How Allah disowns the non-Arab Muslims

Nobel Prize Laureate V S Naipaul said, “Islam is, in its origins, an Arab religion. Everyone, not an Arab, who is a Muslim, is a convert……A convert’s worldview alters. His holy places are in Arab lands; his sacred language is Arabic. His idea of history alters. He rejects his own; he becomes, whether he likes it or not, a part of the Arab story.

The convert has to turn away from everything that is his. The disturbance for societies is immense, and even after a thousand years can remain unresolved; the turning away has to be done again and again. People develop fantasies about who and what they are; and in the Islam of the converted countries there is an element of neurosis and nihilism. These countries can be easily set on the boil.”

This particular quote of Naipaul is very well-known. In the above-mentioned few lines, Naipaul had aptly described the core psycho-social problem of non-Arab converted Muslims. These converted Muslims want to assert their Muslim-ness more than Arab Muslims. In this process, they show their peculiar attributes of ‘fantasy’, ‘neurosis’, ‘nihilism’, (dressing like Arabs) and ‘boiling’ etc., spelt by Naipaul above. Such pictures can be particularly seen in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Again, among the converts, neo-converts are the most radical. In the Indian subcontinent, we saw this in Allama Iqbal and Muhammad Ali Jinnah during last century. Murshid Quli Khan of early eighteenth-century Bengal was another example.

The Holy Quran repeatedly commands that it is for Arabic speaking people, particularly of Mecca and surrounding places. Such Quranic commandments make non-Arab converted Muslims to be outside the realm of Quran and by extension the ‘real Islam’. At least four verses of the Quran command so. These are Quran 12:2, 41:3, 42:7 and 43:3.

Quran 12:2 reveals “Verily, We have sent it down as an Arabic Quran in order that you may understand”.

Quran 41:3 reveals “A Book whose verses have been detailed, an Arabic Qur’an for a people who know”.

Quran 42:7 reveals “And thus did We reveal this Arabic Qur’an to you that you may warn the people of the Mother of Cities (to wit, Makkah) and those who dwell around it; and warn them of the Day of Gathering concerning which there is no doubt: whereon some will be in Paradise, and some in the Blazing Fire”.

And Quran 43:3 reveals “Indeed, We have made it an Arabic Qur’an that you might understand”.

So, it is made clear from the Allah that, Quran is not for the people who do not know Arabic. Thus, time and again the Quran specifies that it is only for the people who know Arabic. So, Muslims of the Indian subcontinent has nothing to do with the Quran. It is a known fact that in the Quran, important commandments come more or less similarly in a number of verses, as it has happened here.

In the Indian subcontinent, Hindu forefathers of today’s Muslims in Pakistan and India were mostly forced to convert to increase the size of the cohort with allegiance towards the foreign Muslim rulers. Conversion was also done by foreign Muslim rulers and invaders to subjugate and humiliate the local Hindu Kafir. Some Hindus also spontaneously got converted to avoid Islamic oppression. Forefather of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto converted to Islam from Hindu Rajput of Rajasthan in the time of Aurangzeb to avoid religious persecution.

Indian Hindus were never impressed by Islam and fought through centuries and against all odds to preserve their Dharma. So, India is still a Hindu-majority country even after eight hundred years of Muslim onslaught. Unlike Persia, Egypt and Afghanistan etc, Islam failed in India to over-run Hinduism. And conversion of Hindus of the Indian subcontinent to Islam was always disgraceful and shameful.

The story of conversion by Sufis is fraudulent, as Sufis were hard-core Jihadis. Mass conversion in Bengal, among low-caste and out-caste Hindus, was done by Sufi warrior Shah Jalal and many Ghazis (Muslim fighters against non-Muslims) between the thirteenth and mid-eighteenth century, when foreign Muslims ruled Bengal. The foreign Muslim rulers and ruling class did not come to Indian subcontinent with their women. They married Indian Hindu women, mostly by force. The life of Pandit dacoit Benimadhab Ray, during Akbar’s time in Bengal, is a testimony of abduction of Hindu women by Muslims. Siraj ud-Daulah, a Turkic descendant and the last Nawab of Bengal in mid-eighteenth century, was a debauch and notorious for abducting Hindu girls/women for his sexual pleasure and later conversion.

The local converted Muslims, in the Indian subcontinent, gradually became the pole bearers of Islam. They steadily started cultivating contempt and hatred for their Hindu brethren for being Kafir. It was not for nothing Vivekananda said, And then every man going out of the Hindu pale is not only a man less, but an enemy more”. This explains what harm Indian converts have been doing on their Hindu brethren since a thousand years. Even today, one can see the hatred of converted Muslims of Kashmir valley towards fellow Hindus. But despite this, local converted Muslims of the Indian subcontinent were always looked down upon by the foreign Muslim ruling and invading class.

If Turkic, Afghan, Persian and Mongol Muslims in Indian subcontinent were second class Muslims vis-à-vis Arab Muslims, then converted Muslims of Indian subcontinent were/are third class Muslims. The high-caste Hindu converts, over the time, aligned with Indian Muslims of foreign stock to make an elite but small Ashraf class in the subcontinent and the remaining vast majority of converts became Pasmanda or backward Muslims. Pasmanda Muslims later became foot-soldiers of elite Ashraf Muslims in their fight for Pakistan.

Even today, Pasmanda Muslims, in India, very easily get involved in riots, stone pelting, road blockage, arson, and violent mass protests in the name of saving Islam. They are the ones who offer mass Friday prayer on the road, in railway stations and in any odd public place for showing the strength of Islam. They mostly go to Madrasa to get brainwashed and construct so-called Mazars in all inconceivable places as a stump of Islam. But Pasmanda Muslims don’t know that Allah has disowned them in Asmani Kitab and Ashraf class is using them as pawns.

