Islam at the crossroad in 21st century

Many verses of Quran have been mocking, abusing, hating and threatening non-Muslims (Kafir) with death for 1400 years. Some examples are Quran 4:56, 4:89, 4:101, 5:14, 5:33, 5:51, 5:57, 8:12, 8:55, 8:65, 8:69, 9:5, 9:14, 9:23, 9:28, 9:29, 9:37, 9:58, 9:111, 9:123, 21:98, 32:22, 33:61, 41:27, 41:28, 48:20, 66:9 and 98:6.

As samples, Quran 8:55 reveals, “For the worst of beasts in the sight of Allah are those who reject Him: They will not believe”. Quran 9:123 reveals, “O you who have believed, fight against those adjacent to you of the disbelievers and let them find in you harshness. And know that Allah is with the righteous”. And it goes on and on.

Present-day Muslim clerics and community leaders have never clarified that those verses are for the period when those were revealed and not applicable in today’s world. On the contrary, they very surprisingly start arguments to assert that verses of Quran are very benign and full of morality. In the process, they try to cover-up the hate-filled and violent teachings of Islam. Their initial approach is to engage you in an Islamic merry-go-round argument. But if you stick to your point, they take another set-course of approach.

In that approach, first, they try to corner you by pointing out your lack of knowledge of Arabic language. But when you point towards authentic English translations, they raise the bogey of ‘context’. Again when ‘context’ is challenged by you (to be something of seventh century Arabia without any relevance today), they start abusing and threatening you.

In India, one group of Muslims spreads the filth of Ghazwa-e-Hind with open pride and boast. But the moment Muslims are challenged, the Islamic apologists come forward and try to cover-up the filth with seventh-octave cry of Islam is the Religion of peace. A religion, whose followers have to be called for prayer of Allah by publicly shouting from Mosques, five times a day, that there is no God but Allah is exclusive. A religion, whose followers have to believe and practice Quranic verse 9:123, as quoted above, is intolerant in essence and violent in nature.

Islam is what is practiced by ISIS, Boko Haram and Taliban. They follow Islam in letter and spirit and don’t shy away from this fact. No Muslim can theologically prove that ISIS, Boko Haram and Taliban are doing anything outside the teachings of Quran, Sunnah and Sharia. But Islam practiced by other Muslims, including India, is a situationally convenient cult.

The later group constitutes majority in Muslim Ummah, and they cry before non-Muslim secular democratic world that members of ISIS, Boko Haram and Taliban are not true Muslims. This is height of deception. This majority group also approves the fake and un-Islamic classification of Muslims as Orthodox, Moderate and Liberal. A Muslim is a Muslim and there is nothing like orthodox, moderate or liberal Muslim as per Islam.

Even under such odd situation, Muslims also demand respect and honor for their Prophet and Religion from non-Muslims and death penalty for the critics of their Prophet. What a messed-up of ideology Islam is? The irony is this that the secular democratic non-Muslim world is also promoting this Islamism by peddling the bogey of fraudulent Islamophobia.

The Communists of non-Muslim secular democratic countries, who failed to bring Red Revolution have joined the Green Brigade of Islam. Communism has become the first resort of Jihadis in non-Islamic secular democratic countries. Communists also align with Jihadis to create anarchy in such countries to keep their existence alive.

Fortunately for humanity, the internet and social media are becoming nemeses for Islam in twenty-first century. Propaganda of Islamophobia and Religion of Peace will be of no help to save Islam in coming days. When Islam commands that all non-Islamic religions are fake and false and their followers are sub-human, the propaganda of Islamophobia looks stupid. How can Islam be a Religion of Peace with Jihadi obligation as one of its core philosophies and practices?

Islam has started facing severe humanity-based civilizational pressure post 9/11 across the world. About seventy to ninety percent of daily life of Muslims is controlled by Islam (through Haram-Halal and Jaiz-Najaiz). This figure may be zero to ten percent for non-Muslim communities. That is why for general non-Muslim world population, Islam has become a mismatch. Saudi Arabia, the cradle of Islam, has accepted the fact that Islam has to reform and it has started taking cautious steps to that effect.

The core problem with Islam has been summarized by Syrian-American writer Wafa Sultan in her 2010 book, titled “A God who hates”, wherein she wrote that no one can be a true Muslim and true American simultaneously. Indian ex-Muslim Youtuber Sachwala has taken this to another level when he recently said that one can be either a Muslim or a human, but not the both together.

It is wondered on what logical and moral basis Indian Islamists like Rana Ayyub, Muhammed Zubair, Saba Naqvi, Arfa Sherwani and Zainab Sikander et al along with the gang of Sangjukta Basu, Kavita Krishnan, S Varadarajan and Banojyotsna Lahiri (the elderly GF of Umar Khalid) are protecting and promoting this exclusive and violent desert tribal cult called Islam? This group will never join ISIS, Boko Haram or Taliban to practice true Islam, but cry for protection and promotion of that Islam from the safe heaven of Hindu-majority India.

Akhilesh repeats his mistake to keep up with the alliance partners after the election loss

After the massive loss of the opposition in the 2022 U.P state assembly election by the NDA, the cracks in the SP-led alliance are visible.

SP alliance which at the time of fighting election comprises of Samajwadi Party (led by Akhilesh Yadav), Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party(led by Shivpal Singh Yadav), Mahan Dal(led by Keshav Dev Maurya), RLD( by Jayant Chaudhary), SBSP(by OP Rajbhar) and some other small regional parties who have their vote bank limited to a certain area or community.

