Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan

In mid-2020, Saif Ali Khan of Bollywood had announced that he would publish his autobiography by 2021. But it has not come out yet, even after two and a half years. In this context, a brief touch on his family information is made here, which many Indians may not know. All the information is available in public domain.

Saif Ali Khan is son of famous Indian cricketer Mansur Ali Khan Pataudi and Begum Ayesha Sultan (Bollywood actress Sharmila Tagore). Saif is a descendant of Nawab of Pataudi, a small princely state of British India (located in present day Haryana), with only 52 square miles area and 40 villages.

The princely state of Pataudi was established in 1804 by the British East India Company. Faiz Talab Khan, an Afghan mercenary from ethnic Pashtun of Sarbani tribe of Kandahar, was the first Nawab of Pataudi. He aided British East India Company in its battle to win against the Marathas in the Second Anglo-Maratha War and got the princely state of Pataudi as the reward. Nawab of Pataudi also actively helped British in our First War of Independence (1857).

However, Saif’s innate glamour and wealth are rooted in his paternal grand mother’s side in Bhopal. She was the younger daughter of Nawab of Bhopal. Bhopal was one of the big Muslim princely states of British India. Nawab of Bhopal was a staunch supporter of Indian Muslim League and wanted to make Bhopal a part of Pakistan. Nawab even sent his elder daughter to Karachi during partition and got her family settled there.

Nawab of Bhopal, after becoming unsuccessful to be a part of Pakistan, declared Bhopal as an independent state. Civil unrest grew-up for merger of Bhopal with India and many Hindu agitators were killed by Nawab’s police. Finally on 30th April 1949, Sardar Patel forced the Nawab to sign the accession treaty and Bhopal became a part of India. So Indian-ness of Saif Ali Khan has come from the failure of Bhopal to become a part of Pakistan or an independent state.

Pakistani ex-diplomat and ex-Foreign Secretary Shaharyar Khan and Pakistani ex-Major General Isfandiyar Ali Khan are first cousins of Saif’s father from his mother’s and father’s side respectively. While Shaharyar Khan is the son of elder sister of Mansur Ali Khan’s mother, Isfandiyar Ali Khan is the son of Mansur Ali Khan’s won paternal uncle Sher Ali Khan.

Sher Ali Khan was the younger brother of Mansur Ali Khan’s father. He was an officer in British Indian Army. Sher Ali Khan opted for Pakistan in 1947 and became a Major General in Pakistan Army. After retirement, Sher Ali Khan served as Pakistani diplomat and was also a federal minister in the cabinet of General Yahya Khan. So, Saif has a very deep connection with Pakistan.

It is said that Saif’s grandfather Iftikar Ali Khan Pataudi, after August 1947, did not migrate to Pakistan to pursue a cricket carrier in India. He was Captain of Indian Cricket Team that toured England in 1946 and even played Test Cricket for England in early 1930s. But, huge wealth of father-in-law in Bhopal, who did not have any son, also played an important role in his staying back in India.

Saif kept the name of his son from second wife Kareena Kapoor Khan ‘Timur’ to poke Indians. Timur the lame was a Turk Muslim, who invaded and devasted North India in AD 1398. Once in an interview when Saif Ali Khan was asked about ‘music’, he replied that the best music he heard was the verses of Quran recited by his paternal grandmother in Bhopal.

Though Saif Ali Khan’s mother is Bengali, his maternal grandmother was Assamese. I wonder if Saif had ever heard Assamese musical Bar-geet of 15-16 century Assamese polymath Shankar Dev from his maternal grandmother. Mamabari (in Bengali) or Nanihal (in Hindi/Urdu) holds a very dear place in the mind of every Indian. Let us see what Saif writes about his Nanihal in Kolkata in his autobiography.

The mother’s side of Saif Ali Khan links up with the Hindu reformist Brahmo Samaj of famous Tagore family of Bengal. But his father’s side joins him to the puritan and narrow Muslim Ahle Hadith Sect. Saif’s forefather came from Afghanistan and in his complex lineage, Saif has preferred to identify himself with Afghan Muslim identity (with a Pakistan connection) in his psychological framework. Saif is closer to his father’s Nanihal and not his own Nanihal.

Saif has nothing to be proud of India and so he stupidly said that there was no ‘India’ before British came. His semi-literacy and anti-India DNA failed to know that even the Greeks, as back as in 5th century BC, referred to India as Indoi. But the fundamentalist Muslim in Saif Ali Khan with Pakistan connection does not care about facts.

And the Islamist-Leftist Bollywood-Urduwood nautanki goes on.

