क्या मजदूरों के दयनीय स्थिति के लिए सरकारें जिम्मेवार हैं?

आज पूरे देश में मजदूरों की स्थिति बहुत ही दयनीय है। जहां देखो वहीं पर मजदूर पैदल अपने आशियाने की तरफ जा रहे हैं। भूखे प्यासे और उनके बिलखते हुए बच्चे। क्या यह सब चीजें सरकारों को नहीं दिखती क्या राज्य सरकारे इस स्थिति से निपटने में विफल रही हैं

अगर हम पहले से ही मजदूरों के लिए कोई ठोस नीति तैयार किए होते तो आज यह स्थिति नहीं देखने को मिलती। अब मजदूरों के लिए हर सांसदों, विधायकों और जनप्रतिनिधियों से आशा की जानी चाहिए कि वे अपने विधान सभा क्षेत्र के लिए गाड़ियों का बंदोबस्त कर दे। जहां पर स्थिति ज्यादा गंभीर है वहां पर केंद्र सरकार को तत्काल कड़े कदम उठाने चाहिए जिससे कि स्थिति नियंत्रण में आ जाए।

महाराष्ट्र जैसे राज्य में तुरंत राष्ट्रपति शासन लगाना चाहिए जिससे कि स्थिति आने वाले समय में और ना बिगड़े और लॉक डाउन को आगे ना बढ़ाना पड़े। लॉक डाउन आगे बढ़ाने का मतलब है मजदूरों की स्थिति और दयनीय होती जाएगी जिससे कोविड-19 से मरने वालों से ज्यादा संख्या अव्यवस्था से मरने वालों की जाएगी।

Inertial Kashmir: The land of wicked & perpetual betrayals!

Before starting to decode the issue at hand, there is a fun fact which describes Kashmir in a conspicuous manner i.e. a militant namely Majid Dar befriended a BSF sub-inspector and they became good friends. That militant gave the BSF guy a tip about some militant hide-out and as the subsequent part of quid pro quo, the BSF official helped him cross LOC to reach Pakistan. Both Majid Dar and the BSF officer betrayed their duties and their respective stances but in pursuit of what? Therefore the words of Brajesh Mishra hold some water when he says, “There is nothing straight in Kashmir except poplar trees”.

In his book “Kashmir; The Vajpayee years”; AS Dulat writes while being IB chief of Kashmir group, his primary job was to keep Farooq Abdullah in good mood. Irony, not!

New Delhi has never been clear over Kashmir more than the integral part scheme. Yes, Kashmir is an integral part of India but paralysed one; the people are yet to be made part of India. And if we are to zero in on one reason behind this perpetual alienation, it is the confused leadership which specialises in subterfuge, Kashmir has received till date. Imagine Sheikh Abdullah was the one who started from Muslim Conference, then justified the accession to India and then suddenly developed a soft spot for our intrusive neighbour; so many a lot of change of heart. At one time when Sheikh was addressing the State Constituent Assembly; he has said the Constituent Assembly would decide whether to accede to India or to Pakistan or to seek independence. The state assembly under his leadership had adopted a constitution which in it section 3 said, “The state of Jammu & Kashmir is and shall be an integral part of the union of India”. And then when Sheikh Abdullah & Co. were discussing modalities of Indira-Sheikh accord and Sheikh Abdullah sends his son Farooq Abdullah to Pakistan to seek permission to sign the pact.

When New Delhi was investing so very much in search of a democratic substitute of Abdullahs in Shabir Shah, he developed a cold feet just to appease ISI. When people showed up and looked forward to him as the saviour to take them out of the swampy politics of Kashmir, he started yearning for a Nobel Peace Prize and opening his shops in South Delhi. Narasimha Rao romanced Shabir Shah, Atal ji had likings for Yaseen Malik and Dr. Manmohan Singh had some likings for Mirwaiz Umar Farooq but got more inclined to status quo later. Hence the shambles! It can be easily inferred that New Delhi never had a consistent policy for Kashmir. And who enjoys a massacre, vultures do. And Jammu & Kashmir has been in the hands of vultures since who have been doing every possible things to quench their thirst of power, mulcting the passiveness of New Delhi at the cost of lives of some poor and innocent people. Kashmir needed something pioneering to get out the inertia of bloodshed.

Since accession of Jammu & Kashmir to India on 26th October 1947, if something concrete has taken place in this part of India, it took place on 5th August, 2019. In the morning of 5th August last year, something which was yearned and eulogised since long by the people of India and condemned by Pakistan and Kashmiri separatists finally happened. Although it  was too nasty a blow for Kashmir based jihadi political parties but thankfully they were not allowed to spew much of venom. Flamboyant Farooq was allowed to address press and then because of his theatrics to intensify and provoke the situation and get it tense, he too was contained. Subsequently a lot of media houses started ranting about the detention of Farooq Abdullah, his son & daughter of Mufti Mohammed Sayeed which makes it three former Chief Ministers and scores of former ministers.

Nobody would have had anticipated Kashmir would receive the detention of the so-called leaders of Kashmir so very well. I was in Kashmir in the week of republic day celebrations; I was in Kashmir university for some time and had an opportunity to meet some students as well. Their reaction seemed overwhelming with different stances but one issue on which all of them were convinced was the fact that the detained politicos need not be released at any cost in near future or the situation will worsen. The sentiments of those students were so very sharp to make very brutal statements such as; the freedom of movement of these scoundrels need to be curtailed, their eloquence should be restricted, let them all rot in the posh hotel suites, they are staying and we are even ready to pay for their luxuries in the hotel turned jails for their life. Look at the frustration of the Kashmiri youth!