If we put some light on the current scenario only big and significant party in the alliance left is RLD, as Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party led by Shivpal Yadav, and SBSP headed by Rajbhar have distanced themselves from the SP coalition. OP Rajbhar was continuously attacking SP chief Akhilesh Yadav for the coalition’s major defeat in the recent elections. He also took a jibe at him by saying Akhilesh Yadav merely comes out from the AC rooms. Mahan Dal led by Keshav Dev Maurya was the first to leave the camp, citing discrimination by the SP chief.

Rajbhar and Shivpal are making their place in the news headlines as the major critique of the SP chief, their policies, and the way he handles the election. Both of these parties have also voted for Smt Draupadi Murmu who was NDA’s prez candidate instead of Yashwant Sinha. Akhilesh didn’t even find worthful to invite both of these leaders at the meeting organized for the opposition presidential candidate Yashwant Sinha’s visit to U.P . Moreover they both were spotted at the dinner organized by BJP in support of NDA presidential candidate Draupadi Murmu.

However, this alliance manages to strengthen itself in the state assembly but the post-election roads seem more difficult for it.

The 2014 state assembly in which SP gained the majority and formed their government was fought in the name of Mulayam Singh Yadav, the founder of SP. Akhilesh was made CM sidelining the brother of Mulayam Singh, who later formed a new party namely the Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party.

In 2017 Akhilesh Yadav took full control over the party and he established himself as the party’s National President sidelining his father.

In 2017 he allied with Congress to defeat BJP in the state. They immensely failed in forming the government and just after the results were declared the alliance came to an end.

For the 2019 Loksabha election, Akhilesh Yadav formed an alliance with BSP who is a staunch rival of Mulayam and SP after the Guest House incident. This alliance too failed in gaining any ground and was broken as soon as a result was declared, with both the parties blaming each other for the loss.

Reason for the repeated breakdown

According to several political experts and thinkers, the main reason for the separation between SP and its alliance is the big brother image which SP wants to maintain at least in UP state politics. Alongside this, the immature behavior of party leaders is one of the many important reasons. Shivpal Yadav, Uncle of Akhilesh Yadav who formed his different Samajwadi accused Akhilesh of his behavior.

A divided nation and the need for Hindutva

Caste and religion-based divisive politics have become common themes in today’s India. A way in which these issues have presented themselves is through violent protests around convincing Muslim minorities that they are under threat from the ‘Fascist Hindu’ Modi government.

We also saw such divisive politics in the 2022 UP election in how SP used the ‘Samajwadi- Ambedkarwadi’ unity call as a rallying point to appeal to SC/ST voters and ride the ‘Anti-Brahmanism wave’ to counter the BJP.

Divide and Rule In Independent India

In the last 4-5 years, Dr. Ambedkar has come into the mainstream of Indian politics. Unfortunately, Dr. Ambedkar has been used as a political tool and is selectively quoted by both the left and right. While the left regularly refers to Dr. Ambedkar as a protector of lower castes, the right has appropriated him as an icon for nationalism.

Dr. Ambedkar was a balanced leader with views that cannot be fenced as entirely ‘leftist’ or ‘right-wing’. The left-wing parties, however, have used his image to garner Dalit votes and promise more reservation benefits. It is ironic since Ambedkar was against using caste as a political vote bank. He believed that the lower castes must receive equal economic opportunities to improve their quality of living and assimilate into society as equals.

In his book, ‘Annihilation of Caste’, Ambedkar advocated for a classless and casteless society. He even believed that caste-based reservation should be kept for 40 years and eventually dissolved once the lower castes had integrated into mainstream society. Had Ambedkar been alive, he would have been extremely disappointed with how caste and religion-based reservation have become ‘political games’ for politicians. Thus, by appealing to these identities, our politicians have further deepened existing societal divisions.

The Need for A Uniting Ideology

Unfortunately, this phenomenon of creating societal divisions is not new in India. These divisions happen with ease in a country with such rich diversity. A good example is the Khilafat movement launched in 1919. The cause of Khilafat was taken up by the Congress party to attract Muslims into the non-cooperation movement. However, when Non-Cooperation failed, it invoked religious fervor, ending with horrible atrocities against Malabar Hindus by the Moplas. So, this experiment worsened Hindu-Muslim relations and caused people to become more conscious about their religious identities over national ones.

Another form of division in India is around state identity. State-based division was particularly prominent in the early years of independence when there were fears of states demanding an independent country.

Thus, issues of societal divisions across various lines have continued to shape Indian politics. These have caused several problems in India.

Firstly, local identities have taken more importance than national ones leading to separatism and furthered enmity. It is one of the major causes of communal violence and divisions between Hindus and Muslims in India.

Secondly, these divisions distract people from the real issues in society. It is a direct result of such divisions since politicians always vouch for their vote bank community. They bat for that community and talk about what extra benefits that community should receive. If we want to focus on real issues, these divisions should become non-issues. For example, all political parties today unanimously accept that untouchability is a societal evil. Because this issue has become non-contentious, any government that comes to power can focus on solving this problem without opposition.

Thirdly, these divisions can lead to an emergence of separatist movements among some communities and internally destabilize our nation. Because communities are encouraged to see themselves as separate from the mainstream, they are more vulnerable to radicalization from external forces, etc. An example of this problem is in the foundation of Bangladesh as a separate linguistic and cultural identity from Pakistan.

Such issues, thus, point to a need for a uniting ideology that must be at the center of what makes us Indian.

Savarkar’s Hindutva

Amid caste and religious politics, Savarkar’s idea of Hindutva called for a uniting ideology. Vinayak Savarkar wrote his magnum opus, ‘Essentials Of Hindutva’ in 1923, after the Khilafat movement and Moplah massacre. Unfortunately, Hindutva has been severely smeared and distorted by the left-wing for their political interests because it directly attacks the core of caste and religion-based divisive politics.