Allah has really deceived the converted Muslims of the Indian subcontinent. Just imagine the level of anger and frustration that Mullahs and Islamists from the Indian subcontinent will show on being exposed of their futile connection with the Quran. They may explode in anger when they will be reminded that theirs being the Quran-following Muslims is like Begaani Shaadi Mey Abdullah Diwana. In that case, Bangladesh will see the worst scenario, followed by Pakistan and India in that order.

Stories have come to light in recent years that Indian Muslims who joined ISIS have ended up cleaning toilets. To add to their misery, they are tricked into becoming suicide bombers as Indian Muslims are considered not good enough to fight. Al Qaida and ISIS even call Muslims of the subcontinent as Hindi Miskeen, meaning poor Indians. So, it is not only Allah, but Arab Muslims also consider Muslims of the subcontinent as inferior Muslims.

India eyes global crypto regulations in G20: Are we ready for uniformity?

0

India holds the G20 presidency this year and is a member of the G20 and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). At the G20 and FATF meetings, India has been actively engaged in discussions on the issue of cryptocurrencies and their potential risks, particularly concerning money laundering and terrorist financing. I think that cryptocurrency regulation is likely to be one of the many things that will be talked about this year while the G20 is in charge.

In recent years, India has taken a cautious approach to cryptocurrencies and expressed concerns about their potential for illegal activities. In India, although trading in cryptocurrency assets is not prohibited, the introduction of a severe tax rate last year has significantly reduced such activity.

Additionally, offsetting losses from one cryptocurrency asset with gains from another has been prohibited. The Indian government has also discussed the possibility of implementing stricter regulations for cryptocurrencies, although it has not yet taken any concrete steps in this direction.

At the G20 and FATF meetings, India emphasized the need for international cooperation in addressing the risks posed by cryptocurrencies, including sharing information and best practices among countries. India has also supported the FATF’s efforts to develop global standards for regulating cryptocurrencies and has expressed its commitment to working with other countries to ensure the effective implementation of these standards.

What is the purpose of the proposed uniform regulations for cryptocurrency in India?

The purpose of the proposed uniform regulations for cryptocurrency in India is to provide a clear and consistent framework for using and managing cryptocurrencies. It is aimed to addressing the various risks associated with cryptocurrencies, such as financial stability, consumer protection, and illicit activities, while also promoting the development of the cryptocurrency industry in India.

The proposed laws are aimed at ensuring that the use of cryptocurrencies is in line with the overall goals of the Indian economy and that the risks associated with cryptocurrencies are effectively mitigated. The Indian government wants to make the cryptocurrency market fair for everyone and encourage people to use cryptocurrencies in a responsible and open way.

In addition to mitigating the risks posed by cryptocurrencies, it would also promote the growth and innovation of the cryptocurrency industry in India. By having clear and stable rules, the Indian government hopes to encourage investment, encourage innovation, and support the growth of the industry, which will help the Indian economy as a whole.

What are the key features of the proposed regulations?

The key features of the proposal may include provisions related to the licensing and registration of cryptocurrency exchanges, the reporting of suspicious transactions, and the implementation of anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) measures. The rules may also include rules to protect consumers and keep their information private, as well as requirements to keep records and report to regulatory authorities.

It may outline the responsibilities of various stakeholders in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, such as exchanges, wallet providers, and users. They may set standards for their operation and conduct. They may also specify the types of cryptocurrencies that can be traded or held by individuals or businesses and establish rules for their safe storage and transfer.

The regulations may also address issues related to taxation and the treatment of cryptocurrency-related transactions for tax purposes. They may specify the tax implications of holding, buying, and selling cryptocurrencies and the tax treatment of income generated from cryptocurrency-related activities.

How will the introduction of these regulations impact the cryptocurrency industry in India?

Currently, the status of cryptocurrency regulations in India is somewhat uncertain. While the Indian government has expressed concerns about the potential risks posed by cryptocurrencies, it has not yet taken any concrete steps to regulate the industry. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued several warnings about using cryptocurrencies but has not yet implemented any specific regulations.

The introduction of these regulations may have a significant impact on the cryptocurrency industry in India. The regulations may create a more favorable environment for the industry’s growth by providing a clear and consistent framework for using cryptocurrencies. However, the regulations may impose additional costs and compliance requirements on cryptocurrency exchanges, which may impact their profitability. Additionally, the regulations may affect consumer behaviour as they may increase consumer confidence in the safety and security of cryptocurrencies.

In recent years, there has been growing interest in cryptocurrencies in India, and many cryptocurrency exchanges have emerged to meet this demand. But without clear and consistent rules, the use and management of cryptocurrencies in India are mostly uncontrolled.

How will it affect the wider Indian economy?

The proposed regulations for cryptocurrency in India may have a broader impact on the Indian economy. If the regulations effectively reduce the risks associated with cryptocurrencies, they may increase investor confidence and boost the industry’s growth. This, in turn, may positively impact employment and economic development.

But if the rules are too strict or hard to follow, they could slow down the growth of the industry and make it less likely to help the economy.

Are we ready for uniform crypto regulations?

This is a key question. Are we ready?

By introducing uniform regulations, the Indian government hopes to ensure that cryptocurrencies are used safely and securely while also protecting investors’ interests. From my point of view, the need for uniformity in the regulation of cryptocurrencies among G20 countries is a matter of debate. On the one hand, uniform regulations can help ensure a level playing field for businesses and prevent regulatory arbitrage, where companies flock to more lenient laws. This can also help to reduce the potential for cross-border risks to the financial system.

