Hindus self-indulgence or other radicalism, What hurts Hindus more?

0

Today Hindus are fighting for their existence in a country where they are in majority.

Sorry to say but the reality is Hindus have become the most selfish religion on the earth nowadays, the religion which is always known for humanity and charity now losing their originality. Why it is so easy to divide Hindus? Let’s try to find out this answer- most pro-Hindus researchers focus on only 4-5 To areas, like caste, 370 Kashmir, Ayodhya, and all that. They spend their whole lot of energy to defend that the caste atrocities which we are observing today are not what originally caste stand for and what the benefit of removal of 370 and all that, but they never realize the fact that what caste system originally was is nothing to do with today reality and we have to accept the reality and try to solve the problems. The whole ecosystem of leftists or dividing India forces rootwork on somehow related to caste, they are surviving in society today, its only reason is caste difference which we have never accepted and they never want it to be removed. It’s high time to speak the truth and accept the reality and as soon as possible to remove this practice from society completely.

If you ask any Hindus about their identity; the most expected answer is we all know. the main problem is our youth don’t even know who they are, who their ancestors were, what their history is. Then how could you expect them to fight for their culture and existence? They will never become a warrior to a cultural war if they don’t know and not proud of the culture they belong to. Every individual in other religion particularly in Islam have a clear mindset to what they have to do, what they have to achieve at the end of the day, but this is something you will not find in any Hindus. That’s why everyone is contributing to their religion flourishing in some way because they know what their ultimate aim is. Hindus are aimless and they have no idea of what their future is going to be in a cultural sense. They learn nothing from history, forget history, they are not even in the position to learn from present scenario.

“Hinduism will never end” is that something hurting more than anything. Anyone can clearly learn from the history that Hinduism already lost its half before partition and lost 30% after partition. In 5 states Hindus are on the edge of extinction. If Hindus do not awake now, it will be very much possible to lose the rest. When Hindus were slaughtered in Kashmir, Hindus did not raise their voice. Forget outrage, Hindus have become so selfish that if you kill their neighbor they will thank god to have saved them. They don’t want to accept the fact that today they kill them tomorrow will be your turn. What is happening today in Kerala and West Bengal is not different from Kashmir but we are not even in position to talk about it, because we are safe somehow.

When we fight an ideological war with leftist; sadly we are nowhere close to their ecosystem.

Simply we do not invest in human resources properly, not teaching our child our culture properly, not expanding our research areas, and not making them to be proud of their culture. It is high time for Hindus researcher to expand their research and accept those facts which are real and make every Hindu individual a warrior of the culture war, otherwise, tomorrow will be your turn; just remember.

How smartly an age old party is being finished for ever by its new found friendly enemies

0

The anarchy and utter disorder is the outcome when the govt is in the hands of people whose pasts are tainted as goons but due to virtue of their new masters, has come into power just to carry the show for their masters pup-petting them behind the curtains. And the best part is the puppets think they are the puppeteers and start giving statements which tarnish them only and the real puppeteer are having the last smile. If you look from the beginning since the Palghar incident the police and state machinery is used as a tool to accomplish tainted goals. So much so the puppeteers are accomplishing their goals without any hassle though being noticed. But they have nothing to loose because the govt is in the name of novices whose political carrier will be finished for ever.

In this way the puppeteer is achieving two goals

—one finishing an old age political enemy without even fighting it but by holding their hand which is not in support but to taint the counterpart with all the wrong doings now being carried out in the state. Has the puppeteer being the govt head such mayhem would not have been allowed—–secondly winning the odd minority vote bank silently through PalGarh like incidents displaying how safe the minorities are even if they do the heinous of crimes.

Just for a second, think how can be a person, who has been smart enough for so many years to so called vanish the drug mafia in the state, be so naive to file an an FIR on the basis of a document which doesn’t have the accused name in it. It can only be happen if he is in hand with gloves with puppeteer that do what ever it takes to tarnish the image of Shiv Sena. Do what falsehood can be done in the name of law to show that their is utter anarchy as if his retirement benefits are already settled in advance even if he gets suspended which he sure will be sooner or later due to court verdicts or political pressures.

