From the pen of a liberal

Dear Comrades,
Laal Salam,

I am a left-liberal. I basically support communism and left, but along with that I also support various other ideologies against India. By supporting a lot more ideologies you find a large spectrum to criticise current government. I use them according to the need. I want to raise some very serious issues here. I am writing this piece because in this COVID-19 period I am not allowed to protest outdoors but as an in born protester I can not live more without protests. So, I thought protesting in written manner and telling stories of protest is a good idea.

Government of India has done very wrong by revoking article 370 from Kashmir. Removal of article 370 is a step towards making some misguided youth jobless. They lost their jobs of stone pelting on soldiers and damaging their vehicles. Firstly this fascist government stopped funding of separists and now  this cowardly move. This government is indirectly stopping separists to import some very important resources needed to save humanity and prevail peace in valley. These essential resources like bombs, guns, firearms and terrorists from neighbouring countries. Stopping import with our neighbour country will affect strategic relationship in between countries. Revoke of 370 is an inhumane act done by this government and banning internet will  hit hard on our economy. We should not ban internet to save some Kashmiri brethren, our economy is important. Govt. Should learn to prioritize things.

So, Let’s move on another one.

This fascist government also passed a bill name CAA. It was totally unconstitutional. I oppose this bill. It will destroy economy of country and every one will be jobless. It will also have a great impact on our various sectors specially in infrastructure, automobile, telecom and agriculture. I don’t want to go in Details, how it will affect people? But so many people are protesting against this  bill so something may wrong in bill obviously.

I also protested against this bill in Shaheen Bagh. This protest was very peaceful, as a protesters we blocked some roads to avoid traffic jams in city. We also pelted stones on police on several occasions. It was a part of our freedom of expression. For lighting we set fire in buses and some vehicles. Burning vehicles also gave us heat along with light in those cold days.

I also collected some of stones on top of my roof. These stones were for security reasons, If police passes from this way requesting us to protest peacefully we can pelt them to continue our peaceful protest.

I was present in several protests with petrol bombs, hand granades, stones, guns, other firearms, placards, weeds, condoms, petrol, lighters and a copy of constitution to burn, etc. to save our constitution.

One more event, I would like to mention here from JNU, I with my friends reading in library without books putting masks on our faces (we were aware of corona that time), some of them  also are reading books below tables. Some of us have stones in our hands for playing indoor games. Police entered in campus and started beating us without any reason.This is the your new India. I accept all of us are involved in stone pelting but this does not mean that police will enter in campus and beat students. Police should be tolerant and should tolerate some stones pelted by innocent students.

We also protested in several parts of country and demanded azadi (chanting hum lekke rahenge azadi) and also chanted some very secular words like, hindutva ki kabr, F#ck hindutva, tera mera rishta kya?, idol will be removed and bas nam rahega Allah ka etc. etc. to save soul of  secularism of this country. We also vandalised some temples and broke some idols of gods, swami vivekananda, burn bhagwa clothes etc. to strengthen secularism in India. We are still trying hard to save secularism by posting beef pics, spreading corona, mocking bhakts, killing sadhus etc.

We also chanted ‘Hum kagaj nhi dikhanyeinge’ against this fascist government. I am still following these words I am not showing papers except in some case like for free ration,free gas, for voting against this fascist government and for getting scholarships etc.

I with my friends also very politely warned government If they will not take CAA back we will destroy this country and divide this in to small pieces. I also told my friends to cut Assam from India and chanted ‘sab yaad rakha jayega’. I have a lot more to say but I have to go to buy a fair handsome cream for video conferencing protest in campaign Black Lives Matter.

Dear comrades make me popular and share this voice against this fascist government more and more. I shall always rise my voice against injustice. See you soon in next protest.

Mocking the mock test

MOCK MOCK MOCK!

“Who is it?” shot back the Mock-VC. “I am totally mocked –up now. Please come later for the mocking session!”

“It’s your favorite mocker, your Majesty, The Mock-Wizard” replied the intruder. “I have come to congratulate you, your Majesty. You have won the major mock-battle. You have mocked the mockers beyond the mocking reality. You have just thrust the mock knife into their belly. It’s time to relish your grand mock victory, Your Majesty”

“Don’t you dare to be mock-sympathetic to me!” retorted back the Mock-VC. “It’s all over the news, on social media. They are just garlanding me with all the expletives starting with the F word. How dare you displease me with your mock-seriousness? I will make you languish in this mock-hell called the Delhi University forever”

“It’s good news, at last, your Majesty” fumbled the intruder, stirred by the mocking rant of his master. He knew that His Master had taken flak from all the stakeholders of the University to go for the Online Open Book Examinations. He had been derided and mocked at by the students and teachers alike for conducting the same without adequate consultations and preparations. 

The Mock-Wizard knew that he was in charge of the mocking damage control exercise that mocked at the system for conducting the mockery called the OBE. Being at the helm of the mockable coterie set up by the Mock-VC, he had the onus to prove that all the opposition to the online examinations was nothing but a mocking inflammatory scaremongering of the non-pliant and rigid teaching fraternity who were oblivious of the mocking future that OBE lays ahead of them. The mock path of salvation advocated by the mocking system in form of the contemptuous step of deciding to conduct a mocking evaluation process was nothing but a mock exercise to prove to the world that online examinations are indeed a viable exercise if the formulators of the future policies ever want to refer it as a ready reckoner to espouse the online education system for the have-nots in the society.

“Don’t show me the mock-suns and mock-moons” murmured the exasperated Mock-VC. “I am just tired of the nincompoopery of these mock-idiots who call themselves Professors. They show me the stars and end up delivering a black hole. They are all hell-bent to put the mockers on my future career. I was just hoping for an erected milestone in form of OBE. Was dreaming of its nomenclature might change to include my title in it. Something that resembled the Kothari Commission. All my hopes have been dashed by these mock-serious lampoons”

“Relax your majesty” assuaged the Mock Wizard, sensing that his Master may experience a mock heartache at the fag end of his mocking term as mockable head of a slipping University. He had hoped to solve the mockeries of the issues assiduously cultivated by him. He had relished the mockery of the education system at twelve colleges that he had perpetrated in connivance with the self-mocking Delhi Government! The staff is still reeling under the non-payment of salaries with the threat of COVID-19 mocking at their face. “ You have just delivered a masterstroke that will vanquish the mockers of OBE, and drive a hard mocking punch at your adversaries. Alas, your genius has just spun the narrative on its head, my Master” swooned the Mock Wizard.

There was a frown of mock-disapproval on the Mock-VC’s face. But like a seasoned administrator who has mocked at the education system by his perfidious inaction, he swiftly camouflaged it and passed a wry smile at the Mock Wizard. “ Your historical decision to conduct a mock-test prior to OBE has metamorphosized the entire narrative of the University, Your Majesty” gasconaded the Mock-Wizard, attempting to chirk up his Master. “ Now the M word is the in-thing, the mock-horrors of the F words are things of the past, Your Majesty. The chaos that descends upon the students and teachers alike will just drive a mocking punch to the entire opposition to the OBE.

The teachers are busy in counseling the aggrieved and the harassed students who are staring at a mock-epic OBE that presses on them. The students on their part are wondering as to how they condescended from being a Y-generation to an M-generation in a matter of a few months! Anyway, they are numbed by the topsy-turvyness of the process thrown up by the OBE! They are busy discussing their harrowing blast of registration, non-receipt of OTP, login errors, and at the fag end attempting the wrong paper received online. The Principals, on the other hand, are busy texting the University of all the lacunae that mocks the online evaluation process” briefed the Mock-Wizard with a mock-heroic pride resonating in his baritone.

The Mock-VC strutted down the room, with glee worn all over his face. Alas, chaos is the panacea of all ills engulfing this morbid world, he thought. “Just call the meeting of all the heroes of the mocking system! They have at last fired their mock-guns and delivered. Killed two mockingbirds with a single stone!”

Picking a winner in free speech vs national interest debate is easy

Government Bans 59 mobile apps which are prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, security of state and public order.