Bring out Kshatra Dharma in politics

We always have been debating extensively over caste system with the presumption that it is passed on, on the basis of birth from a father to child. All our sources of knowledge prepares us for the same discussion pro or against. It kind of fits well with the Indian era of Socialist-Marxist ideology of oppressor versus victim narrative. That is the reason the idea of caste has been too politicised even post independence.

British might have had a bounty of proving a point among world leaders of those times, that whatever system existed before them colonising was worse than what they gave. But the failure of the Indian Socialists to accept the fact that we had gone through another set of invasions already suppressing the core value of this civilisation. Suppose if it wasn’t based on birth then the oppressor versus victim argument collapses instantly. Nobody talks about what it was before the start of these invasions.

Our civilisation survived and even flourished for thousands of years at least from the western reference of Harappa(>2800BC) till Chalukya(<1000AD). Combination of Socialism and Marxism which we idolise so much has lost its relevance within a century.

Now in the centre of socialist realm, The United States of America reached so low, their political discourse revolve around ‘there are 64 genders with 20 or so people each, who are being oppressed by people that didn’t even know they existed’. Its been actively propagated in academic, social and political discourse. It’s making people cancel anyone who doesn’t agree with dividing people and creating these newer group identities ultimately taking democracy into jeopardy.

Our civilisation pre invasions had to have something these ‘modern’ way of society lacked.

The caste system for instance is a Foreign term coined by British which is a third party point of view of our civilisation by the people who didn’t understand our language nor the manifestations of us and hasn’t seen us at the best before the first set of Turkish and Arab invasions carrying out mass destruction of our literature and culture. Closest terminology for it in Indian scriptures is Varna system. But it isn’t based on birth according to Baghavadgita.

According to this shloka the transfer of varna was not based on birth but a division in the society based on Guna(character trait based on amount of Satvika, Rajhasa & Thamasa behaviour ingrined in their characterand Karma(the occupation you do based on your Guna). It was a working model of society where based on your character trait you are being made useful in the process of betterment of the society and thus civilisation. It’s actually better than equal opportunity, it gives right opportunity. You will definitely cherish in a certain field which your character trait naturally reflects to.

Each varna had its own Dharma which refers to a set of rules that helps you perceive and attain the best outcome possible in your particular field. The broad division would be Brhmana, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra. Brahmana were the knowledge base or people working on academia. In current day scenario it would be, Research scholars and University Professors.

Kshatriya Consisted of Administrators and people responsible for security or military, in current day scenario it would be politicians. Vaishya handled wealth or the trade. In current day scenario merchants and Businessmen. And lastly shudras that were skilled employees in all the fields employed by the rest three and agriculturists. In current day scenario, it ranges from college educated professionals working in software companies to menial labourers working in fields. What makes it better is its exclusivity. A Brahmana couldn’t have weapons, wealth or agriculture. A Kshatriya couldn’t have wealth, agriculture or interfere in academia and so on.

It comes down to our current topic of discussion. The exclusivity of politicians to only do politics and not indulge in personal wealth building and interfering with the academia. Unfortunately the Socialist and Marxists for the past century actively indulged in personal wealth creation which resulted in the greed for power. The greed for power certainly resulted in interfering with the academia to portray their form of governance as the best one to keep on obtaining the benefits of POWER.

If the current dispensation which is supposedly the conservative right wing government, indulgence of Kshatra Dharma should be the basic requirement of a Hindutva Politician. Our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi adheres to this ideology by proclaiming himself as Pradhan Sevak who is in his position to perform his duties as Administrator and someone who is responsible for National security and not hoard it as a position of Power to create personal wealth and fame.

This has to be the prerequisite for any politician who claims to be a Hindutva ideologue. The ethical grounds they follow should resonate the kshatra dharma. If it is followed by every politician from Prime Minister to the grass root level MLAs and MPs India would definitely go back to its lost glory.

The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh(RSS) which provides the cadre base for the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) strives for the same outcome as written as the conclusion of their Prayer.

Translation: May intense and everlasting devotion to our Dharma ever enthuse our hearts. May our victorious organised action, by Thy Grace, be wholly capable of protecting our dharma and leading this nation of ours to the highest pinnacle of glory.

It’s the responsibility of the BJP workers to remember the above prayer and realise why they are there. If BJP is after all what they claim to be cadre based party, its the responsibility of the cadre to chose their MLA, MP candidate based on his Samskara(practices in his personal lifeand how well they are in performing and adhering to their Kshatra Dharma and not resort to choosing leaders based on caste, wealth or dynasty.

