बाजीराव पेशवा- एक अजेय हिन्दू योध्दा जिसने सम्पूर्ण भारत को मुगलों के शासन से मुक्त करा दिया था। आज हम बात करेंगे बाजीराव पेशवा की, जिन्होनें अपने जीवनकाल में लड़े गये सभी युद्धों में जीत हासिल की और लगभग, सम्पूर्ण भारत में कब्जा किये हुए मुगलों को खदेड़कर महाराज शिवाजी के हिन्दवी स्वराज का सपना पूरा किया। आज हमारे देश के बच्चे को अकबर जैसे आततायियों एवं क्रूर आक्रांताओँ  को महान न बताकर, ऐसे ही महानायक के बारे में अबगत कराने की अवश्यकता है।

बाजीराव पेशवा का जन्म 18 अगस्त सन 1700 ईस्वी में मराठा परिवार में  हुआ था ।इनके पिता बालाजी विश्वनाथ तथा माता राधाबाई थी।बाजीराव पेशवा बहुत ही कम, मात्र 20 बर्ष की उम्र में 1720 ईस्वी में  ही पेशवा का पद प्राप्त कर लिये थे। हम आपको बताते चलें कि, पेशवा क्षत्रपति  के बाद सबसे बड़ा पद होता था जिसकी शुरुआत महाराज शिवाजी ने क्षत्रपति की पदवी धारण करने के बाद की थी और बाद में, क्षत्रपति साहूजी महाराज ने पेशवाओं को ज्यादा ताकत दे देते हैं और बालाजी विश्वनाथ  से पेशवाओं  का शासन पूरी तरह से स्थापित हो जाता है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि, यदि बाजीराव पेशवा की मृत्यु इतनी जल्दी न हुई होती तो भारत को आजादी बहुत पहले ही मिल गई होती। तथा भारत अँग्रेजों का गुलाम न हुआ होता। वैसे तो, बाजीराव पेशवा ने अपने जीवनकाल में बहुत से युध्द लड़े और जीते भी लेकिन, आज हम बात करेगें बुन्देलखंड अभियान की जिसमे बाजीराव पेशवा क्षत्रसाल की मदद करते हैं।

बुंदेलखंड अभियान- बुंदेलखंड के महाराज क्षत्रसाल ने कई बर्षों तक मुगलों से लोहा लिया, और उन्हे नाको चने चबाते रहे। महाराज क्षत्रसाल ने मुगलों से युध्द करके  एक स्वतंत्र पन्ना साम्राज्य का निर्माण किया। लेकिन, मुगलों के बार बार प्रयासों से मुहम्मद खान बंगाश (जो की फर्रुख़ाबाद का नबाब था) ने महाराज क्षत्रसाल को पराजित कर दिया और उनके परिवार को बंदी बना लिया ।क्षत्रसाल किसी तरह भागने में कामयाब हो गए। और उन्होंने बाजीराव पेशवा महाराजा को खत लिखा-

जो गति ग्राह गजेंद्र की
सो गति भई है आज
बाजी जात बुन्देल की
बाजी राखो लाज!

अर्थात्
जिस प्रकार गजेंद्र यानी हाथी मगरमच्छ के जबड़ो में फँस जाता हैं;
ठीक वही स्थिति मेरी है, आज बुन्देल हार रहा है, बाजी हमारी लाज रखो। ये खत पढ़ते ही बाजीराव भोजन छोड़कर उठे, उनकी पत्नी ने कहा भोजन तो कर लीजिए तब बाजीराव ने कहा- अगर मुझे पहुँचने में देर हो गई तो इतिहास लिखेगा कि एक क्षत्रिय राजपूत ने मदद माँगी और ब्राह्मण भोजन करता रहा”- ऐसा कहते हुए भोजन की थाली छोड़कर बाजीराव अपनी सेना के साथ राजा छत्रसाल की मदद करने के लिए निकल पड़ते है। दस दिन की दूरी बाजीराव ने केवल 48 घंटे में पूरी की, बिना रुके, बिना थके आते ही बाजीराव बुंदेलखंड पहुंचे और खान बंगास की
गर्दन काट कर जब छत्रसाल के सामने गए तो छत्रसाल ने बाजीराव को गले लगा लिया।

समान नागरिक संहिता- देश की जरूरत

देश में जब भी समान नागरिक संहिता की बात की जाती है, तब राजनीतिक सरगर्मी बढ़ जाती है, राजनीतिक पार्टियां धर्म के हवाला देकर जनता में यह अविश्वास पैदा करने में जुट जाती है कि यह कानून धार्मिक स्वछ्न्द्ता को छिनने वाली है, लेकिन भारत एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष देश है, यह अपने नागरिकों के अपने –अपने धर्म की आस्था के अनुसार उन्हे उपसाना पद्धति की छुट तो देता है, किन्तु यह लोकतांत्रिक देश होने के कारण नागरिकों की आधारभूत समानता में भी विश्वास करता है। हालांकि मौजूदा भारत सरकार यानी भारतीय जनता पार्टी समान नागरिक संहिता कानून के पक्ष में हमेशा से खड़ी रही है। लेकिन अन्य राजनीतिक दलों का समर्थन नहीं मिलने के कारण समान नागरिक संहिता नहीं बनाया जा सका है, किन्तु जब एक देश –एक टैक्स लागू किया जा सकता है, और एक देश –एक चुनाव की बात चल रही है, तो समतामूलक समाज निर्माण के उदेश्य की पूर्ति हेतु एक देश एक कानून क्यों नहीं लागू किया जा सकता है।

समान नागरिक संहिता यानी यूनिफ़ोर्म सिविल कोड का अर्थ है भारत में रहने वाले प्रत्येक नागरिक के लिए एक समान कानून का होना, चाहे वह किसी भी धर्म या संप्रदाय के हों। शादी, तलाक और जमीन जायदाद के बांटबारे में सभी धर्मो के लिए एक ही कानून होगा। संविधान के अनुसार अनुच्छेद 44 के तहत राज्य की यह ज़िम्मेदारी बनती है कि यह कानून को लागू किया जाय, लेकिन राजनीतिक फायदा हेतु इस को कानून नहीं लाया गया है। हालांकि इस पर बहस समय –समय पर होती रही है। अलग-अलग धर्मों के अलग कानून से न्यायपालिका पर अतिरिक्त बोझ पड़ता है। न्यायलयों में मामलों कि सुनबाई लंबित रहते हैं, क्योंकि ज्यादा मामला होने कारण फैसला जल्द नहीं हो पाती है। जब देश एक संविधान से चलता है, तो अलग-अलग कानून की आवश्यकता क्यों? दूसरी तरफ देखें तो अपने ही देश में गोवा में कौमन सिविल कोड लागू है, यहाँ तक कई मुस्लिम देश जैसे पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश, मलेशिया, तुर्की, इन्डोनेशिया, सुडान और इजीप्ट में कौमन सिविल कोड लागू है लेकिन भारत में धर्मो की आजादी छिनने की बात कह कर यह कानून का विरोध होते रहा है।