Savarkar believed that to have a strong nation, we should emphasize a common national identity that unites our nation. In his 1923 work, he started by writing about the origin of India and the history of the ‘Saptsindhu’ region. Through this, he first showed how the idea of united Indian geography and culture has been referenced innumerable times throughout our history. More importantly, he said that our common cultural heritage binds us together as one nation. Regardless of what beliefs we maintain today, he cited several sources to show that our common ancestors believed and fought for the ‘Saptsindhu’ (referring to the region from the Indus River to the seas and later shortened to Hindu) nation.

Thus, according to Hindutva, the idea of India rests on a common geographic and cultural heritage. The biggest strength of this idea is to disassociate itself from caste or religious identity and rely on a common ethnic identity. This idea is thus, inclusive and attempts to heal differences in our society.

Why is Hindutva Grossly Maligned?

Hindutva has also caused much controversy and debate in India. Part of the debate about Hindutva arises from its association with the word ‘Hinduism’. Savarkar acknowledged this concern too. In his work ‘Essentials of Hindutva’, he refers to Shakespeare’s quote, ‘What’s In A Name?’ and emphasizes why the ideology should be called Hindutva. He felt that throughout our cultural history, our land and its people have been refrenced through variations of the words ‘Hind’, ‘Hindustan’, ‘Hindwan’, etc. These names derive from the word ‘Sindhu’ and have a historical and geographical reference to our ancient culture and common blood.

At the same time, he explicitly emphasizes that Hinduism is separate from Hindutva and cautions against using the word ‘ism’ to describe such an ideology since ‘ism’ is usually a reference to a religious identity. Political opportunists and academicians, however, have tried to misuse this to spread false information. Hindutva referenced a common cultural identity and bloodline of Indians independent of what religion they practice. This distinction needs to be continuously stressed. I believe that if the word ‘Hindutva’ causes controversy, it can alternate with the word ‘Saptsindhu’. Savarkar himself used the words ‘Hindu’ and ‘Sindhu’ alternatively.

Another aspect of the controversy on Hindutva is how exclusive it is. Assailants of the ideology claim that Muslims and Christians in India are not considered Indian based on Hindutva. This claim is false. Savarkar never believed that India should ever be a theological state. Hindutva only talks about cultural identity. Irrespective of religion, anyone is an Indian according to Hindutva, if they accept and cherish common Indian cultural values. For example, an individual who practices Islam and accepts and cherishes their Indic culture as opposed to foreign cultures is included in this definition and is as Indian as anyone else. Thus, Savarkar’s Hindutva was based on ethnonationalism.

Why Should Hindutva Be At The Forefront Of The Idea Of India and What can be Done?

Polarization based on such divisions has become a big issue in India today. In such times, an ideology that goes beyond caste and religious lines, and binds our nation together is needed. Hindutva can play that role and should be at the forefront of political discourse. This is achievable through three steps.

Firstly, an interest in Indian cultural history should be encouraged by politicians to increase our knowledge about our Indic civilization. This is possible by increasing funding for such research at universities, educational reforms, encouraging related discourses in public, etc.

Secondly, there should be a conscious effort to address all misconceptions about Hindutva. People from all castes and religious beliefs should be made to feel included if they consider themselves proud flagbearers of the Indic culture.

Thirdly, Hindutva itself should be ever-evolving. More research is needed to explicitly define its cultural elements. This does not mean that Hindutva needs to ignore our diversity, but it should find specific common cultural elements to unite us all as Indians.

A 1959 movie ‘Didi’ includes a famous song called ‘Humne Suna Tha Ek Hai Bharat’. One line of this song compares Indian diversity in caste and religion to how flowers and leaves can grow together in harmony on the same branch while maintaining their uniqueness. Extending this analogy further, Hindutva is like the tree which holds the flowers and leaves and reminds them that despite their differences, they are one and part of the same common entity.

Hindutva, thus, can be a force to combat caste and communal politics, if used properly and benevolently.

622 ई. से लेकर 634 ई. तक मात्र 12 वर्ष में अरब के सभी मूर्तिपूजकों को मुहम्मद ने तलवार से जबरदस्ती मुसलमान बना दिया। (मक्का में महादेव काबळेश्वर (काबा) को छोड कर)।

634 ईस्वी से लेकर 651 तक, यानी मात्र 16 वर्ष में सभी पारसियों को तलवार की नोंक पर जबरदस्ती मुसलमान बना दिया।

640 में मिस्र में पहली बार इस्लाम ने पांँव रखे, और देखते ही देखते मात्र 15 वर्ष में, 655 तक इजिप्ट के लगभग सभी लोग जबरदस्ती मुसलमान बना दिये गए।

नार्थ अफ्रीकन देश जैसे अल्जीरिया, ट्यूनीशिया, मोरक्को आदि देशों को 640 से 711 ई तक पूर्ण रूप से इस्लाम धर्म में जबरदस्ती बदल दिया गया।

3 देशों का सम्पूर्ण सुख चैन जबरदस्ती छीन लेने में मुसलमानो ने मात्र 71 वर्ष लगाए।

711 ईस्वी में स्पेन पर आक्रमण हुआ, 730 ईस्वी तक स्पेन की 70% आबादी मुसलमान थी।

मात्र 19 वर्ष में तुर्क थोड़े से वीर निकले, तुर्कों के विरुद्ध जिहाद 651 ईस्वी में आरंभ हुआ, और 751 ईस्वी तक सारे तुर्क जबरदस्ती मुसलमान बना दिये गए।

