराना है लेकिन वर्तमान चुनावी दौर में प्रासंगिक प्रतीत होता है। क्योंकि जिस प्रकार से आज देश का लगभग हर राजनेता और राजनैतिक दल दोनों ही “राज” की चाह में नैतिक पतन की हदें पार करते जा रहे हैं वो वाकई में दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। लेकिन उससे अधिक दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण हैं इन मामलों में चुनाव आयोग के फैसले और उनका असर। चाहे धर्म अथवा जाति के आधार पर वोटों का ध्रुवीकरण करने वाले बयान से या फिर धन बल के प्रयोग से मतदाताओं को प्रलोभन देकर जिस संविधान को बचाने के लिए चुनाव लड़ा जा रहा हो उसी संविधान की धज़्ज़ियाँ उड़ाते नेता हों या फिर अश्लीलता की सारी हदें पार करते आज़म खान के बयान हों। चुनाव आयोग ने जो 48 से 72 घंटों तक इन नेताओं के चुनाव प्रचार करने पर प्रतिबंध लगाकर जो “सख्ती” दिखाई है वो कितनी असरदार रही ये तो चुनाव आयोग के इस “सख्त फैसले” के तुरंत बाद नवजोत सिंह सिद्धू के बयानों ने साफ कर दिया है। ना सिर्फ वे बिहार की एक सभा में मुसलमानों को एकजुट होकर मतदान करने के लिए प्रेरित कर रहे हैं बल्कि गुजरात की सभा में तो प्रधानमंत्री पर हमले करते हुए वे भाषा की मर्यादा तक लांघ रहे हैं।

वहीं राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री देश के राष्ट्रपति के पद तक को जातिगत राजनीति में लपेटने की कोशिश करते दिख रहे हैं। तो पश्चिम बंगाल में बांग्लादेश के कलाकार तृणमूल कांग्रेस का प्रचार करते पाए जाते हैं। चुनावी राजनीति में जिस प्रकार के आचरण का आज देश साक्षी हो रहा है स्पष्ट है कि चुनावी आचार संहिता तो दूर की बात है व्यक्तिगत नैतिक आचरण की संहिता भी भुला दी गई है। राजनैतिक प्रतिद्वंतिता की जगह अब सियासी दुश्मनी ने ले ली है। जिन राम मनोहर लोहिया की विरासत को आगे बढ़ाने के नाम पर ये राजनैतिक दल अपनी राजनैतिक रोटियां सेकतें हैं, उनका कहना था कि लोकराज लोकलाज से चलता है लेकिन इन्होंने तो लोकलाज को भी ताक पर रख दिया है। ऐसे माहौल में जब नेताओं में आत्म संयम लुप्त हो गया हो और कानून का डर बचा ना हो तो राजनैतिक शुचिता को बचाने के लिए कुछ ठोस और बुनियादी कदम तो उठाने ही होंगे। तुलसीदास ने भी कहा है कि “भय बिन होत न प्रीत”। आज जब राजनैतिक दल चुनावों में इस प्रकार का आचरण कर रहे हों जैसे चुनाव आयोग नाम की कोई संस्था है ही नहीं तो उसे समझना चाहिए कि कानून या विधि का आधार है नैतिकता, जो दण्ड देने वाले और पाने वाले दोनों पर समान रूप से लागू होती है।

इसका उद्देश्य होता है अपराध अथवा अनैतिकता का दमन ताकि दण्ड के भय से सभी अपनी अपनी सामाजिक मर्यादाओं का पालन करें। इसका मकसद होता है व्यक्ति की सोच में सुधार ताकि आरोपी को अपनी गलती का एहसास हो और वो उसका प्रायश्चित करके एक बदले हुए व्यक्तित्व के साथ मुख्यधारा में लौटे ना कि अपने उसी आचरण को दोहराने के लिए 48 या 72 घंटों की समयावधि के खत्म होने का इंतजार करे। इसका एक प्रयोजन यह भी होता है कि ये फैसले दूसरों के लिए नज़ीर बनें ना कि उन्हें सिद्धू बनने के लिए प्रेरित करें। और इसके लिए सख़्त और कठिन फैसलों के अंतर को समझना चाहिए। इसके लिए खून के बदले खून और आंख के बदले आंख जैसे “बदले वाले” फैसले नहीं बल्कि “बदलने वाले” फैसले लेने की आवश्यकता होती है। विदिशा जिले में छेड़छाड़ के एक मामले में कोर्ट का फैसला ध्यान देने योग्य है। इस मामले में आरोपी ने जब परीक्षा देने के लिए जमानत की अर्जी यह कहते हुए दी कि उसका साल खराब हो जाएगा तो जज ने यह कहते हुए उसकी जमानत की अर्जी मंज़ूर की, कि आरोपी को सप्ताह में तीन दिन जिला अस्पताल में मरीजों की सेवा करनी होगी।

