Who killed Sushant?

On 14th June, actor Sushant Singh passed away. The actor’s debut film was “Kai Po Che” which was a hit on box office. The actor played a lead role in biopic of cricketer MS Dhoni and the movie was a hit. The actor had also worked in movies like Kedarnath, PK, Chicchore, Raabta. His movie “Dil Bechara” is yet to be released.

The actor was found hanging at his Mumbai residence. Police indicate that the actor committed suicide and the case is under investigation. But fans of SSR aren’t able to accept that the actor committed suicide. There are news of actor being in depression since past few months. There are stories that the actor was depressed because he had lost many films in past 6 months and was banned from many big production houses due to which he took such a big step.

According to an Instagram page “Justice_for_sushi”, the claim is that the actor was probably murdered. The page also pointed some facts about the probability of murder. According to the page, the picture of Sushant’s dead body, which was circulated on social media had injuries on his head and arms. Also, the owner of the page who claims to be a lawyer claimed that the signs after suicide don’t match with the picture of the body of SSR. According to the page, the marks on Sushant’s neck are of sharp object while the police indicated hanging suicide by curtain or bedsheet. He also claimed that Sushant’s eyes were normal and tongue was also not protruded like in most of the suicide cases of hanging.

Many accounts on Instagram and twitter have started the hastag #ArrestmurdererofSushant. Another account claimed that the actor had no financial crisis and was going to shoot a movie “emergnce”. Fans are demanding CBI inquiry of the case. According to a Bollywood journalist, the actor had found 3 companies recently out of which 2 had Sushant, Rhea Chakraborty as director along with her brother. These facts are making hard for fans to believe that the actor killed himself.

The Mumbai police has already registered a case under professional rivalry and is investigating. Initially his suicide was linked with bullying and nepotism. Rhea has been already interrogated in this case.

I am not a fan of Sushant Singh Rajput. I haven’t watched all of his movies but I am shocked and still not over with the news of his demise. He was very young and talented actor and was interested in Space and physics. May his soul finds peace and may God give strength to his Family, friends and Fans. You will always remain in our heart Sushant.

सत्ता की भूखी कांग्रेस भारत विरोधी हो जाए तो आश्चर्य न किया जाए; कांग्रेस की कुंठा का विश्लेषण

एक कहावत है कि एक झूठ को यदि अनेकों बार बोला जाए तो वह सच लगने लगता है। कांग्रेस सदैव ही इस कहावत का पालन करती है। हाल ही में भारत और चीन के मध्य संघर्ष की स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई है। चीन ने गलवान घाटी में हमारे सैनिकों पर धोखे से हमला किया जिससे हमारे 20 बहादुर सैनिक वीरगति को प्राप्त हुए। ऐसा नहीं है कि मात्र हमारे सैनिकों को ही नुकसान हुआ है। चीन को भी एक बड़ी सैन्य हानि हुई है। इस संघर्ष में उसके सैनिक मारे गए हैं और इतना निश्चित है कि उसके मरे सैनिकों की संख्या कहीं अधिक है। किन्तु जैसा चीन सदैव करता आया है, आंकड़ों को गुप्त रखना, आज भी वही कार्य कर रहा है।

अब चीन को कुछ क्षणों के लिए किनारे करते हैं और बात करते हैं भारत की राजनीति में अपना एक अलग स्थान रखने वाली कांग्रेस की। कांग्रेस भारत के अंदर एक दीमक के समान है जो लगातार भारत को भीतर से निर्बल करने का कार्य कर रही है। वर्तमान भारत-चीन संघर्ष की विषम परिस्थितियों में भी कांग्रेस अवसर ढूंढ रही है जिससे भारत की राजनैतिक स्थितियों को अस्थिर किया जा सके।

इस लेख में हम कांग्रेस के इसी व्यवहार के विषय में चर्चा करेंगे। इतिहास में बहुत पीछे न जाते हुए हम 2014 के बाद से ही कांग्रेस के व्यवहारिक परिवर्तन का पोस्टमार्टम करेंगे। 2014 के बाद से कांग्रेस सत्ता से दूर हो जाती है और यह ध्यान देने योग्य विषय है कि सत्ता से दूर रहने वाली कांग्रेस, सत्ता में रहने वाली कांग्रेस से अधिक घातक हो जाती है।

पहले बात करते हैं आतंकी हमलों और उसके बाद हुई जवाबी कार्यवाही के समय कांग्रेस की प्रतिक्रिया की।

जनवरी 2016 में पठानकोट वायु सेना स्टेशन पर पाकिस्तान समर्थित इस्लामिक आतंकियों द्वारा हमला होता है। इस हमले का उद्देश्य था भारत के रणनीतिक क्षेत्र में हमला करके विमानों को नुकसान पहुँचाना।

इसके पश्चात 18 सितम्बर को एक बार फिर से भारतीय सेना के ब्रिगेड हेडक्वार्टर उरी में आतंकी हमला होता है जिसमें हमारे 17 वीर मृत्यु को प्राप्त होते हैं। इसके पश्चात दो और जवान अस्पताल में दम तोड़ देते हैं।

अब तीसरा एक और हमला होता है पुलवामा में। 14 फरवरी 2019 को हुए इस हमले में 40 सीआरपीएफ के जवान वीरगति को प्राप्त होते हैं। इस हमले में जैश का एक आत्मघाती हमलावर आरडीएक्स से भरे वाहन से सीआरपीएफ के जवानों को ले जा रही एक बस को टक्कर मार देता है।

इसके अलावा कई आतंकी हमले हुए किन्तु ये आतंकी हमले वीभत्स थे और इन हमलों के बाद कांग्रेस की प्रतिक्रिया ध्यान देने योग्य है।

सबसे पहला सवाल जो कांग्रेस इन हमलों के बाद करती है वह खुफिया तंत्र की असफलता का होता है। 2014 के पहले कांग्रेस स्वयं सरकार में 10 वर्षों के लिए रह चुकी है। ऐसे में उसे इतना ज्ञान है कि खुफिया तंत्र की सफलता हो अथवा असफलता, उसकी किसी भी तरह की रिपोर्ट को सार्वजनिक नहीं किया जा सकता है। लेकिन फिर भी कांग्रेस खुफिया तंत्र पर सवाल करती है और उसी पर सरकार को घेरने का प्रयास करती है। कांग्रेस जानती है कि सरकार इस विषय में कोई उत्तर नहीं देगी लेकिन फिर भी उसके द्वारा खुफिया तंत्र की विफलता का प्रश्न बार बार उठाया जाता है। कांग्रेस ऐसा इसलिए करती है जिससे सरकार द्वारा उत्तर प्राप्त न हो पाने की स्थिति में सरकार की विफलता का प्रचार प्रसार किया जा सके। लोगों में यह धारणा विकसित की जा सके कि सरकार का खुफिया तंत्र विफल हो चुका है।

