काॅमरेड रवीश के नाम एक खुला पत्र

सेवा में,

गैर-आदरणीय रवीश बाबू,

रवीश जी, आप कुत्ते की दुम हैं क्या जो टेढ़ी की टेढ़ी रहेगी? मतलब कतई ना सुधरने की कसम खा रखी है क्या? मतलब कोई आदमी इतने निचले स्तर की पत्रकारिता कैसे कर सकता है?

आप ने थोड़े दिन पहले ‘फेसबुक’ पे पोस्ट डाला कि सेना को अब वर्दी अपने पैसों से खरीदनी पड़ेगी।

आपने जैसे ही ये पोस्ट डाला आपके चेले छापरे आ गए और कमेंट बॉक्स में लिख दिया “मोदी की माँ का***, अमित शाह की लुगाई का *****” !

शाबाश, नमन है आपकी पत्रकारिता को। एक वेश्या भी अपना धंधा ईमानदारी से करती है। रवीश जी आप तो वेश्या से भी गए गुजरे हो!

याद हो, आपको मैंने भी NDTV के दफ्तर पे खत लिखा था कि रवीश जी आपके चेले मुझे जान से मारने की धमकी दे रहे है अब बताओ में क्या करूँ? आपका अब तक मुझे उसका कोई जवाब नहीं आया। मैं आपकी विचारधारा से सहमत नहीं हूँ, आपका सबसे बड़ा आलोचक हूँ क्या इसलिए?

आप को कोई भी उठाई गिरा व्यक्ति जान से मारने की धमकी दे दे तो आप सीधा मोदी और आरएसएस की साज़िश बता देते है! मुझे भी आपके चेलों ने दी है, मैं भी, आप कहो तो, आपके खिलाफ नामज़द प्राथमिकी (FIR) करवा दूँ क्या? ये आपका ही तो लॉजिक है कि धमकी कोई दे और मोदी को घसीट लो, इसलिए मैं भी सोच रहा हूं आपके खिलाफ एफआईआर करवा दूँ।

लेकिन नहीं सर, मैं आप जैसा नीच और और बुद्धि-हीन इंसान नहीं हूँ क्योंकि मुझे पता है मुझे धमकी देने वाले आपके ‘फैंस’ हैं। उनका आप से कोई ताल्लुक नहीं होगा। लेकिन फिर आप ये कैसे सोच लेते हो कि आपको धमकी देने वाला मोदी से ताल्लुकात रखता हो?

कल को आपके घर पे पानी नही आएगा तो आप तो प्राइम टाइम पे ये रोना लेकर बैठ जाओगे कि मोदी ने मेरे घर का पाइप काट दिया, एक पत्रकार से डर गया मोदी!

गज़ब ही रुदाली है आपकी!

खैर, अब बात करता हूं आपकी इस फेक खबर पे! जैसा कि मेरे पास ये तस्वीर है, जिसमें साफ-साफ लिखा है सेना को एक्सट्रा पैसा मिलेगा वर्दी खरीदने के लिए तो अब एक बात बताओ कि ये खबर जो आप ने चलाई वो सही कैसे हुई? यहां तक कि इसमें ट्रांसपोर्ट भत्ते की भी बात हो रही है। जिस सरकार ने सेना को इतनी खुली छूट दे रखी है कि जैसे, जहाँ चाहो, मारो आतंकवादियों को, उससे ऐसी वाहियात हरकत की उम्मीद कैसे करी?

मोदी विरोध में इतना भी मत गिरो, सर, कि सेना और देश से नफरत होने लग जाए!

आपकी विचारधारा वामपंथ की है ये बात सबको पता है लेकिन कोई आपको कहने की हिम्मत नहीं करता है, पर आज मैं कहता हूं आपको “कॉमरेड” रवीश। जो उखाड़ना हो उखाड़ लेना!

आप बोलते हो मोदी मुझसे डरता है, मुझको एक इंटरव्यू क्यों नही देता है।

सर, अब असल बात मैं बताता हूं। प्रणय रॉय जो आपका मालिक है उसपे सीबीआई ने केस दर्ज कर रखा है और एक बेईमान मीडिया हाउस को देश का प्रधानमंत्री इंटरव्यू दे, ऐसा उसे शोभा नही देता।

अभी भी वक़्त है सुधर जाइए। वरना, जनता तो रोज़ आपको जूते मारती ही है!

आपको “डेथ थ्रेट” आती है?

अरे सर, जो पहले ही मरा हुआ हो (मानसिक रूप से) उसे कोई क्या मारे! मेरी सलाह मानिए, मेरे बहुत अच्छे अच्छे मानसिक रोग के डॉक्टर जानकार हैं। मैं आपकी सिफारिश लगा दूँगा तो कम खर्चे में इलाज हो जाएगा। आपकी विचारधारा को पूरी दुनिया ने नकार दिया है भारत में भी सिर्फ केरल और जेएनयू में ही बाकी है। कब तक हारी हुई लड़ाई लड़ोगे, सर? इस चक्कर मे पागल और हो जाओगे। आप इंसान बन जाइए, पत्रकार तो आप कभी बन ही नही सकते!

The inconsistency of Priyanka Chopra

Bollywood as an industry today, has in fact, an unfair share of wind vanes, whose statements contribute to its “intellectual” presence. If you happen to trace their inspiration, you will see that the pattern resonates with how paper floats in the air. Paper? Well, that fit in quite well didn’t it? (Money). Ironically, it is an industry funded by the viewers who find themselves targeted by the constant abuse of the members of the fraternity, and it is truly sad to watch most of the Bollywood actors stooping to this level to earn a living.

From Swara Bhaskar to Priyanka Chopra, most of the actresses seem to be hypnotized by money and fame even if it means losing self-respect, even if it means bringing down their motherland. But sometimes, looking at the passionate statements and ferocious replies from some actors when people question their views, it leads us to wonder if they are being paid or speak from the bottom of their hearts.

Priyanka Chopra was one of the few actresses in the industry whom I truly respected but have unfortunately found it depleting the past month as I have found her promoting the Anti-India pseudo-intellectual narrative. She now stars in the latest hate tirade against Hindustan, as a pawn to propagate lies and hatred towards Hinduism, her religion, in the latest episode of Quantico.

One might say that profession and personal views are separate, but it sure is a pretty good time to be vocal about it and clarify. It doesn’t end there. The show also maligns India by accusing it of an attempt to bomb Manhattan, and blaming it on Pakistan to spoil US-Pakistan relationships! Now, this is why “Irony and Hypocrisy” was, in fact, a good contender for the article title;

Firstly, it is unbelievable that Pakistan, a nation which is due to a revolution, is being portrayed as a victim. Secondly, Hinduism and India are one of the most tolerant and peaceful cultures and countries respectively. Many soldiers die protecting this peace-loving democracy against Pakistani infiltrators almost every week. Such is the notion that this show is undermining. They were insensitive to the sentiments by showing the terrorist wearing a Rudraksha garland. Rudraksha is one of the holiest symbols in Hinduism as it is considered as a teardrop of Lord Shiva; This symbolic garland, revered by millions in India including me, is worn around the neck to keep away negative influences. This is being used as a negative symbol in the show.

It has not been the only instance in recent times that she has acted against India’s interests. Last month she visited the largest Rohingya refugee camp in Bangladesh as a UN ambassador at the same time when a report of Amnesty International was published informing that Rohingya militants had killed 99 Hindus in August 2017. India has strongly advocated against Rohingya refugees as they pose a threat to national security, and despite this fact, there are about thousands of Rohingyas staying in India who are getting more limelight than that received by the country’s own tormented Kashmiri Pandits. Surprisingly she is also the brand ambassador of Assam state tourism where indigenous locals have been fighting against immigration and the influx of refugees from Bangladesh for decades as there were rapid demographic changes over the years.

