A Sadhu sacrifices

0

It is time we pay our dues to this holy community with reverence.

A sadhu, saint, sage, rishi or a monk- plurality in names yet purpose is singular. A sadhu in all his simplicity is a holy soul on the path of spirituality towards attaining Moksha. A life nevertheless filled with austerity, meagre means and penance yet living for the good of humanity, growth of Dharma. A life filled with sacrifices to save a culture. A civilization that is millions of years old and still flourishing,if not for these holy beings. Custodians of culture, traditions and rituals, which hold much truth and answers to the unknown where science failed. Who are these holy souls? Where to they live and where to do they disappear sometimes with a choice of their own other times at the brutal hands of those in disguise of humans.

A life of piety

Sadhus of India, a community which believes in living in harmony with nature and with humanity. More so with nature, the reason could simply be as the nature being at peace, non-disturbing and non-killing kind. Such is the benign sadhus’s abode. The space he makes pious with the tapasya or hours and days of meditation. What does he want from us? A little donation if we please or some alms to simply survive. That is all he aspires for, nothing fancy. A harmless being as his Dharma taught him to be tolerant, non-violent and respectful to all lives. And so he dutifully follows his Gurus or Saints who inspired his journey of this current life. While he lives with all the knowledge he has acquired, along with him lives the culture, the saintly traditions and values. Their presence in the society is necessary to create a sense of divinity around and close to us. Must we remind ourselves again that the sages in ancient Indian civilizations were equivalent to God with their divine powers and no one ever faulted with a Sadhu to invoke a curse upon thyself. We have read it, heard about it and felt this as well in the presence of a sadhu, cannot be denied.

Judge thy not

A sadhus with his spirituality and piety has much to give back to the Indian society in terms of – a faith, a legacy and a civilization. And yet he is misunderstood, mistaken by many and mistreated by some. Reason is not one but many- as he is not living a ‘normal’ life which is more common to many of us. He is mistaken to be in some kind of disguise? He is a wanderer/ drifter or may be homeless? Why do we turn judgemental? Who are we to judge his chosen path in life? Even though it does not fit into the regular idea of living. Why has our tolerance died or turned dormant, in the current materialistic nature of living that all have turned subservient to, without batting our eyelids. Not able to bear any other forms of beings who are different than us.

Saffron embrace

A sadhu sheds this worldly life in favour of embracing the saffron for the rest of his life. A daunting task he undertakes. Saffron in thoughts, deeds and actions from there after. Pledging his life to the true essence of the colour in other words a life of sacrifice and a life of service to humanity, the holy motherland and the holy spirit, with a simple quest to attain moksha and no more than that. Knowing well that he may face the onslaught of criticism, doubt and indignity. A prize he is willing to pay, for the love of saffron, no turning henceforth. It is disturbing and shameful to see them questioned, to see them plead and to let them give up on the same humanity they pledged to serve. Can we let them doubt their choice in life? Can we not offer them our respect and reverence? Is that too much to offer to them, who define our existence as a part of a civilization the world is in awe of? Can we pledge to defend them and their integrity from here on? Heart breaks to see them break. We cannot let them abandon us.

Offer reverence

Yet, we fail to understand the purpose of these holy beings amidst us who are closer and more dearer to the almighty. Time to seek forgiveness for our ignorance and failed duty, to let them depart from this earth in a most brutal way. It is time that we turn towards the sadhu fraternity with our humble offerings of respect and restore their faith in us. It is time to not let the anger of God unleash, more than what has already caught us with Covid. It is time to play our part as protectors of sadhus from evil intentions just as they protect us from the wrath of God by suffering and paying a prize with their pious lives.

Our education system is failing us

0

Why kids go to school and college? To get success in life, and what is success? It is all about finding the talent that is hidden inside you and to nourish it.

However, schools and colleges fail to recognize the hidden talent of the student. From the beginning, the kids are put in a frame, where they follow orders and do what they are told to do. In the name of discipline and obedience, a lot of limitations are imposed on the developing brain.

In a classroom, there are many students, and they all have different learning abilities, different thinking capabilities, different skills, and have unique talents. But, yet they all are going through the same syllabus at the same interval of time. In the last, they all are evaluated by the grading system.

Lots of regular test series force teachers to complete the syllabus on time. In this manner here teachers cannot be inventive and cannot focus on an individual who needs special attention. These regular test series keep students from learning concepts, and they end up memorizing them. They seem to forget those things soon after the exam. Students do not get enough time to analyze, to decipher what interest them.

