Nazi-level propaganda web series in Tamil that is vehemently spewing hate on Brahmins in particular and Hinduism in general

0

In 1940, two movies were released on the insistence of Nazi Germany’s propaganda minister, Joseph Goebbels – The Eternal jew and Jud Süss. These movies presented Jews in extremely poor light, as parasites sucking blood of others, as cunning rats creating disruption to the society, etc. Hitler insisted that the Germans should know what Jew had done to them for centuries and this can be done by making movies showing their real face ‘hidden behind the mask of European’.

Cut to Tamilnadu in 2018, a web series calling itself ‘utopian’ targets Brahmins, insinuating that Brahmins are ‘parasites who live on work of other castes, rats who grew fat pushing other castes to do menial jobs’ etc. This web series has the ‘blessings’ of Thanthai Periyar Dravida Kazhagam (read Father Periyar Dravida Party), which has no qualms in showcasing itself as ‘the destroyer of Brahminism and Brahmins’. Even the secretary of that party, K. Ramakrishnan, explains that this utopian web series was made to show others what brahmins had done to them for centuries. He jests that brahmins, upon seeing this series, will be offended, but he warns them to not create much ruckus. This person was behind an incident two years ago, when walls were painted with words inviting people to attend a ceremony where pigs be made to wear Janeu. This was to contrast the Brahminical ritual called Avani Avittam during which Brahmins replace their old Janeu with new one.

To read about the Nazi-like Anti-Brahmin propaganda previously done via books by followers of Periyar, click here.

In the first video of this Nazi-style propaganda web series, two Brahmins, donning Janeu and Dhoti, start their day by picking up broom and going on the roads picking up dustbins. They then approach a home, where a woman chastises them to stay away and not touch anywhere. One of the Brahmin garbage collectors reminds the other of their untouchability, who had just been chastised by the lady in the house. All this happens with famous singer’s rendition of ‘Shree Venkatesam Manasaasmarami’. This is the utopian idea of a web series team called KarapaanPoochi (the Tamil term for Cockroach).

A screen grab from Nazi-propaganda-styled web series Karapaanpoochi
A screen grab from Nazi-propaganda-styled web series Karapaanpoochi

The channel boasts itself of ten videos, of which 7 of them target Brahmins. This video of a Brahmin garbage collector is touted to be the reversal of trend wherein, Brahmin alone does not become garbage collector, while others end up playing that role. This video enforces an idea that it was Brahmins who forced other castes to collect garbage, which is an usual rhetoric among the Dravidian ideologues in Tamil Nadu and Communists elsewhere in India.

However, the reality is different. Most of the Brahmins in Tamil Nadu had migrated to other Indian states or flew outside India when the anti-Brahmin movement was at its peak during the 1960s and 1970s under the reign of Annadurai and Karunanidhi. A sizeable population of Brahmins in government hierarchies were purged out by reservation in jobs. With miniscule level of Brahmin presence in Government and Corporation, it is preposterous to assume that Brahmins pushed other castes to collect garbage, because they are not entitled to do so. In fact, Brahmins have taken up sanitation works as per this article.

Second video in the series talks about a Brahmin butchering beef in a stall while a song in Tamil, which translates to ‘Cow is the mother of our family’, is being played in background. The butcher talks at length about how Shaastra specifies creating a delicious food item with beef. Can the producers similarly create a satirical video where a Muslim butchers pork and talks about a pork recipe in their holy verses? They will not create such video, because Karapaanpoochi is directed and produced by fans of Periyar. Periyar aka E. V. Ramasamy Naicker, was an atheist who hated only Hinduism while maintaining silence over Christianity and Islam. It is of no surprise that his followers too adopt the same pusillanimous attitude, by targeting Hindus in general and Brahmins in particular.

Third video in the series is an unintended satire on the making team itself. Two black shirts, usually worn by Periyar followers, replace the role of Brahmin priest and utter verses from books written by Periyar. Periyar who denied Gods (only Hindu Gods) is being elevated to the status of God in Tamil Nadu. It is considered blasphemous to criticise Periyar or ridicule his movement in Tamil social media. Tension arises when someone desecrates statue of Periyar, which is garlanded by his followers on his birth and death anniversaries. Can we take this video to be a reflection of the current status of the anti-Hindu Periyar movement, where the denier of God ends up as a God, much like Oh My God! movie?

A video on Brahmin being a paid assassin shows a man detailing his wife about whom he is going to kill. We wonder what does the director mean to convey here, that Brahmins had never became hitmen or that only non-Brahmins were hired killers? Did Bahmins in the past force (and not hire) them to finish off their enemies?

There are other videos, where a Brahmin is a barber, a drunkard and does manual scavenging. The film crew indirectly blames Brahmins for other caste people ending up doing manual scavenging as work. But do they realise that it was a Brahmin CM of Tamil Nadu, Jayalalitha, who abolished manual scavenging in 2015, and not the ‘protector of others from evil Brahmin’ Karunanidhi? There is also a news article about a Brahmin corporator who abolished manual scavenging long back in 1950s. If Brahmins were the reason for other castes forced into manual scavenging, why is that the DMK (who champions the anti-Brahmin tirade) never took steps in abolishing manual scavenging?

