वो पीढियों से चली आ रही मांगे पूरी कर रहे, हमें उनका साथ नहीं छोड़ना

मैं बहुत पीछे नहीं जाना चाहता, बस तथाकथित स्वतन्त्रता वाले वर्ष से २०१४ तक कि अवधी (जिसमें स्वर्गीय श्री लाल बहादुर शास्त्री जी और स्व श्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी जी के कार्यकाल को छोड़कर) हिंदुस्तान का सनातन समाज अपना सब कुछ इस राष्ट्र पर समर्पित कर देने के पश्चात् भी बदहाल था, कुंठित था, निराश था और स्वय को ठगा सा महसूस कर रहा था।

क्योंकि एक तथाकथित महात्मा ने “मुस्लिम तुष्टिकरण” एक ऐसा मंत्र दिया था जिसका कोई तोड़ समझ में नहीं आ रहा था। हर ओर इसी मंत्र का बोलबाला था, राष्ट्रपति भवन से लेकर गली कूचो तक इसी मन्त्र का राज था और कभी कभी तो ऐसा लगता था कि ये मंत्र संविधान कि आत्मा “उद्देशिका” से भी बड़ा स्थान प्राप्त कर चुका है।

पर साथियों गुजरात के लोगों ने संघ के एक जानेमाने प्रचारक पर राजनीती कि दुनिया में अनजान एक शिखर पुरुष को अपना नेता चूना और फिर क्या था समय ने करवट ले डाली और देखते हि देखते गुजरात विकास और विश्वास के रास्ते पर बढ़ते हुए भारतवर्ष के शेष भाग के लिए एक उदाहरण के रूप में स्थापित हुआ और तो और जनता ने जिस पर विश्वास किया उसने उस विश्वास को टूटने नहीं दिया और परिणाम सबके सामने था।

लगातार तीन बार मुख्यमंत्री चुने जाने के पश्चात् वर्ष २०१४ में उसे प्रधानमंत्री के उम्मीदवार के रूप में जनता जनार्दन के समक्ष प्रस्तुत किया गया और देखते हि देखते वो शिखर पुरुष अकस्मात रूप से राष्ट्र पुरुष बनकर उभर आया और २०१४ के पश्चात् सनातन धर्म के अनुयायीयों में अभूतपूर्व उत्साह और उमंग का संचार कर गया। चहूँ ओर आशा कि नई किरणें निराशा के चक्रव्यूह को तोड़कर सारे समाज में फैल गई और सनातन धर्मियों कि हर इच्छा को वह् पूर्ण करने लगा। उसने “मुस्लिम तुष्टिकरण कि गन्दी निति को देखते हि देखते उखाड़ फेंका और” सबका साथ सबका विश्वास और सबका विश्वास” के नई निति से चमत्कारी परिवर्तन कर डाला। आइये देखते हैं उसके द्वारा किये गए कुछ महत्वपूर्ण कार्य:-

सर्वसम्मति और आदरणीय सर्वोच्च न्यायलय के आदेश से आयोध्या में प्रभु “श्री राम के भव्य मंदिर” बनवा रहे है। वाराणसी में परमेश्वर शिव के “काशी विश्वनाथ कॉरिडोर” का निर्माण हो चुका है, मिर्जापुर में माता विंध्यवासिनी के आशीर्वाद से “विंध्याचल कॉरिडोर” बन रहा है, “चार धाम को रेल रोड हवाई कनेक्टिविटी” से जोड़ा जा रहा है,”धारा 370 और 35ए” को हटाकर जम्मू कश्मीर के माथे पर लगा कलंक हट चुका है, “CAA” लागू करके पाकिस्तान, अफगानिस्तान और बंगलादेश के नर्क से अल्पसंख्यकों को सुरक्षा प्रदान किया, 4 वर्षों से यूपी में “रक्षाबंधन के पर्व पर बहनों/महिलाओं को मुफ्त बस यात्रा” करवाया जा रहा है।

यही नहीं “श्रद्धालुओं पर हेलीकॉप्टर से पुष्प वर्षा” हो रही है, यूपी में “रंगोत्सव, दीपोत्सव, कृष्ण जन्मोत्सव” धूमधाम से मनाया जा रहा है, अयोध्या में लाखों “दीप जलाकर” विश्व रिकॉर्ड बन रहा है, “दिव्य कुंभ भव्य कुंभ” का सफल आयोजन हो चुका है, “अयोध्या, काशी, मथुरा, वृंदावन, चित्रकूट, विंध्याचल” का विकास और सौंदर्यीकरण करवाया जा रहा है, “रामायण सर्किट, कृष्ण सर्किट” बना रहे हो, “कैलाश मानसरोवर भवन” बनवाया जा रहा है,”लव जिहाद” जैसी गन्दी मानसिकता के खिलाफ” कानून बना रहे हैं, “जबरन धर्मांतरण के खिलाफ” कानून बन रहा है, “दंगे करने वाले दंगाइयों के खिलाफ वसूली” का सख्त कानून बन चुका है, सदियों से बंद “अक्षय वट, सरस्वती कूप” को श्रद्धालुओं के लिए खुलवाया जा रहा है।

इसके बाद एक कदम आगे बढ़ते हुए “अकबर किले में मां सरस्वती की प्रतिमा स्थापित” हो रही है, “रामेश्वरम को रामसेतु से जोड़ने वाला पंबन ब्रिज” बन रहा है,”रामायण एक्सप्रेस” चल रही है, अयोध्या में “रामायण म्यूजियम” बन रहा है, अयोध्या में “251 मीटर ऊंची भगवान राम की भव्य प्रतिमा” स्थापित हो रही है, “अयोध्या से जनकपुरी (नेपाल) तक बस सेवा” शुरू हो चुकी है , मथुरा में “कृष्ण लीला म्यूजियम” बन रहा है, “विश्व की सबसे बड़ी श्रीमद् भागवत गीता का अनावरण” किया जा रहा है, “बहरीन में 200 साल पुराने कृष्ण मंदिर का पुनरुद्धार” हो रहा है, “84 कोस परिक्रमा मार्ग 4 लेन” का बन रहा है, “केदारनाथ धाम का पुनरोद्धार” हो रहा है, “कैलाश मानसरोवर तक रोड” तैयार हो रही है, “कैलाश मानसरोवर की यात्रा पर जाने के लिए 1 लाख की सब्सिडी” मिल रही है, काशी में “काशी विश्वनाथ वर्चुअल म्यूजियम” बन रहा है, “माता वैष्णो देवी को रेल, रोड और हवाई कनेक्टिविटी” से जोड़ा जा रहा है, “भैरो बाबा तक रोप-वे सेवा” शुरू, “वाराणसी से कटरा तक वन्दे भारत ट्रेन” चल रही है, “नमामि गंगे के तहत गंगा सफाई अभियान” चल रहा है, “जेलों में जन्माष्टमी का आयोजन” हो रहा है, “अयोध्या में रामलीला का मंचन” हो रहा, “नवरात्रि में कन्या भोज का आयोजन” हो रहा है, “फैजाबाद का नाम बदलकर पुनः प्राचीन नाम “अयोध्या जी” हो चुका है, “इलाहाबाद का नाम बदलकर पुनः प्राचीन नाम प्रयागराज” कर दिया, “भारतीय संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने के लिए देशभर में विभिन्न प्राचीन मंदिरों का जीर्णोद्धार” हो रहा।

और तो और “आबू धाबी में पहले भव्य हिन्दू मंदिर का निर्माण” हो रहा, “गौवंश के संरक्षण” के लिये योजनाएं चल रही हैं, “विभिन्न वैश्विक मंचो से भारतीय संस्कृति को बढ़ावा” दिया जा रहा है, “संस्कृत यूनिवर्सिटी की स्थापना” हो रही है, “योग को अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के रूप में विश्व में स्थापित” कर दिया गया, “राष्ट्रीय गोकुल मिशन”, “राष्ट्रीय कामधेनु आयोग” का गठन तथा “कुंभ मेले को यूनेस्को की विश्व धरोहर कि सूची में शामिल” करवा दिया, “विश्व के नेताओ को गीता, रामायण भेंट” किया जा रहा, “बेसहारा गोवंशों के लिए कार्पस फंड की व्यवस्था” किया गया, यूपी में “प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी करने वाले सभी छात्र छात्राओं को निःशुल्क कोचिंग” सुविधा उपलब्ध करवायी जा रही, “4 करोड़ से अधिक छात्रों के लिए 59,000 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना” शुरू कर लागू कर दिया गया।

