Azadi ka Amrit mahotsav (AKAM)

The image of the Rani Laxmibai riding a horse with her 8-year-old son Damador Rao tied on her back with a cloth battling Britishers is sketched in everyone’s mind. On his 56th death anniversary, I pay homage to this eminent ex-prime minister of our country by sharing a glimpse of his remarkable works and highlighting some of the values he taught on how to overcome barriers in life and rise victoriously.

Revisiting India’s constitution and the history of partition

British and some Indians never gave a real credit to true freedom fighters, who suffered exiles, torture at Andaman Island or outright murders. Similar experiences were cited in other countries seeking independence like Ireland, Kenya, and other colonies.

Peaceful or aggressive pressure: What were the reasons behind India’s independence?

While most claim that it was the nonviolent movement propagated by Mahatma Gandhi that led to this success, I want to advocate for the importance of the pressure created by more aggressive actions taken by leaders like Subash Chandra Bose.

Review of Indian democracy by departed leaders

As per the determined demand of highly annoyed departed souls of freedom fighters, who had dreamed that their mother land to be a vibrant global democratic power but as they lately noticed the progress was not to their expectation, the FoN convened a meeting of Working Committee of freedom fighters for review of the progress: A satirical take