All these videos point towards the only obvious statement – brahmins are the reason for all that is evil. Showcasing a brahmin doing every other job might have satisfied their internal brahmin hate, but it is refreshing to note that brahmins alone can be ridiculed in any form of Tamil media. This just shows one thing, that, brahmins do not wield strong influence in Tamilnadu as these nutjobs claim every day and night. If as per the allegations, brahmins has power to control the whole state, why can’t they just destroy the anti-brahmin propaganda which had been in the state for the past 70 years?

We are unclear about how the anti-Brahmin propaganda was received by the earlier generations of those in Tamilnadu, but a small glimpse of Facebook pages could show the level of current hatred. There is a Facebook page called ‘Ponool Porukkigal – SacredThread ShitHeads‘ which translates to ‘people who wear Janeu are ruffians’ and one does not need to know the meaning of ‘SacredThread Shit Heads’. That page had 50,000 likes, which indirectly shows that there is a considerable increase in anti-Brahmin tirade in Tamil Nadu. With Nazi-like propaganda videos made by Karapaanpoochi team, the hatred towards Brahmins are sure to multiply. This does not mean that all Tamils hate Brahmins (while Brahmins themselves are Tamils too), but with continuous propaganda like this, the percentage of people who hate could increase.

For people who correlate Nazi and Fascism with RSS and BJP at the drop of hat, this Nazi-styled propaganda web series will not be shocking. In fact, they will be viewing such propaganda materials with much glee and excitement. This article might even increase the audience of those propaganda videos, and could satisfy the above-said people. But, the video links are shared here so that we do not ignore the developments and end up having a Kashmiri-Pandits-style exodus happening to the Tamil Brahmins.

Rahul Gandhi need bedtime story teller to learn politics

0

Considering the immaturity and childishness of Rahul Gandhi, people of India must be considerate and kind to tell him some bedtime stories so that he doesn’t lose his sleep and suffer from untimely wake up to rant his hatred for the democratically elected PM and defame his own image.

He may need stories of Panchatantra, stories of Aesop or stories of Arabian night etc., to learn Indian politics better.

One of the bedtime stories of Aesop- ‘The Boy Who Cried Wolf’ would definitely put some sense to the dynast otherwise he may soon reduce his stature like the boy of the Aesop story. The boy under the reference used to make fun of shepherds and villagers by unnecessarily crying wolf, wolf several times. When the shepherds and villagers rush to save their sheep from wolf, the boy used to laugh as he made fun of them. One day when the boy was alone in the forest, the wolf did really come and the boy cried for help but none came for the boy’s help thinking the boy is making fun of them. The wolf killed the helpless boy and ate him.

Today the dynast is crying corruption in Rafael procurement, demonetisation etc., to defame PM Modi and catch some media attention and from Indian voters. He should understanding the truth that there is no scam or corruption is there in Rafael deal or demonetisation and PM Modi is an embodiment of integrity, honesty, commitment and development of India and PM Modi is not like the dynast who inherited the legacy without any merit or contest.

The point to be remembered is that none of his farcical cry would get him vote and instead people of India would only think of him to be too immature and hungry for the post of Prime Minister.

The position of Prime Minister of India is not determined by the dynastic law so he can easily inherit it. People should vote and for people to vote, the leader must be wise, matured, must have clear vision, commitment, high level of integrity and proven track records.  As on date PM Modi alone shall fit to the above shoe and he alone is liked and loved by millions and millions of people and want him to rule India in 2019 and beyond.

If the dynast does not learn his lessons from the story of the boy who cried wolf of Aesop would end up as ancient mariner who was in the middle of a sea and could sea water everywhere but could find no drop of water to drink.

Like the mariner who cried “water, water everywhere, nor any drop to drink”, the dynast is also crying and shouting scam, scam everywhere when there no scam and no single vote will come to the dynast for making all such false allegations.

If the dynast child cry for milk, people of India will be kind to provide him, if he cry for toy certainly that also will be given to him but if cry to become Prime Minister of India, how Indians will make such immature person of PM of India?

Can he claim that since he has inherited the age old party in India so it is his birth right to become Prime Minister of India?

Desire and aspirations are fine but one should not nurture greed, hatred and obsession for power.  The post of Prime Minister of India does not come as gift to ones greed or obsession.

Time has come, we the Indians must be kind and benevolent towards to the ’48 years old child’ and must teach him regularly with several bedtime stories to help him to grow and mature. If we do not help him, he may continue to be as immature as how he is today and would make the party as Entertainment Company. None of his false allegations would help him to grab the post of Prime Minister of India.

Kerala, literate YES, but does its literacy create an impact?

0

“I never let my schooling interfere with my education” said Mark Twain. While its extremely funny on one side, it’s surely very profound. As a country, from 1947, we have made huge progress in terms of our literacy rate, but the contribution of fellow Indians in terms of innovation and new discoveries has been rather poor. Literacy, by definition, is just the ability to read and write. It doesn’t mean intelligent, it doesn’t mean aware, hell it doesn’t even mean educated. Being literate only means you can read this piece, not necessarily understand it.

As long as Indian civilisation has existed, the North vs South debate has been part of discourse. The now almost discarded Aryan Invasion Theory was probably the origin of the debate. The wedge created by the theory then and fermented by the Dravidian parties in the south for selfish gains now means a divide between the two regions of the nation exists. The first argument used by the south Indians in any North vs South debate is the better literacy rate in the south. And no one takes more pride in their literacy rate more than the Keralites.

