Why I am scared as a Hindu amidst the anti-CAA protests

0

The anti-CAB/CAA protests have been nothing but an attempt to browbeat the majority Hindus into submission by brazen acts of vandalism, arson, mobilisation of Muslims bordering on violence against the Hindus as a consequence of passing of CAA or Citizenship Amendment Act by the Parliament. An act of Parliament passed by majority in both the Houses and notified by the President is a Law of the Land.

However, after losing the battle in the Parliament, the opposition parties and the assorted opposition in the country took the way of civil protests as the form of dissent against the said amendment in the Citizenship Act Of 1955. Protesting against a legislation is a political and democratic right in any democracy and the government must listen to the voices who are protesting, to see if there are genuine grievances in the protests. Having said this, there seems to be nothing but a deliberate attempt to disrupt the peace as the main reason for these protests.

The protests started with violence in West Bengal after Muslim mobs went on rampage after Friday prayers. Then it shifted to various parts of India, including in the national capital at a minority educational institution called Jamia Milia Islamia. Jamia, with its contentious constitutional arrangement which reserves 50% of its academic seats for Muslims, was the torchbearer of this protest against CAA.

The protests began with Jamia students on the roads supported by the nearby Muslim localities which turned violent, indulging in stone pelting at policemen, at public transportation, even school buses carrying young kids home were not spared. The crowd at Jamia was plainly Muslims shouting Allah u Akbar, the Islamic war cry, the conditions worsened after the protesters burned some buses which led to the police crackdown on Jamia. Crackdown on students is condemnable but the situation demanded a strict police action to save lives of innocent people who would be the target of the mob.

As if on cue, many places in the communally surcharged UP erupted in mass protests after the Friday Namaz on the streets of Muslim majority areas of Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Sambhal, Lucknow, and a dozen other places. It was no protest against CAA but a well planned and calibrated attack on anything remotely Hindu. Hindus bore the pain of attacks, they were targeted by the mobs at most of the places along with public properties.

Bengal saw massive mobilisation in mostly Muslim majority areas, attacking Hindu localities, trains were burned down by these protesters while the state government kept a distance watch not bothering to stop either the attacks on Hindus or burning of trains. There seemed to be a tacit understanding between the Muslim mobs and the TMC government in Bengal.

A layman or any neutral observer will vouch for the fact that the protests were overwhelmingly communal in tone, tenor and appearance. It became too obvious that the protesters were against granting citizenship to the persecuted Hindus and other minorities from the three professedly Islamic nations of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Bangladesh, CAA being a mere prop. The nature of these protests forced the planners to divert attention by raising the national flag at all protests after the initial attacks of vandalism and arson to blunt BJP charge of protests being anti national and anti Hindu.

Soon enough, JNU which had been on a protest since October 2019 jumped in to support the Jamia students, followed by the usual suspects Hyderabad, Jadhavpur Universities, including stray protests in IIT, Madras, Kanpur, some students’ marches in IIMs, IISc, TISS and similar institutions.

What was common was the posters and banners which abused Hindus, their beliefs, traditions, culture and above all, Hinduism itself in garb of Hindutva. Some protesters bearing posters saying “the Cow ate all my documents and so I ate the Cow“. Another banner held by some girls read “Hindurashtra is Rapist“.

If the actions of Muslim mobs was overtly intimidating and violent, their Liberal counterparts came up with most innovative abuses and deliberate attempt at demeaning the majority Hindus and their religion by these tactics. The hate being peddled by the protesters is hatred for Hindu and Hindu alone knowing fully well that CAA does not take away anybody’s citizenship in any manner.

Anti-CAA protests are anti-Hindu protests
Hinduphobia remained a common theme in anti-CAA protests
Hinduphobic posters during anti-CAA protests
Hinduphobic posters during anti-CAA protests

Why am I as a Hindu being subjected to this hate ?

It is the Parliament, which in its profound wisdom, has passed the law with majority in both the Houses of Parliament. An act of Parliament is the law but can be challenged by the aggrieved parties and Court can decide on the legality and constitutional validity of law. If that be the legal position why should the Hindu be target of this hate from the Muslims, the Left, Liberals?

Perhaps his only fault is that he is consistently voting for Narendra Modi and BJP. Maybe, it seems that the mandate given majorly by Hindus in 2019 General Elections has been the catalyst for this hate and fear mongering by the anti Hindu forces. The demonisation of Hindu is the aim ultimatum of the protests, there is no coherence on the issue of protests, the protesters have not been able to articulate their protests in any comprehensible manner which is logical.

If the protesters are against a decision of the government, why is my Faith being abused and demeaned by the protesters ?

What have I as an individual done to evoke such hatred for my Faith ?

Why are my Gods being attacked ?

Why are my sacred symbols being abused ?

Why am I being threatened for an act which has been passed by the Parliament ?