वर्तमान समय के नजरिये से बात करें तो हमारा देश समान नागरिक संहिता के मुद्दे पर राजनीतिक, सामाजिक और धार्मिक आधार पर दो श्रेणियों में बंटा हुआ प्रतीत होता है। राजनीतिक रूप से, भाजपा समान नागरिक संहिता के पक्ष में खड़ी है, वहीं कांग्रेस एवं गैर भाजपा दल समान नागरिक संहिता का विरोध कर रही है। सामाजिक रूप से, जहां देश के चिंतक, विशेषज्ञ और देश का पढ़ा –लिखा व्यक्ति समान नागरिक संहिता के विषय में लाभ –हानि के विषय का विश्लेषण कर सकते हैं। धार्मिक संदर्भ में देखा जाय तो देश का बहुसंख्यक हिन्दू समुदाय और अल्पसंख्यक मुसलमान समुदायों में गहरा मतभेद है। हालांकि यह मतभेद धार्मिक रूप से है । देश संविधान से चलता है न कि धार्मिक ग्रंथो के आधार पर। देश में किसी भी समुदायों में क्रीमनल मामलों की सुनवाई देश के एक ही क़ानूनों के द्वारा अदालतों में होती है, तो सिविल मामलों का निपटारा अलग–अलग क़ानूनों के तहत क्यों?

समान नागरिक संहिता एकता को मजबूत करने वाली कानून है। देश के तमाम राजनीतिक पार्टियां अपनी दलगत राजनीति से परे जाकर देश के नागरिकों के विषय में सोचते हुए इस कानून को एकमत से समर्थन करना चाहिए। अगर धर्म के हवाला देकर तथाकथित धार्मिक गुरुओं द्वारा भोली -भाली जनता को इस कानून का डर दिखाकर देश में मतभेद पैदा करने की कोशिश भी करें, तो ऐसे में राजनीतिक पार्टियां देशहित में एक साथ एकजुट होकर इस कानून का पक्ष लेकर देश की जनता के साथ खड़ा होना चाहिए, क्योंकि यह कानून बहुत ही अच्छा परिणाम देने वाला है। इसमें जनता की ही भलाई है। अगर सभी नागरिकों के लिए समान कानून रहेंगे, तो लोगों में अविश्वास का भाव पैदा नहीं होगा। उंच–नीच की खाई एवं धार्मिक श्रेष्ठता साबित करने के लिए जो देश में सांप्रदायिक माहौल बनाया जाता है, उस पर हम बहुत हद तक काबू कर पाने सक्षम सिद्ध होंगे।

इसलिए तमाम राजनैतिक द्वेष से परे जाकर सभी राजनीतिक दलों को इस विषय पर गंभीरता से विचार करना चाहिए, और देश हित के खातिर अपनी राजनीतिक महत्वकांक्षा को दरकिनार करते हुए समान नागरिक संहिता का समर्थन करते हुए देश में लागू करना चाहिए।

The alleged farmer protest seems to have crossed the line

The controversial Farm Laws were passed in the Lok Sabha on 17th September 2020, and was passed in the Rajya Sabha on 20th of September. These laws are very bad and does reduces the income of MIDDLEMEN. The Modi government does this, as Farmers of India were never given the real cost of their crops. This is a law which every party listed in its manifestos, but all of them opposed it, as they found a few political reasons. India is a country, whose primary source of Income is through Agriculture. Farmer, who is also called ‘AnnaDaata’ in India. Ever since the late Lal Bahadur Shastri raised the slogans of ‘Jai Jawan & Jai Kisan’, Farming in India has become a very sacred occupation. The so called Farmers, who are protesting at the Borders of the National Capital, DO NOT SHOW any qualities of being a Anna Daata.

These protests started in the name of Farming, just to gain some sympathy. Now, these protesters have CROSSED the line. The alleged Farmers announced in the starting that NO politicians or political parties will be let in the protest. Slowly, the protesters started bleeding their true colours, when they started demanding the release of many anti-nationals, who were either convicted under UAPA or were under trial for sedition. After this, India saw more of their true colours, when death slogans to Prime Minister were raised at the protest site.

On Republic day, India witnessed something WORST. Delhi Police personnel were attacked, tri-colour was INSULTED. In the latest move, all the alleged Farmer leaders have gone to the poll bound states and will campaign against the BJP. In the name of farmers, they CROSSED THE LINE. Now, they have set up permanent buildings at the PROTEST SITE. Delhi has faced loss worth 70,000 crore, that is the money of the common man, but still the Delhi Government isn’t bothered as they have to show their support to the protesters, or else their Vote Banks would be affected.

Tool Kit, which was Made in Karnataka, was the official script for the protests. At the end, neither Rakesh Tikait nor Arvind Kejriwal is affected, the common men of this country are affected. After all this anti nationalism shown by the alleged farmers may lead to a status quo, where in the protesters won’t vacate the site and the Laws will be on stay. Modi government has to take strict steps and action against those involved in disrupting the image of India.

How West Bengal was destroyed

The state assembly election 2021 of West Bengal is round the corner. Some are calling it as ‘Battle of Bengal’. People of West Bengal have been claiming superior intellectuality and mature political consciousness for too long on wrong premise. Past glory and individual achievements of Bongs can’t be generalized anymore. West Bengal has graduated in political violence, political corruption and goonda-raj for too long. Communist and Trinamool Congress have successfully destroyed the state in last 45 to 50 years.

West Bengal has been on decline since 1963, when Chief Minister of the state Bidhan Chandra Roy passed away. He reinforced the foundations of the state after partition of 1947, got the Durgapur & Alloy Steel Plant, Chittaranjan Locomotives, India’s 1st satellite town in Kalyani, Digha Beach Resort, expanded the engineering industries, set up engineering, technology, medical, management, and other institutes.

Calcutta and Jadavpur universities used to be the prime universities in India those days. West Bengal had the IIM, IIT, Indian Statistical Institute, the Operations Research School, Bengal Engineering College, besides, of course, Presidency College, Saint Xaviers College, Scottish Church College and many other venerable institutes.

Calcutta was the HQ of Birla, JK, Bangur, and Thapar and Tata. The grand Tata Centre was built for that purpose. This was the vision of TATA’S. Most of their investment was in Jamshedpur. Most foreign companies had their India HQs in Calcutta. This was the reason Calcutta had best of the Clubs in the country. It had the highest number of International flights, Bombay used to serve mainly Aden, Muscat, and East Africa.

And then mega cultural show ‘Ashok Kumar Nite’ was organized in February 1968 in Rabindra Sarobar Stadium of Calcutta. It was a 50,000 strong audience. Dozens of girls and women were dragged out and their raped naked dead bodies were found in and around the Rabindra Sarobar (lake) over the next two days. The CPM leaders (Jyoti Basu & Co) called that mass rape and murder of girls and women as “the rise of the proletariat against the bourgeoisie” and justified the mass crime.

Calcutta started emptying. Soon after, Aditya Birla was dragged out of his car between GPO and RBI, opposite Writers Building, thrashed, clothes torn, stripped down to his undergarments and made to walk like that to his office at 15 India Exchange Place. With a crowd roaring in laughter and jeering, he went home and took a flight to Bombay, never to return. He took all his money and offices out of Bengal. Today they are one of the top industrial houses in the country.