Just when the things seemed moving with some seriousness, something which Jammu & Kashmir hasn’t seen much, the contrary happened. I must say bluntly Altaf Bukhari is nothing but Gul Mohammad Shah 3.0 or Mufti Sayeed 2.0. As Gul Mohammad Shah had the backings of Indira Gandhi, he bought most of the legislators to topple Farooq Abdullah and become Chief Minister. Similarly Mufti Sayeed became Chief Minister even after being third in the tally of seats; only qualification he was possessing was a desperate nod from Antonio Maino i.e. Sonia Gandhi. Both of them failed New Delhi badly & Kashmir miserably. As alleged Jammu & Kashmir Apni Party is also a centre backed political outfit which is filled upto brim with corrupt habitual turncoats. The members of this fresh outfit are already emitting a stench of power hunger and this quest of theirs has its origin in a desperate attempt to keep their corrupt past under the carpet as they fear a fresh and fair government could possibly bring their wrongdoings and corrupt practices to public domain and maybe penal scrutiny could follow as well. How come New Delhi finds them capable of mainstreaming the common Kashmiris? I am surprised! As much I could analyse, Jammu & Kashmir Apni Party is nothing but a forlorn hope for all those pinning hopes with Mr. Bukhari and his party.

After 5th August, last year many things have changed; this union government has settled all the ambiguities with respect to relation of J&K with rest of India. The rants of secession from India, autonomy, self rule and all other mediums of separatism or I can say mediums of Pakistan Prem have been put to rest. Basically all the principles with which all these regional political parties were formed are redundant and obsolete now. Either they have to reframe their policies and objectives or they will find themselves irrelevant in near future. Kashmir, if she wants to find some stability should find some young guys who believe in carpe diem and then Kashmir should bless them with their confidence and shun these Gupkar Goons, Hyderpora thugs & Maisuma morons.

Shah Faisal could have had been a better buy for Kashmir but he fell in wrong hands and hence wasted for now. Kashmir needs to figure this out and fortunately they have ample time for that. Almost 3 years to go into elections, Kashmir needs to finds guys who are serious about Kashmir and specifically not those who gets their order from across the border. It is not only because India has some unsettled accounts with Pakistan but because Pakistan never wants a stable and peaceful Kashmir, it is against their interests.

And see the chronology of events; before signing Indira-Sheikh accord, Sheikh Abdullah sent his son Farooq Abdullah to Pakistan to get the requisite instructions, Farooq Abdullah sent Omar Abdullah to meet Parvez Musharraf before 2008 elections, Mufti Sayeed thanked Pakistan for free and fair 2014 J&K assembly elections. Whatever they would do, a nod from Islamabad is sine qua non for them. Kashmir needs to be clear over the fact whether they want their destiny to be decided from Anantnag or Islamabad, Kupwara or Karachi, Sopore or Lahore.

It is high time for New Delhi as well to reconsider whether to stand by these rogues or let the real leadership grow in Kashmir. It is high time for New Delhi to make arrangements for societal integration of Kashmir with India after we are done with constitutional integration of Kashmir, but it should be per fas and not per nefas. New Delhi has been committing the same mistake again and again with a hope of change in results. Believe me if you will change nothing, nothing will change, to perpetuate the error is no virtue but to correct should be your endeavour and even the political conscience calls for that. We do long for  the halcyon days!

चीन की हान मानसिकता को भारत ने नमो मानसिकता से मात दे दी, बात- चीत की टेबल लेकर खड़ा है ड्रैगन

भारत, चीन के रिश्ते की कड़वाहट किसी से छुपी नहीं है। दोनों देश एक दूसरे को हर फ्रंट पे मात देने में लगे हैं, पर जीत सिर्फ भारत की ही हो रही है, वो चाहे एलएसी पे हो या फिर कूटनीतिक तौर से हर तरफ भारत, चीन पे भारी दिखाई से रहा है। चाइनीज वायरस से फैले महामारी में पूरी दुनिया उससे दो-दो हाथ करने को तैयार है। अंतरराषट्रीय समुदाय में उसकी घोर निंदा भी हो रही है और उसे सीधा जिम्मेवार भी माना जा रहा है। दुनिया का ध्यान भटकने के लिए वो नए नए पैतरे गढ़ रहा है। कभी नेपाल के माध्यम से तो अभी लद्दाख रीजन में एलएसी पे हलचल तेज कर के दुनिया का ध्यान दूसरी और करना चाहता है। भारत ने तो उसे शांति का पाठ पढ़ाया, भगवान बुद्ध के माध्यम से उसे सभ्यता का मार्ग दिखाया। वो हमे अब युद्ध के लिए ललकारेगा तो उसे अब युद्ध और दण्ड का भी पाठ पढ़ाया जाएगा।