Am I always supposed to be the Victim of the Minorityism ?

Will I as a Hindu be allowed to follow my religion without being abused, without being lured or threatened to convert?

Is the Crown of Thorns called Secularism my responsibility alone ?

Especially, when “ La ilah Ill lil lah” is the War cry of the Protests and the Protesters.

Indian education system: Then, now and how

0

According to a survey report called the Annual Status of Education Report (ASER), more than 50% of the students in 5th standard attending rural schools are not capable of reading a second standard textbook and do not to solve basic mathematical questions.

This clearly underlines various issues that are crippling our rural education system. We cannot deny the fact that even today, a huge part of India’s population still resides in rural India. However, there is hardly any attention being paid to the education system existing in rural India.

Here are some reasons listed below :

Dearth of adequate number of schools: The rural parts of India are already struggling a lot when it comes to local transportation. This problem poses a huge threat to education is rural Indian due to limited or no schools in the vicinity. The problem in transportation coupled with schools located at a great distance in rural areas compel parents not to send their kids to the schools, thus keeping them devoid of education.

Lack of pocket-friendly educational institutions: Residents of rural India usually come with little income sources which are usually consumed in the basic survival, making education out of their realm. The lack of government schools in the local areas discourages parents more to spend on their kids resulting in no education being imparted.

Inadequate infrastructure: The schools in rural India have really poor infrastructure. There is a huge lack of teachers, especially well-trained ones which disturbs the student-teacher ratio extensively. This leads to very poor quality of education being imparted, hardly fulfilling the need of education.

Rural-Urban divide
Even though we are one nation, we still continue to have a rural-urban divide in every aspect and education also falls in that sphere. There are a number of studies which have demonstrated a wide gap coming in between rural and urban education. The gaps can be witnessed in various ways.

In urban India, the number of schools are way higher in number as compared to rural India. Almost all the patches of the city have schools which makes education more accessible.
The way of teaching also differs in urban schools. While the teaching methodology in rural schools is still primitive, the urban schools are keen on adopting modern ways of teaching like concept learning and focus on development of each student.

How can we change the status quo?

As we have already discussed, there are various shortcomings that rural educational institutions have. The solution to improving the rural education is introducing modern and better techniques to the education system which can help rural students come on par with the urban students.

Set up more quality schools: The parents in the rural India can be promoted to send their kids to schools only if there are enough schools near their homes and at a very minimal cost. To those who come from very low financial background, the government must provide for their textbooks, library and laboratory facilities so that they are not left with any reason for not attending the schools.

Amalgamate technology with education: It is very important for rural schools to lay emphasis on technology, especially basic computer knowledge so that they are not left far behind. Also, in the digitally growing world, it is very important for every child to be aware of basic technologies and their usage.

Focus on conceptual learning: Gone are the days when rote learning and facts learning were sufficient in order to be educated. Modern day education system required people to be aware of what they learning with the know-how of its application and this can be done only when basic concepts are cleared right from the beginning of their schooling.

Move outside traditional classrooms: If we want to make education engaging for students, it is really important to start taking class lessons beyond the classrooms. It is very crucial for kids to be well aware of the world around them and this can be done only when they are being taken out and shown around. This will also help them understand the concepts practically and will remember them for longer.

Marriage for dowry bound to gift sour honeymoon – DMK, Congress alliance in TN

0

The bitterness between congress and DMK has gathered more steam and momentum recently after the cross voting in local body election where the congress party has defeated DMK candidate and supported AIADMK.

It is well known that DMK cannot come to power without the help of congress party in Tamil Nadu. Although congress party does not have great vote share in the state but minority polarization is more towards congress than to DMK and hence DMK will be the natural beneficiary of congress alliance.

Since the existence of DMK today is happening purely due to its cadre base than due to the present leadership, people are very doubtful of DMK’s ability to run the state. Further the dynastic coterie of DMK has alienated the real leaders in DMK and now the DMK has reduced to a club of several families around one family.

The real strength of DMK today is congress, VCK, left and other alliance partners and without the alliance, DMK at best can only see day dream of coming to power. In this political scenario, all the alliance parties also have lots of stakes. If they miss the chance, all those political forces would reduce to 11th player in the match or a mere spectator in Tamil Nadu politics. Therefore VCK, congress etc., are likely to ask for power sharing in the state and DMK has to agree to the terms and conditions of congress party and VCK, otherwise must be prepared to forgo its prospects to come to power.

Rotational chief minister arrangement, all the alliance parties of DMK may insist and smartly the congress party also may limit DMK to contest only minimum number of seats so that DMK can rule the state only with the support of the alliance parties. Only then the alliance parties can limit the freedom and independence of DMK in the state. People are sick and tired of DMK and have started to see the governance of EPS as good and development centric. Even those who may vote against AIADMK are looking for an alternative to DMK and the general perception is that DMK is not the natural beneficiary of anti-AIADMK votes. The percentage of people who do not want DMK is much higher than those who dislike AIADMK in the state.