इण्डोनेशिया के विरुद्ध जिहाद मात्र 40 वर्ष में पूरा हुआ! सन 1260 में मुसलमानों ने इण्डोनेशिया में मारकाट मचाई, और 1300 ईस्वी तक सारे इण्डोनेशियाई जबरदस्ती मुसलमान बना दिये गए।

फिलिस्तीन, सीरिया, लेबनान, जॉर्डन आदि देशों को 634 से 650 के बीच जबरदस्ती मुसलमान बना दिये गए।

सीरिया की कहानी तो और दर्दनाक है! मुसलमानों ने इसाई सैनिकों के आगे अपनी महिलाओ को कर दिया! मुसलमान महिलाये गयीं इसाइयों के पास, कि मुसलमानों से हमारी रक्षा करो ! बेचारे मूर्ख इसाइयों ने इन धूर्तो की बातों में आकर उन्हें शरण दे दी! फिर क्या था, सारी “सूर्पनखा” के रूप में आकर, सबने मिलकर रातों रात सभी सैनिकों को हलाल करवा दिया।

अब आप भारत की स्थिति देखिये।

उसके बाद 700 ईस्वी में भारत के विरुद्ध जिहाद आरंभ हुआ। वह अब तक चल रहा है।

जिस समय आक्रमणकारी ईरान तक पहुँचकर अपना बड़ा साम्राज्य स्थापित कर चुके थे, उस समय उनकी हिम्मत नहीं थी कि भारत के राजपूत साम्राज्य की ओर आंँख उठाकर भी देख सकें।

636 ईस्वी में खलीफा ने भारत पर पहला हमला बोला। एक भी आक्रान्ता जीवित वापस नहीं जा पाया।

कुछ वर्ष तक तो मुस्लिम आक्रान्ताओं की हिम्मत तक नहीं हुई भारत की ओर मुँह करके सोया भी जाए। लेकिन कुछ ही वर्षो में गिद्धों ने अपनी जात दिखा ही दी। दुबारा आक्रमण हुआ। इस समय खलीफा की गद्दी पर उस्मान आ चुका था! उसने हाकिम नाम के सेनापति के साथ विशाल इस्लामी टिड्डिदल भारत भेजा।

सेना का पूर्णतः सफाया हो गया, और सेनापति हाकिम बन्दी बना लिया गया। हाकिम को भारतीय राजपूतों ने मार भगाया और बड़ा बुरा हाल करके वापस अरब भेजा, जिससे उनकी सेना की दुर्गति का हाल, उस्मान तक पहुंँच जाए।

यह सिलसिला लगभग 700 ईस्वी तक चलता रहा। जितने भी मुसलमानों ने भारत की तरफ मुँह किया, राजपूत शासकों ने उनका सिर कन्धे से नीचे उतार दिया।

उसके बाद भी भारत के वीर जवानों ने पराजय नही मानी। जब 7 वीं सदी इस्लाम की आरंभ हुई, जिस समय अरब से लेकर अफ्रीका, ईरान, यूरोप, सीरिया, मोरक्को, ट्यूनीशिया, तुर्की यह बड़े बड़े देश जब मुसलमान बन गए, भारत में महाराणा प्रताप के पूर्वज बप्पा रावल का जन्म हो चुका था।

वे अद्भुत योद्धा थे, इस्लाम के पञ्जे में जकड़ कर अफगानिस्तान तक से मुसलमानों को उस वीर ने मार भगाया। केवल यही नहीं, वह लड़ते लड़ते खलीफा की गद्दी तक जा पहुंँचे! जहाँ स्वयं खलीफा को अपनी प्राणों की भिक्षा माँगनी पड़ी।

उसके बाद भी यह सिलसिला रुका नहीं। नागभट्ट प्रतिहार द्वितीय जैसे योद्धा भारत को मिले। जिन्होंने अपने पूरे जीवन में राजपूती धर्म का पालन करते हुए, पूरे भारत की न केवल रक्षा की, बल्कि हमारी शक्ति का डङ्का विश्व में बजाए रखा।

पहले बप्पा रावल ने पुरवार किया था, कि अरब अपराजित नहीं है। लेकिन 836 ई के समय भारत में वह हुआ, कि जिससे विश्वविजेता मुसलमान थर्रा गए।

सम्राट मिहिरभोज प्रतिहार ने मुसलमानों को केवल 5 गुफाओं तक सीमित कर दिया। यह वही समय था, जिस समय मुसलमान किसी युद्ध में केवल विजय हासिल करते थे, और वहाँ की प्रजा को मुसलमान बना देते।

भारत वीर राजपूत मिहिरभोज ने इन आक्रांताओ को अरब तक थर्रा दिया।

पृथ्वीराज चौहान तक इस्लाम के उत्कर्ष के 400 वर्ष बाद तक राजपूतों ने इस्लाम नाम की बीमारी भारत को नहीं लगने दी। उस युद्ध काल में भी भारत की अर्थव्यवस्था अपने उत्कृष्ट स्थान पर थी! उसके बाद मुसलमान विजयी भी हुए, लेकिन राजपूतों ने सत्ता गंवाकर भी पराजय नही मानी, एक दिन भी वे चैन से नहीं बैठे।

अन्तिम वीर दुर्गादास जी राठौड़ ने दिल्ली को झुकाकर, जोधपुर का किला मुगलों के हाथो ने निकाल कर हिन्दू धर्म की गरिमा, को चार चाँद लगा दिए।

किसी भी देश को मुसलमान बनाने में मुसलमानों ने 20 वर्ष नहीं लिए, और भारत में 800 वर्ष राज करने के बाद भी मेवाड़ के शेर महाराणा राजसिंह ने अपने घोड़े पर भी इस्लाम की मुहर नहीं लगने दी।

महाराणा प्रताप, दुर्गादास राठौड़, मिहिरभोज, रानी दुर्गावती, अपनी मातृभूमि के लिए जान पर खेल गए।

एक समय ऐसा आ गया था, लड़ते लड़ते राजपूत केवल 2% पर आकर ठहर गए। एक बार पूरा विश्व देखें, और आज अपना वर्तमान देखें! जिन मुसलमानों ने 20 वर्ष में विश्व की आधी जनसंख्या को मुसलमान बना दिया, वह भारत में केवल पाकिस्तान बाङ्ग्लादेश तक सिमट कर ही क्यों रह गए?