Soros, Jairam Ramesh and his ‘Nehruvian Legacy’- Part-1

0

When rabid anti-Hindu/anti-India George Soros made the big mistake of gloating over how his hidden hand is inside Congress glove about Adani issue all along and how all of it is ultimately along the familiar lines called ‘Regime Change Ops’, it put Congress in a bind.

To get out of a soup about proof of their collusion with anti-national forces (by the way, no-one from LeLis can play victim card anymore since Open Society Foundation’s VP walked side-by-side prince-pappu on his ‘Bharat Todo yatra’, incited anti-Hindu CAA riots and leftist/khalistani capital siege of Delhi for a whole goddamn year… because George Soros, unlike most traitorous anti-India LeLis and Islamists, wears his ‘anti-nationalism’ on his sleeves.

And very proudly so. In fact, he’s the epitome of anti-nationalism across the globe. So much so that he’s willing to bet 1 billion dollars to poison youngsters mind against their national identities.), Jairam Ramesh put out a hastily composed tweet saying:

Many media outlets are hell-bent on portraying it as some sort of rare moment when BJP and congress are on the same page.

But I’m telling you: This was a weird statement to make.

If congress wanted to slam foreign players interfering in our domestic politics, the best legacy it has to rely on, is not Nehru but his daughter, Indira Gandhi. Her constant ‘foreign hand’ invocations to keep voters on their toes is so well-famous that Barkha Dutt, famed for Neera Radia tapes and the tales of giving away Indian soldiers’ movements to Pakistan during Kargil War, even she had to come out and say that BJP sticking it to BBC is like history coming full circle.

Infact, it was under Indira Gandhi government, when the bane of foreign NGOs called “FCRA laws” were 1st enacted.

And if its argued that perhaps it’d not be very wise to mention “Indira Gandhi”, “Determining election outcomes” and “Democratic Revival” in the same sentence given the events of 1975-77, it becomes weirder still – because what does anybody’s legacy has to do with “determining election outcomes” fairly?

Why did Jairam Ramesh had to invoke “Nehruvian Legacy” to assert independence of election outcomes in India when it comes to foreign NGOs from LeLi and Abrahmic disposition?

And it’s not about he and his ilk suddenly beginning to respect Indian institutions like Supreme Court or Election Commission either. Because their dynasty prince and other snakes slithering beside him have long fanned the baseless conspiracy theories that all of it’s been captured by RSS. When even ‘EVM-hack’ is still fashionable for election-denial in India, how can you ask prominent khangressis to trust in anything except Sharia judgements perhaps. (by the way, no-one from anti-Hindu LeLi west has ever, ever hauled the Indian opposition over coals for their extremely dangerous constant election-denial conspiracy theories like they did to Republicans after 2020 in USA. That tells you all you need to know about their commitment to ‘shared democratic values across the world.’)

So it’s not about that.

In reality, it’s about what BJP people call ‘Not a Sanyog but a Prayog’. (Not a ‘Coincidence’ but ‘Deliberate Causality’)

So what is this so called “Nehruvian Legacy”, when it comes to behemoth western NGOs’ shady operations in India targeting government functions and functionaries?

It’s inviting them to do whatever the hell they want with India and Hindus, without any govt. oversight or checks-and-balances.

Why do I say this?

Because it was chachajaan Nehru, who had ‘invited’ Ford Foundation to India in 1952. And gave them a free run to subvert Indian democracy even after Indira introduced FCRA laws in 1973.

They openly corrupted Indian government officials using ‘grants’ and ‘scholarships’.

An article from The New Indian Express details here, how, Ford Foundation and Rockfeller Foundation had deeply infiltrated Indian government from top to bottom.

Chachajaan Nehru lied – let me repeat lied to Indian public that he’d not given approval for any such anti-national activities by American Deep State NGOs but was left red-faced when a note was shown to him, proving the exact opposite.

Another detailed look at khangress favorite Ford Foundation’s shady activities can be found here, by the ever vigilant The Hawk Eye.

So what kind of treacherous snake is Ford Foundation?

The kind that provides large, vicious fangs to the hatemongers like Teesta Setalvad who wanted to poison our current PM to death.

It was 2015, when Ford Foundation’s nefarious activities 1st caught the public eye, when it was forced out of shadows under amended FCRA laws, led by its staunch refusal to comply with Indian laws, based on that memorandum of agreement signed all the way back in 1952.