मित्रों उस राष्ट्र पुरुष ने केवल उतना हि नहीं अपितु जनधन योजना के अंतर्गत हर गरीब और मजदूर को बैंक से जोड़ दिया, नोटबंदी करके काले धन वाले सफेदपोशों के नाक में नकेल कस दिया, मुफ्त में गैस का चूल्हा और सिलिंडर देकर माताओ को धुँवा रूपी अंधकार से मुक्ति दिला दी, बिजली घर घर पहुंचाकर गरीबों का जीवन आसान बना दिया, किसानों के खातों में हर वर्ष ६ हजार रुपए देकर उन्हे मानसिक संतुष्टि पहुंचाई, फसल बीमा योजना के तहत, आकस्मिक दुर्घटनाओं से होने वाले नुकसान से किसानों को सुरक्षा प्रदान की, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत लाखों गरीबों को आवास प्रदान किया, स्वच्छ भारत योजना के तहत घर घर में शौचालय बनवा दिया, कन्या समृद्धि योजना से बेटियों को मुस्कराने का मौका दिया, आयुष्मान योजना से गरीबों को ५ लाख तक कि चिकित्सकीय सुविधा प्रदान की, केवल रुप्ये१२ प्रति वर्ष के प्रीमियम पर ₹ २ लाख तक कि बीमा प्रदान की।

यही नहीं साहेब कभी अमेरिका से कभी चिन से और कभी रसिया से टक्कर लेकर भारतीय सेना को अधिकतम व अधुनिकतम हथियारों से अमीर बना दिया। भारत कि चिन से सटी हुई सीमा रेखा के आस पास सड़को, ब्रिजो और अन्य संसाधनों का जाल सा बिछा दिया जिसके कारण चीन कि सिट्टी पिट्टी गुम हो गई।

यही नहीं कोरोना “कोवीड-१९” नामक वैश्विक बीमारी से लड़ते हुए अपने देश में हि वेक्सिन का निर्माण कराया और आधी दुनिया को वेक्सिन देते हुए अपने देश के नागरिकों कि सुरक्षा और रक्षा की। प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार योजना के तहत, Start-up और Make in India जैसे आंदोलन को बढ़ावा दिया जिससे युवाओं में रोजगार के स्थान पर स्वरोजगार कि दिशा में प्रस्थान करने कि प्रेरणा मिली और उन्होंने अपनी तक़दीर के साथ साथ औरो कि भी तक़दीर बदल कर रख दी।

इसके अतिरिक्त क्या आप सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक और एअर स्ट्राइक को भूल सकते हैं, क्या गलवान घाटी में भारतीय सैनिको के पराक्रम को भूल सकते हैं, नहीं ना, क्या श्रीनगर के लाल चौक पर पूरे मान, सम्मान और स्वाभिमान से फहरा रहे तिरंगे को भूल सकते हैं नहीं ना….

क्या आप भूल सकते हैं कि:-
१:-उत्तर प्रदेश में २०१७ से पहले पुलिस आजम खान कि भैंस ढूढने का काम करते करते जनता से दूर हो गई थी पर २०१७ के बाद उसी पुलिस ने माफियाओ को ढूढना और ठिकाने लगाना शुरू कर दिया और जनता कि चहेती बन गई।

२:-उत्तर प्रदेश में २०१७ से पहले चमचो और सड़कछाप गुंडों, माफियाओ का राज था वो किसी भी तरह सरकारी या गैरसरकारी ज़मीन पर दबंगई से कब्जा करके और अपने काले धन से अपने महल और बड़ी बड़ी दुकाने खड़ी कर लेते थे पर
२०१७ के बाद उन्हीं चमचो और सड़कछाप गुंडों, माफियाओ के यंहा कुर्की और बुलडोजर ने वो कहर ढाया कि ना केवल उनके कब्जे से हजारों करोड़ कि सरकारी और गैर सरकारी जमीने मुक्त हो गई अपितु हजारों करोड़ का जुर्माना भी वसूला गया और उनके दिलो में क़ानून और पुलिस का खौफ भर् दिया वो अलग से।

३:-उत्तर प्रदेश में २०१७ से पहले चमचो और सड़कछाप गुंडों, डकैतो के रंगदारी के कारण जनता पलायन को मजबूर थी पर
२०१७ के बाद उन्हीं चमचो और सड़कछाप गुंडों, डकैतो के दिलो में क़ानून और पुलिस का इतना खौफ भर् दिया सरकार ने कि वे अपने अपने क्षेत्रों से पलायन कर जेलों मे जिन्दगी गुजार रहे हैं।

४:-उत्तर प्रदेश में २०१७ से पहले चमचे और सड़कछाप शोहदे सरे राह माताओ और बहन बेटियों के साथ छेड़खानी कर सीना तान के धमकाते हुए घूमते थे पर २०१७ के बाद वहीं चमचे और सड़कछाप शोहदे बहन बेटियों और माताओ कि ओर बुरी दृष्टि डालने से भी घबराते हैं।

५:-उत्तर प्रदेश में २०१७ से पहले आतंकवादियों पर से अदालत में दाखिल किये गए केस वापस लेकर उन्हें फिर से आतंक फैलाने के लिए छोड़े जाने का प्रयास किया जाता था पर २०१७ के बाद उन्हीं आतंकियों को ठोकने के लिए ATS सेंटर खोला जाता है।

तो ज़रा सोचिए जिन लोगों ने हम सनातन धर्मियों को इतना सब कुछ दिया तो क्या हम उनको अपने राष्ट्रहित में वोट नहीं दे सकते। हम सनातन धर्मी ना तो बटेंगे और ना हटेंगे बल्कि जिन्होंने हम इतना दिया है उनके सम्मान में मैदान में डटेंगे।

कुछ भी हो उत्तर प्रदेश में भाजपा कि हि सरकार बनाएंगे।

मोदी की हत्या करने का कांग्रेस का षड्यंत्र हुआ नाकाम

कांग्रेस के हाथ से जब से केंद्र की सत्ता गयी है, तब से ही कांग्रेस पार्टी और इसके नेता बेहद बौखलाए हुए हैं. एक के बाद एक होने वाले चुनावों में कांग्रेस की हार का एकमात्र कारण कांग्रेस मोदी को ही मानती है और इसलिए पहले ही दिन से वह मोदी को अपने रास्ते से “हटाकर” सत्ता में आने के लिए बेचैन हो रही है. समय समय पर अलग अलग नामों से तरह तरह के आंदोलन कांग्रेस द्वारा प्रायोजित किये जाते रहे हैं-इन सभी आंदोलनों में अक्सर मोदी को “हटाने” के लिए नारे लगाए जाते रहे हैं.

भीमा कोरेगांव मामले में जो वामपंथी आतंकी मोदी की हत्या की साज़िश के सिलसिले में पकडे गए थे, उन्हें भी कांग्रेस पार्टी का ही समर्थन था.

हाल ही में 5 जनवरी 2022 को पंजाब में एक बार फिर से कांग्रेस पार्टी ने मोदी की हत्या की साज़िश को खुले तौर अंजाम दिया हालांकि कांग्रेस इस बार भी मोदी की हत्या करने या करवाने में कामयाब नहीं हो सकी.

मोदी की पंजाब यात्रा की पूरी जानकारी पंजाब सरकार को यात्रा से काफी पहले ही उपलब्ध करा दी गयी थी और इसकी जानकारी पंजाब सरकार के अलावा और किसी को नहीं थी- पंजाब सरकार ने मोदी की यात्रा की पूरी जानकारी खालिस्तानी आतंकवादियों के साथ न सिर्फ साझा की बल्कि, उन्हें मोदी का रास्ता रोककर उन्हें घेरने के लिए भी पूरी सुविधा भी प्रदान कर दी गयी. मोदी को एक फ्लाईओवर पर ऐसी जगह रोक दिया गया जहां से पाकिस्तान की सीमा मात्र 30 किलोमीटर दूरी पर थी और वहां से बचकर निकलने का और कोई रास्ता भी नहीं था. मोदी को फंसाकर किस तरह से उनकी हत्या की जानी थी, उसका एक एनिमेटेड वीडियो एक साल पहले ही यू ट्यूब पर डाल दिया गया था. सारी साज़िश को उसी तरह से अंजाम दिया जा रहा था जिस तरह से वीडियो में दिखाया गया था लेकिन मोदी जी की शायद उम्र लम्बी थी जो वह 20 मिनट उस फ्लाईओवर पर रास्ता खुलने का इंतज़ार करने के बाद वापस आ गए. गौर करने वाली बात यह है कि इस बीस मिनट की समयावधि में मुख्यमंत्री चन्नी और उनके अधिकारीयों ने पी एम की एस पी जी टीम का फोन भी नहीं उठाया-इसका मतलब साफ़ है कि इन बीस मिनटों के अंदर की कांग्रेस पार्टी के नेता मोदी के साथ कुछ अनहोनी की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे थे.