So did JK and Thapar, within a month. So did most entrepreneurs, so did most MNCs. Latest example was ousting of Tata Nano car manufacturing plant. Those were ‘Mass Exodus’ of money and employment from the state. Today no Industrial house plans to start any project in the state. That being the dream that the Communists of West Bengal wanted to materialize, and there is no change in the present Trinamool Congress government too.

Communists in West Bengal started their political anarchic ‘power game’ from ‘Ashok Kumar Nite’ in 1968 and went through ‘Sain Bari killings’ in 1970, ‘Marichjhapi massacre’ in 1979, ‘Bijon Setu massacre’ of 1982 to ‘Bantala gang rape’ of 1990, ‘Nanoor massacre’ of 2000 and ‘Nandigram massacre’ of 2007. They destroyed the work culture and closed down thousands of factories in West Bengal in the name of Trade Union and classless society. Communists made West Bengal a burial ground in 34 years of their rule.

The TMC rule of the state from 2011 till date has also infected the state with the worse culture of ‘cleansing of political opposition’, ‘Cut Money’, ‘Syndicate’, Para-teachers, Civic Volunteers, ‘Khela-Mela-Utsav’ and migration of lakhs of laborers to other states after the driving out of ‘Tata Nano’ car factory from Singur in 2010-11. Illegal Muslim immigration from Bangladesh was encouraged in 34 years of Communist rule and Islamic terrorism and Islamism have flourished in the state during last 10 years of TMC rule.  

A big proportion of educated Bongs, who could not cope up with destruction of West Bengal, migrated out to other parts of India; to other countries. One finds so many teachers, scientists, researchers, doctors, economists, artists, from West Bengal in the US, UK, France, Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia, but none worth the name here in Bengal. It was a ‘Mass Exodus’ of brains.

The people of West Bengal have been strangely watching this downhill journey of the state for five decades and will do so unfortunately for another five decades. One may see the state to turn into an Islamic State in near future. Just keep your fingers crossed.

Number of beggars per hundred thousand populations is highest (89) in West Bengal at present. The state also tops in number of migrant laborers, unemployment, political crime and crime against women in the country. This is the bottom line of ‘destroyed West Bengal’.

Pseudo-feminism is toxic for a decent society!

A couple of days back, an Instagram video went viral on various social media platforms in which a woman was sobbing because of a bruise on her nose. Hitesha Chandranee, a makeup artist and a beauty ‘influencer’ alleged that an ‘impudent’ Zomato delivery guy had punched her on her nose because she had infuriated him by refusing the order which didn’t reach on the ‘supposed’ time. The netizens and ‘feminists’ began trolling the delivery guy for his impoliteness and improper behavior towards a ‘virtuous’ and ‘decent’ woman. At first impression, the video perturbed and enraged everyone, including me. Taking immediate action to maintain their dignity and customer-friendly image, the food delivery company Zomato apologized and suspended the delivery guy for his indecent attitude towards a lady customer. And later, he was apprehended by the Bangalore Police.

But, as dawn approached, the other side of the story emerged in which the delivery guy, who was later identified as Kamaraj, defended himself by untangling the concealed side of the story. He alleged that the lady was frustrated because her order was late and she continuously compelled him to return it. At first, she used abusive and derogatory language and when he tried to convince her that the order was late because of the poor traffic and road condition, instead of being convinced, she hit and assaulted him with her slippers. For the sake of self-defense, he mildly rebuked and pushed her, and during this struggle, her ring accidentally scratched her own nose, which led to the bruise she was flaunting as the ‘assault’ mark in the video. And immediately after, she made an Instagram video, in which she peddled a bogus narrative and accused Kamaraj of physical molestation.

Hitesha is a struggling social media influencer who clearly aspires to be a celebrity. And in India, to be a celebrity, one needs to land up in an untoward and pitiful controversy in order to garner digital followers and likes and form a fanbase, and for Hitesha, this was the perfect occasion to play a victim card, hit a masterstroke, and do a bit of melodrama to attract the digressed young mass; we can justify her melodrama on the basis of her aspiration and intention. Till the 13th of March, she has got over 19.9 million views on the video. Nevertheless, it can’t be said whether she succeeded in her attempt, but clearly, she successfully ruined the professional career of a decent and impecunious guy who was merely trying to do his job.

This is what I call pseudo-feminism where the feminine side of the argument can overturn anybody’s unbiased viewpoint. The core target and aim of the pseudo-feminists are to subdue and humiliate men and masculinity. This is leading to an unprecedented amount of suffering and depression among men. They are easily entrapped and hence vulnerable to this toxic conceptual ideology, diffusing rapidly among millennials and Generation Z. A paragon for my argument is the case of Vishnu Tiwari, a penurious man who was propelled to rot in jail for two decades in a hoax rape case by the pseudo-feminist judicial system. Feminism must prevail in society, but for the sake of equality and women’s empowerment, not to subdue men and masculinity. To maintain equilibrium, society needs to adopt logical-feminism rather than agenda-driven pseudo-feminism!

सी- वोटर के ओपिनियन पोल का सार दीदी की विदाई और भाजपा की अगुवाई?

पश्चिम बंगाल चुनावों के सम्बंध में सी- वोटर का ओपिनियन पोल सामने आते ही भाजपा विरोधी खेमे में खुशियों की लहर दौड़ पड़ी है. अगर सतही तौर पर देखा जाये तो विपक्षी दलों के लिए यक़ीनन ख़ुशी की बात है लेकिन अगर आंकड़ों पर गौर से मनन किया जाये तो ये ख़ुशी क्षणिक है क्योंकि एक बहुत बड़े परिवर्तन के आसार नज़र आ रहें है.

ओपिनियन पोल के अनुसार बंगाल में दीदी को 154, भाजपा को 107 और कांग्रेस/वामपंथी दलों को 33 सीटों की संभावना व्यक्त की गई है. इन आंकड़ों के आधार पर दीदी बंगाल में फिर आ रही हैं लेकिन इसी ओपिनियन पोल में एक और जानकारी दी गयी है जो दीदी के सरकार बनाने के सपने को चकनाचूर कर सकती है और वो है:-

89 सीट्स ऐसी है जहाँ वोट्स का अंतर बहुत ही कम है यानि अगर इस बार के मतदान में इन सीटों पर 1.5 प्रतिशत का शिफ्ट भी बंगाल में सत्ता का खेला बदल सकता है. इन 89 सीट्स में से दीदी 42 सीटों पर, भाजपा 36 सीटों पर, कांग्रेस/वामपंथी 11 सीटों पर आगे है तो अगर भाजपा अपनी सीटों पर बढ़त बरक़रार रखते हुए दीदी और कांग्रेस और वामपंथी सीटों में से 41 सीटों पर ज़्यादा मेहनत करके, कम वोटों के अंतर का फायदा उठाकर बहुमत ले आये तो बाजी पलट जाएगी और फिर गाजे बाजे के साथ दीदी की विदाई हो जाएगी.