We now find Priyanka Chopra endorsing conflicting interests but don’t know if she really understands the implications of her actions or has given an indefinite rest to her brain cells. When a person is a role model for millions, one naturally expects that person to have a consistent stand on a particular issue. It is not entirely her fault as we Indians let people abuse and mock our beliefs, defame our practices and in general, our way of living, and let them get away with it. One can only wonder what her late father who was an army man must feel about the latest episode!

राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ की स्थापना सितम्बर 1925 में सिद्धहस्त डॉक्टर श्री बलिराम हेगडेवार जी ने की. इनको सम्मान के साथ डॉक्टरजी कहकर बुलाया जाता था।

कांग्रेस और उसकी चमचा ब्रिगेड (वामपंथी, पाकप्रेमी, JNU धारी बुद्धिजीवी, फर्जी धर्मनिरपेक्ष, हिन्दू विरोधी) का कहना है कि संघ ने स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन में भाग नहीं लिया। सत्य यह है कि संघ ने गाँधी के तुष्टिकरण और नमक आंदोलन से स्वयं को दूर रखा, स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन से नहीं। हेगडेवार जी ने सभी स्वयंसेवकों को स्वतंत्र रूप से स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन में भाग लेने के लिए प्रेरित किया किन्तु जिस कांग्रेस ने कभी नेताजी बोस और भगत सिंह को स्वतंत्रता सेनानी नहीं माना वह कांग्रेस भला कैसे किसी संघ कार्यकर्ता को स्वतंत्रता सेनानी के रूप में स्वीकार करती !!

१९३४ में संघ की शाखा के एक कार्यक्रम में गांधीजी ने संघ की प्रशंसा करते हुआ कहा था कि संघ का अनुशासन अतुलनीय है और इससे सबको शिक्षा लेनी चाहिए। गाँधी ने यह भी कहा कि संघ के भीतर छुआछूत, ऊंचनीच, भेदभाव के कोई भी चिन्ह उनको देखने को नहीं मिलते। एक और कांग्रेस का बनाया संविधान है जिसने जातिवाद की जड़ों को राष्ट्र में और गहरा किया तथा स्वतंत्रता के ७० वर्षों बाद भी नए नए जाति समूह स्वयं को दलित घोषित करने की होड़ लगाए दिखते हैं, दूसरी और संघ का समतावाद है जिधर व्यक्ति पहले है और जाति बाद में। संघ में काम करने वाला व्यक्ति किसी भी जाति और वर्ग से आता हो, वह स्वयं को दलित और नीचा नहीं मानता।

सरदार पटेल जिन्होंने गाँधी कि हत्या के समय संघ पर अपना संदेह जताया था, उन्होंने स्वयं ही भूल सुधार करते हुए संघ पर से १९४९ में प्रतिबन्ध हटा लिया था।

गाँधी कि हत्या के बाद बौखलाए हुए नेहरू ने भी संघ पर संदेह जताया था किन्तु कालांतर में उन्होंने भी संघ को पहचाना और उसकी प्रशंसा की। नेहरू ने १९६२ के भारत चीन युद्ध के समय संघ सेवकों के द्वारा सीमा पर किये गए कार्यों की खुले ह्रदय से प्रशंसा की। संघ के स्वयंसेवकों के द्वारा उत्तर पूर्वी भारत में सेना और आम जनता के हितार्थ किये गए कार्यों को सम्मानित करने के लिए १९६३ की गणतंत्र दिवस परेड में उन्हें आमंत्रित भी किया गया।

एक और जहां कांग्रेस और उसकी चमचा ब्रिगेड (वामपंथी, पाकप्रेमी, JNU धारी बुद्धिजीवी, फर्जी धर्मनिरपेक्ष, हिन्दू विरोधी) ने बार बार श्री नाथूराम गोडसे की आड़ में संघ को घेरने का प्रयास किया वहीं स्वयं नाथूराम गोडसे स्वयं संघ के विचारों से सहमति नहीं रखते थे। उन्होंने एक बार कहा था कि संघ हिन्दू युवाओं की ऊर्जा नष्ट कर रहा है।

देश की स्वतंत्रता के समय जब देश हिन्दू मुस्लिम दंगों की आग में झुलस रहा था और गाँधी नेहरू मिलकर मुस्लिम तुष्टिकरण के नित नए प्रयोग कर रहे थे, ऐसे में संघ इकलौता संगठन था जो हिन्दुओं के लिए कार्य कर रहा था। संघ ने अकेले ही पकिस्तान से आ रहे हिन्दुओं सिक्खों के लिए हजारों शिविर लगाए और उनकी देखभाल की व्यवस्था की।

१९८४ में इंदिरा गाँधी नाम का पेड़ गिर जाने पर जब कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ता धरती हिला रहे थे और सिखों को गली गली में जिन्दा जलाया जा रहा था, तब संघ इकलौता संगठन था जो सिक्खों को सुरक्षा देने के लिए सामने आया था। संघ के जाने माने आलोचक खुशवंत सिंह ने स्वयं भी संघ के इस योगदान को स्वीकार करते हुए यह माना था कि १९८४ जनसंहार के समय संघ ने सिक्खों की बहुत सहायता की थी।

स्वतंत्रता के बाद से संघ पर कांग्रेस के द्वारा तीन बार प्रतिबन्ध लगाया जा चुका है और तीनों ही बार कांग्रेस को मुंह की खानी पड़ी है और संघ को प्रतिबन्ध मुक्त करना पड़ा है। १९४८ में पहली बार संघ को गाँधी वध के उपरांत प्रतिबंधित किया गया किन्तु बाद में संघ की कोई भूमिका नहीं पाए जाने पर प्रतिबन्ध उठाना पड़ा। दूसरी बार इमरजेंसी (राहुल गाँधी के शब्दों में लोकतंत्र की हत्या) के समय अन्य सभी संस्थानों की तरह संघ पर भी प्रतिबन्ध लगाया गया था जो इमरजेंसी के बाद उठा लिया गया।

तीसरी बार १९९२ में संघ पर तब प्रतिबन्ध लगा दिया गया जब अतिउत्साहित कारसेवकों ने मंदिर तोड़ कर बनाई गई बाबरी मस्जिद का विवादित खंडहर गिरा दिया और मुस्लिम तुष्टिकरण की चाशनी में डूबी कांग्रेस ने ना सिर्फ संघ और अन्य सभी हिंदूवादी संगठनों पर प्रतिबन्ध लगा दिया बल्कि संविधान की खुलेआम हत्या करते हुए सभी भाजपा सरकारों को भी गिरा दिया गया। इधर ध्यान देने योग्य तथ्य यह है कि ढांचा विध्वंस के बाद हुए सभी हिन्दू मुस्लिम दंगों में किसी भी मुस्लिम संगठन पर कार्यवाही नहीं कि गई (संभवतः इसलिए नहीं कि गई होगी कि फिर कांग्रेस को स्वयं पर भी कार्यवाही करनी पड़ जाती)।

कांग्रेस और उसकी चमचा ब्रिगेड (वामपंथी, पाकप्रेमी, JNU धारी बुद्धिजीवी, फर्जी धर्मनिरपेक्ष, हिन्दू विरोधी) के द्वारा बार बार यह आरोप लगाया जाता है कि संघ मुस्लिम विरोधी है किन्तु बार बार मांगने पर भी कभी कोई तथ्य सामने नहीं रखे जाते। इनके मुंह पर थप्पड़ मारता हुआ और इनके तर्कहीन आरोपों को चिढ़ाता हुआ संघ का राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक मोर्चा पूरी तरह से मुस्लिमों के द्वारा संचालित होता है। यह ऐसे मुसलमानों का समूह है जो देश को इस्लाम से ऊपर मानता है, वन्दे मातरम को सांप्रदायिक नहीं मानता और एक राष्ट्र एक विधान में विश्वास करता है।