Source: The Wak Eye Twitter

(by the way, this is why it’s absolutely necessary to know right now what was in the MoU signed by Chinese Communist Party and Con-gress back in 2008)

It was also then, when it became news that Teesta Setalvad was given 3,00,000 dollars back in 2004-06, for alleged ‘civil society work’, in contravention of FCRA laws. (and we all know how that old hag loves to lead a luxurious life, at the literal expense of donation money intended for riot victims, don’t we?).

Indian government though, under a new nationalist disposition, dug its heels and Ford Foundation was put under the watch list of FCRA.

Which meant, Ford Foundation ultimately had to shed its veneer of ‘independence’ and call in the favors from American Deep State and its highest echelons who were their real masters all along.

How, we’ll see in next part.

Why we should debate on Hindu scripture

0

We should definitely debate on Hindu scriptures. Why not? According to me, we are debating on them very late, we should have done it way before, like immediately after we got independence. Why didn’t we start a debate on them before?

Though, these days I am observing that we are not debating over them, we are just screaming. Certain group of people, who are at the left side of the political spectrum saying that Hinduism is nothing but a tyranny of Brahmins over Dalits, while using the lines from our scriptures, whether that line is relevant to their argument or not, is a different debate.

And the people on the right side are defending Hinduism. Now who belongs to the “right” side is something which we’ll never know as this debate is not happening for to get a conclusion, it’s happening just for the sake of setting a narrative for 2024 general elections. Which is definitely not the reason I think, for to debate over them.

We, as a country, or may be as a geographical land trapped between Himalayas and Indian ocean, I am not saying a country, because it depends on a political situation which changes every 500 years or so. There are literally 4-5 countries, on a land where there was once a one superpower called as BHARAT. So, we have a documented history of 5000 years and lakhs of year in undocumented form, which we called as “mythology”.

Now if the mythology is our actual history or not, is again a subject of different debate. For now, let’s stick to the topic. We have a at least 5000 years old documented history, we have monuments-built thousands of years ago which are so fine in their architecture, that today, many consider that alien might have built them as humans cannot attain such amount of perfection.

We have ancient textbooks, written by sages thousands of years ago, stating the scientific principle and concepts, way before the west discovered or invented them. For instance, there is a book, written by Sage Agastya, called as Agastya Samhita, which describes the making and functioning of an electric cell, resembling the modern-day battery.

There is clear description which goes like:

Which means: Place a well-cleaned copper plane in an earthenware vessel. Cover it first by copper sulphate and then by a moist sawdust. After that, put a mercury-amalgamated zinc sheet on the top of the sawdust to avoid polarization. This contact will produce an energy known by the twin’s name of Mitra-Varun. Water will be split, which flow this current into Prana Vayu and Udanvayu A chain of one hundred jars is said to a very effective force.

Not only this, it further states:

Anen Jalbhangosti Prano Daneshu
Vayushu
Evam Shatanam
Kumbhanamsanyogkaryakritsmritah.

Meaning: if we use the power of 100 earthen pots on water, then water will change its form into life-giving oxygen and floating hydrogen.

Vayubandhakvastren Nibaddho
Yanmastake
Udanah Swalaghutve
Bibhartyakashayanakam.

Meaning: If hydrogen is contained in an air tight cloth, it can be used in aerodynamics, i.e., it will fly in air. (Today’s Hydrogen Balloon)

And this is just one of the examples from one of book out of countless no. of books.

Forget about the books by sages, let’s consider a song or prayer of Hanuman ji, written by not some kind of scientist guy, but by simple poet, Tulsidas, who lived in 16th century, around 100 years before the astronomer Christiaan Huygens, the one who calculated distance from earth and sun.

Tulsidas wrote the “Yug Sahasra Yojana Par Bhanu, Leelyo taahi Madhura Phal jaanu” which means hanuman has travelled yug X Sahasra X yojan, which is 12000 X 1000 yojans, equals to 96 million miles, and if we convert it to kilometers, it will be 153.6 million kms. Which is very close to modern calculations. So Tulsidas wrote that Hanuman travelled this much distance to meet “Bhanu” means Sun, thinking of it as a sweet fruit.

These are just few examples which I would like to state, and ask people to start debate about this.

How Sage Agastya, described the development and functioning of an electric cell with such simplicity in the era, in which we were told that light and electricity was not invented. For us in history, Light bulb was invented just few hundred years ago, does it mean the History we were told was wrong? How Tulsidas who was just a simple poet, stated the exact distance between the earth and the sun.

How, the Bhagwat Geeta, is so relevant in today’s times as well, that it can literally answer your every problem. If Aryabhata invented Zero in modern era, how could we have calculated the time and days in Hindu calendar, which is so accurate even for outer space phenomena, like solar and lunar eclipse?