If we look at the marriage of DMK with congress from the days of UPA 1 and 2, it is clear that the marriage had occurred only due to hefty dowry in the form of cabinet berths, freedom and opportunity for various scams; the best example being 2G allegation and again in 2019, the dowry DMK got from the marriage with congress was minority vote.

Since the marriage was focused majorly on profit and the profit alone was the rider of the relationship, such relationship is bound to break when there is no profit. Naturally such marriage is bound to gift sour honeymoon.

What the DMK and congress are experiencing today is nothing but sour relationship because neither of them had profited anything from each other in from the recently held local body election. In fact, the cross voting by both DMK and congress had helped AIADMK win in several places.

Before even DMK started to treat the congress party as its junior partner, congress appears to have outsmarted the DMK and started to give sleepless nights to DMK. Today the congress can not only ensure the defeat of DMK but also can facilitate the decomposition of the DMK in Tamil Nadu.

In 2021 if DMK fails to form government in the state that is going to be the end of DMK. 2021 is the last chance of DMK and if people remain together and defeat DMK, the state can be permanently saved from DMK, many feels.

To save the state from further ruining by the dynastic and family centric politics and DMK fooling the people in the name of Dravidian ideology, Super Star Rajnikanth must enter the political framework of the state.

Whatever is the reality, the state must be first saved from the family politics and only then further development programmes of the state can be achieved. Between EPS and DMK, EPS ranks much above DMK chief and EPS is seen as the re-incarnation of late MGR and Amma.

When Super Star enters the scene, naturally the Super Star will be first and only choice because he is the best, honest and committed and the Super Star alone can save the state from negativity and hate politics. Certainly Super Star shares most of the values and beliefs PM Modi and in simple expression, Super Star will be Modi of Tamil Nadu with reference honesty, sab ka vikas and corruption free governance.

Saint Tyagaraja’s Pancharatna Krithis Sung by Nani@100

It is 15th Jan,2020, Wedenesday. We had all just been regaled to Saint Thyagaraja’s Pancharatna kritis (Pancharatna in Sankskrit means five gems) on Pushya  Bahula Panchami day, 5th day of the dark half of the month of Pushya, by a huge assembly of carnatic enthusiasts on his 173rd  Aradhana day, at Thiruvaiyaru. Born to Ramabrahmam and Seethamma (some say Santha), as their third child on 4th May,1767, after the family had moved from Andhra Pradesh to Thiruvarur, he grew up to be Saint Thyagaraja, the composer par excellence, and was based at Thiruvaiyaru. He was a truly gifted soul, born to sing in praise of the Lord and is said to have composed between 800 to 24000 compositions. Accounts vary. Among his compositions, the Panchatratna Krithis occupy the pride of place, as the jewels in the crown.

Be it Jagadananda Karaka in Nattai Ragam, a rare Sanskrit piece among the majority Telugu gems, eulogising the divinity of Lord Rama in 108 names or Duduku Gala in Gowlai where he sings on the ills of society and craves for salvation or Sandinchene in Aarabhi, a lullaby on Krishna, eulogising his naughty radiance or Kana Kana Ruchira, in Varali, on the infinite beauty of Rama or his Endaro Mahanubhavalu in Sri Raagam, about the unparalleled rhythmic beauty of carnatic music, they represent the quintessence of the religious fervour and musical brilliance of Thyagaraja. He lived to the ripe age of 80 and died on 6/1/1847, which is now celebrated as his Samadhi day, for the assemblage on the  banks of Cauvery, Thiruvarur, TamilNadu, to render his panchharatnas. He had  premonition of his death and even beseeched the Lord with “Parithamamu Kaniyadina’ (in Manohara- Won’t you take pity and deliver me), just a day before he attained Samadhi.

Carnatic music is divine. It is all about discipline and dedication. It is not only about memory, recall and learning, but it is also equally about originality, uniqueness and innovation or Manodharma. It is, however, founded in strong grammar and classicism.

Law is not far behind. It too is divine, for, the dispensers of justice play God, deciding the fate of the citizenry, be it in relation to human rights, life, limb or properties. Of course, it is rule based and given to strict grammar. Nevertheless, the practitioners can innovate and expound with imagination and excel in it, even as they make a living at the mundane plane. Among the prime practitioners, there is none closer to epitomise these attributes than Nani Palkhivala. He was an Outlier, a genius in the 10000 hour dictum of Malcolm Gladwell. Of course, David Epstein has now challenged this Gladwellian hypothesis in a recent book Range, where he says a Generalist, in early years stands a better bet in ending up as an icon in the Roger Federer mould than a Tiger Woods rarity. Nani Palkhivala, defied both hypothesis, to end up as a literateur, lawyer, author, financial wizard, corporate czar, Ambassador and more.