The Ministry of Information Technology, invoking it’s power under section 69A of the Information Technology Act read with the relevant provisions of the Information Technology (Procedure and Safeguards for Blocking of Access of Information by Public) Rules 2009 and in view of the emergent nature of threats has decided to block 59 apps since in view of information available they are engaged in activities which is prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, security of state and public order. This move will safeguard the interests of crores of Indian mobile and internet users. This decision is a targeted move to ensure safety and sovereignty of Indian cyberspace.

Rule 9 provides that in an emergency situation where “no delay is acceptable”, the Designated Officer may directly refer the request to the Secretary, Department of Information Technology who, upon satisfaction of the justifiability of the request, may issue interim directions to block access without providing a hearing. Within 48 hours of such a direction, the request has to be placed before the Committee for its determination.

A reading of the order makes it evident that the move is an ‘interim measure’ as an ‘emergent’ one, as Tik Tok, the leading light among the 59 and others have been “been invited to meet with concerned government stakeholders for an opportunity to respond and submit clarifications”.

We live in polarised times. And the Indo-China border skirmishes and 20 of our brothers in the armed forces being martyred on the Galwan Valley, has added muscle to the decision. Yes, it is undeniable that ever since the break-out of Coronavirus from Wuhan, Hubei Province of China, anti China sentiments have been naturally unleashed, the world over. No less than Donald J Trump, the US President has mocked it as a Chinese Virus and now as ‘Kungflu’. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo applauded India’s sweeping ban on Chinese apps including TikTok, saying New Delhi was ensuring its own security.“We welcome India’s ban on certain mobile apps” from China, Pompeo told reporters, saying the move would “boost India’s integrity and national security.”

No other country has commented on this development either supportive or adverse. Not to ignore that “China is strongly concerned, verifying the situation,” Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian was quoted as saying. China has a huge firewall and does not allow access to the likes of Facebook, Twitter, Google, WhatsApp et al. They have their own versions. Mind you, that no foreign App is allowed in Chinal,. And these 59 Apps all have their Servers in China, where Big Brother is keeping tab 24×7 as State Surveillance in a regime Digotatorship. So, the ‘strong concern’ of the Chinese Ambassador is hypocritically touching.

No wonder in double quick time, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ‘invited the start-up and technology community to participate in the Atmanirbhar Bharat App Innovation challenge’ to scale up and come up with our desi versions to ‘become world class apps in their respective categories’.

Typically, the usual suspects have complained that the Government ban has a ‘chilling effect’ on the fundamental right to free speech and Sec.69A of IT Act,2000 cannot be invoked to violate Art.19 of the Constitution. Doubts have been raised as to whether the ban was a ‘reasonable restriction’ authorised by law. They have flipped the Right to Privacy arguments also, to question the motives of the Modi 2.0 dispensation.

Rest assured there would be busybodies moving the constitutional courts against the ban, irrespective of whether the 59 apps themselves would be moving or not, as yet. Already controversy has broken out with former Attorney General Mukul Rohtagi declaring that he would not be helping Tik Tok in any legal challenge.

PILs are dime a dozen now. It has become a Pandemic virus that is not going away. Recently, Harish Salve, a jurist, now based in London wrote an OpEd- ‘Rise and fall of the PIL: Courts are increasingly being asked to intrude into the elected executive’s domain’ on Jun 5, 2020. He made out a case as to how Judiciary may be granting too much leeway to avoidable judicial forays.

No matter what, eager beavers may be knocking the doors of courts, questioning the UOI notification dt. 29th June, 2020. They may have their own reasons. Let us legally explore, at least, on the periphery, if not indulge in a research paper like work, which may belong elsewhere.

Fundamentally, the order under the scanner is an interim order. The impacted entities have been called to make a representation and they are inclined to and ready to avail it. There is no permanency attached to the ban, as yet. In such a scenario, all that a constitutional court may need to see is whether the UOI had the power to pass the interim order. It may not go beyond or at least not judicially expected to indulge, in a further and beyond look in, for now.

A plain reading of Sec.69A read with Rule 9 gives ample power and jurisdiction to the GOI to pass the order it has. The wordings are wide and clear and it must be easy pickings and one wonders whether even a desperate court bird cannot read it to be so. We are at the threshold of challenge. The order is of interim nature. Prima facie, as they say in legalese, would suffice to support the government order, to nix any such PIL, at this stage.

Honestly, one does not anticipate or expect any of the 59 apps suffering the ban, to go to court at this stage. They would be ‘seriously’ examining their rights and interest and so unlikely to make a dash to the constitutional courts, as if a PIL infected being. They may also have the benefit of expertise of a high order, who can easily through the obvious at this stage.

Even assuming for a moment that interim measure also can be called into question on ‘merits’, even if UOI had the prima facie authority, it needs to be noted that the ban order has not yet revealed all the cards. They may come, after a proper hearing being given to the 59 entities or those who choose to avail the opportunity afforded.

That is where the use of the phraseology ‘prejudicial to sovereignty and integrity of India, defence of India, security of state and public order’ could be overwhelming for now. The words are huge and humongous. They have meaning and import, far beyond the contours of challenge. The expressions are used by UOI and are deemed to be so used in a responsible way. They are expected to be in possession of more than what meets the eye in the ban order. No litigant or court can lift the veil to identify them now or insist on it now. UOI can play truant to reveal the cards and argue that any challenge would be premature at this stage. That could be a telling argument in law.

Let us give the challenger his day in court. Let us assume he crosses all the above insurmountable hurdles, and makes out a case to warrant a hearing of the cause. Dehors many a ground in defence of the stand of the UOI, there could likely to be one going to a similar dispute premised on Free Speech vs National Interest debate. No less than Aa4:1 verdict from the Supreme Court of United Kingdom. In R (on the application of Lord Carlile of Berriew QC V Secretary of State for the Home Department dt.12th Nov, 2014.

Mrs Maryam Rajavi was a dissident Iranian politician, resident in Paris.. In 1997, the Home Secretary excluded Mrs Rajavi from the UK on the ground that her presence “would not be conducive to the public good for reasons of foreign policy’. That exclusion remained in force. In December 2010, Lord Carlile of Berriew, together with two other members of the House of Lords, asked the Home Secretary for a meeting to discuss lifting the exclusion to enable Mrs Rajavi to address meetings in the Palace of Westminster. The Home Secretary sought the advice of the Foreign Office. She replied in February 2011 stating that she had concluded that Mrs Rajavi’s admission to the UK would not be conducive to the public good.

Lord Carlile and other members of the House of Lords launched judicial review proceedings in May 2011, arguing that the decision contravened their freedom of belief and expression rights. Mrs Rajavi herself later joined as a claimant. The Home Secretary issued second and third decisions in October 2011 and January 2012, supported by evidence from a Foreign Office official, stating that lifting the exclusion would cause significant damage to the UK’s interests in relation to Iran and place British people and property in Iran and the region at risk. Both the judge and the Court of Appeal held that it was. The claimants appealed to the Supreme Court.

The claimants argued that the Home Secretary’s reasons were legally irrelevant, because they depended on the potential reaction of a foreign state. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal by a majority of 4-1 (Lord Kerr dissenting). Lord Sumption delivered the leading judgment. The other three majority judgments gave similar reasons, but with differences in nuance.

A predictive judgment of the executive about the likely reaction of a foreign country to a decision of the United Kingdom government is ordinarily entitled to a large measure of respect from the courts both (i) because the constitutional separation of powers assigns such judgments to the executive, and (ii) because the executive has greater institutional competence in this area by virtue of its greater specialised experience and the wider range of advice available to it.