दूसरी एक और बात जो नज़रअंदाज़ नहीं की जा सकती और वो है “मौनधारी मतदाता” यानि साइलेंट वोटर  पिछले कई चुनावों में इन्होने ज़ोर का झटका बड़ा धीरे से, चुपचाप से दिया है, ये साइलेंट वोटर भाजपा का नहीं, मोदी का ज़बरदस्त फैन है. ओपिनियन पोल और एग्जिट पोल में ये ना तो दिखाई देता है, ना ही सुनाई देता है लेकिन अपने मताधिकार का प्रयोग इस कदर करता है कि इनका अस्तित्व फ़िल्मी हीरों की एंट्री जितना धमाकेदार महसूस होता है.

इसलिए भाजपा विरोधी दलों के लिए ओपिनियन पोल के आधार पर बंगाल जीत की खुशियां मनाना जल्दबाजी होगी बेहतर होगा EVM को खलनायक बनाने वाली स्क्रिप्ट पर फिर से काम किया जाये .

AITC or IPAC: Who is running the show in West Bengal

“They come and ask the same questions every other day, how many times do we give them the same information, they ask what is the caste percentage in your area, how many Muslims, how many Hindus, how many Brahmins etc. How can I give them an accurate percentage” says a town president of (All India Trinamool Congress (hereafter AITC) on the condition of not being named. This arises one question, who is they and why does an AITC leader have to give information to someone. 

Prashant Kishor (PK) and IPAC (Indian Political Action Committee)

Prashant Kishor the mentor of the IPAC entered West Bengal in 2019 through Abhishek Banerjee (President, All India Trinamool Congress) and nephew of Party Chairperson and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to counter the rise of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the state. The Genius of IPAC can be traced backed to the Citizens for Accountable Governance (CAG), setup by Prashant Kishor among others (hereafter PK) as a body of young professional to foresee the campaign design and execution of the Narendra Modi led BJP in 2014. He had previously worked with Modi in the 2012 Gujarat Election but came to limelight in the 2014 General Election, when he coined campaigns like “Chai Pe Charcha”.

After the 2014 General Election, PK parted ways with Modi and converted CAG into IPAC (Indian Political Action Committee) as a Political Consultancy. This Hyderabad based company, took one of its first assignment from the Nitish Kumar led Mahaghatbandhan (RJD and JDU) for the 2015 Bihar Assembly Election, where it led the coalition to victory with its campaign “Saat Nischay”. In the 2017 Punjab Assembly Election, it helped Captain Amarinder Singh come to power with its campaign like “Coffee with Captain”. Its 2017 Endeavour in Uttarakhand for the Congress failed miserably. It later helped YSR Congress (YSRCP) in the 2019 Andhra Assembly Election and also played a role with the Shiv Sena in the 2019 Maharashtra Assembly Election and AAP in the 2020 Delhi Assembly Election.

PK who was into oblivion ever since 2017 for his failed endeavour in Uttar Pradesh for the Congress, again came to light in 2018 when he was appointed the Vice-President of Janata Dal (United) by its President and Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar. During his tenure as Vice President of the party, IPAC with its office in Patna was designing campaign like “Youth in Politics” under him. Though he (PK) does not associate himself officially with IPAC, his relationship with IPAC became clear when after being removed as the Vice President of JD (U), he launched his Campaign “Baat Bihar Ki” from the office of IPAC, based at Exhibition Road, Patna

Entry into West Bengal 

While PK was still the Vice President of JD (U) in 2019, IPAC signed contract with AITC, and starting hiring people for its campaign in West Bengal. At that point of time IPAC was to design campaign for AITC and provide strategic advice, however slowly things began to change. The AITC organisation Structure became irrelevant as the party leaders and workers became mere workforce for the execution and implementation of the decision made by IPAC or better known as “PK’s Team”. A new Structure came into place; the state was divided into zones, which consisted of 3 to 4 Administrative Districts. Each Zone has an officer called the Zonal who reported to the State lead and was assisted by DPOC (District Point of Contact). The DPOC was further assisted by APOC (Assembly Point of Contact) who in turn was assisted by 3 to 4 Fellows.

Thus came a came Administrative Hierarchy with PK at the top. “PK’s Team comes and tells us do this or that, when we object or try to put our point forward, they don’t listen, we just have to listen to them” says a town president of AITC on the condition of not being named. The Party leaders and workers were unhappy because in PK’s Team no one was from the party, they were young professional from reputed university and organisation (Former Employees). “I have been an MLA for two terms, and a 24-25 years old person comes and tells me what I should do and what I shouldn’t. They ask about the caste combination, religious combination, Hindi- Non Hindi speaking people in my constituency. How do I tell them that this is not how it works here, it might work in Bihar, UP or elsewhere but not here” says another leader of the party leader. 

Time and Again AITC leaders and workers have expressed their concerns against the PK Team and some have even broken the party lines to go and speak about this in public. The workers who have led the party from its beginning in terms of Campaign designing, mobilisation etc., have now lost all stakes in decision making. The Media Cell of IPAC handles, the Social Media account of some leader. Party workers are told what to circulate and not circulate on their whatsapp groups. This has not gone down well with some party workers. 

The Nadir of Discontent

A former Zonal of IPAC (West Bengal) spoke on the condition of not being named that “APOC (Assembly Point of Contact) is the nodal officer of the assembly. He is responsible for the implementation of campaigns, gathering data, and observing the party leaders, opposition parties, and other developments in the constituency”. IPAC being a political consultancy was mandated to do this, but the biggest problem arose when they started interfering in the party ticket distribution. “The APOC prepares a ground report and suggests who will get the party ticket. In an AITC won constituency he ascertains whether, a sitting MLA has to be retained or changed with another person. His ground report along with the report of the Political Intelligence Unit (PIU), a wing in IPAC and the Report of the Media Team is send to PK, who takes a final call”. Says a fomer Zonal of IPAC. This kind of working has not only led to disgruntlement among party leaders and workers but has also led to corruption. People, who wish to get tickets, have started to work to be in the good books on PK and IPAC.

A Few incidents have been reported wherein; Fellows of IPAC have taken money, promising seats in return. A former DPOC (District Point of Contact) of IPAC, West Bengal stated “ It came to my knowledge that a fellow had taken five lakhs, promising a person, that he will recommend him in the reports. He was later removed from this services”. The people working in IPAC also know the resentment by the party workers and leaders and they face difficulty in terms of non-cooperation when it comes to data collection. Sometimes it is genuine because, the workers don’t have the data, which is asked for, but even if they don’t have they have to produce it within no time. This raises concerns about the accuracy of the data. “The data we get, sometimes is not accurate, or sometimes not even useful” says a employee of IPAC on the condition of not being named. This non-cooperation by AITC leaders and workers can be best understood from the statement of Party worker “PK’s team was hired for consultancy, his job is to provide us the best advice to counter the principle opposition party BJP. He (referring to PK) was not hired to run the party, he is not even the member of the party, simultaneously he is running a campaign in Tamil Nadu for another party”

Exodus from the party

IPAC under Prashant Kishor has emerged as a powerful lobby ever since it entered the state in 2019 with its outreach campaign “Didi ke Bolo”. In February 2020 PK was provided with “Z” category security in West Bengal at the expenditure of the state. Serious objections came to this, as the opposition, Sujan Chakraborty, CPI (M) legislative party leaders raised a question as to why a person with no public life in West Bengal was granted such enhanced security. From 2019 when PK arrived, who shares good relations with Abhishek Banerjee and Mamata Banerjee, Abhishek Banerjee has emerged as second in command responsible for all party administrative matters. This has not gone down well with other party leaders; they feel side lined and have started looking for greener ground for this. The recent departure of Suvendu Adhikari among others is also because of this as per a few insiders. 