कांग्रेस की साज़िश इस बात से भी साबित हो जाती है कि मोदी के साथ जो एस पी जी के चीफ चल रहे थे, उन्होंने पंजाब के डी जी पी से पूरे बारह बार बातचीत की थी और उन्हें हर बार पंजाब के डी जी पी ने यही बताया कि रास्ता एकदम खाली पड़ा हुआ है -जहाँ एक तरफ पंजाब के डी जी पी मोदी की एस पी जी को यह बता रहे थे कि रास्ता खाली पड़ा हुआ है, दूसरी तरफ वह पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री चन्नी से यह पूछ रहे थे कि यह खालिस्तानी प्रदर्शनकारी रास्ता रोककर खड़े हुए हैं, इनसे कैसे निपटना है?

मुख्यमंत्री चन्नी ने पंजाब के डी जी पी से यह कह दिया कि खालिस्तानी प्रदर्शनकारियों पर बल का प्रयोग नहीं होना चाहिए. मज़े की बात यह है कि मुख्यमंत्री चन्नी पंजाब के डी जी पी से लगातार फोन पर संपर्क में बने हुए थे लेकिन जिन 20 मिनटों तक मोदी जी फ्लाईओवर पर फंसे हुए थे उन्होंने उनका या उनकी एस पी जी टीम का फोन तक नहीं उठाया. नियमानुसार न सिर्फ मुख्यमंत्री चन्नी को, बल्कि पंजाब के डी जी पी और चीफ सेक्रेटरी को भी प्रधान मंत्री को अनिवार्य रूप से रिसीव करना होता है लेकिन यह तीनों ही लोग वहां से न सिर्फ नदारद थे, बल्कि या तो फोन नहीं उठा रहे थे और अगर फोन उठा भी रहे थे तो एस पी जी को गलत जानकारी दे रहे थे कि रास्ता खाली पड़ा है और आप आ जाओ.

इस साज़िश की सारी कहानी मीडिया में हालांकि पहले से ही आ चुकी है लेकिन कोई भी मीडिया वाला खुलकर वह नहीं बता रहा है जो एकदम शीशे की तरह साफ़ है कि इस सारी साज़िश के पीछे कांग्रेस पार्टी का मोदी को मारने या मरवाने का प्लान था जिसका रिहर्सल यू ट्यूब के वीडियो में एक साल पहले ही किया जा चुका था.

दुर्भाग्य की बात यह है कि अभी तक किसी भी विपक्षी दल ने इस बात की निंदा करके पंजाब की सरकार को बर्खास्त करने या मुख्यमंत्री चन्नी को गिरफ्तार करने की मांग नहीं की है और न ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले का स्वत: संज्ञान लेकर ऐसा कुछ करने का प्रयास किया है. किसी भी अखबार ने अभी तक कोई सम्पादकीय लिखकर न तो इस सारी साज़िश के लिए कांग्रेस को जिम्मेवार ठहराया है और न ही वहां पर राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाकर चन्नी की गिरफ्तारी का सुझाव दिया है. कांग्रेस द्वारा जिस तरह से बार बार लोकतंत्र और मोदी की हत्या का प्रयास पिछले 7 सालों से किया जा रहा है उस पर मीडिया और न्यायपालिका की खामोशी हैरान और परेशान करने वाली है .

वैवाहिक दुष्कर्म कानून की मांग और दाम्पत्य में संयम का आदर्श

वर्ष 2021 में स्त्रियों से सम्बंधित जो प्रमुख विषय चर्चा में रहे उनमें संसद के शीतकालीन सत्र में प्रस्तुत, लड़कियों की विवाह की कानूनी रूप से मान्य आयु को 18 से बढ़ाकर 21 वर्ष किये जाने के विधेयक (जो संसदीय समिति को भेज दिया गया) के अतिरिक्त वैवाहिक दुष्कर्म कानून की मांग प्रमुख रहा।

वैवाहिक दुष्कर्म कानून की चर्चा निर्भया कांड के बाद जस्टिस जे. एस. वर्मा कमेटी की, वैवाहिक दुष्कर्म को आपराधिक बनाये जाने की सिफारिश से प्रारंभ हुयी थी किन्तु वर्ष 2021 में दो अलग अलग राज्यों की सरकारों ने इससे सम्बंधित मामलों में अलग अलग निर्णय दिए जिससे यह विषय एक बार पुनः चर्चा के केंद्र में आ गया। मुंबई की एक अदालत ने एक मामले में पत्नी की इच्छा के विरुद्ध सम्बन्ध बनाने को अपराध नहीं माना जबकि केरल की एक अदालत ने एक अन्य मामले में इसे अपराध माना। यद्यपि दोनों मामलों की प्रवृत्ति भिन्न भिन्न थी तथापि अलग अलग निर्णयों के कारण इस सन्दर्भ में आपराधिक कानून बनाए जाने की मांग ने जोर पकड़ा।

कानून बनाने की मांग के जोर पकड़ने के साथ साथ कई प्रश्न भी उठाए जा रहे हैं जैसे: वर्तमान में ऐसा कानून होना उचित होगा अथवा नहीं?

यदि यह कानून बनाया जाता है तो उसका समाज और सामाजिक व्यवस्थाओं पर क्या प्रभाव होगा?

क्या इससे विवाह संस्था बिखर जाएगी या फिर ये कानून पुरुष सत्तात्मक समाज से बाहर निकलने की चाभी बनेगा?

क्या निजी हितों के लिए ऐसे कानून का सरलता से दुरुपयोग नहीं किया जाएगा?

क्या ये कानून सभी पंथ – सम्प्रदायों के परिवारों पर लागू होगा?

भारत के सामाजिक ताने बाने को देखते हुए ये प्रश्न आवश्यक भी हैं और उचित भी। निश्चित रूप से हमारे कानूनवेत्ता और समाजवेत्ता इन प्रश्नों के तर्कशील उत्तर खोजेंगे और तदनुसार निर्णय लिए जायेंगे।

यहाँ ऋषिअगस्त्य और लोपामुद्रा की कथा का स्मरण महत्वपूर्ण होगा।

आजीवन ब्रह्मचर्य धारण करने वाले ऋषि अगस्त्य को कुछ कारणों से विवाह का निर्णय लेना पड़ता है जिस के लिए वो विदुषी लोपामुद्रा का हाथ मांगने जाते हैं जो एक राजकुमारी है।

एक राजा अपनी कोमलांगी पुत्री का हाथ एक अरण्यवासी को कैसे दे दे? राजा व्यथित हो जाते हैं।

पिता के असमंजस को समझ कर लोपामुद्रा कहती है, ऋषि अगस्त्य से विद्वान स्वयं मेरा वरण करने आए हैं, ये मेरा सौभाग्य है। मैं इस विवाह से सहमत हूँ।

विवाह होता है। विदा वेला में, सुन्दर आभूषणों और रेशमी वस्त्रों में लोपामुद्रा को देखकर अगस्त्य कहते हैं, देवि, मैं तो अरण्य का वासी हूँ, वहां तुम इन वस्त्राभूषणों में कैसे रह पाओगी? वहां तो वल्कल वस्त्र ही शोभा देते हैं।

ये सुनकर लोपामुद्रा ने अविलम्ब अपने राज्योचित वस्त्राभूषणों का परित्याग कर दिया, वल्कल वस्त्र धारण किए और अगस्त्य के साथ वन को प्रस्थान कर गयी।

अगस्त्य के गुरुकुल में कई वर्षों तक वे दोनों अध्ययन, अध्यापन, शोध, यज्ञ आदि में डूबे रहे फिर एक वर्ष पावस ऋतु में स्नानरता लोपामुद्रा को देखकर अगस्त्य सम्मोहित हो गए और उन्होंने लोपामुद्रा के पास जाकर प्रणय निवेदन किया।

लोपामुद्रा ने उत्तर दिया, हम पति पत्नी हैं तो ये तो मेरा धर्म है कि मैं इस निवेदन को स्वीकार करूँ किन्तु इसे स्वीकार करने से पूर्व मेरा एक निवेदन है, जो आपको पूरा करना होगा।