अगर हिन्दू सङ्गठित नहीं रहते, तो आज ये देश भी पूरी तरह सीरिया और अन्य देशों की तरह पूर्णतया मुस्लिम देश बन चुका होता।

पुरानी कुछ घटनाएं याद दिला दूँ, ताकि आपको कांग्रेस की सच्चाई पता चले

लेखक यहां पहले ही स्पष्ट कर देना चाहता है कि जो घटनाएं जैसी हुईं, सिर्फ वैसी ही लिखी जा रही हैं।

1. ज्ञानी जैल सिंह, पूर्व राष्ट्रपति थे। उन्हें Z Security प्राप्त थी। उन्होंने दिल्ली में घोषणा की- “कल मैं चंडीगढ़ पहुंचने के बाद बोफोर्स के सारे राज खोलने वाला हूँ।” तो साहब हुआ ये की दिल्ली-चंडीगढ़ मार्ग पर सामने से एक ट्रक दनदनाता हुआ आया और जैलसिंह की कार को कुचल दिया। वे वहीं मृत्यु को प्राप्त हुए। कोई जांच नहीं हुई।

2. राजेश पायलट ने कांग्रेस नेत्री की सलाह नहीं मानी। उन्होंने घोषणा की- “कल मैं कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष पद हेतु नामांकन भरूँगा।” बस फिर क्या था, सामने से एक बस आई और उनकी कार को कुचल दिया। वो वहीं मृत्यु को प्राप्त हुए। कोई जांच नहीं हुई।

इन दोनों घटनाओं में Modus of Operandi  एक समान थी। तीसरी घटना में Modus of Operandi अलग थी।

3. श्रीमन्त माधवराव शिन्दे (सिंधिया) उस लोकसभा चुनाव के पूर्व कांग्रेस के सबसे लोकप्रिय व कर्मठ नेता थे। वे लोकसभा के लिए लगातार नवीं बार चुने गए थे व लोकसभा में विपक्ष के नेता भी थे। कांग्रेस नेत्री ने उत्तर प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष को कहा- “मैं प्रचार करने आ रही हूँ!” प्रदेश अध्यक्ष निर्भीक था। उसने कहा- “आप मत आइए। माधवराव जी को भेज दीजिए। वे ही वोट दिलवा सकते हैं।” बस फिर क्या था। माधवराव जी को बोला गया कि आप अपने व्यक्तिगत विमान से नहीं बल्कि इस विमान से जाएंगे। एक चश्मदीद किसान ने बयान दिया- “विमान में पहले बम विस्फोट हुआ, फिर आग लगी।” विमान में सवार आठों लोग मारे गए लेकिन कोई जांच नहीं हुई। अल्प काल के बाद कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष भी मृत पाए गए। (डॉ. ईश्वरचन्द्र करकरे की कलम से साभार)

सोनिया गांधी ने देश के लिए क्या-क्या काम किया है?

■ राजीव गांधी ने अपने पूरे जीवनकाल मे कुल 181 रेलिया की थीं। जिसमे 180 में सोनिया गांधी भी उसके साथ थी, बस उस दिन साथ नही थी, जिस दिन राजीव गांधी के जीवन की अंतिम रैली हुई।

■ राजीव गांधी की हत्या के समय 14 लोगो की भी मौत हुई थी। मगर मजे की बात इन मरने वाले 14 लोगो मे एक भी कोंग्रेसी नेता नही था, जो भी मरे आम लोग थे। क्या ये सम्भव है कि देश के प्रधानमंत्री की रैली में उनके साथ एक भी बड़ा कोंग्रेसी नेता नही हो…?

■ राजीव गांधी के साथ कोई बड़ा या छोटा कांग्रेसी नेता नहीं मरा, ना सोनिया गांधी जो हर सभा में राजीव गांधी जी के साथ रहतीं थीं। उस दिन होटल में सरदर्द के कारण रुक गईं थी, ये आफिशियल स्टेटमेंट हैं।
तो क्या सबको मालूम था, कि क्या होने वाला है ? और इस तरह पूरी कांग्रेस विदेशियों द्वारा हाइजैक कर ली गई।

■ बाद मे खुद प्रियंका गांधी ने अपने बाप के कातिल को कोर्ट मे माफ करने की अपील कर दी थी।

■ जब से इटली की सोनिया मानियो इस परिवार की बहू बनकर आयी है जब से अब तक इस गांधी परिवार मे एक भी मत्यु को प्राकृतिक मृत्यु का सौभाग्य प्राप्त नही हुआ है, सब अप्राकृतिक मौत मरे हैं

■ इंदिरा गांधी के पुत्र संजय गांधी के ससुर कर्नल आनंद अपने ही फार्म हाउस से थोडी दूरी पर गोली लगने से मरे पाये गये थे।

■ संजय गांधी हवाई जहाज गिर जाने से मारे गये। इंदिरा गांधी अपने ही अंगरक्षकों के द्वारा गोली मारे जाने से मारी जाती है।

