प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने पहली बार गुटनिरपेक्ष आन्दोलन के सम्मलेन में भाग लिया. कोविड-19 महामारी से निपटने में देशों के बीच सहयोग स्थापित करने के लिए इस वर्चुअल सम्मलेन में प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा की “मानव आज कई दशको में सबसे भयानक त्रासदी का सामना कर रहा है. इस संकट के समय में गुटनिरपेक्ष देश वैश्विक एकजुटता को बढ़ावा दे सकते हैं. गुटनिरपेक्ष आन्दोलन हमेशा ही विश्व में नैतिकता का आवाज उठाता रहा है. इस भूमिका को निभाने के लिए गुटनिरपेक्ष देशों को समावेशी रहना चाहिए.” उन्होंने कहा की भारत कोरोना से लड़ाई में पूरी मुस्तैदी के साथ जुटा है एवं साथ ही विश्व को एक परिवार मानते हुए उसे भी पूरी सहायता उपलब्ध करा रहा है. भारत अभी तक 123 देशों को दवाई उपलब्ध करा चूका है जिसमे 59 देश गुटनिरपेक्ष के भी शामिल हैं. हाल ही में भारत ने एंटी-मलेरिया दवाई हाइड्रोक्सी क्लोरोक्विन और पैरासिटामोल कई देशों को उपलब्ध कराइ है जिसे कोरोना से बचने की संभावित दवाई के रूप में उपयोग में लाया जा रहा है. इसलिए उन्होंने भारत को ‘दुनिया का फार्मेसी’ कहा.   

प्रधानमंत्री ने गैर-पारम्परिक सुरक्षा खतरों के तरफ विश्व का विशेष ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया और पाकिस्तान का बिना नाम लिए हुए कहा की जिस समय पूरी दुनिया कोरोना वायरस का सामना कर रही है उसी समय कुछ लोग अन्य तरह के वायरस फ़ैलाने का काम कर रहे हैं जिसमे आतंकवाद, फेक न्यूज और विडिओ के साथ छेड़-छाड़ करके समुदायों और देशों को बाँटने का काम हैं. वे कश्मीर में पिछले 2 दिनों में हुई आतंकवादी वारदातों के तरफ दुनिया का ध्यान दिला रहे थे जिसमे 8 से ज्यादा भारतीय जवान शहीद हो गए थे.

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी अन्तराष्ट्रीय प्रणाली की सीमाओं को रेखांकित करते हुए कहा की कोविड के बाद  के विश्व में अन्तराष्ट्रीय संस्थाओं को विकाशशील देशों को अधिक प्रतिनिधत्व देने की जरुरत है. उन्होंने आर्थिक गतिविधियों के साथ साथ मानव कल्याण पर जोर देने की बात देशों से की एवं कहा की भारत मानव कल्याण को प्रमुखता देने में हमेशा ही अग्रणी रहा है. उन्होंने कहा की चाहे शारीरिक एवं मानसिक स्वस्थता के लिए अन्तराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस मनाने की बात हो या जलवायु परिवर्तन की समस्या से निपटने के लिए अन्तराष्ट्रीय सौर उर्जा संधि करने की बात भारत हमेशा ही इनसबो का नेतृत्व किया है. इसके साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी जोड़ा की कई देश सैनिक अभ्यास का आयोजन करते हैं पर भारत ने आपदा प्रबंधन अभ्यास करने की शुरुआत इस क्षेत्र में किया है. गौरतलब है की भारत ने हाल ही में 11-12 फरवरी 2020 को भुवनेश्वर में बिम्सटेक के 6 देशों के साथ यह अभ्यास किया था.

प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा की गुटनिरपेक्ष देशों के लिए यह आवश्यक है की अन्तराष्ट्रीय समुदाय और डब्लूएचओ विकाशसील देशों में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को बढ़ाएं एवं स्वास्थ्य उत्पाद एवं तकनीक हमें सस्ती, समय से तथा बराबरी के आधार पर मिल सके यह सुनिश्चित हो. उन्होंने गुटनिरपेक्ष देशों के लिए एक प्लेटफोर्म बनाने की बात कही जिससे अपना अनुभव, बेहतरीन कार्यप्रणाली, संकट प्रबंधन, शोध एवं संसाधनों का उचित तरीके से उपयोग कर सके.

यह सम्मलेन गुटनिरपेक्ष देशों के अध्यक्ष एवं अजरबेजान के राष्ट्रपति इल्हाम अलियेव ने बुलाई थी. मुख्य रूप से एशिया, अफ्रीका, लैटिन अमेरिका के देशों के इस समूह में प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने अपने शासन काल के दौरान पहली बार भाग लिया. 2016 तथा 2019 के गुटनिरपेक्षता के शिखर सम्मलेन में उन्होंने भाग नही लिया था. दोनों ही मौकों पर प्रधानमंत्री के स्थान पर दुसरे प्रतिनिधि को भेजे जाने को कई विशेषज्ञ भारत की नीति में बदलाव होना बता रहे थे क्यूंकि 1961 से हर तीन साल में होने वाला शिखर सम्मलेन में 2016 ऐसा पहला अवसर था जब भारत का कोई पूर्णकालिक प्रधानमंत्री ने सम्मलेन में भाग न लिया हो. हालाँकि 1979 में तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री चौधरी चरण सिंह भी गुटनिरपेक्षता के सम्मलेन में भाग नही लिये थे लेकिन उस समय वे कार्यकारी प्रधानमंत्री के रूप में कार्य कर रहे थे.

गुटनिरपेक्ष आन्दोलन की शुरुआत उस समय हुई थी जब विश्व में दो महाशक्तियों के बीच शीत युद्ध चल रहा था. बांडुंग में 25 देशों के साथ शुरू किया गया यह आन्दोलन दोनों ही महाशक्तियों से समान दुरी बनाये रखते हुए अपनी स्वतंत्र विदेश नीति पर चलने के उद्देशय के साथ किया गया था. विश्व के अन्य नेताओं के साथ नेहरु के द्वारा स्थापित इस नीति को भारत लम्बे समय तक अपनी विदेश नीति के सिद्धांत के रूप में मानते रहा. पर शीत युद्ध के बाद विश्व का परिदृश्य पूरी तरह से बदल गया तो इस नीति की प्रासंगिकता पर प्रश्न उठने लगे. भारत भी कहीं न कहीं उत्तर शीत युद्ध काल में नेहरूवादी विदेश नीति को छोड़कर अपने राष्ट्रीय हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए विदेश नीतिओं को बनाने लगा.