Born on 16/1/1920  and named Nanabhoy, in a  family of Palkhis-profession of making and fixing palanquins to be attached to horse carriages, he grew up to be the non pareil Nani, the jurist and  the greatest Finance Minister that India never had. That he lost out on a Lecturer’s post at  Bombay University after graduation, which he gratefully celebrated by hosting the lady lecturer for dinner every year without fail and had a terrible stammer, which he overcame with dedicated practice, refused Judgeship of Supreme Court in 1963 and very nearly accepted the position of Attorney General when the Law Minister Govinda Menon persuaded him in 1967, are celebrated landmarks, in his inestimable career.

He began practice at the Bombay Bar in 1946, and his favourite judge was Chief Justice M C Chagla (What a pair they would have made- one can only wistfully be misty eyed on it. Sigh!) and within a decade of practice, he was before the Supreme Court, on Constitutional law, his favourite terrain. And though based in Bombay, he breezed in and out of the Supreme Court, every now and then, to chisel, carve, weave, protect and paint the Constitution in a Leonardo Da Vinci mode.

While his accomplishments are far too many, Palkhivala’s pancharatna krithis, among the jewels, he put together in his glittering career, without fear of contradiction (hopefully, if contradicted would be glad to be responded to, as if in putting together an All Time World XI for a Test  cricket team) shine so glowingly. Minerva Mills case in 1980 (3) SCC 625 where he persuaded the Supreme Court  to declare Art.368(4) exluding judicial review of constitutional amendments   as void could be his Jaganandakaraka, on the supremacy of Law. R.C Cooper or Bank nationalisation case in 1970 (1) SCC 248 his Duduku Gala, talking on the ills of society and taking on the establishment for its anti-private enterprise ethos.

St.Xavier’s in 1974 (1) SCC 717 his Sadinchene, a lullaby to the beleaguered minority educational institutions. Bennet Coleman in 1972 (2) SCC 788 challenging the import control regime on newsprint  to muzzle the free press, his Kana Kana Ruchira, on the infinite beauty of fourth estate, as a pillar  for a living and vibrant Indian democracy. Then the sublimation in Endaro Mahanubhavlu on the eternal beauty of Indian Constitution, as a living organ in Keshavand Bharathi in 1973 (4) SCC 225, on the limits  on Parliament’s power to alter the basic structure of the Constitution.

Incidentally, while Keshavanand arose from Kerala, Endaro Mahanubhavalu was also in response to a show of magic by a Keralite Shatkala Marar. Striking parallels do not end there. While Nani did appear for Indira Gandhi against the Allahabad High Court judgment setting aside her election before Justice Krishna Iyer, during vacations of that year, he refused to plead for her, thereafter, when she  imposed emergency on 26th June,1975. Much like Saint Thyagaraja who refused to sell his soul to a Saroboji Maharaja and sang “Nidhi Chala Sukhama” (in Kalyani – Would abundance of riches bring happiness).

While saint Thyagaraja never made a penny from his richness, for he lived by Unjavarthi (begging for his daily bread), Nani was  silently eloquent at philanthrophy (Nani once quietly put into the pocket of Dr.Badrinath of Sankara Nethralaya fame a cheque for Rs.3 crores, which Dr. Badrinath accidentally noted on returning from Bombay. There is a Nani Palkhivala Block in the hospital). Nani became a patriotic philanthropist, with his spiritual connect to India’s Vedic and cultural heritage. He was President of Veda Pada Nithi Trust, until he died, even after quit as supreme of Tata Sons, to help the cause of those engaged in teaching Veda, in their old age, at the request of Mahaperiava of Kancheepuram Sankara Mutt.

Thyagaraja’s versatility included composing operas and dramas too. Well, Nani was a tax practitioner of unrivalled esteem and his Budget speeches are real time jewels, which any Finance Minister of today too,  can go back to, for practical yet inspirational  wisdom. He was Ambassador to US of A as well. Nani too lived into his 80s until he died on 11/12/2002. The striking parallels can go on. Well, on 16th Jan, 2020, Nani would have been One Hundred. What better time than now, in the backdrop and background of the musical melodies of the maestro Saint Tyagaraja’s Pancharatnas, to recall Nani’s dedicated service to We The People.

Opposition, the recruitment agency of protesters and fear mongers; support Modi, save India

0

The way the CAA protest is being described and enacted by the opposition parties and several tukde tukde gangs by calling the protest sponsored by as ‘peoples movement’ show nothing but the lack of courage and conviction of the opposition parties to oppose CAA. Most of them want to be seen as mere only mere facilitators of the protest clearly show how scared and thoughtless are those tukde tukde political forces and the congress party of the dynast in taking a clear stand.