संघ के द्वारा अनेक बार भिन्न भिन्न मुस्लिम ईसाई संगठनों को संघ की शाखाओं में आमंत्रित किया गया किन्तु ऐसे संगठन जो भारत का हिस्सा नहीं बनना चाहते बल्कि भारत को अपना हिस्सा बनाना चाहते हैं, वे कभी संघ का आमंत्रण स्वीकारने का साहस नहीं जुटा सके। किन्तु इतने प्रतिरोध के बाद भी काफी मुस्लमान और ईसाई संघ की सदस्यता ग्रहण कर चुके हैं। मूल रूप से संघ हिन्दुओं का संगठन ना होकर हिन्दू, सिक्ख, जैन, बौद्ध, मुस्लमान सभी का मिला जुला संगठन है।

संघ को महिला विरोधी तथा पितृसत्तात्मक कहने वाले छद्म महिलावादियों को एक बार दुर्गावाहिनी के दर्शन करने चाहिए जिधर सभी जाति धर्म की बालिकाएं आत्म रक्षा का प्रशिक्षण लेती दिखती हैं। संघ की यह महिला शाखा पूरी तरह से महिलाओं द्वारा संचालित होती है और इधर महिला सशक्तिकरण का अर्थ पुरुषों को गाली देना या किसी फिल्म में हस्तमैथुन के दृश्य फिल्माना नहीं होता अपितु महिला पुरुष में आत्मसम्मान का समान भाव और महिला का सर्वांगीण विकास होता है।

संघ को बार बार अनेकता में एकता की सीख देने वाले खोखले धर्मनिरपेक्ष संभवतः जानना चाहेंगे कि संघ के द्वारा नियमित रूप से ऐसे लोगों को संघ के कार्यक्रमों में आमंत्रित किया जाता रहा है जिनकी संघ कि विचारधारा से सहमति नहीं रही है, जैसे कि हाल ही में भूतपूर्व राष्ट्रपति प्रणव मुखर्जी को बुलाया गया था। इसके विपरीत अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता की बड़ी बड़ी बातें करने वाले कांग्रेस और उसकी चमचा ब्रिगेड (वामपंथी, पाकप्रेमी, JNU धारी बुद्धिजीवी, फर्जी धर्मनिरपेक्ष, हिन्दू विरोधी) न केवल अपने सभी मंचों से संघ का खुला बहिष्कार करते हैं बल्कि सभी विचारधाराओं को (१०० करोड़ हिन्दुओं को १५ मिनट में काट डालने वाली विचारधार को जोड़कर) सम्मान देने की उनकी नीति संघ का नाम सुनते ही ध्वस्त हो जाती है।

वर्तमान में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के सरसंघ चालक श्री मोहन भागवत हैं जिनकी नियुक्ति २००९ में की गई थी। भागवत जी के समय में संघ ने कुछ आंतरिक परिवर्तन भी देखे जैसे कि हाफ पेंट को ट्रॉउज़र से बदल दिया गया, अन्य दलों के निचले स्तर के कार्यकर्ताओं को संघ में आने का आह्वान किया गया तथा सभी पदों के लिए उच्चतम आयु सीमा ७५ वर्ष कर दी गई।

River Ganga is choking to death, and she needs to be cleaned up now

Few years ago, I got chance to cross river Ganga in a boat nearby Patna. The water appeared dark grey and even had an unpleasant smell near the banks. People were taking “holy dip” into the river to wash their sins like other millions who do the same every day. But it seems that even those who take dip into the river and feel pure and clean are themselves not doing anything to make it clean.

The river is 2525 km long, originating from Gangotri, where its water is pure, transparent and clean, and finally, falls into the Bay of Bengal with dark grey coloured and polluted water. Nowadays the pollution level is so high that after ascending from Gangotri ganga reaches Haridwar as clean but river water becomes unfit even for bathing.

It shows that the people, on one hand, consider it as holy and spiritual at the same time on another hand are responsible for its pollution. The river has worst condition near the Kanpur because there are 800 plus leather factories functional in the Kanpur discharge their waste in the river. Apart from this big city like Haridwar, Patna, Allahabad, Kanpur there are many small cities which skip our notice. These cities also have a good share in polluting the river. We can understand how severe the condition is as according to WWF, Ganga is one of the 10 rivers in the world which are on the verge of extinction. Ganga is choking to death.

It is not that the government has not acted. Ganga Action Plan was launched in two phased manner by then PM Rajiv Gandhi. Phase 1 was launched in 1985 and it covered 25 Ganga towns in 3 states. Phase 2 covered 59 towns in five states. In UPA govt National Ganga River Basin Authority (NGRBA) was formed. This authority over 45 towns were covered in 5 states. In 2014, the Modi govt approved the Namami Ganga Program with a budget outlay of 20,000 crores to accomplish the twin objective of effective abatement of pollution, conservation and rejuvenation of national river ganga. Later in October 2016 National Mission for ganga (NMCG) which was set up. All these schemes are unable to meet the goal of cleaning river. Because govt setup sewerage treatment plants but either they are not work and are deficient in amount be as every day million gallon of sewage water are dumped in river flow their dirty water, chemicals, waste directly in the Ganga. But still, the plans have not done what they had promised of.

River Ganga is the lifeline of almost 40% of Indian population. In its journey, Ganga provides many direct economic benefit and spiritual values. Not only this but river is also the shelter of many water animals, worth mentioning is the ganga dolphin, the national water animal. Apart from it river also regulates climate and plays an important role as the backbone of the economy in the region. It’s the time to really think over this issue seriously without any time lag inspite of blaming the govt and other institutions for polluting Ganga we should think of our own responsibility. Simply not throwing garbage or left over in the river and pressing our local administration for water treatment plants can make a big change. We have started movements against something now the time is to start a movement for rivers, especially Ganga.

Is the RSS a fascist organisation like the Nazis, as the ‘liberals’ so often claim?

In the social and political discourses in India, we have come across umpteen instances of organizations and individuals who vehemently oppose the RSS and call it anti-national, fascist and every other evil epithet to malign the organization. When asked to point out specific examples of RSS being a fascist organization, they jump to some other multi-syllable word and try to box the RSS in it. It becomes important to counter such pea-brained baboons with facts time and again. So let’s take up the fascist argument.

One of the biggest fascist party that originated was the Nazi party, which laid out 25 key points at the time of its formation. The 25-point program laid out by the National Socialist German Worker’s Party in 1920 had key sections.

The first one dwelt primarily with their ideology of the german-race being distinct from other races namely the Jews, Gypsies and others.

The second section was focused on the socialist framework that was propounded instead of the capitalist one followed by the West.

The third section was on religion and the press.

If we are to objectively look at these 25 points, for the most rational person it would be evident that the RSS cannot (and should not) be compared on the same lines as the Nazi party and its manifesto.

Section 1: The pure German race:

  1. We demand the unification of all Germans in the Greater Germany on the basis of the people’s right to self-determination.

[RSS comparison]: While the Nazis wanted to take over other countries like Austria to form the Greater Germany; the RSS ideology of Akhanda Bharat is one of cooperative confederation based on the common Hindu culture that has influenced Asian countries, rather than geopolitical expansion. There’s a big difference between Nazi and RSS ideology on this point. This comparison by the so-called secularists/liberals falls flat.

  1. We demand equality of rights for the German people in respect to the other nations; abrogation of the peace treaties of Versailles and St. Germain.

[RSS comparison]: The treaty of Versailles originated at the end of World War I, where Germany had to pay substantial monetary reparations, reduce its army, lose its land to countries in Europe and be held solely responsible for World War I. This does not apply to RSS thinking. The second point of comparison between the two organizations falls flat.

  1. We demand land and territory (colonies) for the sustenance of our people and colonization for our surplus population.

[RSS comparison]: Again – no comparison between the 2 ideologies. We don’t see any mention that RSS asks for territory for the sustenance of any specific race/religion in India. The third point of baseless comparison.

  1. Only a member of the race can be a citizen. A member of the race can only be one who is of German blood, without consideration of creed. Consequently, no Jew can be a member of the race.

[RSS comparison]: The Nazi manifesto was racist, excluding citizenship rights to all races outside of the German race. Compared to that, the RSS has members from all religions. It’s a nationalist movement which is inclusive of all Indians and there is nothing in its manifesto that talks about excluding citizenship in India based on race/religion. It welcomes men, women of all religions. This is another critical difference in the ideologies of the two organizations. The fourth point of baseless comparison.