इन हमलों के बाद कांग्रेस की एक दूसरी प्रवृत्ति देखने को मिलती है। कांग्रेस का पहला हमला सीधे सरकार पर होता है। जो आतंकी संगठन सीधे सीधे इस हमले की जिम्मेदारी लेते हैं उनके विषय में कांग्रेस किसी भी प्रकार के कठोर शब्द कहने से बचती है। कांग्रेस के द्वारा की गई पाकिस्तान की आलोचना में भी औपचारिकता ही दिखती है। कांग्रेस जिस प्रकार से सरकार पर हमला करती है, उस गंभीरता से पाकिस्तान अथवा आतंकी संगठनों के विषय में कांग्रेस का कोई भी बयान नहीं आता है।

कांग्रेस और इन हमलों से जुड़ा हुआ तीसरा मुद्दा घातक है। यह मुद्दा है, आतंकी हमलों के राजनीतिकरण का। जैसा कि हम सभी जानते हैं कि कांग्रेस का जनाधार लगातार सिकुड़ता जा रहा है। इस सिकुड़ते जनाधार को रोकने और बचे हुए जनाधार को रोमांचित करने के लिए कांग्रेस आतंकी हमलों को भाजपा के निजी लाभ के रूप में प्रसारित करती है। इन हमलों के बाद सदैव ही कांग्रेस का कोई क्षेत्रीय अथवा अक्रिय नेता यह सवाल करता है कि क्या यह हमला किसी चुनावी लाभ से सम्बंधित तो नहीं है। अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से उनके कहने का तात्पर्य होता है कि चुनावी लाभ लेने के लिए भाजपा ऐसे हमलों की साजिश कर सकती है। पुलवामा हमले के एक वर्ष पूरे होने पर राहुल गाँधी ने ट्वीट करके तीन प्रश्न किए थे जिनमें पहला ही प्रश्न यही था कि इस हमले से किसे लाभ हुआ ? सैनिकों के बलिदान को किसी लाभ से जोड़ने का कार्य मात्र कांग्रेस ही कर सकती है। यहाँ ध्यान देने योग्य बात यह है कि ऐसे प्रश्न अज्ञानता में नहीं अपितु जानबूझकर पूछे जाते हैं। इन प्रश्नों का उद्देश्य होता है आम जन में एक अविश्वास का भाव पैदा करना। हालाँकि राष्ट्र हित में विचार करने वाले आम लोगों में कांग्रेस के इस षड़यंत्र का कोई प्रभाव नहीं होता है किन्तु कांग्रेस के अंध समर्थक इस झूठ को कई दिनों तक आम जनों में अपनी अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार गाते रहते हैं।

अब होती है भारत की जवाबी कार्यवाही।

उरी में हुए आतंकी हमले के बाद उच्च स्तरीय बैठकें होती हैं और वहां पीओके में स्थित आतंकी अड्डों पर सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक की योजनाएं बनाई जाती हैं। उरी हमले के दस दिन बाद भारतीय सेना के सर्वश्रेष्ठ कमांडो एलओसी पार करके पीओके में घुसकर आतंकी ठिकानों को नष्ट करते हैं और लगभग 150 से 200 आतंकियों को दर्दनाक मौत देकर सकुशल वापस आते हैं।

दूसरी बार जब सीआरपीएफ के जवानों पर क्रूरतम आतंकी हमला होता है तब उसके बाद इस आतंकी हमले का बदला लेने के लिए जैश के ठिकानों को भारतीय वायुसेना निशाना बनाती है। 26 फरवरी आधी रात के बाद भोर के समय में भारतीय वायुसेना के विमान एलओसी पार करके बालाकोट में जैश-ए-मोहम्मद के ठिकानों को लक्ष्य करके बमबारी करते हैं और उन आतंकी ठिकानों के नष्ट हो जाने के बाद सकुशल लौट आते हैं। इस हमले में मारे गए जैश के आतंकियों की संख्या 350 से 400 के बीच थी।

भारत की इन जवाबी कार्यवाहियों के पश्चात कांग्रेस की प्रतिक्रिया मिलीजुली और कूटनीतिक होती है। कांग्रेस इन कार्यवाहियों के आंकड़ों पर संदेह प्रकट करती है। जिस प्रकार पाकिस्तान और आतंकी संगठन अंतिम तक भारत की ओर से हुए हमलों को नकारते रहते हैं, कांग्रेस भी उसी प्रकार से सीधी भाषा का प्रयोग न करते हुए सेना के दावों पर आशंकाएं व्यक्त करती है। कांग्रेस सबूत मांगती है और सरकार पर सबूत जारी करने के लिए दबाव बनाती है। कांग्रेस सीधे सीधे सेना पर प्रश्न खड़ा नहीं कर सकती क्योंकि उसे सेना के प्रति लोगों के भीतर उपस्थित सम्मान और गर्व का अनुमान है किन्तु वास्तव में सरकार के बहाने कांग्रेस सेना पर भी प्रश्न खड़े करती है। यह एक तथ्यात्मक पहलू है कि वायुसेना हमला करने के बाद अपने विमान नीचे उतारकर आतंकियों की लाशों को गिनने नहीं जाएगी और आतंकियों की पुख्ता सूचना प्राप्त हुए बिना इतना बड़ा सैन्य ऑपरेशन भी नहीं करेगी किन्तु फिर भी कांग्रेस शंका का माहौल बनाती है। कांग्रेस की भी प्रवृत्ति ऐसी है कि वह सरकार के किसी भी स्त्रोत का विश्वास नहीं करेगी और न ही लोगों को करने देगी। अंतिम समय तक कांग्रेस सरकार और सेना के प्रति लोगों में अविश्वास का भाव जागृत करने के प्रयत्न में जुटी रहती है।

कांग्रेस और चीन :

भारत और चीन का सीमा विवाद बना ही रहता है। चीन अपनी विस्तारवादी नीति के कारण सदैव ही भारत के हितों को कुचलने का प्रयास करता रहता है। 2014 के बाद केंद्र में भाजपा की सरकार बनने के बाद भारत की चीन आधारित नीति में परिवर्तन हुआ है। भारत के द्वारा हुए इस बदलाव के कारण चीन बौखलाया हुआ है। चीन की यही बौखलाहट डोकलाम और अब गलवान घाटी में देखने को मिली।

जून-जुलाई 2017 में डोकलाम में भारत और चीन की सेना का विवाद हुआ। चीन डोकलाम में अवैध रूप से सड़क का निर्माण कर रहा था। अब चूँकि जिस स्थान पर चीन सड़क का निर्माण कर रहा था वह स्थान विवादित था और वहां चीन की उपस्थिति रणनीतिक रूप से भारत के हित में नहीं है। भारत ने चीन का विरोध किया जिससे भारत और चीन के मध्य सेनाओं का गतिरोध प्रारम्भ हो गया।