10 मई से लद्दाख के दो (गलवान घाटी और फिंगर 4) इलाकों पे विवाद छिड़ा, अचानक से चीनी सैनिकों ने वहाँ डेरा डाल दिया और हमारे वीर जवानों के साथ बदसुलूकी करने की कोशिश की, पर उसे जवाब भी वैसा ही दिया गया। दुनिया में अपने सैनिक की वाहवाही करने से ना थकने वाले चीन कि ड्रैगन ने तो सारी हदें तब पार कर दी, जब उसने भारतीय सैनिकों पे हलमा करने के लिए लाठी, कटिले तार व पत्थर का प्रयोग किया। क्या ये किसी सेना का बर्ताव है या फिर जिहादियों का? आतंकवादियो का? चीनी ड्रैगन अब आतंकवादियो जैसा सलूक करने लगी थी। ये कैसी मानसिकता है, जो अपने सैनिकों को ऐसी छूट दे देती? यही है हान मानसिकता, दरअसल बात ये है कि चीनी इतिहास में हान साम्राज्य हुआ करता था। उनसे जब तक राज किया चीन के लिऐ वो सुनहरा युग था। और आज के चीन में सबसे ज्यादा हान समाज के ही लोग है, वैसे लोग बड़े बड़े पदों पे बने हुए है। हान साम्राज्य की सोच ये कहती है कि तुम विश्व में सर्वश्रेष्ठ हो बाकी दुनिया में जितने भी प्राणी है वो तुम्हारे सामने तुक्ष है (जिसे निकृष्ट भाव कहते है) और यदि तुम्हें ऐसा लगे कि तुमसे ऊपर कोई है तो उसे किसी भी स्थिति में अपने नीचे लाओ और अपनी उच्चता सिद्ध करो।

वो भूल गया की इस समय देश की सेवा में जो बैठा है उसने खुद को चौकीदार बोला है, और वो हर भाषा जनता है जो उनके चौकीदारी के धर्म का वाहन करने के लिए आवश्यक है। नमो नीति से भारत ने उसे चौतरफा मात दी है, वो चाहे नेपाल ने चीन के दबाव के कारण भारत के कुछ हिससों को अपने नक्से में दिखाना हो, या एलएसी पे तनाव बढ़ाना हो। भारत ने उसे हर तरफ घेर ही लिया और बता दिया कि जिसने तुमको बुद्ध दिया है, वो तुम अब दण्ड भी देने को तत्पर है।

22 मई को नेपाल के लोअर हाउस में बिल पास होना था जिसमें भारत के लीपलेख, लिम्पियाधुरा और काला पानी को अपना हिस्सा बताया, परंतु अब स्थिति ये है वो मानचित्र अब कूड़ेदान में डाल दी गई है, और इसे कूड़ेदान में किसी और ने नहीं बलकि खुद वहाँ पे प्रधानमंत्री ने डाला है। इस से बौखला कर चाइनीज वायरस के जन्मदाता, ड्रैगन के रूप में आतंकवादी पालने वाले चीन के राष्ट्रपति ने 24 मई को लाठी, कट्टिले तरो, पत्थरो वाली अपनी ड्रैगन को हुक्म जाती किया, की युद्ध के लिए तैयार रहे, उसे लगा कि भारत डर जाएगा और अपनी सेना को पीछे कर लेगा, पर उसे कहा पता था कि हान का जवाब देने केलिए नमो नीति तैयार कर के रखी गई थी। फिर क्या था भारत ने अपने सैनिक को साजो सामान के साथ एलएसी पे पहुंचाना शुरू कर दिया वो चाहे सड़क से हो या हवाई मार्ग से, जब चीनी हेलीकॉप्टर एलएसी पे पहुंची तो भारत ने लड़ाकू विमान उतार दिए। और भारत ने उसे बता दिया कि इस बार अगर आंख दिखाओगे तो उन आंखों को निकालने कि कला हम जानते है, और यदि शांति का प्रस्ताव दोगो तो हम वसुधैव कुटुंबकम् का सम्मान भी जानते है।

अब परिस्थिति ऐसी है की कल ही चीन के रक्षा मंत्री ने बयान जारी कर कहा हैं कि दोनों देश एक समान सैन्य व कूटनीतिक क्षेत्र में क्षमता रखते हैं, एलएसी पे जारी तनाव हमरे लिए चिंता की बात हैं और चीन ये मानता है कि दोनों देश बात चित से इस मामले को सुलझाने में सक्षम हैं। जी हाँ बिल्कुल सक्षम है यदि हान समाज जैसे मानसिकता ना रखी जाए तो। यदि चीन फिर से कुछ करने कि कोशिश करता है तो भारत सरकार इस बार अपने अनुसार और अपने अनुपात में उसे सबक जरूर सिखाएगा ऐसी हम आशा करते है नमो सरकार से।

पाताललोक के बहाने मृत्युलोक पर हिन्दुओं के प्रति सिनेमाई घृणा का पोस्टमार्टम

अभी हाल ही में पाताललोक नामक एक वेब सीरीज अमेजॉन प्राइम वीडियो पर लॉन्च हुई जिस पर भयंकर विवाद हो रहा है। पहले आप जान लीजिए कि इस वेब सीरीज को लिखा किसने है। इस सीरीज को रचने वाले हैं, सुदीप शर्मा, सागर हवेली, हार्दिक मेहता और गुंजित चोपड़ा। सीरीज के निर्देशक हैं, अविनाश अरुण और प्रसित रॉय। सीरीज के निर्माता हैं, अनुष्का शर्मा और कर्नेश शर्मा।

अब बात करते हैं कि आखिर इस सीरीज में ऐसा क्या है, जिस पर विवाद हो रहा है और इसे बायकॉट करने की मांग की जा रही है।

पाताललोक अपराध की दुनिया पर आधारित एक वेब सीरीज है। यहां अपराधी हैं, पुलिस है, राजनेता और उनके दाएं-बाएं हाथ हैं, आम आदमी है और मुसलमान हैं। आपको लग रहा होगा कि सिर्फ इतना होने पर विवाद क्यों?