  1. Whoever has no citizenship is to be able to live in Germany only as a guest and must be under the authority of legislation for foreigners.

[RSS comparison]: We do not have the RSS manifesto talking about treating people as guest based on their religion/race. Any individual’s citizenship in India is governed by our constitution and enacted laws. The fifth point of incoherent comparison between the two ideologies.

  1. The right to determine matters concerning administration and law belongs only to the citizen. Therefore, we demand that every public office, of any sort whatsoever, whether in the Reich, the county or municipality, be filled only by citizens. We combat the corrupting parliamentary economy, office-holding only according to party inclinations without consideration of character or abilities.

[RSS comparison]: Here, the Nazis wanted citizenship to be based on the German race only and excluded other people from holding public office. There is nowhere in RSS ideology that talks about excluding people from holding public office based on race/religion. The sixth point of incredulous comparison plot by the so-called tolerance brigade that falls flat on its face.

  1. We demand that the state is charged first with providing the opportunity for a livelihood and way of life for the citizens. If it is impossible to sustain the total population of the State, then the members of foreign nations (non-citizens) are to be expelled from the Reich.

[RSS comparison]: The Nazi ideology wanted to exclude non-german race individuals from getting state benefits and expel them from the country. This foolish attempt to compare Nazi ideology with RSS is like mixing water with oil – it just does not mix. The seventh point of comparison busted.

  1. Any further immigration of non-citizens is to be prevented. We demand that all non-Germans, who have immigrated to Germany since 2 August 1914, be forced immediately to leave the Reich.

[RSS comparison]: If anyone can point out in the RSS ideology where it asks people of any race to be expelled from India, it would be worth a discussion. Until then, this eight point of comparison is futile.

Section 2: The Socialist framework:

  1. All citizens must have equal rights and obligations.
  2. The first obligation of every citizen must be to productively work mentally or physically. The activity of individuals is not to counteract the interests of the universality but must have its result within the framework of the whole for the benefit of all. Consequently, we demand:
  3. Abolition of unearned (work and labour) incomes. Breaking of debt (interest)-slavery.
  4. In consideration of the monstrous sacrifice in property and blood that each war demands of the people, personal enrichment through a war must be designated as a crime against the people. Therefore, we demand the total confiscation of all war profits.
  5. We demand the nationalisation of all (previous) associated industries (trusts).
  6. We demand a division of profits of all heavy industries.
  7. We demand an expansion on a large scale of old age welfare.
  8. We demand the creation of a healthy middle class and its conservation, immediate communalization of the great warehouses and their being leased at low cost to small firms, the utmost consideration of all small firms in contracts with the State, county or municipality.
  9. We demand a land reform suitable to our needs, provision of a law for the free expropriation of land for the purposes of public utility, the abolition of taxes on land and prevention of all speculation in land.
  10. We demand struggle without consideration against those whose activity is injurious to the general interest. Common national criminals, usurers, profiteers and so forth are to be punished with death, without consideration of confession or race.
  11. We demand substitution of a German common law in place of the Roman Law serving a materialistic world-order.
  12. The state is to be responsible for a fundamental reconstruction of our whole national education program, to enable every capable and industrious German to obtain higher education and subsequently introduction into leading positions. The plans of instruction of all educational institutions are to conform with the experiences of practical life. The comprehension of the concept of the state must be striven for by the school [Staatsbürgerkunde] as early as the beginning of understanding. We demand the education at the expense of the state of outstanding intellectually gifted children of poor parents without consideration of position or profession.
  13. The state is to care for the elevating national health by protecting the mother and child, by outlawing child-labor, by the encouragement of physical fitness, by means of the legal establishment of a gymnastic and sports obligation, by the utmost support of all organizations concerned with the physical instruction of the young.
  14. We demand the abolition of the mercenary troops and formation of a national army.

[RSS comparison]: #9 to #22 are related specifically to the distinction between capitalist and socialist frameworks. The Nazi party was a socialist party, like many other socialist governments like France, Denmark, Finland, Canada, Sweden etc. It would not be difficult to find some common ground between Germany and other European socialist countries specifically on these laws. Again – no comparison points between RSS and the Nazi party.

Section 3: The press, religion and other points:

  1. We demand legal opposition to known lies and their promulgation through the press. In order to enable the provision of a German press, we demand, that:
    1. All writers and employees of the newspapers appearing in the German language be members of the race;
    2. Non-German newspapers be required to have the express permission of the state to be published. They may not be printed in the German language;
    3. Non-Germans are forbidden by law any financial interest in German publications or any influence on them and as punishment for violations the closing of such a publication as well as the immediate expulsion from the Reich of the non-German concerned. Publications which are counter to the general good are to be forbidden. We demand legal prosecution of artistic and literary forms which exert a destructive influence on our national life and the closure of organizations opposing the above made demands.

[RSS comparison]: With the rate at which the separatist tendencies in India and from foreign lands are using the press as a mouthpiece of sowing dissent and anarchy in India, its tempting to implement some level of control and sanity on the press. Jokes apart, we don’t find RSS calling for clamping down on the press or its funding. It uses the democratic laws in India where its maligned wrongly by institutions or individuals. Twenty third point of comparison nullified.

  1. We demand freedom of religion for all religious denominations within the state so long as they do not endanger its existence or oppose the moral senses of the Germanic race. The Party as such advocates the standpoint of a positive Christianity without binding itself confessionally to any one denomination. It combats the Jewish-materialistic spirit within and around us and is convinced that a lasting recovery of our nation can only succeed from within on the framework: “The good of the community before the good of the individual”.(“GEMEINNUTZ GEHT VOR EIGENNUTZ”)

[RSS Comparison]: Where the RSS objects is to the forceful and in many cases through the use of money, the conversion of unsuspecting Hindus to Islam or Christianity. Its opposed (as should be) to the expansionist tendencies of these religions where they do not treat other religions at par with themselves. But the RSS does not denigrate other religions since its basis is the Hindu Dharma which looks at all with a sense of equality (Samadrishti). Compared to that if we look at the expansion of Christianity and Islam we see that Europe is around 75% Christian, Latin America-Carribean is 90% Christian, Middle East- North Africa is 93% Muslim, North America is 77% Christian, Sub-Saharan Africa is 63% Christian and Asia-Pacific is around 21% Hindu and 12% Buddhist. This race to convert the entire world to either Islam or Christianity is unfair to all the indigenous religions which have grown organically in different parts of the world. So, if RSS objects to this, its well within its rights to do so. This also should be used as a counter to the Goan church that complained about the dangers of mono cultural-ism. Having a Hindu or Buddhist country is actually good for the diversity of the world instead of becoming mono-culturalist by falling in one of the 2 camps.

  1. For the execution of all of this, we demand the formation of a strong central power in the Reich. Unlimited authority of the central parliament over the whole Reich and its organizations in general. The forming of state and profession chambers for the execution of the laws made by the Reich within the various states of the confederation. The leaders of the Party promise, if necessary by sacrificing their own lives, to support the execution of the points set forth above without consideration.

[RSS Comparison]: The democratic structure of India is federalist with the states having control of administration within their state boundaries. RSS manifesto does not call for this structure to be abolished and is not looking for absolute power on the workings of the country.

It’s asking for India and Indians to re-discover its roots and its right place as a future leader of the world instead of being subservient to foreign ideologies.