प्रधानमंत्री का पिछले दो सम्मलेन में भाग नही लेने के बाद कोरोना संकट काल में 120 सदस्यों के इस गुटनिरपेक्ष सम्मलेन को संबोधित करना कई मायनों में महत्वपूर्ण है. पिछले दो महीने में मोदी ने सार्क, जी-20 तथा ब्रिक्स जैसे समूहों के साथ साथ कम से कम तीन दर्जन देशों के राष्ट्राध्यक्षों के साथ बातचीत की है. जिस तरह से कोरोना महामारी से भारत ने अभी तक सामना किया है वैसे में विश्व के विकसित देशों के साथ साथ गुटनिरपेक्ष के विकाशसील देश भी भारत के नेतृत्व को सराह रहे हैं. बदलते हुए अन्तराष्ट्रीय परिदृश्य में भारत इस तरह के बहुदेशीय संस्थाएं को अपने पक्ष में करके क्षेत्रीय एवं अंतराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अपनी स्थिति मजबूत कर सकता है. प्रधानमंत्री मोदी की यह “डिजिटल डिप्लोमैसी” भारत की राजनीतिक, आर्थिक के साथ-साथ सामरिक हितों की भी प्रतिपूर्ति करेगा.

How often have we deciphered messages through colours? Well, if I were to put all cues of non-verbal communication under one umbrella, it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that colour alone does the work of numerous elements within the realm of non-verbal communication.

Our minds have been trained to believe that red signifies danger and green is synonymous with prosperity. It takes seconds to decide on a course of action if the stimulus is color-coded. However, let us not forget that if colours exist, so do shades and tints. No wonder then that appealing colour palettes are what keep the needle moving forward for textile and apparel industries.

But, unfortunately, the colour coded graded response system to track COVID-19 free zones and movement of people during lockdown is a hoax. With the draconian virus hitching rides with hosts of its choice, a single case of infection can prove to be a game-changer, thereby rendering the very idea of color-coding impractical. In other words, it is certainly not feasible to keep changing lockdown norms at the same pace as that of change in colour the status of a zone.

At best, this strategy is only temporarily bringing order to the chaos created by government’s staggered plan of exit from the lockdown. For now, the blues do not seem to end and the gut-wrenching reality is that shades of grey are indeed more than fifty!

One can learn a lot about RNA virus, their evolution, infectivity, spontaneous disappearance of several RNA viruses, the repository or inventory stock status of several RNA viruses in nature – domestic/wild animals etc., in the research article entitled “The diversity of human RNA virus” by Mark, Woolhouse and Adair from Centre for immunity, infection, evolution, University of Edinburgh, the research work published in the journal Future virology. 

Viruses are supposedly the first form of life (living-no- living character sharing organism) and the RNA viruses are more rapid than DNA viruses in mutation. Whether the strain of novel coronavirus reported from Wuhan, China is the one that spreads throughout or world or different strains of novel coronaviruses have evolved in different parts of the world under the process of evolution called ‘parallel evolution’ is a million dollar question.   

We cannot deny such possibility because the virus that emerged in one country and supposedly from animal source cannot thrive so successfully in all geographic conditions and population. The virus mutating according to the local conditions means then the virus need not have emerged from single source.

We cannot comment on how such sub-microscopic organism would have got the stimuli simultaneously for parallel evolution in different geographic regions but our inability in case does not rules out such possibility. Our ignorance cannot be an excuse to deny such possibility.

Some of the best examples for animals that had followed parallel evolution with reference to certain anatomical characteristics in nature are, Porcupine, Hedgehog and Echidna; and all these animals have their hair modified as spine or thorny appendage for self-defence.    

Batesian and Mullerian mimicry of several unrelated species such as coral snake, scarlet king snake, hawk moth etc., are best examples for how certain ‘similar’ evolution and adaptations can be advantageous to different animals and that happens even in dissimilar species. 

The question is how the non-poisonous scarlet king snake has learned to evolve and appear/ looks like poisonous coral snake so that it can easily ward off its predators or vice versa, where the poisonous coral snake will be seen as non-poisonous due to its appearance similarity with non-poisonous scarlet king snake remains a mystery? On the contrary, why should most of the poisonous mushrooms and the dart frog appear so attractive? 

Aposematic phenomenon of the novel coronavirus and the anaphylactic reaction of our lung cells or our immune defence system leading to cytokine storm (as cytokine storm is reported to be one of the leading causes of death in COVID 19) can we deny from existence.

If the above possibilities are true, then how every individual in the population in different geography would exhibit same degree of reaction to novel coronavirus? Then should we not consider the manifestations of COVID-19 is more due to the host specific issues where the contribution of the virus may be miniscule and hence chasing the novel coronavirus and imposing shutdown the entire country for indefinite period of time and thereby we can eliminate the virus and virus induced death is a myth and foolish act?

Are we mixing porcupine to hedgehog and hedgehog to be Echidna……. and vice versa due to some anatomical similarity?

If we go by the ‘spine’ similarity in all the above animals, in all likelihood we may end up in saying all animals look similar to our ‘lay eyes’.  But they are totally different and distinct. Even at behaviour level, none of the above three animals would ever exhibit any similarity. 

Is such ‘science wonder’ happening in the case of novel coronavirus also, across the world? Are we trying to fit everything that we observe into one frame that already we have created or manufactured?

The pathogenicity or virulence of the novel coronavirus strain in India may be the least than the one that is prevalent in EU countries and US.

It is like Koala that eats Eucalyptus leaf and lives in Australia while Panda had occupied bamboo thicket ecosystem in sub Himalayan region by eating bamboo leaves. From the objective perspective, both these animals are herbivores, eat leaves, partly and or strictly arboreal, slow movers but still they are totally different. Koala cannot survive with bamboo leaves nor Panda with Eucalyptus leaves? Herbivore exchange in different habitat may not support either of the animals.

Are we complicating the basic, elemental truths in novel coronavirus pandemic with the sophisticated science called genetic sequencing, molecular biology based understanding etc.? Are we missing the most visible by way of searching out the invisible? The basic element of biology and evolution, are we not negating to understand more about novel coronavirus?