In this case, per Lord Sumption, the executive’s decision was rational, there are no grounds to challenge the good faith or the evidential base of the decision, and the Secretary of State had committed no error of principle, Per Lord Clarke, in dissent. There was no evidence before the court permitting it to doubt the strength of the Home Secretary’s reasons. Accordingly, although the Court of Appeal was wrong to approach the issue on the usual domestic judicial review grounds, the appeal should be dismissed.
The entire debate before the Supreme Court of United Kingdom was one between Free Speech vs National Interest, as determined by the British Government. Forget not that even in the most famous of free speech cases in the Pentagon Papers, four of the judges in majority of 5:4 held that if Nixon administration had provided ‘valuable evidence impact oln national interest’, they may have permitted restraint of publication. This, in a country where their First Amendment to Constitution is a free speech doctrine with no fetters whatever of the ‘resonable restriction’ ours has.

Lady Hale, then Vice-President of UKSC,in the majority in Maryam Rajavi case, who went on to become the President and now retired, has always argued that “I found it a very hard case to decide, as I have always been a strong votary of free speech and that is an eternal British tradition. But, the clinching element was ‘sovereignty and integrity of the nation’. Esoteric the expressions may be, but we all know what it means and who knows it best when it matters. The Executive has all the inputs and Judiciary needs to yield, we concluded”.

Read this verdict in full. Such a fascinating debate on free speech vs national interest. The protagonists of liberal values and free speech need to deliberate and understand that while individual rights matter under the Constitution, in the face of a conflict between individual rights vs. societal or more specifically national interest, it should be an easy choice.

जाति व्यवस्था वर्ण व्यवस्था एवं प्रचलित वैचारिक विष

जाति व्यवस्था पर हमारे समाज में अत्यधिक भ्रम उत्पन्न किया गया है। इतने वर्षों के घोषित अघोषित दासता काल में हिन्दू सभ्यता के विरुद्ध अनेक षड्यंत्र किये गए हैं। जैसे वर्तमान में सर्वाधिक प्रचलित षड्यंत्र है caste system। एक षड्यंत्र और है, की वर्ण व्यवस्था स्वीकार है किन्तु जाति व्यवस्था अस्वीकार है। आज के आधुनिक काल में वैदिक दृष्टि अर्थात समझ का धीरे-धीरे लोप हो रहा है। जाति के गूढ़ सिद्धांत एवं अनुपालन परंपरा को आप आधुनिक विज्ञान एवं पाश्चात्य दर्शन की सतही दृष्टि से नहीं समझ सकते।

जाति व्यवस्था

जीव के जन्म से मिलने वाली पहचान ही जाति है। जाति व्यवस्था व्यक्ति की पहचान का निर्धारण एवं संरक्षण करती है। जीव के गुण सूत्रों के आधार पर ही उसकी पहचान होती है। जीव के गुण सूत्रों, गुण धर्म एवं प्रकृति की सर्वांगीण समझ (multi-dimensional study), वह प्रत्येक मानक जिनसे जीव की सम्पूर्ण पहचान विकसित होती हो, के आधार पर ही जाति व्यवस्था का विकास किया गया है।

जाति व्यवस्था में पूर्व कर्मानुसार परिणाम स्वरुप मिला जन्म, आपकी जाति निर्धारण करता है। जीव के अलौकिक संसार से भौतिक संसार तक, उसकी पहचान की प्रणाली एवं मूल गुणधर्म के संरक्षण की व्यवस्था ही जाति व्यवस्था है। जाति व्यवस्था में एक प्रकार की वर्गीकरण प्रणाली भी है जैसे मनुष्य जाति, पशु जाति, पुष्प की जाति-प्रजाति, देव जाति, दानव जाति, आदि।

वेदों के सैद्धांतिक आधार से उत्पन्न जाति व्यवस्था महाभारत, रामायण, मनु स्मृति आदि में वर्णित है। जन्म/जाति के अधिकृत वर्ण है, वर्ण के अधिकृत आश्रम है, वर्णाश्रम के अधिकृत कर्म है, कर्म के अधिकृत जीव की गति है।जन्म पश्चयात कर्म एवं जन्म से प्राप्त गुण के प्रभाव से जीव अपनी गति सुधार सकता है। प्रकृति निर्धारित करती है की आपका जन्म कहाँ होगा, किस परिवार में होगा, किन परिस्तिथियों में होगा आदि। आप स्वयं तो निर्धारित नहीं कर सकते, यह अटल सत्य है।

वैदिक विज्ञान, सनातन (eternal rules) सिद्धांतों पर स्थापित है, यह प्रत्येक जीव की अद्वितीय विशेषता एवं विलक्षणता को पूर्ण रूप से समझता है। वैदिक विज्ञान जीवन क्रम-विकास (evolution) गति में होने वाली प्रकृति प्रदत्त विकृति (mutation) को भी गूढ़ता से समझता है। प्रकृति के रक्षण हेतु, मानव जाति के स्वास्थ्य संवर्धन हेतु, हमारे पूर्वज जाति व्यवस्था को हिन्दू संस्कृति में गूढ़ता के साथ बुन कर, गूथ कर गए है।

चलिए कुछ सरल भाषा में समझने का प्रयास करते है

जैसे सामान्यतः संतान में आप माता पिता की छवि सरलता से देखते हैं। कभी कभी आपने सुना होगा की कोई कोई बच्चा बिलकुल अपने दादा दादी पर गया है, स्वभाव हो या रंग रूप। ऐसा क्यों होता है आप कहेंगे DNA, हाँ यही genetic memory है। इसी genetic मेमोरी से, जब कोई शारीरिक व्याधा संतान को प्राप्त होती है उसे ही genetic disorder कहते है।

आधुनिक विज्ञान अनुवांशिकी को कुछ सीमा तक समझता तो है, किन्तु genetic disorder से बचाव का कोई उपाय इसके पास नहीं है। वहीं वैदिक विज्ञान अनुवांशिकी को सूक्ष्मता से समझता भी है एवं बचाव की प्रणाली भी लाखों वर्ष पूर्व ही विकसित भी कर चुका है इसे हम जाति व्यवस्था के रूप में जानते हैं। सामान्य भाषा में आपने इसे “रोटी बेटी का संबंध” बोलते हुए कितनी ही बार सुना होगा।

प्रकृति प्रदत्त भेद जीव व्यवहार के साधन है। स्त्री पुरुष में प्राकृतिक भेद है। प्रत्येक मानव या जीव के गुणसूत्र भी एक दूसरे से भिन्न होते है। उदाहरण के लिए सभी मनुष्यों की हस्तरेखा भिन्न होती है। प्रकृति स्वयं ही प्रत्येक जीव को नैसर्गिक विशेषता प्रदान करती है, उसी विशेषता को बनाये रखने एवं मानव कल्याण हेतु हिन्दू समाज ने एक सामाजिक व्यवस्था के रूप में स्थापित किया है, जिसे हम सभी जाति व्यवस्था कहते है।

जाति व्यवस्था के लाभ 

१. जाति व्यवस्था अनुवांशिक गुणों को संगरक्षित करने के साथ साथ ही अनुवांशिक रोगो से बचाव का सबसे उपयुक्त उपाय है। (बेटी सम्बंधित) 

यह तो आधुनिक विज्ञान भी मानता है। हिन्दू समाज में अंतरजातीय विवाह पर निषेधाज्ञा है। यह एक सरल किन्तु प्रभावी समाधान है अनुवांशिक रोगो से बचाव का।

आधुनिक शिक्षा प्रणाली में, हम विद्यालयों में शिक्षक एवं छात्रों के अनुपात पर चिंता करते रहते है। आधुनिक शिक्षा प्रणाली समाज के प्रत्येक व्यक्ति को जीविका एवं सामन्य स्तर की शिक्षा प्रदान करने में सक्षम नहीं है। किन्तु जाति व्यवस्था जन्म से ही व्यक्ति की जीविका संगरक्षित करती है एवं सृष्टि को समर्पित सामान्य मनुष्य जीवन से सम्बंधित ज्ञान की व्यवस्था भी करती है। जाति परंपरा में आपको आपने परिवार से ही शिक्षक प्राप्त हो जाते है। जैसे उदाहरण के लिए एक लौहार जाति है, जिस प्रेम समर्पण से लौहार के कार्य से सम्बंधित समस्त ज्ञान एवं अनुभव, एक लोहार पिता अपनी संतान को देगा, क्या ठीक वैसा समर्पण प्रेम से भरपूर ज्ञान कोई आधुनिक शिक्षक अपने छात्र को सामन्यतः दे सकते हैं।

