Friendship between owl, rat, mongoose and cat cannot help India – Political message from Panchathantra story

0

The desperateness shown by several opposition parties to work as a conglomerate/syndicate of pseudo-secularism and dynastic politics to take on PM Modi and oppose all the good, people centric initiatives reminds about the famous story of Panchathantra; the friendship of owl, rat, mongoose and cat.

All the above four animals were born enemies waiting for an opportunity to kill and eat the other for own survival. One day the cat got caught in the trap of a hunter. The owl and mongoose had free run as the cat was no more a problem to their life however such situation had made the life of rat vulnerable. Sensing the danger from owl and mongoose, the rat went to the cat to rescue it from the net so that other animals will not have free run in the forest. Ironically when the cat was rescued, once again the enmity between all these animals continued as they were enemies from the birth. As a result, each animal was more concerned about own life and welfare than anything else.

Today the great mission of several opposition parties in India is like the friendship between enemies (mongoose and snake) but the only irony is that these born political opponents in Indian politics wants to join together to save the country that they have ruined over several years of dynastic, corrupt rule.

Today all the scamsters in Indian politics are scared of Modi as Modi has determined to hunt down all those scamsters and looters of India’s development and progress. The situation is like how the rat, owl and mongoose were scared of cat.

Because of the fear of getting hunted for their wicked deeds in the past, all these ‘endangered species in Indian politics’ wants to have a conglomerate where each one would commit that they all would live for their joint mission, welfare and safeguarding their dynasty so that they can continue to engage in corrupt rule.

Once upon a time all these parties were opposing each other and were ruling the state. But today, most of them have lost their political and ideological identity and relevance and have become ‘burden’ in Indian politics. These people have understood the fact that Modi has just not changed India but has transformed the country. Now most of these parties have only option that is, seek refugee status under the ‘great dynasty’ and allow the conglomerate to be lead by the dynastic king who enjoys revolts from both within the party as well as from India.

Whether the waiting prince of congress party would make good Prime Minister of India or not, but certainly he would make a good entertainer and may win even ‘Charlie Chaplin award for his wit and humor in Indian politics.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT CHAPLIN MADE HUMOR FOR PEOPLE TO LAUGH BUT THE PRESENT PRINCE HIMSELF APPEAR TO PEOPLE AS A LAUGHING STOCK OR AS A JOKER. IN MOST OCCASIONS THE PRINCE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE SPEAKS, TO WHOM HE SPEAKS AND WHY HE SPEAKS.

The transformation that Modi has brought to India is quite amazing.  Indian politics was predominantly dominated so far by dynastic power, sycophancy, scams and commission agents. But Modi has made the opposition jobless and sleepless and as a result, most of them have turned out to be comedians and have only one dialogue to utter i.e., oppose Modi.

The big question is that can the aspirational youths afford to surrender the fate and destiny of this country to these ‘political theatrics’ and dynastic rule? PM Modi has brought a great reform in Indian politics and the real development has just begun.

Indian politics was like ‘wasteland’ in every sense. Modi has made it as cultivable land for several crops. When people ask what development Modi has brought, we must gracefully look at the enormous developments in the wasteland and how it has been transformed into a cultivable land. Is this not a big development? It is so funny for people to ask where crop is. Crop can be cultivated only from a cultivable land which Modi has just made out of wasteland that was gifted to us by the dynastic rule and cultivation is on.

People must continue to support PM Modi to save India. Everyone one of us must work like a worker bee and only then NEW INDIA can be built. PM Modi always refers to him as not Pradhan Mantri but Pradan Sevak. Look at the humility and commitment of Modi.

When we work hard to build NEW INDIA, certainly we need some entertainments and jokes to relax after our hard work. Thanks to the opposition parties and the prince of the congress party, we have some assured free entertainment to enjoy.

People of India must wakeup and realize whether they need a hybrid animal of cunningness, scams, dynastic politics and opposing ideology to ruin the country or they need a visionary, divisive, strong, assertive, uncorrupt and committed leader – Modi? Let us work for India, let us work for our future generation, let us support Modi to save India.

Kunal Kamra’s karma has driven him to this air-ban

0

Kunal Kamra, a small time comedian, heckling Arnab Goswami, editor and Television anchor of the Republic TV, on an on-going flight-IndiGo, again in another return flight GoAir, indicates what the person is suffering from. He may not like Arnab Goswami’s journalism or his way of questioning on his TV channel, but that’s not the way to behave. It’s not Kunal Kamra business to interfere. A Journalists need not please all.