We scared our population beyond retraction about coronavirus pandemic and COVID 19.   Like a horror movie show or the conjuring, our electronic and print media houses were competing with each other to report various facets of coronavirus to people on hourly basis. 

Unfortunately we portrayed novel coronavirus as villain and at the same time as hero and caused confusion, even to the virus. Today many least educated people also have started to raise doubts over the existence of novel coronavirus! The extent of scare created by us was so high but fortunately in proportion to the fear created by us, rate of death due to COVID-19 is very low in India. 

Should we credit our medical fraternity for the above or the kindness of YAMA the Lord of death or the inability of novel coronavirus to harm Indians or the enormously high immune surveillance of Indians, difficult answer? 

Our medical fraternity is known to cause scare. Only from fear and ignorance of the patients, they can harvest their crop (not all). But today it looks like the fear and scare over novel coronavirus is giving diminishing returns.   

It is quite clear that novel coronavirus is not that all strong and dominant in India and hence it has caused least trouble. But the lockdown has destroyed our economy. People of India elected Modi with astounding majority and made him decisive and authoritarian leader. Today the same decisive, democratically elected majoritarian government is giving diminishing returns to the people who elected. 

Due to the vast diversity and pluralistic nature of India, weakness is our real strength and not eternal stability or super-dominant leadership or authoritarianism.

Here we go again, India Vs Bharat. It will be probably the most volatile topic that I have written by far and wide. Today I’m going to rant about the “legacy” of Islamic rule in India and it’s stain on Bharat. Like always if you are the kind of person who is offended by lack of political correctness and blunt language; YOU MUST STOP NOW, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Proceed at your own Peril.

The image search on Google about India gives us lush beautiful images of Himalaya, Bright colourful pictures of Rajasthan, wildlife and it’s architecture monuments build by Mughals etc, but not by any other Indian dynasty. I hope you now understand where this is going. For far too long we have admired the symbols of oppression, subjugation, massacre, murder and plunder as ‘pride of India’. The so called symbol of love, is nothing but a glorified tomb. We as a nation have failed to free ourselves in 1947, we just changed white masters for brown ones. Our brown masters ensured that the newly freed slave population is blind to their culture and adopts it’s oppressors as their forefathers. The new masters made sure that the local history is removed from history books, and it’s relics are left to rot and vanish in the wind of time.

Our books and education glorified the period of Mughal/Islamic rule to such an extent that now, after 185 years after McCauley and 73 years of independence, the stupid notion that Mughals made India rich has cropped up and idiot slave souls are gobbling this idea like pigs feasting on decaying flesh.

I don’t understand what has happened to the intelligence of this nation? The communication revolution was supposed to provide information BUT all I see is the spread of lies and made-up stories masquerading as facts. Islamic rulers centralised the wealth which was held by the common population, how they did it? by taxes, the centralisation of wealth marks the beginning of economic destruction of farmers, further down the line double taxation on manufacturing and sales started thinning of small scale merchants, these two were the base of village economy, after Mughal invasion the taxation became an art of exploitation and oppression, all the wealth that was in the hand of population went in the hands of Zamindars, Tax officers etc, all appointed by Mughal rulers and their inner council. The ultimate goal of Islamic invaders was to loot, Mughals looked at it from a different angle they went along the line of Imperialist ideology, the common non-islamic population had little to no rights or say in politics, military, or market, there are volumes upon volumes about the horrors of Islamic rule in India BUT all we are told that Tajmahal is symbol of love and Mughals bought biryani to India.

The names of Indian cities, which had deep rooted cultural significance, were changed for example, Prayagraj was named Allahabad, Lakhanpuri became Lucknow etc. There is a myth that the names of cities changed due to changing times,which is just bullshit. It is done systematically by erasing all the signs and structures that reminds one of their real heritage and essence. If you live in Delhi or Hyderabad or Lucknow, have you stopped for a second and thought about what is buried below the ground upon which these symbol of Islamic oppressors stand today, the Charminar, the Jama masjid, that Purana Quila?? I’m not saying that these are to be removed absolutely not However we as Indians, no matter what religion you follow, have to stop and think of the horrors that was thrust upon this land and stop taking pride in these symbols as they do not signify love or brotherhood or any positive quality but murder, plunder and blood.

The curious case of plasma therapy in CoVID-19 treatment

When there is darkness all around, even a small ray of light brings a lot of hope. Similarly, when the invisible enemy in the form of CoVID-19 is presenting unprecedented challenges to the world, any kind of therapy which claims to improve the condition of CoVID-19 patients brings a ray of hope to the humanity. Plasma therapy or Convalascent Plasma (CP) transfusion is one such therapy which has been the talk of town ever since US President Trump mentioned it in his speech in late March and recently in India after Delhi CM urged recovered patients to donate plasma to save lives. But can it actually be a game changer? Let’s find out:

What is actually Plasma Therapy?
Plasma therapy or Convalascent Plasma transfusion is a form of passive immunity where readymade antibodies and proteins are provided to critically ill CoVID-19 patients by infusing plasma from recovered patients. The antibodies of the recovered person may help the patient’s immune system fight the virus.

How does it help fight CoVID-19?
Plasma mainly contains antibodies and proteins and possibly receptors like heparan which’re negatively charged that binds to many virus ligands naturally and there are reports that heparan binds to the spike protein of SARS CoV-2 (CoVID-19 virus) and inhibit SARS pseudovirus infection.

According to a peer review published in the reputed journal PNAS (Proceedings of National Agency of Sciences), USA which shows CP works really well in severe or critical CoVID-19 patients. Several parameters of the patient improved as compared to pretransfusion including increase in oxyhaemoglobin saturation (increase in blood oxygen level),  increase in lymphocytes (increase in white blood cells) count and decrease in C reactive protein (indicates less inflammation), lung lesions also decreased within a week, viral load was undetectable after transfusion in most cases.

What are the limitations & Risk Factors associated with CP?
Though the plasma therapy was 1st used nearly a century ago in 1918 in case of Spanish Flu and later in case of SARS, MERS, H1N1 and Ebola, however, there is no robust evidence to support it for routine therapy as it involves a lot of risk factors and limited clinical trials have been performed so far. Till date, there have been only three published case series for convalescent plasma in the treatment of CoVID-19 with a cumulative of 19 patients. US FDA has also viewed it as an experimental and emerging therapy for the treatment of CoVID-19 due to safety and efficacy issues involved.

