Is perception about West Bengal as an investment destination improving?

0

Industrial investments in West Bengal (WB) were traditionally in sectors, such as leather, textiles, steel and iron, agro-based, and chemicals. In 1981, West Bengal accounted for 9.8% of the industrial output of India. In less than two decades, that figure fell by half, to 5.1%. The state in its bid to further economic development has since provided many incentives. This led to some flow of FDI in areas such as IT, tourism, telecommunications, and chemicals. Yet, despite all efforts by successive state governments, there has been practically no significant industrial development particularly since the Singur fiasco.

The Singur land was acquired by the Buddhadeb Bhattacharya government in 2006 to facilitate the Tatas to set up their Nano car manufacturing plant. However, due to prolonged agitation, the plant could not be set-up and finally in 2016, the Supreme Court set aside Calcutta HC order upholding the land acquisition for Tata’s Nano plant at Singur in WB. This led to a severe distrust between the state authorities and the prospective investors. It became a case of bad perception.

Many industry leaders and consul generals of various countries raise this perception issue about WB’s investment climate. The principal question is: Is perception about WB as an investment destination improving now? It may have because strikes and lockouts are no longer heard of in WB. Further, the Union ministry of statistics and program implementation has confirmed the economic growth rate of WB at 12.58%, one of the highest in the country. Capex has gone up 11 times and there has been a multi-fold increase in planned expenditure.

There is another confirmatory news that CII members have submitted Rs.5.5k crore worth proposals for investment in WB. They, mostly locally established companies, have given 58 business proposals across many sectors like steel, power, logistics, battery, infrastructure, engineering, food processing, packaging etc.

It is also understood from a UK delegation led by UKIBC that UKIBC has conducted a survey among its members and other companies about their preferences to invest in WB and about 25% gave such a preference positively. This delegation includes companies like Vodafone, British Telecom, RSM, CDC, PwC and Perno Rica and others and therefore the focus area appears to be telecommunication and services sectors.

There is also a news that Amazon is doubling storage space in state to make it the largest hub. It will run 5 fulfilment centres in WB enabling 10% of its Indian on-line logistics business and support customer demand for products like Smartphones, Consumer Electronics, Appliances, Fashion and Consumables.

There is news also that Trump Org is very much bullish about its project in Kolkata, Trump Tower on EM Bypass. It has 137 units in a 38 storied building, out of which 70% has already been sold.

Japanese firm Kawasaki Rikuso Transportation Company is investing in setting up of temperature-controlled solar powered warehouses for agro-product storage in West Bengal which can store vegetables of up to 30 tonne per day. They would install 100 solar-powered, temperature-controlled warehouses in West Bengal at an estimated cost of Rs 300 crore.

All the above show that there is recently a revival of interest in WB as an investment destination, even in the backdrop of the prevailing slowdown in the country. Hey, things seem to be looking up in WB and perception improving.

How dare I?

0

Greta Thunberg thundered at the UN, with her “How Dare You”, that was received widely by the entire world, with people asking to take inspiration from the 16-year-old, who challenged the world leaders.

Greta spoke for a great cause, but that doesn’t give her immunity to criticism, and a human, born in a free world, I exactly elaborate through the article, why I found Greta’s speech hollow, arrogant and hopeless and the much hype around her useless.

The very way by which Greta asked the audience, which comprised of world leaders, “How Dare You”, shows the lack of respect for adults, much elder to her on her side. Even though the current generation of adults has taken part in destroying the environment, one can not blame each one of them for what has happened, it is simply uncalled for.

The greatest irony though, of her speech was that IT DID NO GOOD, neither will IT DO ANY GOOD. Why? Simply because she addressed an urban crowd, mostly well-educated world leaders and dignitaries, and we can very well guess that all those people present there, KNOW about climate change, and its effects. After all, decades have passed since we have been discussing Climate Change, and mostly, we all know about it. All that has been done in all those years is “talking”, and we can very well note the results of decades of advice being given out by scientists and eminent citizens, that is NOTHING. Instead, we have moved inches closer to a worldwide catastrophe.

In spite of knowing this, Greta chose to deliver the speech that would eventually be hailed by “Mercedes Marxists” as revolutionary. Well tell me, didn’t we know of it earlier? Of course, we did! So does a young girl with a disease giving the same speech make any difference? Apparently it does! Without any offence to Greta and her disease, I would like to state that unknowingly she has become a prey to the Leftist Cabal, who have time and again used children as a prop for advancing their agenda. Here, their agenda is anti-development.