वास्तविकता यह है कि पाताललोक इससे भी बढ़कर एक भयानक गन्दगी है। यह एक घृणास्पद प्रोपोगंडा है जो पूर्णतः हिन्दू और ब्राह्मण विरोधी है। इस सीरीज को सनातन का मजाक उड़ाने के लिए बनाया गया है। वेब सीरीज के लिए उपयुक्त सेंसरशिप की कमी के कारण ओटीटी मंचों पर हिन्दू विरोधी एजेंडा पूरी तरह से शुरू हो चुका है। पाताललोक उनमें से एक है। पाताललोक में कई ऐसे दृश्य हैं जहां ब्राह्मण और साधु कुकर्म करते हुए दिखाए जा रहे हैं। मुसलमानों के प्रति हिन्दुओं की घृणा को एकदम लाल हाइलाइटर से हाईलाइट करके दिखाया गया है। राजनीति हिंदुत्व आधारित है। सवर्णों को पूरी तरह से अपराधों में लिप्त दिखाया जा रहा है। कुल मिलकर पूरी सीरीज में यही सब है। हिन्दुओं और ब्राह्मणों का विरोध, सनातन धर्म का उपहास और मुसलमानों के लिए हिन्दुओं की घृणा।

अब आप ये बताइए कि आप ये देखना चाहेंगे? आपकी क्या मजबूरी है जो आप ऐसी गन्दगी को देखना चाहेंगे? क्या आपको वैचारिक विष्टा से घिन नहीं आती?

यह आज से नहीं है। यह दशकों से होता आया है। बॉलीवुड के माध्यम से सदैव ही भारत विरोधी तथा अधिक मात्रा में हिन्दू विरोधी एजेंडा चलाया जाता रहा है। अब भी वही हो रहा है। कुछ दिनों के लिए विरोध होता है, बायकॉट का हैशटैग चलता है और फिर सब सामान्य जाता है। निर्माता अच्छी खासी कमाई कर ले जाते हैं और हिन्दू विरोधी एजेंडा साल दर साल चलता रहता है। ऐसा क्यों होता है, आपको पता है?

मैं बताता हूँ। हमें मनोरंजन की आदत हो गई है। हम वो सब कुछ देखना चाहते हैं जो हमें दिखाया जा रहा है। हमारे अंदर एक विचार घर कर गया है कि हमारे अकेले के न देखने से क्या बदलने वाला है। यही सोचकर सब पैसे खर्च करके ऐसी वेब सीरीज और सिनेमा देखते हैं। हिन्दू है ही ऐसा। उसे धर्म की रक्षा भी करनी है और मनोरंजन भी बनाए रखना है।

इसके बाद कुछ ऐसा वर्ग है जो इस बात पर विश्वास करता है कि बिना देखे किसी के बारे में कोई राय नहीं बनानी चाहिए। यह वर्ग सबसे बड़ा मूर्ख है क्योंकि यह आज भी वामपंथ और कट्टर इस्लाम का नेक्सस नहीं समझ पाया। इसे पता है कि लगभग 75% फिल्में और वेब सीरीज किसी न किसी रूप में हिन्दू विरोधी या भारत विरोधी होती हैं। प्रत्यक्ष दृश्य न हुए फिर भी प्रोपोगंडा तो चलाया ही जाता है, लेकिन इस वर्ग को सब कुछ देखकर राय बनानी है।

कुछ लोग यह तर्क दे सकते हैं कि पैसे तो सब्सक्रिप्शन लेते समय ही दे दिए जाते हैं। मैं मानता हूँ कि अधिकांश लोग सब्सक्रिप्शन ले चुके हैं लेकिन विरोध के भी हजार तरीके हैं। सब्सक्रिप्शन रेन्यु मत कराइए। नए लोगों को सब्सक्रिप्शन लेने से रोकिए। ऐसे ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर दबाव बनाइए जिससे वो ऐसे कंटेंट को बैन कर सकें। भारत एक विशाल उपभोक्ता बाजार है और ये बात आपको भी पता है कि एक बहिष्कार के आंदोलन से भारतीय किसी को भी घुटनों पर ला सकते हैं। रिव्यु देने के लिए ऐसा घिनौना कंटेंट मत देखिए। रिव्यु देने के लिए अजीत भारती है। उससे बेहतर और सटीक रिव्यु आप नहीं दे सकते। व्यवस्था बनाइए जिससे एक व्यक्ति यह बता सके कि अमुक सीरीज या फिल्म देखने लायक है या नहीं। उसके बाद तय कीजिए कि क्या देखना है और क्या नहीं।