Risk factors/Adverse Reactions involved in CP therapy:
1. Risk of contracting non-Covid-19 infections such as hepatitis B & C, HIV etc, if the plasma isn’t properly screened.
2. Mild allergic reactions like fever, itching, rashes etc.
3. Life-threatening allergic reactions and transfusion related acute lung injury.
4. Transfusion associated circulatory overload (TACO), characteristic of respiratory distress, pulmonory oedema (excess fluids in the lungs), unanticipated cardiovascular system changes and fluid overload.
5. Also, there is always a posibility of CoVID-19 virus lurking in the plasma even after the patient has been tested negative for it.

Need of Randomised Controlled Trials
At present, it cannot be concluded that CP will work on all patients all the time or even believe that it is the only reason for their improvement given the very small number of patients involved in the 3 case studies of CP in CoVID-19 published so far and also publication bias in medicine cannot be ruled out.

So, CP treatment needs to be validated for its safety and efficacy in CoVID-19 patients for which there is a need of randomised controlled trials, where half the patients get the transfusion and the other half do not. The treatment can be considered beneficial only if patients in the first half show substantial improvement over those in the second half. For this, the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) on April 14, cleared the protocols proposed by Indian Council of Medical Research on ‘Phase II, Open-Label, Randomised Controlled Trials’ which plans to recruit 452 patients, meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria set for the study, involving at least 25 centres across India and is expected to be undertaken over 6 months.

Hence, given the serious uncertainties and risks involved in Plasma therapy, it can be a preferred form of treatment for CoVID-19 only after its safety and efficacy is validated by ICMR after randomised controlled trials. Further, media houses and politicians should stay away from politicising it and should rather focus on curbing CoVID-19 by means of better strategy.

भूमिका: राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के द्वितीय सरसंघचालक प.पु श्री माधवराव सदाशिवराव गोलवलकर जी ‘गुरुजी’ अपने सहज सामान्य जीवन में एक तत्व को जीते थे और अपने कई बौद्धिक वर्गों में वे इस तत्व का उल्लेख भी करते थे। गुरुजी के जीवन चरित्र का दर्शन करने पर उस तत्व का दर्शन संभव है। यह एक स्वयंसेवक में विलीन तत्व था जिसे वे ‘स्वयंसेवक्त्व ‘ कहते थे। जिस रूप में उनके जीवन चरित्र से यह तत्व झलकता है और जिस रूप में वे इसका वर्णन करते थे उससे प्रतीत होता है मानो; इस तत्व के जागरण से जीवन जीने का एक अलग आयाम मिलता है, एक ऐसा आयाम जहाँ एक व्यक्ति सहज ही स्व के माध्यम से स्व से परे जा कर समिष्ठी से जुड़ जाता है। यह पूर्णता की कल्पना है, शिवत्व की कल्पना है। अब यह आध्यात्मिक दर्शन भौतिकतावादी समाज की समझ से परे है। परन्तु इस आध्यात्मिक तत्व का भौतिक सत्य है कि इससे पोषित स्व को जागृत कर इस स्वयंसेवक्त्व के आयाम को जीने वाले सामान्य लोगों ने इस विश्व के सबसे बड़े स्वंयसेवी संगठन को खड़ा किया है। आज विश्व के सभी बड़े राजनीतिक शास्त्रियों, समाज शास्त्रियों के लिए इस संगठन का अस्तित्व शोध का विषय बना है। परंतु उनकी भौतिकतावादी सोच उन्हें संघ के अस्तित्व का दर्शन नहीं करा पाई, कारण ऐसा है कि संघ का अस्तित्व उसके प्रत्येक घटक अर्थात प्रत्येक स्वयंसेवक मैं सत्त बहने वाले आध्यात्मिक द्रव्य (स्वयंसेवक्त्व) में विलीन है।

मेरे इस तर्क का आधार कुछ इस प्रकार है: यदि संघ किसी भौतिक वस्तु के अर्जन के आधार पर बना संगठन होता तो संघ की स्थापना के उपरांत जो चुनौतियां सामने आई जिनमें ब्रिटिश राज में लगी बंदी, स्वतंत्रता के पश्चात १९४८ में द्वेष भाव के कारण लगी बंदी, १९७५ में इमजेंसी के काल की बंदी, राम जन्मभूमि आंदोलन काल की बंदी, कम्युनिस्टों द्वारा सैकड़ों स्वयंसेवकों को की हत्याएं और सनातन संस्कृति के प्रति द्वेष की भावना के कारण संघ को कुचलने के अनंत प्रयास शामिल है। ऐसी चुनौतियों से गुजरने पर किसी भी भौतिक वस्तु के अर्जन से जुड़े संगठन का पतन निश्चित है। भौतिक सुखों के प्रति मनुष्य के चंचल स्वभाव के कारण उनसे जुड़े संगठनों की अल्प आयु होते है और इतनी चुनौतियों के पश्चात तो पतन निश्चित ही होता है। परंतु राष्ट्रिय स्वयंसेवक संघ अनंत चुनौतियों के काल से सत्त बढ़ते हुए आज विश्व के सबसे बड़े स्वयंसेवी संगठन के रूप में विद्यमान है। संघ के इसी स्वयंसेवक्त्व का जागरण अपने हृदयों में कर कई सामान्य व्यक्ति असामान्य व्यक्तित्व के रूप में निखर कर आए है और भारती के पुनरुत्थान व विश्वकल्याण हेतु चल रहे यज्ञ में अहम आहुतियां दे रहे हैं। कोरोना महामारी के चलते जब हमारा राष्ट्र कई समस्याओं से लड़ रहा है तब संघ के कार्यकर्ताओं में विलीन स्वयंसेवक्त्व उन्हें सरकारी नियमों में रह कर जोड़े रख रहा है और व्यक्ति से व्यक्ति, व्यक्ति से समाज और समाज से राष्ट्र की सेवा करने को प्रेरित कर रहा है। यही कारण है कि आज राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ इस देश में तीन करोड़ लोगों तक सेवा कार्य पहुंचाने में सफलता प्राप्त कर चुका है।