आधुनिक युग में copyright या patent करके ज्ञान को संगरक्षित एवं आरक्षित कर लिया जाता है, अंत में royalty के नाम पर बेच कर खूब ज्ञान का व्यापार होता है। किन्तु जाति व्यवस्था में ऐसा नहीं है। जाति व्यवस्था में उपभोग की वस्तु का व्यापार मान्य है किन्तु  ज्ञान का दान किया जाता है व्यापार नहीं। किसी उद्योग की विशेषता उसके पारंपरिक श्रमिक भी होते है। जैसे की जेवर का घेवर प्रसिद्ध मिष्ठान है, मिथिला की मधुबनी प्रसिद्ध कला है आदि। आज के आधुनिक युग में मिष्ठान या मधुबनी कला कहीं भी बनाई जा सकती है किन्तु उसकी उत्पति वाली पारम्परिक स्थान या जाति से प्राप्त उपभोग की वास्तु का मूल्य बढ़ जाता है। क्योंकि वस्तु की विश्वसनीयता बढ़ जाती है। आज भी प्रचलित है व्यापार में की “हम यह कार्य तीन पीढ़ी से, कोई चार पीढ़ी से, कोई सात पीढ़ी से करते आ रहे हैं”। जाति व्यवस्था में भावनाओं एवं समर्पण से ज्ञान का संरक्षण किया जाता है जैसे जाति विशेष में ही वैवाहिक सम्बन्ध जोड़ना, अंतर जातीय विवाह को निषेद्य किया गया है। इससे copyright की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

आज के आधुनिक युग में आप bank के पास जाते है आपने startup के पूंजी निवेश के लिए, कितने उधार NPA बन जाते हैं, अर्थात लोग bank का उधार नहीं चुकाते और देश के banking system को करोड़ों की चपत लगती है। परन्तु जाति व्यवस्था में आप अपने उद्योग के लिए पूंजी अपनी जाति में से ही अर्जित कर सकते है, क्योंकि जाति में सभी लोग व्यक्ति से परिचित होते है तो एक सामाजिक निंदा एवं बहिष्कार का विचार उधार समय पर चुकाने के लिए बाध्य रखता है। अधिकार उपभोग से अधिक कर्तव्य पालन व्यक्ति की प्राथमिकता बनी रहती है। कारगार जाने तो अच्छा ही विकल्प है।

३. सामाजिक सुरक्षा 

मानव एक सामूहिक प्राणी है। जाति व्यवस्था व्यक्ति को जन्म से ही एक नैसर्गिक समूह प्रदान करती है। जिसमे उसके परिवार की ही भांति जीवन यापन एवं परम्पराओं नियमो का पालन करने वाले अन्य परिवारों का विशाल समूह, उसे प्राप्त होता है। इससे उनकी अधिकतर समस्याओं का समाधान प्रकति रूप में उनके अपने समूह में ही मिल जाता है। इसके बाद भी कोई समस्या हो तो वह अपनी जाति के साथ मिलकर उसे दूसरे समुदायों या राजा के सामने रख सकते हैं। जाति व्यवस्था प्राकृतिक संघठन की शक्ति को भरपूर प्रयोग करती है।

आज के आधुनिक संघठन या समूह जैसे की doctor’s association, engineer’s association, IAS association, employee association आदि है। क्यों doctor का बेटा बेटी doctor है, engineer का बेटा बेटी engineer है, IAS का बेटा बेटी IAS है, singer का बेटा बेटी singer है आदि गर्व से बताया जाता है। यदि आप जाति  व्यवस्था को सही नहीं मानते है, तो यह सब कैसे सही हो सकता है, स्वयं विचार करे ।

हिन्दू विरोधी षड़यंत्र के अंर्तगत कुछ प्रचलित झूठे एवं दूषित वैचारिक विष 

१. वर्ण व्यवस्था स्वीकार है किन्तु जाति व्यवस्था अस्वीकार है

हिन्दू विरोधी तत्त्व मात्र हिन्दू समाज को तोड़ना चाहते है ये एक प्रकार का वैचारिक मतभेद बढ़ाने का षड़यंत्र है।

वास्तविकता क्या है, एक उदहारण से समझने का प्रयास करते है। आपने एक प्रसंग अवश्य सुना होगा की, महाभारत में भगवान परशुराम जी को कर्ण का भेद कैसे ज्ञात होता है। कर्ण जब गुरु की निंद्रा भंग न हो इसके लिए वह रक्त चूसने वाले कीड़े की पीड़ा भी सहन कर लेता है। तब भगवान परशुराम जी क्रोध से बोलते हैं “तुम एक ब्राह्मण तो नहीं हो सकते , जो इतनी पीड़ा सहन कर सके ” उन्हें ज्ञात हो गया था कि कर्ण एक क्षत्रिय है। गुरुद्रोह करने के कारणवश ही कर्ण को श्राप मिला।

जाति व्यवस्था के अद्धभुत ज्ञान के कारण ही भगवान परशुराम जी ने कर्ण को पहचाना। यहाँ आप समझ सकते है की क्यों वर्ण व्यवस्था और जाति व्यवस्था भिन्न नहीं है किन्तु एक दूसरे से जुड़ी हुई हैं। रक्त से क्षत्रिय गुण वाले कर्ण ने (छात्र के रूप में) ब्राह्मण एवं (सूतपुत्र के रूप में) शूद्र वर्ण का जीवन यापन किया, किन्तु उसका अनुवांशिक जाति से प्राप्त क्षत्रिय गुण ही उसके जीवन पर प्रभावी रहा।

२. अगड़ा पिछड़ा, सवर्ण दलित का राग 

शब्दों के वास्तविक अर्थ के स्थान पर राजनैतिक या द्वेषभाव से प्रेरित होकर शब्दों का प्रयोग प्रचलित करने का षड़यंत्र चल रहा है। यह एक प्रकार का वैचारिक युद्ध है।

सवर्ण अर्थात जो सामान वर्ण का हो। यहाँ सवर्ण का अर्थ ब्राह्मण जाति या क्षत्रिय जाति कैसे हो जाता है। यह एक प्रकार का संबन्ध प्रदर्शित करने वाला उदबोधन है, जब यह बताना हो की व्यक्ति उसी वर्ण समूह से संबन्ध रखता है। सभी वर्ण के लोग इसे अपना अपना संबन्ध अपने अपने समूह को उदबोधन के लिए कर सकते है। Similar to Like I belong to same class.

अवर्ण अर्थात जिसका कोई वर्ण न हो। यहाँ इसका प्रचलित अर्थ शूद्र कैसे हो सकता है। शूद्र अपने आप में एक वर्ण है। अवर्ण अर्थात जो किसी भी वर्ण में सम्मिलित नहीं है, जैसे कोई विदेशीमूल या वर्णसंकर व्यक्ति।

अगड़ा का अर्थ जो सामने की ओर है, पिछड़ा का अर्थ जो पीछे की ओर है। इसका प्रचलित प्रयोग हिन्दू समाज में भेद उत्पन्न करने के लिए किया जाता है। हमारे समाज में चारों वर्ण एक दूसरे के पूरक है, एक दूसरे से छोटे बड़े नहीं। दलित शब्द हिन्दू जाति परंपरा का ही नहीं है। दलित शब्द दलने से बना है जैसे दाल पीसना। इसे षड़यंत्र के रूप में हिन्दू समाज के एक वर्ग में हिन्दू समाज के प्रति घृणा व्याप्त रखने के लिए प्रचलित किया गया।