वर्तमान समय में भारत अपनी सीमा सुरक्षा के लिए गंभीर है और चीन एवं पाकिस्तान जैसे पड़ोसियों से अपनी सीमाओं की सुरक्षा करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। इसी प्रतिबद्धता के चलते भारत द्वारा सीमाओं पर रणनीतिक सडकों एवं पुलों का निर्माण शीघ्रता से कर रहा है। भारत की इसी सजगता से चीन बुरी तरह से बौखलाया हुआ है। चीन की इसी बौखलाहट का परिणाम है गलवान घाटी का सैन्य संघर्ष। चीन ने हमारे सैनिकों पर धोखे से हमला कर दिया। हमारे सैनिकों पर किया गया कायराना हमला चीन की असंतुलित मानसिक स्थिति को बताता है। भारत में प्रारम्भ हुए चीन के आर्थिक बहिष्कार और वैश्विक मंचों पर कोरोना वायरस के कारण लगातार अलग थलग पड़ रहे चीन की स्थिति अब पहले जैसी नहीं रही है। चीन लगातार लज्जित हो रहा है। वर्तमान भाजपा सरकार ने चीन के प्रति आक्रामक रवैया अपनाया है। चीन को भारत की ओर से इस प्रकार के आक्रामक व्यवहार की आदत नहीं है क्योंकि पहले की सरकारें चीन के झुकती आई हैं।

अब यहाँ भी हम कांग्रेस की नीच राजनीति देख सकते हैं। जब विश्व के कई अन्य देश, भारत की ही कई विपक्षी पार्टियां चीन के साथ प्रारम्भ हुए इस संघर्ष में भारत का समर्थन कर रही हैं, ऐसी स्थिति में कांग्रेस, सरकार से प्रश्न पूछने का ढोंग कर रही है। भारत के वामपंथी भी चीन की निंदा करने के स्थान पर सरकार को घेरने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। हालाँकि वामपंथी अपने वैचारिक पिता चीन की विस्तारवादी नीतियों का कोई विरोध नहीं करेंगे किन्तु कांग्रेस भारत में रहकर चीन का एजेंडा चलाने का कार्य कर रही है।

कांग्रेस नेताओं के बयानों को देखें तो स्पष्ट रूप से यह समझ आता है कि इनकी मंशा है भारत सरकार को जनता के सामने कमजोर साबित करना। चीनी प्रोपोगंडा फैलाने वाले चीन के अधिकारियों और नेताओं के ट्वीट अथवा बयान देखें तो पता चलता है कि कांग्रेसी नेताओं के शब्द उन चीनियों से भिन्न हैं किन्तु भाव एक ही है। चीन के साथ संघर्ष शुरू होते ही गाँधी परिवार अधिक सक्रिय हुआ है। सोनिया और राहुल बार बार एक ही सवाल पूछ रहे हैं कि सरकार ने भारत की जमीन चीन को क्यों दे दी? प्रधानमन्त्री स्पष्ट कर चुके हैं कि भारत की भूमि का एक इंच भी चीन के कब्जे में नहीं है किन्तु कांग्रेस अपनी उसी पुरानी आदत (एक झूठ को हजार बार बोलना) के कारण लोगों के मन में शंका उत्पन्न करना चाहती है। कांग्रेस वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में सरकार को अस्थिर करना चाहती है। पाकिस्तान, चीन और कांग्रेस तीनों ही यही चाहते हैं कि भारत में केंद्र में भाजपा की सरकार न हो।

डोकलाम विवाद के समय भी कांग्रेस अपना एजेंडा चला रही थी। राहुल गाँधी स्वयं चीन के राजदूत से मिला था लेकिन कांग्रेस ने इस मीटिंग का कोई कारण नहीं बताया था। उसके बाद कांग्रेस का सरकार पर हमला तेज हो गया था।

वर्तमान में कांग्रेस, सरकार से गलवान घाटी की स्थिति जानना चाहती है। कांग्रेस भारत की कूटनीतिक और रणनीतिक तैयारियों के बारे में जानना चाहती है। कांग्रेस को यह ज्ञात है कि सरकार कभी भी अपनी रणनीति सार्वजनिक नहीं करेगी किन्तु कांग्रेस फिर भी वही प्रश्न दोहराती है जिससे जनता के सामने यह सन्देश जाए कि सरकार कुछ छुपा रही है।

सोनिया गाँधी के नेतृत्व में कांग्रेस की हालत खराब होती जा रही है। सत्ता के लालच में कांग्रेस अब भारत विरोधी हरकतों पर उतारू है। आपको याद होगा कि वो कांग्रेस ही थी जिसने राफेल का सर्वाधिक विरोध किया था। कांग्रेस राफेल की खरीदारी को रोकने के लिए उच्चतम न्यायालय तक पहुँच गई थी। उद्देश्य एक ही था, राफेल को भारत आने से रोकना। जबकि वायुसेना और सरकार बता चुके थे कि राफेल भारत के लिए कितना आवश्यक है। आज कांग्रेस पूरी तरह से असहिष्णु हो चुकी है। कांग्रेस सत्ता से दूर रहकर लगातार घातक होती जा रही है। हालाँकि चीन के मुद्दे पर कांग्रेस को कुछ भी कहने का नैतिक अधिकार नहीं है क्योंकि 1962 में कांग्रेस के महानतम प्रधानमंत्री नेहरू ने जो भी किया उसे भारतवासी कभी नहीं भूल सकते। सोनिया कांग्रेस एक राजनैतिक जहर है जो भारत विरोधी है और असहिष्णु है। इसका उद्देश्य मात्र सत्ता की प्राप्ति है न कि भारत का कल्याण।

CCP has reasons to be “terrified, mortified, petrified, stupefied”

China with rapid creation of wealth during the last decades has certainly gotten emboldened, has become a bully for quite some time now and nobody paid much attention to its shrouded misdemeanors all along during the times of rosy trade pacts, cultural exchanges and cozy sponsorships. But its sheer recklessness has been a concern lately and is pushing the world to dangerous levels. A lot of interwoven factors affecting China are inadvertently at play, are being weighed in simultaneously and the stakes are high for all, whether you like it or not.

Taiwan, Hong Kong, Coronavirus, South China Sea, Trump, floods, badly hit economy, boycott Chinese business choruses, brewing domestic dissent, Xi Jinping legacy, Uyghur Act, Coup threat etc are some multifaceted issues simultaneously affecting china and its rulers. So, what does a cornered cat do? As for its natural animal instincts it will fight back and this is exactly what Chinese regime is doing: fighting back against its odds. But their plot now is becoming sinister and the fallout is getting more and more dangerous especially when the reflexive animal instincts are getting blended with evil instincts in the heads of irresponsible and unaccountable CCP (Chinese Communist Party) rulers for they are not just animals, per se.

On one hand China’s meteorological department has already warned the regime about two weeks ago regarding the probable high risk of torrential rains, massive floods and large-scale natural disaster that is in the offing. No proper preparations, evacuations were made because Chinese citizens were never a priority for CCP. There are also reports that the regime has mass executed piling number of covid-19 infected patients to drastically cut down the sudden raise of chaotic burden on hospital infrastructure and to radically minimize community infection rate. On the other hand domestic dissent is also slowly brewing on the CCP’s handling of coronavirus and calls for international investigations and accountability was also gaining momentum. The CCP regime badly needed a breather and a diversion.