इसलिए भले ही चुनाव आयोग अपनी सीमित शक्तियों की दुहाई देकर निष्पक्ष और आदर्श चुनाव कराने में अपनी बेबसी जाता रहा हो लेकिन अपनी मौजूदा शक्तियों के दायरे में भी वो राजनेताओं को अपना आचरण बदलने के लिए मजबूर कर सकता है। लेकिन इस सबसे परे जिस दिन देश की जनता जिसे लोकतंत्र का महानायक कहा जाता है उसने अमेरिका की जनता की तरह अपना फैसला सुना दिया उस दिन शायद —-।

मालेगाव ब्लास्ट केस में साध्वी प्रज्ञा सिंह को तत्कालीन कांग्रेस सरकार ने 2008 में फंसाया था और कांग्रेस सरकार और इसके नेताओं के इशारे पर प्रज्ञा ठाकुर को NIA ने हिरासत में लेकर लगभग 5 सालों तक घोर यातनाएं देकर उनका उत्पीड़न किया. साध्वी प्रज्ञा एक टेलीविज़न चैनल को दिए गए इंटरव्यू में खुद इस बात का खुलासा कर चुकी है कि कांग्रेस नेताओं के कहने पर NIA में हेमंत करकरे समेत कई पुरुष उसे निर्वस्त्र करके उल्टा लटका देते थे और लगातार पिटाई करते हुए इस बात के लिए दबाव डालते थे कि प्रज्ञा इस बात को कबूल कर ले कि इस मामले में उसका हाथ है और उसने यह ब्लास्ट आर.एस.एस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत के कहने पर अंजाम दिया है. लगातार 5 सालों तक (जब तक कांग्रेस की सरकार सत्ता में बनी रही) प्रज्ञा ने लगातार कांग्रेस सरकार के नेताओं की इस दरिंदगी को चुपचाप झेला लेकिन उनकी बनाई गयी मनगढंत “हिन्दू आतंकवाद” की कहानी में किसी तरह का सहयोग नहीं किया.

2014 में जब कांग्रेस सत्ता से बाहर हुईं और केंद्र में मोदी सरकार ने कार्यभार संभाला तो NIA ने खुद ही कबूल कर लिया कि वह कांग्रेस के नेताओं के कहने पर साध्वी प्रज्ञा को जबरन फंसाने की कोशिश कर रहे थे और क्योंकि उनके पास उसके खिलाफ कोई सुबूत नहीं था, इसलिए वह उसको गंभीर यातनाएं देकर उससे यह “कबूलनामा” प्राप्त करना चाहते थे जिसको आधार बनाकर वह कांग्रेस की “हिन्दू आतंकवाद” की कहानी को आगे बढ़ा सकें. 2017 में जब प्रज्ञा ने बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट में जमानत के लिए आवेदन किया तो कोर्ट ने भी NIA से यही बात पूछी और वहां NIA ने कोर्ट को यही बताया कि उनके पास प्रज्ञा के खिलाफ इस मामले में लिप्त होने के कोई भी सुबूत मौजूद नहीं हैं. जब हाई कोर्ट को भी इस बात की पूरी तसल्ली हो गयी कि प्रज्ञा ठाकुर को कांग्रेसियों ने बेवजह ही गलत तरीके से फंसाया था और उसके खिलाफ किसी सरकारी एजेंसी के पास कोई भी सुबूत नहीं है, तो उसने प्रज्ञा को जमानत पर रिहा करने में कोई भी देर नहीं लगाई.