People have their own personal preferences in watching TV channels or reading books. That comes under their freedom. It is their prerogative. No one forced Kunal Kamra to view the Republic channel. The comedian’s way of persistent queries, while the flight is on board, disturbing many passengers is not a comical thing. So, rightly he was penalised. With this he will not recur such farcical things. Many in the public, who are unaware, will come to know aviation rules this way. Kunal Kamra’s is a classic case. However, uncivil his behaviour was, there were some online news portals that sided with him, huffingpost.in ran a column with the headline- ‘Kunal Kamra: DGCA Chief Says Flying Ban A Clear Violation Of Rules’.

According to the column IndiGo should have waited for an internal enquiry to be completed before putting Kamra on a no-flyer list for six months. An IndiGo pilot who flew with him also bats for the comedian by raising questions on the ban. When the whole lot of flight crew and passengers were the witnesses, what kind of an enquiry is needed? Technicalities apart, his sarcasm- filled animosity towards the journalist, who sat silently all through, was proof enough that the comedian was guilty. Moreover, it’s a case of public nuisance.

Kamra asked Arnab questions with a prejudiced mind. He had already preconceived notions on him and his journalism that was distasteful to him. But the place and timing were not appropriate. In any case, he was no one to correct Arnab Goswami. He cannot assume the position of a Guru to teach/guide him on what he (Kamra) believes to be true. In the whole process, Kunal Kamra tried to pose a moral grandstanding to promote himself, as if what he was asking were true questions that many would want to seek answers. He was doing so with a polarised mind. He told Arnab, “I am part of the tukde tukde narrative. You deflate me … Are you a coward, or are you a journalist, or a nationalist? Who are you Arnab?” Are they the questions to be asked in a flight ? By doing so, he himself became an object of ridicule.

The second part of the question Kunal Kamra asked was a serious one . He brought in Rohit Vemula’s context, which is a pet project of he and his ilk. He found fault with Arnab with regard to Rohit’s caste queries that were asked on his show. And he further asked Arnab to read Rohit’s suicide note. He in his own tweet says: ‘The moment the stewardess asked me to move, I went back to my seat in 20 seconds. I apologised to each crew member personally and to both the pilots, by staying back till the end,for any inconvenience…….Let us all take a moment and fondly remember a smiling Rohit Vemula.’ What is this iconolatry of Rohit Vemula? A smiling Rohit Vemula like a smiling Buddha !

Rohit Vemula’s suicide note went viral. Of course, it was pathetic to read. And also pathetic to see a boy die so young. When alive, there was a video of him that went viral in which he abused Hindutva and saffron colour in a very foul ( unparliamentary) language in Telugu. That showed how hate-filled was his mind against Hindutva. His SC status is questionable. Initially, it was said, his mother was a Christian convert. Then the caste – SC would not apply. Then changed the religion to an affable Buddhism. So many somersaults on his religion and caste. Kunal Kamra would want to believe what he knew (through someone) than the verified facts.

Clearly, Kunal Kamra belonged to left wing politics. One can say this by the tweets of Swara Bhaskar when he was banned by many airlines. She tweeted: how will you survive this devastating blow? (On 28/01/20). Another tweet on 29/01/20: Kunal you did no wrong. Period. So, they’re birds of same feather. From among journalists, there are many sympathisers for him. The online news portals and individual journalists and anchors of news channels that are standing for Kunal Kamra and the airlines ban imposed on him to be severe, are all, in one way or the other, anti-CAA activists. Kunal Kamra is in no way a paragon of virtue. He has his scores to settle and he has his partisan ends. All in all, it was a messy affair.

Parashuram principle

0

When rent-seeking, predatory-elite become too numerous, they are forced out of the society. This is what the sixth Avtaar of Vishnu, Lord Parashuram did.

Lord Parashuram is a Chiranjeevi, means he lives among us. Lord Parashuram killed Kshatriyas (warrior class) around the earth for 21 years after his boon giving cow Kamadhenu was killed by a Kshatriya king. Lord Vishnu incarnated as Parashuram in Treta Yug to eliminate Kshatriyas who had strayed from the path of Dharma and had become a burden on earth it’s people.