Further in her speech, Ms Thunberg says,” We are in the beginning of a mass extinction, and all you can talk about is money and fairy tales of eternal economic growth.” This is perhaps the segment of her speech that is the most disturbing and shows the anti-development agenda of activism.

Any partly educated person can easily tell the blunder she has committed in the ill framed line of hers. In the current situation of our world, there lie no prospects in coming up with a solution to Climate Change without economic growth. To pull nations in general and the world in all out of the disaster we stepped into, what is needed is proper economic policies and not teenage noise. Money is the key in this battle of climate change.

I would very humbly pose a question to Greta, that how exactly do you plan to make the earth carbon positive by shunning economic growth? Wonders won’t happen by your claiming that economic policies will not solve climate change. Do you want us all of a sudden to return to a primaeval state of living? Do you want us to go back to using bullock carts and live in the caves?

“Development is not harmful if it is sustainable.”

What we should rather demand is sustainable development and not the abandonment of development. Let’s say we abandon all that we have achieved through science since the millenniums, and go back to living like cavemen( and women for the feminists!), can we guarantee, that in the future, the human race will not rediscover all that we had and recycle this process of environmental destruction? We can’t expect messiahs like Greta to be reborn time and again to save humanity, can we?

Rather than making our future generations re-undergo this trouble, we should hand them down an Earth where there are clean energy and green life.

Lastly, the biggest problem of the entire Greta episode is that even if you let her go of all the blunders she committed throughout the speech, the hype around her is totally undeserving. Just because she made noise while doing activism, doesn’t mean she is the only one.

Saalumarada Thimmakka planted 385 banyan trees along a four-kilometre stretch of highway. She has also planted nearly 8000 other trees for which she was awarded Padma Shri. This is what one can call an inspiration. In spite of her old age, she did a splendid job.

The Indian army, whom Indian liberals love to demonise, cleared 130 tonnes of solid waste from Siachen Glacier, but they won’t trend because they didn’t say, “How Dare You”, in a disrespectful manner to the world leaders.

It is very easy for Greta to say all these, after all, she comes from a developed country, that satisfies all her needs, (wonder which dream of hers is unfulfilled), where children like her can afford to even bunk school in the name of activism. In my country, children die because they don’t have a proper power supply because they don’t have modern benefits, they don’t have electricity, they burn coal for power. They cannot afford to go to school, let alone bunk it.

Thanks to social media, which spotted a picture of Greta’s where she’s found eating food out of plastic containers. So, was the activism all fake? Maybe not, maybe she’s genuinely concerned, but when she’s not ready to give up luxuries of life when she herself travelled in a jet that produces so much carbon footprint, HOW DARE SHE EXPECT OTHERS TO MAKE ALL THE SACRIFICES?

It would be much appreciated if she would have not delivered the speech, which as discussed above made no difference, instead, her speaking emitted more carbon dioxide than regular, which hey, is a greenhouse gas! If she would have had rather planted even as many trees as the number of minutes she spoke, would have had made a much larger effect.

All in all, Greta did have good in her mind(probably), but her arrogance puts to question her real agenda. Can the world risk to have its environmental policy be dictated by a sixteen-year-old, how so ever genuine her concern maybe? It is the time we answer the harder questions and not worry about offending people, as some people build their lives out of this. Climate Change is real, and so our steps to reverse its effects so also be REAL and not apparent.

In Bharat, a true Karma Yogi is always respected, and hence, I’d request Greta Thunberg to be a selfless Karma Yogi and not just a pawn of the Leftists, after all her cause is a good one!

Lastly, dear audience, keep wondering “How Dare I”, wrote this for a future Nobel Laureate, but that won’t make me change my stance.

This is a serious, well-thought opinion from one sixteen years old to another!

Best of luck, Greta!

Why DMK oppose Bhagavat Gita, reflect the statement of super star about Modi and Amit Shah

0

The sagacity and leadership maturity of Anna University in Chennai to introduce Bhagavat Gita as an audit course (non-compulsory) for the post graduate students of engineering and other technical courses needs to be appreciated and soon, all other educational institutions including schools in India must teach the essence of Bhagavat Gita to students from class one. The think tank of the world through ages have admired and praised the essence of Gita and have said that reading and practicing Gita would give eternal joy and boundless wisdom to people to remain responsible and at the same time without expectation, dejection, greed, attachment but be dutiful.