These are things which should be discussed in schools, in colleges, in great scientific labs. Because our scriptures are very different in terms of the content they contain from the holy books of other religions. They are not the code of conduct, they never stated that one should practice this to be a great Hindu, our scriptures are more of a science textbook. Not just science, but textbooks containing knowledge. Some books contain thesis on music, some on dance, some on complex procedures like surgery and some simply based on moral science.

If we study these book for the purpose to extract some knowledge which we can imply on the modern day scientific inventions or even just for day to day life for that matter, I’m sure these books have so much to offer.

But if one is busy pointing out tyranny of one caste over the other, which is not even true, and the sole purpose to hurt the religious sentiments of the majority of the country, is to set a narrative for political benefits, then we can’t expect anything out of them.

To conclude, I would like to say something which I learnt from my Santana Dharma, Dharma which does not claim that it’s the best, religion which is not hungry for political power and rulership, Religion which can and actually did drank the whole ocean of poison just so that the rest of world could get elixir of life, we did donated our own bones so that world could get a weapon to win against demons, that great religion, I am saying “great religion” without demeaning others.

So my Great religion always taught me that, hurting someone won’t bring happiness in your life. And I would like to say this to the people who are so blinded by the hunger to regain their long-lost power, that they are constantly hurting the majority of the country, which in fact, will become the reason why they are not coming back to power in near future.

And in the last, I would like to acknowledge the fact that I love my life and would like to live hundred years for my country, and that’s why will not comment any thing on the sacred books of other religions, as we all witnessed what happened to Nupur Sharma, when she stated the exact lines from the one and only book of Major minority of the country.

It’s very easy to make false statements by twisting the facts but its indeed a very difficult thing to digest the truth about one’s own past. So, if they want to debate on who did wrong deeds in the past, they better hide their own hands covered in blood, or as Bollywood like to say “jinke ghar sheeshon k hon, wo dusre k gharon pe pathar nai maara karte” but poor thing that the only thing they have learned out of industrialisation is to throw stone

We have a turkish proverb: “Dost kara gunde belli ollur”

(A friend in need is a friend indeed) Thank you Very much.

१:- भारत के विकास के मार्ग पर पग पग पर कांटे बिछाए;
२:- कश्मीर के मुद्दे पर वो हमेशा पाकिस्तान का साथ देता रहा और भारत के विरुद्ध ज़हर उगलता रहा;
३:- अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर वो सदैव भारत में मुसलमानो के मानवाधिकार के हनन का झूठा मुद्दा उठाता रहा;
४:- भारत के संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघ के सुरक्षा परिषद का स्थायी सदस्य बनाये जाने का सदैव विरोध करता रहा;
५:- उसने इस्लामिक दुनिया का खलीफा बनने के चक्कर में हमेशा भारत को बदनाम करता रहा और षड्यंत्र रचता रहा;
६:- उसने सदैव भारत के विरुद्ध चिन और पाकिस्तान का ना केवल समर्थन किया अपितु उनका साथ बढ़ चढ़ कर देता रहा;
७:- यंहा तक कि उसने भारत के गेंहू तथा अन्य अनाज को घटिया गुण वाला साबित कर उसका बाजार बिगाड़ने कि कोशिश की;

१:- जबकि ७००० से अधिक कि संख्या में नागरिकों कि मौत हो चुकी है;
२:- जबकि ६००० से ज्यादा बिल्डिंग धाराशाई हो चुके हैं;
३:- जबकि १० से अधिक शहर अपनी बर्बादी पर विश्वास ना कर पा रहे हैं;
४:- जबकि वंहा बिजली, जल और स्वास्थ्य कि व्यवस्था पूर्णतया ध्वस्त हो चुकी है;

Why Understanding Artificial Intelligence is Crucial for Building the Future

0

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the world we live in, and its impact on our daily lives is becoming more profound with each passing day. From Siri and Alexa to self-driving cars, AI is changing the way we live and work in ways we never could have imagined just a few years ago. As AI continues to evolve and expand, it’s becoming increasingly important for people to understand the technology and its implications.

“Artificial Intelligence has the potential to be the most important technological revolution of our time.” This quote from renowned AI researcher and entrepreneur Kai-Fu Lee encapsulates the immense impact that AI will have on our lives and our world in the coming years. As AI continues to advance and permeate every aspect of our lives, it’s becoming increasingly important for us to understand the technology and its implications.