Traditionally Kerala has been the state boasting of the highest rate of literacy in India. Ranking consistently at the very top with a literacy rate of well above 90% in the last census. While remarkable, on closer examination, it is apparent that the numbers only flatter to deceive. Boasting of the highest literacy rate in the nation should also be supported with boast worthy educational infrastructure, research work, social and business development among other things. This however isn’t the case.

The ASER survey, conducted for 12 years now, reports the status of children’s schooling in the country. It tests school children’s ability to do elementary maths and basic reading skills.

In 2017, the AESR survey conducted in Ernakulum district of Kerala threw up some rather surprising numbers. Shockingly, only 17% of the kids enrolled in schools upto 12th standard could perform subtraction. Between the ages 14-18, only 15% students could identify numbers between 10-99. Unsurprisingly, this number was the lowest in the South Indian region. A similar survey in 2016 showed 1 in 4 kids in class 8 could not perform basic arithmetic skills like subtract and divide. Almost 39% of the students in class 5 could not perform subtraction. The state stood 9th in the country on the basis of arithmetic performance of its students. However it must be noted that the state did better than the national average in all these parameters, but the numbers do not justify the pride and dare I say the arrogance, displayed by the Keralites in their literacy rates.

Its a fair assumption to make that a state that takes such immense pride in its literacy should boast of the best academic institutions of higher education too. Sadly this is far from reality.

In 2018 the National Institute of Ranking Framework (NIRF) published a list of the top 25 Universities in the country. You expect at least one from Kerala. Well, there are none. ZERO. In fact four of the 10 universities in this list come from the “uneducated” North of the country. There are 3 from the south of India, but none from Kerala.

The Outlook Magazine publishes a list of the best colleges in India every year. Its the same story from Kerala when you check the list of the best Engineering, Medical Colleges in the country. Among the top ten in both these categories, ZERO institutes come from Kerala. Even in non science streams like commerce, management studies, arts, fashion technology there are ZERO institutes from Kerala in the Top ten.

Biased you say? A similar survey is published by The Week every year. Same situation repeats itself. Absolutely NONE, ZERO, colleges from Kerala in the Top 10 across streams in professional or non professional courses.
Nursing care from Kerala is renowned internationally . Surprisingly, ZERO Kerala Nursing colleges make any top 10 list.

Keralites take immense pride at the contributions fellow Keralites have had in Space technology through ISRO. Padma Vibhushan awardee, K Kasturirangan, a famous space scientist, is son of Kerala. He headed the ISRO from 1994 to 2003, published over 200 papers and laid a strong foundation to make ISRO a top notch space agency. But his state of birth has had very little to contribute to his meteoric rise. His higher education was primarily completed in Mumbai and Gujarat. Another ISRO chief, hailing from Kerala, K Radhakrishnan, was born in Trichur in Kerala. After completing his graduation in Kerala, he had to move out of the state to complete further education in other states across India to achieve what he did. Once considered the second most powerful man in India, after Jawaharlal Nehru, V K Krishna Menon, is another famous son of the Kerala soil who moved out of his state for quality higher education. He completed his B.A. and Law in Chennai & moved to London School of Economics.

Varghese Kurien, the father of Amul, one of the most influential names in the dairy industry, was born in Calicut in British India. He too moved to Chennai to get high quality higher education before going on to achieve what he did. The “Metro Man” of India, E Sreedharan, born in Kerala, completed his professional education in Civil Engineering from Andhra Pradesh. Sreedharan’s school mate, Magsaysay Award winner & possibly India’s best Chief Election Commissioner, T N Seshan, was born in Kerala and went on to do his higher studies in Madras Christian College, Chennai.

An important parameter of academic excellence is high quality research work done & published by educational institutes. According to a report published in 2016, 60% of the medical colleges in India haven’t produced any research papers in the last decade. When we looked at Kerala colleges, the number was above 90%. Many, if not all of these colleges have had no papers published EVER. If one looks up a list of India’s best research institutes, NONE from Kerala feature in the list.

Education opens up the door to possible prosperity. One of the ways to become prosperous is setting up successful businesses. Among India’s Top 20 companies, no matter what parameters you may apply, NONE come from Kerala or by people from Kerala. Many of our biggest banks in the public sector were founded by people in south India. Among the Top 10 however, no bank founded in Kerala finds a place. Contrast that with the relatively less literate Gujarat. Many of India’s biggest companies were established by people from Gujarat. The Jain community, a tiny minority from Gujarat, is the highest tax paying community in India. That is IMPACT.

The lack of top class manufacturing business ventures in Kerala is hardly surprising considering its historical & continuing romance with Communism. A list of the 10 Richest Keralites shows many Keralites have done remarkably well in business, most of them in the gulf countries. MRF, one of India’s premier tyre manufacturers, founded by a Keralite is headquartered in Chennai. Deeply entrenched unionism, hartals at the drop of a hat have kept serious manufacturing businesses from taking root in Kerala. One of the country’s biggest jewellers, Joy Alukas, is owned by a Keralite, but headquartered in Dubai.