३. Caste System

Caste जाति या वर्ण व्यवस्था का सही भाषान्तरण नहीं है, इनके अर्थ वाला समांतर शब्द अंग्रेजी भाषा में है ही नही। caste system का मूल पाश्चात्य संस्कृति की भेद प्रधान दृष्टि है, जो मानव समूह को उच्च, मध्यम, निचले स्तर पर विभाजित करता है। यह सनातन सिद्धांत नहीं है। सनातन दृष्टि जीवो के भिन्न भिन्न समूह को एक दूसरे के पूरक रूप में, एक विशाल किन्तु संयुक्त समूह के रूप में देखती  है। सरल उदाहरण के लिए, हिन्दू समाज साधु संतों को सर्वश्रेष्ठ पूजनीय सम्मानीय स्थान देता है, हिन्दू परंपरा समाज के सर्वाधिक संपन्न व्यवसायी को पूजनीय स्थान नहीं देती।

४.  शूद्र को पैरो में रखना

इस प्रकार का चित्र हिन्दू समाज में हीन भावना बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से प्रसारित किया जाता है। इसमें यही बताया जाता है की पैरों से शूद्र निकले इसीलिए वो हीन है। यह एक सतही एवं खोखली दृष्टि है। वास्तव में ब्रह्मा जी को एक शरीर की भांति दर्शाया गया है, जिसे आप एक यंत्र प्रणाली के रूप में भी समझ सकते है। मस्तिष्क से ब्राह्मण वर्ण दर्शाता है दिशा देने वाला। हाथ से दर्शाता है रक्षक क्षत्रिय। जंघा से दर्शाता है समाज का भार उठाने वाला वैश्य। पैरों से दर्शाता है समाज की नींव शूद्र।आप ही विचार कीजिये, क्या नींव के बिना कोई भवन ठीक सकता है, उत्तर है नहीं। पहियों की आभाव में कोई भी गाड़ी कैसे चलेगी। पैरों के आभाव में शरीर अपनी पूर्ण क्षमता से कार्य नहीं कर सकता। ठीक उसी प्रकार शूद्र के बिना हिन्दू समाज अधूरा है। सभी अंग अति आवश्यक है शरीर रुपी हिन्दू समाज के पूर्ण क्षमता से आगे बढ़ने के लिए। अगर शूद्र होना इतना ही अपमानजनक है तो आज का नगर निगम, कुटीर उद्योग आदि बंद कर देना चाहिए।नगर की सफाई का दायित्व केवल नगर निगम के कर्मी ही क्यों उठाये, ये तो उनके साथ भेदभाव है। स्वयं विचार कीजिये आपको आधुनिक वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था स्वीकार है परन्तु प्राचीन जाति व्यवस्था से परेशानी है क्योकि वह आपकी समझ से परे है।

५. शूद्र होना हीनता है या हिन्दू समाज ने उनका शोषण किया है 

हिन्दू परंपरा के अनुसार शूद्र वर्ण को कुटीर उद्योग एवं सेवा के प्रकल्प पर अधिकार दिया गया है। जैसे लकड़ी, धातु, भवन निर्माण, नगर का रख रखाव, नाई, दाई, कुम्हार आदि। ये सभी प्रकल्प जीविका, धन अर्जन के स्रोत है। आप स्वयं विचार करे, हिन्दू समाज शोषण की मंशा रखता तो धन अर्जन के प्रकल्प शूद्रों के लिए क्यों संगरक्षित करता।

एक उदाहरण है, आपने सत्यवादी राजा हरिशचंद्र जी की जीवन कथा तो सुनी ही होगी उसमे एक प्रसंग आता है जब विपरीत परिस्थिति में एक चांडाल सत्यवादी राजा हरिशचंद्र जी को अपने सहायक के रूप में क्रय करता है। यहाँ एक शूद्र एक क्षत्रिय को क्रय करता है। आप स्वयं विचार कीजिये क्या शोषण करने वाला समाज इतना अधिकार देगा।

एक ब्राह्मण हो या क्षत्रिय हो या वैश्य हो क्या इनके यहाँ के मांगलिक कार्य बिना शूद्र भाइयों के सम्मान पूर्वक सम्मिलित हुए पूरे हो सकते है। उत्तर है नहीं। कोई भी पारम्परिक हिन्दू विवाह नाई के निमंत्रण, कुम्हार के चाक पूजन, के आभाव में पूरा नहीं होता। आप स्वयं विचार कीजिये क्या शोषण करने वाला समाज इतना अधिकार देगा। परंपरागत हिन्दू मत के अनुसार जूते बनाने वाली bata company शूद्र है, सौन्दर्य सेवा देने वाली urban clap company शूद्र है।

६. शूद्रों के साथ छुआछूत किया जाता है

छुआछूत का वैचारिक विष हिन्दू विरोध षडयंत्र के अंतर्गत घोला गया है। छुआछूत हिन्दू परंपरा का भाग नहीं है। हिन्दू परंपरा में निषेद्याज्ञा का सिद्धांत है। वैदिक परंपरा पंच ज्ञानेद्रियों (स्पर्श दृश्य गंध रस ध्वनि)  विज्ञान को सुक्ष्मता से समझता है। पंच ज्ञानेद्रियों का दूरगामी एवं लघु प्रभाव का सामान्य ज्ञान हमारे गुरुकुल परंपरा के समय तक व्यापक था। किसी मनुष्य की ऊर्जा के स्तर को बनाये रखने के लिए प्रथम रक्षात्मक सीमा के रूप में कार्य करने वाली पंच ज्ञानेद्रियों से संबंधित निषेद्याज्ञा का ठीक से पालन अनिवार्य है। संबंधित निषेद्याज्ञा नियम एक प्रकार की अनिवार्य योग्यता है संबंधित कर्मकांड को करने के लिए, जिसमे अधिकृत व्यक्ति को कोई छूट नहीं मिलती। किन्तु छुआछूत व्यक्ति स्वयं की इक्छा से करता है दूसरे व्यक्ति को हीन दिखने के लिए। यही अंतर है। वर्ण जाति व्यवस्था में प्रत्येक मनुष्य के संबंधित मर्यादा नियम है जिनका उल्लंघन संबंधित योग्यता समाप्त कर देता है।

सामान्यतः एक पुरोहित ब्राह्मण को शूद्र से स्पर्श हो जाने पर छुआछूत करते हुए दर्शाया जाता है। यह अत्यंत खोखली और सतही समझ है। इसे समझने के लिए आपको मंदिर एवं पुरोहित को समझना होगा । हमारे मंदिर शक्ति स्थल है कोई बगीचा नहीं जहाँ कोई भी बिना उद्देश्य जा सके। मंदिरों की ऊर्जा को संगरक्षित करने के लिए लिए पुरोहित पुजारी नियुक्त किये जाते है।

इसे आप एक जैविक प्रयोगशाला (जो मानव कल्याण के लिए कार्य करती है) को जीवाणुरहित बनाये रखने जैसा समझ सकते है। अब वहां सिर्फ चुने हुए व्यक्ति ही जा सकते है, क्या इसका अर्थ ये लगाना उचित है की अन्य व्यक्तियों से वह जैविक प्रयोगशाला छुआछूत या भेदभाव करती है। आज के कोरोना आपदा में जब चिकित्सक स्वयं की सुरक्षा दृष्टि से विशेष कपडे या साधन प्रयोग करते है। जैसे दस्ताने (gloves) पहनाना, तो क्या चिकित्सक रोगी से भेदभाव या छुआछूत करता है। क्या चिकित्सक एवं जैविक प्रयोगशाला से मानव समाज का कल्याण नहीं होता है। क्या इनके आभाव में मानव समाज प्रभावी रूप में कार्य कर सकता है, उत्तर है नही।

स्वयं विचार करे

जिस प्रकार आधुनिक जीव विज्ञान में पहचान (identification) एवं वर्गीकरण (classification) किया जाता है, मानव को अनुवांशिक (genetic) एवं भौगोलिक (geographical) ईकाई के आधार पर वर्गीकृत कर अध्ययन किया जाता है, क्या आप उससे भेदभाव कहेंगे। उत्तर है नहीं। हमारा वैदिक विज्ञान आज के आधुनिक विज्ञान से सैकड़ों वर्ष आगे है। वैदिक विज्ञान का स्वाभाविक मूल है, विषय को सूक्ष्म आधार तक बहुआयामी अध्ययन करना, उसका सृष्टि कल्याण में उपयोग करना, आदि।