■ राजीव गांधी को बम से उड़ा दिया जाता है।

■ प्रियंका गांधी के ससुर राजेन्द्र वाड्रा दिल्ली के एक गेस्ट हाउस मे मरे पाये जाते है। प्रियंका गांधी की ननद जयपुर दिल्ली हाइवे मे कार दुर्घटना मे मारी जाती है । प्रियंका गांधी के देवर मुरादाबाद के एक होटल मे मरा पाया जाता है।

■ राजीव गांधी के सबसे खास दो दोस्त माधवराव सिंधिया, राजेश पायलट… यह तीनो उस बीयर बार मे एक साथ जाया करते थे जिस बीयर बार मे सोनिया शादी के पहले बार डांसर थी।

■ राजेश पायलट एक सड़क दुर्घटना मे मारा जाता है और माधवराव सिंधिया जहाज दुर्घटना मे मारा जाता है

■ हम खुद देख सकते है, केरल में नम्बी नारायण को जेल, गोधरा व मालेगांव कांड में हिन्दुओ को फंसाना व पाकिस्तान आंतकवादियो को छोड़ना, हिन्दू आंतकवाद शब्द का जन्म, करोड़ों व अरबो के घोटाले, देश को कमज़ोर करना, इमरजेंसी स्टॉक 40 से 7 दिन करना, सेना को गोला बारूद ना देना, बुलेट प्रूफ जैकेट्स न देना, लड़ाकू विमान न खरीदना, कश्मीर से हिन्दू पंडितो से निकलना, 26/11 के लिए पाकिस्तान पर एक्शन के लिए मना करना, चीन के अम्बेसडर से मिलना व बाद में इनकार करना, सबूत देने पर सफाई देना, डिफॉल्टर्स को बैंक्स के मना करने के बावजूद अरबो रुपए के लोन देने, अब लंदन कोर्ट की मोहर से जग जाहिर।

® इसके अलावा सुकन्या देवी के बलात्कार काण्ड में राहुल गांधी का नाम आने के बाद आज भी सुकन्या देवी और उसके पिता बलराम सिंह और पूरा परिवार आज भी लापता है किसी भी व्यक्ति की इसकी जानकारी नहीं है।

विशेष – संसद में हमले के दिन भी सोनिया – राहुल गांधी संसद नहीं गए थे।

फिर भी पता नही क्यों ये कांग्रेसी चलते चलते ही सोनिया गांधी को भारत मां का दर्जा देने लग जाते है। चलते चलते ही त्यागी, बलिदानी और तो और आजादी में योगदान देने की बात भावनाओ में आकर कह देते है। जबकि सच्चाई यही है कभी उनसे बैठकर बात करो जो कांग्रेस को इंदिरा राज के समय से जानते है तब पता चलेगा कि इंदिरा से नाक मिलाने वालों ने कब कब नाक कटवाई है ये वाकई संवाद का मुद्दा है। पर नही, इस मुद्दे पर तो वैसे ही दंगे फैलेंगे जैसे अभी ईडी के दफ्तर पर पूछताछ करने के मामले में पिछले एक महीने से दिल्ली की सड़कों को जाम किया जा रहा है। बेवजह झूठी ताकत दिखाई जा रही है छोटी सोच वाली पार्टी अब धीरे धीरे संख्याबल में भी छोटी होती जा रही है। कारण केवल एक है इनके किए गए कर्म ही इनके आड़े आ रहे है और इनके कर्म ही इन्हें खत्म करेंगे।

सोनिया गांधी के त्याग और बलिदान की बात करने वालो को एक बार ये जरूर पढ़ना चाहिए।

संजय राउत को ED ने हिरासत में लिया, घर के बाहर भारी संख्या में समर्थक जमा, नारेबाजी जारी

संजय राउत को ED ने हिरासत में लिया, घर के बाहर भारी संख्या में समर्थक जमा, नारेबाजी जारी

शिवसेना सांसद संजय राउत को ED ने हिरासत में लिया है. मुंबई में उनके घर पर सुबह सात बजे से ही छापेमारी चल रही थी. प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के अधिकारियों ने राउत को ED ऑफिस चलने के लिए कहा था. लेकिन उन्होंने इससे इनकार कर दिया था. यह छापेमारी पात्रा चॉल घोटाले से जुडे़ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के मामले में हुई.

संजय राउत को ईडी ने हिरासत में लिया, राउत पर जांच में सहयोग ना करने का आरोप लगा.

संजय राउत को प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने हिरासत में ले लिया है. पिछले 8 घंटे से ईडी उनके घर पर छानबीन कर रही थी. ईडी ने यह छापेमारी पात्रा चॉल घोटाले से जुडे़ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग के मामले में की थी. रविवार को ED की टीम सुबह 7 बजे राउत के भांडुप स्थित घर पर पहुंची थी.

संजय राउत को ईडी टीम अपने दफ्तर लेकर जाना चाहती है. लेकिन अभी राउत के घर के बाहर उनके समर्थक जमा हो चुके हैं. वे नारेबाजी कर रहे हैं.

ईडी की टीम के पहुंचने के बाद राउत के वकील भी उनके घर पहुंच गये थे. बाहर काफी समर्थक भी जमा हो गए थे. ईडी ने संजय राउत पर जांच में सहयोग न करने का आरोप लगाया था.

संजय राउत के घर ईडी के छापे पर गरजे उद्धव, कहा- ये एक बेशर्म साजिश है, इसे धराशायी करने की जरूरत.

जानकारी के मुताबिक, जब उन्हें जांच एजेंसी ने अपने साथ ED ऑफिस चलने के लिए कहा तो उन्होंने कहा कि वे मौजूदा सांसद हैं. उन्होंने 7 अगस्त तक का समय मांगा था. लेकिन अब ईडी उनको हिरासत में लेकर अपने साथ ले जा सकती है.