Nobody wants to know the ingenuity of the child. The aptitude that is obnubilated inside wants to bloom out, but dolefully the school environment is so obsessed with the grading system that these aptitudes die inside them in the race of grade. Our school was supposed to nurture these seedlings, but it failed to do so.

Why innovative and creative people always hated schools and colleges? Because these institutions put a lot of limitations on those extraordinary minds. They wanted to explore, they wanted to learn things instead of memorizing them, and they wanted to dream within their vision to turn their virtual world into reality.

This education system is being privatized. It is completely falling into the hand of corporates, and their sole motto is to make maximum profits from it. That means they are simply doing business with your hopeful future.

Nowadays, the spike increment in higher education fees is a massive concern. Especially in India proper education system from schools has been taken out and is being provided by the Corporate Coaching Institutes. Parents are selling their properties and students are being in huge debt. These innocent people are being robbed by this corporate education system.

In this educational environment, many students with exceptional abilities, bright minds are being labeled as a failure. This system of education is killing innovation.  In the name of modernization, ethics and values are declining from our syllabus. It is undermining the plurality of cultures and the diversity of unique identity as an individual human being.

Millions of students are passing out of college around the world, but only a few of them being hired by MNCs and TNCs because a handful of them have skills and could meet the companies’ requirements. Unemployment is increasing day by day around the world as the number of degree holders is increasing. Since this education system is producing quantity but not the quality.

This modern corporate education system is solely focused on producing working-class people, but not the leaders. Because it is precisely designed by the elite, and they don’t want to produce someone who later competes them, but the working-class people who can work under them.

It is harder to trick and rule a multidirectional educated population. That is why this system of education wants to keep our perspective narrow, our comprehension restricted and scared us for our future. Education meant to give society free, creative, unbiased people fully prepared to cope with their lives problem as an accountable citizen to its community, but it is miles growing human machine to feed into the industrial production system.

The fundamental part of education is to explore, learn, and create. But sadly, in our education system, these terms don’t have much meaning now.  Words like ‘why’ and ‘how’ are no longer part of the students. Now we have lost the most critical practice for creative thinkers.

Everybody learns from mistakes. Failure brings perfection and more proximate to your inner self. But in this education system mistakes and failures are proscribed.

I must say this modern corporate education system has made the people literate but not educated. Of course, education is the most empowering force in the world, but the right education.

“#chowkidaarchorhai…

How Assam is tackling Corona virus outbreak

0

In a recent press meet the Health Minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that, “The state has managed to successfully break the chain between society and Coronavirus positive cases as all the positive cases are in quarantine and no new case is coming from society and hence flattened the curve since the first positive case.”

Interestingly Assam did not have a single Corona positive case till March 31. And out of the 35 positive cases which the state has recorded till now there has been one death and 33 cases have been linked directly to Tablighi Jamaat and the rest one is a secondary contact of Nizamuddin Markaz. Presently (Updated on April 23, 2020) there are only 16 active cases as 18 patients have been discharged till now after cure. Therefore, the first wave is under control.

Steps taken by the Assam Government:

The second wave will be challenging as there are many people stranded in different states across the country and countries abroad. Hence the state government is working on a detailed plan to counter this and is working on three fronts: Firstly under the Assam Cares fund the Government is assisting those who are stranded outside the country with an installment of $1000 in their respective accounts by 24th April and another installment of the same amount will be deposited after 24th April. Secondly, financial assistance is being provided to the Cancer patients and patients who have gone outside the state for Kidney, Liver transplant and Heart operation. Till now around 725 patients have been verified and 208 verifications are underway each being provided an assistance of ₹25000. Thirdly, a financial assistance is being provided to marginalized people from different states who are caught up in Assam. Fourthly, the Assamese people who are stranded in different states across the country are being identified and financial assistance is being provided to them directly and around 86,000 of them have received financial assistance of ₹2000 each as on 20th April 2020.

The state has a stock of 1.5 lakh PPE kit and recently 50,000 PPE kit were received from Guangzhou which will be used across the state.

Challenges Ahead:

It is reported that over 350 students from Assam are stuck in Kota, Rajasthan and the state government has to carry out an evacuation of them so that they can be back to their homes as done by the Yogi Adityanath Government in Uttar Pradesh. But Assam doesn’t share a boundary with Rajasthan and buses cannot be arranged. Therefore, the State Government to enquire about the well being held a Video Conferencing and assured the students that the best possible help will be carried out by the Assam Government for them.