The state machinery is used to bully any one who raises his voice putting behind every book of law in the garbage. Never has been any state Govt so naive to do such acts which make them politically answerable. But here in Maharashtra we have it all because just for the lust of highest chair, the puppets has forgotten that they have put on stake the very basis on which they were entitled to gain the chair. The chair was out of reach and in process to grab it they have left the very safeguard that was keeping them in the race of chair, to grab that chair and forgot nothing will be their to hold them when they fall back. The puppeteer came into picture and extended his hand to the puppet and pull him on the chair and went behind the curtains. The sinister design started rolling, because now puppeteer can do what he wants without coming into picture and puppet becoming the face has to loose everything.

One by one the puppeteer pulled his agents out of coffin to create mayhem in the state because he has nothing to fear. There is a puppet who will take the fall.

FCRA ACT 2020: A new chapter in Indian Security

0

The passing of Foreign Contribution Regulation (Amendment) act, 2020 in both houses of parliament added a new pillar in Indian security. The recent amendment reflects government’s vision and determination to tighten the existing loopholes in security related laws.

Need of this bill:

In 21st century not all wars are fought on battlefield with soldiers and heavy machinery. Proxy war and propaganda war has emerged as the new method in warfare. The three elements in this type of warfare are – sleeper cells, Media and militant groups. And all these needs money to work and by strict vigilance, government can control the enemy’s propaganda warfare.

Functions of sleeper cell are performed by some NGOs and they carry out their work in forms of strikes, Bandhs, crowd management etc. Some of them are also accused of carrying out conversion activities in tribal areas.

The involvement of PFI, a radical Islamist organization in Delhi riots and Hathras Gang rape case in inciting violence affirms the above allegation. Prohibiting political parties from receiving foreign funds can prevent Indian political parties being used as a pawn in hands of enemy’s hand.

Role of Media is enormous and cannot be overlooked, it helps people to make informed decisions and create opinions on different issues. Any biased or skewed information can manipulate the masses and have adverse effect on law and public order, as was seen during anti-CAA protest. Recent report of a news channel claiming the vandalizing of Tanishq store ends up being false. Media often leaves out untouched by legal action on the ground of freedom of press. This bill by prohibiting editor or publisher of a newspaper from receiving money can stop this menace by a large extent.

Jammu and Kashmir, North eastern India and naxalites belt is infested by militant groups who receives large sum of money from foreign sources. They are responsible of killing many security personnel as well as stop the engine of development of large part of India.

A single account that too on a single bank (SBI), with mandatory Aadhar registration can stop the circulation of black money and its use on illegitimate consumptions.

The bill may seem unreasonable and anti-liberal on first instance, but this bill is the need of hour considering the long struggle of Indian armed forces with naxalites and other militant groups and the frequent outbreaks of communal riots which are draining away India’s already limited resources.

It is government paramount duty to create an atmosphere where along with economic development an individual can rise to his full potential in every aspect, and this is possible only when there is peace and robust law and order system.

If “With power comes responsibility”, then its converse is also true. Better control on funds is necessary especially in this dynamic era with new challenges and hostile neighbors.

As citizen of this country we expect government to maintain peace and order which is possible only when government has enough legislative powers to do the so.

The death of an innocent girl

0

I opened twitter today and I was welcomed by this video of a boy named Tauseef shooting and murdering a girl named Nikita Tomar point blank because she wasn’t agreeing to do what he wanted her to do – to elope with her and convert her to his religion.

Worse is that he tried to kidnap her few months before but that failed and she filed a harassment case against him. In such cases as far as I know Police and families don’t want to ruin a student’s life so they often reach to a compromise. It happened in this case as well.

The families have issued a statement proving that the boy wanted to convert the girl to his own religion and hence making it clear that the case was of Love jihad. A lot of left wingers are trying to divert the case to male patriarchy when it is not.

But why?

Why do they always want to defend the religion which has time and again proved intolerant towards anyone who doesn’t adhere to their ideology? A recent happening of Islamic beheading done in France was also diverted as a case of terrorism. Why is the left trying to ignore the data and stats to prove otherwise?

Ignoring the causes behind a problem does nothing but escalates the problem. How difficult is that to understand? Recently I also read Terrorist Country Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan citing the attitude of entire world towards Islam similar to Nazi’s propaganda.