It is not the educational qualification that makes one a great scientist or doctor or engineer but how one integrate ones emotion and intelligence at the hour of crisis in taking right decisions both at individual level and for the society. Bhagavat Gita talks about honesty, commitment, duty without expectation, karma sudhi and management of own thoughts, actions, resources and time etc., to attain eternal happiness called ‘sthitaprajna.

The power and strength of India is diversity and such diversity could exist in India since time immemorial is because of our living culture called Hinduism. When world leaders, renowned scientist like Albert Einstein, great poets and writers praise and admire Gita, all of them in all probability would have read only the English or other language translations and not the original Gita written in Sanskrit. It means Bhagavat Gita is available in all most all languages so that everyone can read and enlighten with the essentials of Gita.

Bhagavat Gita is not only the sacred text of Hindus or India but is the cradle and candle for imperishable wisdom to the world. Gita not only sharpens the behaviour, but shapes the behaviour, elicit extraordinary sense of application of mind, management principles, sharp focus, how not to yield to confusion and dissolution, how the commitment must flow through us without expectation of any reward or gift etc., when we anchor to commitment at being level.

DMK has every reason to oppose Gita because it wants to survive through its same old cheque called Hindi agitation, oppose Brahim, oppose Hindu God, oppose Sanskrit, oppose Sanadana dharma etc. As a result of its negative and hate mongering politics, the Tamil people have lost their identity and are searching whether they are Tamils or Dravidians or Hindus etc. The people of India are fundamentally Indians. Due to different languages spoken in different parts of India, people when migrated, got distributed and settled in different parts, adapted to the local style and otherwise the language and culture were meant only to connect all people living in the given geographical landmass. From that point of view if we look at India, all Indians were and are followers of Hinduism in one form or other irrespective of their recent religious affiliations.

Hinduism is linked to our culture, civilization, tradition, living style and the way we think and it has less to do with our logical or rational thinking. Hinduism is our soul and feeling at the being level and not in showcasing the belief system like other religion where its religious boundaries are set and defined by its founders.

Bhagavat Gita is the mantra to our soul and to our inner voice. Even Sonia Gandhi told once that her inner voice told her to appoint Manmohan Singh as prime minister. It was Dr Subramanian Swamy and then President of India Dr. Abdul Kalam who questioned the constitutionality of a person born in Italy and later become an India citizen, but such intervention triggered the inner voice of Sonia Gandhi as claimed by her. The point of debate is not about Sonia Gandhi but the existence of inner voice.

Teaching Gita should be made compulsory and not as an optional subject and is necessary to reform our education. It is not just the educational advancement of people, the behavioural advancement, the overall growth and development of our mind, not just brain is important. Our education also must impart leadership insights from our ancient scriptures to tell the students how ancient is our civilization and how relevant such wisdom is even today.

DMK is trying to en-cash the same cheque it had issued way back in late 1950’s in the form of Hindi agitation because DMK does not have any agenda or leadership but the cadre base is a bit strong today but soon would diffuse.

All that DMK knows is its old trick which is not going to work anymore because the colour, flavour and contour of Indian politics and Tamil Nadu politics has changed since 2014. Modi has brought honesty, transparency, accountability, corruption free governance, sab ka vikas to the centre stage for winning election.

People of Tamil Nadu must defeat all those hate mongers and those who promote hatred, hate Hindi, abuse Hinduism and Sanadhana dharma, God, Bhagavat Gita etc., only then the state can be saved.

Howdy, Modi! Baffled Shashi Tharoor

0

Howdy, Modi! – the ecstatic Texas rally – has become such a big hit that the Congress bigwigs got hiccups. Shashi Tharoor was too quick to counter, to either save his sinking party image or to get applause from his high command, tweeted along with a photo: “Nehru & Indira Gandhi in the US in 1954. Look at the hugely enthusiastic spontaneous turnout of the American public, without any PR campaign, NRI crowd management or hyped-up media publicity”. Later, he was countered with the backup of fact-check machinery and by the other eminences in the media that the photo was taken in Magnitogorsk in June 1955 or so.