AITC a party that, Mamata Banerjee has nurtured since 1998, how is it that someone who came to provide consultancy service, is now almost running the party. If she could lead the party successfully for so long, why does she need an outsider now? The Bigger question here is who will take the blame or credit of the results which would come in the early or mid 2021?

India’s farm laws: The victims of vested interests

(Note: This column is written as requested by John Pollock, Editor, 9DASHLINE, a Europe based web news portal exclusively for Indo-Pacific region, after discussions with this author on issue raised by an Indian origin economics professor in University of York, the USA, on on-going farmers protest in India. But, later, the editor refused to publish the same on the ground of the column is too long, and this author is reluctant to curtail the same)   

“Modi destroying old termite ridden banyan tree,” writes Sir William Mark Tully in his book “No Full Stops in India”. Popularly known as Mark Tully, he is the former Bureau Chief of BBC, New Delhi, a position he held for 20 years out of 30 years he worked with the UK based broadcaster before resigning in July 1994. The book is a collection of ten essays, based on the chronicles of the author’s life in India. It presents a panoramic view of India. The book says that India’s westernized privileged class, who are miles apart from local traditions want to write a full stop in a land where there are no full stops. The book attempts to critically analyze the complicated deep-rooted ancient Indian civilization and its underlying principles. It clarifies that westernization will ruin India’s indigenous traditions and annihilate the crucial support system of the bulk of the general masses.

“India’s westernized privileged class (WPC), who are miles apart from local traditions want to write a full stop in a land where there are no full stops” is the essence of the Tully’s book. And the 14th and current Prime Minister of India since 2014 General Election with absolute majority, who was reelected with increased votes share and increased number of law-makers in the lower house of Parliament in 2019 General Election, Mr. Narendra Damodardas Modi and his party’s ideological mentor Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh popularly known as RSS are not ready to go by the political, social, cultural, economic, religious, etc. related preaching of WPC, who had major says in the earlier regimes from 1947 to till 2014 with a short break from 1998 to 2004 when BJP’s late Atal Bihari Vajpayee was PM without majority, a coalition government, a phenomena prevalent between 1989 and 2009 General Elections. In nutshell, one can conclude that what have been happening in India -including matters related to Farm Laws- now are products of clashes between RSS and Modi, who want indianization of India’s politics, society, culture, economy, religion, etc. affairs open to modernization, liberalization and globalization wherever needed in one side, and Gandhi dynasty, Congress party and WPC, in the other.

India’s grand old party that is Indian National Congress or shortly called Congress, out of power since 2014, provides platform to this WPC as it was doing so during the regimes of western educated PMs such as Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and Dr. Manmohan Singh, who together ruled for 48 years out of 67 years of self-rule till 2014. Congress, now under the ownership Nehru-Gandhi dynasty, which has in the meanwhile lost people’s verdict to rule mainly due to loss of craze for glamorous dynastic politics apart from the so-called secularist and socialist politics, uses WPC to defame Modi and RSS on whatever their Government do.

“It has become a fashion to oppose whatever the Modi government is doing,” said 88 years old E. Sreedharan, who is famously known as Metroman and awarded India’s second highest civilian award Padma Vibhushan by the Congress government in 2008. Going further, and before announcing of his joining BJP, Shreedharan strongly supported the contentious new Farm Laws and asserted that there is no “intolerance” in the country that is being highlighted in Western Mass and Social Medias. Following him, two High Court judges and one Director General of Police (all retired) from his home state Kerala –note: they are from different faiths- have so far joined Modi-RSS party BJP which has been nicknamed as Saffron Party (Hindu faith symbol) by the so-called secular bandwagon lead by Congress and its ideological mentor i.e. WPC present in Indian and Western medias.

The 2020 enacted Farm Laws are victims of the clash between Modi-BJP-RSS and Gandhi-Congress-WPC.

The agriculture sector provides employment to more than 50% of nation’s workforce but contributes just around 17-18% to national GDP is one the most unorganized sector in India. India embarked on the path of economic liberalization and globalization three decades back in 1991. But, the sector, which employs largest population and work force of country, was left behind for reason now exposed. Since then, there have been debates and discussions for agriculture sector reform as well as lamenting as there was no any substantial progress. All concerned say the sector has huge scope for growth which can accordingly contribute to national economic growth and to farmers’ per capita income. Even Congress party leader, a London School of Economics alumni and PM of India from 2004 to 2014, who used to take credit for 1991 economic reform, Dr. Manmohan Singh earlier said, “There are other rigidities because of marketing regime set up in the 1930s (Note: In 1930s, when India was not yet liberated) which prevent our farmers from selling their produce where they get the highest rate of return. It is our intention to remove all those handicaps which come in the way of India realizing its vast potential as one large common market.”

In 2008, Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU), which is now spearheading farmers protest, protested when the then Congress government led by Dr. Manmohan Singh banned corporate procurement of wheat from Punjab and Haryana. Soon after the Farm Laws were enacted in 2020 allowing corporate procurement of wheat directly from farmers, BKU leader Rakesh Tikait congratulated PM. But, what happened in the meantime that the same BKU has started opposing Farm Laws. Indrajit Roy in his column “India’s great divergence: Liberal economics and illiberal politics” writes and I quote, “Tears welling up in his eyes, he(Rakesh Tikait) confessed to having voted for the BJP in previous elections, a decision he said he regretted deeply.” Who will believe that Tikait, a Congress candidate in 2007 UP Assembly elections and Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) candidate in 2014 General Election and lost both the elections very badly, voted to BJP in 2019 election?

It is very painful and unfortunate to read intellectual and academic from University of York referring in his column -on priority- the pop star Rihanna, child environmental activist Greta Thunberg, porn star Mia Khalifa, model Amanda Cerny and fashion product marketer Meena Harris tweets supporting Farmers Protests completely ignoring the opinion of reputed economists such as International Monetary Fund (IMF) Chief Economist Gita Gopinath, Bloomberg opinion columnist Andy Mukherjee, agricultural economist Ashok Gulati, former Vice-Chairman NITI Aayog and Professor of Economics in Columbia University Arvind Panagaria, etc. on the issue. So also ignored liberal and highly democratic President Joe Biden administration’s thought and counseling on Farm Laws.