Lack of Political Will of Opposition during the outbreak:

It is also thought provoking that All Assam Students Union which is a pan-Assam student political organization and has a good network across the state has not made any attempt to involve in the voluntary activities and mobilize support to help out the people who are in distress due to lockdown. And the top leadership is totally absent which shows their lack of political will. But that did not impact the enthusiasm of health workers and volunteers as the administration, police and the Non-Governmental Organizations are working hand in hand to provide help to those who are in distress.

Therefore, COVID-19 has made a challenging situation before the Assam Government but the State is trying best possible ways to tackle the situation and tackle it. The State Government has also setup. The Assam Arogya Nidhi where it is receiving donations for the relief work carried out across the state and for the people of Assam. Till now 46470 have donated generously into the fund and the amount has reached to ₹100.50 crore of which the Government is keeping a record.

Here’s why herd immunity won’t protect us from the Corona-virus pandemic

0

Herd immunity or herd protection is an epidemiological concept that defines a situation when a high percentage of the population is vaccinated to make it difficult for an infectious disease to spread.

For example, let’s consider a disease like measles. Measles always spread like wildfire, because it has the highest basic reproduction rate or an R0 of 12 to 18. In simple terms, R0 or R naught is a way to calculate how many people, on average, are likely to get infected through contact with one infected person. In the case of measles, one infected person can pass the disease on to 12-18 people.

A highly contagious disease like measles can quickly disappear if an infected individual is surrounded by people who are vaccinated against it. For herd immunity to work, at least 19 out of the 20 need to be vaccinated against measles to protect the vulnerable population.

In a nutshell, herd immunity only works when a major percentage of the population is vaccinated against the disease.

For measles, 93% to 95% of the population must be vaccinated to achieve herd immunity. Thankfully, COVID-19 is far less infectious than measles. Even though the R0 for COVID-19 is roughly 3, the proportion of persons who need to be infected to attain herd immunity is around 70% of the entire population.

Consider infecting 70% of the population with COVID-19, this by no means can be labeled as a preventive strategy. 70% is a huge number that doesn’t just include the young people, but also the geriatric population, newborns, and even those who are immunocompromised.

Furthermore, with the case fatality rate (CFR) of 3.4% in India, if 70% of our population is infected with COVID-19, then roughly, 3 million people in our country could die. Also, the case fatality rate for herd immunity will always be on a higher side and so, the outcome will be catastrophic for any country.

Comparably, COVID-19 has been far more deadly in Sweden- a country imposing minimum restrictions and advocating herd immunity- as compared to its neighboring countries. With just 16000 cases as of 23rd April 2020, Sweden has already hit a toll of 1,937 deaths, which makes its CFR roughly 12%, bringing it closer to countries worst hit by COVID-19 pandemic like Italy and France.

Hence, those who are supporting the “Swedish model” or are tempted by “herd immunity” must understand that this strategy brings with it a defining feature of a higher death toll.

Not just that, there are many repercussions of this devastating scenario. Considering a need for around 10% of the infections to be hospitalized, such an enormous number of hospital admissions will have a huge impact on our health care system.

It is hard to predict the outcome of a pandemic. But amid this uncertainty, we are sure of one thing and that is to limit the spread of this deadly virus and herd immunity without a vaccine will fall flat to solve that purpose.

The unfortunate reality is, until we have a vaccine, talking of herd immunity is similar to fueling our pandemic woes. Even in the case of past pandemics like the Spanish flu of 1918, with a similar R0 as COVID-19, 70% of the population did not get the flu. The Spanish flu came and went away in natural cycles. Hence, hoping that herd immunity will save us from COVID doesn’t sound convincing.

At present, the only preventive strategy for COVID-19 seems to be practicing social distancing and avoiding people who are sick.

Dentistry in India: A profession under threat

0

The COVID 19 pandemic has fundamentally altered the way the world behaved. It has wrecked the global economy and has caused untold pain and suffering humanity as a whole. As we in India discuss relaxing the lockdown gradually and are coming up with strategies to restore some semblance of normalcy, some professions will be affected significantly more as compared to others.

Dentistry is a highly specialized branch of medicine and is a key facet of general public health. The Dental community has responded by coming up with new protocols and SOPs to deal with the fallout of the novel coronavirus. The regulatory bodies and the Dental Council of India have issued guidelines on the nature of the procedures that can be conducted and the measures that are to be taken while conducting them. These guidelines are sacrosanct and must be diligently adhered to.