हाँ, यहाँ एक बात ध्यान में रखनी अति आवश्यक है कि, दीर्धकालीक आक्रांता काल एवं स्वतंत्रता के बाद आधुनिक पाश्चात्य वैचारिक अंधानुकरण से हमारी पुण्य भारत भूमि की स्थापित परम्पराओं, सामाजिक प्रणालिओं पर, भारतीय जनसंख्या के अनुवांशिक गुण सूत्रों में मिलावट से गहरा आघात अवश्य हुआ है। किन्तु स्थिति को अभी भी सम्भाला जा सकता है। विचार हिन्दू समाज को करना है। अपनी पहचान को संगरक्षित करना हर हिन्दू का कर्तव्य है। शुद्र शब्द को अपशब्द बना दिया है हिन्दू विरोधी तत्वों ने। शुद्र भाईयों को उनकी पहचान में आत्मसम्मान पूनः स्थापित करना होगा। हिन्दू समाज एक संयुक्त विशाल परिवार है।

हिन्दुओं से अनुरोध है, अपनी परम्पराओं के प्रति समझ विकसित कीजिये, अध्ययन स्थापित करे, हिन्दू विरोधी षड्यंत्रों का उत्तर देना प्रारम्भ कीजिये।अपनी परम्पराओं का सम्मान कीजिये उनका पालन कीजिये।

Hindustan Times, The Hindu, Indian Express are some of the major players in print media industry. People who are aware of their origins and narrative have no doubt about their agenda. Tracing their origins from the pre independence times, these newspapers were directly or indirectly associated with the Indian National Congress, Communists and other left wingers. A more detailed insight can be found by tracing their reporters through various social media platforms and offline modes. Most of the opinions or editorials in these news laundries are penned down by the similar left ideologists. When others pen down opinions, they often have a disclaimer, “views expressed in this article are personal”.

How, even after so much hatred towards the existing foundation of Hindus and Bharat, these MSM giants still find a popular readership apart from the new venom spreaders, the Wire, Quint, etc. Even after so much bias, how they still hold the flag of “responsible journalism”?

There is no independent organization that can rate the credibility of any print media whether paper or digital. Only, their readership and reach is the scale for that. English newspapers are generally expensive than their Hindi or local language counterpart. These papers are generally read by elites and the students preparing for competitive exams. Newspapers and digital portals in local language are generally preferred for knowing the news important at the district or state level, which often directly affects the interest of common citizens.

English newspapers especially The Hindu has fame for aiding the preparation of UPSC Civil Services and other top government exams. Whether you agree with their agenda or not, it has acquired a cult status of “must for toppers”. Civil services are still one of the most lucrative dream jobs for the majority of Indians coming from middle and lower classes. The special respect for the post of District Collector is well known, also they have fancy powers, these two things in combination make preparation for civil services a must battleground for people in lower strata of society.

The existing fame makes lakhs of aspirants every year to purchase newspapers worth >300 rupees per month in order to achieve their lifelong dream. This lakhs of readership results in a wide reach of these papers and hence getting advertisements worth in crores is an easy task. To slightly tip the scales in their favor, these papers have a dedicated section covering the necessary topics of mains paper in a disguise. Since topics for Civil Services syllabus in these newspapers are not direct, and they are mostly the only source for aspirants to connect to the outside world, they usually fall for their hidden anti-Hindu and anti-India agenda.

Even a nationalist youth, who starts preparing for government exams reads these newspapers, and often his ideology is shaped by these vicious propagandists. The only way nationalist newspapers and news portals can take down their propaganda is they start a UPSC corner. The UPSC corner must include various topics from history, geography, economy, politics, international relations, environment, etc. To make their articles “intellectual” sounding, it is a must to not directly arrive at the topic and use a thesaurus in every 2nd sentence.

The only way to have an impact on people across the whole country and even abroad is to have a wide viewership. It is the only way to higher revenues and the status of “credible” journalism. And in the current scenario, the presence of UPSC material is a must.

Lesson from Mahabharat: Maharaja Shalya, traitors & freedom at the time of War

Since, the skirmishes at various points on the India-China border, with eventual martyrdom of Indian soldiers, we have seen a sudden spike in questioning the central leadership and Indian Army. One of the most liberal and intellectual reason cited by the most journalists, opposition and woke citizens are, it’s our nationalism and job to ask questions, we are not here to believe in some side, rather we are here to believe in facts.” Often these kinds of ill-intended but well-equipped, and cleverly put work can misguide the nationalists and the innocent unaware citizens. Let’s revisit our past, where one of the similar incidents happened, which in due course lead to the well-known result.

Maharaj Shalya was the maternal uncle of Pandavs, he was the ruler of Madra kingdom and brother of Madri, the second wife of Hastinapur’s King Pandu. He was tricked by Duryodhan to fight alongside him in the Battle of Kurushetra.

He was deeply anguished by this, but in compliance with his Kshatriya dharma, he fought alongside Duryodhan. In popular tales, it is believed that at the time of seeking blessings before the war, Yudhishtir asked Shalya to demoralize Karna when he faces Arjun in the final war.

When Karna was made The Senapati (General) of Duryodhan’s army, he wanted a great charioteer who could match Shri Krishna in terms of wit and skills, here Maharaj Shalya was the obvious choice. When Duryodhan asked Shalya to do the same, he initially refused. But after long deliberation, he agreed on the condition that he would have the “Right to speak his mind” (the modern Freedom of Expression). When Karna was in the final war with Arjun, on one side Shri Krishna was motivating Arjun while Maharaj Shalya was immersed in questioning the credibility of Karna.

He threw various tantrums, from questioning Karna’s Shastra (weaponry) and Shaastra (knowledge) to exaggerating Arjun’s capabilities. Being distracted by his own charioteer and doubting his own capabilities was one of the major reasons that Karna lost. Not to forget being Senapati and the King of Anga, he could’ve brought a replacement chariot instead of himself pulling out the stuck wheel from the mud. Moreover, Shalya chose to exercise his “power of liberty” and didn’t help Karna in pulling out the stuck wheel.

Traitors often disguise under the “freedom of expression”, “right to question”, “democracy”, “principles of journalism” and the similar-sounding words. It is better to not fall in their propaganda and curb their rights at the time of war.

Opportunity to replace China

COVID-19 has brought a unique opportunity for India. The China’s weakened position in global scenario is actually a “blessing in disguise” for India. Chinese regime’s attitude to become global power by denting the social and economic fabric of majority countries even though they are gaining enormous business from these nations.

India is a big internal market with cheap quality labour, Government’s growth oriented policies to attract global companies such as reduction in corporate tax, land availability, lessened bureaucratic interference, development of logistic support such as modern ports and increased connectivity through world class highways are worthy of appreciation.

Indian government has already initiated various actions to attract investment from USA based companies, many European and Asian companies, those companies which are discovering alternative to China.

 At the same time, PM Narendra Modi has initiated a movement “Aatmanirbhar Bharat” (Self-reliant India) by saying “Vocal for Local”. India’s imports from China comprise smartphones, electrical appliances, power plant inputs, fertilisers, auto components, finished steel products, capital goods like power plants, telecom equipment, metro rail coaches, iron and steel products, pharmaceutical ingredients, chemicals and plastics and engineering goods, among other things, according to the Ministry of Commerce.

Can India match the manufacturing capabilities in terms of innovation, technology, quality and cost at par with Taiwan, South Korea and China? We need to look into it.