अब मैं यह दावा तो नहीं करता कि मुझ में इस ‘स्वयंसेवक्त्व‘ का जागरण हुआ है; परंतु गुरुजी का जीवन चरित्र और स्वयंसेवकों का सानिध्य प्राप्त होने से मुझे इस तत्व की विशालता का दर्शन हुआ है। उससे मेरे ह्रदय में स्पंदन हुआ जिससे मैं भी इस तत्व को अपने भीतर जागृत करने को अग्रेसर हु। अब तक स्वयंसेवक्त्व के आव्हान, निरंतर जागरण और समर्पण सी सीमाओं को जितना समझ पाया हूं उतनी बातों को शब्द बद्ध कर कविता के माध्यम से रख रहा हूं……

भारती का वंदन…..
पांचजन्य का क्रंदन, हे मुरतवीर अभिनन्दन…..
सात स्वरो का स्पंदन, रचा हृदय में मंथन।
मै सत्य सनातन अधमोद्बारक,
व्यष्टि से समिष्टि उद्धारक,

अब क्या मुझे अनायास मिटाया जाएगा ?

तालिबान आज भारत समेत पूरे दक्षिण एशिया के लिए सबसे बड़ी चुनौती!

कभी जिस तालिबान को अमेरिका आतंक का सबसे बड़ा कारण मानता था, जिसने 9/11 से लेकर 26/11 तक हुए तमाम आतंकवादी हमलों को अंजाम दिया। उसी तालिबान के साथ दोहा में हुए समझौते में अमेरिका ने हाथ मिला लिया। गौरतलब है कि बीते 29 फरवरी को दोहा में हुए समझौते के प्रथम शर्त के अनुसार अफगानिस्तान में अमेरिकी सैनिकों की संख्या 13000 से घटकर 8600 हो जाएगी और इन बचे हुए सैनिकों को अमेरिका को 14 महीने में अफगानिस्तान से हटा लेना होगा, फिलहाल अमेरिका ने सैनिकों की संख्या में कटौती करना शुरू कर दिया है।

वहीं समझौते के दूसरे शर्त के अनुसार तालिबान को आंतक के रास्ते को छोड़ना होगा, लेकिन समझौते के बाद से लेकर आज तक अफ़ग़ानिस्तान में आधा दर्जन से अधिक आतंकी हमलें हुए हैं, और इन हमलों का जिम्मेदार अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से तालिबान को ही माना गया है।

समझौते के तीसरे शर्त के अनुसार तालिबान अपने कब्जे में रखे 1000 अफगानी सैनिकों को रिहा करेगा जिसके बदले में अफगानिस्तान सरकार को भी 5000 तालिबानी लड़ाकों को रिहा करना होगा, फिलहाल ये शर्त को भी पूरा नहीं किया जा सका है, वहीं समझौते के अगले दिन ही अफगानिस्तान के राष्ट्रपति अशरफ गनी ने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि उनकी सरकार तालिबान के 5 हजार कैदियों को अभी रिहा नहीं करेगी क्योंकि हमारे बीच वार्ता के एजेंडे में यह बात शामिल जरूर थी, लेकिन समझौते में ये कोई जरूरी शर्त नहीं थी, किसी भी कैदी की रिहाई अमेरिका के अधिकार क्षेत्र में नहीं है, बल्कि यह अफगान सरकार के अधिकार क्षेत्र में है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि समझौते में शामिल सभी शर्तों को सभी पक्षों द्वारा 135 दिन में पूरा करना होगा। अमेरिका अफगानिस्तान की जमीन को हमेशा के लिए छोड़ेगा या नहीं इस पर अमेरिकी विदेश मंत्री माइक पोम्पियो ने कहा- तालिबान से हुआ समझौता तभी पूरा होगा,जब तालिबान पूरी तरह से शांति कायम करने की दिशा में काम करेगा। इसके लिए तालिबान को आतंकी संगठन अलकायदा से अपने सारे रिश्ते तोड़ने होंगे। यह समझौता इस क्षेत्र में एक प्रयोग है। हम तालिबान पर नजर बनाए रखेंगे। अफगानिस्तान से अपनी सेना पूरी तरह से तभी हटाएंगे, जब तक हम पूरी तरह से पुख्ता नहीं कर लेंगे कि तालिबान आतंक का मार्ग छोड़ चूका है। 

वहीं तालिबान इस समझौते की शर्तों को मानने को तैयार नहीं दिख रहा है, इसलिए तालिबान पर विश्वास करना मुश्किल है कि वह आगे चलकर समझौते की शर्तों को मान लेगा, चूंकि अमेरिका का तालिबान के साथ सीधे जंग के स्थान पर समझौता करना उसकी कमजोरी को दर्शाता है। अब अमेरिका या तो वियतनाम की तरह अफगानिस्तान में अपनी इच्छानुसार विजय प्राप्त करने में खुद को नाकाम मान कर सैनिकों की वापसी में ही अपनी भलाई समझ चुका है या उसका कोई और उद्देश्य समझौते से ही पूरा होने वाला होगा शायद इसीलिए अमेरिका ने तालिबान से सम्मानजनक समझौता करके आने वाले नवंबर में होने वाले राष्ट्रपति चुनाव से पहले हरहाल में अपने सैनिकों को अमेरिका वापस बुलाने का संकल्प लिया है गौरतलब है कि द वाशिंगटन पोस्ट में छपी अफगानिस्तान पेपर्स की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार बीते दो दशक में अमेरिका ने अफगानिस्तान में पानी की तरह धन बहाया है। अफगानिस्तान में अब तक 2400 से अधिक अमेरिकी सैनिक मारे गए हैं 20000 से ज्यादा घायल हुए हैं।यूएस डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ डिफेंस के मुताबिक अमेरिका ने अक्टूबर 2001 से सितंबर 2020 के बीच, इन 19 वर्षों के अफगानिस्तान में अपनी रणनीति पर अब तक लगभग 900 बिलियन डॉलर  खर्च कर चुका है। इसके अलावा अफगानिस्तान के एक लाख से ज्यादा लोग अब तक तालिबान समस्या के कारण मारे जा चुके हैं। ज्ञात हो कि  ऐसे ही एक रिपोर्ट वियतनाम से अमेरिकी सैनिकों की वापसी के समय पेंटागन की ओर से भी जारी हुई थी जिसमें वियतनाम में अमेरिकी सेना के संसाधनों की बर्बादी की आलोचना की गई थी। 