This is an evolving situation and the entire community is dealing with an unprecedented challenge that has caught the practitioners off guard. While dentists as a part of their training are exhaustively oriented towards various sterilization and disinfection techniques in dental school, most follow the highest standards of sterilization and protocols in their practices. However this is a challenge of a tiny virus hitherto unknown, and dealing with this will require an exhaustive and systematic intervention.

The impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the dental fraternity can be categorized into three types: Financial, professional and social.

On the professional front private dental practitioners receive almost no support from the government. This leaves the new practitioners especially vulnerable to a catastrophic financial situation especially when the income from practice suddenly stops.

On average, a dental clinic employs at least a couple of individuals as the staff who carry out the duties of a chairside assistant and receptionist. Dental material suppliers and dental laboratories are directly dependent on the dentist for their livelihood. In the scenario when the practices have all but stopped all these individuals become jobless. A dental practice requires a significant amount of investment that most newcomers can’t afford. They are burdened with the educational loan, loan on the equipment, rentals for the clinic, etc. It involves eight years of intensive training for a dental surgeon to become a consultant. A significant amount of money and time is also invested in updating dental education. Most dentists depend exclusively on their practices for their income.  Sudden and complete stoppage of income in a context where the margins are particularly thin makes that segment of practitioners extremely vulnerable.

On the professional front, there are no clear timelines on when the practices will start and the kind of changes that are required to accommodate these new requirements. To comply with the standards of infection control and significant further investment will be required in each dental practice. Arranging for funds in these circumstances will be excruciatingly difficult if not impossible.

Change in clinic layouts and designs and procurement of instruments for asepsis and social distancing will be very difficult for individuals practicing in metro cities where space is at a premium. Such practitioners might have to relocate to a different location or quit practice altogether. That is a scary prospect for most. The costs of dental treatment will naturally go up significantly as the dentists will have to recover the charges for the upgradations and PPEs form the patients. This will put uninsured and poor patients at a disadvantage.

On the personal front, the stress of meeting the financial obligations towards their family and staff will put tremendous strain on the dentists. Dentists are particularly meticulous people with keen attention to detail and passion for their work. Suddenly being put out of their job for an indefinite period can cause a tremendous psychological impact on the fraternity. This is often not discussed but is an important aspect of the lockdown.

Also, indefinite closing down of practices can lead to a public health emergency, particularly if patients with severe oral complications are not attended to and the dentists can’t deliver dental treatment without adequate precautions as it can put the entire community at risk.

The regulatory agencies, the Dental Council of India, the Ministry of Health, and the state governments must brainstorm and seriously look into this issue and must come up with definite strategies to assist dental practitioners and help create a roadmap for gradual restarting of practices.

The great divide of Hindus in Hindu Rashtra

This article is an answer for those who often say, “Hindus don’t have unity in Bharat”. I want to ask these questions without any political correctness and as bluntly as possible :

1. Who allowed the segregation of Hindus back in 1872- British India?

2. Who allowed the segregation & bifurcation of Hindus back in 1951- Free India?

Answer is “Hindus”. Yes, Hindus let these bifurcations happen; while Muslims and Christians opposed their segregation. Remember they were 16% & 0.7% respectively at that time and they were hell bent on opposing their segregation, but 80% Hindus were silent and that lead us into this “Secualrism and Socialism” drama since 1976.

The repurcussions of Hindu bifurcation is visible in present times more than ever. Hindus were divided based on their castes, sub-castes, language, location and beliefs; where as foreign faiths are blossoming in Bharat. Their boom, yes the boom, of these desert faiths is collective Hindu failure and no one’s fault. If we, Hindus, blame Nehru or Indira or Gandhi or anyone, that is also one form of victimhood mentality. Only difference is “Hindus murmur and gets nothing”.

The time has come to awaken the “Intellectual Kshatriya” (a word coined by Shri Rajiv Malhotra) within you and at least be aware of the various threats that are ready to subjugate you for their vested interests.

There is an unholy alliance of Communists, Islamists and Christianity in Bharat waiting to break Bharat into pieces and only Bharat born religions can protect Bharat.

My little research revealed that there are almost 70 cults/sects exist in Islam and that number goes to almost 160 in Christianity. Here, I’m going to present some of major Islamic sects/cults for your knowledge.

Caution : This is only for your information & awareness and Never use this information for Polemics.

Everyone knows that Islam is majorly divided between “Sunni”, “Shi’ah” and there is one more “Kharijet”. Here, I will drop some pics for better understanding of their movements, schools and theology of each sect/cult.

