Uniform Civil Code

It's the need of the hour to ensure, India stays the same as it's now to avoid Kashmir like hostility towards her own people in the future.

UCC is necessary to bring true secularism in the country and get rid of the pseudo secularism with some of the political parties shows

Political concerns can not be the reason to deny a Uniform Civil Code, with it's limpid objective to initiate unification. Neither the Uhtceare of Politicians not the inability of Throttlebottoms in law making, can and should be the Reason for not introducing a Uniform Civil Code. India did, never see at least tardigradous developments even after supreme court stressed for Uniform Civil Code, to fit certain ulterior motives.

Is UCC a tool of secularism & communal politics or an instrument enabling gender justice, equity & intersectional equality?

Is the Islam practiced in India different then the Islam practiced in the rest of the world and especially the one followed in the land of the Caliph, the Caliphate?

Uniformity across all the religion is what UCC provides, and it is mandatory!

UCC refers to a common code of conduct for all Indian citizens irrespective of religion, which is imperative for a secular country where laws can't be based on religion, and there should be a clear separation between the state and any religion.

This is the ripe moment to unveil Islamists and show their true colour, to the brain washed Hindu liberals and divisive left(no hope).

This delay in the implementation of the UCC has contributed a lot to the oppression of women.