अब इस बात पर आते हैं कि प्रज्ञा ठाकुर के भोपाल से कांग्रेसी नेता दिग्विजय सिंह के खिलाफ चुनाव लड़ने पर कांग्रेस समेत समूचा विपक्ष इतना क्यों बौखलाया हुआ है. पहली बात तो यह है कि “हिन्दू आतंकवाद” की काल्पनिक कहानी का सूत्रधार दिग्विजय सिंह को ही कहा जा सकता है -जब मुंबई में 26/11 का आतंकी हमला हुआ था, उस समय भी सभी आतंकियों के हाथों में “कलावा” बंधा पाया गया था और अगर उस समय गलती से कसाब को जिन्दा नहीं पकड़ा गया होता (उसके हाथ में भी कलावा बंधा हुआ था), तो दिग्विजय सिंह के नेतृत्व में कांग्रेस ने इस हमले के लिए भी RSS को जिम्मेदार बताकर “हिन्दू आतंकवाद” की कहानी को और पुख्ता करने की पूरी तैयारी कर रखी थी. दिग्विजय सिंह ने तो बाकायदा एक समारोह करके एक किताब जिसका शीर्षक था- “26/11-मुंबई आतंकी हमला-RSS की साज़िश” का विमोचन भी कर दिया था.

अब कांग्रेस और उसके सहयोगी विपक्षी दलों को यह डर सता रहा है कि प्रज्ञा के चुनाव मैदान में कूदने से इस सारी साज़िश का ऐन चुनावी मौसम में खुलासा होना उसे बहुत मंहगा पड़ सकता है क्योंकि प्रज्ञा ने चुनाव लड़ने से पहले ही यह कह दिया है कि वह इस साज़िश के सूत्रधार दिग्विजय सिंह को चुनावों में हराकर देश के सामने कांग्रेस के इस घिनौने षड्यंत्र का पर्दाफाश करना चाहती हैं. विपक्षी दलों में और खासकर कांग्रेस में प्रज्ञा के चुनाव लड़ने को लेकर जो हाहाकार मचा हुआ है, उसे इसी परिप्रेक्ष्य में देखा जाना चाहिए कि हिन्दुओं को बदनाम करने के लिए कांग्रेसियों ने एक फर्ज़ीवाड़े के तहत एक निर्दोष साध्वी को न सिर्फ गिरफ्तार किया बल्कि उसे पांच सालों तक घोर अमानवीय यातनाएं भी दिलवायीं. अगर प्रज्ञा चुनाव नहीं लड़ती तो शायद मैंने भी यह लेख नहीं लिखा होता और जितनी जानकारी इसमें दी गयी है, वह सब लोगों तक नहीं पहुँच पाती.

इसी तरह अब और लोग भी इन बातों को सामने लेकर आ रहे हैं. कांग्रेस को प्रज्ञा के चुनाव लड़ने पर ऐतराज़ नहीं है, उसे खौफ अब इस बात का है कि अब उसकी सभी साज़िशों का पर्दाफाश होने वाला है. इस खुलासे के बाद जनता कांग्रेस की क्या हालत करेगी, उसका अंदाज़ा लगाना मुश्किल नहीं है.

Fielding of Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur in Bhopal parliamentary constituency by BJP is a landmark decision and BJP deserve special appreciation and support from entire India for the above decision.

Sadhvi Pragya is victim of minority appeasement politics of congress party of Rahul Gandhi. Mr. Digvijay Singh, the ‘Punkah coolie’ of the dynast and the master of Muslim polarization invented a term called ‘Hindu terror’ to foist several fabricated and concocted cases against Sadhvi so that through the conviction of Sadhvi, Digvijay Singh would have thought that he can earn more coolie from his master and can divide the society. Sadhvi was mercilessly tortured and humiliated by the investigating agency alleged to be at the behest of Sonia’s government.