There is one more major difference between “Shahada” of these two factions of Islam. Sunni Shahada goes as “There is no God, except God and Muhammad is the messenger of God”; whereas Shi’ah Shahda goes as “There is no God, except God and Ali is the wali (custodian) of God”.

Kharijet sect of Islam is nearly non-existent in Bharat. My research is now turned towards Christianity and their doctrine. Soon I’ll publish that too.

The plight of non neta Modi carpers

0

If we ignore the religious group which has inveterate aversion to Modi then we will come across in India, two major groups of Modi denigration. One of them is a political group involving Netas and party workers and the other group is an apolitical group that comprises of Individuals sharing a common  abhorrence and a personal animosity towards Modi. The malevolence of this apolitical group towards Modi is based on misapprehension that a political party that has the objective of safe guarding the interests of Hindu community of this country necessarily has to be apathetic towards the Muslim community and hence it would never have secular values.

Their personal animosity towards Modi arises out their conviction that it was only due to him that BJP wrested the power from the so called secular axis. Due to Media propaganda machinations they all nurtured this conjectural surmise that Modi abetted the 2002 riots in Gujarat. This non neta group of Modi hecklers which professes itself to be apolitical would get tagged for the purpose of this blog as Non Neta Modi Carpers (NNMC).

At the forefront of the NNMC group you have media houses and media personnel who marshal the rest   consisting of- academicians with left leaning, scholars nourished by Nehruvian socialism, professionals  and activists who call themselves Liberals and that special breed of leftist intellectuals who live under the delusion that being seen as patrons of revolutionary ideologies like Naxalism adds authenticity to their intellectualism.

At the top rung of this group you have the champagne sipping elitists  commonly bracketed in India as “Lutyens lobby” or “Khan market gang”. Those at the lower rung embrace liberal image as a symbol  of  progressive personality while at the higher rung people hold on to liberalism as an entry permit to the  “Lobby of influencers”. NNMC holds that swearing by secularism is a prerequisite for being a Liberal. Secularism according to the Lutyens Lobby is trampling over Hindu prerogatives to uphold Muslim community privileges and this vitiated secularism in common parlance is labeled as ‘pseudo secularism’.

As far as politicians who occupy anti Modi space are concerned their existence in anti Modi mode is  warranted by their fundamental need to remain relevant in the political arena. As long as opposing  Modi makes them relevant, they continue to deride all his policies and refuse to concede any advantage to him in the political space. However when the time comes where in their own relevance of being in the opposite camp becomes pitiful, they sure know what to do. Since 2014 we have had one too many examples of this category of politicians, who have jumped from denounce Modi band wagon to defend Modi caravan. The most recent one is that of Maharaja Jyotiraditya  Scindia of Madhaya Pradesh congress, a staunch loyalists of Congress dynasty, joining Modi camp.

Contrasting the flexibility available to the Netas in the anti Modi vocation is the peculiar quandary the  NNMC are faced with. The NNMC has a more painful existence under Modi’s regime. Their life has been one of going through one misery after the other in a seemingly endless up surge of Modi’s popularity. It was not however Modi who disturbed their cocoons, it was the decaying congress party which had paved the way for the disenchanted public to welcome Modi with both the hands.

Their reaction to Modi emerging victorious has been one of blind aggressions towards him for his audacity to hand them this sad plight. They were so obsessed with vendetta that they would go to bed self evaluating as to did they do enough maligning of Modi for the day, and wake up the next day with new ideas of how to malign him. Sarcastic tweets mocking him and his policies, belittling all his new initiatives however innovative it might be, dolling out blog columns that would aim to put down his govt’s handling of various challenges would fully consume their day. Their aggression is meant to reassure themselves more that they are down but not out, than for others consumption.

They attacked his personality. They ridiculed his rustic social demeanor. They scoffed at his tendency to hug heads of states. They reviled his educational back ground and doubted the authenticity of his Educational degree. Law and order transgressions by anti socials were sized up to depict growing intolerance under his regime. They held him responsible for NPA mess in banking system which was in fact a legacy left behind by UPA. His novel ideas of using micro financing as a vehicle for self employment was mocked as “pakoda” economics.

The rock star like welcome from the hysterical crowd he received abroad caused the NNMC unbearable distress. So intense was their personal animosity with Modi and so desperate they were to put him on the mat that they were prepared to even settle for a situation that would prove calamitous to the country but could seriously dent  is popularity, than accept a situation where it proves beneficial to the nation but at the same time the due credit goes to him.