तालिबान और अमेरिका के बीच समझौते को पूरा हुए अभी दो माह भी नहीं हुए हैं ,लेकिन अफगानिस्तान में एक बार फिर से 90 के दशक वाले हालात बनने लगे हैं, क्योंकि बीते 25 मार्च को अफगानिस्तान की राजधानी काबुल में धार्मिक रूप से अल्पसंख्यक सिखों के धर्म स्थल  गुरुद्वारा हर राय साहब पर फिदायीन हमला किया गया इस हमले में 25  लोगों की मौत हुई, जिनमें लगभग दर्जन भर मासूम बच्चे शामिल हैं, हमले की जिम्मेदारी खतरनाक आतंकी संगठन आईएसआईएस ने लिया है, लेकिन कहीं ना कहीं अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से इस हमले का मास्टरमाइंड तालिबान को माना जा रहा है साथ ही पाकिस्तानी खुफिया एजेंसी आईएसआई व उसके आतंकी संगठन जमात-उद-दावा का हाथ भी इस आतंकी हमलें  में माना जा रहा है।

जैसा कि हम जानते हैं कि पाकिस्तान ने पूर्व में अफगानिस्तान-भारत संबंधों में दरार डालने के लिए तालिबान को पोषित किया और उसे बढ़ावा दिया साथ ही तालिबानियों को हथियार व आर्थिक मदद भी पाकिस्तान चीन के सहयोग से देता रहता है, क्योंकि चीन भी भारत- अफग़ानिस्तान व ईरान की सरकारों के दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति से पूरे हुए त्रिपक्षीय चाबहार समझौते और भारत के महत्वाकांक्षी परियोजना नार्थ- साउथ कारिडोर से  मध्य एशिया में भारत के बढ़ते दबदबे से भयभीत रहा है,चूंकि मध्य एशिया के देश चीन के लिए एक बड़ा बाजार है, और वो नहीं चाहता कि भारत वहाँ मध्य एशिया के देशों से व्यापारिक संबंध स्थापित करे, इसलिए वो तालिबान को बढ़ावा देकर, भारत के लिए मध्य एशिया में रुकावट पैदा करना चाहता है।

गौरतलब है कि अमेरिका के अफगानिस्तान छोड़ने के ऐलान होने के बाद से पाकिस्तानी आतंकवादी संगठनों व कुख्यात आतंकी संगठन आईएसआईएस, अलकायदा को अपना एक नया सुरक्षित ठिकाना अफगानिस्तान के रूप में मिल गया है और वे वहां बैठकर भारत समेत अन्य दक्षिण  एशियाई देशों में आतंकी हमले की योजना बना रहे हैं, नतीजा है कि समझौते के बाद से ही कश्मीर में आतंकियों के हमले में लगातार बढ़त देखी जा रही है, वहीं बीते एक माह में हमारे दर्जनों सैनिक कश्मीर में आतंकियों से लड़ते हुए वीरगती को प्राप्त हुए हैं,  उल्लेखनीय है कि इन आतंकवादी संगठनों का प्रमुख लक्ष्य भारत का कश्मीर बहुत पहले से रहा है, क्योंकि बीते वर्ष भारत सरकार ने कश्मीर से धारा 370 को खत्म करके भारत और कश्मीर के बीच खड़ी दीवार को गिरा दिया जिसके बाद से पाकिस्तान व उसके आतंकी संगठन बौखलाए हुए हैं।

ऐसे में आने वाले समय में आईएसआईएस, तालिबान व अलकायदाइन जैसे खतरनाक आतंकी संगठनों के एक साथ आने से, भारत समेत पूरे दक्षिण एशिया में आतंकवाद के एक नए युग की शुरुआत होने की आशंका है। इन आतंकवादी संगठनों के महागठजोड़ का प्रमुख लक्ष्य  ग़ज़वा-ए-हिंद करना रहा है क्योंकि इन सभी संगठनों का जन्म ही इसी संकल्प के साथ हुआ है।

गौरतलब है कि इस्लामिक स्टेट से जुड़े हुए एक संगठन जुनदूल खिलाफा-अल-हिंद, अपने पत्रिका “वॉयस ऑफ हिंद” अपने 24 फरवरी के अंक में एक लेख भारतीय मुसलमानों को संबोधित करते हुए लिखता है कि- भारतीय मुसलमान अधिक से अधिक हमारे इस्लामिक संगठन के राजनीतिक दर्शन से जुड़े और आने वाले समय में भारत में इस्लाम का परचम लहराने के लिए संघर्ष करने को तैयार रहें, इसी प्रकार से आतंकी संगठन अल कायदा इन इंडियन सब  कंटिनेंट अपने पत्रिका नवा-ए-गजवातुल-हिंद में अपने 21 मार्च के अंक में लिखता है कि आने वाले दिनों में अल कायदा के जिहाद का केंद्र भारत का कश्मीर राज्य बनेगा साथ में पत्रिका ने यह भी घोषणा की है कि दक्षिण एशिया में हम अपने जिहाद फैलाने के मकसद में कामयाब हो कर ही दम लेंगे। गौरतलब है कि इन दोनों ही आतंकी संगठनों का तालिबान से बहुत ही मधुर संबंध रहा है।