On the other hand, each country has unique economic, political, and cultural contexts and may have different needs and priorities regarding regulating cryptocurrencies. For example, some countries may put more emphasis on protecting consumers, while others may put more emphasis on fighting money laundering and terrorism financing.

Ultimately, the ideal approach to regulating cryptocurrencies is likely to be a balance between these two perspectives, where countries adopt a standard set of principles while still retaining the flexibility to tailor regulations to their specific circumstances. This approach can help make sure that cryptocurrencies are regulated in a way that encourages innovation, protects consumers, and reduces potential risks to the financial system while still respecting the sovereignty of each country.

I think it is too early to have uniform regulations across G20 countries on cryptocurrency. They did not perfect it in traditional finance; it will be a lot harder for cryptocurrency. Regulations should be localized if they want to move fast to catch up with the speed of changes in the cryptocurrency space.

The proposal for uniform regulation of cryptocurrencies among G20 countries could potentially delay regulation in individual countries, including India. Being an intergovernmental advisor on blockchain and cryptocurrency matters, I would propose that the Indian government do the same, rather than have uniform regulations across the entire country; they should be LocalizedThis approach can have several advantages, such as allowing for a more flexible and agile regulatory framework that can respond quickly to market changes and industry needs. LoLocalizedegulations can also take into account the specific needs and circumstances of different regions and jurisdictions and allow for the development of regulations tailored to the local context and priorities. This can be especially important in a country as diverse and complex as India, where there may be significant regional variations in the needs and challenges faced by the cryptocurrency industry.

To conclude

Indeed, the recent events in the crypto market have highlighted the need for some form of regulation in the crypto market. These events have demonstrated the potential risks associated with cryptocurrencies, including the volatility of prices, the lack of investor protection, and the potential for illegal activities.

The Indian Presidency provides an opportunity for India to showcase its leadership and to promote its views and interests on these and other issues of global significance. The timeline for introducing the regulations has not been officially announced yet. It is expected that the regulations will be presented in the near future following the G20 conference this month.

I hope something concrete and reasonable on cryptocurrency will come out of this meeting. Fingers-crossed.

Earthquake early warning system by IOT using wireless sensor networks

0

Earthquakes occur without warning, hence, making them one of the most feared natural disasters. Several startups are working on earthquake early warning systems using IoT (Internet of Things) sensors. Earthquake detection is offered by interconnecting a number of seismic sensors to a central server. The system operates by detecting motion close to the earthquake epicenter and sending a warning alert to users who are further away from the epicenter.

The system needs a large number of sensors for covering earthquake prone zones. Sensor costs have considerably decreased over the last few years through advances in smart phone and wearable technology, building an earthquake early warning system by IoT affordable.

On the other hand, Japan has experienced several large seismic events in its history and takes earthquake threats seriously, implementing strict building codes and investing in disaster response personnel. Even then, huge damage and loss of life happen with every major Japanese earthquake. After the catastrophic 7.3 magnitudes Kyoto earthquake in 1995 having a death toll of 6,434, Japan’s government made additional safeguards for its citizens in the form of a system that makes seismic early warnings.

An earthquake early warning system by IoT provides safeguards for people and industries. Industrial activities can be stopped before the onset of an earthquake enabling workers to secure sensitive equipment. People can take shelter in safe areas before an earthquake to help reduce injuries and loss of life.

Nowadays, Japan is having the most advanced early warning system in the world. This system has come at a price of one billion dollars. It is effective, however, unfortunately, unaffordable for most but the richest countries. These systems operate by implementing highly sensitive sensors near fault lines.

These communicate to central servers via phone, satellite, internet, and other communication channels. Several startups are creating an earthquake early warning system by IoT which will decrease the cost by many orders of magnitude. Thereby, democratizing this imperative technology.

A signal is sent to a server in hundredths of a second when an earthquake is identified. Sensor data is collected across the individual devices and processed by computational engines for determining where the earthquake epicenter is located and where damaging seismic waves are moved.

The data is used in multiple ways. First, alerts are sent to the community with smartphone apps using cloud messaging services provided by Google and Apple. In addition, information collected from all of the sensors in a geographical zone are analyzed to give a high-resolution assessment of earthquake hazards for first responders in real time.

Damage-assessment maps present relative damage across a community, enabling first responders to service areas that experienced more damage first. The damage maps are transmitted via email to fire departments within a few minutes of the earthquake and are downloaded to battery-powered devices in case power is compromised. This information helps in optimizing the emergency response, sending aid where it is needed most.

IoT devices are holding the power to transform the reactive disaster management techniques into predictive ones. The incorporation of IoT devices in the form of robots, sensors, and unmanned vehicles can aid in better preparedness and responsiveness to natural disasters like earthquakes, wildfires, and floods. It can also help in averting manmade disasters such as the explosion of reactors.

Smart sensors can be connected to bridges, buildings, and other places. These devices can collect and analyze data to help in monitoring seismic activities. If these devices recognize patterns that predict an earthquake, they can transmit alarms to government authorities and individuals on mobile devices at the earliest, warning them of the same.

Similarly, these devices can be linked to public announcement systems for warning individuals and guiding them with the necessary steps to be taken. Thus, earthquake early warning system by IoT devices can help in saving lives and minimize the costs invested in relief measures. They can also make rescue operations simpler for emergency services staff. For instance, a free mobile application has been built that incorporates acceleration sensors for predicting earthquakes.

If a large number of mobile devices register the signals linked with earthquakes, it alerts individuals and authorities. The application makes use of artificial intelligence technology for its operation and is able to detect an earthquake measuring more than 5 on the Richter scale.