छापेमारी के वक्त राउत ने सफाई दी थी कि एक जिम्मेदार सांसद के रूप में उन्हें संसद सत्र में भाग लेना है और इसलिए वह 20 और 27 तारीख को ईडी के सामने पेश नहीं हुए. उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि उन्होंने 7 अगस्त तक का समय मांगा है और अगर उस दिन तलब किया जाता है तो वह ईडी के अधिकारियों के सामने पेश होंगे.

27 जुलाई को भी पेश नहीं हुए थे राउत
इससे पहले 27 जुलाई को ईडी ने मामले में राऊत को समन भेजकर पूछताछ के लिए हाजिर रहने को कहा था, लेकिन भी राउत पेश नहीं हुए थे और उन्होंने पेशी से छूट मांगी थी. लेकिन तब ईडी ने इसे स्वीकार नहीं किया था.

यह है पात्रा चॉल घोटाला मामला
ईडी के मुताबिक, गुरु आशीष कंस्ट्रक्शन को पात्रा चॉल को पुनर्विकसित करने का काम मिला था. यह काम MHADA ने उसे सौंपा था. इसके तहत मुंबई के गोरेगांव में 47 एकड़ में पात्रा चॉल में 672 किरायेदारों के घरों पुनर्विकसित होने थे.

ED के मुताबिक गुरु आशीष कंस्ट्रक्शन ने MHADA को गुमराह किया और बिना फ्लैट बनाए ही यह जमीन 9 बिल्डरों को 901.79 करोड़ रुपये में बेच दी. बाद में गुरु आशीष कंस्ट्रक्शन ने Meadows नाम से एक प्रोजेक्ट शुरू किया और घर खरीदारों से फ्लैट के लिए 138 करोड़ रुपये जुटाए.

जांच में सामने आया कि कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी ने गैरकानूनी तरीके से 1,034.79 करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा की कमाई की. आगे चलकर उसने गैरकानूनी तरीके से ही इस रकम को अपने सहयोगियों को ट्रांसफर कर दी.

ED के मुताबिक गुरु आशीष कंस्ट्रक्शन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड हाउसिंग डेवलपमेंट एंड इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर लिमिटेड (HDIL) की सिस्टर कंपनी है. जांच में सामने आया कि HDIL ने करीब 100 करोड़ रुपये प्रवीण राउत के खाते में जमा कराए थे.

2010 में प्रवीण राउत की पत्नी माधुरी ने संजय राउत की पत्नी वर्षा राउत के खाते में 83 लाख रुपये ट्रांसफर किए थे. इस रकम से वर्षा राउत ने दादर में एक फ्लैट खरीदा. ED की जांच शुरू होने के बाद वर्षा राउत ने माधुरी राउत के खाते में 55 लाख रुपये भेजे थे.

ED के मुताबिक, प्रवीण राउत ने राकेश वधावन और सारंग वधावन के साथ मिलकर हजार करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा की हेराफेरी की है.

ED ने प्रवीण राउत और उसके करीबी सुजीत पाटकर से जुड़े ठिकानों पर छापेमारी की थी. प्रवीण राउत और संजय राउत कथित तौर पर दोस्त हैं. वहीं, सुजीत पाटकर को भी संजय राउत का करीबी माना जाता है. सुजीत पाटकर संजय राउत की बेटी के साथ एक वाइन ट्रेडिंग कंपनी में पार्टनर भी है.

माननीय सीजेआई रमना, कृपया हमें शिक्षित करें कि भारत का सर्वोच्च न्यायालय किस ‘संविधान’ का अनुसरण कर रहा है?

माननीय सीजेआई रमना,भारतीय अमेरिकी श्रोताओं को हाल ही में दिए अपने संबोधन में आपने कहा, ‘मैं यह स्पष्ट कर दूं कि हम (एससी) संविधान और संविधान के प्रति ही जवाबदेह हैं, संविधान में निहित नियंत्रण और संतुलन को लागू करने के लिए, हमें भारत में संवैधानिक संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देने और व्यक्तिगत संस्थानों की भूमिकाओं और जिम्मेदारियों के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने की आवश्यकता है। महोदय, हम इस बात से घाटे में हैं कि आप किस संविधान का उल्लेख कर रहे हैं। सबसे पहले हम न्यायाधीशों के चयन के साथ शुरू करते हैं। महोदय, संविधान में यह कहा गया है कि न्यायाधीश न्यायाधीशों की नियुक्ति करते हैं और वह भी सीजेआई सहित पांच न्यायाधीश उच्चतम न्यायालय के 30 सदस्यों की नियुक्ति करेंगे जो 121 भाषाओं (और 22 आधिकारिक भाषाओं) के साथ 28 राज्यों में 14 बिलियन लोगों के भाग्य का फैसला करेंगे।