In his clarification to the above sensational exercise, he once again tweeted: “I am told this picture (forwarded to me) probably is from a visit to the USSR not to the US”. To make an analysis: The picture was “forwarded”, not his own. That means, he didn’t make the search or effort to get that kind of material to counter. Some poor party worker did it for him, in order to give credit to Tharoor, thinking it was true. Tharoor on his part and also in his haste to put the prime minister Modi down, didn’t cross verify the image or its date and place.

The continuation of his second tweet, indicates he and his party’s hubris. It says, “Even if it is so, (with change of place from USA to USSR), it still doesn’t alter the message: the fact is that the former PMs also enjoyed popularity abroad.” This statement of his tweet is an absolute fallacy. We had seen Manmohan Singh who never cared to meet pravasi Bharat (NRI community) nor his predecessor Congress prime ministers. They had never such vision or outlook to knit the Indian community or touch their chord. The crowd in Howdy, Modi! is quintessentially Indian.

The first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru, probably for his Communist ideals, was respected in the USSR. The family of Nehrus, being born with a silver spoon in the mouth, being westernized to the core and having studied the West all along, is known to many people across the countries. The crowd that cheered Nehru and Gandhi was Russian, as the family was known to them all, in the bygone era, for their socialist views and power politics.

Tharoor ended his second (corrected version) tweet on a sober note: “When @naredramodi is honoured, @ PMOIndia is honoured; respect is for India.” Does this erase his first tweet goof up? No. For, he says in his first tweet the spectacular crowd at Howdy, Modi! was: (i) a PR campaign (ii) the crowd management (iii) the hyped-up media publicity. Whereas for Nehru and Indira Gandhi, in his falsely implicated American rally, to be “spontaneous turnout without any PR campaign.” What an image worship! What a Bhakt of Congress! This bhakti is, after all, after much chiding and reprimanding by the Congress high command on several occasions.

For Tharoor to know, any public event nowadays needs some amount of PR. The picture posted by Tharoor (father and daughter) seemed to be a roadshow than an organized meeting. Whereas prime minister Narendra Modi’s Howdy, Modi! was a public meet. It required logistical support of arranging amenities for the attending public. It needed campaigning as the world’s biggest leaders of democracies Narendra Modi and Donald Trump were meeting Indian diaspora in America for the first time on one stage. Without the knowledge of the event, how does the public know/understand? The other day, a couple of years ago, when Ivanka Trump came to Hyderabad, there was a big PR exercise by the state government. Her name itself, should have drawn crowds!

Coming to PR (Public Relations) exercises, marketing strategies, propaganda campaigns etc., the West is the pioneer. Having served so long in the United Nations, Shri Tharoor must be knowing that Eastern standards of simplicity, self-effacement, patience in dealing with things cannot be applied. In the western world: drive, impatience, entrepreneurship are the qualities eulogised. So, they are paid in their own way. Whatever, the PM did, is for the country.

On the whole, Howdy, Modi! was a huge success with no calamitous rain as forecasted or any untoward incident. Sophistication of Nehru family may appeal to the elite of the Congress but commoners appreciate the prime minister, coming from humble background, to this height of sharing one-on-one dais/podium with the world’s great tall leader, president Donald Trump. This indicates the soaring popularity of Modi. It cannot be broad brushed by Shashi Tharoor so easily.

The Hindi debate: Old issue, new packaging

0

In the past few days, after the Union Home Minister made a comment about Hindi becoming a language that can reinforce the unity in this country, the debate on ‘one nation one language’ has gathered some strength again. Contributions to this debate have been arriving from all parts of the country, with opposition parties claiming that this is a tool being used by the ruling party to suppress the non-Hindi identity of different regions of this country. The Union Home Minister has however issued a clarification on this saying that his statement has been purposely twisted to suit opposition’s recipe of deception.

Without getting into the politics of this debate, let’s look into the realities of language as a unifier in a diverse country like India. Firstly, looking at the diversity that India hosts, it is impossible to impose one language on the whole population of this country. The Home Minister is well aware of the fact that in this country, where language changes in every few kilometers, no political power can possibly impose the language of their choice on the people. So surely, imposition of single language was not the intention behind his statement, made on the occasion of Hindi Diwas. Also, at this crucial stage, with so much happening in the country and around the world, national integration is at the top of government’s priority list. The government cannot afford another issue on its plate, something like the 1965 anti-Hindi agitations can prove disastrous.