It is highly foolish to compare the Islamist extremists with Jews. First, Jews didn’t go around killing people. And second, the situation is completely different here. In Germany it was one man’s eccentricity that led to such mass murders but here the entire world is now standing up for the atrocities of Islamic terror.

I agree that we should not blame the entire Islamic population for such terror acts. But what amuses me most is that the Islamists instead of condemning the act, don’t utter a word against the atrocities but instead start defending them. When an extremist or a criminal is targeted they invariably make it about entire Islamic religion. It is actually the other way round. More than the people blame Islamist hard cores, they defend them ore than it is required. They like to play victim all the time while committing crimes all over the globe.

Isn’t it common sense to see that whichever country is invaded by Muslims, as been headed for more violence? When have we heard such instances of killings such as we have seen in France before? France was always the safest country in the world. People flock there for vacations to escape the negativity of the world. It was beautiful, safe, rich and rarely would you hear any instances of terror beheadings or killings there. Now it has become a common occurrence.

What is more alarming is the fact that these killings are not done by terrorist groups but individuals who live in society among us.

Tauseef was also one of us. I wonder people around Tauseef would have anticipated such an act from him. He must have been seen as a rash, hot headed guy but who could predict point blank murder like this. However, it cannot be denied that if you are bringing a loaded gun to kidnap a girl, surely your intentions are that you are going to use it at some point if need arises.

In the video surfaced on twitter, you can clearly see that he was trying to force her inside his car to kidnap her. She tried to escape, but he shot her dead. Surprisingly, he was not surprised by his own act and was prepared for it.

Who would do such cold-blooded murder?

I believe that this kind of cold-blooded murder can only be done by someone who either knows that he can escape from its consequences or someone who has seen someone in his family doing the same and getting out of it unpunished with clean hands.

It is astonishing how much kids learn from their surroundings while growing up. For getting motivated to do such an act, he must have been filled with thoughts that whatever he was doing was right and for greater good and if someone doesn’t agree with him, then it is alright to snatch the privilege of their lives from them.

Whatever has happened has happened and this is not an isolated incidence. Such cases of love jihad and violence has been witnessed before.

But what will happen eventually is even scarier.

Tauseef will be in jail for some time, he might be convicted and when he will come out, he will be even more dangerous to our society. He might get spared of being jailed if he gets a good lawyer who can prove that it was not a pre-meditated murder and the youth has his entire life in front of him so he needs to be given another chance to mend his ways.

He is not going to get capital punishment for sure, which would have been a better option to make a point out of this entire ordeal. This case like other cases will die a slow death in media as well as in courts and people will forget it after a while like they forget everything.

But every crime that goes unpunished opens a car of worms for other crimes to be committed soon. If there is no fear of law and consequences, more such instances will occur and no one will be able to stop them.

For a moment keeping the ideology of Muslims and Hindus aside, if we see this crime from a pure criminal point of view, even then it deserves the maximum allowable punishment from our respected court. No one has the right to take someone else’s life for such petite reasons.

A proper reason or a reasonable motif can be a justified for a crime but if we allow such gross disregard for other person’s life for such petite reason, then rest assured that more such instances will take place in future. As they say, “A stich in time saves nine.”, so I believe that a proper stitch is in order right now. If we don’t wake up now, there will come a time when waking up won’t make any difference in our society and such rare instances will become common occurrences and I am afraid that we are reaching there.

Theatres & theatrics of India-China war

0

In the ongoing standoff between India and China, several rounds of talks under various mechanisms have failed to reach consensus. Talking till the end and in the after-life seems to be the only agreement between the two on a lighter note. From India’s perspective, either China does not wish to reach consensus because it has a particular event like the US election results and the subsequent consequences in mind or this is a signal of a long-term trend in the relations from now on. However, allowing the standoff to project that Diplomacy is a failed tool is dangerous for both the countries. Sudden crisis events are always in dire need of quick, in-time diplomacy. Maybe the ‘dire need point’ is not yet reached and will require some more blood to spill on both the sides. As time goes diplomacy is slowly ceding space to military interactions, hot and cold. The so-called wolf-warrior diplomacy initiated by China in no time ended up being considered as ‘worthless to do any diplomacy with Beijing’ as trust is not the word the World would like to attach with China. It has reduced itself to a country that cannot be trusted even for back channel or track two diplomacy.