आर्थिक बहिष्कार बहुत प्रभावी होता है। हम ये पहले भी कर चुके हैं। हमारे बहिष्कार की मार आमिर और शाहरुख झेल चुके हैं। लेकिन किसी वैधानिक सेंसरशिप के अभाव में ओटीटी प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर हिन्दू विरोधी कंटेंट लगातार प्रसारित हो सकता है। इस कंटेंट का विरोध करना हमारा पहला कर्त्तव्य है। हम में से कई ऐसे योग्य व्यक्ति हैं जो हमारी समस्याओं का समाधान ढूंढ सकते हैं, विरोध के नए रास्ते बना सकते हैं लेकिन हमें संगठित होकर विरोध करना होगा। आज विरोध नहीं करेंगे तो ऐसे कंटेंट इसी कोरोना वायरस की तरह बाजार में बिखर जाएंगे। हमारे युवा वर्ग के मस्तिष्क तक पहुंचेंगे और उनका मस्तिष्क तर्क को आधार बनाकर सोचना प्रारम्भ करेगा और कहेगा कि एक वेब सीरीज कैसे हिन्दू धर्म पर आक्षेप कर सकती है? यह युद्ध तात्क्षणिक नहीं है अपितु दीर्घकालिक है। हो सकता है कि विरोध में कुछ नुकसान भी झेलना पड़ जाए लेकिन अंततः हम अपने भारत के भविष्य के लिए यह नुकसान सहेंगे।

इसलिए विरोध कीजिए। अपनी सहिष्णुता को अपनी कमजोरी मत बनने दीजिए। आपको पता है कि इन निर्माता और निर्देशकों की इतनी औकात नहीं है कि ये किसी दूसरे मजहब जैसे ईसाई अथवा इस्लाम के विरोध में ऐसा कंटेंट बना सकें क्योंकि ये चार्ली हेब्दो और कमलेश तिवारी को नहीं भूले हैं। लेकिन हमारे लिए वो ऐसा कर सकते हैं क्योंकि हम इनके गुलाम की तरह हैं। ये जो हमें दिखाएंगे, हम वैसा ही देखेंगे। जिस रूप में दिखाना चाहेंगे, उस रूप में हम इनकी गन्दगी को स्वीकार करेंगे। ये सब बंद कीजिए। हथियार बिना उठाए भी युद्ध जीते जाते हैं। वैचारिक रूप से सुदृढ़ बनिए। अपना बुरा भला पहचानिए। अपनी शक्ति को संगठित कीजिए और फिर देखिए कि ये बिना रीढ़ वाले लोग कैसे आपके समक्ष झुकते हैं।

Birth anniversary of Veer Savarkar- A revolutionary leader of Bharat

On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Veer Savarkar, the revolutionary, who did not support the partition of the country, I would like to humbly write few words with a high degree of respect. 


Vinayak Damodar Savarkar was born on 28 May 1873 in Bhagur village in Nashik. Swatantraveer Veer Savarkar was a front-line fighter and fierce nationalist leader of the Indian independence movement. Savarkar was always in favor of a united India.


A great credit for developing the political ideology of the Hindu nation goes to Savarkar. He was not only a fiery fighter of the freedom struggle, but also a great revolutionary, thinker, writer, poet, brilliant orator and visionary politician.

 
In 1904, he founded a revolutionary organization called Abhinav Bharat. After the partition of Bengal in 1905, he lit Holi (bonfire) of foreign cloth in Pune. At Ferguson College, Pune, he used to give vigorous speeches of patriotism. He shook the British rule by writing a sensational and exploratory history of the first independence of 1857.


He was more influenced by the Russian revolutionaries.  While in London, Savarkar met Lala Hardayal. In London he also looked after India House. After the execution of Madan Lal Dhingra, he also wrote an article in the ‘London Times’. He also distributed pamphlets of Dhingra’s written statement.

Veer Savarkar remained in the Andaman Jail from 1911 to 1921. On 7 April 1911, under the Nashik Conspiracy Case, he was sent to the Cellular Jail on the punishment of Kalapani for killing the Collector of Nashik District, Jackson. Freedom fighters had to work hard in the prison. They had to do all sort of work like extracting the mustard and coconut oil by going round in circles. Apart from this, they also had to clean the forests adjacent to the prison and level the marshy land and hilly area. When stopped, they were  severely  punished by whipping with cane. Even then they were not given enough food. He returned home in 1921 and then spent 3 years in jail. He wrote research paper on ‘Hindutva’ in jail.


In February 1931, his efforts led to the establishment of the Patit Pavan Temple in Mumbai, which was equally open to all Hindus. On 25 February 1931, Savarkar presided over the Untouchability Eradication Conference held in Mumbai Presidency. In 1936 he was elected President of the Hindu Mahasabha. After 1963 he lived in Dadar, Mumbai.

This great revolutionary of India died on February 26, 1949. His entire life was spent fighting for the attainment of Swarajya (self-rule).

“फ्लाइंग किस” सीखना उन पर छोड़ दीजिए

कोरोना काल है। लॉकडाउन के चलते सभी श्रेणियों के कार्यालयों के साथ साथ विद्यालय भी ऑनलाइन होने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। लोग घरों में हैं। परिवार और बच्चों के साथ समय बिता रहे हैं। सोशल मीडिया पर समय बढ़ गया है। व्हाट्स एप जैसी जगहों पर खूब धमाचौकड़ी मची रहती है। परिवारों के समूह हैं। मित्रों के समूह हैं। सहकर्मियों समूह हैं। जहाँ –जहाँ भी चर्चा की सम्भावना है सभी जगह समूह हैं। ये समूह झाड़ू- पोछा –बर्तन और भोजन बनाने से लेकर सामाजिक, राजनैतिक, आर्थिक, आध्यात्मिक जैसे क्लिष्ट विषयों के भी ज्ञान का अथाह भंडार बने हुए हैं।

