देश के विभिन्न उच्च न्यायालयों में १०% न्यायधीशों को छोड़ दे तो बाकी बचे सभी कालेजियम सिस्टम की हि उपज हैँ। यदि आप अंग्रेजों की मानसिकता और सोच रखने वाले सिस्टम का हिस्सा हैँ, तो आप कुछ भी बन सकते हैँ, परन्तु आप सिस्टम में नहीं है तो आप कुछ भी करने लायक़ नहीं है।

भारत में न्यायपालिका एक महत्वपूर्ण संस्था है जो लोगों को न्याय देती है। न्यायपालिका का मुख्य उद्देश्य न्याय के माध्यम से समाज में संतुलन बनाए रखना होता है। इसके लिए न्यायपालिका के न्यायाधीशों का काम होता है दोषियों को सजा देना और निर्णय देना।

हर आदमी ये सोचता है कि न्यायालय से उसे न्याय मिलेगा परन्तु क्या न्यायालय कि शरण में जाने पर उसे वाकई न्याय मिलता है या फिर न्याय कि आस में वर्षो न्याय के दरवाजे पर दस्तक देते देते उसकी उमर निकल जाती है पर उसका केस उसके मरने के बाद भी जिंदा रहता है और कोर्ट या अदालतो में वैसे हि अकारण तारीखें पड़ती रहती हैं।