May this author asks what is the credential of pop star, child environmental activist, porn star, model, fashion product marketer, etc. in so far as the agro economics is concerned? Yes, it is a fact that they have millions of social media followings like many in glamour business have all over the world. And this is why they are being hired for product and service marketing; here, it is to be noted ‘at a cost’. Are they being paid by billionaire so-called philanthropist and founder of Open Society Foundations’ George Soros, who promised in Davos World Economic Forum 2020 to invest to overthrow Modi government in India because it is nationalist? What is the credential of George Soros? Should the world ignores the fact that Modi and his nationalist government despite being branded 21st century’s Nazi and Fascist reincarnations distributing Covid19 vaccines -in many cases- free of cost to poorest countries, when rich nations where Rihanna, Mia Khalifa, Meena Harris, etc., are minting money, are busy first vaccinating their own citizens which is denounced by WHO boss? Note: India distributes vaccines, when back in the country, there is lowest vaccination which is an electoral risk for Modi Government. Therefore, question comes to mind ‘how could a Nazi and Fascist agree to this political risk?’ Yesterday, my children (both above 18 years of age), who are also voters, were discussing at home that Modi government was not doing right by distributing Made-in-India vaccines before completion of vaccination of all Indians. Note: It is not an isolated discussion in Indian drawing rooms now.

If their (pop, porn, etc.) advocacies be counted in matter related to economics, what for Indrajit Roy having just 392 followings in Linkedin is required by University of York? Here find the so-called activists’ credentials in the hyperlink: Rihanna’s topless body with picture of Hindu God to offend Hindu sentiment, Greta Thunberg knowledge on environment protection, Mia Khalifa promoting farmer protest with half nude films, model Amanda Cerny, and Meena Harris, who has been warned by The White House against using aunt Kamala Harris name to promote her brand. Further, how many people know about Meena Harris before she announced to the world that Kamala Harris is her aunt and elected as Vice-President of the USA? Is it not misuse of prominent name and democratic government position for personal vested interest?

Regarding the environmentalist Greta Thunberg and her Indian colleague Disha Ravi Joseph’s social media based ‘toolkit’, which is intended to facilitate Farmer Protests and has been highlighted by New York based WPC’s column, the reputed legal luminary, who is a former top Law Officers of Government of India and now a Queen’s Counsel for the courts of England and Wales, Harish Salve said and I quote, “On the other hand of the spectrum you have troublemakers like the Khalistani movement people who have always looking out at an opportunity to further their agenda. And their agenda is unlawful. It violates a host of Indian laws. It is an act of terror. I am deeply disappointed to see environmental activists becoming the bridge between these two ends of the spectrum allowing these terrorist elements to infiltrate genuine (farmers) protests. The language of the toolkit has to be seen in the context of the author of the toolkit. Language is a medium of communication. We have to get the message also by seeing who is communicating the message. To tell a very simple example, saying ‘Do khokha’ doesn’t mean two boxes. This language is being used by Canadian terrorists of physical action. It is a completely different connotation. The talk of desecrating our Red Fort on January 26 has a very different connotation from an angry farmer who says on Republic Day, I will stand on top of the Red Fort and speak my heart out. The protest may be a bit misplaced but the other is sinister. So, we have to separate the grain from the chaff.”

WPC columnists use to propagate that farmer protests are non-violence. Has the world forgotten the sacrileges of statue of Mahatma Gandhi, the tallest apostle of non-violence in the world, in recent past in Washington DC and California by the supporters of Farmers Protests? In the India’s 72nd Republic Day, the tractors were weaponised to create an environment of terror and provoke security forces to fire so that the vested interest could red the occasion for a bigger worldwide propaganda. But, the authority was smarter, preferred sacrilege of Red Fort instead of blood bath of innocents intoxicated with baseless narratives by vested interest in opposition political parties, WPC and farmer unions. On the day, there were tweets from the accounts of some senior working journalists and politician, latter was a minister in Congress regime, which propagated that a farmer killed in police firing, a provocation if not taken care by way of instant pictorial news telecast of fact by the alert authority that the victim killed due to his violent hitting of tractor on the road barricade resulting the vehicle overturn killing the driver, the tweets of the vested interest could have caused bigger violence. Are these journalists and politician not vested interests opposed to whatever an elected government with absolute majority, the first of the kind in over long two and half decades, does?

Farm Laws protesters also went on damaging hundreds of Mobile Towers in northern state despite acknowledged fact that during Covid19 reign, when schools and colleges are closed to avoid infection, the mobile sets have been only means to retain academic activities. Can a sound and genuine person go for this self-destructive activity?

The West/US based Social Media Twitter and Facebook could instantly ban the sitting US President Donald Trump’s account for provoking violence which caused bloody sacrilege of Capitol Building on January 06, but refused to do so in case of Indian accounts that promoted Republic Day violence in the same January month’s 26th day. Why? Is it not hypocrisy? Is it promotion of liberal democracy by liberal West?

Should laws made by democratically elected government be overturned because a mob does not like the same? If so happens, remember time is not far when democracy will be replaced by mobocracy? And the end result is: Anarchy. Is it what Western civil society wants to happen to successful and largest democracy of the world sitting in a region where a large of number of countries are ruled by dictators? And one country, a victim of Cold War, is suffering from anarchy for four decades.

Columnists write that Farm Laws was not debated in the Parliament as desired before being passed and got the President’s accent. May be for opponents or may not be for supporters of the laws! In the early days of protest, the Supreme Court of India intervened, and along with blocking the laws for implementation, constituted a four member expert committee of reputed agro economists to discuss the laws with all stake-holders including agitating farmers and submit its report to the court before the court adjudicate. But, the agitators refuse to talk to the committee. Later and before Republic Day violence, the Government of India offered to defer the implementation of laws by one and half years. Yet, the agitators refuse to concede from their demand of complete withdrawal of laws. Will any government legitimately elected with absolute majority for five years agree to surrender? Even if it does so, what could be Indian democracy’s image abroad?

In the language of Sir William Mark Tully, these elements are called ‘old termites’, and in my language, they are ‘intellectual coolies’, and for both of us, they are ‘Westernized Privileged Class’ bend on destroying Indian ethos -that provided shelters and protection to persecuted Zoroastrians and Syrian Catholics among others in the past and distributing Covid19 vaccines now before being fully vaccinated- which Modi-RSS equally stubborn to protect despite mocking reference to Yoga (worldwide popular Indian health recipe) and Chai (Modi was a son of railway platform tea seller) in the Greta Thunberg’s toolkit, which was in fact developed by a West based terrorist organization.

भारत की सामरिक नीति और कूटनीति जो अभी तक रक्षात्मक रही है प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के कार्यकाल से वह धीरे धीरे आक्रामक होती जा रही है। भारत के एक ओर जहां पाकिस्तान है वहीं दूसरी ओर चीन है ऐसे में उसकी स्थिति दो पाटन के बीच वाली है। जहां एक और उसे पाकिस्तान चोट पहुंचाने की कोशिश करता है वहीं दूसरी ओर चीन भी भारत के हितों पर सामरिक, कूटनीतिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक हमले करता रहा है ।ऐसे में यह विश्लेषण करना जरूरी है की रक्षात्मक होने के फायदे क्या हैं और आक्रामक होने के फायदे क्या है। जब पुलवामा में और पठानकोट में हमले हुए और सेना के जवान शहीद हुए तो भारत ने तुरंत कार्यवाही करते हुए पाकिस्तान के आतंकवाद के अड्डों को सीमा के उस पार जाकर तहस-नहस किया। पहले एक कमांडो कार्यवाही में और फिर एक एयर स्ट्राइक में।