The setbacks in Hindi heartland assembly election, the much hyped about dissatisfaction among unemployed youth, the slowdown in economy all combined together they zealously hoped would unseat Modi in the next term. All their hopes were dashed. The victory for Modi was so resounding that even the invincible Mamata Didi of West Bengal was left jittery. NNMC in their tweets vented out their angst against the voter verdict by insinuating that the general mass that voted for Modi were uneducated and applauded Kerala, which rejected BJP, for living up to its stature as the leading literate state of India.

Rubbing salt on to their deep wounds was Modi’s soaring popularity in the wake of Ayodhya verdict,  Passage of triple Talaq Bill, Revocation of article 370 in Kashmir and Citizenship amendment acts. Such was his popularity that many surveys showed that if an election was to be held, Modi would have trounced everyone and none of the opposition parties would have mustered more than a single digit number of seats. Some consolatory events like BJP losing Delhi assembly election was doused in the accompanying gloom of congress getting routed again.

The NNMC kept hurtling Muslim Marginalization charge at Modi and tried to exploit the unfortunate communal riots of Delhi 2020 to defame him internationally. Many of them went hysterical with their venomous hate directed at him in the social media and print media. However, except for few foreign media mouthpieces under the influence of evangelist institutions, the international community cold shouldered their clamor to internationalize the issue.

Now the NNMC is back to square one and in a quandary. All their  brick bats have not only failed  to dent Modi’s image in any way but on the contrary has gone on to add few more meters to the pedestal on which he  is already positioned  unassailable. To add to their miseries  the  saddle  of MP Govt  slid away from congress back to the BJP. The “Corona Virus” in one stroke has dealt a severe blow to the world economy as a whole. They are very apprehensive that the economic woes of Modi govt would get camouflaged under the “Corona effect” and their most potent weapon against Modi would get blunted.

Modism (Modi’s leadership) has been an enigmatic phenomenon for the NNMC. Everytime they expected him to trip and fall into their trap he has surprised them with most unexpected conduct from him. They expected him to pursue a pro capitalist policies but he surprised his adversaries with more  pro poor oriented economic policies  than the  staunch socialists themselves. They surmised that he will be forced to compromise with powerful parallel economy lobby, but then he made them run helter-skelter with his demonetization measures. They took it for granted that the boiling pot of Kashmir can always be used to subdue him, but then he dared to nullify Kashmir as an issue anymore. They never imagined he would ever have media  support but then he surprised everyone by winning over some media outfits. Indian media establishment had never witnessed such a spectacle of Pro and anti Govt divergence.

When the corona virus was brow beating all nations including the rich and the powerful were gleefully  looking forward to Modi making a false move, given the economic woes the country was already saddled with. Yet again he surprised them by making a very bold move. His stature in the wake of dealing with the Pandemic soared so high that the world leaders keenly following his initiatives and invited him to lead the combined nations fight against the virus.

Modi has always surprised his detractors because they never bothered to spend time to understand him as a person and as a political leader. Perhaps like staunch atheists who avoid going to place of worship for the lurking fear that they may acquire faith in god, these Modi skeptics purposefully steered clear of efforts to know him better for the fear of becoming one of his bhakt and losing their carefully built rebellious liberal image. However their ignorance of his personality and background has in no way  stopped many of them from posing as experts and second guessing why Modi  did what he did.

Their biggest regret is that Modi never gives them a chance to get at his throat with their viciously loaded questions in an open press conference. The presstitutes feel let down as their power to make  the mighty feel uncomfortable and run them down has been robbed off them by Modi. That Modi has set in a new order in which he directly communicates with people through social media, radio, TV medium etc has caught them off guard. He asks his people to appear in their balconies to applaud and light candles and they do it for him in full earnestness much to the consternation of his detractors.

One may not have given much thought to the plight of NNMC but it must really be a very grueling existence for them. Hate is an emotion most intensely harmful than all other negative emotions. To live in a perpetual state of hate with a person can definitely have deleterious effects on one’s mental as well as physical health. It should not surprise us if many of them end up with some serious mental and physical disorder. How many of them would survive next term of Modi could be quite unsettling issue, especially given the prognosis of many world leaders, spiritual masters and famed astrologers that Modi is here to stay for long. This unfortunately for the hate Modi brigade is also corroborated by the stark reality of absence of any true leader in the offing in opposition camp.