ऐसे ही एक व्हाट्स एप समूह में एक दिन समाचार पत्र में प्रकाशित एक घटना (या दुर्घटना) को लेकर पूरे दिन चर्चा होती रही। कक्षा 6 के छात्र ने ऑनलाइन अध्ययन के लिए व्हाट्स एप समूह बनाने वाली अध्यापिका को “सेक्स चैट” के लिए आमंत्रित किया। ये समाचार एक अंग्रेजी दैनिक के प्रथम पृष्ठ पर प्रकाशित हुआ था। ऐसा लग रहा था कि समूह जन आक्रोशित और उदास हैं। ऐसा लगा कि वो नहीं चाहते कि समाज में इस तरह की घटनाएँ हों। अध्यापिका को ऐसा निमंत्रण, वो भी कक्षा 6 के अबोध छत्र द्वारा। इससे पहले समूह में “बॉयज लाकर रूम” पर भी पर्याप्त चर्चा हुयी थी। कुल मिलाकर परिणाम ये कि, समूह सामाजिक रूप से अत्यंत जागरूक समूह है और सामाजिक मान्यताओं के बिखरने पर चिंतित होता है।

मानव मन के क्रोध, रोष, दुःख, चिंता, उदासी सभी की एक आयु होती है। व्हाट्स एप समूह भी मानव समूह हैं अतः उनमें भी क्रोध, रोष, दुःख, चिंता, उदासी सभी की एक आयु होती है। एक-दो दिनों चिंता व्यक्त करने के पश्चात समूह इस विषय से ऊब गया। कुछ नया चाहिए।

एक सदस्य ने मुक्त कंठ से प्रशंसा करते हुए एक छोटी बच्ची का “डांस वीडियो” पोस्ट किया। निस्संदेह वो “डांस स्टेप्स” उस नन्ही बच्ची के लिए नहीं थे। उसे तो पता भी नहीं होगा जो वो कर रही है उसके मायने क्या हैं? उसे संभतः किसी “रियलिटी शो” के लिए तैयार किया जा रहा था। समूह के सदस्य, “वाओ, व्हाट ए फ्लेक्सिबिलिटी”, “सुपर्ब”, “माय शोना” जैसी टिप्पणियां करते हुए बच्ची और परिवार को प्रोत्साहन दे रहे थे। समूह में आज आनंद का वातावरण था। सदस्य पिछले दिन का रोष भूल चुके थे।

अब बच्चों के वीडियो पोस्ट होने लगे। आज इसी का दिन था। शाम ढलते ढलते एक सदस्य ने जिनके परिवार का बच्चा संभवतः सबसे छोटा रहा होगा और अभी नृत्य नहीं  कर पा रहा होगा समूह को जीतने का मन बनाया। बच्चे को “फ्लाइंग किस” करना सिखाया और फिर पूरी अदा से “फ्लाइंग किस” करते हुए बच्चे का वीडियो पोस्ट कर दिन अपने नाम कर लिया। उनका ह्रदय अपरिमित आनंद से सराबोर था, वो समूह के सदस्यों को धन्यवाद देते थक नहीं रहे थे।

ये सारे समाज के वो लोग हैं जो हर सामाजिक समस्या को समझने पर विशिष्ट योग्यता और विचार रखते हैं किन्तु ये नहीं जानते कि समस्या का उद्गम कब और कहाँ होता है? इनको ये भी नहीं पता कि समस्याओं के जन्म में इनका कितना योगदान है? इनको ये भी नहीं पता कि इनके छोटे छोटे प्रयास बड़ा बदलाव सकते हैं? नहीं इन्हें मूढ़ या नासमझ कहकर इन्हें बचाने का प्रयास मत कीजियेगा।

यदि आपको यह दोहरा चरित्र समझ में आता है तो अपने बच्चे को, “प्रणाम” करना सिखाइए, यही आयु है उसकी। “फ्लाइंग किस” सीखना उस पर छोड़ दीजिए। आयु और समय आने पर वह स्वयं सीख लेगा। “फ्लाइंग किस” कोई संख्याओं या संस्कारों का अभ्यास नहीं है जो माता पिता या परिवार को सिखाना पड़े, आयु मूलक व्यवहार है। बढ़ते बच्चों को, यौनाकर्षण बढ़ाने वाली अथाकथित नृत्य मुद्राओं में उलझाकर उनका बचपन मत भ्रष्ट करिए। नृत्य ही सिखाना है तो भारतीय शस्त्रीय नृत्य सिखाइए Iबच्चों के साथ बैठकर, अश्लील द्विअर्थी संवादों वाले शोज़ देखकर ठहाके मत लगाइए, वो उन्हें बॉयज लाकर रूम की दिशा में ही ले जायेंगे उन्हें सुनाने, पढ़ाने और दिखाने के लिए देश में अमर कथाओं की कमी नहीं है।

यदि ऐसा नहीं कर सकते तो खुले मन से “बॉयज लाकर रूम” को स्वीकार कीजिये।

Should anti-Hindu Bollywood be highlighted?

Whenever a new TV series is released on Netflix and Amazon Prime, I see various trends on Twitter where the TV series is presented to be anti-Hindu. This can be found out in cases of several films that are released recently. This can be witnessed in the TV series like Leila, Ghoul, Paatal Lok, and the recent TV series Betaal. Watching such trends often I used to wonder if there is a need to highlight such a thing. This has been the case not only in the case of movies and TV series only but in the case of books, art, and news as well.

I often used to think that movies, TV series, novels, etc. should be solely regarded as a source of entertainment and one must not look for any hidden or subtle meanings in it. Earlier in my regard even in the series where Hindus are shown in the bad light, one must always look at the positive aspects and positive messages from the movies or series. It must not be used to demonize the movie or series. However, books and art must be considered to be the source of knowledge and any wrong information or message must be criticized solely by experts.