वह क्या, देवि? अगस्त्य ने आश्चर्य से पूछा।

ये जो वल्कल वस्त्र हमने धारण किये हुए हैं इन्हें हमने अध्ययन, अध्यापन, यज्ञ और शोध के समय पहना है इनके साथ प्रणय धर्म निभाने से इनका सम्मान घटेगा इसलिए आपको राज्योचित वस्त्राभूषणों की व्यवस्था करनी होगी। इसी प्रकार हमारे इस निवास में अध्ययन, अध्यापन, यज्ञ और शोध कार्य हुए हैं ये भी हमारे गुरुजन जैसा ही है अतः इसका भी सम्मान रखना है तो आप एक प्रासाद की भी व्यवस्था करें।

ये कैसे संभव है, देवि? मैं इतना धन कहाँ से ला पाऊंगा जिससे ऐसी व्यवस्था हो सके? मुझे इतना धन कौन देगा? अगस्त्य ने कहा।

कोई भी प्रतापी राजा ज्ञान और मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त करने की दक्षिणा स्वरुप आपको इसका कई गुणा धन दे देगा ऋषिवर, लोपामुद्रा ने उत्तर दिया।

अगस्त्य जाने लगे तो लोपामुद्रा ने कहा, “मुनिवर, ये धन उसी राजा से लीजियेगा जिसके अभिलेख में प्रजा को दी जाने वाली सभी सुविधाओं पर व्यय के बाद अतिरिक्त धन बचता हो, ऐसा न होने पर राजा प्रजा की सुविधाएँ कम करके आपको धन देगा जिससे उसकी प्रजा को कष्ट होगा और उस कष्ट का अभिशाप हमारी संतान पर आयेगा।

लम्बी यात्रा के पश्चात अगस्त्य लोपामुद्रा के कहे अनुसार प्रसाद और धन की व्यवस्था करके लौटते हैं। लोपामुद्रा उनका प्रणय निवेदन स्वीकार करती है। एक संतान का जन्म होता है। जिसका विद्यारम्भ संस्कार होने तक वे उस प्रसाद में रहकर वापस गुरुकुल में जाकर निवास करने लगते हैं।

ये कथा हमें दांपत्य में प्रणय का संयम सिखाती है।

वैवाहिक बंधन में रहने वाले स्त्री पुरुष को भी प्रणय सम्बन्धों में किस प्रकार परिपक्वता और संयम का परिचय देना चाहिए उसका बोध कराती है। वर्तमान में जब सामाजिक और पारिवारिक जीवन अन्यान्य कारणों से इतना जटिल हो गया है तो क्यों न अपने अतीत से कुछ सीख लें जो जीवन को कानूनी दुरुहता से बचा कर रख सके।

PM Modi and CM Yogi, a big reason behind rising unemployment!

Unemployment! Unemployment!! and Unemployment!!!

Ever since BJP came to power, unemployment has been an issue. In fact, BJP ruled government is the only government in the entire history of independent India, who has proudly taken away tens of millions of jobs and the bhakts have embraced this with open arms and with smiles on their faces. This might actually be the biggest or probably the only reason why BJP will lose the upcoming elections.

Ever since, BJP rose to power in 2014 and Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of India, there have been tons of people forced out of their regular or conventional jobs. The Modi government has shut down more than 5,43,000 shell companies. Let me re-iterate, it is more than five lac companies and not people, the number people who were rendered jobless would be much more as each company would have more than one person at the very minimum. It does not matter if these were illegal companies, but the people associated with these companies were real. Weren’t they? They had rights; right to express their views and right to vote. What would their and others like them say about rising unemployment? Unlike Bhakts, they won’t be voting for BJP, would they?

I simply don’t understand what is BJP’s problem with Hawala Traders. As a matter of fact, only 5% of Hawala trade survived after Demonetization. In other words, 95% of the agents involved with Hawala trading became unemployed. And every now and then, the government agencies arrest hawala traders as soon as they find them. And Bhakts clap on such busts. It is another thing that terrorist attacks like 2006 Mumbai train bombings carried by Indian Mujahidin or 1993 Mumbai blasts carried by Dawood Ibrahim crime syndicate were financed via hawala. These are just a few of many other such incidents. But these Hawala traders can’t be deemed as terrorists, they are businessmen. Aren’t they? They are citizens of India, government can’t just cut their jobs for the sake of the safety of the nation. Don’t they have any rights? They have rights; right to express their views and right to vote. Why should they and others like them vote for the government who is cutting their source of income?

Now, since terrorism already came up in the discussion, we can’t just turn a blind eye to Kashmir Valley. As if killing the job prospects of Hawala traders in the valley wasn’t enough, the government with absolutely no gumption, abrogated Article 370 and 35A. Although, Bhakts have been beating their chests in happiness all the time, but has anyone ever bothered about how people lost their regular employment overnight? Stone pelting was reduced by 87.3% in just one year after the abrogation. The talented youth, who were getting paid to throw stones are not getting paid anymore, their talent is going waste and many of them are still unemployed. Not only the stone pelters, but the separatist leaders and tons of leaders in the groups like the Hurriyat conference have gone unemployed because the central government, first by abrogating 370 made Kashmir an integral part of India leaving no scope for any discussion for a separate state and second by splitting up the state in two Union Territories changed the political scenario as well. These people also have right to express their views and vote for their favorite party. Will these people or others like them ever vote for a party who took away their age old, traditional job avenue?

As if BJP at the center was not enough, CM Yogi added another engine on the very same train, making it a double engine train taking up jobs of innocent people at a much higher speed. As soon as CM Yogi started his tenure, the first thing he did was to shut illegal slaughter houses in UP. In last 4.5 years, the government has shut down more than 150 illegal slaughter houses. Can you imagine, how many people were rendered jobless because of this? Cow smuggling is a business where millions of cows were smuggled to Bangladesh before BJP came to power. BJP government is killing a trade by trying to stop smuggling. Bhakts can call it a good thing, but what about lacs of people who were earning their bread and butter by being involved directly or indirectly in this business. Do they have any right? Will they or people like them like to support BJP in any way? By the way, have you read researches claiming the correlation between slaughterhouse work and increased crime, crime preparation, antisocial activities and sexual offenses? There are many such researches, don’t worry Bhakts did not do any such research, they were primarily done in the US, you could have a look at one here.

CM Yogi has fed some sort of tonic to the UP police. Police in the state is behaving weird. In just past sixteen months, the UP police has seized properties worth more than Rs.1,128 Crores belonging to 22,259 gangsters, including the popular ones like Mukhtar Ansari and Atiq Ahmed. What will happen to all the people involved in these businesses? Have Bhakts ever thought about it? These gangsters have multiple kids and multiple wives to feed. How are they going to survive? Just a month ago, cops in UP shut one of India’s most flourishing albeit infamous car-breaking and stolen auto parts market, Sotiganj. Seriously? What are the car thieves going to do now? What will they do after stealing a car if they don’t have a market to sell? There are thousands or direct and indirect jobs taken away. Does Yogi government know nothing about the concept of demand and supply?

It is not that the list is limited to handful of such areas, in general the government is making it more difficult to earn livelihood and to live. Missionaries and mass conversion industry is under massive attack after CM Yogi brought an ordinance popularly known as love-jihad ordinance. Drug peddling has become difficult, every now and then there are massive crackdowns, seizing thousands and thousands of crores of drugs. Shahrukh Khan who used to be frisked only at the US airports so far, is now witnessing his son getting frisked right here in India. Weed was a way to look cool #udtapunjab, now regressive BJP is making an issue out of it. Drug industry is huge, making attempts to shut it down is making thousands and thousands of people unemployed. What will people involve in professions like these say about the condition of the state?

Moreover, PM Modi claims to have decades of experience in politics but unfortunately hasn’t learned even the simple fundas from Indian National Congress. Congress very comfortably used Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to generate extra employment. Whenever required, just asked any of the PSU to hire lacs of youth and a few years later asked the same PSU to come up with fancy schemes to award voluntary retirement to some of its employees. As an example, Airtel achieved and accomplished more than BSNL with just 10-15 thousand manpower as compared to 3-4 lacs of BSNL employees. And every now and then you would hear schemes for voluntary retirement for BSNL employees. Did you or did you not? It doesn’t matter if the PSU goes bankrupt. But at least, unemployment is not a discussion point. Make sense? BJP should have at least done this to generate employment. But they didn’t, I don’t know why.

I mean forget about the job aspects for once, the government is cutting the sources of happiness for people. I mean, no drugs, no weed, no porn – its already banned in India, crackdown on women trafficking hitting the prostitution industry etc. etc. And even after all these cruelties, the boys wanted to just simply, in peace, stand in front of a girls school or college and ogle at the beautiful creation of god, pass on sleazy comments, obstruct them, feel them, but no! the government could not digest even the smallest thread of happiness and created Romeo Squad to beat the happiness out of them. What is left for the youth to do? Don’t they have any kind of freedom? No wonder the happiness index is going down!