To divert domestic attention, if China further tangles with Taiwan, Hong Kong or in South China Sea, US and others like UK would directly respond (militarily or economically) and the CCP regime cannot afford direct a confrontation with the US. If the feud is with smaller countries like Vietnam, stakes are less and the regime would not enjoy much leverage with world powers while they start appeasing China to calm down. And if the tussle is with India, US’s direct military help will be denied by India, India is struggling with rising coronavirus cases and reopening economy, has presumably weaker defense arsenal, at the same time stakes are high for everybody when two nuclear powers lock horns, and world powers then will start conciliating China and India to calm down their boarder tensions. And this is exactly what CCP wants and intends to leverage i.e., the world powers wanting to talk and engage with the CCP regime so that CCPs past coronavirus misdeed can be overshadowed, diluted or sidetracked and at the same time domestic dissent can also be diverted against India. So, the desperate Galwan misadventure was hatched by CCP and needless lives have been lost on both the side and there is high risk that many more number of lives are being put at stake in the coming days due to the recklessness of the CCP.

Moreover to achieve its tactical and strategic goal, the CCP has been playing all the tricks from its Confucius play book with India. China proactively engaged in disturbing the existing warmth and friendly relations between India and all its neighbors like Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Indonesia, Bhutan, Bangladesh and even further instigates to deteriorate the already sour relations with Pakistan. It has left no stone unturned to encircle and contain India with all the means at its disposal.

But on the other hand, historically and somehow, India has mostly imposed self-censorship against CCP’s hooliganism thus far and has always been shy to confront them vociferously and head-on. Now is the time for India to unleash full-spectrum dominance on CCP: militarily and non-militarily as well. In fact India needs to fast catch-up with China in this regard to counter CCP propaganda, stand its ground firm, reclaim Aksai Chin at any given immediate opportunity and proactively do a lot more to ensure that a genuine tribute is paid to the 20 brave martyred Indian soldiers.

Woefully the CCP regime nor the PLA or its propaganda media outfit the Global Times (GT) have disclosed till now the actual military causalities from China’s side after the sad fallout from night of 15/16 June 2020 at Galwan valley. The 20 brave fallen Indian soldiers were duly acknowledged martyrdom by the whole of Indian society and the world powers, their names were embraced in bold and held close to heart and their last rites were performed with full dignity and state honors which they rightfully deserved.

On the Chinese side, obviously PLA’s level of motivation to grab India’s territory and fight under CCP’s command has become clearly evident by the huge causalities on Chine side despite being outnumbered when compared to Indian soldiers. It is not very surprising but is disheartening to see how CCP regime treats their Chinese soldiers and citizens. Don’t the Chinese soldiers at least deserve a decent recognition as humans by their own government? Are they slaves of CCP regime? Doesn’t the Chinese citizens have the right to know how many of their brothers have fallen; and doesn’t the fallen soldiers deserve a dignifying sendoff?

The sacrifices of Chinese soldiers is wrapped in complete mystery and there are reports that PLA too is unhappy in this regard and has completely gotten demoralized for not getting proper recognition for PLAs sacrifices and for the fallen soldiers by the Chinese government and that they too are getting fed up day by day with CCP’s hooliganism. Some sane voices within the CCP have started challenging Xi Jinping’s handling of state affairs and his absolute authority as well. Hence, Indian government should take this opportunity to immediately erect a memorial in front of the Chinese Embassy in New Delhi as a tribute to the 20 Indian fallen braves, an unknown number of fallen Chinese soldiers and for eternal democratic values which India holds high.

In addition to above memorial and as part of India’s full spectrum dominance in the media, online and cultural space as well, India must promptly and effectively respond to CCP’s media propaganda arm Global Times (GT), like no other country has ever before been able to encounter it. When the whole of India stood against China as a single force behind the Indian government and the Indian Army, the CCP and GT has had the audacity to treat whole of India as four baskets of deplorables. They are namely 1) Diehards 2) Ultranationalists 3) Anti-China politicians 4) Intellectuals and middle class who blindly obey Western values. The CCP has exclusive well documented strategy to tackle and manipulate each basket of people in unique ways. For example GT has criticized opinion leaders like Ramdas Athawale, Harbhajan Singh, Sonam Wangchuk etc for calling out CCP’s cunning plans. For that matter, all opinion leaders, politician, MPs, MLA have already been pinned to one of the four quadrants of the CCP’s dashboard for India. And in fact, CCP has such dashboards for all politician for all countries and they have exclusive plans for each of them, a well charted budget to marginalize them or gain, manipulate, buy their influence to advance their agenda.

Now is the time for Indian media to be creative and decimate the GT and CCP’s propaganda and reach out to common peace loving Chinese people. Indian media should also begin to bifurcate China into two baskets 1) Chinese people and 2) Enemies of Chinese People which include CCP. PLA to decide by itself in which basket they would like to be, but India must be sympathetic to ordinary Chines people only and try win their trust. India has got huge cultural influence on the ordinary Chinese people by way of Yoga, Buddhism, and Bollywood etc. Movies like 3-idiots, Dangal, Super 30, Secret Superstar and Hindi Medium etc are loved by Chinese people more than Hollywood movies. Indian Government must fully leverage private stakeholders like Media, freelancers, hackers etc. to best implement this non-military engagement to penetrate deep into China beyond the LOC.

On urgent basis, Indian government should also announce tax incentives to film makers for dubding their blockbuster entertainment content having emotional value into Chinese mandarin language and release them to online portals, dark web for free. This will be a small-time but effective investment that gives long-term dividends for having a peaceful democratic neighbor. Likewise Indian government must also engage large number of freelance hackers for penetrating Indian content and democratic values into the great firewall of China at mass scale for making the message of truth, love and brotherhood reach large number of Chinese people. This way CCP government backed hackers will also be on their toes having to work hard and for extra hours to intensify their firewall, block Indian content and Indian hackers and ultimately good part of their resources will be diverted or exhausted to block the Indian content/message from reaching to Chinese people. Rather they would otherwise focus their IT resources to continue senseless CCP propaganda, to steal intellectual properties, trade secrets, online espionage, weaken foreign adversaries etc.

The CCP must be made to understand that India is different and is not like USA, the all-powerful. India is the Skahti (Energy) and intends to be a Guru (Teacher & Knowledge) which enables countries to become powerful, civilized and enlightened. So CCP must worry more for their evil eye against India and when conspiring against India. In case of a direct confrontation with USA, China might lose few thousands of soldiers, few warships, fighter planes, satellites and couple of hundreds of billions of dollars in trade and slowed down GDP/Economy. But a confrontation with India, CCP will lose its legitimacy and credibility among the Chinese people on the world stage and China will be bound to lose the CCP. India does not want to be powerful nation or rule the world, but as Prime Minister Modi said if messed with, India can show CCP its rightful place and help unburden the Chinese people and the world from the menace of the CCP.

The CCP should have no illusion that India will not yield an inch of land to the paper dragon but if provoked again India will not only recapture its own Aksai Chin but is poised to break the great firewall of China and penetrate deep into the Chinese hinterland and conquer a billion more places in the heart of the Chinese people who will in turn revolt and bring down the CCP to justice. So CCP has a strong and real reason to be “Terrified, mortified, petrified, stupefied”.

Success of Modi in keeping his votes intact and growing, is that he has not got trapped into the game of opportunists. He has cared little for opportunists and instead, has gone extra miles to keep the selfless RSS voters and other nationalists enthusiastic and hopeful. They have been kept optimistic about achieving something that they had only dreamed throughout the adverse circumstances they faced before 2014. RSS workers are known to work with a great self-zeal to achieve the goal of having a prosperous and powerful India and have worked for about a century, mostly when the scenario was not favorable for them.