Burden on earth, this is what it was all about in Treta Yug.

Such predatory elites have existed throughout history in most societies, civilisations and nations. They used various methods to justify their right to rule, from Inca to European monarchies to Tsars in Russia and Islamic conquerors in the Indian subcontinent. Whether it was divine right to rule, or establishing religious supremacy of Abrahamaic religions over Pagans or right to rule because of birth in aristocratic families. Marxism started from this point as a revolt of the oppressed but ended up creating elites that were more predatory and more oppressive.

Angus Maddison writes about Mughal Economy and Society (1971) that around 21 million Muslim elite (2 crore) out of a population of 150 million (15 crore) during Mughal rule were the parasitic rulers of Hindu India subjugated under Islamic rule. He writes that it was a regime of parasitic warlord predators and not agrarian feudalism that was seen in Europe during the same time.

Why is this important for us to know today?

Because, this Muslim predatory elite was the main reason India was subjugated for centuries and even in independent India, a predatory elite remains in place in the form of Congress-UPA-Lutyens eco-system. Medieval Indian Muslim rule had two main differences compared to other elites in different parts of the world and even at different times in history.

One, the sheer numbers of foreign Muslim predatory-elite were far too many for any population to sustain.

Two, this elite did not have any sense of responsibility or concern for their Hindu subjects.

These two factors gave whatever longevity Islamic conquerors (including Mughals) had over the Indian (mostly Hindu) population. Hindu kings and princes were never that many to be an unsustainable burden on the tax-paying peasantry, this was a reason they were fewer in numbers than the unlimited Muslim armies that came from all over the Muslim world from Turkic regions, Persia, Afghanistan to Arabia.

Hindu rulers could not tax their subjects to penury, famine and death like the Islamic rulers could. Hindu subjects of Muslim rulers were the ‘other’, Kafirs or infidels who were fair game as directed by their scriptures. The Hindu Marathas who replaced Mughals had to use taxation like Chauth and Sardeshmukhi on numerous kingdoms across India to sustain their military machine that defeated all Muslim rulers across India, from Afghanistan (Attock) to Mysore. This was resented by most Hindu rulers, which was one of the reasons that Hindu rulers supported the Afghan raider Ahmed Shah Abdali in the third battle of Panipat against the Marathas. Marathas had no choice, to establish Hind-Swaraj they had to build a massive military machine that required steep taxation. But the Marathas were still not brutal unlike the Muslim rulers whose brutality was seen as late as in 1948 when Razakar Muslim militias under the Nizam massacred innocent Hindu civilians in Mysore before the Indian Army under Sardar Patel annexed Mysore with the Indian republic.

Even though Marathas and the Sikhs after them were successful in removing Islamic tyranny from most of India, they could not build a stable state because just when they were consolidating, another foreign power, this time the British came to colonise and loot India.

The Indian state today faces many challenges, it is not over arching or a burden, in fact it needs to be more prevalent in society than it currently is. From policing to education to healthcare, the Indian state needs to grow rather than recede in order to help the masses. But, the Parashuram Principle remains as valid today as it was in Treta Yug. If the elite becomes parasitic and preys on the population, then they will be forced out. This is what happened in 2014 and again in 2019. May it sustain.

The need of a good literature

0

My friend told me about the book “PARAT” by Sarvesh Tiwari Shreemukh Ji. I watched Sarvesh Ji’s interview on OPindia. I must say two really inspiring authors, Sarvesh Tiwari Shreemukh and Ajeet Bharti, are talking about the need for good literature and the responsibility of the authors today. I think this was my first time when I was not listening to some fancy, stylish and English author. These two-man were discussing things so smoothly without using jargons. Yes, let me be very honest, they were talking as if they are people’s writers, who write about us and they are no different from common people of our nation. The best thing about this interview was they threw light on something that is really missing today, that is feeling and emotions and how good literature can help us to become human beings.

It made me think about the time where we are living in. We have access to almost everything, be it a book or a movie or anything that influences the human mind but what we lack is that inspiration or that driving force to make us read good books that give direction to our mind and touches our heart. The best thing we can give to our upcoming generations is a good literary work that will help them to grow and know how to live in this world. I agree with Sarvesh Ji when he said that Science has made humans a machine. None of us can deny this fact that in this age of Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Messenger…, where we are connected to each other all the time, we actually lack those true feelings that make you a social animal. The irony of social media age is that it has made us socially connected but doesn’t tell us how to be social.