On the contrary, you can’t stop certain disasters from happening. But you can become better prepared for handling them at any time. Earthquake early warning system by IoT can help overcome inefficiencies in the reactive approach presently used in disaster management procedures. IoT devices can even facilitate in averting crisis altogether that caused due to human errors.

Governments across the globe need to boost the implementation of IoT in disaster management considering all the benefits and improvements they carry. And the improvement in technologies such as robotics, computer vision, AI, data analytics, and machine learning will aid in further improving IoT’s potential in disaster management. It will construct disaster response more effective, thereby helping minimize substantial losses.

UPA 2 days of DMK and Annamalai, the Modi of Tamil Nadu

0

DMK is the ruling party of Tamil Nadu today and enjoys absolute majority of its own, but has earned humongous displeasure, disrespect and wrath of people of the state so quickly due to several allegations of all pervasive corruption, rowdy-ism, hooliganism, display of arrogance in public by several ministers of DMK government and total failure of DMK to fulfil most of the tall poll promises given to people before last assembly election.

DMK is right to think that the party does not have a strong opposition in the state due to infights within the main opponent AIADMK and the BJP has not grown so much in the state to challenge DMK, as on today. But the rapid and rampant displeasure of people towards DMK government will certainly bring a change and will shock the arrogance of DMK in near future. BJP was nowhere in the scene in many north eastern states but came to power thanks to the good governance of Modiji and the hope and confidence he offered to North-East.

When UPA 1 came to power, it was indeed a coalition arrangement, but it was a coalition of corruption, nepotism and power. Thanks to the entire block continued in the subsequent election, again UPA 2 came to power. The second straight win of UPA2 made every partner in the alliance feel they are invincible and therefore have no one to question or challenge. Such confidence intoxicated most of the alliance partners of UPA 2 which resulted in huge laundry of corruption charges starting from CAG implications to 2G to Aadharsh to coal allocation to commonwealth games to finally making the then Prime Minister of UPA 2 government to admit and accept everything as coalition compulsion.

Even after entire India raising against UPA2, the congress party was in a state of denial with the conviction that no one was there challenge them and therefore congress would emerge as single largest party in the subsequent election also and all fringe political forces would support congress obviously due to the freedom they could enjoy in the UPA to engage in scams and minority appeasement. But towards the end of UPA2 regime, vast majority of Indians clearly made up their mind to throw the congress party from Indian politics and put an end dynastic political culture.

Then came Modiji as the Prime Minister candidate of BJP led NDA. Thanks to the legacy and saga of Modiji as chief minister of Gujarat and making Gujarat as New York of India, every Indian developed new hope, confidence and joy over Modiji. But UPA2 was counting much on poll arithmetic hoping the congress would emerge as single largest party but never was willing to recognize or respect the growing anger, frustrations and displeasure of people against UPA and congress party.

The parliamentary election of 2014 proved people of India and democracy right, elected Modiji with absolute majority. Modiji too proved the trust of people of India is not disappointed and the power in democracy is only to make the country and its people great. Modiji gave the best to India, a corruption free government and again got elected in 2019 and again going to get elected with greater majority in 2024.

In Tamil Nadu, DMK is travelling on the exact path of UPA2 with the same political wisdom, arrogance and money power. BJP making Annamalai as state president has totally changed the political landscape of the state like how Modiji has changed the game of politics in India in 2014. Annamalai is quite sharp, data and fact driven, forthright, honest, hardworking and down to earth leader and such a charismatic leader the Tamil Nadu has not seen in the recent times and people equate the stature of Annamalai with MGR, Karunanidhi and Jayalalithaa. Neither MK Stalin nor his dynast son can ever match the political acumen of Annamalai in presenting facts, sharpness and connect to the ground.

UPA, only after 10 years of rule got utmost hatred of people of India but DMK, in less than two years has earned wrath of people of the state. Like Modiji how he gave new hope, confidence and joy to people of India in 2014 to annihilate congress party and dynastic politics in India, Annamalai is also seen by vast majority of people of Tamil Nadu as an incarnation of Modiji to Tamil Nadu has arrived to politically eliminate DMK, the cradle of negativity, hatred and spreading disinformation politics in the state and promote rowdy-ism, dynastic rule and corruption. The poll arithmetic is not going to stay with DMK in coming days and instead the new Modi of Tamil Nadu, Annamalai is going win the heart of Tamil Nadu.

The days of DMK politics and Drawidan model or drawidian stock etc., going irrelevant is quite near, like the great saying – “coming events cast their shadows before” and “Pride goeth before a fall”, the down fall of DMK has already began and a new Tamil Nadu is going to born under the leadership of Annamalai, the new Modi of Tamil Nadu.

Arent you accountable My Lord?

In the past few days, there has been a striking development which is not of much public interest yet of intellectual interest. The Union Government and the Supreme Court have locked horns on the matter of the appointment of judges in various courts. There is disagreement not only regarding who must be appointed, but also that how the appointments should be made and what parties should have a say in the process. These disagreements have resulted in a position where two branches of the government are questioning the credibility of each other.

The right to fair justice is a fundamental core of human society. Since time immemorial systems have been instituted to make sure that justice is delivered. Judiciary has a very active role in shaping the direction of modern-day democracies. Consider some judgements delivered by the Supreme Court of India in the past few years – Homosexuality, Triple Talaq Law, Shri Ram Janmabhumi verdict, Mobile Spectrum Allocation verdict, Rafale Jet verdict, etc. The Judiciary has influence regarding all aspects of citizens’ lives. Therefore, it is rightfully called the third pillar of the great Indian democracy.