An objective view on this subject of language would tell us that the government’s stance is promotional, not intrusive as is being widely circulated in the non-Hindi speaking states. This promotional stance of the government becomes clearer when one looks back at the events which unfolded earlier this year when the draft of the National Education Policy was issued. The Three-Language Formula suggested by the draft was given a different tone by the opposition parties, forcing the government to issue a clarification about the same. The government, in the official clarification, cleared that it is for equal treatment and promotion of all languages and that there will be no imposition of any language in any institution nor will there be any discrimination towards any language in this country. This in itself is proof enough that the government is very liberal and flexible in its stance on this subject.

Coming to the subject of promotion of Hindi and other Indian languages, one can’t help but think of the lack of linguistic infrastructure available in the country to implement such a policy. The issue, from a constructive angle, is an important one as it holds an ocean of opportunities in itself. Knowing more than two languages betters the employability of individuals. Having said that, rigidity of any kind, towards learning any language serves no purpose as it keeps one devoid of an important tool in the arsenal. At the end of the day, when learning English, a foreign language altogether, hasn’t been a problem, why is there such resistance towards Hindi? This clearly reveals that the issue was taken up by the political class to turn it into a sentimental subject from which infinite political mileage can be drawn.

Language is a link which connects people, improves one’s skills of negotiation and management. Greater exchange of languages and cultures within a vast and diverse country like India is warranted as it helps create bridges and enhances national integration. Government’s move in favor of promotion of Indian languages is a welcome one, but the moot point remains – do we have a structure which provides good enough facilities to cater to the learning requirements of such a large population? India needs facilities which can provide professional training to teachers of different Indian languages and the trickle-down effect of the same would be an easy answer to the problem of promotion. This can then provide a platform for learning, where learners, according to the level of competency they require, can learn the language of their choice.

The issue of language has been a big hindrance in the path of constructive discussions on other issues in education system of this country. It is high time we settle this debate once and for all, to move on to bigger issues in the education policy that concern us. ‘One nation One language’ was never intended, nor was it the answer to the problem. The political representatives need to understand that stubbornness will serve no purpose. The people, on the other hand, should understand that ‘learning is growing’.

MYK LATICRETE steps up to the challenging demands of the National War Memorial

0

The National War Memorial is an enduring symbol of sacrifice, one that honours those who died in uniform during the Indo-China, Indo-Pak, and Kargil wars and the Indian Peace Keeping Force Operations in Sri Lanka. Rooted in the invincible Chakravyuh formation, the memorial is characterized by four concentric circles representing different values of the armed forces. Spread over 40 acres along the axis of India Gate and the canopy, it has a stone obelisk and is surrounded by 16 circular granite walls. These walls carry granite tablets inscribed with names of almost 26,000 martyrs.

The memorial is expected to welcome hundreds of thousands of people. For any project of this magnitude and significance, it is incumbent that it is built for the future with solid design and construction principles. Since it was largely made out of stone, it meant there was a need for specialized products that could match the demanding nature of the project. MYK LATICRETE was then chosen, backed by its expertise and innovation in high performance materials.

MYK LATICRETE delivered a full range of products as detailed below:

  1. MYK LATICRETE Stellar Grout, a single component ready-to-use high performance modified grout was employed as a joint filler in sandstone and granite in an area spanning around four lakh sqft.It preserved the aesthetic of the stone by blending in. Parchment and Canyon Red colored grout was used to give the stone that seamlessness and protect it from being marred through its stain protection features. Furthermore, the UV and temperature resistant nature of the product meant that the exposed area was kept safe from the vagaries of nature.
  2. LATICRETE 190 Sealer, as the name suggests, was used to keep out water and stains through an invisible repellant layer on sandstone installed on walls. The product lent its protective features across an area of about 25,000 sqft without interfering with the aesthetic of the stone. Seeing as it required no special tools, the task was a breeze to complete.
  3. For the entry area of approximately 150 sqft a polymer fortified mortar, LATICRETE 335 was chosen for installing stone. Seeing as the entryway is expected to witness high foot traffic, it warranted the use of a product that provides superior strength and has the flexibility to handle structural movements. The LATICRETE 335 was the ultimate solution as it did just that and more with its non-sag property and capability of handling extreme weather.
  4. The LATICRETE SP-100 tile joint ,water- temperature- and germ- resistant grout in slate grey was used across a 4,000 sqft. area constituting the South Zone basement and the space close to the soldier park. The product was used to keep with the aesthetic of the memorial while also protecting it from stains.