आजादी के बाद से देश में बहुत ही बुरा दौर चल रहा है, भारत देश के हर प्रदेश में हर क्षेत्र में हिंदुओं का पतन हो रहा है| कहीं हिंदू गुंडागर्दी के शिकार हो रहे हैं कहीं दंगों का शिकार हो रहे हैं और कहीं राजनीति में मूर्ख बनाए जाते रहे हैं|

हिंदुओं का पतन इतना कर दिया गया है कि आज दुनिया में एक भी हिंदू राष्ट्र नहीं है, हिंदुओं के साथ यह अन्याय आजादी के बाद से तत्कालीन सरकार एक करती चली आई है|

मुस्लिमों की मांग पूरी कर देती है हर सरकार

इसका एक बड़ा उदाहरण यह है कि जब अफगानिस्तान के मुसलमानों ने चाहा तो सरकार ने उनकी बात मंजूर करके अफगानिस्तान को मुस्लिम राष्ट्र घोषित कर दिया और उन्हें एक अलग देश का दर्जा मिल गया| बिल्कुल उसी तरह पाकिस्तान भी मुस्लिम राष्ट्र बन गया वह भी पूर्णतया इस्लामिक देश है जबकि वहां भी हिंदू हैं फिर भी उसे इस्लामिक देश ही माना जाता है और कानून भी इस्लाम के आधार पर ही चलता है क्योंकि मुसलमानों की संख्या वहां काफी ज्यादा है|

लेकिन भारत जहां पर सबसे अधिक हिंदू रहता है वहां हिंदुओं की किसी भी बात को वैल्यू नहीं दी जाती ना ही उनका महत्व समझा जाता है हर सरकार के कार्यकाल में भारत को हिंदू राष्ट्र घोषित करने की मांग की जाती है जिससे कम से कम दुनिया में कोई तो ऐसा देश हो जिसे हिंदू राष्ट्र कहा जा सके, क्योंकि दुनिया में 56 इस्लामिक देश है और ईसाईयों के देश हैं लेकिन एक भी हिंदू राष्ट्र नहीं है|

मगर सरकार हमेशा से हिंदुओं की बातों को नजरअंदाज कर देती है हिंदुओं के पतन का मुख्य कारण कांग्रेस की घटिया नीति रही है| कॉन्ग्रेस वही है जिसने देश के कुछ मुसलमानों की बात मानकर पाकिस्तान बनाया था और उन मुसलमानों को एक अलग मुस्लिम राष्ट्र दे दिया था लेकिन उसी कांग्रेस ने कभी भी हिंदुओं को सपोर्ट करने की कोई भी बात नहीं की|

खत्म हो रहा हिंदू आबादी

आजादी के पहले और आजादी के बाद भारत देश में 90% से ऊपर हिंदू रहता था, लेकिन कुछ वर्षों के बाद ही यह संख्या कम होने लगी और 75% हो गई है और जो मुसलमान केवल 8% था उस की संख्या बढ़कर 18% हो गई और बाकी इसाई और अन्य धर्मों के लोग हैं| बहुत ही चौंकाने वाले आंकड़े हैं मुसलमानों की बढ़ती संख्या चौकने की वजह नहीं चौकने की वजह यह है कि हिंदुओं की संख्या कम कैसे हो रही है|

हिंदुओं की संख्या कम होने के दो मुख्य कारण

जबरन धर्म परिवर्तन:- हिंदुओं की संख्या कम होने का सबसे बड़ा कारण यह है| देश की आजादी के बाद से धर्म परिवर्तन कराने का मामला बहुत कस के चल रहा है, आश्चर्य की बात यह है कि उसमें कांग्रेस का बड़ा योगदान रहा| कांग्रेस की इंदिरा गांधी ने इमरजेंसी लगा कर के बड़ी संख्या में हिंदुओं की नसबंदी कराई और मुस्लिम धर्म भी स्वीकार करवाया था|

हिंदू लड़कियों के साथ जबरन विवाह और लव जिहाद

मुसलमान मौलानाओं के द्वारा कई प्रकार की मुहिम भी चलाई जा रही हैं इन मुहिम में मुस्लिम युवाओं को शिक्षा दी जाती है कि वह जबरन हिंदू महिलाओं और लड़कियों से जबरन विवाह करें और उन्हें मुस्लिम धर्म स्वीकार करवाएं| इसे ही “लव जिहाद” कहते हैं| आश्चर्य की बात यह है कि जब ऐसी घटनाएं होती हैं तुम मुस्लिम नेताओं द्वारा इन अपराधियों का सपोर्ट भी किया जाता है सामान्य लोग जान न सके कि यह मुस्लिम है इसीलिए इनका नाम भी गुप्त रखते हैं|

इसी वजह से कई हिंदू लोगों ने अपने मोहल्लों में मुसलमानों का प्रवेश वर्जित करा दिया है| ताकि उनके घर की महिलाएं पुत्रियां सुरक्षित रहें|

इस्लामिक जिहाद से कई देश परेशान हैं इसीलिए डोनाल्ड ट्रंप ने अमेरिका में बाहरी मुस्लिमों का प्रवेश वर्जित करा दिया था|

हिंदुओं को धर्म से भटकाने के लिए चल रही है मुस्लिम संस्थाएं

सोचने वाली बात यह है कि कब तक इस तरह हिंदू खत्म होते रहेंगे और केवल मुस्लिमों को ही बढ़ावा मिलता रहेगा| क्यों हर मामले में मुसलमानों को छूट मिलती है और हिंदुओं को कैद|

इसका मुख्य कारण यह भी है कि मुस्लिम अपने धर्म की आड़ में बढ़ता जा रहा है हर अपराध करके धर्म की आड़ लेकर बच जाता है| लेकिन हिंदुओं को धर्म से विमुख करने के लिए मुसलमानों ने कई संस्थाएं चला रखी है जो हिंदुओं को उनके सत्य सनातन धर्म से भटकाती हैं| और धर्म की हानि होने की वजह से ही हिंदू खत्म हो रहा है|

पश्चिम बंगाल में ममता बनर्जी की तृणमूल कांग्रेस पार्टी की सरकार है| ममता बनर्जी की यह सरकार कथित तौर पर बीते कई सालों से पश्चिम बंगाल में सुशासन कर रही थी| ऐसा हमने कथित तौर पर ही जाना था लेकिन वर्तमान समय में ममता बनर्जी की सरकार पूर्णतया एक्सपोज़ हो चुकी है|

यहां हम आपको कुछ बिंदुओं में बताने की कोशिश करेंगे कि वास्तव में ममता बनर्जी की सरकार में क्या होता है|

बूथ कैप्चरिंग के द्वारा सत्ता पर अधिकार

यह घटना 2018 की ही है मई के महीने में पश्चिम बंगाल में नगर पंचायत चुनाव था चुनाव में जो हुआ वह बहुत ही गलत था| बनर्जी की तृणमूल कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा बूथ कैप्चरिंग की गई |

जो कि चुनाव बैलेट पेपर से हो रहा था इसलिए टीएमसी के कार्यकर्ताओं के द्वारा बड़ी ही आसानी से फर्जी वोटिंग की गई| उन्होंने खुद के पार्टी के निशान पर मोहर लगाकर के चुनाव पेटी में बैलेट पेपर भर दिए|

आम लोगों पर मौत बने टीएमसी कार्यकर्ता

टीएमसी के कार्यकर्ताओं ने चुनाव जीतने के बाद दूसरी पार्टी के समर्थकों की हत्या शुरू कर दी अपने इस घिनौने क्रम में ममता बनर्जी के कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा दो दलित हत्या कर दी गई| दोनों को बहुत ही भयंकर रूप से मारा गया आप दोनों चित्र देख सकते हैं मरते वक्त दोनों की स्थिति कुछ ऐसी थी|

आम जनता पर मुसीबत

इस घटना के बाद काफी बवाल हुआ जिसमें स्थानीय लोगों और टीएमसी के कार्यकर्ताओं के बीच झड़प भी हुई, इस झगड़े में स्थानीय लोगों में से कई घायल हो गए| लेकिन इसके बाद भी घमासान नहीं थमा टीएमसी के कार्यकर्ताओं की गुंडागर्दी जारी थी और उन पर लगाम कौन लगाता क्योंकि सरकार तो टीएमसी की ही है| और पक्षपात के विचार धारा के चलते उन्हें सजा मिलना मुश्किल है|