The appointment of judges in India is a very convoluted process in India. The appointments of judges in the subordinate courts are very clear. Subordinate judges are appointed by the governors of the respective states after passing the Judicial Service Examination. Whereas the appointments to Supreme Court and High Courts are made by the President of India based on recommendations of the Collegium. The Collegium is constituted of the Chief Justice of India and four other senior-most judges of the Supreme Court. They take decisions on the matter of judicial appointments to Supreme and High Courts.

Now, there certainly are some problems regarding the Collegium system. First, the collegium system has led to the complete exclusion of the executive from the process of judicial appointments. Second, the collegium system makes the judiciary unaccountable to the people or the representative of the people, the Parliament. This can lead to the wrong choice of the candidate while overlooking the rightful candidate. Third, the collegium system opens a wide door of scope for nepotism and favouritism. Fourth, collegium leads to a non-transparent and opaque form of the judiciary.

Fifth, the principle of checks and balances between the three branches of the government is violated by the collegium system. The collegium system gives immense powers to the judiciary, shortening the scope of checks and posing a risk of misuse. Sixth, the collegium system works on a closed-door mechanism. There is no official secretariat of the system which documents the proceedings. Neither the meetings of the collegium are announced prior, nor the minutes of the discussions of the meetings are taken.

Seventh, it has been observed that the collegium system has been unable to deliver equal representation to all sections of society in the judiciary. Not only there is a lack of representation in the judiciary based on gender, but also based on caste and economic background. Most judges come from rich aristocratic families, or families which have a legacy of judges in every generation. Eighth, the collegium system has been instituted by the Supreme Court itself and has not been mandated by the Constitution of India. Therefore, there are questions regarding the legitimacy of the collegium and whether our forefathers wanted this type of judicial system in an independent India.

It is not that there have not been attempts to improve and uncomplicate the system of judicial appointments. In 2014, the Union government proposed the ninety-ninth amendment to the Constitution instituting a new National Judicial Appointments Commission (NJAC). Under this new system, there was an attempt to make a transparent body. The NJAC was proposed to be constituted of the Chief Justice, two senior-most judges of the Supreme Court, the Union Law Minister, and two eminent persons from the society. But this constitutional amendment was stroked down by the Supreme Court which upheld the collegium system and repealed the amendment with a judgement on 16th of October 2015.

Out of the five judges presiding over the case, four ruled the NJAC unconstitutional. These were CJI J.S. Khehar, Madan Lokur, Adarsh Kumar Goel and Kurian Joseph. Jasti Chelameswar was the only one to uphold the NJAC. Jasti Chelameswar ruled “There is no accountability in this regard. The records are absolutely beyond the reach of any person including the judges of this Court who are not lucky enough to become the Chief Justice of India. Such a state of affairs does not either enhance the credibility of the institution or is good for the people of this country. To hold that it (government) should be totally excluded from the process of appointing judges would be wholly illogical and inconsistent with the foundations of the theory of democracy and doctrinal heresy.”

Even Justice Kurian Joseph, who ruled in the favour of the collegium remarked four years later in his book launch event “How to improve the Collegium system…nothing has been done. The only improvement is that resolutions are uploaded…That is why I regret my NJAC judgment. None of the suggestions for the improvement of the Collegium was implemented…I even wrote a letter (in this regard).” He accepted that he regrets his NJAC judgement.

There is no question that the independence of the judiciary is vital to the core of democracy in this country. In no case, the independence of the judiciary can be compromised nor the separation of power can be harmed. But no institution is bigger than the constitution itself. And no constitutional authority can remain unaccountable to the people. Judges appointing judges is as weird as it can be under a democratic setup. There is no parallel to this system in either executive or the legislature. The legislature is accountable to the people and requires re-election every five years. The executive is accountable to people and legislature and is appointed by civil services examination.

Also, it is open to public scrutiny. Judiciary remains the only organ of the government which is neither transparent nor accountable. Nor is it open to public or civil scrutiny. Questioning the judiciary amounts to contempt of court. We have evolved a system where we’ve given judges a god-like status. Partially it is because they are dispensers of justice and guardians of the constitution. But this does not mean that they can mend the constitution in any way they like. Nor it makes them untouchable and immune. All pillars of democracy need to be of the same height, otherwise, the building will collapse. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. That is what is the reality today.

The judiciary is the bedrock of Indian democracy and a beacon of hope for people in times of darkness. The judiciary is an institution that the people look towards with hope. They seek justice, their rights and protection from persecution. That is what the importance of the judiciary is. But we have deteriorated that system, partly because of the colonial legacy, and partly because of our ambitions. Indian judiciary is not a Jagir of a handful of families. It is a people’s institution and should be accountable to the people. It’s time for the judiciary of the people, by the people and for the people.

१:-के हिजाब और बुरखे को पठान ने उतार फेका;
२:- उसके हाथो में शराब पकड़ा दी;
३:- उसे ना तो पाँच वक़्त का नमाजी बताया और ना अल्लाह कि इबादत करते दिखाया;
४:- और तो और उसे नुमाइश कि चीज़ बनाकर परोस दिया;

Hindenburg papers- Another attempt to disrupt the only growing major market in the world

0

We have known all these facts about Adani group for many years now:

1- The fact that all companies are over-leveraged is NOT an Unknown fact. It is in public domain

2- That fact that various banks have given loans to the group companies is also in public domain.
The fact also remains in public knowledge that Adani debt has higher portion of private sector Indian banks and foreign financial institutions than PSU banks.

It is expected that private sector banks and Foreign institutions would use a microscope for finding weaknesses ( by way of extensive research) before giving out large loans. Does Adani own these banks in the private sector?

3- The fact that majority of top leadership positions in Adani companies are held by Adani family members and very close associates (mostly relatives- immediate and extended family members) is also a known fact. What’s new in that?

