The judiciary is the bedrock of Indian democracy and a beacon of hope for people in times of darkness. But we have deteriorated that system, partly because of the colonial legacy, and partly because of our ambitions.
The unelected eminences of India have come to a conclusion that they are the government and this undue inteference has become a major problem. Atleast while the various governments are doing their job, the eminences must alteast Shut the F*@k up.
Just like Bollywood and politics, where nepotism plays a huge role; the law profession is also almost a bastion of the privileged and the powerful families.
