A lot has changed with changing the environment, making changes is also a good thing, because it will make our life better. A lot of good is happening in our lives due to changing of environment. We get everything easily due to the changing of environment but the point is that the change has only come in our Environment not people, some people are still living in the 1960s And they returns like that On wife daughters of his home. Those people does not think that we should change with time. If we talk today, the worst happens to the daughter-in-law. Ever listen to her father-in-law’s and mother in law threats and sometimes her husband threatens to divorce her. If her husband is married to her forcefully, then he also threatens her. Domestic violence is a serious problem in India over all one third of women aged 15 -49 have experienced physical violence and about 1 in 10 have experienced sexual violence in total 35 present have experienced physical or sexual violence.

There are many types of domestic violence done by husband against wives. Forcing her to perform sexual acts that she did not want to do or attacked her with a knife, Gun or any other weapon.Trying to choke her or burn her on purpose kicked her dragged or beat her up punched her with his fist or with something that could hurt her. Slapping is the most common act of physical violence by husband 34% of married women say their husband has slapped them 15%say their husband has pulled their hair or twisted their arms and 14% have been pushed shaken or had something at them. Somebody ask them why do your husband’s Our husbands came out of the house all day, sometimes they come with a drink and sometimes they have done the work of some boys and because of which they come and scold us at home and slap us.

And sometimes mother-in-law’s taunts what have you brought in dowry How long people will do this with their daughter-in-law. If seen, everything happens in those houses where people are less educated and the same people get their daughters married in childhood and then their daughters come forward to their mistakes as daughter-in-law. At a young age they have to bear it all and some girls commit suicide but their parents never realise this. Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty 498A. Whoever, being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects such woman to cruelty shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine.

Seeing all this, the government passed an act in 2005. Domestic violence The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act 2005 is an act of parliament of India enacted to protect women from domestic violence. It was brought into force by the Indian government from 26 October 2006. The Act provides for the first time in Indian law a definition of “domestic violence”, with this definition being broad and including not only physical violence, but also other forms of violence such as emotional/verbal, sexual, and economic abuse. It is a civil law meant primarily for protection of environment and not for meant to be enforced criminally. The bill was passed by a group of lawyers and law students.Explanation: For the purposes of this section, “cruelty” means-
[A]-any wilful conduct which is of such a nature as is likely to drive the woman to commit suicide or to cause grave injury or danger to life, limb or health [whether mental or physical] of the woman; or[b]-harassment of the woman where such harassment is with a view to coercing her or any person related to her to meet any unlawful demand for any property or valuable security or is on account of failure by her or any person related to her to meet such demand. The Protection of women from domestic violence Act 2005 is an act of the Parliament of India To protect women from domestic violence It was brought into Force by the Indian Government from 26 October 2006 for women. But the same is happening today with women No one is getting well. No Act Implementing in India Women are being treated everywhere Even today, girls do suicide because of the bad behaviour of her in law.

The only reason for all this is that people are illiterate. Education is very important for every human being Especially for girls Because girls learn to fight for their rights in own house Like in laws If a girl is educated, she can fight for her rights Whether it is her in-laws or any place Wherever that girl is treated badly education is very important for every girl for her rights. Wherever in the world is going bad with girls today the real reason for that she is illiterate and everyone takes away his rights. A educated woman can give good care to her children And she can give her children a wonderful life And he can also manage his house well. Education of Women realised to be most essential Part for the development of society Education are of the Opinion that mother is the first educator of the child. The education of women is great importance in our nation and social life Institute of Society and government.

Government for every women education to provide many facilities in India and also other countries the Women with their scientific knowledge and attitude Can Teach Their Children the art of healthy loving. Teach your daughters and not getting married at a young age every girl has a dream and Wants to complete it. One more thing I want to share with you there is one more thing along with domestic violence Sexual Harassment In the workplace. Some parents do not allow their girls out of the house not to be bad with our daughters because they know the filth of society well. He knows the bad behaviour of people and their wrong attitudes which is not good for girls at all so they are also afraid that you and your daughters will not be allowed out of the house. They are afraid that they should not fall prey to anyone’s cruelty. And some girls go out of the house giving their house compulsions and even outside people take advantage of his compulsions illegally. Face the boring eyes of people somewhere And never save themselves from their cruelty and never let him take advantage of his compulsions illegally terms of her Bose.

There are also some girls who have fallen victim to their cruelty. And then Commits suicide when the day our girls be free when will they get their rights. Seeing this attitude of the people, the government implemented an act The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is a legislative act in India that seeks to protect women from sexual harassment at their place of work. It was passed by the Lok Sabha (the lower house of the Indian Parliament) on 3 September 2012. It was passed by the Rajya Sabha on 26 February 2013.[1] The Bill got the assent of the President on 23 April 2013.[2] The Act came into force from 9 December 2013.[3] This statute superseded the Vishaka Guidelines for Prevention Of Sexual Harassment (POSH) introduced by the Supreme Court (SC) of India. It was reported by the International Labour Organization that very few Indian employers were compliant to this statute.[4][failed verification][5] Most Indian employers have not implemented the law despite the legal requirement that any workplace with more than 10 employees need to implement it.[6] According to a FICCI-EY November 2015 report, 36% of Indian companies and 25% among MNCs are not compliant with the Sexual Harassment Act, 2013.[7] The government has threatened to take stern action against employers who fail to comply with this law.

Despite all this, people did not give up their bad habits that is why parents does not send his daughters out of the house alone Because they know that these acts are nothing Girls are always bad everyone will say the same then what will parents do for their daughters because they know the government will do nothing. Girls will never get their rights, they will not always be expected And this is very true Now-a-days, those who save respect also rob the honour Of girls When girls request someone for their rights, So he also looks from the front with a bad attitude and behaves badly And always try to make girls feel bad When will it all end When will girls get their rights, Have read her daughters so that she can fight for her right from the world So that she can stand up for herself and do something For your rights Let your daughters have freedom so that they can tell you everything Whatever is bad with them If bad happens to some girls in a work place She doesn’t come to her house and tell It seems that our parents will think us wrong And She tolerates the evils that happen to her If you will teach your daughters. Nothing bad will happen to them if a girl is educated, she can raise her voice anywhere for her rights.

To some extent girls get justice And there is another reason for those who do not get Is the same If a girl is seeking justice from order man Like judge Or administration It happens many times those who are against the girl give bribe Get the decision in its favour Girls don’t get their rights. There is some reason and some people ask for money from them to pursue their case while there is nothing every girl’s case is free in court. But these people have a habit of taking bribe And those who have money, let’s get our work done. And those who are poor come back She can’t even ask for her rights. It should not happen with everyone we should stop all this and everyone should get their justice Everyone has the right to be happy in the World.