Silence, surprise and deception are known Chinese tools. However, one could easily predict till now the pattern of salami slicing attempt in the north every time a Chinese leader met an Indian counterpart. But this time there are several other additions. Following are some of the new tools at work.

Mocking enemy’s capability and threatening in media –

Chinese media which is an organ of information warfare of the Chinese communist party has come a full circle. The narrative which changed to calling out hyper-nationalist Indian behavior after Galwan is again back to ‘democracy is ineffective and also a failure militarily’ noises. The irony is that they still haven’t produced the total number of Chinese casualties of the Galwan fight. Editorials like the ones in Global times are high on drama and very low on content.

Engaging multiple Fronts –

China has adopted a strange stance of engaging multiple fronts at LAC with India, Hongkong, Taiwan, South china sea and with Japan. This clearly does not look like a war-serious action. It keeps all the enemies constantly guessing and face heavy costs of constant military alertness. Changing deployment strengths at several friction points randomly, confuses all the countries as to which one will be picked.

Draining down Diplomatic strengths –

Delhi’s global clout is unquestionable in terms of diplomatic might. Stretching talks for months together is draining down Delhi’s diplomatic status. While Chinese foreign ministry is hardly taken as a trustworthy institution as Beijing is known to dishonor international agreements on a regular basis. As Diplomacy cedes ground, military naturally gains importance. India showed that it can trigger military actions too by taking over tactical heights at the end of the month of August.

It is important to note that multiple level of talks under different mechanisms is only going on with India. By the sheer length of the time spent in talks under various mechanisms, it is clear that the Chinese are learning about Indian reactions, diplomatic as well as in military terms. After Doklam, the current standoff could be an attempt by Beijing to confirm if this is how India will always react at the borders. With this delay in solving the crisis, Chinese are trying to convey to India that talks with them will always be very difficult. So, do not initiate any crisis and give in to their actions. Otherwise, you will get into an endless loop of talks; your future plans, exercises and budget everything gets disrupted. The message is for the Indian forces to avoid initiating any big military action against China.

Theatres of War –

My understanding is that both India and China will implicitly agree to take their fights for the time being inside Nepal, Bhutan, Myanmar and Pakistan instead of warring with each other. Myanmar is almost certain to jointly act with Indian forces against China propped Arakan army and other allied groups. Both the nations are matured and economy-serious enough to not take war inside each other’s territories. However, in case of limited war or short-term conflict between India and China in the Himalayan region, no force of the World can beat the Indian army. In case of a medium term – multiple theatres conflict, India and China both would land at a stalemate. And in case of a full scale – long term – all theatres war scenario, both Delhi and Beijing get wiped out from the map of the World. The People’s liberation army is although showing a non-serious behavior since the beginning from pitching-in tents at the standoff points, warning in Hindi and playing loud Punjabi songs. It has no record of attacking a fully prepared army. Both the nations are losing the military capability perception in the World and appearing amateur diplomatically.

For now, facing the Himalayan winters looks very probable for both the armies. This could open another window of opportunity for the Indian forces to occupy more areas. It is clear that the Chinese would take talks seriously only if they themselves ask for talks. Talks should always be initiated as step two with rogue actors after landing a big mark of action on their face. The simple lesson here for India is to promptly act at the very beginning of such attempts on the age-old principle that “if someone is showing you war preparations, you give them war on the spot, then and there”. There is no need for a strong country to shy away from the consequences. It’s always better to prepone your learnings and hand over the other side their fair share of learning too.

Pandora’s box of Indian curry – Thy name is Indian politics

A DISCLAIMER: This is just an attempt to throw up unconnected, disjointed, incoherent, unrelated incidents and anecdotes and any attempt to connect the dots would be at the risk of the beholder.

It was 2014, when Modi Government 1.0 had come with massive mandate for the first time ever in over thirty years, on the main plank of tackling corruption which was perceived to have reached Himalayan proportions during UPA II. The crowning jewels of UPA era scams were said to be 2G, Coalgate, Commonwealth Scam, Agustawestland Helicopters, etc.  The list never contained anything called Chidambara Rahasya (as veteran journalist J. Gopikrishnan puts it) initially, though it did hit a home run with a bang, surprising everyone after 2014.

But, kindly consider the following timelines.