The signs that Modi is indeed moving in the right direction to achieve their long cherished dreams are enough for keeping them upbeat. BJP is not finding its strength from opportunists, rather it has found the strength in enhancing the desire and hope of pure nationalists. These people have remained active on social media aggressively on their own, much to the dismay and disappointment of opportunists on either side. His election campaigns are self-driven by nationalists who have always been given enough reasons by Modi to remain upbeat and active on their own. This social media army of Modi, hatefully called as ‘Andh-Bhakts’ or ‘trolls’, have cared little for the campaign engineered by the opposition to malign and trivialize their support to Modi.

This unwavering and growing support has been able to counter a huge army of paid opportunists who have working through their established institutions created during their rule. These opportunists, who are steadily and surely getting outnumbered, say that the drives carried out in favor of Modi are manufactured by IT cells of BJP and paid propagandists like them but even they themselves hardly believe in that. RSS workers have worked to support Modi only because they were convinced that unlike the government under Atal ji, this government was determined for removal of article 370 of constitution, construction of Ram Mandir, passing laws for population control and against Triple-Talaq as well as putting India on the course of becoming a super power. RSS Swayamswaks are trained for making sacrifices and still continue their social services in order to realize their dreams and it goes to the credit of Modi that he has never let them down.

Modi has asked for sacrifices to identify and satisfy the nationalists. His call to give up kitchen gas cylinders didn’t work only for those who were benefited by the scheme but it worked even for those who gave up the subsidies. He has asked for help and acts from the nationalists to make them feel that they are participating in the effort to make a happy and prosperous India. He has given the nationalists enough opportunities to draw satisfaction instead of making them feel helpless or hopeless.


Modi has kept his formula simple. He doesn’t try to lure opportunists who would let him down at the next opportunity that they will get. It had happened in the case of Atal ji. Opposition had all praise for him but no votes. Atal ji was forced to play soft on Pakistan and communists. The government that was rewarded for their satisfactory handling of Kargil war and courageous Pokharan adventure lost the confidence for the way they handled Kandhar hostage crisis in 1999, for the way they couldn’t retaliate when terrorists attacked the parliament in 2001 and when VHP went impatient on the issue of Shiladan in Ayodhya during 2003. Not only the government kept silence on these issues, Advani went on to praise even Jinnah. The dream of nationalists was shattered by 2004 despite the fact that government had performed excellent on infrastructure, with minimum blame of corruption and had accumulated an unprecedented foreign reserve to keep the hope in economy alive.

But all this happened with a clear compromise on its nationalist’s outlook and therefore he couldn’t find enough self-driven nationalist supporters. Atal’s government kept on trying to win over those who were working on an agenda to bring a corrupt government back to power. Atal’s NDA was trapped under the interest of this self-centred, self-serving pseudo-secular lobby and was forced to follow a semi-secular path to please his opposition and to ‘appear acceptable’ on a wider scale. Instead, Modi has banked on the original outlook of BJP and the hardcore RSS self-less workers – the tried and the tested. He knows that there is a danger of losing the original support base like it happened with Atal ji, if you start positioning according to the needs of opportunists.

Congress and other regional secular parties had created an army of paid workers whose financial and existential interest pivoted around the success of those political outfits. Now there is a tug of war between those and the selfless nationalists. Just as Kejriwal’s paid volunteers deserted him at the time of Corona crisis in Delhi but the selfless nationalists including RSS workers didn’t, Modi is consolidating the support of these selfless nationalists and as a consequence the pseudo-secular ecosystem is crumbling.

His message is uncomplicated and clear: don’t take your original supporters for granted. Instead you can safely take the opportunists granted.

[Most of the people know Jammu Kashmir as paradise on earth, being unaware of the fact that the beautiful terrain of Gilgit Baltistan which helped the erstwhile State to draw this tag is currently under illegal occupation of Pakistan. Apricot is the most common fruit in Gilgit Baltistan. Approx. 1 lac tone of Fresh Apricot is produced annually in this region. This outstanding fruit is grown as Cash Crop here. One more reason for growing this fruit is the fuel wood obtained by local families. Figs, cherries and Almond are other popular dry fruits of this region.

6) Losing  Cultural Heritage

Using Swastik, Peacock Feathers are part of cultural identities here. Residents of Gilgit Baltistan  are proud of their rich cultural heritage which they cherish from pre Islamic rule. But Pakistan leave no effort to bury local culture under Islamic identity. Languages like shina, kohistani are getting extinct as these are different from languages of Pak. Thus linguistic identity is getting ruined day by day.

7) No Daily Newspapers, Radio or T.V Station

Gilgit Baltistan, a region greater than 78,000 sq.km (around 54 Times of area of  Delhi) don’t have its own radio Stations or T.V Stations. Due to this, people are isolated from rest of the World. This might be intentionally, as Pak don’t want the world to see the impoverishment of locals and lack of basic facilities in this region.

8) People living under Sub-Human Conditions

The standard of living in this region is really dismal. 85% of people live below Poverty line. People here are forced to live in conditions which lacks medical services and educational institutions.

9) Literacy rate below 14%, Its Shocking!

This is the most tragic thing in Gilgit Baltistan as literacy rate of this region is even lower than Pak’s National average of 31%. Due to lack of educational institutions, inhabitants are forced to derive their livelihood from agriculture only.

10) People asking Help from India

Protest by locals against the repressive Pakistan’s regime has become a daily feature in this region. No political rights are given to people here. Pakistan using this area as colony, leading to resentment in locals. They look forward to India for protection of their rights as legally they are living in the region which is an integral part of India.

मोदी जी ने आज जो कहा है पूरे इतिहास में भारत के किसी प्रधानमंत्री ने चीन के ख़िलाफ़ ऐसा स्टेटमेंट नही दिया था। मुझे खुद बड़ी हैरानी हुई, मुझे लगा मोदी जी डायरेक्ट पब्लिक में स्टेटमेंट नही देंगे।

आज मोदी का कद, नेहरू से बहुत ऊपर हो गया। इसका असर बहुत दूर तक होगा। चीनियों को समझना चाहिए भारत ने आज तक पूरी क्षमता के साथ तीनो सेनाओं का सयुंक्त अटैक किया ही नही है। हम चीन को कमजोर नही समझते क्योंकि दुश्मन को कमजोर समझना सबसे बड़ी बेवकूफ़ी होती है।

पर हम इतना जानते हैं, तबाही का मंजर यादगार होगा। भारत-चीन अगर अपनी पूरी ताकत से भिड़ गए तो सेकेंड वर्ड वार से भी भयानक त्रासदी होगी। पूरी दुनिया की अर्थव्यवस्था बैठ जाएगी, पूरा एशिया रुक जाएगा। चीन ख़्वाब में भी ये ना सोचे कि वो 62 की तरह हमे आसानी से हरा देंगे।

