An election is too small to make a country Independent. Governance for the public makes a country Independent and governance is respecting the rights of the people guaranteed by the supremacy of the rule of law.

हमें सुखदेव और राजगुरु को भी नहीं भूलना चाहिए जिन्होंने भगत सिंह के साथ ही हंसते हुए फांसी के फंदे को गले लगाया था कि मातृभूमि का उद्धार हो सके। पर इन्हें क्या मालूम था आने वाले समय में भारत के टुकड़े हो जाएंगे।

आरंभिक दिनो मे इस पार्टी का उद्देश्य ब्रिटेन से भारत की आजादी की लड़ाई लड़ना नहीं था। कांग्रेस का गठन देश के प्रबुद्ध लोगों को एक मंच पर साथ लाने के उद्देश्य से किया गया था ताकि देश के लोगों के लिए नीतियों के निर्माण में मदद मिल सके। क्रांतिकारीयों के गतिविधियों का पता लगाया जा सके और उनके आंदोलन को कूचला जा सके।

26 जनवरी वाला दिन हमें हमारे संविधान का महत्व तो समझाता ही है साथ ही साथ यह पर्व न केवल हमें पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता की अनुभूति कराता है बल्कि हमारे अंदर आत्मगौरव भी भरता है।