2G Scam – happened in 2008, with Letter of Allotments being issued in Jan 2008, flouting the First Come First Serve basis norms, leading to cancellation of 122 Spectrum Licences by Supreme Court.  The Criminality and Corruption angle are still under judicial process.

Coalgate – As per CAG Report of 2012, allotment of coal blocks in 2006 to 2009 resulting in loss of Rs. 1.86 Lakh Crore to the exchequer.

Commonwealth Scam – With hosting of Commonwealth Games was signed in 2003, CAG examined the execution of projects from 2003 to 2009, and a full fledged report of more than 700 pages, detailing the irregularities was produced.

Augustawestland Chopper Scam – the main allegation was exchange of kickbacks between middlemen and Indian officials in 2006-2007 to win the contract of purchase of helicopters for high level politicians.

Chidambara Rahasya – 1. Aircel Maxis happened in 2006. Chidambara Rahasya – 2. INX Media happened in 2006 – 2008. Chidambara Rahasya – 3: Building massive financial assets empire overseas since 2006.

The above enumeration makes patently clear that saga of corruption started in UPA-1, discrediting the claim that UPA-1 was clean, while UPA-2 got the scam taint. Even intelligentsia had seem to have been bought to set the narrative. On the contrary, the saga of scams had its origins in UPA-1 of 2004 to 2009, itself.

Next, the scene shifts to 2009, the General Election. It was widely acknowledged to be ‘No big issues’ election. If UPA-1 was the harbinger of corruption and scams, how was that the Election became issueless, when the Corruption since 2004 should have been raised by BJP.  Some might argue “Was it incompetence or unwillingness that marked the BJP’s purported ambivalence, if not complete, silence over those issues.?”. Not all would agree to it.

The following words of M.D. Nalapat, columnist, ring a distinct tune: “The record shows that Advani and Heir Apparent Arun Jaitley were as attentive to the concerns of the formidable occupant of 10 Janpath as was Vajpayee………Indeed, cosy personal links were formed between the “BJP High Command” and the “Congress High Command”.

Going by the above, some might argue that the erstwhile the BJP Central Command was co-opted by the Lutyens Khan Market Gang, to cite as the reason as to why Advani apologized to Sonia on black money, and the act was rejoiced, much to the chagrin of S.Gurumurthy, whose task force exposed the alleged stashing of funds in Swiss banks by Sonia family. But Not all might have been convinced.

But Modi was perceived to be different.  Why? Because he and his trusted lieutenant Shah have been outsiders to the Lutyens Establishment (After all, trusting the above as testimony, some might argue it would not be difficult to discern that Lutyens included Old BJP leadership too; though not all would agree).

In all fairness to Modi, his government has been perceived to be free from any high level corruption. However, can the same be said on how his successive Governments have dealt with the past Corruption cases? After all, he indeed promised Fast Track Court for Corruption Cases. Some might argue that there was high hope for constituting Fast Track Courts to get closure of high profile corruption cases, which Modi himself was holding out in the first term, which proved to be, hitherto, an empty barrel. There could not be two opinion to say that the entire 2G case had collapsed. No closure had been achieved in other corruption cases on Congress, as well. Further, Corruption cases have always been those relating to Congress. Does one have to assume that other regional parties are running regimes of spick and span?  One may never know. Though not all would agree.

Some more unrelated incidents. PM Modi announced demonetisation in November 2016. Sharad Pawar backed demonetisation, first, before taking U turn. R&AW chief claims Sharad Pawar had close ties with Dawood. Sharad Pawar meets Modi on farmers issues, before Maharashtra Government formation. Amit Shah escorts Mulayam Singh to front row, during swearing in ceremony of 2014. In 2014, Amit Shah accomplished complete rout of SP-BSP, in UP. SP secured 5 seats in 2014 General Election, all by family of Mulayam. Mulayam wishes Modi to become PM in 2019.

For any onlooker of Indian political landscape, it can’t but be an experience of curious amazement and constant sense of bewilderment. Indian Politics is akin to Indian Curry – Lot of masala.

Some might agree. Not all would buy it.

50 shades of Dhritarashtra in Election Commission

One doesn’t have to ponder much to identify the fundamental difference between China and India. Almost everyone can immediately say it is democracy. But does democracy mean a lovely parliament building we have, elected leaders, elections or is it something more? Thankfully, the framers of India’s constitution adopted a parliamentary form of government to address India’s vast heterogeneity, and the party system has since been a vibrant feature of the parliamentary democracy in India.

