वर्षों की गुलामी के कारण हमारी मनोस्थिति ही ऐसी हो गयी है कि मनोरंजन की डिश में भी जब तक पश्चिमी तड़का न लगे वह हमें स्वाद नहीं देती या यूं कहें कि ये डिश बनाने वाले बावर्ची हमारी स्वाद कलिकाओं को विकसित ही नहीं होने देना चाहते ताकि अपने घटिया व्यंजन परोसते रहें और हम उन्हें ही मालपूआ समझ कर ग्रहण करते रहें।