Why should these people and millions of others like them who aren’t yet caught vote for the party who is not letting them live? These millions and millions of people, shall never, can never and will never vote for BJP. And please don’t make a fool out of yourself that their votes will be divided among SP, BSP, Congress and AIMIM. No that won’t happen, simply because they know why they are voting and what is at stake. They know what to do to defeat BJP. Only Bhakts are confused; some might enjoy a holiday, some are still not sure why to vote, some might vote their castes, some might have some other reasoning. So, chances of BJP winning are slim unless everyone knows exactly why they are voting or not voting.

Belligerent Xi Jinping rise and multipolar world order

Amidst rise of Adolf Hitler that led the world to unprecedented devastating World War II, the human civilization on earth had exposed to multipolar world order with the countries such as the UK (Allied Power) and Germany (Axis Power) as lead players and Soviet Union, Japan, United States, etc. as regional players having their regional sphere of influences. Post-WWII, better known as the Cold War era, the world witnessed bipolar world order for about four decades led by the US, mostly democratic countries/bloc or NATO bloc, on the one hand and by the USSR/Soviet Union, mostly communist ruled countries/bloc or Warsaw Pact bloc on the other.

With the dissolution of Soviet Union, the sole of Warsaw Pact bloc, in early 1990s, the world had a unipolar world order, led by the US, the sole Super Power, for two plus decades. Now with unprecedented economic and military rise of the Middle Kingdom China, ruled by an authoritarian Communist regime, is belligerent to break the latest world order. And there is every possibility of China success in view of its current economic position as number one in Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) term and number two in US dollar term which is very imperative for building military strength if the leadership wish so unlike Japan which despite being economic power number two for several decades both during Cold War era and post-CW did not, during the phase of unipolar world order.

Chinese current leadership is revanchist. Since ascendancy of Xi Jinping as Supreme Leader of People Republic of China (PRC) in 2012, he is restless. In 2017, while addressing -after opening five-yearly National Congress in the Great Hall of the People- for long three and half hours, he laid out his vision for the ruling Communist Party of China (CPC) and set out his plan for the country to become the “Global Power” and “World’s Super Power” within the next 30 years or by 2049 the centenary year of PRC. Apart from this, he explicitly wishes to get a military, which can fight and win any war anywhere in the world departing post-Mao Zedong Chinese strongman Deng Xiaoping’s long-held dogmatic policy of “Hide your strength, bide your time”.

And the most disturbing is Xi Jinping’s his person specific constitutional amendment in 2018, which specifies for maximum of two terms -five years each- for any Chinese Supreme Leader, and the provision was religiously observed since introduction in late 1970s in post-Mao Zedong rule, to remain as paramount leader of China for life. Now, he has been General Secretary of CPC and Chairman of the Central Military Commission since 2012 and President of PRC since 2013 having no visible opposition to his leadership or he has dismantled any opposition to his leadership.

In fact, if Chinese recent economic growth and building her army for self-defence or for maintaining peace in the region and in the world as Super Power and as required in view of her place as permanent member of UN Security Council, then her rise is not an issues of concern. But, PRC’s hunger for lands and attempts to occupy others’ territories and common human civilization’s heritage by force as seen on Himalayas and Central Asia and East and South China Sea respectively disregarding long respected bilateral and multilateral agreements are certainly not acceptable. 

Along with China, India has experienced rapid economic growth (now third largest economy in PPP and fifth largest in dollar terms), though not up to the scale of China, and has a huge diverse population -may be within few years she be world’s most populous nation overtaking China- and large densely populated territory. Since she, a democratic country, faces inimical encroachment attempts and threat from China mainly in view of differing philosophy of governance and from Pakistan, which is intolerance towards her from religious point of view, India has to build a military strong enough to protect her. And due to iron-brother friendship between China and Pakistan, an unit primarily built targeting democratic-secular-liberal India, India has no alternative but to build better relationship and military cooperation with her other neighbours and countries in Indian Ocean Region (IOR), who are incidentally small and militarily weak, and expand her sphere of influence in the region –a la the US had in North America and the USSR in Eastern Europe and Central Asia before WWII- which makes India a regional Super Power even if India, the land of apostle of non-violence Lord Buddha and Mahatma Gandhi, does not wish so.

In her attempt to remain powerful enough to retain her territorial sovereignty amidst encroachment attempts from Northern and Western land border, India has in the meanwhile become the world third largest military power in conventional sense and fourth largest military power in non-conventional sense, and growing which is imperative in view of presence of authoritarian belligerent Communist China in the close vicinity. Apart from, India is a credible peace-keeper in many part of world and has come forwards in extending helping hands to several countries in all inhabited continents as and when requested for though she has been dubiously denied UN Security Council permanent membership. Therefore, it is not a mistake to accept the notion that India is soon becoming world power, if not Super Power.

The intercontinental revisionist Russian Federation though economically not that strong yet she retained now defunct USSR military strength (both conventional and non-conventional). She under the rule of former authoritarian Communist Soviet Union residue and having constant threat to her largely uninhabited but resource rich Eastern part of its territory from China and democratic encroachment from the western powers US and NATO which still retain Cold War era mindset, Russian Federation can’t afford to lose world power status. In view of this, Putin’s Russia resists expansion of NATO close to her territory resulting a war like situation in Eastern Europe particularly in Ukraine and Belarus. If in the forthcoming summit level talk between the Supreme Leaders of two Nuclear weapons empowered Super Powers Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin any concrete agreement reached assuring Putin hidden agenda, Russia will start blocking energy starve China’s expansionist economic activities in energy and resource rich Central Asian region in Russian backyards which were in fact parts of now defunct USSR. Expecting that possibility, Putin is reaching out India though his government is not that happy with India’s closeness with the US vide her (India) membership in Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QUAD) which lately looks like less a strategic military alliance; in fact, more so because India’s wishes to have policy of strategic autonomy.

The above analysis explicitly says the future world will witness multipolar world order as it was seen in first half of 20th Century, the most particular between First and Second World War. In this world order, China in view of her on-going military and economic build up is going to replicate Axis Power of WW II era and US-NATO be Allied Power with India and Russia most probable remain neutral or balancing power till they are not provoked to be part of any bloc in a fast approaching phase of Cold War II which may end with dissolution of PRC a la USSR in 1991. Wish future only see a Cold War.

Internet shutdown: A citizen’s answer to adequate security and sufficient liberty

The Republic of India today has been labelled as the Internet shutdown capital of the world, a label that all citizens of the Republic regret to attain. Internet in the present age has become an essential tool for the citizens, especially when it comes to right of free speech and expression under Article 19(a) of the Indian Constitution and the Right to trade, profession and occupation under Article 19(g). Internet its uses and importance today both in our personal life’s and for the economy is much known, and thus the question arises what is the impact of the Internet shutdown. Today Internet runs at loggerhead with Liberty and Security, and challenge before us whether we want security or liberty, something which the citizens of the republic must reflect upon.

Liberty and Security 

Liberty and Security have always been at loggerheads, and have always become a point of contention both for the State and the citizens. Liberty is the pillar on which the State stands, but then liberty exist with out security. Liberty and security must always be like a stationary pendulum, for the pendulum of choice must never be in extreme to compromise the other side. Internet today is a reflection of liberty, especially in light of Article 19(a) and 19(g) and therefore depriving the citizens of Internet is a violation of liberty by the state, but with this said, it does not mean that security is inferior to liberty. The idea is not to suggest that its better to be free than to be sure, the idea is to ensure that the citizens of the Republic have all rights and liberty at a given point of time, while ensuring security for all at the same of point.

Internet shutdown and its contentions have been taken up the highest court of the country, The Supreme Court of India in the Anuradha Bhasin Vs. Union of India and Ors. the court looked specifically on the matter of Liberty Vs. Security. Liberty can be curtailed by the State but that curtailment must always be tested for its reasonableness and proportionality, least be stated that it must be under the law of the land.

Internet Shutdown and Citizens 

There have been a total of 552 cases of Internet shutdown in India, from 2012 till the end of 2021 with the longest shutdown being coincidentally of the same number 552 days in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. This being a preventive shutdown, the beginning saw restriction on landline and mobile services as well. Preventive shutdowns, which are imposed in anticipation of an event, have been increasing exponentially in the country since 2016. In the year 2021 there were just 3 cases of reactive shutdown, which are imposed to curtail an existing law and order situation but 42 cases of preventive shutdowns.