Political parties organize democracy, and elections constitute the signpost of democracy, which we cannot find in China. Unlike the Communist Party of China (CPC), which proclaims as the sole sovereign of the Chinese people, India’s elections symbolize the people’s sovereignty and provide legitimacy to the government’s authority. Political parties usually contest, differ, debate among themselves, offer evolved choices, and enable the electorate’s effective decision-making ability. A multi-party system would ideally usher a healthy competition among the political parties to get better and earn the legitimacy to rule the nation. Hence spirited political parties are essential for a healthy, modern, and vibrant democracy for a country like India.

The founding fathers and framers of the Indian constitution have envisioned the role of Election Commission (EC) to be independent in character and entrusted to it not only the function to spin the eternal wheel of Democracy but also to ensure the spiritedness and integrity of the political parties. That is why registration and regulation of political parties has been entrusted to the neutral EC institution by the constitution and the Representation of the People Act, 1951. Apart from mere superintendence, direction & control of elections, the EC has the solemn responsibility to protect the fundamentals of democracy, including ensuring the integrity of the political parties, which intrinsically safeguards democratic values, protect sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India.

The EC is mostly an accomplished institution and is seemingly the most trusted institution in India. But the pertinent question to ask is that is it living up to the full responsibilities entrusted to it by the constitution and the people of India? Looking at the functioning of the grand old Indian National Congress (INC) party and the Gandhis, one has to wonder if EC has any concern for political parties’ internal democracy or their integrity.

Although the executive and legislative branches have the primary role in improving the economy and enhancing the Indian people’s socio-economic conditions, the EC has a granted and indispensable role in ensuring leaders and political parties holding power and offices are nationalistic and have utmost integrity. Facilitating a multitude of nationalist political parties that compete against each other with better ideas, democratic values, and integrity is essential for a nation to progress more efficiently and productively, and it is the eternal debt all institutions, leaders, and bureaucracy owe to the India’s poor and the youth.

Perhaps in this context, the EC may be reminded that apart from the mandate of deepening the democracy, it also has to enable the vibrancy of participants’ political activity and ensure integrity. EC is undoubtedly an underdog that deserves and can take a more important place on par with the executive, the legislature, and the Judiciary. But over the years, the EC has primarily become an ad-hoc operational force that usually wakes up just before the election seasons rather than being an essential core pillar in the Indian democratic framework working at all times.

The EC has mostly focused its energy and powers to administer timely elections, put limits on poll expenses, lay down guidelines and issue model code of conduct for political parties, publish criminal antecedents, assets liabilities, educational qualification of candidates to educate voters, conduct elections in free & fair manner during elections season. In this role as an empire, it has tried to control the use of money, muscle power, and the ruling party arbitrariness as tactical measures to conduct and administer elections.

However, the EC is shy to take an active role in dispensing its core constitutional and democratic duties mainly because it overweighs its inherent need to maintain neutrality. But this cannot be an excuse to ignore its fundamental responsibility to ensure the integrity of key participants, i.e., political parties and candidates. An effort is made to remind EC of its fundamental role by filing the below RTI. It is to be seen if EC can live up to its solemn responsibilities to meet the expectations of the young and ambitious generation, or will it play Dhritarashtra turning a blind eye to corrupt candidates, to stifling internal democracy within political parties, and tolerate parties getting drifted away from democratic values and the fundamental integrity.

RTI Asked Questions:

As per section 29A clause (5) of The Representation of the People Act, 1951, which governs the registration of political parties, the Election Commission must ensure registration of all political parties to be accompanied by a copy of the memorandum or rules and regulations of the political party, and such memorandum or rules and regulations shall contain a specific provision that the political party shall bear true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of India as by law established, and to the principles of socialism, secularism and democracy, and would uphold the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India.

As per section 29A clause (6) of The Representation of the People Act, 1951, the Election Commission may call for such other particulars as it may deem fit from any political party registered with the commission.

  8. When will the Election Commission exercise its powers and in performance of its solemn constitutional duty to uphold and protect sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India, call on the INC to produce before it a copy of the MoU that INC has entered with the CPC.
  9.