4- The fact that PE ratio of all companies is mind boggling and dizzying is also in public domain. The moot question is if these prices are being manipulated by Adanis themselves?
It looks very difficult. What it means that you buy your own stocks to pump up market cap. This can happen in two cases:
a) if you want to soar the prices and exit before the scrip falls. This doesn’t look plausible
OR
b) you want to take loans by pledging your own shares as collateral. If this is the reason, then we expect all the lenders to carry out reasonable research before investing. As I said earlier that majority of debt of Adani companies is owned by pvt sector Indian banks and overseas financial institutions who are strong on researching before lending.

5- If most of Adani stock is owned by Shell companies of Adani in tax-havens, and if most Adani cos are just good on paper, why would the Shell companies invest in bad companies? If you know that the alcohol you manufacture is substandard, why would you drink your own alcohol, especially if you are loaded with money? The alcohol thing is just an analogy BTW

So the question is why this Hindenburg report?

1- To ensure that the biggest Follow on Public Offer (FPO) of India is knocked out.

2- To build anti-Government sentiments by doing a fabricated #bbcdocumentary on Modi, and causing bloodbath in Indian markets. The fall of stocks all across will lead to flight of capital from India & will weaken the Rupee ₹ that is now stabilising

Final question- Who benefits?

1- The party that is out of power obviously

2- The economies that have been recently overtaken by India in GDP terms

3- The markets that wants flight from Indian capital into their own markets

4- Most importantly the Hindenburg research company is an active player in stocks market and can make a tidy fortune for itself and its friends by taking a short sell position on Adani stocks

So shouldn’t Hindenburg research paper be a fit case of ‘conflict of interest’?

Why Rajmata Jijau’s role was crucial for Maratha Empire?

Who was Jijau? Why this lady has so much importance in the Maratha History? What was the role of Jijau in making of Hindawi Swaraj? Following lines will help you to understand why Jijau is called as the Mother of Swarajya.

Jija Bai :Mother of Swarajya

Everyone has heard about the bravery of Marathas and the Swarajya (Self rule) they established under the leadership of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, but very few know these facts about his mother Jijau, the queen who was behind his idea of Swarajya.

Jijau Shahaji Bhosale, popularly known as ‘Jija-Mata’ / ‘Rajmata Jijau’ was the daughter of a Maratha warrior Lakhuji Jadhav. She was a royal grown-up. Her father Lakhuji was a Sardar (Courtier) of Nizam. The times of Jijau were too difficult for Hindus. Even the princesses of Hindu Kings were kidnapped, converted or sold in the slave market, imagine how tough it would be for common Hindus!

‘The Slave Market’ by Otto Pilny : A ‘Representative’ Painting of Slave trade in the Arab World

But Jijau was unaware of this in childhood. She lived in Sindakhed, a village under control of her father Lakhuji. Lakhuji had managed to keep Sultanate’s atrocities out of his village.

Years passed and Jijau was married to Shahaji Raje, another Maratha Sardar from Pune working under Sultan-Nizam shah. After marriage, the couple shifted to Devagiri (Near Today’s Aurangabad, Maharashtra)

Jijau saw the atrocities on Non-Muslims under the Sultanate, and felt perturbed. Also, the family members of Bhosale and Jadhav families fought and murdered each other in front of Nizam Shah, but he did nothing to stop his courtiers from Killing each other.

Jijau understood, that the Hindu warriors are fighting amongst themselves to be a better slave of Islamic invaders, instead they should focus on creating their own empire. Even her husband Shahaji Raje felt the same. But he decided to wait and settle things to avoid clashes with his master.

Just a few years later a black day came when Jijau’s father Lakhuji Jadhav was brutally killed in Nizam’s court in front of Nizam. This time Shahaji Raje could not settle down his anger. He got baffled and determined to revolt against the Nizam and vowed to establish a rule of Justice, a rule of Dharma, Hindawi Swarajya! For around 4 years, Shahaji Raje kept switching between the sultanates to attain maximum power as an administrator and managed to control entire Nizam Shahi by placing a puppet king on the throne. Although, his efforts could not give him the expected results as he could not save his territory from the combined forces Mughals and the Adil shah. He was later forced to work for Adil shah and was sent away from his power center Pune to Bangalore.

Shahaji Raje Bhosle — The ideator of Swarajya

Jijau witnessed all these dramatic political developments. So she decided to raise her son who resembles with her idea of Swaraj. When Shivaji was a child, she carefully narrated the stories from Hindu epics of Ramayana, Mahabharat and also told about the brave warriors of India like Maharana Pratap and Prithviraj Chauhan who fought for the motherland against the cruel rule of Islamic invaders.

Little Shivaji was nurtured in a systematic way and was trained under great army commanders. Jijau also percolated the importance of Nyaya- Justice to young Shivaji. Her teachings and teaching methods were so effective that at the age of 15, Shivba had vowed for Swarajya in front of a Shiva-lingam of Rayreshwar temple situated near Pune.

Mother Jijau teaching young Shivaji about Hindu ethos and values

The region of Pune and the outskirts was the Jahgeer (territory) awarded to Shahaji Raje by Adil shah. But since he was in Bangalore, the Pune region was governed by his son Shivaji along with Jijau. So, maintaining law and order was the responsibility of the duo. When any justice related issues or plea would arise, Jijau deliberately used to ask little Shivaji to sit with her. Her vision of Nationalism and justice influenced little Shivaji.

When Shivaji got coronated and became Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, women’s security was one of the top prioritised issues in his regime. He treated women with great respect and believed that his regime was nothing but a boon of his revered goddess ‘Tulaja Bhavani’. And so in his regime, not a single woman of any caste was legally supressed, forced or assaulted. According to him, this was the key difference between him and his counterpart Sultans.