Indian government and business enterprises need to focus on “Incremental Innovation”, we need to appreciate the consumer’s psychology, they constantly expect product or service with variation in aesthetics, features, design in a short duration of time. We import a larger part of furniture, Kitchen ware, Electrical appliances from China, Why? Incremental innovation approach which our business enterprises lacks. One More overlooked field is software, the majority of the Indians are utilizing apps for entertainment, knowledge, News and views, studies, Government work, jobs and business purpose, unfortunately we are dependent mainly on foreign apps largely Chinese. Our software professionals and IT industry need to put additional efforts to develop local apps to create more local jobs, enhancing security and halting our hard-earned money go away to enemy nation. We have a huge talent pool and companies in this field, still this area is overlooked?

Though the government is proactive and taking lot of initiatives to promote indigenous products and services and attracting foreign companies, More efforts are needed to gain the confidence of stakeholders such as…

  • strengthening state power utilities.
  • connectivity by roads, rail, air and water.
  •  Tax lessening majors, simplifying company/business formation restricting enemy nations.
  • lower interest rates and technology driven banking system to eliminate interference by any authority.
  • simplifying labour laws in every state.
  •  barring mental harassment through bureaucracy and political leaders.
  •  promote innovation through colleges/universities and business enterprise.
  •  strict action for corrupt officers and politicians.
  •  Smooth Arbitration method and laws related to companies/business enterprise.

This is the golden opportunity offered to us and if we ignore, we are automatically denying our capability to make us super power to work for the betterment of every individual on the planet earth and environment, our culture doesn’t allow us to take control of the other nations sovereignty and harm their interest what China is doing today.

PM Modi’s visit to Ladakh, opposition opposes this too!

3rd July 2020, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi visited Nimoo, which is approximately 250 KMS from the LAC (Line of Actual Control). The Prime Minister’s main Agenda for the Ladakh visit was to boost the Morale of our forces and to send a clear message to Beijing that, the Expansion Era is over.

Opposition of India after 2014. After BJP got the Mandate in 2014, the opposition got many names, viz. Saboot Gang (Proof Gang), Lobby Gang, etc. These gangs had established themselves before 2014, when Late Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee had got a 5 year mandate in 1999. There are many instances, it starts from 1999 Nuclear Tests and Ongoing with Prime Minister Modi’s Ladakh visit. Let’s look into a few of the instances:

  • Referring to a Lok Sabha Address given by Late PM Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, he said, “I (here ‘I’ referrs to late PM Vajpayee)am surprised, that there were discussions on the Nuclear tests, they also asked in front of the country, what was the threat, I too was present in the house in 1974, when under the leadership of Smt. Indira Gandhi, there were Nuclear Tests Observed. Though we were in the Opposition, we welcomed the move, because that was for the Security of the Country. What was the threat then? Should we wait for the threat to come, to get prepared? Being prepared is nothing wrong.”
  • On the 28th of September 2016, India announced that it conducted Surgical Strikes inside Pakistan Occupied Kashmir, which inflicted ‘Significant Casualties’. This was retaliation, for the URI Terror Attack. After the government announced the Strikes, The Country was so proud of the Heroes at the border. This led to the Establishment of ‘The Saboot Gang’. The UPA asked, “What Proof, that there Were Surgical Strikes Conducted?” When asked about this to the Prime Minister Modi, he said,”They are the Opposition, their work is to ask questions, not proofs.”
  • On 26th February 2019, The IAF (Indian Air Force) retaliated for the PULWAMA ATTACK, by dropping bombs on the Balakot area of POK. This happened in the early mornings of 26th February 2019. The Congress Leader SAM PITRODA asks the Government that,”Did we really attack?” Sam Pitroda is a close aid of Rahul Gandhi and the Chairman of the Overseas Indian National Congress. He also asked regarding the death toll.
  • In early 2020, The Armed Forces were successful in averting a big IED Blast in PULWAMA itself. When the whole country was congratulating and praising our Armed Forces, The Lobby asks,”How did the car reach the spot?” and “How did they transport IED?”
  • PM Modi visits Ladakh, to understand the situation at the LAC with China, The Lobby turned themselves there too!. They speculated fake news by saying,”The Prime Minister had gone to Ladakh just for clicking Pictures.

The above events are just a few.

This is the time for change, requesting all the opposition to adopt a new era of retaliation towards terrorism, infiltration, and expansions and not to politicize these issues of national security and interests.

Is BJP anti-LGBTQ and anti-women?

The left liberal Media tries its best to create a narrative that the Narendra Modi led BJP government is anti-LGBTQ and anti-Women. But, the reference by our PM Modi ji lauding the women soldiers at Nimu saying “I am looking at women soldiers in front of me. On the battlefield at the border, this view is inspiring….Today I speak of your glory and commend you,” might have given sleepless nights to the left liberal gang.

Here are some facts that strongly counter the left liberal’s propaganda:

BJP and Homosexuality

They say BJP and RSS are regressive cult, they are homophobic. This is completely untrue. In it’s landmark decision on 6th September 2018, the Supreme Court abrogated the section 377, decriminalising consensual sexual conduct between adults of the same sex.

BJP welcomed the judgement. Unlike the UPA government which in 2009, argued that the abrogation of section 377 is counter-productive to the efforts of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment.

BJP had a strong stand.

In 2014, BJP ‘s Mumbai chief Ashish Shelar, said, “Criminalising the gay community by misusing Sec 377 of the IPC is not acceptable to the BJP”. 

In 2015, the BJP spokesperson, talking to Nidhi Razdan, in talk show on NDTV said, “We are for decriminalizing homosexuality. That is the progressive way forward.”

In 2016, RSS joint secretary in an India Today Conclave said “I don’t think homosexuality should be considered a criminal offence as long as it doesn’t affect the lives of others in society.”

He, further added, “Sexual preferences are private and personal. Why should RSS express its views on a public forum? RSS has no view on that. It is for people to have their way. Personal preference of sex is not discussed in RSS and we don’t even want to discuss that.”

BJP and Empowerment of Transgender Community

In 2015, Narendra Modi addressing NALSA on Legal Services day said, “the government needs to “change its outlook” towards them(transgenders) so they are not treated “unjustly”.

He further added, ” Can you imagine how much apathy they (transgenders) face? The almighty has given them what he had to give but who are we to treat them unjustly? We will have to develop the system… We will have to bring changes to the legal system, amend the rules. The government will have to change its outlook.

On 2nd August 2016, a bill was introduced in Lok Sabha, seeking to define a transgender and prohibit discrimination against them in education, employment and healthcare. Modiji on this day asked parliamentarians to hold rallies and meeting with the socially marginalised section, which is “looked down upon”.

He further said to the parliamentarians “Humanity is not confined to male or female. We are giving a social status to them. Go and meet them. Have meetings and rallies of such people”.

After many ups and downs , the Protection of Rights bill was finally passed on July19, 2019. The 2019 bill was a newer version of what was introduced in 2016, keeping in mind the likes and dislikes of the Transgender community.

This year, the home ministry is set to allow transgenders as ‘third gender’ into the central armed police forces. The ministry is in consultation with central paramilitary forces on including transgenders, in the recruitment examination for assistant commandants in central forces.

BJP and Women Empowerment

On 24th April, 2019, The wire in its article said ” The sanghi’s vision for Indian women is a choiceless,voiceless horde of mothers and sisters in service of a Patriachal Nation”.

Let me give them a reality check by educating about some of the most remarkable policies of NDA government, for “mothers and sisters”.

• Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana
Rural women in India relied on biomass fuel for cooking which exposed them to various health risks.
PM Narendra Modi launched PMUY on 1st May 2016 with a target to provide free LPG cylinders in 5 crore households of India, with a financial assistance of Rs.1600 per LPG connection.

In Feb, 2018, the target of the scheme was revised to 8 crore LPG connections and was meant to be achieved by 2020. Interestingly, the target was achieved 7 months ahead of its schedule.

• Swachh Bharat Abhiyan
300 million girls and women across India defecated in open, prone to health risks and sexual assault. On 2nd October, 2014, the PM of India introduced the most remarkable sanitation drive “the swachh Bharat Abhiyan” which has impacted our rural women in a very positive way.