India need Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur to tell her sad stories and agony that she was made to endure by the minority appeasement politics of congress party in general and Digvijay Singh and Sushil Kumar Shinde in particular. In the recent times, the Punkah coolie of Sonia dynasty, Digvijay Singh has taken the avatar of great Hindu to galvanize Hindu votes. Today let the Punkah coolie of the Italian dynasty take a clear stand whether he is with the politics of minority appeasement or a man going to promote the sacredness of Hinduism, the core value preposition of BJP.

Sadhvi is going to be the voice of Bharat Mata; like how Bharat Mata is been harmed by people without any grace or morality, Sadhvi was also traumatized by UPA government just to appease minority as a part of vote bank politics.

Already the chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, Kamal Nath has pushed Digvijay Singh to choose a difficult constituency to contest may be to end his political career. The entry of Sadhvi has made the desire of Kamal Nath easy and Digvijay Singh must retaliate to the ploy of Kamal Nath before election if he wants to survive in Indian politics. Only way Digvijay can prove his strength is by spoiling the winning prospects of congress party in MP so that congress party will learn its lessons to respect the most faithful punkah coolie of the Italian dynasty like Digvijay Singh.

If the congress has Brahmin DNA, its dynast Rahul Gandhi is a born Brahmin, belong to Dattatreya Gotra, an ardent Siva Bhakta as claimed by the dynast; then the dynast Raghul Vinci must explain why he spoke to American Embassy as revealed by Wikie leaks that Hindu terror is bigger threat than ISIS and foisted several false cases against a Hindu Sage – Sadhvi Pragya, tortured her physically and mentally and hunted her life so brutally? Why Raghul Vinci allowed congress party to coin the term Hindu terror and defamed entire Hinduism. Was that effort not meant to please some Bishops and their missionary activities and to please some Mullah’s in Pakistan?

To defeat a punkah coolie of the dynast – Digvijay Singh, none would have been a better choice than Sadhvi because Sadhvi is the victim of the most dangerous politics of Digvijay Singh who himself directly involved in defaming Hindus and wants to maximise his political capital out of Sadhvi and Swami Assemananda.

In spite of all such trauma and torture, abuses and humiliation, Sadhvi remained so graceful, merciful, benevolent, friendly, ventilating motherly affection, giving out divine blessings and she is an embodiment of spiritually incandescent.

She radiates the blossom of full bloom Lotus flower, source of love, forgiveness and happiness. So long she was uplifting humanity intellectually, emotionally and spiritually through her spiritual discourses and speeches and now she has decided to take part in nation building by joining the mission of PM Modi to develop India, ensure national security and achieve sab ka vikas.

The evil and bad forces from Indian politics can be destroyed only with the grace of God and spiritual conviction and from that perspective Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur represents divine force and divine order.

The voters of Bhopal are extremely blessed to have Sadhvi as their representative and entire India, starting from Kerala, the God’s own land to J&K must support Modi for engaging in positive politics, politics of development, national security and sab ka vikas. Hope India will give massive mandate to Narendra Modi led BJP to save India from the wretched dynastic politics, nepotism and corrupt gangs.

After reading reports in the media related voter’s names missing, proxy voting, voter’s denied voting rights, EVM and VVPT malfunctioning and other issues, the present set up of the Election Commission functioning in the state level has to be blamed, because the state government staff are involved for all purposes of State and General election process. But, ECI and Central government are blamed by the people as well as the opposition parties, which is just functioning as financing and overseeing authority.

As ECI being constitutional body like other ones, it should have it’s own staff like AG, IT, etc wings instead of utilising the services of state government department staff for it functioning in the electoral process from General elections to Panchayat elections.

Election Commission do need special powers equivalent powers like Supreme Court has, so that, it can function far better way in the electoral process.

The ECI given the better powers can be trusted by the voters, make them believe and will use their voting rights on polling date.

Manifestoes of all the parties speak about various schemes and policies but never spoken or speak about much needed electoral reforms.

As a senior citizen do hope that, if all the registered political parties do believe in healthy democracy and our country’s federal structure will think and give better powers to ECI, which will make the voters not to evade casting vote or pressing NOTA, but they are electing a ruler, who is a Public Servant and who will not treat the voters as their servants.