The tukde tukde gangs and congress party wants to take political capital on CAA protests but at the same time also wants to be careful because people of India largely support Modi and CAA. As a result of the above, most of the opposition parties want to extent tactical support to the protest and if the protest gain greater traction then catapults the protest for the political fortune and if otherwise wash the hand safely by describing the entire protest as people’s movement and the party has nothing to do with it.

The opposition parties not only have no clear agenda but also lack any conviction in opposing CAA because all those political parties know CAA is inevitable, good and progressive. But they want to muddle the people through lies and negativity and if people get muddled, make enough political fortune out of it otherwise retreat from the scene safely.

In order test the ground, they are using students. Further as it appears, the tukde tukde gangs are also acting as the job recruiting agency for recruiting people for protest against CAA. Naturally the jobless liberal left has lots to cheer with the job offer of the dynastic political parties and so too is their gratitude for their political master.

If the left liberals want to make protest as their best career option and are going to get suitably rewarded by the political parties then the left liberals has plenty of reasons to protest.

The irony is that the tukde tukde gangs have taken up CAA as their masterpiece agenda to protest.  Unfortunately they have not done their homework well to understand CAA and which way CAA is harmful to India. Since they have taken up the career of ‘protest against CAA’ and many may be on probation period as of now, they are making huge noise as they have to make their noise as loud as possible to please and impress their political master and only then they would get job confirmation.

Since they do not have any substance to oppose CAA, they are spreading fear, lies, negativity and hatred. People are sick and tired of the so called new-left-liberals and their ‘profane altruism’.

People of India are wise, matured and patriot and hence would not support any of the tukde tukde gangs or the congress party of the dynast. The CAA protest is going to fail like how the mighty army of Ravan and Duryodhana got defeated by the simple force of Lord Ram and Pandavas.

Truth, dharma and sab ka vikas are the soul missions of PM Modi but on the contrary, most of the opposition parties’ swarm around the honey comb of corruption, nepotism, dynastic politics, break India, spread lies and hatred etc. India has transformed politically since 2014 thanks to the extraordinary honest Prime Minister of India, Modi. Poor and under privileged people are empowered, their dignity is re-gained and their economic status has improved after PM Modi became Prime Minister of India.  Whereas when the opposition were ruling India, only their family wealth got fattened, their sycophants benefited the most and corruption and scams were only ruing the country.

India is just one stop away from its complete transformation and this is the time people of India must show extra resilience to pledge their solidary and unconditional support to India. Support to India is like support to PM Modi and vice versa.  Let us save India, let us support PM Modi.

Fallacies of Hindutva

0

It is easy to believe that Hinduism has prevailed in India and Hindutva is on the ascendancy. Such blind belief is dangerous because it results in the society losing it’s alertness. It makes one comfortable and ignore the facts on the ground. Though there are many positives in the modern Indian state, but not being able to analyse historical and present day threats will be catastrophic in the near future for each and every Indian. Here, I list common beliefs that I argue are just beliefs and that evidence available to all of us does not support such optimism.

Declining Hindu population in Bangladesh
Clear picture of Hindu persecution in Pakistan
This is what happens when Hindus become minority in Islamic countries

That Hinduism is superior to Abrahamaic religions– no, the fact that Abrahamaic religions have ruled India and the world since they were institutionalised (not ‘started’ but institutionalised) proves otherwise. From inquisitions in Goa to French & British colonialism, the driving factor was Christianity. If you read a book called Soldier Sahibs that details the missionary zeal of colonial administrators and soldiers, you will see how that religion became kinetic and remained so.

Conquistadors from Spain and genocide of original inhabitants of America’s, Australia and New Zealand again show that ultimately ‘Veer Bhogya Vasundhara‘. Here of course the ‘Veers’ are Muslims and Christians. Every passing year Abrahamaic faiths increase their geographic and demographic hold and Hindus retreat equally every year. You just have to see massive churches springing up in every Indian city with huge conversions of deprived classes using education or medical help as bribes. Of course, educated Indians send their children to fee-paying evangelical Christian public schools where they must sing the Lord’s prayer and can never learn Vande Mataram, Sanskrit, Yoga or our Shastras.

That India is essentially a Hindu nation– no, it’s a nation that allows killing, ethnic cleansing, exploitation and oppression of ordinary Hindus. Mainly Muslim gangsters in UP, Bengal, Mumbai extort, maim, kidnap and murder Hindu merchants and have been doing so in varying degrees since independence. That movie Raees, dozens of Haji Mastan and Dawood Ibrahim wannabes, plus Mumbai underworld movies reflect actual history which glorify and promote this fact. An ordinary Hindu enjoys such movies as entertainment but for a Muslim (across India and all Muslim countries) it is proof of the success of their faith in hunting kafirs that gives Muslims glory and riches. We must understand that for ordinary Muslims, Dawood Ibrahim, Masood Azhar etc. are examples of roaring success of Islam over infidels. Then it’s the slow but steady demographic and geographic asphyxiation of Hindus.