I still remember those small stories which were there in my Hindi textbook-like, Ghisa of Mahadevi Verma, Ek Tokri Bhar Mitti of Madhav Rao Sapre.  You can’t read these stories without actually feeling what the author wants to convey or without putting yourself in the author’s shoes. We have a treasure of inspirational works in Hindi Literature which are based on the life of a common people, society and almost everything that is happening around you, catching your eyes and accepting your ignoring attitude towards the events. The best way to avoid the problems and drawbacks is by considering them non-existant. However , there are very few people who are courageous enough to throw light on such things and draw the attention of thier readers towards it.

We need more people like Sarvesh Tiwari Shreemukh and Ajeet Bharti who understand the need for a good literary work for the development of young minds so that youth become more sensitive towards others.

Literature Is One Of The Most Interesting And Significant Expressions Of Humanity.”- P. T. Barnum.

Delhi: 2015 vs 2020

It was the start of the year 2015, when BJP which was fresh from the hat-trick victory it got during 2014 (loksabha, Maharashtra, Jharkhand) elections took the Delhi election lightly and organized high level campaign for it. But AAP which was twice bitten (Varanasi, Delhi loksabha) in elections ran a pure grass roots movements which led to one of the spectacular victories in the recent times. So five years down the line let us see what and all changed in the political landscape of Delhi.

Grass Roots Movement:

Delhi still runs based on the grass root movement during vidhan sabha elections. All the major parties avoided organizing high-decibel campaign instead focuses on booth level mobilization which gives fresh memories of 2015 campaign led by AAP. Only difference this time is more volunteers are running BJP election machine than AAP.

Hostility of Bureaucrats:

Bureaucrats who were unable to cope up the pressure of work when PM Modi started digitizing most of the Govt offices, ran a silent campaign against PM Modi to get more leniency from then NDA-2 government. They have now completely got sync with the culture of Work being followed by PM Modi. Perks which was thrown to Govt employees during previous UPA govt have been shut off completely from 2014 which created a sense of panic, anxiety among bureaucrats during that time. Now it seems life has come full circle for them with second term election of PM Modi and the sky rocketing expectation of ordinary man, bureaucrats do not have time to focus on running silent campaign this time.

Candidate Selection:

All the major parties gave more importance on selecting candidates for each of 70 constituencies. No light weighters have been allowed to contest. Seems both AAP & BJP is fighting like a do-or-die situation. Also BJP has went one level deeper by selecting candidates who have more grass roots involvement. They have completely changed the game after messing up candidate selection in Jharkhand which led to the defeat of BJP. Cyber Yodhhas (Twitter warriors) have been romped up by both AAP & BJP to provide the last mile connectivity during D-Day.

Freebie Culture:

Delhites have fed up with freebie of culture of providing free electricity, water, bus ride, metro ride etc. More and more people have started questioning the rationality of these schemes announced by AAP in their manifesto. Real misstep AAP has made in this election cycle is the announcement of freebies just before the election which have really hit hard on people and they started criticizing the move as an election stunt.

Budget impact:

Exactly 1 week before the election, Budget is going to be proposed in the parliament. Whether it can be game changer with Tax incentives for Middle class yet to be seen but if there is an effort to woo the middle class with budget then it will immediately reflect in the voting pattern.

Regularizing Colonies:

End of the last year, NDA-3 announced regularizing the colonies in Delhi. It created a huge space for BJP to enter and campaign in slums with full force. Previously these places were completely occupied by AAP and Congress. Even few percentage of votes from there will turn the election in a do or die situation.

Seeing all these variables across the board let us check where each party stand in terms of winning the hearts of Delhites.

AAP:

After running an effective campaign during 2015, AAP now is playing things defensively. They are trying to give report card of past 5 years after successive defeat in MCD and 2019 Lok sabha election. They are trying to localize the election as much as possible

Grass root movement of 2015 almost fizzled out. More than half of the people who worked for AAP previous time, have completely abandoned the party. Also the freebie announcements made by AAP is facing a backlash among Delhi voters. Dominance of Kejriwal by sidelining AAP leaders like Yogendra Yadav,Prashant Bhushan,Dr Kumar Vishwas etc has made many of AAP volunteers to take back seat in campaigning. There is no palpable wave among delhi people for CM Kejriwal.