Jijau as a warrior

Jijau was not just a great mother, but a great administrator as well. When she came to Pune with his son as an administrator, Pune was a devastated town. Famers were furious of consistent attacks by the Sultans and wild animals. Jijau fixed these issues quickly and bolstered the farmers to work on their profession fearlessly. She waived off taxes for few years in order to boost the village economy. She also invited intellectuals and Shastris from nearby regions in order to make Pune as the center of Indigenous academia. She took special efforts to rebuild the devastated temples in the Pune region including the famous Kasba Ganpati temple, which had two major effects:

1. A clear message was given to the people that if Sultans are destroying your temples, the Bhosle family is there with you. We will rebuild whatever we have lost.

2. Skilled artists of Pune had no option for survival than working as labour. Reconstruction works created ample amount of jobs for them.

British historians depicted women as downtrodden and less educated part of Hindu society. But in reality brave women like Rajmata Jijau not just wisely understood the medieval politics, but also intelligently found solutions to break the shackles of inferiority complex in Hindu masses.

Maratha Empire on its peak

Undoubtedly, the Swarajya that pioneered under Shivaji Maharaj and reclaimed large part of Indian subcontinent in the 18th century under brave hearts like Peshwas, Holkar, and Scindias had a strong foundation of values laid by Rajmata Jijau.

Jijau is the personification of Kshatra (warrior) Spirit in India. May her legendary life enlighten us to contribute for rebuilding the nation and keeping our national identity undaunted.

The BBC attacked India using the bogus “Gujarat Files” as evidence, with funding from Huawei: Views from a former Ofcom Advisor, that got Huawei banned

0

As we know, the British and Irish people are not racist, and not anti-Hindu, and are progressive people especially when one looks at the current Prime Minister of England, in Rishi Sunak, who ancestrally is Indian, or if one looks at the neighboring country of Ireland with Leo Varadkar returning as taoiseach, or prime minister, who is also ancestrally Indian, one can see an open, progressive society.

But the BBC has had a history of anti-Indian biases. And now it’s evident that the BBC has been funded by Huawei of China with obvious Communist of China connections with their founder Ren Zhengfei being a former Captain in People Liberation Army of China. We know from our history books, if it weren’t for JFK, India would be Tibet now, and we see a constant attack by China be it in Ladakh, be it an influenza that has gone viral, be it Cyber-espionage attacks that are viral over the internet, and now it’s via “mockumentaries” that’s going viral with an attempt at an “influence-ends a debate”, as a new WMD: a weapon of mass distraction!

Speaking as the ex-Gartner analyst, and Ofcom Advisor, I’m glad I advised the US Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) to ban Huawei in 2012, quoted with then Vice Premier Xi on his lies to Obama, in the WSJ, and described the hacking of Nortel by China as a wakeup call in the Huffington Post and then quoted in the WSJ on “No Way for Huawei”… Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. is a major Chinese telecommunications company that has been banned in the US, and many Westernized democracies have banned them for core functions in 5G, including Australia, Japan, UK, and India for their Telecom gear.  Their products range from smartphones to advanced 5G network equipment, and has faced growing criticism from security experts, including myself and governments regarding cybersecurity and espionage risks.

WHAT ARE THE CONCERNS?

Cybersecurity experts, intelligence agencies, and political leaders have argued that Huawei’s products, especially if used in 5G networks or associated critical infrastructure, pose significant security risks. A PBX or Telephone Switch can be used for Cyber-espionage, as these switches also perform Lawful Intercept, and can capture call logs (who you are calling), and even the call content (call recording) and other personal information, for legal purposes, but this can also be misused, for Cyber-espionage.

Given Huawei’s theft of IPR that has been documented and adjudicated in the US with their theft of IPR from Cisco Systems, and TMobile, as well as significant evidence directly tying both Huawei and their founder Ren Zhengfei to the CCP and People’s Liberation Army (PLA), of China, Western democracies, have done classified studies on their Espionage activities. In 2013, the former head of the CIA and National Security Agency (NSA) Michael Hayden stated that there is tangible classified evidence that Huawei has engaged in CCP-directed Cyber-espionage activities.

Despite what Huawei states, under Chinese law, the CCP could force Huawei to provide customer data or network access upon request. China’s 2017 National Intelligence Law, applies to all private enterprises based in China and their foreign subsidiaries, and can force Chinese entities to provide active support to Chinese intelligence-gathering activities. Despite this fact, Huawei denies this.

In March 2019, Microsoft discovered a piece of software in Huawei’s MateBook laptops that utilized code similar to a leaked NSA hacking tool, which was stolen from the NSA by Russia’s KGB (now called the FSB) using Kaspersky’s software, and shared or stolen between the Communist countries of Russia and China.

Analysts at Microsoft revealed that they found a back door in Huawei laptops that allowed unprivileged users access to all laptop data. NSA’s DoublePulsar, a malware instrument, leaked in early 2017, has been used by hackers in the WannaCry ransomware attack, as an example.

Huawei has consistently denied such claims of backdoor unprivileged access, stating that no such backdoor incident had ever been detected before, even when confronted with evidence to the contrary.

So Huawei funds the BBC for positive spin for themselves, and a hit-job on India!

On Feb. 18th, 2019, the BBC reported on a positive spin regarding Huawei and their founder with attacks on the US in an interview entitled: “The US cannot crush us, says Huawei founder!” The BBC’s Karishma Vaswani, BBC Asia business correspondent – Shenzhen, should be questioned for her objectivity given her location. Why wasn’t the BBC’s funding by Huawei not mentioned in the interview?