Section 5 of The Indian Telegraph Act 1885 gives power to the executive to curb internet on the ground of public emergency or to safeguard public security. The executive has however imposed shutdown both preventive and reactive for reason other than this, taking shelter under the same section of the act. In the year 2020, 69 per cent of the Internet curbs were due to political instability while 4 per cent due to communal violence and 7 per cent due to protest. Internet has been curbed citing elections, religious holidays and exams among others. Internet Shutdown due to examination is fairly common scenario in Rajasthan, with sometimes it being the patwari recruitment examination or the more common Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teacher (REET). Internet has been curbed even for the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) Examination; the rational behind these shutdowns is to conduct public examination in a fair manner without any instance of unfair means and practices.

The procedures to be followed as in case of Internet Shutdown are clearly stated under the Temporary suspension of Telecom Services (Public Emergency or Public Safety rule) Rules 2017 notified under Section 7 of The Telegraph Act 1885. The rules are clear that any officer but the Home Secretary in case of Government of India must not suspend the telecom services or the Secretary level officer in the respective State Government’s Home Department. It is only in unavoidable circumstances that an officer not below the rank of a joint secretary issues such order, and even in such a situation it must be duly authorise by the Union Home Secretary /Respective State Home Secretary. In case of Rajasthan, however we see order related to Internet shutdown being brought in by  divisional commissioner and not the Home Secretary (Rajasthan). From 23 to 24 October 2021, when exam related Internet shutdown was last imposed in Rajasthan (it was imposed in three districts, Jaipur, Dausa and Bikaner) the government was expecting around 15 lakhs candidate. For the candidates appearing liberty had to be restricted for security, but then for the remaining millions of citizens who had nothing to do with the examination, most might not be aware about the examination why was their liberty curtailed. If the argument, which the government has, is Public Interest, then by the same rational the Internet in the entire country must be shut down when the Union Public Service Commission conducts its examination. 

Test of Proportionality 

The idea is not to point fingers at the institutions but only to ask question as duty bound citizen of the Republic that to what extent can Public Interest be used, to sometime curtail liberty over security. Maybe what the citizens want is a Test of Proportionality to ensure a rational between the objective and the measures adopted to achieve it. For the pendulum of choice to not go in extreme between Liberty and Security, it is imperative that interventions must be proportionate to the need for such interventions and not only by sanctioned law but also carried out in accordance with law. It is essential to understand that the measures adopted to achieve the objective must not infringe to an extent than necessary for the fulfilment of the aim. The citizen’s reply to Internet shutdown and the debate over liberty and security is that whenever their rights are infringed and thus liberty compromised, it must be based on an existence of a rational and legal connection between what has to be achieved and how it has to be achieved.

२:- उधर आतंकियों को सुचना पहुंचती है और पुर्वनियोजित षड्यंत्र के अनुसार अपने अपने ट्रैक्टर लेकर निकल पड़ते हैं, उनका इरादा किसानों कि आड़ में प्रधामंत्री को निर्धारित स्थान रोककर उन्हें घेरकर खत्म करने का है।

३:- जैसे हि प्रधानमंत्री का काफिला एक ब्रिज पर पहुंचता है वंहा पहले से जमा हुए किसानों और उनके बीच में छुपे हुए आतंकियों के द्वारा उन्हें रोक लिया जाता है।

४:- ब्रिज पर प्रधानमंत्री जी कि कार बुरी तरिके से फस जाती है, वो ना तो आगे जा सकते हैं, ना पीछे, ना दाये और ना बाएं। उनकी कार के पास ३ SPG कमांडो दिखाए जाते हैं उस वीडियो में और फिर किसानों के भेष में छीपे आतंकी उन्हें घेर लेते हैं, किसी के हाथ में राड है तो किसी के हाथ में धारदार हथियार और फिर सब मिलकर…….

मित्रों इस वीडियो कि एक एक बात पर अमल किया गया है फिरोजपुर (पन्जाब) की घटना में और वो कैसे आइये देखते हैं।

१:- प्रधानमंत्री जी को पहले हवाई मार्ग से जाना था परन्तु मौसम खराब  होने के कारण हवाई मार्ग से जाना जोखिम भरा था अत: उन्होंने आकस्मिक रूट यानी सड़क मार्ग से जाने का निर्णय किया (विदित हो कि केन्द्रीय सुरक्षा एजेंसियो द्वारा पंजाब पुलिस को एक दिन पूर्व हि मौसम खराब होने का अनुमान बताकर आकस्मिक और सुरक्षित मार्ग कि व्यवस्था करने का सलाह दिया गया था)।

२:- सुरक्षा एजेंसियों ने पंजाब के डीजीपी (DGP) से बात की और सड़क मार्ग से निर्धारित स्थान पर जाने के निर्णय से अवगत कराया और सुरक्षित मार्ग कि माँग की। फिर (DGP) डीजीपी ने कहा कि इस मार्ग पर सब ओके है निकल जाओ, मुद्दे कि बात ये है कि DGP या उनके किसी नॉमिनी को प्रधानमंत्री के काफिले के साथ जाना पड़ता है, परन्तु DGP कि गाड़ी तो काफिले में थी परन्तु ना तो DGP उस गाड़ी में थे और ना हि उनका कोई नॉमिनी।

३:-प्रधानमंत्री जी के काफिले को हरी झंडी दिखाने के बाद उनके मार्ग की खबर प्रदर्शनकारियों को दे दी जाती है।

४:- फिर उस २०२० के वीडियो में दिखाए गए दृश्य के अनुसार २०२२ में उस ब्रिज के ऊपर प्रधानमंत्रीजी के काफिले को रोक दिया जाता है, प्रदर्शनकारियों कि भीड़ के द्वारा।

५:- उस २०२० के वीडियो में दिखाए गए दृश्य के अनुसार प्रधानमंत्री जी की गाड़ी चारों ओर से घिर जाती है, यंहा भी ना वो आगे जा सकते हैं और ना पीछे, ना तो दाये जा सकते हैं और ना बाएं।

६:-अब बस अंतिम दौर के दृश्य के अनुसार ब्रिज पर कुछ होना था, SPG के कमांडो प्रधानमंत्री जी को सुरक्षा घेरे में लेकर अपने आग उगलने वाले हथियारों के साथ सतर्कता से किसी भी अनहोनी को रोकने के लिए अपनी मजबूत उंगलियों को हथियारों के ट्रिगर पर मजबूती से चिपका कर प्रतीक्षा करने लगते हैं।

करीब २० मिनट के इस भयानक मंजर के पश्चात प्रधानमंत्री जी के आदेश पर त्वरित गति से अमल करते हुए, काफिले को किसी प्रकार वापस लौटा ले जाने में सफल हो जाते हैं।

(मित्रों यंहा पर मुझे महाराष्ट्र के पालघर में हुए दो संतो कि भयानक हत्या कि याद आ गई किस प्रकार पुलिसवालो ने उन संतो को जानवरो के हवाले कर दिया ताकि उनकी बोटी बोटी नोच कर उन्हें जिंदा खा जाए और हुआ भी वही।)

अब ज़रा तत्कालीन हालात पर गौर कीजिए आप तत्क्षण ये पाएंगे कि प्रधानमंत्री जी को पुल पर रोक दिया गया था, जिसका अर्थ है कि उनके पास दाएं या बाएं मुड़ने का कोई रास्ता नहीं था।जाहिर है, वह प्रदर्शनकारियों के कारण आगे भी नहीं बढ़ सकते थे, वे वापस भी नहीं जा सकते थे क्योंकि पीछे का रास्ता अन्य वाहनों द्वारा अवरुद्ध है जिसका स्पष्ट तात्पर्य है कि वे इस तरह से जाम में फंसे हुए थे कि आतंकी हमला होने पर वे बच नहीं सकते थे।

पंजाब सरकार ने प्रधानमंत्री जी के रूट को सुरक्षित नहीं किया। उन्होंने पहले से सड़कों की सफाई नहीं की प्रदर्शनकारियों को प्रधानमंत्री जी के वास्तविक मार्ग कि जानकारी मिल गई ताकि वे एक छोटी सूचना के साथ सड़क को अवरुद्ध कर सकें। जब प्रदर्शनकारियों ने पीएम के काफिले को रोका तो पंजाब पुलिस को तुरंत पीछे से आने वाले ट्रैफिक को रोकना चाहिए था, जो उन्होंने नहीं किया। जब प्रदर्शनकारी प्रधानमंत्री जी के काफिले के करीब जाने लगे तो पंजाब पुलिस ने उन्हें रोकने के लिए कोई गंभीर प्रयास नहीं किया।आमतौर पर प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार, पंजाब के सीएम को भटिंडा में उनका स्वागत करने और फिरोजपुर तक उनके साथ जाने के लिए जाना चाहिए था। लेकिन उन्होंने नहीं जाने का फैसला किया। केवल एक मंत्री ने भटिंडा में पीएम का स्वागत किया और उन्हें वहीं छोड़ दिया। वह भी पीएम के साथ यात्रा नहीं कर रहे थे। यानी पंजाब कांग्रेस पार्टी का कोई भी नेता पीएम के साथ फिरोजपुर नहीं गया।