Also the rise of Congress among Delhi is making AAP sleepless. So only they are following the carrot and stick policy with respect to Shaheenbagh protests. On one hand Deputy CM Manish Sisodia is supporting it in another hand Kejriwal is tweeting against it to clear the blockade. To say frankly AAP is fighting with Congress to make sure it will not improve its vote percentage. There are high chances that 2020 Delhi campaign of AAP may be the redux of 2014 Varanasi election of Kejriwal which was high in decibels but very low on substance.

Congress:

Congress almost has lost the hope of regaining delhi. Even after the death of former CM Sheila Dikshit Congress was unable to campaign on the sympathy votes for ex-CM. Their campaign is very directionless and the candidates are not ready to invest more money also. Congress is just fighting to regain their 2019 Loksabha vote share in the range of 15-20%.

BJP:

BJP is fighting the election without CM Candidate, Which initially was reported as big setback for BJP by media but with clever strategy BJP made sure that entire central government is fighting against AAP. Nukkad sabhas which was considered as AAP campaign strategy in 2015 was cleverly appropriated by BJP and Central ministers, parliamentarians, BJP CMs all across the country are asked to conduct nukkad sabhas(street corner meetings) all across Delhi. BJP is back in the game of managing booth level strategies and Home minister Amit shah himself involved in hands-on management of booth workers.

At the year start AAP was in clear advantageous position but with the clever bombardment of entire central treasury benches and Chief Ministers all across country BJP completely changed the picture. Also Shaheen Bagh protests which everybody said will affect the BJP actually helped BJP more in reaching out to very ordinary citizens and create a mild polarization against the AAP & Congress. BJP upped its ante on grass root connect and they smartly split each assembly seat into multiple segments and involved many top rung leadership in managing them. So it is almost like 2019 lok sabha election re-run only with the exception of involving nukkad sabhas all across Delhi by BJP. Even Haryana and Assam chief ministers are speaking in nukkad sabhas which clearly keeps BJP in advantageous position.

The thumb rule after 2014 is whenever there is wave less election BJP cleverly increases their booth level connect and make sure it blind sides everyone on the last day of voting. So with remaining 2 weeks left for campaigning it is not a wonder that it might be a repeat of 2015 election but with BJP as the front runner.

Disintegrate evil charmers in Indian politics, support Narendra Modi, save India

0

Indian politics, although has gifted an extraordinary leader and statesman– Modi as Prime Minister of our country but at the same time our politics also unfortunately started to breed several evil charmers who are funding, sponsoring and extending other logical support to certain evil forces to protest and break peace and harmony of India in the name of CAA protest.

Most of those evil charmers looks like are trying to please someone, possibly an external force that resides in the neighbouring country – Pakistan to break India. But fortunately India is in the safe hands of Narendra Modi and Amit Shah and hence none of the efforts of either the evil forces or those evil charmers are going to work. In democracy, the elected government has its say only till the end of five years and again the country would go for election and then a new government would be elected.

The intent of all those evil charmers is that somehow they want to attack Modi and Amit Shah so that all those evil charmers can have their way unquestioned or unchallenged.

Modi is like a fire wall or citadel saving our country from all those evil charmers and evil forces.  The evil forces at best need food to eat and some money for their living. The evil charmers when provide those basic needs to the evil forces, the evil forces are there to do the job of their master – evil charmers. In turn who knows, the evil charmers may be also getting paid by ‘someone’ from Pakistan. Evil charmers may be acting as conduit of various antisocial and anti-national elements.

The evil charmers are the real conduit for the evil forces with possible Pakistani hands to offer all logistic and other supports. Considering such possibility, India must be wary of all those evil charmers than the real evil forces.

Evil charmers will be more active and aggressive only when they started to fear that the land is going God’s way, the divine leadership is in the helm of affairs, truth and dharma alone are going to prevail and the scope for any negativity is completely negligible. Modi has ensured good governance and sab ka vikas.

Today India is fortunate, lucky and happy to have Modi as its Prime Minister. India is equally fortunate to have the iron man – Amit Shah as Home Minister.

Thanks to the divine leadership of Modi and Amit Shah, the corrupt dynastic forces that promote nothing by corruption, nepotism, sycophancy and policy paralysis are silenced and subterranean-ized. Naturally the evil forces even though have gone subterranean is still left with lots of evilness and hence may be acting both as evil and as evil charmer.