One of the key areas where AI is likely to have a significant impact in India is in the field of healthcare. With a rapidly growing population and a shortage of trained healthcare professionals, India is facing significant challenges in providing quality healthcare to its citizens. AI has the potential to help address these challenges by enabling healthcare providers to access and analyze large amounts of data in real-time, leading to more accurate diagnoses and treatments.

In his landmark book “The Tipping Point,” Malcolm Gladwell famously argues that small changes can have a big impact. The same could be said of AI. Although it may seem like a small and niche technology, its impact will be felt across every industry and every aspect of our lives. AI has the potential to revolutionize how we work and live, from automating tedious and repetitive tasks to improving healthcare and solving complex problems.

However, with this potential for revolution also comes potential for disruption. As AI becomes increasingly capable and ubiquitous, it raises important ethical and social questions about its use and impact. For example, will AI lead to widespread job loss as machines take over human tasks? Will it exacerbate existing inequalities and reinforce existing biases?

To understand the potential of AI and to mitigate its negative impacts, it’s crucial for us to be informed and educated about the technology. This requires a deep understanding of AI, its capabilities and limitations, and its implications for our lives and our world.

AI has the potential to significantly impact the job market in India. As automation and AI technologies become more widespread, many low-skilled jobs are likely to be automated, leading to job loss for some workers. At the same time, however, the demand for skilled workers in areas such as data science, machine learning, and AI engineering is likely to increase, providing new opportunities for workers with the right skills.

“AI is not a thing in and of itself, but a tool that can be used for good or ill,” says AI researcher Kate Crawford. “To build a future that maximizes the benefits of AI while minimizing its risks, we need to understand the technology and its implications, and be proactive in shaping its development.”

One of the key reasons why understanding AI is crucial to building anything in the future is because AI has the potential to revolutionize virtually every industry. From healthcare to finance to manufacturing, AI has the potential to dramatically improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy in a wide range of fields. However, this potential can only be realized if people have a deep understanding of the technology and its capabilities.

Gender-based violence

0

Recently several cases are sensationalized by the media where women in live-in relationships have been subjected to gruesome violence and are brutally murdered and many were also of women getting married against the wishes of parents but does this justify that crime against women were just because women made her own choices?

But what about the perpetrator and its inhuman behavior because as people say that western influence of live-in trend and Bollywood based content consumed by people encourages them to follow the trend but if we look towards data, it says that when there was no western influence no bollywood or soft porn the gender-based violence was in fact at peak and more gruesome though I won’t deny that the content served to us via social media is like holy water and influence of western ideology has no role in it. Let’s first discuss what is gender-based violence and deep dive in causes, types and data-

Gender based violence refers to acts directed at an individual based on their gender, the abuse of power and harmful norms. Gender based violence is a serious violation of human rights and a life-threatening health and protection issue. It is estimated that one in every three women about (736 million) experience sexual or physical violence in their lifetime and also around 52.4% men were subject to gender-based violence. Talking about transgenders, roughly 96% transgenders have encountered to violence either verbally, physically or sexually.

This gender-based violence is mostly seen against women and girls across the world. The numbers are staggering 35% of women have experienced either physical or sexual intimate partner violence or non-partner violence. Globally 7% of women have been sexually assaulted by someone other than partner. 200 million women have experienced female genital mutilation. One characteristic of gender-based violence is that it knows it has no social, economic & geographical boundaries and affects women and girls of all socio-economic backgrounds.

Types of gender-based violence –

Physical: It results in injuries, distress and health problems. Typical forms of physical violence are beating, strangling, pushing and the use of weapons.

Sexual: It includes sexual acts, attempts to obtain a sexual pleasure, acts of traffic, or acts otherwise directed against a person’s sexuality without person’s consent.

Psychological/Emotional: Includes psychologically abusive behavior, such as controlling, economic violence and blackmail. Such acts leave a dark scar on the personality of a person which degrades his/her life.

Harassment: Includes women Trafficking which often leads to forced labour, prostitution, Online abuse which makes women subject to cyber stalking, trolling, slut-shaming, online rape threats.

Socially based officials: Even today many times it happens when women seek help, they are treated with hostility or negligent or discriminatory fashion by officials in charge of supporting them which makes the crime more gruesome, and justice is denied.

Climate change/disasters: Yes, you heard it right. Climate change also has an effect on gender-based violence. According to studies by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) many young girls are sold off or married against their will to survive after climate disasters such as drought or floods. African countries have the highest number of such practices & the most recent examples are Afghanistan & Pakistan where to survive from poverty & to generate income women/ girls were sold off.