From Afghanistan, Pakistan, Sindh, Bangladesh over centuries which were all once Sanatana Dharma to the genocide of remaining Hindus over last 70 years in Pakistan and Bangladesh. To now what Yogi Adityanath correctly calls creation of 500 Kashmirs across India and of course the politically condoned ethnic cleansing and killings of Kashmiri Hindus, Hindus in Kerala, West Bengal, Assam, Western UP etc. North Eastern states becoming Christian after independence. All of this proves that India is a nation that cannot protect its citizens from Islam and evangelical Christianity. It’s a state that sometimes intentionally and at times unknowingly uses the exclusivity of state power against the basic survival of it’s Hindu population. A Pope called India as one of the few last bastions ripe for conversions, Ghazwa-e-Hind is not dissimilar. So India is not essentially a Hindu nation but a nation that is structurally, institutionally, constitutionally, politically and democratically a sanctioned hunting ground for Abrahamaic faiths.

That as long as RSS and Sangh parivar (including BJP) exist, Hindus are safe– no, RSS was formed as a militia to protect Hindus, it has metamorphosed into a welcome political and social force but what is needed are militias to protect Hindus. We already have versions of such militias in the form of paramilitary forces, Rashtriya Rifles in J&K, some police forces as long as the right government is in power in states and the centre. In fact, CISF in airports and industrial assets is also a form of militia that protects innocent Hindus. But all these forces though seem to be protecting citizens from threats, they are not defined as such.

RSS and Sangh Parivar are too scared to stand up militarily for Hindu lives. So what we have is a huge internal security infrastructure that protects Hindus from Muslims and Christian backed Naxals but they cannot save the same Hindus from communal riots where Muslims hunt Hindus as well as ethnic cleansing that has been carrying on since centuries and continues after independence. US solved similar problems from its aggressive and criminal black underbelly by allowing weapons for mainly whites, NRA was essentially formed as a white protection lobby that protects against Black and Latino criminal threats facing white America. India came up with such militias that we call Maratha empire and Sikhs. But all such protection again has been structurally, institutionally, constitutionally, politically and democratically been banned.

That India is an upcoming superpower which is naturally evidence of the success of Hindus– no, a state that claims to have the world’s second largest army but allows a clearly defined inimical state of Pakistan to wage three wars, create Khalistan movement, Kashmir and democratic sabotage in central government and various states, kill thousands of Hindus through (not so proxy) war across the country, launch attacks like 26/11. Throughout history, any state if subject to such continuing open warfare always responds. India never responds. BJP surgical strikes are too little and too late, again India is structurally, institutionally, constitutionally, politically and democratically incapable of defending itself from either Pakistan or China. Even Nepal, Bangladesh can threaten India but will never be punished. No superpower in history has reacted to such open warfare using diplomatic niceties.

That besides Israel, India is the only surviving democracy since 1950s because it is Hindu in character or as some others opine that Hinduism is the only guarantor of democracy – no, the fact that democracy has failed in most complex states shows that it only works in India as a Mayajaal. This Mayajaal is an illusion for Hindus to abstain from rightful protection of our existence against Abrahamaic faiths and inimical Islamic nations. China may be a enemy state, but it would rather have a fat trade surplus unlike Islamic states that plan for the annihilation of Hindu-majority India. Remember, China has succeeded because it’s not a democracy. Europe and (if Trump fails than even) US are committing a slow but guaranteed suicide by allowing Islam to infiltrate their democracy through mass immigration.

In India, democracy and under its garb secularism have allowed Hindus to be killed, ethnically cleansed, oppressed and our identity eroded. Short term electoral logic can never allow true Hindu emancipation. An Indian Hindu is just one election away in Mamallapuram, Aligarh or West Bengal from actual annihilation, this is the gift of democracy to an average Hindu. Remember, Israel is not a ‘secular’ democracy, it is a clearly defined Jewish state, so India cannot be compared to Israel.

That Hindu majority India compares favourably against a theocratic Pakistan– no, 15% Hindus at partition in Pakistan now almost none, 10% Muslims in India at partition now 19% (same growth of converted Christians in India) show that as a nation Pakistan has succeeded it’s theocratic aims even after losing its majority population as Bangladesh in 1971. Pakistan has not succeeded just because it has converted and killed Hindus, it has succeeded in being a cauldron of ready to die jihadis with a jihad defined army firmly focused on its survival and as a foretold reward, destruction of India by Islamic forces. The problems that Pakistan faced as a state were similar to problems faced by around 25 other nations that faced internal challenges after second world war, all other nations disappeared, but Pakistan survives. Pakistan has succeeded because it has managed to survive against all odds and it will continue to do so as a nuclear power because it is theocratic.