The people of Kerala are no doubt intelligent, hard working & have the skills to not just survive but thrive anywhere in the world. But for good quality education & to make a sustainable living, they have historically & in the present have had to look beyond their state boundaries. A high literacy figure, while good to boast about, means nothing if it isn’t creating the impact that it should, both in the world of academia or business. The relatively less literate state UP hosts two of India’s top 10 ranked universities, BHU & AMU.

Lets look at the Jews as an example. Persecuted for generations, the small community is just around 1.5-2 crores across the world, Less than the state population of Kerala & 0.2% population of the world. The Jews, like the whole south Indian community, prides itself on its academic excellence. As a race, the Jewish people have the most number of Nobel Prize winners accounting for about 23% of the prizes awarded between 1901 & 2017. Besides, the country of Israel, the only Jewish country in the world, boasts of the highest Doctors to population ratio. A number of companies in the Fortune 500 have been created by Jews. Facebook, Google, Goldman Sachs are just to name a few being founded by Jews. A number of heads of the most powerful central bank in the world, the US Federal Reserve, have been Jews. The impact had by this academically excellent community is hugely positive, long lasting & continuing. They have made an IMPACT.

So dear Keralites, the 90% literacy just means over 90% of the population can read & write a few lines. That’s just a number. The impact that you create is far more important reason to take pride in. Lets create that IMPACT.

Meaning of word ‘discipline’ in the dictionary of opposition is ‘autocracy’- Know why

0

PM Modi was absolutely right that many neo-intellectuals and the so called liberals in India love to describe and portray the efforts of the government to ask for ‘discipline’ and minimum level of ‘responsibility’ from the citizens as autocratic, undemocratic and arrogant act.

What India witness today is nothing but the abuse of democracy, nuking freedom of speech and attempts to destabilize the country. All such evil actions of the so called liberals and neo-intellectuals must be encouraged and appreciated otherwise you may be branded as autocratic.

Let us understand the meaning and importance of disciple in a clearer manner.

Recently a person was diagnosed to suffer from non-insulin dependent diabetic mellitus. His blood sugar was spiraling up at an alarming level. He was given all required medications with strict, disciplined and uncompromising diet restrictions. But his urge and temptations towards food surged him to breach the discipline and sacrilege the diet restrictions he was told to follow. Within a few months of diagnosis, his kidney failed and subsequently developed cardiac problems, become burden to himself and to the rest and finally died. The question is can a diabetic patient justifies his freedom to eat whatever he likes and eat indiscriminately and then can he remain healthy? Should he not follow strict diet discipline?

A boy was months away from appearing his plus two board exam. He was intelligent but was highly indiscipline in his studies. The boy was too ambitious to study in IIT. Due to his poor studies and lack of discipline in his education could not even secure good marks in his plus two exam let alone other competitive exams. Today the boy is working as clerk in a private company and all those friends whom he used to rate as average have reached high position and have completed coveted degree courses. Can a student afford to be indiscipline in his studies?

Let us assume if we have gone to a house to take part in condolence, will crack jokes, pull each other and mock the air over there or exhibit reasonable discipline and observe silence? Can we afford to say it is our freedom to make noise and be loud in the condolence meeting or we follow high level of discipline and self-restrain?

Will we go to our work whichever the time we choose to go or we will go at the time prescribed by the company? If we breach the office timing and relay upon our democratic rights, will the company entertain us or would sack us?

In the name of democracy and freedom of speech if the anti-social elements and anarchists tend to destabilize the country that is being taken to the path of development by PM Modi, can we entertain all such elements or should we deal them firmly with law of the land?

People should know the value and meaning of democracy. Will all those liberals try to showcase their birth right over freedom of speech in Islamic countries as most of such liberals claim they are the only bonafied saviours of secularism and minority community?

Discipline comes with decency and culture. Decency and culture brings patriotism. Abuse of discipline and sacrilege of decency no country on earth can define or tolerate as part of freedom of speech or democratic right.

All those evil forces that are attacking the democratically elected government are actually destroying India. When they have cared for India should be the question we should ask?

Today they are fighting Pm Modi because he is developing the country and soon he would achieve Sab Ka Vikas.   Discipline alone would bring development and not indiscipline. Culture alone can inculcate decency and patriotism.   The PM is invoking patriotism not for votes but for nation building.

Discipline is not only important in our private life but also in our public discourse and conduct. If we breach the above, the Government has to exercise law of land to put things in order. We should never view such an act as autocratic. If we call such an act as autocratic means, then law, justice system and public order must go as subservient to rogues, evil forces and those antisocial elements and such elements would force our society to gracefully accept and accommodate the acts of all such nefarious forces as part of freedom of speech and democratic right.

Hope the new generation will understand the importance of New India as envisaged by the PM Modi and hope they will stand behind him and support him in 2019.

How Government sites are being affected from Cryptojacking Malware

0

Now a days Hackers are not taking stuff to hack any website, they are using it to make money. Hackers simply inject the miner script in any webpage. As soon as the user opens webpage on browser the miner starts mining Cryptocurrency from users CPU for Hackers without users’ consent.

The malware used by Hackers for mining Cryptocurrency is called Cryptojacking Malware. Cyber Security Researchers made alarm when they discovered this malware in various Government websites.