मोदी जी का स्टेटमेंट सुनिए – वो मारते मारते मरे हैं। US इंटेलिजेंस की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक भी चीन की भारी कैजुएलटी हुई है, मुझे ऐसा लगता है दोनों ओर का ही नुकसान हुआ है, पर एक बात एकदम साफ़ है।

भारत के जवान अटैक कभी नही करेंगे चीन पर, इसका कोई लॉजिक ही नही बनता। अटैक उन्होंने ही किया है और गज़ब का युद्ध कैशल दिखाया है हमारी सेना ने जिसने अचानक हुए अटैक का इतना शार्प रिस्पॉन्स दे दिया। चीन खुद को सुपर पावर समझता है, पूरी दुनिया मे बात आम हो गयी है चीन के सैनिक भी मरे हैं।

चीन इसको निश्चित रूप से हल्के में नही लेगा, 1962 की लड़ाईं तो मात्र इस वजह से उसने कर दी थी क्योंकि उसके सुप्रीम लीडर का पुतला भारत मे जलाया गया था, दलाई लामा को भारत ने सरंक्षण दिया था।

नेहरू बस माफीनामा ही भेजते रहे, समझाते रहे चीनियों को की हमारा देश लोकतंत्र है यहाँ तो मेरा ही पुतला बना कर लोग अक्सर जूतों से पीट देते हैं। हमारा आपके लीडर्स की बेज्जती का कोई इरादा नही है, इसी मान मनव्वल को चीन ने हमारी कमजोरी समझा था।

पर इस बार मोदी ने लाइन खींच दी है, विश्व को भी आगाह किया है की पागल हाथी बहुत विन्ध्वंस लाता है। डैगन की सारी आग उसी हिमालय में बर्फ बन जाएगी और हाँथी जिधर चलेगा उधर शमशान बनता जाएगा।

आग दिखानी है तो समंदर में दिखाओ, साउथ चाइना सी में दिखाओ, हिमालय की बर्फ में सब ठंडा हो जाता है। नरेंद मोदी भारत के अब तक के सबसे काबिल प्राइम मिनिस्टर हैं, नेहरू आज मीलों दूर छूट गए।

बौद्धिकता और लीडरशिप अलग चीजें होती हैं, जिनपिंग को समझना होगा अगर वो खुद को सनकी और बहुत बड़का साइकोलजिस्ट समझता है तो इधर मोदी भी कम पागल नही है। पागलों की भिड़ंत भयावह होगी, मोदी को नेहरू समझना बन्द करे चीन; ये वही मोदी है जो नवाज शरीफ की बेटी की शादी में गया था और उसके बाद पाकिस्तान को दो बार निबटा चुका है।

तुम्हे ही गेम खेलने नही आता, हम तुम्हारे बाप रहे हैं। न यकीन हो तो पुतिन से पूछ लेना, अपनी लुगाई इमरान से पूछ लेना..

फिलहाल LAC पर सेनाएँ दोनों देश की अब टैक्टिकल लोकेशन पर शिफ्ट होंगी, ऐसी लोकेशन्स जहाँ युद्ध के दौरान दुश्मन पर बढ़त मिले. चीन विश्व का नेता बनने निकला था, हिमालय की ओर न आता तो बन भी सकता था। भारत की भूमि ही ऐसी है, बड़े बड़े विजेता और नेता इधर खप जाते हैं।

पड़ी लकड़ी ले ली चीन ने, अच्छा भला US के ऊपर दबाव बना रहा था, साउथ चाइना सी में दादागिरी चल रही थी।

आइन्स्टीन की वो प्रसिद्ध लाइन, ”मुझे नहीं पता कि तीसरे विश्वयुद्ध में कौन सा हथियार उपयोग होगा पर चौथा विश्वयुद्ध लाठी-पत्थर से लड़ा जायेगा”. ब्रिटेन के एक अख़बार की मानें तो आइन्स्टीन गलत हो गया, तीसरे विश्वयुद्ध की ही शुरुआत लाठी-पत्थर से हुयी! ट्विटर को देख कर इतिहास लिखा जायेगा तो अलबर्ट आइन्स्टीन गलत हो जायेगें. वैसे ये कोई पहली बार नहीं है कि इस तरह ट्विटर पर तीसरे विश्वयुद्ध की सुगबुगाहट शुरू हुयी, अमेरिका और ईरान के बीच हुए तनाव को भी ट्विटर ने यही नाम दिया था.

दरअसल चीन की साम्राज्यवादी मानसिकता ने उसे हमेशा युद्ध में उलझा कर रखा है. औपनिविशिक काल के पहले जिस प्रकार एक राजा दूसरे पर हमला कर राज्य पर कब्ज़ा करते थे, चीन वैसा ही बाद में भी करता रहा. इस सब में चीन के युद्ध की परिभाषा बाकी के देशों से अलग हो गयी. भारत, अमेरिका या दूसरे देशों के लिए युद्ध का मतलब तोप, गोला, बारूद होता होता तो चीन युद्ध में लाठी-डंडा-पत्थर और मुद्रा का उपयोग करता है. चीन युद्ध में हारना या जीतना नहीं चाहता बस वो हावी रहना चाहता है, फिर उसके लिए उसे कोई कीमत चुकानी पड़े. दूसरे देशों पर व्यपार घाटा थोपना, जमीन को लीज लेना हो या समुद्र में जाती छोटे देशों के सैनिक जहाज को टक्कर मारना, ये सब चीन की युद्ध नीति के हिस्से हैं.

दुर्भाग्य से भारत यह अबतक ना समझ सका, और जब आपके पास राहुल गाँधी जैसा नेता और कोंग्रेस जैसी राजनीतिक पार्टी हो तो सबकुछ समझ कर भी कुछ नहीं किया जा सकता है. चीन के साथ द्विपक्षीय रिश्तों को कोंग्रेस ने इस तरह भंजाया है कि शेर भी मर जाए और लाठी भी ना टूटे वाली मालूम होती है. एक तरफ कोंग्रेस भारत में सत्ता में रही तो दूसरी तरफ चीन भारत पर व्यापार घाटा भी थोपता रहा और जब तब भारत के जमीन पर कब्ज़ा करता रहा.

मजे की बात तो ये है कि पहले यह सब जहां पर्दे के पीछे चलता था वहीं 2008 के बाद कोंग्रेस ने चीनी कोम्म्युनिस्ट पार्टी के साथ अधिकारिक समझौता भी कर लिया. दो देशों के बीच द्विपक्षीय समझौते तो होते हैं पर गटबंधन की राजनीति में माहिर हो चुकि कोंग्रेस ने चीन-और-भारत के बीच समझौते करने के बजाय भारत के तत्कालीन सत्ताधारी पार्टी जिस पर एक ही परिवार का कब्जा है और चीन की सत्ताधारी पार्टी के साथ गटबंधन किया. इसी गटबंधन का नतीजा है कि कोग्रेस पार्टी में रहते हुए कोई देश के खिलाफ बोल सकता है पर चीन के खिलाफ बोलने पर करवाई की जाती है. ऐसा लगता है चीन ना हुआ राहुल गाँधी हो गया..!! संजय झा को इसलिए पार्टी प्रवक्ता पद से हटा दिया गया.