उसी तरह जब चीन ने लद्दाख में गलवान घाटी में पिछले 1 साल से भारतीय सेना के सामने एक चुनौती पेश की तो भारत ने उसका बड़े ही आक्रामक तौर से जवाब दिया। पिछले 70 सालों में जो सामरिक और कूटनीतिक रक्षात्मक रही जिसमें नो फर्स्ट अटैक की शैली अपनाई गई उसको तो बरकरार रखा गया लेकिन साथ में अटैक की स्थिति में अटैक की शैली अपनाई गई।पुलवामा में हुए हमलों के बाद जिस तरह आतंकवाद के अड्डों को तहस-नहस किया गया उससे दुनिया को यह संदेश गया कि भारत चुप बैठने वालों में नहीं है। चीन के साथ हुए 1 साल के लंबे स्टैंड ऑफ में भारत कहीं से भी पराजित नहीं हुआ और उसने चीन को मुंहतोड़ जवाब दिया। साथ ही कूटनीतिक स्तर पर विश्व बिरादरी से यह समर्थन भी हासिल किया गलती चीन की थी और भारत ने अपनी सीमाओं का सिर्फ बचाव किया।भारत की सामरिक जीत होने के साथ-साथ कूटनीतिक जीत भी हुई।इसी तरह पठानकोट और पुलवामा में हुए हमलों के बाद जब भारत ने सीमा के उस पार आतंकवादी अड्डों को तहस-नहस किया तो साथ में यह समझाने में कामयाब रहा की पाकिस्तान आतंकवादियों को प्रश्रय देने वाला देश है और गाहे-बगाहे  भारत को नुकसान पहुंचाता रहता है इसलिए कार्यवाही जरूरी थी।

साल भर चले चीन के साथ लंबे स्टैंड ऑफ में करीब 11 से 12 दौर की बातचीत हुई जिसमें विदेश मंत्री जयशंकर के अलावा राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सलाहकार अजीत डोभाल और उनके चीनी काउंटरपार्ट शामिल रहे। सितंबर 2020 में जब चीन के विदेश मंत्री भारत के विदेश मंत्री से शंघाई कारपोरेशन ऑर्गनाइजेशन के साइड लाइन में मिले तो दोनों के बीच बड़ी ही लंबी बातचीत हुई जिसमें चीनी विदेश मंत्री ने यह कहा था कि चाइना और भारत के लिए विचारों में अंतर हो सकता है लेकिन दोनों बहुत बड़े देश हैं और साथ ही पड़ोसी हैं इसलिए दोनों को साथ मिलकर चलना चाहिए। दोनों देश बड़ी तेजी से आगे चल रहे हैं और ऐसे में जब स्थिति तनावपूर्ण है तो यह जरूरी है कि दोनों देश अपने रिश्तो में स्थिरता रखें, आपसी विश्वास बनाए रखें। भारत और चीन के रिश्ते एक चौराहे पर थे और जब तक दोनों सही दिशा में चलते रहेंगे हम इन मुश्किल स्थितियों से उबर जाएंगे। चीन और भारत के बीच स्थितियों में तनाव उस समय शुरू हुआ जब गलवान्न वैली में हिंसक झड़पें हुई और भारत के 20 सैनिक मारे गए बाद में चीन ने अपने स्टेट मीडिया को यह बताया उसके भी 4 सैनिक मारे गए हैं। हालांकि रूसी समाचार एजेंसी ताश के मुताबिक चीन के 45 सैनिक मारे गए थे। अब जबकि दोनों सेनाएं विशेषकर चीन की सेना अपने सभी स्थाई और अस्थाई निर्माण नष्ट करके सीमा रेखाओं से पीछे चली गई है यह भारत की सामरिक और कूटनीतिक जीत के रूप में देखा जा सकता है। भारत के पास एक ऐसा बेहतरीन विदेश मंत्री है जो ना सिर्फ करोना काल में अपने देश के तमाम नागरिकों को सुरक्षित भारत वापस लाने के लिए सराहे गए बल्कि अब जब वैक्सीन आ चुकी है वह प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में संपूर्ण दुनिया को टीके उपलब्ध करा रहे हैं ।चीन के मामले में भी उन्होंने कूटनीतिक जीत हासिल की है।

यहां यह ध्यान देना जरूरी है जब सुश्री सुषमा स्वराज विदेश मंत्री थी तो हमारे विदेश मंत्री उनके मातहत थे। वह भारतीय विदेश सेवा के एक चुनिंदा,वरिष्ठ और बहुत ही काबिल अफसर है और विदेश मंत्री के रूप में उन्होंने भारत का पक्ष हर जगह बड़ी मजबूती से रखा है और अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंचों पर भारत को कूटनीतिक विजय दिलाई है ।दूसरी ओर हाल ही में पाकिस्तान के एक आतंकवादी संगठन जैस – उल – हिंद ने जम्मू और कश्मीर के सभी सरपंचों को जान से मारने की धमकी दी थी और उसके बाद भारत के सबसे बड़े बिजनेसमैन मुकेश अंबानी के घर के सामने विस्फोटकों से लदी एक जीप पाई गई जिसमें भी जैस – उल – हिंद का हाथ था यह सभी आतंकवादी गतिविधियां पाकिस्तान में पनपे और वही से नियंत्रित किए जा रहे आतंकवादी संगठन कर रहे हैं।जैश उल हिंद  ने एक चिट्ठी और जारी की है जिसे एबीपी न्यूज़ की उसी संवाददाता ने अपने ट्विटर हैंडल से ट्वीट किया है,जिससे मैं अयोध्या में मिला था और जिसका नाम आस्था कौशिक है।

यह चिट्ठी एक बार फिर मुझे सोचने पर विवश करती है कि क्या भारत और भारत वासी किसी संभावित खतरे के मुहाने पर हैं। क्योंकि यह बात तो तय है कि हमारी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, सुरक्षा एजेंसियों, डिफेंस एस्टेब्लिश मेट,और सरकारी कार्यालयों पर साइबर अटैक के साथ ही साथ सीमाओं के उस तरफ से फिजिकल अटैक की तैयारी भी चलती रहती है और देश के अंदर से इन्हें देश में ही चल रही स्लीपर सेल्स मदद देती हैं। स्लीपर सेल्स वह होती हैं जिनके सदस्यों का संबंध और संपर्क देश के बाहर बैठे इनके हैंडलर से रहता है। वह ज्यादातर हम जैसे होते हैं, हमारे समाज में होते हैं, हमारे मित्र भी हो सकते हैं और हमारे पड़ोसी भी हो सकते हैं, वह हमें बाजार में भी मिलते हैं, वह हमें दुकानों पर भी मिलते हैं, वह भीड़ भरे रास्तों और चौराहों पर हमें मिलते हैं, लेकिन हम उन्हें पहचान नहीं पाते। यह एक्शन में तब आते हैं जब इनके हैंडलर्स इन्हें आदेश करते हैं कि अब रास्ता साफ है सुरक्षा व्यवस्था थोड़ी ढीली है, अब आप अपना काम कीजिए। आस्था कौशिक ने जो चिट्ठी अपने ट्विटर हैंडल से पोस्ट की है वह मेरी इस बात की तस्दीक करती है।