The BBC’s attacks on India!

Ever since India’s Independence, the BBC has found it necessary to position India in a negative light as evidenced in their 15 August 2017 BBC 2 Newsnight which held a discussion on the partition, which they created, with unrelenting negativity unleashed on India, and even attacked PM Modi for Hindu Nationalism. They failed to mention that the same India historically has protected Parses, Tibetan Buddhists, Jews, Muslims, and Christians, but the BBC stigmatizes India as intolerant!

The BBC created Mehdi Hasan who’s anti-India tirade against PM Modi and Hinduism on MSNBC would have made him the perfect disciple of Goebbels, using false narratives, guilt by association using the Hindu Tikka symbol which Goebbels and Hitler stole, to attack India!

Why doesn’t the BBC report on the British-caused Bengal famine of 1943, which killed millions? It’s now concluded that the Bengal Famine was the result of a deliberate policy, designed by the British economist John Maynard Keynes and implemented by Winston Churchill, to shift resources away from the poorest Indians in order to provision British and American troops and support war-related activities. But more on Churchill later as he will recur a few more times here!

The BBC’s coverage on the attacks upon the Leicester Hindus has been described as being “Hinduphobic” with the BBC having an obvious anti-Hindu agenda.

This is the same BBC who rehired a fake “journalist” in 2016, who lied to Princess Diana, in Martin Bashir, who is originally from Pakistan. Why BBC?

Then there’s the BBC Hardtalk’s Stephen Sackur interview of the fraudulent “journalist” Rana Ayyub who’s “Gujarat Files” is the source of the anti-Modi BBC propaganda, where she continued the bogus allegations without question by the BBC interviewer in her false case of harassment in the ‘Jai Shri Ram’ video scam, that went viral, but was totally staged and fake, which she blamed PM Modi for in the interview yet was unquestioned, by the BBC. Why BBC?

As I have previously published, in OpIndia, Rana Ayyub is to be questioned, as found in: “To slightly paraphrase the Washington Post, “Democracy Dies in Darkness, Dumbness and Journalistic Fraud!” – the Rana Ayyub allegations.”

Source: OpIndia

Maybe it’s time the BBC look inwards and question the British Monarchy instead, who are ancestrally German! If they are truly objective and fact-based, and are looking to expose racism, a genocide, and worse, maybe they should look at their own Monarchy!

Proof of Racism within the BBC’s Monarchy!

It’s alleged by Meghan Markle that Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, and now the Queen Consort to King Charles was behind “ginger afro” remarks about Meghan and Harry’s then unborn child. When Meghan later heard about the alleged remarks, she felt the remarks were “racist,” her book claims. Meghan Markle later told Oprah Winfrey in March 2021 that there were “concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he’s born.”

We now hear of heated arguments between Harry and the rest of the family with King Charles, Prince William, which doesn’t seem like a simple rift between brothers, and a father, why the venom? Why the alleged racism? Harry and Meghan were stripped of many honorary titles and patronages in February 2021, after they had stepped back as senior royals and left Britain to live in the U.S. These titles included, most notably, the prince’s coveted role as Captain General of the Royal Marines. Also their kids, Archie and Lilibet, will not have ‘His Royal Highness’ (HRH) status titles, which grants them additional security. Why?

What if Meghan Markle has exposed the utter hypocrisy and racism in the monarchy?

Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.” Winston Churchill.

The irony of the Churchill quote is now coming full circle!

Harry’s relative in King Edward VIII was forced to abdicate for marrying a divorced lady: Wallis Simpson.

Wait, didn’t Harry do the same thing? Meghan is a divorced lady too! So is Camilla, why the difference? Oh Camilla is not Black!

In fact, the protestant church is all about the whole concept of a divorce, of which King Edward VIII or then called the Duke was in fact the head of the Church of England. In fact, Wallis Simpson, who became the Duchess, had obtained a preliminary decree of divorce on October 27, 1936.

Was the abdication by King Edward VIII a PR stunt to deflect from King Edward’s Coup Clutz Clan leadership, trying to reinstate himself to power with Nazi Antisemites, and White Supremacists?

Up until World War I, the British royal family’s name of Saxe-Coburg-Gotha were clearly of German origins, with the Battenbergs of Germany who became the Mountbattens, a name well known to India. The future King Edward VIII, had strongly embraced German culture, and according to the now-released “Windsor Files,” in October 1937, four months after their marriage — and despite the strenuous objections of the British government- the Duke and Duchess traveled to Germany to possibly improve Anglo-German relations. The couple had afternoon tea with Hitler, and it was clear to most observers that the pair had succumbed to the flattery and lavish treatment given by the Nazis.

The “Windsor Files” included details of a plan codenamed “Operation Willi” which stated that in the summer of 1940, the Duke and Duchess fled Nazi-occupied Paris, within Vichy France, and traveled to neutral Spain and Portugal, where they met with Nazi officials under German Foreign Minister Joachim von Ribbentrop ordered, where the “Windsor Files” claimed, the Duke and Duchess voiced their displeasure with both the British royal family and Winston Churchill’s government.

Ahhh! Now it comes full circle!

It has been alleged in the “Windsor Files” in exchange for the Duke and Duchess lending their support to the German Nazi war effort, which, if victorious would see the overthrow of King George VI — with Edward put in as a puppet king and with Simpson as his Consort Queen.

Maybe that’s what the Monarchy is trying to hide! Maybe the BBC is hiding it too!

What if the BBC acted like a real journalistic agency and reported on this, instead of attacking India? Maybe they should stop their pro-China agenda and their funding from Huawei and come clean on their agenda!

Would this not change the world order?