संक्षेप में, पीएम को अवरुद्ध कर दिया गया, अलग-थलग कर दिया गया और लाठियों और तलवारों से प्रदर्शनकारियों का सामना करने के लिए छोड़ दिया गया।

क्या प्लान था…??? क्या पंजाब में मोदी को मारना था? यह विफल क्यों हुआ? ऐसे कई जिज्ञासाएं ह्रदय में उथल पुथल मचाए हुए हैं।

क्या इसलिए कि सीडीएस बिपिन रावत की तरह ही उनके हेलीकॉप्टर को क्रैश करने की योजना थी, लेकिन खराब मौसम के कारण यह विफल हो गया? योजना बी के अनुसार सड़क पर ही उनकी हत्या करने की थी लेकिन हत्यारे समय पर वहां नहीं पहुंच पाए या फिर प्रधानमंत्री जी के काफिले ने यू टर्न बहुत जल्दी ले लिया और किस वजह से हत्यारे अपना काम नहीं कर पाए? हम सभी को ये यकीन है कि इस योजना में कुछ विफल रहा है इसलिए आज हमारे प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी जीवित हैं।

-प्रेसीडेंट और प्राइम मिनिस्टर की सुरक्षा ब्लू बुक के हिसाब से तय होती है । ब्लू बुक में सारी सुरक्षा डिटेल और निर्देश होते हैं जो राज्य सरकार को करने होते हैं । स्पेशल प्रोटेक्शन ग्रुप… लोकल-टॉप एजेंसी और पुलिस के अलावा किसी को भी मालूम नहीं पड़ सकता है कि प्रधानमंत्री का दस्ता कहां से निकलने वाला है ? लेकिन जानबूझकर प्रदर्शनकारियों के बीच में प्रधानमंत्री जी के रूट का ब्यौरा लीक करवाया गया !

एक सेवानिवृत्त आईएएस अधिकारी श्री संजय दीक्षित द्वारा संचालित एक प्रसिद्ध यूट्यूब चैनल “जयपुर डायलॉग्स” ने देश के शीर्ष पांच लोगों की सुरक्षा को कैसे संभाला जाता है और इसके लिए कौन जिम्मेदार है, इसका विवरण दिया है? उन्होंने खुद एक शीर्ष आईएएस अधिकारी होने के नाते अपने करियर में इन आवश्यकताओं को संभाला है।

श्री संजय दीक्षित बताते हैं कि:-

1) यद्यपि कि प्रधानमंत्री जी की व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा एसपीजी (SPG) द्वारा नियंत्रित की जाती है, फिर भी सड़क मार्ग पर सुरक्षा सम्बन्धित राज्य सरकार द्वारा नियंत्रित की जाती है।

2) केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय यात्रा सुरक्षा विवरण को अंतिम रूप देने के लिए राज्य सरकार के साथ काफी पहले से काम करता है। यंहा भी एक हफ्ते पहले से सभी सुरक्षा एजेंसियां राज सरकार और उसकी पुलिस के संपर्क में अनवरत थी।

3)योजना में मुख्य योजना, बैकअप योजना ए, बी और सी शामिल हैं। इन सभी योजनाओं को राज्य के गृह विभाग और आईजीपी के साथ अंतिम रूप दिया जाता है। अंतिम समय में कुछ भी तय नहीं होता है। लेकिन वैकल्पिक यात्रा मार्गों (बैकअप प्लान ए, बी, सी) को गुप्त रखा जाता है। केवल शीर्ष 2-3 राज्य के अधिकारी ही सारी योजनाओं को जानते हैं।

4) इस मामले में, सभी जानते थे, पीएम बठिंडा से फिरोजपुर के लिए हेलीकॉप्टर लेने जा रहे थे। इसमें कोई रहस्य नहीं था। लेकिन आखिरी वक्त में खराब मौसम के चलते पीएम ने हेलिकॉप्टर से यात्रा नहीं करने का फैसला किया और रोड ट्रिप करने का फैसला किया।

5) पंजाब सरकार के लिए यह कोई आश्चर्य की बात नहीं थी। बैकअप योजनाओं ए, बी या सी को अंतिम रूप देने के दौरान पहले ही इस पर चर्चा की गई होगी। एकमात्र अज्ञात कारक यह था कि प्रधानमंत्री जी ए, बी या सी में से कौन से मार्ग प्रस्थान करेंगे परन्तु राज्य सरकार का ये प्रथम दायित्व बनता है कि वो तीनो मार्ग को साफ रखे।

6) जब पीएम ने रोड ट्रिप करने का फैसला किया, तो इसकी सूचना पंजाब पुलिस के आईजीपी को दी गई। उन्होंने लेने के लिए सबसे अच्छे मार्ग का आकलन किया होगा और तदनुसार पीएम सुरक्षा की सलाह दी होगी। यही वजह है कि पीएम को भटिंडा एयरपोर्ट से सड़क यात्रा शुरू करने में 20 मिनट का समय लगा।

7) मार्ग चुनने के इस निर्णय को अंतिम क्षण तक गुप्त रखा जाता है और जब भी यह निर्णय लिया जाता है, तो इसे केवल कुछ लोगों को ही सूचित किया जाता है, वह भी जानने की आवश्यकता के आधार पर। इसलिए इसे बहुत ही गुप्त रख्खा जाता है। यह मानक सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार प्रक्रिया है, जिसे ब्लू बुक भी कहा जाता है।

अब प्रश्न ये है कि यदि चुने हुए मार्ग को गुप्त रखा गया तो आंदोलनकारी उस मार्ग पर कैसे पहुंचे? यानी पंजाब पुलिस से टॉप सीक्रेट जानकारियां लीक हुई हैं। लीक का पता लगाना बिल्कुल भी मुश्किल नहीं है क्योंकि केवल कुछ शीर्ष पुलिस अधिकारी ही मार्ग जानते थे। मुझे यकीन है कि केंद्र सरकार इसका पता लगा लेगी। लेकिन बात यह है कि पंजाब पुलिस की ओर से सुरक्षा में सेंध लगना तय है।

एक और बिंदु यंहा उल्लेखनीय है कि जब पुल पर प्रदर्शनकारियों द्वारा पीएम के काफिले को रोका गया, उसके तुरंत बाद, आने वाले वाहनों द्वारा उनकी वापसी का मार्ग अवरुद्ध कर दिया गया। यानी उनके पास यू टर्न लेने और वापस जाने का कोई रास्ता नहीं था।

यह सुरक्षा में बहुत गंभीर चूक है। राज्य पुलिस को इस मार्ग पर यातायात को इस तरह से नियंत्रित करना चाहिए था कि कोई भी वाहन पीएम के काफिले के चंद किलोमीटर के दायरे में न पहुंच सके।

अब दोस्तों यंहा पर महत्वपूर्ण तथ्य यह भी है कि जिस मोदी जी ने कांग्रेस के शाशनकाल में आतंकवादियों के द्वारा ललकारने पर अपनी जान हथेली पर रखकर श्रीनगर के लाल चौक पर तिरंगा फहरा दिया था और जिस मोदी से सीधी टक्कर अमेरिका, चीन व अन्य वैश्विक स्तर के ताकतवर नेता भी नहीं ले रहे और जो कभी किसी से डरता भी नहीं है, फिर वो मोदी जी उस ब्रिज से चुपचाप वापस क्यों लौट गया.?…

तो मित्रों २०२० के वीडियो का परिदृश्य ऊपर लिखें गए तथ्यों से दर्शाते वक़्त मैंने बताया था कि किसानों कि आड़ में वो दुर्दांत आतंकी भी उस भीड़ में शामिल थे, जिन्होंने हमारे प्रधानमंत्री जी को मारने कि पूरी योजना बना रखी थी, परन्तु हमारे प्रधानमंत्री जी ने ब्रिज से चुपचाप वापस होकर खालिस्तानी आतंकियों के द्वारा हिन्दुओ और सिक्खों के मध्य दंगे करवाने के मंसूबों पर पानी फेर दिया। मित्रों भूलो मत तीन कृषि विधेयकों के विरोध के नाम पर पहले भी हिन्दुओ और सिक्खों के मध्य दंगे करवाने कि योजना बनायीं गई थी, परन्तु उसके विफल हो जाने के कारण, वो गद्दार इन हालात का फायदा उठा सकते थे, आप सोच रहे है कैसे , आइये आपको समझाते हैं:-