केंद्र सरकार के दबाव के कारण अब पश्चिम बंगाल में ममता बनर्जी प्रेस और न्यूज़ रिपोर्टर्स पर रोक नहीं लगा पा रही हैं| नहीं तो बहुत ही मुश्किल हो जाता यह खबरें सब तक पहुंचना| यह खबरें हमेशा की तरह बंगाल के अंदर ही दब कर रह जाती और कोई भी ना जान पाता कि वहां टीएमसी के लोग क्या गुंडागर्दी कर रहे हैं|

झूठा प्रचार करा कर सरकार का कद नहीं बढ़ता है यह ममता बनर्जी को समझना चाहिए और लोगों की हत्या के लिए जिम्मेदार होने के कारण पद से इस्तीफा देना चाहिए|

Here is what autonomy would entail for universities and colleges

Let’s first understand what autonomy means with respect to educational institutions. An institution generally desires three types of autonomy. The first is administrative autonomy where the institution has the freedom to take decisions regarding its functioning by itself a does not have to rely upon or take instructions from an external authority. Secondly, the financial autonomy, wherein the institution doesn’t have to rely upon an external source to remain afloat and has guaranteed economic security. Lastly, the academic autonomy that allows the institution to be able to effectively decide for itself what type, of course, would it teach, what would be the course structure and who essentially gets to teach it. The autonomy scheme of UGC pledges to grant all three in varying degrees.

What is the Autonomy Scheme?

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has come forth with a scheme that will eventually grant autonomy to about 60 Universities and Colleges from its own clutches. The extent of this autonomy will depend upon how these institutions fare on the National Assessment and Accreditation Council of India’s (NAAC) ranking-scores. Based on the scores, the universities are divided into three categories. Universities and institutions that score anything above 3.51 on a scale of 4 of NAAC assessment score, constitutes Category I and are to get the widest latitude in terms of autonomy which would enable to start up new programmes, departments, schools, hire foreign faculty, offer variable incentive packages, collaborate with foreign universities and off-campus online learning programmes. Category II Institutions scoring between 3.50 and 3.26 are also to be given a degree of autonomy albeit with certain restrictions like the requirement of approval for tying up with foreign universities.

The important highlight of the scheme is that the approval of UGC is not required in undertaking any of the abovementioned endeavours, giving the universities a great deal of freedom to manage their affairs. This has faced serious protests and opposition from two quarters – students and professors alike. Mostly, led by two organizations AISA (All India Student’s Association) and DUTA (Delhi University Teachers’ Association) both of them work in close conceit and are predominantly leftist in their orientation. Numerous arguments have been put up by the two organizations for the reasons of their opposition to the move some of them include commercialization and privatization of education, the effect on the inclusive character of the institution, and making education expensive. In this article, we would assess the merits of their arguments whilst attempting to gain some clarity regarding what autonomy entails for these institutions.

At the offset, there is still a great degree of opaqueness as to what exactly is the vision of Ministry of Human Resource & Development (MHRD) and there are some grey areas regarding what would be the exact consequences on the finances of the institutions. But that opaqueness is being exploited by the left to create a fear psychosis among the minds of students in order to insulate any kind of critical thinking about its merits.

New Courses and their Funding:

Take, for example, this video from AISA’s official Facebook page in which Prof. Abha Habib is talking about the institutions being made to take loans that will eventually come out of the pockets of students. The loans she is talking about are concessional loans from Higher Education Finance Agency, which will actually be paid off by the government and the institutions themselves are only responsible for interest payments on the loans. Therefore, the idea that students will suddenly be overwhelmed by exorbitant fees to pay off the loans is a great exaggeration. Further, the requirement of interest payments ensures that institutions rationalize their spending and have a balanced budget rather than assuming a carte blanche from the government.

It is no revelation that most universities in India lack adequate infrastructure. For years, the institutions have been made to rely upon the rickety bureaucratic machinery at the UGC to approve funding and grant them permission for starting off new courses. It’s absurd that a thing so fundamental to any educational institution as starting off a new course is strangled in such bureaucratic mess. Add to that the functioning of UGC and its diktats have remained a bone of contention for students, sparking off movements like #occupyUGC. Yet the attempt of divesting the role of UGC is being made to view with suspicion.

The guidelines entail that the institutions will be open to start off new courses, programmes, departments, schools and centers provided that no funds are sought from the government. The proposed move makes sense due to the simple fact that if the financial powers are still left reposed with UGC’s sluggishness, we are back to square one. It should be noted that this entire exercise is voluntary, the colleges and universities don’t have an obligation to open up new courses which in their opinion can’t be financed by themselves. In addition to that, there have been assurances that the present state of funding would be touched or altered in any way.

And yet this is being condemned as an exercise that will result in higher fees for the students. An option for remains for the universities and colleges to opt for financial support in form of sponsorships from private players or corporate-tie ups for specialized training programs, so as to keep the fees within affordable limits. That option, however, is being decried as an attempt to privatize and commercialize education. Thus, this entire protest is stuck in a Catch-22 situation where any attempts at reform are bogged down by circular arguments.

Are the contentions well-founded?

The notions of commercialization and privatization stem more from some unexplained clairvoyance as there is nothing to suggest that it would necessarily mean that the effective decision-making process would be left at the behest of private players. The question remains that if the lending advertisement space and branding allows students to avail access to the quality of education then can we choose to remain stuck with our moralistic-scared view of dispensing education? Wherein it compulsorily remains to be a state responsibility and any intrusion by private players is seen as a negation of responsibility.

Further, logically, these proposed courses are presently not being offered to any student right now. Thus, all students are being denied this opportunity as opposed only those who presumably can afford them. In addition to that, there is nothing that stops the university or the college to make provisions for students from socially and economically backward background to avail scholarships subsidized by students who are better off.

This inevitably results in social inclusion, not just in classrooms, but further, a greater kind of social inclusion. Wherein, the students from social and economically underprivileged background are able to not only avail quality education but are able to translate it into secure similar jobs and workplace opportunities. An option which was previously only available to the students studying in expensive private colleges.

So what irks the other side?

The provision of appointment of foreign faculty threatens the status quo in which organizations like DUTA enjoys a monopoly as a pressure group and terms of political capital among the professors. The arrival of foreign faculty means they would have to compete against possibly better qualified and more experienced teachers. The proposal of having variable incentive packages for faculty is not altogether appealing to them either. This would mean that their foreign colleagues could end up getting paid more (their market’s worth), a situation which DUTA is not comfortable with. Their resorts are to roadblock reforms and prolong state protection as long as possible before the inevitable happens.

The other reason is the casualty of politics. There is no doubt that in this zeal for autonomy the first casualty will be off campus politics. Any serious academic endeavor requires students and teachers alike to be in classrooms. Even in Delhi University, where much of the protests are centered, the colleges which enjoy de-facto more autonomy than others are already insulated from Delhi University student union. Colleges like Lady Shri Ram College and St. Stephen which don’t affiliate to student union are relatively better off in terms of academic performance and campus placements. Other colleges like College of Business Studies have performed independently of University regulations as having semester system from as early as 1991 and having its own criteria for admission, no wonder that it is one of the most sought-after colleges in Delhi University.

There is a Baptists and Bootleggers coalition between AISA and DUTA. Just like Baptists in 20th-century who gained moral legitimacy by laying down strictures against consuming alcohol on Sundays and the bootleggers who profited from the advocated ban, AISA and DUTA protect each other’s turf. The AISA members are benefitted by getting a new lease on their activism through ideologically sympathizing professors. The professors, in return, are insulated from the on-coming reforms by projecting them to be anti-students. This unholy alliance road-blocks most of what can be done to improve the university. Yet these two groups are the most vocal opponents of governmental interference in education.

In conclusion, the protests and criticism of the moving stem less from an altruistic concern for the students and the education system but more from the loss of vested interests and in the process the universities and colleges are being signed off to perpetual mediocrity. All this is being done through a massive misinformation campaign which can only be seen as a great disservice to the students of these institutions. Something that needs to be arrested and confronted by vigilant students.