However, my thoughts changed considerably when I got to read an article titled “‘Ghoul’ and the Spectre of Totalitarianism” in Economic and Political Weekly by Vivashwan Singh. I had watched Ghoul as a simple horror series based on a dystopian future. I had noticed some religious overtones in the same which presented Hindus, army, police, and the government in a bad light but I had completely ignored it as it is based on a dystopian future and has no relation to today’s society. I had also seen such trends to boycott Ghoul and had read some articles that highlighted it’s Hindu hatred portrayal.

The author of the article tries to find several meanings into the series and link it to the current scenario and paint a bleak future of India. In this article, the author also adds various issues like rising nationalism, Islamophobia portrays Urban Naxals as a myth, and how the series takes on these issues and states that the first few minutes of the series unleash some of the bravest filmmaking you will see this year. Further the article goes on to highlight how the series raises issues on the crackdown on Intellectuals, cow smuggling, branding terrorists, anti-national, silencing critics, and various such topics and tries to connect it to the current scenario.

Similar such articles have also appeared on various websites where the writers have eulogized certain TV series, movies, books, writers, personalities, etc. even when they ooze Hindu hatred to the core. Such articles have also criticized several movies that were with a nationalistic fervor with words like militant nationalism, ultra-nationalist, militant Hindutva, etc. Hence it becomes necessary to point out and call out such articles, movies, TV series, books, art, which are Hinduphobic to the core.

With the advent of the Internet, now movies, TV series, books, novels, etc. are not only confined to the people who watch the movies and TV series. It has become widespread as nowadays one can easily see memes, GIFs, Images, etc. that contain movies and TV series dialogues. Apart from that, short clips of movies and TV series are shared as status on social media platforms that have a wider user base. The neighboring nation can also be seen peddling such videos and images to peddle fake news and spread animosity among the people of the country and exploit its fault lines.

The medium which is considered to be the mirror of the society must be looked through to inform the people of what they are fed in the form of entertainment. To display the true picture of the society, the mirror used to show the image must be plane and free from any defects. In case there are any such defects, the experts must highlight it and only then the viewer can know whether the image displayed is the mirror is his real image.

When one section of the society is hell-bent on finding out the subtle meanings into the films and even the filmmakers are portraying their agenda into the films to criticize one section of the society the other section cannot be a mute witness. Hence after reading the article, I concluded that the films, series, art, and literature must be thoroughly investigated and analyzed by the critics. The public must also be informed about such hatred portrayed where the portrayal is far from reality. This will help them learn about the hidden agenda that is being driven consciously and subconsciously into the minds of the people.

This will help the viewers get informed about what they are fed in the name of entertainment and how it is wrong on so many levels. In this way the users can make an informed decision on which movies/series to watch and what to keep in mind while watching the series laden with propaganda. This will also help the Bollywood filmmakers get an idea of what the people want to see and what they do not want to see. These will also act as checks and balances for the industry as to not make such content with biases in the future.

Which way to Freedom?

137 years ago in Bhagur, was born the progenitor of the organized Indian revolutionary movement, a profound intellectual, a prolific writer, a social reformer, a proponent of language purification, a poet of eminence and an inspiration to numerous other freedom fighters.

Swatantryaveer Vinayak Damodar Savarkar.

He became a saviour to the Hindus who were being misled to support extremely pernicious projects such as the Khilafat with manifestly false promises of achieving independence in a year.

In any other country, such a man would not merely be celebrated and revered, but also considered for a Cabinet post, if not the post of Prime Minister. This being India, however, this freedom fighter had to spend time in jail twice in the very country he sought to free. He is evilly ignored by mainstream historians whose books on history have so abominably become canonical, when they shouldn’t have, and whose books have frankly become outdated for modern sensibilities.

He is understood to have sent a prescient policy letter to the government emphasizing, inter alia, on (1) Fixing borders of India (2) Economic prosperity for the security forces, law enforcement employees and those in the teaching profession.

Not only was his letter not responded to, it was evidently not followed in spirit. We face the consequences to this date.

Clearly, we achieved independence administratively, but mental colonialism continues to plague us to this date. Even today, vested interests do not hesitate to abuse him in the choicest of expletives. They defame him and call him a British apologist merely because he had written petitions while in the Cellular Jail. Perchance, they lack the intellectual calibre to discern the nuances in those petitions. They call him communal when he was just being practical.

This short tract is titled, “Which way to freedom?” Truth be told, we have a lot to do in numerous spheres to be truly free. So far as the intellectual space is concerned, the books written by Savarkar pave the way to true freedom and provide a start. In re this, true freedom can only be achieved when the celebrity status of mainstream historians is annihilated and they are treated merely as historians telling only one version of historical events to the masses, and who have hitherto only indoctrinated the people.