महोदय, कृपया हमें यह पता लगाने में सहायता करें कि हमारे संविधान में यह कहा गया है कि अधिकांश न्यायाधीश मुट्ठी भर परिवारों से होने चाहिए और हमें कई राज्यों में ‘अंकल’ न्यायाधीशों के साथ आशीर्वाद दिया जाना चाहिए जहां न्यायाधीशों के रिश्तेदार अदालत में अभ्यास करते हैं? समाचार रिपोर्टों में कहा गया है कि उच्च न्यायालय के हर तीसरे न्यायाधीश ‘चाचा’ हैं। अद्‍भुत। महोदय, हम चंद्रचूड़ परिवार जैसे तीसरी पीढ़ी के न्यायाधीशों के लिए 14 बिलियन असहाय नागरिकों पर शासन करने का भी इंतजार नहीं कर सकते हैं, जबकि पापा सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपने कार्यकाल के दौरान उन्हें बढ़ावा देने के लिए सब कुछ करेंगे, जैसा कि कई न्यायाधीश पापा अभी कर रहे हैं। एक लंबे समय से सेवानिवृत्त न्यायाधीश ने हाल ही में विलाप किया कि जब वह इन दिनों अन्य न्यायाधीशों से मिलते हैं तो वे अपने बच्चों को भविष्य के न्यायाधीशों के रूप में पेश करते हैं! महोदय, किस अन्य राष्ट्र में न्यायपालिका है जिसमें अपने नागरिकों के प्रति जवाबदेही की पूर्ण कमी है? महोदय, क्या संविधान में न्यायपालिका के नियंत्रण और संतुलन के बारे में कुछ है?

शायद नहीं, हमारे संविधान के निर्माताओं ने ऐसी कोई आवश्यकता नहीं देखी और उन्हें आश्वासन दिया जाता है कि न्यायाधीश राष्ट्र के सर्वोत्तम हित के साथ सबसे ईमानदार और ईमानदार तरीके से व्यवहार करेंगे जैसा कि आज प्रदर्शित किया जा रहा है। महोदय, कृपया हमें यह पता लगाने में सहायता करें कि संविधान में यह कहां कहा गया है कि कोई व्यक्ति बिना किसी मुकदमे के दोषी है जब उच्चतम न्यायालय के दो न्यायाधीश माननीय न्यायाधीश सूर्य कांत और माननीय न्यायाधीश पारदीवाला ने नूपुर शर्मा पर अपनी टिप्पणी किसी ऐसी बात के लिए दी थी जो उस मुद्दे का भी हिस्सा नहीं है जो उसने अदालत से संपर्क किया था। यह एक ऐसे व्यक्ति के खिलाफ है जहां एक ही बात को दोहराने के लिए उसके जीवन के लिए 70,000 खतरे थे जो कि कुछ धर्म शास्त्र है और अपने स्वयं के कई लोगों द्वारा पुष्टि की गई है, वह भी भारी उकसावे के चेहरे में, जैसा कि कई न्यायपालिका के सदस्यों, नौकरशाहों और यहां तक कि सेना के अधिकारियों ने आपको लिखा था।

आपने हाल ही में कंगारू अदालतों, न्यायपालिका के खिलाफ गलत जानकारी और एजेंडा संचालित बहसों के बारे में मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया को चेतावनी दी थी, और यह कि अदालतें कार्रवाई करेंगी, लेकिन महोदय, यह सवाल उठता है कि आप इन न्यायाधीशों पर क्या कार्रवाई करने की योजना बना रहे हैं जिन्होंने कंगारू अदालत से भी बदतर काम किया और देश में कई लोगों के लिए एक खतरनाक स्थिति पैदा की।

महोदय, आपने हाल ही में उल्लेख किया है कि मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया टिप्पणियों के कारण न्यायाधीश हमलों की चपेट में आ सकते हैं और आप धैर्य खो रहे हैं और यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो कार्रवाई करेंगे। महोदय, हमारे बारे में क्या। जब हमारे घरों को जला दिया जाता है, तो आप जमानत देते हैं, जब हमारी महिलाओं के साथ बलात्कार किया जाता है और लाख विस्थापित हो जाते हैं तो आप पुन: उपयोग करते हैं। मैं यह पूछने का विरोध नहीं कर सकता कि सर, क्या आप इस संविधान का पालन कर रहे हैं, जो कुछ गेस्टापो दस्तावेज़ पर आधारित है ?

Moreover, when one looks at the structure’s dome from the inside, one shall notice a floral design. Such designs only exist in ancient Hindu Temples.

Firstly, why did the Minaret get all the beautiful decorations while the main structure, which is the Mosque has got no such decorations? It is in fact in a very ugly condition.

Moreover, as per the Islamic Minaret guidelines, the entrance of the Islamic Minarets built for such purposes shall always face the East. But in reality, the Qutub Minar faces the North.

Secondly, if one climbs toward the top of the Minaret, it takes 45 minutes to reach the top. Now the mystery is that how could someone climb up and down this five times a day?

Lastly, let’s assume that one somehow manages to climb up and down on the Minar 5 times a day. Another mystery that persists here is that even if a person on the top of this 238 feet structure shouts at the top of his voice, nobody on the ground can hear him.

One has to compulsorily use a Microphone to converse with the people on the ground. But unsurprisingly, 800 years past, Microphones didn’t exist.

4. Qutub Minar is a symbol of King Qutb-Ud-in’s Victory and Power. Another unjustifiable claim by the Historians.

If the Qutub Minar was genuinely built as a symbol of Qutb-Ud-in’s Power and Strength, why doesn’t it have the king’s name inscribed on it? While the Minar has thousands of Arabic texts on its walls, it’s a surprise to see that no brick on the entire tower has the king’s name inscribed on it.

On the other side, king Qutb-Ud-in’s name is precisely inscribed in Arabic on the top of the mosque just beside the Tower. The Arabic text precisely mentions that the Mosque was established by Qutb-Ud-in.

If Qutb-Ud-in built the tallest structure in Asia of his time, why didn’t he carve his name on it?

5. How did Qutb-Ud-din build such a massive structure in just four years?

All the Historians agree that Qutb-Ud-in ruled the place for just four years. In such a scenario, how did Qutb-Ud-in, who couldn’t even build the smaller structures and perhaps dress them as Islamic structures, manage to build such a Grand Tower in just four years?