Genital Mutilation: It is the symbol of orthodox mindset where people perform cutting or removal of some or all of the genital parts of a person and consider it as a ritual. It violates their bodies and often damages their sexuality, mental health, wellbeing and participation in the community. In 2021 alone, there were 4.16 million girls around the world, who were at the risk of undergoing female genital mutilation.

The National Commission for Women sounded an alarm in early April that the cases of domestic violence had spiked in just the first week of the covid-19 lockdown. This confirmed that there was an alarming increase in domestic violence against the women in India. According to   the data there was a 30 % rise in complaints of crime against women in 2021 i.e., 31000 as compared to 24000 in 2020 these are just registered ones. When pandemic hit, whole societies took cover with zero social protection in place, triggering a humanitarian crisis equal to the impact of covid-19.

While we have been focused on domestic violence, as in every other crisis, we could anticipate a rise in other kinds of violence too. Most rapes are perpetrated by people known to victim; now lock them together in a small joint family home and imagine the terror. Lockdown made access to reproductive healthcare, including abortion very difficult. The tedium of lockdown is the new context of Marital Rape, with frustration over income uncertainty proffered as justification.

Section 375 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) consider the forced sex in marriage as a crime only when the wife is below the age of 15 years. thus, marital rape is not a criminal offence under the IPC. Marital Rape victims have to take recourse to the protection of women from domestic violence act 2005. Marital Rape is the act of sexual intercourse with one’s spouse without the spouse’s consent. India is one of only 36 countries where this intimate assault is a perfectly legal crime. Citing an example, Rajesh Gulati, a software engineer, murdered Anupama, a mother of four-year-old twins, and then, sawed her body into 70 pieces and froze them, before dumping them over several days. Anupama was charging him for having an extra-marital affair.

He was convicted in 2017 and sentenced for life imprisonment with a fine of Rs 15 lakhs though he was released on bail in 2022. So where is the justice? Should we say now Every sinner has future? Looks quite similar to recent cases of Shraddha walker and Nikki Yadav but these are just reported cases, when shraddha walker was murdered after that there were around 12-15 exact similar cases happened in the country in a month and now the most recent is of Nikki Yadav but only few were covered by media and many such cases went unreported.

Talking about men

For decades or centuries, all around the world gender roles have trapped men inside the falsehood of machismo & men were not given space to speak out their pain; they were caged with thoughts of “Mard ko dard nahi hota”. Everyone assumes men don’t have any real problems, they don’t feel alone, afraid or are emotionally broken but indeed they too are as women are. It’s just that they can’t ask for help or speak about it due to fear of being judged or may become the cause of laughter. Men feel the pressure to constantly perform & prove themselves at every stage of their life and thus to achieve gender equality & harmony among gender it is important to talk to men too.

Besides women, men also experience gender-based violence in India. Most women experience violence so there is a stereotypical assumption among people that domestic violence is gender-specific which is not correct. India is a patriarchal or male-dominated society, so it is often hard to believe that even males can be victims of domestic violence. Data suggests, 52.4% of males experience gender-based violence in India. 51.5% of males have experienced some sort of torture or violence at the hands of their wives or their intimate partners in their lifetime.

10.5% of males have experienced gender-based violence at the hands of their wives or intimate partners in the last 12 months. The most common spousal or domestic violence against men is emotional and physical is the second most common domestic violence against men. Listening & understanding both sides will help in reducing violence among men, against women and against self so without involving them it’s an incomplete approach.

Against Transgenders, surprisingly I was not able to get apt surveys & data of violence against them and the reason of not having exact data is that they don’t report to police station because of gender, their identity and shame.

Just citing one example of one case where a transgender was gang-raped by her landlord multiple times for 3 months initially she hesitated to report to police but later she went to report and when she tried to file a report of rape the policemen laughed at her, did name calling and body shamed her and out of shame when she decided to leave and suddenly a policeman offered to visit landlord’s house and meet the landlord but unfortunately she was actually raped by the police officer and threatened her not to visit police station again and keep mum.

It is no hidden fact that they are not being abused but justice was always denied to them but now things are evolving and many human rights groups as well as lawyers a have extended support to them.

What are ways to overcome this

First thing we all can do is to spread awareness among people through various means and the most effective one would be education to children and parents, It is utmost need to give value education in schools itself also the parents should be made aware that in whichever way they behave at home either be verbally or physically abusive to their spouse the kids are going to learn the same or traumatized with such environment.

Many institutions are working to stop and minimize gender-based violence like the World Bank, United Nations but they all are at international level. There is a need for local based forums and organizations who can work at ground level and help the victims and survivors at personal level by providing them financial aid, legal aid & psychological support.