Check out the following recent cases by country wise Government websites affected with Cryptojacking Malware:

1. India
Coinhive Cryptojacking Malware was found to be embedded in the website of India’s Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

The malware was spotted and discovered by Cyber Security Researcher TroyMursch, via Bad Packets Report the Coinhive code injected on the UPSC website is a short URL on a loop.

2. Argentina
Coinhive Cryptojacking Malware was found to be embedded in the website of Argentina’s energy company SECHEEP.

There are many more cases spotted by various Researchers where Government official websites compromised with Cryptojacking Malwares except of cases stated above.

Lets run a litmus test on these #MeTooUrbanNaxal gang

0

There’s a small section of the media and so-called human rights activists who are standing up for the 5 individuals who have been charged with indulging in left wing extremism. In their solidarity with these individuals they have launched a twitter campaign of #MeTooUrbanNaxal.

If that’s the case, lets run a litmus test of these supporters if they endorse ideologies of Rona Wilson, Gautam Navlakha and Varavara Rao (the supporting video links are available at the bottom).

Some of Rona Wilson’s views:

  1. He states that repression is a necessary condition for the Indian state to perpetuate itself i.e. he paints all democratically elected Indian govts till date, which have been chosen by the citizens, as repressing its own citizens.
  2. According to him, there needs to be mass movement and agitation to prevent institutions like National Counter-Terrorism Centre and NIA from being setup and run by the govt. So, if a country is being threatened by terrorism from multiple fronts this activist wants to stop the country from defending itself.
  3. He wants the Armed Forces Special Powers Act must be removed from the restive states. He states the example of Manipur which wanted to secede from the Indian state before India’s independence, to prevent which the AFSPA was implemented there at that time. By this view does he support secession of current states from India and to take this further, does he believe India is one country?

For the #MeTooUrbanNaxal – its time for you to stand up and endorse his views of India being a repressive country, on your twitter accounts because you support this kind of free-speech.

Some of Gautam Navlakha’s views:

  1. He complains about the killing of Burhan Wani by the Indian state. By this measure maybe he does not label Burhan Wani a terrorist.
  2. He supports the right of self-determination of Kashmiri people to break away from India. He thinks that India is suppressing the people of Kashmir.
  3. His viewpoint is that Lashkar and Jaish are stepping in because of the repressive policies of successive Indian governments. Its quite interesting that he gives Pakistan a clean chit while dumping the entire blame on the Indian govts for the Kashmir situation.
  4. He complains about a demography change in Kashmir with Hindus coming in (even if it’s a very small number) that according to him is not acceptable. Interestingly, you don’t see him complaining about the hundreds of thousands of Kashmiri Hindus who were driven out of the state by the hardline islamists.

I’m sure the #MeTooUrbanNaxal are well aware of Gautam’s ideology and fully support him, which means that these people blame India and not hardline radicalism or Pakistan for the current challenges we face in Kashmir.

Some of Varavara Rao’s views:

  1. Calls BJP a Bhramanical Hindutva philosophy and according to him Lord Krishna supports violence as depicted in Bhagvad Gita. Varavara demeans the Vedas as well in the interview. This Hinduphobe does not care if he portrays an entire culture of a country as repressive, just like Rahul Gandhi did when he said that the Indian culture is the reason why women are not being treated well.
  2. According to him the Indian judiciary is supporting the Bhramanical system! His anti-Hindu rant knows no bounds.
  3. He states that calling India as a country is a myth and actually it’s a feudal subcontinent.
  4. According to him when Hyderabad was brought into the Indian union it was an aggression against the Hyderabad state where the Indian army committed atrocities on the population there. Similarly he questions the Indian state sending the army to Kashmir in 1948 terming that too as unlawful.
  5. He terms all Indian govts have committed genocides of Indians. He sees the Indian state as the enemy.

Since the #MeTooUrbanNaxal so vociferously supports him, one would think that they share the same views as well – basically they are anti-Hindu who do not believe in India as a country, but rather a loose feudal conglomerate of smaller countries subservient to the imperialistic Western powers.

There’s a common thread that runs through all these types of people. They have a disdain for India as a country, they are anti-Hindu, they label India as being repressive of minorities and women.

Its scary, how under the garb of free-speech, we have such people who have for decades been sowing discontent within India, trying to drag it down from progressing. Their hatred knows no limits, but they have no solutions to offer. Even when they offer solutions it means ripping apart the Hindu civilization which is the essence of this great nation.

Yes, its time for couch-potato variety of twitter zealots to tag this story on their twitter handles and show their undying solidarity with the views of these so called human-right activists. We dare you.

As 2019 election approaches, Rahul Gandhi wears a new mask

0

As the country inches towards May 2019 via December 2018, the election festival blossoms with the ever intensifying endeavors of the participants. Indians would be overwhelmed by their creative work, catchy one liners, colorful posters and sensational speeches. Mr. Gandhi has already started showcasing his old and ageing ship in a different light. During the no confidence motion a few weeks ago, he had discovered a new variant of hug “a lap hug” and now is officially masquerading as the messenger of love, peace and harmony. All the interactions he recently had in Germany and the UK played one song again and again like a broken record.

