Did the judge know that Periyar, or EVR, spoke with utmost derision and wild contempt for the Hindu religion and its practices, not once but on numerous occasions? That EVR himself was widely viewed as dishing out hate speeches and hate acts against Hindus? 

EV Ramasamy, anointed as Periyar (Great man) by the Dravidian movement, had not been great by any means whereas mean by all means.

The hatred spread by the guardians of 'Tamils' for Hindi and Hindi speaking people is so much that the state people are not willing to learn Hindi just as a language.

The initiatives of Vaidyanatha Iyer for the entry of Dalits in Meenakshi temple was the first step towards the abolishing untouchability in Tamil Nadu.

Kamaraj ruled the state as its Chief Minister from 1954 through 1963.  In truth the period of Kamaraj was the real “Golden Era” of Tamil Nadu.

EVR constantly whipped his listeners and followers by saying they belong to Sudra- children of Dasi and to substantiate his obsession and hatred, he always used to abuse God, Hindu culture and Brahmins.

Re-invent and preserve Tamil culture and progress should be the political philosophy of Tamil Desiya Iyakkam and not politics of hatred, negativism and anti-Brahmin venom.

Shakuni caused destruction of the Kaurava clan but on the contrary Periyar helped his followers to capture power but did nothing to eliminate caste system within his manufactured race called Dravidian.

Today DMK is hunted by its own shadow, past deeds and the nemesis like the proverbial saying "evil be to him who evil thinks".

History will always remember Periyar as a great reformist leader and the same history also will remember that Periyar was somewhat cool and indifferent towards black money and corruption.