To begin with, Archbishop Anil Couto did not wake up last week and again gone in slumber like that. He has been politically active for a long time. He is not just confined to his indoor activities of writing controversial letters, conducting election prayers, but equally active on the ground as well, a la Arvind Kejriwal. In 2013 Anil Couto was taken into custody in Delhi for organizing an illegal rally mobilizing Christians and Muslims demanding more rights for the oppressed class of India. More confusion is, he was more into protests and rallies of political nature, for political causes than just writing letters in a stifled manner and shying away from media’s cameras.

Whenever a leader of a ‘religious minority’ in India ups his ante, whining on fellow majority Hindus, Hindu Pontiffs, including the PM and the President (if they happen to be Hindus in particular) accusing that our eternal institutions, which were established under the Constitution and the values cherished therein were all in ‘danger’ of being in, for an ambush by the majority Hindu rulers, then Hindus will be taken aback. Whenever the Hindus happen to hear such whinings, they are expected to believe in Archibishop’s and Mulla’s sanity and deeply introspect themselves, inferring that Hindus are guilty souls by birth, as if the worlds best written Constitution of India, was not composed by Indian brains, but as if it was a gift from the West. Such whinings sound like as if, the Constitution of India was drafted by non-Hindus, the spirit of ‘secularism’ was imbued into it, by non-Hindus benevolence. So by whining repeatedly, they assume themselves the saviors of our Constitution, besides being the ‘author’ of it too.

The obscure letter written by the Delhi Archbishop Anil Couto to community members is not limited to the precincts of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Delhi. It was a well-designed pan India trick. Delhi Archbishop is not albeit the first to cast aspersions on Modi. Such attacks were planned, staged and spanned in time to give credibility. So, in this line now the Goa Archbishop went to the extent of dubbing ‘development’ as anti-poor, and in the name of ‘development’ human rights are being trampled. More irony is our well established mainstream media giving impetus to such thoughts coming from religious heads and justifying too.

Just a month ago the CSI (Church of South India with a membership of over 45 lakhs) head, Bishop Thomas K. Oommen had attacked the Modi Government accusing him of making the life of minorities, and marginalized section of the society miserable and unlivable. In December 2017 just 5 months ago, Cardinal Baselios Cleemis, President of the Catholic Bishops Conference of India has slammed Modi Govt for the increased attacks on Christians in India under his rule. He said Indian Christians lost trust in Modi. A month before his comment, Gujarat Bishop Thomas MacEwan’s called to save India and the Constitution of India from the PM Narendra Modi. However such scandalous attacks on PM Modi was aptly reprimanded by the Intellectuals more energetically.

The setting behind this smear campaign, in fact, was well-set as early as in 2014. Missionaries are known for their mind-games, adopting Psychographic profiling, bullying the weak minds into submission, exploiting the extremely sensitive sense of the woman, followed by the perfectly devised mind- programming that takes huge casualties on Hindus. Anil Couto is well aware of this game of missionaries. At the same time, he is equally well seized of the current situation of minorities succeeding in ‘bullying the Modi Government.

He is thoroughly part of this brinkmanship of missionaries. Anil Couto and Goa’s Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrao were all aware how generous his country’s fellow majority docile Hindus are. So the unsuspecting Hindus put their kids in their Catholic Schools in the hope their kids learn the ‘English’ and shine in future, but then the brain programming starts for the Hindu and Muslim Kids as early as 4 yrs onwards. But, come Christmas celebrations, this Hindustan celebrates Christmas more than US and Jerusalem. Hindus wholeheartedly greet fellow Christians and cajole them with love and affection. This same Sanghi Indian Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi, who is the target of every non-Hindus today, greets every Christian citizen of his country sincerely on every Christmas Day. The ‘so-called communal forces of Hindus, be it RSS, VHP, BD etc never stormed any Church in India hurling grenades and rocket launchers killing the Sunday worshippers. Malaysia, Indonesia or Pakistan, the ‘Christianity’ wish to co-exist with their formidable ‘Islam’, despite the Islam being in ‘militancy’ mode in this part of the Globe. Back home in India, the same ‘Christianity’ is constantly in ‘combat’ mode with fellow secular-minded generous ‘majority’. The reason is obvious. The reason is apparent. The reason is undeniable. It is the Hindus who are showing their other cheek (instead of them) whenever they are slapped by the Missionaries.

When it comes to ensuring the ‘Scientific temper’ which the Article 51A of our Constitution vouch for
‘to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform’,

It is again the Missionaries who are into disrespecting, denying, and abusing the ‘scientific temper’ of our Constitution, every day and every hour. In their prayer meetings, a man walks up to the dais limping and after the prayer and blessings by Brother Anil Kumar or Brother Paul Dinakaran is received, the physically challenged person returns walking straight. The terminal ill ‘patients’ till then seen howling and rolling on the floor gets instant ‘Gyan’ and reclamation upon the ‘Brother’s mere touch of class. The insulting and enraging fake shows of prayer meetings of the missionaries being telecast on ‘Miracle Network’ and ‘God’ channels are an open challenge to our sane spirit and the very principles of ‘Constitution’ of India. The rehearsals that run behind these prayer meetings are outright proof of defrauding the public and outlandish in nature. Yet these prayer meetings are allowed, ‘God’ channels are lauded, ‘miracles’ are encouraged, illness cures are not questioned by the ‘rational’ outfits, Marxists, Leftists and Secular political parties.

Archbishop Anil Couto, in fact, is an active Political-Bishop. He not only fights for the rights of Christians but also for Muslims as well. After the defeat of BJP in Delhi polls in 2014, he celebrated the victory of AAP in his prayer hall in Delhi. In February 2015, Anil Couto took a delegation to Arvind Kejriwal and showered him with all cheers for Kejriwal’s way of ‘leading’ and termed his views on the concept of ‘Swaraj’ as ‘marvelous’.

Later he protested the serial Church attacks in Delhi in 2014 and created a hateful atmosphere then. His 2013 Delhi march with Dalits, Christians, and Muslims are the proof of his active political bickering.

Next, it was again the Archbishop Anil Couto who was in the forefront and lead the protest against Anti-Conversion bill and Hindu organizations’ Gharwapsi’ programmes. Anil Couto opposed such a move and said ‘Conversion is a matter of choice and is guaranteed by the Constitution” The whole trouble with our designated minorities and their dubious leaders are their self-proclaimed probity that repeatedly goes ‘unchallenged’. Their stand always sans logic and displays eccentric hypocrisy. The argument is that the very ‘conversion’ is their fundamental right granted under the Constitution, but dubs the Gharwapsi’ as unconstitutional. In fact, there is no explicit provision in our Constitution that allows unfettered liberty to convert gullible Hindus.

What our Constitution authorizes is:
Article 25(1) in The Constitution Of India 1949- (1) Subject to public order, morality and health and to the other provisions of this Part, all persons are equally entitled to freedom of conscience and the right freely to profess, practice and propagate religion on’

Contrary to the very spirit of the above, missionaries have been adapting well-designed inventive methods to convert gullible Hindus. Their methods violate every spirit behind every phrase elucidated in Article 25 (1). Their mass conversion programmes, mass prayer meetings, mass healing prayers are not in conformity with public order and morality. Their methods are highly immoral, violating public order and causing hurt to the majority citizens of India. Further, a mass and forcible conversion camps do not fit in to ‘professing, practicing, and propagating religion’.

The missionaries at the outset, prepare the ground and then plan for mass conversions.

They first hand identify a couple of IAS, IPS, IRS officers, top journalists, reporters, Judicial officers, private TV Channels, and a couple of popular regional cinema celebrities and put all efforts to convert them.

Once through, their future is secured. Any complaint of forcible conversions will be taken care of at every stage of its progress by respective officers and celebrities who are by then in place. The significant help to missionaries is rendered by the media. Any confrontation on the ground will not be reported or telecast in the interest of law and order and missionaries.

Archbishop Anil Couto with his dubious track record is more of a leader like urban Naxal in his approach than thought to be a tempered protestor.

Anil Couto is fully conscious about his fellow Hindus hospitable and charitable nature like their own ‘Missionaries of Charity’ and the only difference being, the laters generosity is for the purpose of ‘conversions’ to be used as a barter and the former’s generosity is their legacy.