In addition to that, by some miracle, the students in different countries and different schools ended up asking the same questions, phrased differently. How? I don’t know. Any body who assimilated enough courage to listen to any of the speeches or conversation would understand that he made his “transformation” after fifteen years of struggle ostensibly conspicuous. Along with the usual rhetoric revolving around RSS/BJP bashing, lynchings, caste suppression (as if Germany and England would fix the problems for us), some other gibberish, a strong reference to love and hate, peace, non-violence, attentive listening, acknowledging mistakes/issues was made. You could have a look at one of his interactions here:

People believe in whatever they want to believe in and have prejudices for. Isn’t this a fundamental reason why fake news peddlers succeed in their endeavors? Peace, love, compassion, empathy, non-violence, etc. are quite sophisticated practices and everyone would like to believe in them. Wouldn’t you?  But how do we know if he was not bluffing? How do we know if it is not just a mask designed to cover the gory and ugly details enriched by all sorts of malpractices? If the same speech was given by some other person say Mr. Kejriwal (also a PM aspirant), it would have been comparatively easier to digest. Simply because he or his party has never ruled India and whatever he says he is or he would do will be bought “as is”. Wasn’t this one of the reasons why he won 67 out of 70 seats in Delhi Assembly election?

On the contrary, we have already been a witness to a variety of faces or masks that Congress donned in the past. The history of 20th century India which was predominantly governed by Congress proves one thing, Congress is anything but the things Mr. Gandhi mentioned in his interactions. You don’t have to go by what I say, you could google it, pick any history book and connect the dots. If Congress has to become what Mr. Gandhi suggests, the party will have to part ways with “the family”.

We all wear masks, and the time comes when we cannot remove them without removing some of our own skin. – André Berthiaume

Mr. Gandhi with the help of an instrument called “non-violence” reincarnated the original Gandhi Ji to fight his battle which he is finding it difficult to barely survive let alone win. “Non-Violence” is a highly intellectual friendly phrase and is appreciated and fancied by many. But when did Congress practice it? Were the four wars that India fought under the Congress’ leadership non-violent? Was sending Indian soldiers to a war where they did not even represent India during World War I and II  an act of non-violence? It looks as if any decision taken by Gandhi Ji or his namesakes leading to violence will be categorized as non-violent and anything apart from this would be called violence. That is why the freedom fighters like Bhagat Singh and Subhash Chandra Bose were  not entertained in Congress and were deemed violent. There are other myriad of instances like this. And of course, torturing and slaughtering animals for all sorts of “justified” reasons is also non-violence. Talking about animals does look irrelevant when people were getting killed non-violently.

He claimed, his party is compassionate and works out the different problems by actually listening and understanding others’ viewpoint. These are actually quite precious qualities, and it takes a lot of time and patience in inculcating them. But easier said than done. It is reasonably easy to preach others about what they did and what lead to the formation of which group. We don’t have to go to Syria to find an example of this. Why couldn’t the congress lead governments solve Kashmir issue in more than five decades? Even if we assume that Kashmir is a complex problem and needs time (although congress wants BJP to fix it in five years) there is no paucity of issues which would annihilate Mr. Gandhi’s novice narrative. Who was responsible for exacerbation of Naxal issue? Why wasn’t the crisis nipped in the bud? I hear a lot of rhetoric about Adivasis and Tribal people, why weren’t their issues handled sincerely with love and compassion? And of course around 15,000 people (civilians, Naxals and security forces) who died during the confrontation were killed “non-violently”. In fact it was their Prime Minister, Mr. Manmohan Singh who declared it as the most serious internal threat. Enough has already been spoken and written about 84 riots. Were traits like compassion, listening and understanding different view points discovered after 2014?

Exorbitantly profound enlightenment happened when the epitome of monopoly conveyed that “monopoly” is refraining the country from delivering upto its maximum  potential. There are simply no words for this eye-opening expose. I think there is a different dictionary that is not accessible to general public, all the words “non-violence”, “love & compassion”, “monopoly”, “listening”, “empathy” etc. have different meanings which we are not aware of. Just a small question, how many years did INC function without a member from Nehru-Gandhi family leading?

“You wear a mask for so long, you forget who you were beneath it”

Although all his interactions were exuding his love and compassion towards BJP/RSS; his listening credentials were also revealed in the same interaction where he boasts of them.  At around 46:00 minutes in the video attached below, he threw a question at the audience seeking reasons as to why the quality of debates in parliament in  the 50s and 60s was better than today. Some guy from the audience answered: “because there was no effective opposition at that time”. Did Mr. Gandhi listen or acknowledge the answer? No! he snubbed the answer and said what he wanted to say or was told to say, even though the guy was correct. And how correct is Mr. Gandhi’s answer that he “imposed” over the audience is upto the viewers to decide.

Even after all this hate mongering and denigration of the country in an attempt to attack BJP, he pulled out “the Bhramastra” from his quiver which he and only he can use (technically Mrs. Vadra could also use): the sad demise of his father and India’s former prime minister Mr. Rajiv Gandhi. He reminded everyone how weak Indian security forces had become then, which could not protect the country’s prime minister. Him sympathizing with somebody who was responsible for the assassination of one of India’s Prime Ministers indicates his desperation for power. Should criminal offenses be overlooked and the criminals be left alone? What is the significance of justice? Is he trying to promote a “jungleraj” or an “animal kingdom” instead of a civilized society where punitive actions against perpetrators are sought?