The reason being the evil charmers never want to get noticed because of their political interest/ ambition. They do not want to reveal their conduit role and only when their identity is hidden and concealed, they can contest election for power to engage even more vigorously in future both as conduit of anti-national foreign force as well as evil charmers in India. Imagine if those evil charmers ever win, they will do nothing but fan the evilness to remain in power.

Several media houses are also acting like evil charmers by highlighting some isolated statements by some eccentric people to show the country in poor light. In order to glorify the statement, the evil charmers in our country are willing to create great curriculum vitae to boost the image of those who criticize and abuse Modi.

India is a great country with great tradition called Hinduism that is considered to be the mother of all civilizations in the world. Modi has not just got elected but is over whiningly supported by Indians. People carry PM Modi in their heart.

India knows what India wants and so is Modi knows what is best for India because India supports Modi unconditionally. Therefore the prejudiced and conversion centric views of someone in US or UK have nothing to do with India; let them be business tycoon or economist or Nobel laureate.

India must promote the value systems of Lord Ram and Lord Krishna, must practice truth and ahimsa, India’s Hindu culture and tradition, equality and tolerance, development and sab ka vikas.  Modi is promotes not only honesty in public life but also promoting value based dealing of politics.

In the past India has witnessed snake charmers, ghost charmers etc. But all those charmers were limited in their role in a small, tiny village in some remote areas and were never so visible or loud in Indian politics. Further none of those snake charmers or ghost charmers would have ever received any support from Pakistan.

Indians must be very vigilant and watchful of all those evil charmers and must pledge their unconditional support for Modi to save India. We Indians and Modi alone can save the country from all those evil charmers

Rising population and India @2020

0

Going by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s clarion call, India strongly emphasizes on being a global super power by the year 2025. India aims to stride forward to become a 5 trillion dollar economy along with becoming world’s youngest country as 64% of its population falling under the working age bracket.

But how will that happen with a whooping 1.373 Billion population?

As we enter 2020, India’s population is estimated to be 1,380,004,385 approx at mid of this year according to the United Nation’s data. India’s population is currently equivalent to 17.7% of the total world’s population. The median age in India is 28.4 years with an average life expectancy of 70.42 years.

This rapid rise in population will also have some grave problems accompanying it for India’s future. Persons are not just means but also ends of economic development. They are an asset if present in adequate strength and prove to be a liability if excess in strength. Population has already crossed the optimum limit in India and its high time we take it up as a task to make sure it doesn’t become a liability for the country.

The problem of population explosion in India is proving to be a big hindrance in the success of economic planning and development.

Rapid rate of growth of population has been the root cause of several socio-economic problems in India.

Food scarcity: While people do not get sufficient quantity of food due to its low availability, this adversely affects their health and productivity. Low productivity causes low per capita income and thus paves the way for rise in poverty.Shortage of food-grains obliges the under-developed countries to import food grains from abroad. So a large part of foreign exchange is spent on it. So development work suffers. Hence, rise in population ends up causing food shortage problem thereby hampering economic expenditures of the country’s budget.

Unemployment: Larger the size of population, larger is the army of labour force. But due to shortage of capital resources, it becomes difficult to provide gainful employment to the entire working population. Disguised unemployment in rural areas and open unemployment in urban areas are the peculiar features of an developing country like India. The employment creation in India has been a much talked issue across the table in past few years. But, very few significant efforts have been taken to enhance the level of education in India. Every year witnesses a huge number of graduates coming out of the colleges but conversion of job seekers into successful employment has not seen the day of the light. While our education system focuses on passing students to their next level of academic stage, often it has been seen that these graduates don’t end up becoming employable or industry-ready.

Low Standard of Living: Rapid growth of population is also accounting for low standard of living in India. Even, the bare necessities of basic living are not available adequately. Population in India increases every year by about 1.60 crore. It requires 121 lakh tonnes of food grains, 1.9 lakh meters of cloth and 2.6 lakh houses and 52 lakh additional jobs to satisfy this rise in population and maintain a socio-economic balance in the society.

The cost and price rise is directly responsible for raising the cost of living of the masses. This brings the standard of living to a low. Poverty breeds large number of children which increases poverty further and vicious circle of poverty continues degrading further. Thus, the consequence of population growth is to lower the standard of living.