ऐसा लगता है कि कोंग्रेस और मिडिया दिवालिया हो चुकि है, जो सरकार से उचित सवाल नहीं पूछ पाती. यह सरकार, खुफिया एजेंसियों की नाकामी ही है कि बिना किसी शोर-शराबे के चीन गलवान नदी की धारा रोकने में कामयाब रहा. इस बात के सार्वजनिक हो जाने के बाद भी, ना मिडिया और ना विपक्ष, इस बात पर सवाल कर रहा कर रहा है. कोंग्रेस और उसका ‘इको सिस्टम’ उस बल्लेबाज की तरह है जो गेंद आने से पहले ही बल्ला चला देता है. हलाकि जलधारा रोकने में कोई देश एक दूसरे को रोक नहीं पाता है, जबकि इसके लिए अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय संधि पर हस्ताक्षर हुआ रहता है लेकिन जब कभी संधि का उल्लंघन होता है तो अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर शोर-शराबा होता है, पर चीन ने इसबार भारत को चकमा दिया और बिना किसी शोर-शराबे के अपने मंसूबे को पूरा करने में कामयाब रहा.

कोरोना वायरस प्रकरण के बाद चीन पूरी तरह घिर चुका है और इस दर्द को कम करने लिए वह ‘एक्यूप्रेशर तकनीक’ का इस्तेमाल कर रहा है. आमतौर पर जब कभी शरीर के किसी हिस्से में दर्द होता है तो एक्यूप्रेशर विशेषज्ञ उस हिस्से को छोड़ कर कोई दूसरा हिस्सा जोर से दबाता है जिससे हमारा ध्यान उस दूसरे हिस्से पर चला जाता है और हम पहले हिस्से पर हो रहे दर्द को भूल जाते हैं. चीन यही कर रहा है. वह दूसरे देशों के जमीनी सीमा सहित समुद्री सीमाओं पर तनाव उत्त्पन्न कर रहा है जिससे विश्व का ध्यान इस महामारी से हट जाए.

दरअसल चीन और पाकिस्तान एक ही थाली के चट्टे-बट्टे हैं. जिस तरह पाकिस्तान की फ़ौज युद्ध करने के अलावा हर वो काम करती है जो उसे नहीं करना चाहिए, मसलन फ़िल्में बनाना, शोपिंग मॉल चलाना, उद्योग चलाना आदि उसी तरह चीन में भी आर्मी के लोगों का ही फेक्ट्रीयों पर कब्ज़ा रहता है. जिस तरह पाकिस्तान के फौजी अफ़सर विदेशों में संपत्ति अर्जित करते हैं उसी तरह चीन के फौजी अफसर भी. अपने-अपने देश में एक छत्र राज कायम रखने लिए, एक ओर जहां पाकिस्तान आर्मी, वहां की जनता को कश्मीर की घुट्टी पिलाती है उसी तरह चीन की आर्मी, कभी तिब्बत, कभी अक्साई चीन, कभी अरुणाचल प्रदेश तो कभी किसी समुद्री सीमा की घुट्टी पिलाता रहता है. दोनों इसमें सफल भी हैं और चीन तो उनमें से कुछ घुट्तियों को सच भी कर चुका है. मसलन भारत की जमीन को कब्ज़ा करने की बात हो तो अवैध रूप से ही शी पर चीन कामयाब तो है.

इसलिए चीन से निपटने के लिए भारत को अपनी पुरानी रणनीति बदल कर वही रवैया अपनाना चाहिए जो भारत अब पाकिस्तान के साथ अपना रहा है. चीन से पाकिस्तान जैसा रवैया अपनाने में भारत को चौतरफा लाभ है, व्यापार रुकने से एक तरफ व्यापार घाटा कम होगा और घरेलु उद्योगों को फायदा होगा, वहीं दूसरी तरफ सीमा पर निपटने के लिए पुरानी ‘बैगैर हथियार’ वाली संधि को तोड़ने से चीनी आर्मी की अच्छी मरम्मत भी की जा सकेगी.

एक बात में चीन की दाद देनी होगी कि जहां पाकिस्तान अपनी आर्मी को लड़ने के बजाय आतंकवादियों को लड़ने भेजती है वहीँ चीन अपनी आर्मी भेजता है. पर यह बात भी गौर करने लायक है कि चीन की आर्मी भी पाकिस्तानी आतंकवादियों से कम नहीं, क्योंकि चीन अपने यहां जबरदस्ती लोगों को आर्मी में भर्ती करवाता है औअर उसके बाद चीन के वो जवान हस्तमैथुन करते पाए जाते हैं..!!

India’s third gender: A journey of Hijra community from mythology to harsh reality

The word “Hijra” is an Urdu-Hindustani word derived from the Semitic Arabic root ‘hjr’ in its sense of “leaving one’s tribe,” and has been borrowed into Hindi. The ‘Third Gender’ usually refers to people who are not recognized as either male or female. The Supreme Court of India has recognized kinnar or hijra people as the ‘Third Gender.’ Also, Nepal, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Germany, New Zealand, and many other countries have recognized ‘Third Gender.’ The Hijra community in the Indian subcontinent has a broad historical background. This community has a history of more than 4,000 years. They are mentioned in various ancient texts. The Kama Sutra, written by Vatsyayana, is one the example in this regard.

Hijra Community in the Epic Ramayana and Mahabharata:

According to an incident in Ramayana written by Valmiki, Lord Rama went into exile for fourteen years. Many people of Lord Rama’s kingdom followed him out of love and respect. But when Lord Rama found out about this, he ordered all the men and women to return their homes. Lord Rama, on his way home from exile, saw that the Hijras had been sitting in that particular place for fourteen years. Pleased with the devotion of the Hijras, Lord Rama blessed them and said that they would bless people on various auspicious occasions like childbirth and marriage. Discussion about the Hijra community can also be found in the epic Mahabharata. According to an incident in the Mahabharata, one of its characters, Arjuna, went to exile, and there he once assumed the identity of a Hijra, which is known as Brihannala. Arjuna also performed ceremonial functions with the identity of a Hijra. There is also a transgender form of Shiva, one of the main deities worshiped by the Hindus, which is known as Ardhanarishvara.

A Brief Historical Background of Hijra Community in India:

During the period of Mughal Rule in India, the Hijras held various important administrative positions. They also had a significant role in some religious matters. During the British colonial rule in India, people of the Hijra community were identified as criminals. However, in the aftermath of independence, such laws enacted by the British were repealed. Although even after independence, the contemptuous attitude of the society towards the Hijras did not change much. They make money by begging or by blessing a newborn baby. This is their identity in the so-called modern society. After birth, they are expelled from their family. It is true that in many cases, Hijras use obscene gestures or bad language while begging. On the other hand, it is also true that people do not understand the pain of their lives.

Social Problems:

The government has adopted many welfare schemes for the Hijra community. But the question remains as to how much they will be able to enjoy the benefits of these schemes. There is an unwritten ban on their entry everywhere from, restaurants, cinema halls to grocery stores. Even if they want to use public toilets, they face problems. They also do not have separate toilet facilities. This raises the question of whether the rights enshrined in the Indian constitution, irrespective of race, religion, caste, or gender, are reflected in practice or not.