He mentioned acknowledging and accepting a problem is the first step towards solution, indeed it is. Will he or his party acknowledge that issues like NRC, Kashmir, etc. were the mistakes they committed? Or it was just a salesmen pitch he made in a futile attempt to find buyers? Congress has already mastered the art of masquerading, Gandhi scion is just taking the legacy forward. Their claim that Gandhi-Nehru family was not in control during UPA1&2 is enough to advertise their creativity with Masks.

Hindu Pakistan – An Oxymoron

0

There has been a slew of offensive and denigrating terms employed by various political parties and leaders recently. Hindu Pakistan, Hindu Taliban, Hindu Terrorism, Saffron Terror.

All these emanate from a singular thought process which is obsessed with the rise of BJP as the dominant political party in the country to the extent that it occupies the pole position, erstwhile the legacy of Congress.

BJP hasn’t really tried to hide its politics in the garb of secularism ever since it came into being in the 1980s or its predecessor Jan Sangh did either. It has stood for distinct Cultural Nationalism as enunciated by its mother Organisation, the RSS.

After 1984 drubbing at the hustings, BJP under LK Advani embarked on the Hindutva Rath to counter the Psuedo-Secular character of the Congress and its hegemonic domination of the electoral politics in India. The results were astounding from mere 02 seats in LokSabha to an amazing 89 Numbers.

BJP or it’s earlier avatar Jan Sangh was always Right of the Centre. Their worldview and politics shaped by RSS believed in the restoration of Ancient Bharat as the ideal state. Where everyone born in India was a Bharatiya, an innate Indianness which associated itself with the cultural ethos of Bharat.

Foreign influence through centuries of invasions, the Islamic conquest of Bharat had deprived India of its cultural moorings, its way of life threatened over a Millennia of Muslim conquests had played an important role in the formulation of politics of BJP as well as the roots of RSS. Most of the BJP members are former Swayamsewaks, Pracharaks on loan from RSS, the umbilical cord has nurtured the present and past generations of BJP.

Hence, the strident view on the assertion of Bharatiya or Indianness rather than some vague Western concept of secularism, which wants the State to be neutral in matters of religion. However, it has remained in theory as Congress which ruled the country for the maximum years has played a not so subtle game of vote bank and appeasement politics in name of secularism. It was this hoax which was called off by BJP led by an Advani-Atal combine in the 1990s. The Ram Mandir Movement was the ultimate game changer, the consolidation of Hindu votes despite Caste fissures was no mean achievement considering the OBC cauldron commenced by the United Front govt of VP Singh.

BJP throughput its existence has asserted that Rights of the Majority cannot be sacrificed at the alter of Minoritysm. Everyone must have an equal right to the resources of the nation. In Narendra Modi, it found resuscitation, a new brand of politics which was founded on the Gujarat Model of development. As CM of Gujarat, Modi had consistently performed above his peers both in Congress and the BJP. His elevation rejuvenated the BJP as it strode to the First Majority govt in 30 years since Rajiv Gandhi rode the Indira Wave.

Modi, faced the slur of Gujarat 2002 Riots but it has worked as a force multiplier in his favour as Hindu strongman rather than bog him down. His politics post 2014 Elections has been Statesman like. His slogan of SabkaSaath- SabkaVikas has been received with some scepticism by his political opponents trying to poke holes in the difference between theory and practice.

The BJP hasn’t lost many major elections other than Bihar to the Mahagathbandhan or the Delhi election to the AAP.
For the first time in the history of Indian democracy, RSS occupies the all the top three positions of power in the country from President, Vice President to the Prime Minister. It rules in 20 States.

Opposition has railed and railed against the BJP but hasn’t been able to dent the aura of its principal Mass Leader. And hence a shrillness surrounds us, in form of Mob Lynchings, Dalit atrocities, Violation Of Civil Rights, Minority bashing and the most insidious attempts at painting an entire Religion as Terrorists.

Starting with Sushil Shinde, who coined the term Saffron Terror to Chidambaram, who equated it to Hindu Taliban, to Hindu Terror most blatantly and we the suave yet brazenly lying Shashi Tharoor talking of a HinduPakistan.

These are primarily laments of a loser, ramblings of the distraught, distraught at the fact that Congress has lost its pre eminence space in the political world of Indian democracy.

These thoughts are the last ditch attempt by the Breaking India Forces who led by Church in India, the Communist intelligentsia and the Wahhabi monies have let loose their minions to articulate the obscene as truth. The very idea of HinduPakistan or HinduTaliban is repugnant to the Hindu thought, there’s nothing like a Talibanisque concept in the entire historical evolution of Sanatan Dharma, better known as Hinduism by the votaries.

Hindus believe in Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam, the World is a Family, there’s no concept of Darul Uloom or Darul Harb, where Kaffirs live and are not entitled to the same rights as the Momin.

The influence of Church is damaging as it is dictated by the powers that reside outside India, specifically the Vatican and the various Churches in the USA. The census of 2011 is damning in itself, Hindus for the first time has fallen below 80%. And shockingly, the figures don’t even tell the true story. It’s a known fact that Church in Kerala, TN and Andhra Pradesh wields enough influence to ask its flock to vote for particular political parties. There has been massive Conversions in these States to the nature of altering the religious demographics in the coastal districts of TN and Andhra Pradesh.