MYK LATICRETE is incredibly honored to have been able to contribute to the development of this memorial which now stands as a tribute to those who laid down their lives for the country. It was certainly no small feat, but one that was well worth it.

Overcome jealous, praise Modi like Trump, Ravan, Kamsa, Hiranyakashipu, Karna all were victims of jealous

The legitimate and judicious appreciations and praises of Donald Trump for PM Modi in defining and shaping the destiny and fortune of India and India defining the world has rattled most of the opposition parties. Trump has also acknowledged the good governance of Modi, who is making the country free from dynastic politics, free of corruption, nepotism through his reference India was tore before Modi became PM.  Some of the opposition parties have started to run like panic rats over the growing popularity of Modi and due to panic state, have started to abuse both Modi and Trump.

Certain references of Trump over PM Modi; Modi is like father of India, must be understood with spirit and should not engage in unnecessary dissection of the viscera of the statement to ascertain the lexical meaning.  Indeed India was tore by the scam allegations of UPA1 and 2 before Modi became prime minister of India. Trump was right, Modi clampdown corruption at high place, made India proud and great through transparent, corruption free, sab ka vikas centric governance. Modi also brought merit and accountability on performance than mere dynasty and the support of sycophancy to win election.

The reference of father of India over Modi by Trump, the president of US has rattled most of the tukde tukde gangs and as usual, all of them collectively and individually have started to scream and yell from different parts of India.

In politics, instead of playing politics over everything, the politicians need to overcome the enemy that reside deep inside everyone called jealous. Modi is praised by everyone because Modi is honest, dedicated his life for the nation, believes in sab ka vikas, follows the eternal values of sacred Hinduism – tolerance and universal peace, fight nepotism, dynastic politics etc.  The spirited engagement of several tukde tukde gangs and divisive forces to grab power to loot the nation is also being demolished by the good governance of Modi.

If the opposition parties doesn’t overcome own jealous and started to shower praises for Modi competitively, own jealous of those opposition leaders are going to destroy them. When heaven shower floral tributes to Modi, the opposition parties must join the heaven and shower flowers to Modi for his honesty and commitment to India or else must thank their star for having they got such day to witness such great fete.

Ravan was so jealous of Lord Ram and that is how he scripted own destruction. So was Kamsa who never even wants to hear the name Lord Vishnu or Krishna. Hiranyakashipu too was so arrogant and used to get annoyed of the name Lord Vishnu. Hiranyakaship even went to an extent to execute his son Prahlada for praising Lord Vishnu the saviour of dharma and truth.  At the end his own jealous scripted his end. Karna has nothing to achieve in his life than defeat Arjuna. Karna was so jealous of Arjuna because Karna always believed that he is a better warrior than Arjuna.  Due to his anonymous birth, Karna had developed such strong jealous and at the end, he too got defeated.

If the opposition leaders read several sacred texts of Hinduism to understand how shadripus or otherwise called as Arishadvarga such as Lust or desire (Sanskritकाम) – Kama, Anger (Sanskritक्रोध) – Krodha, Greed (Sanskritलोभ) – Lobha, Pride (Sanskritमद) – Mada – pride, hubris, (being possessed by), Fascination or attachment (Sanskritमोह) – Moha – delusory emotional attachment or temptation, Jealousy (Sanskritमात्सर्य) – Matsarya – envy, jealousy would destroy us.

People of India expect minimum self-restrain and decency from the opposition leaders and wish all those dynastic or irrelevant forces to praise Modi when the entire world praise India through Modi.

By being jealous over Modi is not going to help them and instead they should engage in honest politics, politics of love as told in Hinduism, ban minority appeasement and finally bow before the universal leader Modi or else follow the path of Ravan or Kamsa or Hiranyakaship and script own defeat. Modi is not only our Prime Minister but also is a leader being adored and loved by millions and millions of people both in India and across the world for his honesty, decisiveness and commitment to achieve sab ka vikas.