आज स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के क्रन्तिकारी विचारधारा के शीर्ष पुरुष विनायक दामोदर सावरकर की जन्मदिन है। स्वतंत्रता के पश्चात वामपंथी इतिहासकारों ने रणनीतिक रूप से वीर सावरकर की छवि को धूमिल करने का प्रयास किया है तथा उनसे जुड़े प्रसंगों की विकृत व्याख्या की है। आज जब देश में सांस्कृतिक अस्मिता और इतिहास का राष्ट्रवादी दृष्टिकोण चर्चा में हैं तो सावरकर और उनके हिंदुत्व का वास्तविक अर्थ समझना आवश्यक है।

सावरकर के हिंदुत्व से सम्बंधित विचार उनकी पुस्तक ‘हिंदुत्व: हिन्दू कौन है’ के माध्यम से समझे जा सकते हैं। इसमें उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया है कि हिंदुत्व केवल भारतीय लोगों के आध्यात्मिक या धार्मिक जीवन का इतिहास नहीं है, बल्कि पूरी भारतीय सभ्यता का इतिहास है। हिंदुत्व की पहली आवश्यकता स्वयं या अपने पूर्वजों के माध्यम से हिंदुस्तान का नागरिक होना है। किन्तु यह एकमात्र योग्यता नहीं है क्योंकि हिंदू शब्द का अर्थ भौगोलिक महत्व से बहुत अधिक है। दरअसल सावरकर के अनुसार वह प्रत्येक व्यक्ति हिंदू है, जिसने भारत को अपनी ‘पितृभूमि’ के साथ-साथ अपनी ‘पुण्य भूमि’ के रूप में स्वीकार किया है।

वास्तव में सावरकर का मानना था कि सामाजिक अनुबंध के आधार पर राष्ट्र राज्य मजबूत नहीं हो सकता है तथा राष्ट्रीय एकता स्थापित करने के लिए कोई मजबूत बंधन आवश्यक है। आज जब देश के अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में जिहादी-वामपंथी गठजोड़ के नेतृत्त्व में अलगाववादी आवाज़े उठती हैं तो सावरकर का सामाजिक अनुबंध को लेकर दृष्टिकोण स्पष्ट समझा जा सकता है। यही कारण था कि सावरकर ने राष्ट्रवाद के सार्वभौमिकतावादी और क्षेत्रीय पैटर्न के विपरीत हिंदू राष्ट्र के लिए भौगोलिक एकता, नस्लीय विशेषता और एक सामान्य संस्कृति को आवश्यक तत्त्व माना था।

सावरकर ने भौगौलिक आधार स्पष्ट करते हुए बताया था कि संस्कृत में सिंधु का तात्पर्य केवल सिंधु नदी से ही नहीं है, बल्कि समुद्र से भी है। इस प्रकार एक शब्द सिंधु भूमि के सभी क्षेत्रों को इंगित करता है जिसमें सिंधु नदी से सिंधु (समुद्र) के बीच का सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्र शामिल हो जाता है। सावरकर का नस्लवाद वास्तव में जैविक प्रकृति का नहीं, बल्कि वर्चस्व पर आधारित है, जिसमें नस्लीय शुद्धता पर बहुत अधिक जोर नहीं दिया गया है। क्योंकि उनका मानना था कि विश्व में मानव जाति एक ही रक्त से जीवित रहती है तथा वह मानव रक्त है।

इसी प्रकार सावरकर ने धार्मिक और सांस्कृतिक एकता को राष्ट्रीय इकाई गठन में महत्त्वपूर्ण माना है। उन्होंने भारत की संस्कृतिक एकता के लिए संस्कृत और धार्मिक पर्वों को अत्यंत महत्व प्रदान किया था। यह महत्वपूर्ण है कि उन्होंने धर्म को सम्प्रदाय के रूप में नहीं लिया था बल्कि कर्तव्य पालन के अर्थ में स्वीकारा था। इसके साथ ही सावरकर का मानना था कि सनातन धर्म को मानव ही नहीं अपितु ईश्वर की शक्ति भी नष्ट नहीं कर सकती है। उन्होंने वेदों के साथ-साथ कुरान,बाइबिल, ओल्ड टेस्टामेंट और मूसा की पुस्तक को दैवीय शास्त्र की अपेक्षा मानव-निर्मित माना था। हालाँकि इन शास्त्रों का अभूतपूर्व ऐतिहासिक और साहित्यिक मूल्य माना था।

दरअसल सावरकर ने हिन्दू को भारतीय के अर्थ में ही स्वीकार किया था तथा उनका विश्वास था कि एक दिन हिन्दू शब्द भारतीय के समानार्थक के रूप में प्रयोग होगा। वास्तव में सावरकार के हिन्दू राष्ट्र की विकृत व्याख्या की गई है जिसका उद्देश्य सिर्फ सावरकर पर हमला करना नहीं बल्कि हिन्दुत्त्व, हिंदुस्तान और हिन्दू धर्म के प्रति धार्मिक जिहाद और एक समुदाय विशेष का राजनीतिक तुष्टीकरण करना है।

27/05/2020: राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) इस संगठन में जाने ऐसा क्या सिखाया जाता है कि संघ के स्वयंसेवक जहा कहीं भी विप्पती हो सबसे पहले पहुंच जाते हैं। कई बार संघ के विरोधी भी देख कर दंग रह जाते है कि ये लोग किस मिट्टी के बने है हम इनका तिरस्कार करते हैं और ये देश सेवा में व्यस्त रहते हैं और संघ स्वयंसेवकों की प्रसंशा करने पर विवश हो जाते हैं।

हाल ही में अभी सामने आया है कई वर्षों से संघ का विरोध करने वाली शक्तियां भी ये मानने पर विवश हुई कि आज के कोराना महामारी के समय में भी संघ के स्वयंसेवक ऐसे सेवा में लगे है मानो जैसे उन्हें अपने जान की कोई परवाह नहीं देश के आगे।