Poverty: Rising population directly increases poverty in India. People end up spending a large portion of their resources for bringing up of their wards. This results into less saving and low rate of capital formation. Hence, improvement in production technique becomes impossible. This also means low productivity of labour.

Population and Rise of Social Problems: Population explosion gives rise to a number of social problems. It leads to migration of people from rural areas to the urban areas thereby causing the growth of slum areas. People live in most unhygienic and insanitary conditions of the urban areas in cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, etc.The failure in seeking jobs has also been leading youngsters to illicit activities like robbery, beggary, prostitution and murder etc. The terrorist activities that we find today in various parts of the country are the reflection of frustration among educated unemployed youth and their vulnerability to fall for easy ways earning a livelihood. Overcrowding, traffic congestion, frequent accidents and pollution in big cities are also the direct result of over-population. Infrastructure that is coming up is clearly insufficient to cater to the fast growing population.

Declining trend of Agricultural Development: In less developed countries, mostly people live in rural areas and their main occupation is agriculture and if the population increases, the land-man ratio is certainly disturbed. Per-capita availability of land for cultivation declined from 1.1 acre in 1911 to 0.6 acre in 1971 in our country which makes the size of holdings very small. This also leads to the occurrence of disguised unemployment and underemployment in the agricultural sector. It leads to congestion and moreover to reduction in land available for farming as well as for building houses, factories, hospitals, shopping centres, educational institutions, roads and railway tracks etc. Thus, the growth of population retards agricultural development and inherently creates many other problems.

Adverse Effects on Environment: Rapid population growth leads to the environmental change. Rapid population growth has swelled the ranks of unemployed men and women at an alarming rate. Due to this, a large number of people are being pushed in ecologically sensitive areas such as hill sides and tropical forests. A similar such situation propped up recently when some development project work started in the Arrey area of Mumbai whereas tall sky-scrappers have been built long back to accommodate lavish societies on same land where large plantations once existed. These societies were built just like several others only after devastating various ecological cultivation. Such large scale migrations of population lead to the cutting of forests for cultivation leading to several environmental change. Besides all this, the increasing population growth leads to the migration of large number to urban areas with industrialization. This results in polluted air, water, noise and population in big cities and towns.

Education & Population: By 2025, India is expected to surpass China as the world’s most populous country due to higher fertility rates and a younger population. However, a new study suggests that India’s population outlook depends heavily on the degree to which differences between regions within India’s population, or heterogeneity, are incorporated into population regulation models.

India is an extremely heterogeneous Asian sub-continent. Simply because it is one nation, unlike composite Europe, it should not be treated as a uniform entity. To account for the diversity between different states and regions of India, they designed a study that pioneered a five-dimensional model of India’s population differences that include rural or urban place of residence, state, age, sex, and level of education. The model was then used to show the population projection changes within scenarios that combine different levels of these factors.

If the projection is carried out while only explicitly accounting for age and sex, influential factors like higher education, associated with decreased fertility, are left out. Thus, a projection based on today’s much higher fertility rate of uneducated and rural women predicts a drastically larger population in the future.

At the most general level, a research reveals the importance of considering differences within sub-national populations, and recognizing that they are at different stages of a general development. Differences in development are to a large extent driven by improvements in the skills, education, and capacity of labor within different countries.

In addition to age and sex, education should also be routinely included in population forecasts because of its well-established implications for improving the economy and quality of life, while reducing population growth and mortality rates. For its part, China has invested heavily in universal education since the 1950s and is decades ahead of India in terms of human capital. But it isn’t too late for India to catch up.

Our population projection for India in 2050 looks similar to what China already has today. This implies that India is some three decades behind. But since it has recently expanded education efforts for the youth, there is good hope for their future. In fact, the percentage of women that had never attended any school has dropped from 70% to 46% since 1990. As India’s young population is set to surpass China in size, continued investment in education could translate growth into economic and human resources that are competitive with the wealthiest and most powerful nations in Asia.

There is no second opinion about the crucial role that education plays in shaping an individual’s personality. As per a survey revealing, India’s organized sector has only 34 million people which forms a very small strata of the total population. This statement itself says a lot about the Indian literacy rate and the education system.