तथाकथित किसानों की भीड़ इतनी नजदीक आ गई थी कि प्रधानमंत्री जी की सुरक्षा में लगी SPG ने एक्शन लेने की तैयारी कर दी थी। अर्थात जो हथियार सीने पर लटके हुए हम देखते हैं वो उन जाबाज कमांडो के हाथो में उनकी उंगलीयो के इशारो कि प्रतीक्षा में मुस्तैदी से तने हुए थे। SPG कमांडो जो कि एक सेंकड में ही दुश्मन को सटीक निशाने से ढ़ेर कर सकते हैं जिनके पास हजारों गोलियां व अन्य असलहा हर समय गाड़ी में लैस रहता है और जीनका एक ही लक्ष्य होता है कि प्रधानमंत्री जी की सुरक्षा होनी हि चाहिए भले ही इसके लिए किसी भी हद तक जाना पड़े।

नजदीक आते गद्दारों की भीड़ ने SPG कमांडो को हथियार चलाने की अनुमति लेने के लिए विवश कर ही दिया था कि एकाएक अपनी गाड़ी में शांतचित्त गम्भीर मुद्रा में बैठे राजनीतिक सन्यासी ने कुछ तर्क देकर गद्दारों द्वारा इक्क्ठा की गई अपनी सैकड़ों प्रजा (सिक्खों)की जान बचाने के लिए एक अचंभित करने वाला निर्णय ले लिया और जिस SPG दस्ते के स्वचालित अत्याधुनिक हथियारों की मैगजीनों में भरी हजारों गोलियां सिर्फ ट्रिगर दबने का ही इंतजार कर रही थी, एकाएक उस SPG दस्ते को काफ़िला वापस मोड़ने की तैयारी का आदेश दे दिया। अत: पल भर बाद हि सैकड़ों, हजारों लोगों की जान लेने पर विवश हो जाने वाले SPG कमांडो एकाएक त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुए एक एक वाहन को पुनः वापसी के लिए मूव करवाने लग गए और इस प्रकार एक दूरदर्शी महान नायक ने अपनी प्रजा के लिए राजधर्म का पालन करने का निर्णय लिया अपनी खामोशी से सैकड़ों सवालों का मौन प्रत्युत्तर देते हुए स्वयं को एक बार फिर सर्वश्रेष्ठ नेता सिद्ध कर दिया….

विदेशी गुप्त दौरे पर गए बहरूपिये व उसकी विधर्मी बहन तथा विदेशी मूल की माता ने सपने में भी नहीं सोचा होगा कि हिंदुओं की धरती पर अब विदेशी गद्दारों के षड्यंत्र असफल हो जायेंगे……क्योंकि सनातन संस्कृति के धर्मोपदेशानुसार राजधर्म निभाने वाले नेता को हिन्दूओ ने शीर्षसता पर बिठाया है…..

तो मित्रों इस प्रकार हम देखते हैं कि हमारे देश में पल रहे आस्तीन के सांप (जिसमें एक खुद को पाकिस्तानी भिखारी और षड्यंत्रकारी इमरान खान का छोटा भाई मानता है और दूसरा जो क्रीप्टो क्रिस्टियन है) ने खालिस्तानी आतंकियों से मिलकर २०२० में बनाए और एनिमेटेड वीडियो के द्वारा दर्शाये गए षड्यंत्र को किस प्रकार असली जामा पहनाने कि कोशिश कि। इसलिए हमें कम से कम चुनाव भर् तो संयम से काम लेना हि होगा, उसके पश्चात् इन आतंकियों और इनके साथियों का दमन शुरू होगा।

Well that’s the actual thing in today’s scenario. Some of the twitter warriors consider themselves too much seriously that they end up forgetting the above quotes. One may say that there’s lot of unemployment, but there is a good news for everyone. There is a new job in the Twitter market, some Crusaders who have found themselves unemployed have probably employed by a fantastic idea of collecting money for filing RTIs!!

No matter how these sentences above sound, trust me it’s as confusing as their agenda. Believe it or not, they are fighting against ‘FACISM’ and ‘CORRUPT GOVERNMENT’. Yes, you heard it, RIGHT! Wondering what is FACISM is, let’s see below.

FACISM:

Well this term FACISM was known in 2014 after PM Modi’s big victory. There’s so much fascism that journalists who used to travel along with the then PM and have a lot of fun, which has not been allowed now. So much Fascism that India’s prestigious journalists can’t actually enjoy those glorious days’ way back before 2014. Oh, so much FACISM and Intolerance.

There has been so much intolerance that there has been no action when there are slurs hurled on PM and so much peace when the Congress Party President gets criticized

Well, Fascism isn’t the one reasons to fight this government. It includes corruption too.

CORRUPTION:

Corruption is also one of the big reason to fight this ‘cruel’ government. You see, there is a lot of corruption happening. Guess what?  The prestigious people were allowed actually to fix or influence the cabinet reshuffle. However sadly the sadly they haven’t been able to influence. See there’s so much corruption! That honest and hardworking intellectuals can’t even have their say in Cabinet Reshuffle. So sad, so sad!

So this is above rising intolerance which is why this fascist government needs to be defeated so that the Opposition can come back to actually do good which they used to do before (even if you don’t agree) they are the saviors!!

If you are wondering who is the crusader, well let me introduce to someone! Well that activist claimed to fight this government by exposing them via RTIs! Guess what, by demanding a lot of money for filing RTIs. Probably they cost too much (though its penny) and the intellectuals as dedicated they are, actually donated money for this even though it was meant for the lifestyle of said person. Oh well, they were so innocent to understand the mere fact! Well the truth is out now, oh well! Dare you question the RTI activist.

This is for the welfare and ousting FACIST government. It doesn’t matter that the money was used for other purposes. It’s for ousting one man! Well understand the hate and dedication these ‘Intellectuals’ carry it’s beyond our understanding because probably as it’s said ‘Pyaar Andha Hota hai, they took it reverse by thinking ‘Hatred is Blind’ and that’s the reason where they are now!

India is the mother of democracy. She is the largest democracy of this planet. She is an epitome how a democracy should run, how a government should govern.” Haven’t we heard these lines frequently on television, read it in our civics book? But is it so what we have heard? The recent incident doesn’t agree to this.

Our constitution has given us the power to elect our leader and our representative. After every five years, we get a chance to show the power mongers that they are not permenant rulers, the mark on our index finger remind us of our power, the power of democracy. And finally when that elected party members take the oath in the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi, we know we have done our job well. We hope for a futuristic societal norms at their hands. The Prime Minister, however hold a different position altogether in the nation as well as in our hearts. No matter from which political group he belongs to, the respect for him is the same inside every commoner.

This, any disrespect to him is the disrespect to those whom the represent- India and its people. The recent incident in Punjab, under the Congress rule is the ultimate shame an opposition can cast on its nation. Prime Minister’s security breach is so terrifying ,at least in a country like India who has lost her two Prime Minister due to their security breaches. How can the state government be so irresponsible? How can they turn their hatred towards the Prime Minister to the hatred towards India?

Well, the Indian liberals have again proved that we don’t need Tom and Jerry movie to be get entertained, we have them. Self proclaimed author like Sanjukta Basu asked whether Google maps don’t show a highway if it is blocked. Bigot journalist like Arfa Kahnum Sherwani even mocked that she had been stuck in jam for 25 minutes and was feeling unsafe. Congress MP Srinivas had asked Prime Minister “how is the Josh?” and this drama seem to be endless. We have often heard that to run a democracy we need a strong opponent. But believe me, it’s half truth. To run a democracy we need a strong and HEALTHY opposition.

Yes, an opposition who would oppose the government on the latter’s selfish policies without losing an weight of hair of respect towards the people’s choice: The Prime Minister. Unfortunately, Congress the main opposition party lacks it!

The Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act (AFSPA) was enacted in 1958 in response to the Naga insurgency in the northeastern state of Nagaland in India. The act was intended to give the military additional powers to deal with the insurgency and to maintain law and order in the region.

Over the years, the AFSPA has been applied in other areas of the country that have been declared “disturbed” by the government, including in the states of Assam, Manipur, and Punjab, as well as in the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It has also been used in other countries, such as Sri Lanka and Myanmar. 

However, in recent years, the AFSPA has been lifted or modified in some areas, including in the state of Tripura and in some districts of the state of Arunachal Pradesh.

The need for the AFSPA has been debated in India, with some arguing that it is necessary to maintain law and order in areas that are dealing with insurgency, terrorism, or other forms of violence, while others argue that it is not needed and that other measures can be taken to address these issues.