Pakistan is actually a dharmic nation in its true sense, it fully comprehends the second part of our shloka अहिंसा परमो धर्मः धर्म हिंसा तथैव :l The fact that it can do what its majority wants shows that it is a success in historical sense, while India for all it’s economic growth has never met even the basic requirements of an average Hindu. As a so called Hindu majority state if even Mathura, Kashi & Ayodhya cannot have just three temples restored then it is shameful (though Ayodhya may soon have a temple after 500 years). And this is not just rhetoric, Pakistan is the promised land even now for all Indian Muslims and the call to arms for not just Kashmiri Muslims but the 500 Kashmirs springing across India. Witness the slogans in CAA-NRC protests from Muslims wanting to create more Pakistans. Pakistan and Bangladesh have destroyed every iota of anything that may remotely be un-islamic in their nations, from genocide of Hindus and Sikhs, to destruction of temples and Gurudwaras, to education system that creates motivated Islamic warriors, to suppression or annihilation of Ahmadiyas, Shias, Hazaras, Baloch, Pushtuns etc.

A poor Hindu in India today may be much better off than a poor Pakistani, but 50 years from now this Indian Hindu would have either been pushed out from his lands or killed by Indian Muslims while the Pakistani though still poor would have had 40 ready-for-jihad descendants. So success must be measured as survival, here Pakistan has succeeded and will keep succeeding while Hindus in India and India as a nation has kept failing and will keep failing till the threats from Abrahamaic faiths is so great that it may result in a much more destructive civil war. It will be too late then. India has the world’s only constitutional minorytism, in other words, Hindus are barred from running their own schools and managing their own temples while Abrahamaic faiths have their own religious bodies and educational institutions like 500,000 madarsas across India.

Oppression of women under Islam compares unfavourably with the liberation of Hindu women– no, almost all women in Islamic nations with some exceptions like Turkey, Indonesia, Malaysia live as mothers and wives. This is seen as the horrific oppression of women by Islam. What is conveniently forgotten is the fact that Islam is the world’s fastest growing religion, it will be the largest religion very soon (may be it already is if you consider non-believer Christians and secular Hindus and Han Chinese). What is also forgotten is that the mass immigration of Africans and Muslims in Europe is predicated on low birth rates in European countries. Almost no one seems to acknowledge that it’s human women who produce children! They won’t be able to or be willing to have children if ‘developed’ economies force them to work as most do. Even in Hindu India a working wife is seen as a sign of moral & economic growth.

As a result, economies structurally become such that force both men and women to work to be able to afford basics of food, clothing, housing, education and health care. This was not the case just 50 years back. In 1950’s an average Western man was the sole bread winner and the quality of life was better in terms of purchasing power than today with dual incomes. All this time, around 48 Islamic nations have women leading fulfilling lives as mothers and wives. Most Muslim families living in West also have women as home makers at the cost of lower incomes because they know what their priorities are. There is no evidence to suggest that these Muslim women are raring to go out to work leaving their young children at home for some more income. So they end up having more children and larger families.

The future therefore is Islamic, after all no other religion or culture is likely to survive if their women won’t have children. Hindu couples in India were still having 2 children (replacement rate is 2.3), now many are having 1 and the trajectory compares unfavourably with an average Muslim woman in India or in other countries. Ask any mother of any faith if she would rather be with her young children or serving customers in a shop worried about the child who they can’t see.

India lost to Islamic conquerors because we were not united– this is again a falsehood which shows Bharatvarsha in poor light. Indian kings did not lose to Islamic hordes. Otherwise Northern India would have been ruled by Muslims from 8th century rather than 11th century. What happened was the world’s longest lasting and largest world war. If you see Aurangzeb’s campaign on the Brahmaputra against Hindu Ahom kings (Assam), he had 11000 Turkish cavalry, they had Muslims from all over fighting with them. What happened over hundreds of years was that the unproductive and economically starving areas stretching from Arabia, Turkic areas, Uzbeks, Persians, Afghans – all these populations knew the promise of a rewarding life if they go and fight against Hindu infidels in India. They would get money, lands, women and more that they could not imagine in their homelands. Plus if they die then they would be given entry into an Islamic heaven full of hoors. So Hindu kings fought against all Islamic nations with unlimited supply of fighting men, horses and queues of people willing to die for Islam.

At the same time, strong fighting castes of India were either killed as part of genocide and ethnic cleansing like several Rajput clans or they were converted to Islam on the pain of death. Additionally, reasonably healthy Hindu men, women and children were traded as slaves across Muslim world. Hindu women, children and men were an unlimited supply of slaves that degraded men available to fight in India as Hindus. No nation can continuously fight against such overwhelming military alliance for so long. But many Hindus still survive today which is testimony to our resolve in the form of Hindu Mutts set up by Adi Shankracharya, Marathas, Sikhs and various Hindu Kshatriya rulers.