Padma Shree Award to Adnan Sami – ‘Congress spider’ caught in own cobweb

0

The congress party of the dynast has developed a ‘default memory disease’ that is, he must always oppose and abuse Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Even when the whole world praises and appreciates Modi, the pessimistic, jealous DNA of the congress party longs to code nothing but only abuse and criticism of Modi. The 5th generation dynast knows nothing but to make himself a joker in every public forum and abuse Modi.

Modi government is working overtime for sab ka vikas. BJP doesn’t discriminate people based on their religion or caster or other denominations. Modi and Amit Shah want to ensure the prosperity and happiness of all Indians. It means, India needs Indians, Indians by thought, word and deed. People should feel they are Indians first and only then they should think about their religion. When they think about their first identity as Indian also must cherish India as what it is today is Hinduism, Hindu way of living and Hindu tradition.

All Indians irrespective of their different religious practices are followers of Hinduism although they may not be Hindus by religion. People should not confuse between Hindus and Hinduism.  Hinduism is the identity, index and prologue of India. India means in in strict sense, Hinduism, which is the spirit and letter of India.

Modi Government is very fair and impartial and hence has recognized Adnan Sami, a famous singer with Padma Shree award, one of the finest civilian awards conferred to people of outstanding and exceptional contributions to the society. But the congress party of the dynast has brutally mocked, sniggered and attacked Modi for granting the award to Adnan Sami.

The basis for the criticism of Padma award to Adnan Sami is that Sami’s father was a soldier of Pakistan and he has bombed India during war in mid-1960. Therefore the credence of Adnan Sami must be suspected but instead of that, Modi has awarded Adnan Sami with Padma Shree was the criticism of congress party and several other tukde tukde gangs.

The subsequent revelations of Adnan Sami about how he became the citizen of India and who wanted him to move to India and seek citizenship etc., has rocked India and proved how notorious and hypocritical is the congress party of the dynast. It was the third generation dynast- Rajiv Gandhi who happens to be the friend of Adnan Sami’s father, who was also a pilot and after leaning from him that his son, i.e., Adnan Sami was a singer etc., Rajiv Gandhi had advised the father of Adnan Sami to send his son to India and settle so that he can easily turns out to be a great musician. Since then Adnan Sami has been living in India as an Indian citizen with full of Indian-ness and the all-inclusive Hinduism.

But today the same congress is questioning Modi for giving Padma Shree award to Adnan Sami. Adnan Sami has made tremendous contributions to music and tradition of India. It looks like the congress has shot the gun much before it was aimed and now had caught in own cobweb. The BJP’s response to the criticism of congress was even superb which has put the congress party of the dynast precarious.

BJP’s reply was that if congress party wants to question the credence of Adnan Sami due to his father who served Pakistan defence force, then how India should view the paternal ancestry of the Sonia Gandhi, the working president of congress party.

Because of Modi-phobia and inborn jealous of the 5th generation dynast of the congress party, several sycophants of the congress party had shot the gun at Adnan Sami thinking that they could easily attack Modi but all of them were completely silenced by the revelations of none other than Adnan Sami himself. Congress party is just interested only in abusing Modi and hence forgot its own history and past deeds and got thoroughly exposed. If the congress party and other so called tukde tukde gangs are that sincere in protecting secular values should have large heartedly appreciated and praised Modi for his fair and impartial governance spirit.

Modi always go by merit and will not entertain nepotism or sycophancy or dynastic culture. The question of how can we question the Indian-ness of Adnan Sami because his father had served the defence force of Pakistan is quite fair point. But why the congress party could not be fair in its criticism because the congress party is nothing by an inherited business unit.

From Nehru, his daughter inherited the party, then her son Rajiv Gandhi, then it went to the hands of his wife- the Italian born Sonia Gandhi and then to her son the 5th generation dynast –Rahul Gandhi. Because of the dynastic mind-set and culture, it would have assumed that Adnan Sami although has been living as India citizen but still may have allegiance only to Pakistan.

Let us forgive the congress party for its ignorance and its dynastic politics and let us work together to save India by pledging our unconditional support to Modi and Amit Shah. The people from minority community also must realize the truth that Modi is working for sab ka vikas whereas most of the regional parties and tukde tukde gangs are working overtime to develop own family and hence the minority communities should not fall victim again to all those pseudo-secular forces and instead must support Modi to make India a great land where Ram and Rahim are equal contributors and beneficiary.