ऐसे में समझौता के पूरा होने के बाद की इन गतिविधियों को देखकर अब यही लगता है कि आने वाले समय में इस समझौते का भारत पर एक बड़ा प्रभाव पड़ने वाला है, क्योंकि पाकिस्तान की इमरान सरकार का तालिबान से मधुरता जगजाहिर है और पाकिस्तान भारत में आतंक फ़ैलाने के लिए तालिबान को माध्यम के रूप में सदियों से प्रयोग भी करता रहा है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि भारत में आतांकवाद फैलाने वाले आतंकी संगठनों को पाकिस्तान पनाह देता रहा है, परंतु पिछले कुछ वर्षों में मोदी सरकार की कूटनीति से बने अंतरराष्ट्रीय दबाव के कारण अब वो अपने इन खतरनाक आतंकी संगठनों को पाकिस्तान में नहीं रखना चाहता है, इसलिए वो अपने इन आतंकी संगठनों का एक प्रकार से तालिबान में विलय कर देना चाहता है, ऐसे में  दोहा में हुए समझौते के बाद जब पूरे अफगानिस्तान की राजनीति में तालिबान का प्रभुत्व बढ़ा है, तो ये पाकिस्तान की एक बड़ी जीत मानी जा सकती है, आने वाले समय में हो सकता है कि पाकिस्तान के द्वारा  तालिबान को अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से परमाणु हथियार भी दे दिया जाए, तब यह  एशिया महाद्वीप समेत पूरे संसार के लिए एक बड़ा महासंकट उत्पन्न करेगा, क्योंकि इससे पहले भी पाकिस्तान ने उत्तर कोरिया को परमाणु हथियार बनाने में मदद कर चूका है, और आज उसका परिणाम भी हमारे सामने है, ऐसे में अफगानिस्तान में आने वाले समय में सत्ता की बागडोर तालिबान के हाथ में होने के बाद भारत के लिए स्थितियां चुनौतीपूर्ण होंगी, क्योंकि समझौते के बाद से ही खतरनाक आतंकी संगठन आईएसआईएस का अफगानिस्तान में  दखल बढ़ा है, उल्लेखनीय है कि आईएसआईएस का मध्य एशिया के बाद दूसरा लक्ष्य दक्षिण एशिया के देश ही हैं। 

भारत ने अब तक अफगानिस्तान सरकार को करीब तीन अरब डॉलर की मदद दी है, जिससे वहां संसद भवन, सड़कों और बाँध आदि का निर्माण हुआ है, भारत सरकार ने अफ़ग़ानिस्तान में विभिन्न परियोजनाओं में अरबों डॉलर का निवेश कर रखा है, ऐसे में अब उस तालिबान की सत्ता वापसी से ये निवेश डूब जाएगा, जिसका संसार में का सबसे अधिक विरोध भारत ने पिछले तीन दशकों से किया है, वहीं तालिबान के साथ मिलकर पाकिस्तान और चीन भारत के विरुद्ध मोर्चाबंदी करने में लगे हुए हैं, भारत सरकार को आने वाले इस महासंकट से सावधान रहना होगा क्योंकि तालिबान और पाकिस्तान के मिलीभगत से हुए कंधार विमान अपरहण का दंश हम झेल चुके हैं, उस समय मज़बूर होकर हमें खतरनाक आतंकियों को छोड़ना पड़ा था, अमेरिका तालिबान के सामने घुटने टेक चूका है।

चूंकि अफगानिस्तान सरकार अमेरिका-तालिबान के बीच हो रही शांति वार्ता के खिलाफ थी, उल्लेखनीय है कि राष्ट्रपति अशरफ गनी ने समझौते की प्रक्रिया शुरू किए जाने से पहले ही कह दिया था कि बेगुनाह लोगों की हत्या करने वाले समूह से शांति समझौता निरर्थक है। इसलिए भारत को अफ़ग़ानिस्तान के राष्ट्रपति अशरफ गनी के और रूस के सहयोग से अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अपनी कूटनीति के द्वारा तालिबान-पाकिस्तान और चीन के इस महागठजोड़ को अलग-थलग कर देना होगा, अन्यथा आने वाले समय में तालिबान भारत समेत पूरे दक्षिण एशिया के लिए सबसे बड़ी चुनौती के रूप में सामने खड़ा होगा।

Historians are the conscience keeper for any civilization. These historians have played a great role in shaping the narrative for posterity. But Irony, it has power to idolize a villain and demonize a hero even.

The cartel of world’s left historian even made tyrant like Joseph Stalin, Mao-tse-tung and Polpot the three blood sucking demons who killed more citizen of their nation than Hitler and Mussolini put together, as custodians of public rights with humane face. A generation of young gullible mind world over are the victim of these fake historian who conspired to cartelize and radicalize universities, publishing house, NGO and armchair activist for sinister design.

India could not remained unaffected post-independence from such fake historians, who had agenda to write not history to write. Umpteen nationalist character were maligned and fake story teller were drafted to ornate villain. And even worse than worst could have been the story of Tipu Sultan.

A prosecutor of Christian and Hindu, plunderer of Church and Temple and a like primitive fanatics who used circumcision, rape, torture and death as instrument of religious conversion was an agent of France, Afghanistan and Turkey in India. He conspired to create an extension of French empire by inviting and fighting alongside for establishing a French colony. His nearest colonial cousin could be a traitor Mir Jafar of Bengal who invited British and deceived India.

Had Tipu been successful in his ambition, he certainly would have brought India under French rule in place of British. The role of two traitor Mir Jafar and Tipu Sultan were all alike. One floored for British and another was footman for France.

Indian fake historian very decisively and discreetly removed the historical facts and conspiracy of Tipu Sultan against the Land of India and Indian interest. It is documents and correspondence preserved and available in other nation that only can reveal the extent of Tipu’s plan to get India enslaved to foreign powers.

There is no secret how Tipu sent his emissary to the court of French King Louis XVI (1788) begging for his mercenary to move and attack India. He appeased him by offering his loyal service and employing his war hero as his military advisors. His frenetic effort to persuade Napoleon to invade India after Egypt (1798) is well document in the world historical archives. In between, not finding timely response from France, Tipu conspired with Zaman Shah Durrani the Afghanistan King and Ottoman Sultan Abdul Hamid (1787) in Turkey to create an Islamic force against Maratha.

Tipu Sultan remains notorious for its religious and sectarian persecution against Syrian Christian, Coorg and Travancore Hindu in Kerala Specially. But few historian like Irfan Habib, Mohibul Hassan overlooked the Tipu alliance with foreign power and his dishonest treatment to the contemporary India.

It is such an unpleasant record for our generation, where victory of Mir Jafar brought British and loss of Tipu Sultan dispelled France from India. So similar and so demoniac.  

The serene and peaceful south India had history of Valor and resilience of Great Harihar and Bukka who stood tall for its Vijay Nagar Empire. The great nation builder Rajendra Chola who spread his authority and control far up to Indonesia.

On this pious land a faceless traitor was recreated with a nationalist outlook in the fake historian books. It is before that masses misappropriate this Mir Jafar of South India, record should be set straight.