Do not be mistaken, this was a world war, an armed Jihad against Hindus lasting for 1000 years since it started in 7th Century by Umayyad dynasty conquests in Sindh and it continues to this day. We know that even today in all wars fought against Pakistan; Syria, Libya, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar and many other Muslim nations provided Pakistan with equipment, money, resources, oil and more either covertly or openly.

That India is 80% Hindu even after hundreds of years of Muslim rule – this is a fallacy, Bharatvarsha that had common culture, religious practices, Sanskrit and Vedas extended from present day Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh. If you take these combined populations that total to over 1.5 billion, than Hindus are 60% and Muslims (including Indian Muslims) are 40%. So India is not 80% Hindu. Additionally, let us not forget that Hindu religion (along with Buddhism) prevailed as far as Azerbaijan that is west of Iran (Baku temple), to Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia (Angkor Wat), Indonesia, Malaysia and more. All these areas are no longer Hindu with small exceptions like Bali. Buddhism still survives in Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, China and Japan but these are exceptions. Then, the worst outcome of last century has been the partition of India which was essentially the sacrifice of Hindu populations of Pakistan and India.

Satyamev Jayate– This is the biggest fallacy of Hindutva, we will never speak the truth about all these points above.

If we ignore the evidence that we can all see, then we do so at our own peril.

Nehru-Gandhi, not Savarkar, partitioned India: Here’s proof

0

On the 15th day of August 1947, British India was partitioned following the Indian Independence Act passed in the parliament of Britain. The partition was completely an unwanted incident that displaced at least 10-12 million people causing a large-scale refugee crisis in these two countries.

But the most important thing was that this partition could have been avoided. It might have taken two more years for India to get her Independence without any partition. But the process of India’s Independence was hastened for the sake of some power-hungry politicians of Indian National Congress.

There is a misconception that it was Mr. Jinnah who pressed for Pakistan and he got the country divided into the lines of religion. Of late, Congress promotes the view that Veer Savarkar proposed the Two-nation theory upon which the country was divided. But Congress has forgotten the fact that history can be distorted but not changed or removed. And history shows how Gandhi and Nehru made the way for India’s partition in 1947.

Let us start with Jinnah. The Pakistan Movement was started by those who were educated at Aligarh Muslim University and they sought another country to protect the identity of Islam. Mention should be made of the initiator of Aligarh Movement Sir Syed Ahmad Khan. In his speech in 1883, he was found saying, “Friends, in India there live two prominent nations which are distinguished by the names of Hindus and Mussulmans. Just as a man has some principal organs, similarly these two nations are like the principal limbs of India.” (source – Wikipedia). It was this awakening of the Muslims that helped Jinnah and his Muslim League pass the Lahore Resolution in 1940. But without the help of the Indian National Congress, Jinnah couldn’t have his share in the partition. And none other than Jinnah himself accepted it by saying, “I never thought it would happen. I never expected to see Pakistan in my life.”

There is no denying that Veer Savarkar accepted the veracity of Sir Syed Ahmad’s idea of the Two-nation Theory but he denied to the idea of partition. His idea of Two-nation was limited to a separate Union Territory for Muslims. He asserted that Muslims and Hindus should live together but no Muslim should enjoy any special privilege that a Hindu is deprived of. B.R. Ambedkar in his book ‘Pakistan or the Partition of India’ said, ” Mr. Savarkar insists that, although there are two nations in India, India shall not be divided into two parts, one for Muslims and the other for Hindus;..In his scheme, a Muslim is to have no advantage which a Hindu does not have”. Many on both sides of Hindus and Muslims believed in the partition of India but Savarkar definitely was not one of them. His idea of One Man One Vote was much grander and secular than the narrowness of Jinnah’s ideology of cutting up the nation into two just for the sake of religion.

However, the partition could not take place had Congress not conceded into the idea of Pakistan. At first, both Nehru and Gandhi resisted the creation of Pakistan but when the time came to stop the vile idea of the Muslim League for the creation of Pakistan, both of them helped the process. In his book ‘India Wins Freedom’, Moulana Abul Kalam Azad divulged, “Ultimately, he (Jawaharlal Nehru) came to the point and asked me to give up my opposition to partition.” Mr. Nehru was asked by Lord Mountbatten if he could be the Prime Minister of India had Subhash come back (source- Loksabha Debates- 6th Vol.). In that case, the Prime Ministerial candidate would have come up from Bengal instead of Uttar Pradesh. Since Bengal was planned to be a part of Pakistan, it was safer for Nehru to do the partition and remove any chances of Subhash Bose coming back to India and becoming the Prime Minister. Both Gandhiji and Nehru took self-contradictory steps from time to time. The same Gandhi who preferred death over India’s partition was the first to sign the decision towards partition as taken in the Congress Working Committee on 15th June 1947.

Taking advantage of the lack of any influential leaders like Subhas Chandra Bose in the country, both Nehru and Gandhi became instrumental in the execution of the partition.