We do have strict laws, but execution and conviction rate are very much low at ground level and most people don’t even know about the legal aid or protection available to them. Also, the soft porn and cringe content that is being served everyday through movies, series or reels needs to be regulated at urgent basis because the penetration of it is directly to Gen Z this just pollutes the minds.

It also important to acknowledge that judicial reforms are must, but it is only one aspect. To tackle this decades old issue a multi-pronged approach is needed. To grow as civilized society multiple efforts with contribution of all individuals will only help in eradicating this problem thus to protect every human from any kind of violence should be our national duty & priority. Lastly the data represented above are not just mere numbers but average of actual Human being that have faced gender-based violence, its gruesome.

Book review- Snakes in the Ganga: Breaking India 2.0

Once in a generation, a book comes along that has the possibility of changing the course of a civilization. Snakes in the Ganga is one such book. India is reeling under pressure from persistent attacks on its ancient culture and civilization. These attacks are well coordinated, funded, and orchestrated from international locations and use Indians to exploit lines in India. This book highlights While this level of inconspicuous threats is dangerous for any country, it creates perhaps the greatest threat to a country like India which comprises a significant diversity of identities and hence the greatest scope for social disruption.

Rajiv Malhotra is one of the civilizational studies intellectuals I personally find very provocative and profound. This treatise on the break India forces is one of the most expert-driven analyses of how the ecosystem of break India works.

These negative forces are infiltrating India’s institutions and polluting them with toxins. Snakes in the Ganga provides a balanced view and connects the dots between how Marxism is being reformulated and repackaged into ideological systems like Critical Race Theory or wokeism and explains how this narrative is used to myopically examine caste, Muslim grievances, gender, and LGBTQ issues.

The book also explains the new academic frameworks and discourse being developed in places like Harvard University that have sinister intentions toward India. It will convince readers to confront their colonized conditioning as colonization has taken a different shade in today’s modern world with open adulation of everything American,the good,the bad, and the ugly. Therefore it’s no surprise that their social movements get mirrored in India irrespective of whether they are relevant or not. The role of Ivy League Universities like Harvard and how they capitalize on this and come up with theories to paint India as the origin of all social and political problems of the west.

The Paramount objective of snakes in the Ganga is to promote and propagate the interests of real India and that to direct our attention to all the forces conspiring against the national sovereignty and prosperity of our great nation. In this book, he has not only questioned Indians about the forces inimical to India’s interest but has exposed the strength and spread of these networks and their capacity to influence.

This book calls on the initiative that India’s grand narrative has to be built on sound foundations with honest research, genuine love for the nation, and a deep and comprehensive sense of the ethos of our ancient civilization. I promise you that skimming through the pages of this path-breaking book oozing with decades worth of research will be like opening throwing the window and letting the light of knowledge and awareness penetrate through the minds of our nation‘s people and awaken them from their colonial stupor so that make use proactive methods to combat the break India force.

मित्रों जैसा की आपने स्पष्ट रूप से देखा की Indra Sarma vs V.K.V.Sarma (2013) 15 SCC 755 (on 26 November, 2013 CRIMINAL APPEAL NO. 2009 OF 2013 (@ SPECIAL LEAVE PETITION (CRL.)

३:- ये रिलेशनशिप समाज में उजागर नहीं करना पड़ता, आप समाज में घोषणा किये बिना एक साथ कई पार्टनर के साथ लिव इन रिलेशनशिप बना सकते हैं, यह आपके काबिलियत पर निर्भर करता है;

४:- इसमें यदि नर निकम्मा अर्थात बिना रोजगार या नौकरी का है तब भी वो अपने मादा पार्टनर के भावनाओ के साथ जुड़कर जब तक चाहे उसके कमाए पैसो पर अपना जीवन गुजर सकता है;

५ :- इस प्रकार के लिव-इन रिलेशनशिप में यदि मादा गर्भवती हो जाती है, तो भी वो उस बच्चे को नर का धर्मज पुत्र या पुत्री साबित नहीं कर सकती जब तक की वो सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के द्वारा स्थापित मापदंडो का पालन नहीं कर लेती;

१:- व्यभिचार को बढ़ावा देता है;

२:- व्यभिचार से दुराचार फैलता है और समाज दूषित होने लगता है;

३:- मादाये (स्त्रियां) अक्सर लिव इन रिलेशनशिप के असफल हो जाने पर मानसिक अवसाद (Depression) का शिकार हो जाती हैं और आत्महत्या जैसा कदम उठा लेती हैं;

४:- समाज इस प्रकार के रिलेशन को स्वीकार नहीं करता;