उस चिट्ठी का हिंदी तर्जुमा मैं यहां आपके लिए लिख रहा हूं। अंग्रेजी में लिखी इस चिट्ठी का शीर्षक है “अंबानी के घर आतंक” आगे चिट्ठी कहती है, “खुदा की मर्जी से जिस भाई ने अंबानी के घर के सामने एसयूवी रखी थी वह सुरक्षित घर पहुंच गया है। यह एक ट्रेलर था और बड़ी तस्वीर अभी बाकी है। आप सोच रहे होंगे हम कौन हैं? हम वही अखलाक है जिसका आपने गाय के लिए कत्ल कर दिया। हम वही लोग हैं जिन्हें दिल्ली में आप ने मार दिया। हम वह बहने हैं जिनका आपने गुजरात में बलात्कार किया। हम आप के सबसे खतरनाक सपने हैं। हम आपके पड़ोसी हो सकते हैं, हम आप के दफ्तर में काम कर रहे होते हैं, सड़कों पर हम एक सामान्य आदमी की तरह आप के बगल से निकलते हैं, और आप हमें पहचान नहीं पाते। अभी आप जिस भिखारी को भीख देते हुए गुजरे वह हम हो सकते हैं, हम सब जगह हैं। हमें व्यवसाई दलालों और वैश्याओं से नफरत है जो बीजेपी और आरएसएस के हाथों बिक चुके हैं। हम एजेंसियों को चुनौती देते हैं अगर उन में दम है तो हमें रोक ले। आप हमारा कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकते। जब हमने आपकी नाक के नीचे दिल्ली में आतंक फैलाया, आप हमारा कुछ नहीं कर पाए। आपने इजरायली खुफिया विभाग से समझौता किया लेकिन आप तब भी हमारा कुछ नहीं कर पाए। हम आपको फिर नाको चने चबाएंगे और धूल चटाएंगे, क्योंकि अल्लाह की यही मर्जी है। नीता अंबानी और मुकेश अंबानी भैया भाभी अगली बार आपने हमारी मांगे नहीं मानी तो हमारी एसयूवी आपके मोटे से लड़के की कार को रौंद सकती है।”

यह चिट्ठी उस बात की तस्दीक करती है जिसका मुझे अंदेशा है कि भारत में अभी भी सैकड़ों स्लीपर सेल्स काम कर रही हैं और अपने हैंडलर्स के एक इशारे पर वह कुछ भी कर गुजरने की क्षमता रखते हैं। ऐसे में जरूरत इस बात की है कि हमारी वर्तमान सुरक्षा एजेंसियों में काम कर रही वर्कफोर्स, उपकरणों, हथियारों,कंप्यूटर प्रणाली, हमारे पैरामिलिट्री फोर्सेस को जरूरत पड़े तो अद्यतन किया जाए। उनका मनोबल बढ़ाया जाए, और उन्हें सुसज्जित किया जाए। हमें उस हर एक लड़ाई से लड़ने के लिए अभी से कमर कसनी पड़ेगी जिसकी चुनौती यह 2 चिट्ठियां दे रही है, क्योंकि अगर हम आज तक सुरक्षित हैं तो यह इस बात की गवाही देता है कि हमारी राजनैतिक इच्छाशक्ति जो प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने और उनके सरकार के सभी अंगों ने, उनके अधिकारियों ने और शीर्ष पर बैठे निर्णायक या निर्णय लेने वाले तत्वों ने हमें सुरक्षित रखा है, और इसके लिए हमें उनका धन्यवाद देना चाहिए।

लेकिन अगर हम आज तक सुरक्षित हैं तो इसका यह मतलब यह कतई नहीं लगाना चाहिए कि हमें अपनी सुरक्षा में कोई बढ़ोतरी नहीं करनी चाहिए, उसको चाक-चौबंद नहीं करना चाहिए, उसको अपडेट नहीं करना चाहिए और उसको अद्यतन नहीं करना चाहिए ।इन सभी चीजों की तत्काल जरूरत है। इसमें साइबरसिक्योरिटी से लेकर हमारे सेटेलाइट मॉनिटरिंग सिस्टम, हमारी फिजिकल सिक्योरिटी, हमारे पैरामिलिट्री फोर्स, हमारी पुलिस फोर्स, हमारी मिलिट्री उसमें काम कर रहे निचले पायदान से लेकर शीर्ष तक बैठे सभी कर्मचारी, अधिकारी और निर्णय लेने वाले अधिकारी इन सभी को अद्यतन होना पड़ेगा, ट्रेनिंग लेनी पड़ेगी और हर एक कमजोर कड़ी को तलाशना पड़ेगा जो किसी भी चूक का जनक हो सकता है। तभी जो आज तक सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित हुई है वह आगे सुनिश्चित होगी। साथ ही जरूरत इस बात की है कि उस नेटवर्क को तोड़ा जाए जिसमें स्लीपर सेल का संपर्क हैंडलर से होता है। और स्लीपर सेल के उन सदस्यों को चिन्हित किया जाए जो हमारे समाज के हर एक हिस्से में ठीक उसी तरह बैठे हैं जैसे ऊपर वर्णन किया गया है। और साथ ही आतंक के आकाओं को जरूरत पड़े तो जिस तरह पूर्वर्ती कार्यवाही की गई उसी तरह की और कार्यवाही की जाए। तभी भारत और भारत के लोग चैन की नींद सो सकेंगे और एक मजबूत देश के रूप में उभर सकेंगे।

साथ ही भारत ने रक्षात्मक से आक्रामक नीति अपनी कूटनीति और सामरिक नीति में जो अपनाई है उसे रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह, विदेश मंत्री डॉक्टर जयशंकर, गृह मंत्री अमित शाह और इन सबके ऊपर प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में निरंतर उसी क्रम में बनाए रखना जरूरी है और तभी संभव है कि भारत की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को कोई खतरा उत्पन्न ना हो और भारत हर उस चुनौती का जवाब पूरी मजबूती से दे जैसे कि वह दे रहा है।

We came in the era where another voice raised which endorses the statement, “Congress must be vanished aftermath of independence” and who said this, none other “father_of_nation”, “Bapu”.

This voice is even bigger and intensifier comparatively ever because “Bharatvarsh” never witnessed of 23 top most leaders commenced to being harsh within party. The secular image was always in question and eventually it augmented by allying with ISF and Badruddin and Muslim league as well in north and south both. The legitimate asking is, why is INC so desperate to gain that ultimate crown. In democracy where every voice is inevitable, they must prepare a roadmap where we could go from developing to developed state, where we could roar at the global platform and how could Bharatvarsh be विश्वगुरु once again. Table the ideas roll it down and fight to achieve those expectations. Now a days scenario is something like, if a country’s leadership is stronger then whole world would be valuing. In a way, where they need to be unifier they’re trying to be divider, where they need to be protagonist they’re trying to be antagonist, where they need to be vocal for India’s roar they’re shouting virtually it’s failures.

The national party must have a dignity, respect, responsibility, accountability to strengthen country. Be a holistic partner when clock does suggest to celebrate Bharatvarsh’s victory.