Today Archbishop Anil Couto and  Filipe Neri Ferrao, has only shown their wide-eyed smile to Hindus, but their all India plot is more threatening than to be taken lightly lying down.

All the mainstream media columnists aired their opinion on, whether Shri Pranab Mukherjee’s decision of giving a speech in the Nagpur RSS- Sikhsha Varg was appropriate or otherwise. Their tired assumptions on the RSS-ideology and functioning were sickening. Once again, they projected trite arguments on the RSS’ ideology.

First and foremost, it would be good to analyze the thought process of an eminent columnist of the progressive bandwagon Shri Aakar Patel. Incidentally, he is also the Amnesty International India’s- Head. Shri Aakar Patel wrote a column titled, “Why Pranab should meet RSS, and give them a lesson in Hinduness”.  As is he won’t, even in this column, he showed his tilted views. Aakar Patel (in his column) writes, “Hindutva is a resentful ideology. Its three primary political demands are all negative: Ram Janmabhoomi (Muslims must give up their mosque), Uniform Civil Code (Muslims must give up their personal law) and the reversal of Article 370 (Muslims must give up their constitutional autonomy in Kashmir). Hindutva has nothing positive to offer Hindus… even after taking a full majority it’s all about things like cattle slaughter and making Muslims change their diet.” How can the above ideological issues be wedge-issues for Aakar Patel? When are all the citizens equal under the egalitarian concept of our Indian Constitution, why there should be a lop-sided benefit to certain sections?

If viewed objectively one by one:  Ayodhya-temple building issue has been a long pending one of almost a century old. It has its roots in the pre-Independence era. It has been tactically delayed by the Courts. The Supreme Court is treating it merely as a title/land-dispute. It is a known fact that the law of the land does not go by people’s emotions. For Hindus, Lord Ram is an epic figure and Ramayana, an epic story. This epiphany is in the Indian culture. No amount of secular columnists’ talk brings masses back from the mystic realm of seeing a temple at Ayodhya. Denying the Hindu-right to build a temple to their cultural icon, is in itself, exposes our sham- secularism, which is purported ad nauseum as equality to all religions in India.

The M.P of MIM Shri Asaddudin Owasi says he would abide by the Supreme Court verdict on Ayodhya-temple dispute knowing fully-well that it (the dispute) would be settled as a title-suit, not as a sentimental place for Hindus to build the temple. He has no qualms when a secular country offers shariah! Shariah that was promised and granted to the Muslim community in 1937 by the British rulers (earlier in most parts of India, Muslims practiced Hindu customary law). It was not scrapped through the partition of the country had happened on communal lines. Not only Sharia, permissions for prayers, minority educational institutions, minority commission, personal law boards to resolve disputes regarding the religious law are all the privileges granted. The Constitution of India granted them these privileges to bring the minorities to the mainstream.

These columnists- apologists of the left and the Congress never write on benefits granted to the minorities. They also would not mention much on the amendment to the Constitution in the case of Shah Bano- judgment. Selective amnesia? Only in the case of Ayodhya-temple, for them, no concession, only the rule of law should prevail.

Union form Civil Code (UCC) is enshrined in the Directive principles of the Constitution of India under Article-44. It’s not the RSS – Eureka Code. The founding fathers of the Indian Constitution envisioned the UCC for all the citizens in the Indian territory to have the same rights and claims on certain secular matters. It is unimaginative of the stature of the Amnesty International India’s -Head to negate the Indian Constitutional Directive! The RSS is emphasizing on the need for Uniform Civil Code to get a semblance in the Indian society.

Time and again the Supreme Court has warned the Central Government of the day to take steps in that direction to have the code in place at the earliest. The apprehension that it goes against any personal law is misplaced. Differences could be dissolved while drafting through discussion. Hindus were codified long ago in the 1950s and are still following their personal practices of rituals in marriages and other ceremonies in their homes. The law has no hold on what people follow as an age-old practice by way of religion in their lives. Uniform Civil Code applies to marriage (not on how it should be performed), divorce, maintenance and inheritance etc which are all civil acts.

In any progressive-democratic-secular country in the world, these are all bound by the same law. This UCC may not agree for polygamy that is practiced according to Sharia. Could it be the excuse/objection? Polygamy goes against public morality. No progressive country allows that. There are people who argue, though Hindu law is codified, some men do not stick to one-wife. But the law, which is in place, works as a deterrent. The afflicted woman can go to court for a recourse.  Similarly, in the case of Muslim women, the law (if it is in place) becomes handy to them. The name of the Code itself implies the meaning -CIVIL. So, it is a uniformly applied CIVIL code, not a criminal one.

In India to touch tiniest or puniest, Muslim law raises the eyebrows of the secularists and the mullah-Maulvi-duo. For instance, instant triple talaq is not practiced anywhere in Islamic nations (other than the one and only exception of Saudi Arabia), yet the mullahs and maulvis made such a hullabaloo to remove it. Coming to Art-370, it is an open secret that this privilege was granted to the state of Jammu & Kashmir only because the valley is dominated by Muslims. If all the Indian governments in their wisdom want it to be continued perennially, so be it. But one cannot hide the fact. There is nothing wrong in stating the whys and wherefores of the fact behind the imposition of the Act-370 for J&K.

These eminent columnists of mainstream always hide how Pandit Nehru stopped the armed forces, just at the nick of the time, when they were about seize the whole of Kashmir valley. Still, the PoK is a disputed territory only because of the Pandits’ erroneous act of withdrawing the troops. China occupied Kashmir (CoP)- the Siachen glacier-part of it is again because of our first Prime-Minister’s misstep. When news and opinion given in the mainstream media are selective, why blame the social media? These eminent columnists never pay attention to the comments made by the readers. They are high-handed. The tall talk of open-mindedness is for the readers, not for the writers. The eminent columnists are eminent when they are forth-right and show the two sides of the coin with no prejudice. When it comes to majority culture and religion, these columnists earlier denounced both. Now they are mouthing shibboleths of what is Hinduness. Now they accepted that “inclusiveness” and “flexibility” are a part of Hindu culture which is true.

Any culture or any organism survives because of its innate strength of flexibility and adoptability. Cultures of less flexible- imperial Rome, ancient Greece and pharaonic Egypt could not, is evident. Going by the logic of inclusive Hinduness of Aakar Patel, India should not have been partitioned. So, what had caused the partition?  The wedge or divisiveness i.e the idea of vivisection was not a Hindu-idea. Jinnah and a section of Muslims asked for it. So, Pakistan formed.

The RSS, pained by the partition, never wants a repetition of the kind. So, it is inculcating nationalist feelings in the people of the country. The positive things that the BJP- led by PM Narendra Modi- offered to Hindus, are questioned by Shri Aakar Patel. The PM, when compared to the earlier Congress governments, has offered things galore. Never in the history of Independent India, a Prime Minister worshipped in a Hindu-temple with Hindu rituals. Shri Narendra Modi, soon after becoming the Prime Minister of India, worshipped in the renowned Viswanath temple of Varanasi, his constituency. None of the Congress PM’s ever did this act (of worshipping) in their craze to appear secular.

Next, he brought Yoga-the Indian heritage to the forefront. He strived hard for the declaration of Yoga-day on 21st of June every year by the United Nations. He enthused Non-Resident Indians by addressing them to whichever country he went. This way he established connectivity of all Indians all over the world. He show-cased river Ganga and her cultural importance by taking dignitaries of world and by attending the daily evening ritual of aarati. He helped the poor with his programmes of free-cylinders, rural-electrification, health care. Above all Swachh-Bharat is a kind of Mathru Archana. Rahul Gandhi, in fact, took a cue from PM Modi in visiting temples which he had not done so publicly so many times before 2014 i.e; in his previous -avatar. He is also trying to please expat Indians of late by copying the PM Modi’ s vision. Earlier, it never occurred to him. So, there are some visible signs of national pride after the Modi -government has come to power.