Understanding Modiphobia

Phobia is defined as “an extreme or irrational fear of or aversion to something”. The definition carries the impression of something which is severely biased, pessimistic and above all prejudiced. Phobia cannot be logical.

Modiphobia is something which has become a mainstream school of thought, at this point of time. It has acquired a status that has turned out to be worthy enough for a deep academic research. Though the origins can be attributed to the notorious year of 2002 (turning point 1) it gained more prominence post 2014 (turning point 2). There were new dimensions added to it at every phase. It emerged as a rabid hatred against anything Indic including Hindutva, Hindu Rashtra etc and later moved onto accommodate strange things including hatred against him for ‘doing nothing for Hindus’.

This phobia cuts across boundaries of all types – religious, political, caste and economic status. There are people who hate him for trying to build a Ram Mandir over the Babri Masjid and at the same time there are people who hate him for ‘not doing anything to build a Ram Mandir’. The most funny ones on Social Media are those who claim evil Sonia is not stopping Modi from tweeting, so she is least afraid of him while she had sent her legal henchmen to gag another BJP leader which proves that his existence threatens her the most. Poor souls. Who knows the truth better than Amit Shah, who ended up in jail after being framed under fake charges and Narendra Modi who was slandered since 2002, hounded by various agencies who were investigating the fake charges against  the duo, to frame them.

The latest expressions of Modiphobia have come out as the anguish being expressed when someone who assumes a non existent divine right over merit is shown their place, or when some fake news from the left takes over the ‘trending’ narrative like a storm. Cyber activists a.k.a keyboard warriors who thrive in an echo-chamber rely only on few Social Media handles for their political ‘gyan’. They end up as the best markets and propagators for such snake oil sellers. The collapse of the MSM’s credibility led to exponential growth of Social Media, where a large number of people thronged to, for learning and expressing their views. This led to the growth of some useful idiots who are now professional cribbers. Of course, they are seen on every side. However this is about the other side of the spectrum, who find this as a booming market to gain some popularity. They oscillate between political speculation and conspiracy theories. This includes – pitting one BJP leader against the other, praising some entities which apparently appear to be more “macho” than our’s. They have made this narrative a blitzkrieg to propel themselves to some heights and massage their egos.

The conclusion of this article is for all sane minded people to read everything, inquire, think for yourselves and come to conclusions rather than being swayed by some internet demagogue who will end up turning you into a useful idiot to fulfill his (or her) own agenda. For those sitting at the far corners on any side – there can be no explanations given as they don’t see things as it is. They see the world as they think it’s. What is Tablighi Jamaat? Here is some information about Tablighi Jamaat ….

Tablighi Jamaat is an Islamic or we can say radical Islamic organisation which has only less than 100 years of history. It was founded in 1927 by the Muhammad Ilyas Kandhalawi in Mewat. Mewat is a place which is known for its radical Islamic ideology and it is a highly radicalised Muslim area in Haryana state. There is common saying that the ‘Police can’t enter in Mewat’. This belief was there till 2015-16.

Coming back to the point, the ideology of Jamaat is highly inspired from the radical Islamic leader Rashid Ahmad Gangohi who was Deobandi Maulavi in British India. Tablighi Jamaat had founded to tackle the Shuddhi Movement by Swami Dayanand Sarasvati, where the main task was to bring back the people who converted to Islam. This movement became very popular in earlier 20th century and to tackle this movement Tablighi Jamaat was founded.

The main task of Tablighi Jamaat is Conversion. If we read the Jamaat we understand that their primary task is ‘Dawat’. Dawat means an invitation for all non-Muslims to convert into Islam. Jamaat believes that the all non-Muslims and Muslims who are not on right path (according to them) are criminals and they should convert into Islam or follow Jamaat ideology. Jamaati are highly radicalized and they work on single mission that is ‘conversion’. They not only convert people but their further task is to brain wash and to radicalize them.

Tablighi Jamaat is a offshoot of Deobandi, which is one of the Islamic firqa among 73 firke. Deobandi is known for its Sunni Islamic ideology. In South Asia there are mainly two firke which are Deobandi and Barelvi. Deobandi is more radicalised, more offensive, non-compromising with their belief system, don’t go to Mazar and dargah that they consider it as a sin. Barelvi goes to mazar and dargah, they believe in it. So here Jamaat is a offshoot of Deobandi which is already known for many fatwas and other radical activities.

If we try to know about Jamaat, we found that it works only in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore etc and other south Asian countries. But reality is Jamaat is very much popular in Europe especially in London, where 90% mosque sin London are owned by Jamaat. It also run madarsa in London. Jamaat is also active in gulf countries, being their main economic source. In India Jamaat is not popular, because the work which is done by Jamaat is already done by some existing popular organisations like Zakir Naik etc. So Jamaat is not that much popular in India.

Talking about the high profile link of Tablighi Jamaat, one most popular link is Maulana Tarik Jameel. He is the most famous Tablighi Maulana who is personal advisior to the Pakistan PM Imran Khan, also he is family advisor and we can say advisor for everything to Imran Khan. He is very close to the Pakistani army chief Gen. Bajwa and he is also family advisor of Gen. Bajwa. Maulana Tarik Jameel is also a spiritual guru of famous actor Amir Khan. Amir khan took Tarik Jameel with him when he went to Haj with his mom. Although Amir khan is Shiya, He is influenced with the Jamaat. From this we can imagine the influence of Jamaat on high profile people.

Jamaat took many Pakistani celebrities and cricketers. Pakistani cricketers like Muhammad Yusuf who was previously a Christian, but later converted by Jamaat to Islam. Former Pakistani captain Inzamam-ul-Haq is also a Jamaati who is Maulana now. Mushtaq Saqlain is also follows Jammat. The famous popstar of Pakistan Junaid Jamshed is also become Jamaat member.

There are different Jamaat organisations in different countries like Indian Jamaat, Pakistani Jamaat etc. and they are interlinked. The most powerful Jamaat organisation is Pakistani Jamaat. Main reason is Pakistani Jamaat has more money than any other Jamaat. Jamaat has headquarters in Raiwind which is located in state of Punjab in Pakistan.

In Pakistan any religious organisation cant work without the helping hand of ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence). So, Jamaat also works under the ISI. If a Jamaat Maulavi has access to the PM’s house as well as the army chief’s house then it is very easy to understand that Jamaat has very close relations with ISI in Pakistan.