Kerala is flushed with both Church and Wahhabi Monies. It’s the money which is doing the talking for the likes of Shashi Tharoor and Chidambaram, the influence that the Church has in these States hasn’t been recognised by the country.

The very idea of Dravid Nadu is the culmination of the efforts of the Church in South India, the Preserver Of Cultural Heritage Of Sanatan Dharma.

These terms have their origin in the history of Missionaries in South which was adepted by the Atheist DMK and its offshoots in the garb of anti Brahminism. These Un Indian thoughts emanate from the zeal of Christianity which while losing adherents in West has concentrated on Asia in general and India in particular in new Millennium.

Neo Buddhism has fallen prey to the callings of the Church , it’s dominated by the Maoists who have found the Muslims as ready partners in new force of Dalit-Muslim unity as a counter to the Hindu reassertion which for the first time in 2014 overcame its Caste divisions to catapult BJP as the Single Majority govt in 30 years.

It’s not the terms which agitate our country it’s the Thought behind these articulations which pose an imminent threat to the Country. The laments of loser are not without design, they are well thought out conspiracies to undo the historical Unity achieved by the Hindus in 2014 General Elections.

It’s Time to bring in comprehensive Anti Conversion laws in consonance with the UN Resolution Of 2007.

Should Tamil Nadu perish in brother’s fight for power, let us work for Ram Rajya

0

Sibling fight is not uncommon in animal kingdom. In animal world the stronger sibling will not only defeat the weaker one but also would kill and eat them in most occasions. The first born formed baby shark inside the womb of the mother shark is known to eat all yet to hatch eggs inside the womb and other newly formed sharks. Siblicide is quite common among bird of prey, water birds like Heron, Egret etc., and is also present in the world of mammals like Hyena. Such sibling fight occur purely for own survival in animals world and survival alone is the rule and law that prevails in animal world and not love and affection for sibling.

If we look at the history starting from the biblical era, we can find sibling fight to be quite rampant. Cain kills Abel.  Abraham’s sons, Isaac and Ismael and Isaac’s sons Esau and Jabob, Jacob’s sons Joseph and his brothers, all fought over inheritance. Osiris is being killed by his brother Seth in Egyptian mythology.

In Greek mythology too, Acrisius and Proetus is mentioned to have started their fight when they were inside the womb of their mother. In Roman history also the brother’s fight is well documented where Remus is being killed by Romulus.

The question is why brothers in human society fight for power, money and to inherit father’s legacy instead can’t they discuss and mutually settle the dispute. During all such historic fights between the siblings, the country had slipped to anarchy where lawlessness has become the surrogate mother and has taken over the governance.

Interestingly the Hindu mythology shows a different aspect of relationship between the brothers.

Rama and Lakshmana, Bharata were born to the same father but the mother was different. But still the bondage between them was remarkable and inspiring. Trust, mutual respect, true love and altruism alone kept the bondage of Lord Ram with his brothers and vice versa.

Similarly the 5 Pandava brothers born to same mother but to different father also stood as best example for how brothers should live with respect, love and dignity.

What the state of Tamil Nadu is witnessing today after the demise of Kalaignar is nothing but sibling fight for power.  If people of the state really think of the welfare of the state must look for different options which are not yet tested instead of voting for the party that has the history, pride and legacy of destroying the state in the name of Tamil chauvinism.

When two brothers fights for power to prove who is the true prince to inherit father’s legacy it is the state that is going to doldrums if people of the state elects such forces in the coming election.

If we look at the sacred brother–brother relationship from our great mythology such as Ramayana and Maha Bharata and the Hindu culture and compare it with the recent sibling fight in Tamil Nadu for power, we can understand that in recent days the family is not defined by blood, ethics or customs but by power and money.

According to Dharma Shastra, the eldest son has the first right over the family. In that sense, the eldest brother automatically inherits the legacy of the father and who in turn would guide the family in lieu of the late father. By respecting our shastra, the younger brother should voluntarily abdicate his desire for power and must coronate the eldest brother and that is our heritage.

When people fail to respect the law of our ancient tradition and customs that the eldest brother is the one who as per tradition inherits the legacy of the father, such humans admits nothing but the biological truth that they are animals first and only then humans.

In animal world there is nothing called sibling love, loyalty, rivalry and every animal has to compete for food, shelter and mate. But in human world, culture, tradition, customs, values etc., intervenes and set harmony of the society.

The question is that when people who aspire to rule the state when resorts to such fight, what would be the fate of the governance of state if they were given power?

Although Indian law defines all siblings to have equal right over the inherited wealth of the father, Hindu customs and tradition dictates only the eldest to be first heir to the throne of father’s legacy.

The great thinker and philosopher Confucius of China also has suggested that the younger one must always ritually submit to the elder for the sake of social stability.

The day dynasty culture has entered Indian politics, family fight and sibling fight started to ridicule our civility and governance. The state of Tamil Nadu is facing twin dangers. The absence of Amma who was so successful in caging the Dravidian party and which is now trying to grab power and the second danger is the sibling fight of the Dravidian party which in all probability going to destroy the state.

The only option left for the people of the state is to look for an untested leadership and political party which always values and respect Indian-ness and our heritage. Let us work for Rama Rajya.