Economic Problems:

The economic problems of the Hijras originate from the lack of opportunities for their education. Most of the Hijras do not get the opportunity to get admission in school. Moreover, most of those who get this opportunity are forced to drop out of school midway for different reasons. If they voluntarily reveal their sexual identities, they are subjected to physical and mental harassment at different stages of their life. Thus, due to the lack of adequate education and employment, they choose the path of begging. Even if they get job opportunities in some way, they are subjected to various forms of harassment in the workplace. Complaining against such behaviour does not provide adequate legal redress. In most of the cases, they do not get any help from their families also. According to the view of society, the Hijras are causing ‘social pollution’ through ‘sexual pollution.’

Legal Problems:

All citizens of India have equal fundamental and other legal rights in several matters. Above all, the question of human rights matters the most. The human rights of the Hijras are constantly being violated. For this reason, the government needs to take appropriate legal action. In order to protect the dignity of the Indian Constitution, it is necessary to protect the rights of this vulnerable class. The culture, customs or any type of so-called unconventional activities of the Hijras are not sanctioned by society. So this problem can be solved only through an appropriate legal system and by raising awareness.

Political Participation:

India’s sexual minority groups have begun to seek greater representation in regional and national politics. They need to participate in the political arena to address their all concerns. Their presence in the decision-making process of politics will protect the interest of the people of their community and other equivalent marginalized groups. However, over the past century, political connections with people belonging to the middle-class homosexual community have increased. But in this case, the Hijras have remained neglected as always. In Indian society, there are many divine misconceptions about the Hijras. These ideas are also one of the reasons behind their deprivation. Due to the deprivation of society, they have become a pathetic ‘marginal class.’ Thus, their representation and participation in various spheres of society and politics became almost zero. Instead of returning violence in response to deprivation, they have been involved in multiple social awareness activities. In particular, they have played a commendable role in raising awareness for the prevention of deadly diseases such as HIV. However, this kind of social work has gained success and legitimacy with the initiative and support of many NGO’s. Moreover, they need a closer connection in politics to solve their problems.

Involvement in Electoral Politics:

The key factor of electoral politics is voting. Every adult citizen of India can exercise their voting right. In this case, in order to enjoy the right to vote, it is mandatory for a citizen to have a ‘Voter Id card.’ This Card is also very essential as an identity proof and for receiving various important public services. People in the Hijra community generally admit that most of them have voter cards. But the problem starts from here. The name they got by birth is on their voter cards. Later they have to face various problems while applying for the name change. They also face different hurdles when it comes to voting. When they try to vote in women’s clothing, they are asked about the difference between their appearance and the photo on the voter card. Apart from this, they are naturally apathetic to politics. They are not close to politics, and they even consider it irrelevant to their lives. Political parties also made no effort to reach them. This is why they do not think of participating in political contests. Hijras believe that no one will vote for them except the people of their community.  Other people will only mock and scold them.

Conclusion:

In Indian society, Hijras still do not have the right to participate in any social or cultural activities. They are deprived and expelled by both family and society. In 2014, the Supreme Court of India granted them the ‘Third Gender’ status. But in reality, they have not yet gained any social recognition. All Indian citizens have equal social, legal, and political rights. Therefore, the Indian government needs to pay close attention to this matter so that this class of people can equally enjoy their rights. However, government level measures will only succeed if people change their negative attitudes towards the ‘Third Gender.’

Not so free media: How Deutsche Welle kowtowed to Chinese narrative

The Chinese influence in Europe is not a new tale. While the security agencies across Europe are concerned with Chinese influence in business, politics, and academia. Germany has a lot to gamble when it comes to free-press and free-trade and it is not a surprising move to choose the latter. Chinese influence in European media is contrastingly influential. Deutsche Welle (DW) is one of the networks recently used to further Chinese propaganda.

DW published three articles in the past three days to report the Indo-China border incident killing 20 Indian soldiers and 43 Chinese soldiers. All the reports were outrageously one-sided, with one of the articles misleading all the way titled “China urges India to ‘punish’ border clash instigators” creating a notion that the incident was an Indian provocation and not the other way round. Another article goes on to accuse Indian infrastructure built well within the rights and borders to be the tipping point of the incident failing to mention China’s aggressive buildup of roads to connect China occupied Aksai Chin and Xinjiang, one of the worst places on earth to be a Muslim. 

The Chinese fabrications is only further validated by “mis”using Indian journalists and familiar faces of Indian opposition. In addition, the articles were presented poorly fact-checked information scraped from here and there and balled up to prepare an indigestible “Knödel”.

Glaringly three parts of these articles should make Indians and Indian community in Germany concerned,

1. Using “Opposition Leader” Rahul Gandhi: 

Failing to get their facts right, Deutsche Welle passed a one-liner by calling Rahul Gandhi as congress leader of the opposition. Rahul Gandhi resigned from the party position and the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha opposition leaders’ names nowhere to be seen in the article. Coming back to reporting style, DW used one tweet of Rahul Gandhi to conclude the mood of a nation of 1.3 Billion people. This is not the first time Gandhi’s tweet has been used by western media to misquote matters of Indian polity. 

2. Indian Journalist reports

DW Indian correspondent, Nimisha Jaiswal, was quoted meagrely in one of the articles in which she reports a drive in India recently to “hurt China economically.” Setting the tone for China being the actual victim, Nimisha fails to report the driving force behind the economic boycott of Chinese goods. While the EU imposes sanctions to further its western influence on developing nations, it is a mortal sin for India to do the same to protect National interests.

Jaiswal continues the charade by bluntly equating national security measures against Pakistan to warmongering and jingoism failing to mention continuous terror attacks unleashed by the terror-infested neighbor for the past seven decades. This shoddy reporting by DW is the aforementioned “drive in” to critically evaluate the freedom of the press in Germany.

3. Comparing Indian & Chinese Media by Hao Gui: 

It was a whole other ball game when a reporter of Chinese origin assessed the incident. Hao Gui with a German Journalist compared the media reaction of India not crediting the freedom of the press in India. While Chinese media kept surprisingly quiet on the first deadliest attack between the two nations, the News agencies in India extensively covered the entire incident. But, DW chose Gui & Hans Spross to nitpick the diverse press in India and unsubtly propagated the theory that Indian media to be aggressive. Hao further quotes couples of Chinese articles to showcase that Chinese media showed remarkable restraint knowing leash of Chinese News agencies is in the hands of Communist Party. Gui ends the article by crediting the Chinese approach of covering up the casualties. Although, this is not the first time China has covered up casualties. The Chinese involvement and casualties in the Vietnam war were made public after several decades.

This is not surprising as it appears. While Hao Gui considers Germany his home elsewhere on the internet, his predispositions are obvious. Gui covered several articles on Kashmir, Rohingya Muslims, among other issues. We could no longer see his work on Uighur Muslim concentration camps nor the expansionist policies of China in the South-china sea. 

On the one hand, we have an Indian journalist with a massive inferiority complex despite representing a fully functioning democracy. On the other hand, authoritarian regimes have a free hand in influencing conversations and pushing narratives on a network funded by a democratic state and we wonder why people no longer trust too-big-to-fail media organizations.