36 States and UTs, 706 districts and 603,175 villages have been declared open defecation free as on January 2020

• Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Programme
Introduced in October 2014, this programme covers three main areas
1. Reducing Sex ratios
2. Bringing girl child rights to focus
3. Achieving girl child right to education

Under this scheme, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana (SSY),a small deposit scheme for the girl child was also launched on January 22, 2015 ,encouraging financial independence of women.

The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Bill, 2019 
India’s Muslim women’s right organizations unanimously welcomed this bill. Dr. Noorjehan Safia Niaz, one of the founders of BMMA (Bhartiya Muslim Mahila Andolan) said, “No man will now dare to give divorce without following the due process of arbitration. It’s a relief also to many Muslim brothers and fathers who have stood by the women who faced this horrendous practice”.

When we see the facts, we realise that the BJP is not a regressive political party as it has been portrayed. It took several initiatives benefiting wider section of society including trans, gays and women in a short span of time, like never seen before.

पितृसत्तात्मक समाज से वामपंथी नारीवादियों का महायुद्ध

कल एक वामपंथी नारीवादी मित्र ने एक कविता साझा की। पितृसत्तात्मक समाज और परम्पराओं से विद्रोह का बिगुल बजाती कविता को प्रशंसा के सभी इमोजी प्राप्त होने के साथ साथ, पितृसत्तात्मक समाज की पीड़ित स्त्रियों का पर्याप्त समर्थन मिल रहा था।

कविता लम्बी और बोझिल थी। यहाँ दोहराना संभव नहीं है किन्तु कविता का मूल भाव था, “मैं बहुत कर चुकी तुम्हारे घर का काम, आज से मैं इंकार करती हूँ ये चाय नाश्ता खाना बनाने से, ये घर देखने से, मुझे लिखनी है कविता, बनानी है पेंटिंग, पढ़नी है किताब, करना है नृत्य इत्यादि इत्यादि और अंत में– घृणा पितृ सत्तात्मक (हिन्दू) समाज से और उसे नष्ट कर देने का प्रण।

कविता में कोई नयी बात नहीं थी। ये वामपंथी नारीवादियों के, एक सामान्य गृहणी और पितृ सत्तात्मक (हिन्दू) समाज के विषय में सामान्य विचार हैं।

एक तो गृहणी और गृहसेविका में अंतर कर पाना वामपंथियों के लिए संभव नहीं है और दूसरे अपनी समझ का ये दोष, स्त्रियों की दुर्दशा पर भावुक कविताओं के साथ, पितृसत्तात्मक (हिन्दू) समाज और परम्पराओं पर डालकर हिन्दू समाज की नयी पीढ़ी के मन में उनकी अपनी ही सामाजिक संरचना के प्रति ग्लानि जगाना सरल है।

ये सत्य है कि पराधीनता के लम्बे कालखंड में मूल भारतीय जीवन पद्धतियों, परम्पराओं और सामाजिक मानदंडों जिनमें स्त्री- पुरुष के व्यक्तिगत अधिकार और पारस्परिक सम्बन्ध भी निहित थे में व्यापक नकारात्मक परिवर्तन आए किन्तु आज उन्हें तेजी से बदला जा रहा है।

आज के समाज के पास दो विकल्प हैं पहला, पराधीनता की परिस्थिति में स्त्रियों के प्रति जन्मे नकारात्मक सामाजिक व्यवहार को बदल कर, स्त्री और पुरुष दोनों के लिए ऐसे समाज का निर्माण करे जिसमें दोनों ही अपनी सर्वोच्च क्षमताओं का प्रदर्शन कर स्वाभिमान और परस्पर आदर के साथ रहें।

दूसरा, इन परिस्थितियों का सम्पूर्ण दोष, अपने समाज की व्यवस्था पर डालकर उसे  “पितृ सत्तात्मक, पिछड़ा, रूढ़िवादी” कहकर स्वयं को अनावश्यक ग्लानि के भार से दबा ले और इससे मुक्ति के नाम पर, सामान्य जीवन के कर्तव्यों से मुख मोड़ने की पक्षधारिता करे।

वामपंथी नारीवादी दूसरा विकल्प अपनाते हैं। इसमें कुछ करना नहीं है। स्त्रियों के मन में उनके प्रति ही घृणा भर दो। जो कुछ वे करती हैं वह सब व्यर्थ है, क्योंकि जो कुछ वे करती हैं वो सब पितृ सत्तात्मक समाज के कारण करती हैं।

कुछ सरल प्रश्न हैं जिनका उत्तर वामपंथी नारीवादी कभी नहीं देते। सीता की अग्नि परीक्षा हुयी, ये तो जोर जोर से कहेंगे किन्तु कोई प्रश्न कर दे कि सीताराम या सियाराम में सिया पहले क्यों तो बगलें झाँकने लगेंगे।

यदि समाज इतना ही पितृ सत्तात्मक था तो ब्रह्म वादिनी स्त्रियाँ कहाँ से आयीं? यदि समाज इतना ही पितृ सत्तात्मक था तो शंकराचार्य और मंडन मिश्र के शास्त्रार्थ का निर्णायक भारती को क्यों बनाया गया?

वर्तमान परिस्थिति को देखें, तो सम्पूर्ण पितृसत्ता से घृणा करने वाली इन आधुनिक वामपंथी नारीवादियों को पति की पैतृक संपत्ति पर पूरा अधिकार चाहिए तब ध्यान नहीं आता ये उसकी पितृ संपत्ति है।

आज के समय में अधिकांश युवा मानसिक रूप से परिपक्व होने के बाद ही विवाह करते हैं और अन्यान्य कारणों से परिवार भी एकल ही रहते है तो यदि उसमें भी पति-पत्नी एक दूसरे से, तुम्हारा घर, मेरा काम, तुम्हारी चाय, मेरा नाश्ता करते रहेंगे तो पितृ सत्तात्मक सत्ता को चुनौती कौन देगा?

पितृसत्तात्मक समाज के स्थान पर स्त्री पुरुष दोनों के लिए समान अवसरों और पारस्परिक आदरयुक्त  समाज बनाना, समाज के प्रत्येक स्त्री और पुरुष का साझा उत्तरदायित्व है। सच तो यह है कि वामपंथ के इस शोर से परे, भारत का उन्नत समाज पूरी दृढ़ता से ऐसे नए अध्याय लिख रहा है जिनकी कुछ समय पहले तक कल्पना भी नहीं की जाती थी।

कल ही एक बलिदानी पिता की सत्रह –अट्ठारह वर्ष की बेटी ने अपने पिता की अर्थी को कन्धा ही नहीं दिया, मुखाग्नि भी दी। ये समाज में बड़े बदलाव का संकेत है। जिस दिन के लिए बेटे की कामना सर्वाधिक थी उस दिन का दायित्व बेटी ने सहजता से उठा लिया। बिना किसी शोर के।

मूल रूप से हम एक कर्तव्य आधारित समाज रहे हैं और जहाँ सत्ता का व्यापक अर्थ दायित्व और उसके समर्पित निर्वाह से था। पितृसत्तात्मक या मातृसत्तात्मक जैसे शब्द वस्तुतः हमें परिभाषित करने में सक्षम ही नहीं हैं।

कोई भी उच्च मानव मूल्यों वाला परिपक्व और आदर्श समाज न तो पितृसत्तात्मक हो सकता है न ही मातृसत्तात्मक।

वो एक ऐसा समाज होगा जहाँ स्त्री- पुरुष के भेद के बिना दोनों को शिक्षा, ज्ञान- विज्ञान, अर्थ और धर्म में अपना सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदर्शन करने का समान अवसर और अधिकार प्राप्त होगा।

जहाँ दोनों को उनके वैशिष्ट्य के लिए आदर प्राप्त होगा।

उस समाज के निर्माण के लिए स्त्री-पुरुष को एक दूसरे के साथ काम करना होगा, एक दूसरे के विरोध में नहीं।
