भगत सिंह कम्युनिस्ट नहीं थे

मित्रों जैसा कि आप जानते हैँ कि हमारे एक, जन्म से सनातनी पर कर्म से वामपंथी मित्र हैँ, जो सनातन धर्म की आलोचना करने का कोई भी मौका नहीं छोड़ते। आज उन्होंने भगत सिंह पर वामपंथियों के पुराने मिथ्या प्रवंचना और अनर्गल प्रलाप को दोहराते हुए मुझसे चर्चा और परिचर्चा करने के लिए आ गये।

हमारे वामपंथी मित्र ने छूटते हि कहना शुरु किया कि “देखो भगत सिंह जैसे क्रांतिकारी मार्क्स और लेनिन को पढ़कर नास्तिक हो गये थे और वो  कम्युनिस्ट बन गये थे। यदी तुम्हारे सनातन धर्म में जान होती तो भगत सिंह जैसा देशभक्त कम्युनिस्ट नही बनता।

मित्रों हमने अपने मित्र की बाते ध्यान से सुनी और उनसे प्रश्न किया कि, हे वामपंथी मित्र हमें बताये कि “भगत सिंह कम्युनिस्ट थे” ये बात तुम्हे किसने बताई?

वामपंथी मित्र ने तुरंत उत्तर देते हुए बताया कि अरे हमारे वामपंथी नेताओं ने बताई और यही नहीं भगत सिंह ने स्वयं एक किताब “मै नास्तिक क्यों बना” लिखकर ये बात बताई और तो और फांसी वाले दिन तक वो “लेनिन” को पढ़ रहे थे। हमने हमारे वामपंथी मित्र से पुन: प्रश्न किया हे मित्र आप बताएं कि क्या हर नास्तिक वामपंथी होता है? वामपंथी ने उत्तर देते हुए कहा नहीं यह आवश्यक नहीं कि हर नास्तिक वामपंथी हो जाये।

हमने हमारे वामपंथी मित्र को अब बलिदानियों के बलिदानी और सर्वोत्तम देशभक्तों में से एक भगत सिंह के बारे में वामपंथियों के एक एक झूठ को परत दर परत खोलना शुरु किया।

भगत सिंह ने पहली बार बन्दुक उठाई:-

ये सभी जानते हैँ कि भगत सिंह के राजनितिक गुरु ” स्व. लाला लाजपत राय” थे! लाला जी एक प्रखर हिंदूवादी नेता थे। लाला जी “हिन्दुमहासभा” के अध्यक्ष भी रह चुके थे और यह सर्वविदित है कि इसी “हिन्दु महासभा” को वामपंथी अपना सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन मानते थे और अब भी मानते हैँ और प्रत्येक क्षण इसकी आलोचना करते रहते हैँ।

मित्रों “पंजाब केसरी” के नाम से सुविख्यात लाला जी का जन्म पंजाब के मोगा जिले में दिनांक २८ जनवरी १८६५ को एक अग्रवाल परिवार में हुआ था। ये भारतीय राष्ट्रीय कांग्रेस के गरम दल के प्रमुख नेताओ में से एक थे। स्व. बाल गंगाधर तिलक और स्व. बिपिन चंद्र पाल के साथ लाला जी को “लाल-बाल-पाल” के नाम से जाना जाता था। इन्हीं तीनों नेताओं ने सबसे पहले भारत में पूर्ण स्वतन्त्रता की माँग की थी बाद में समूचा देश इनके साथ हो गया। लालाजी ने  स्वामी दयानन्द सरस्वती के साथ मिलकर आर्य समाज को पंजाब में लोकप्रिय बनाया। लाला हंसराज एवं कल्याण चन्द्र दीक्षित के साथ दयानन्द एंग्लो वैदिक विद्यालयों का प्रसार किया, लोग जिन्हें आजकल डीएवी स्कूल्स व कालेज के नाम से जानते है। 

लाला जी मुसलमानों को लेकर हमेशा संशय में रहते थे, जिसका उदाहरण खलीफत आंदोलन के पश्चात, स्व. चितरंजन दास को उनके द्वारा लिखी गयी चिट्ठी से मिलता है। इस चिट्ठी को प्रियवंद ने अपनी पुस्तक “भारत विभाजन कि अंत:कथा” में  सम्मिलित किया है जिसके अनुसार लाला जी ने  श्री चितरंजन दास को चिट्ठी लिखते हुए कहा ” मैने पिछले ६ महीनें मुस्लिम इतिहास और मुस्लिम मजहबी कानून पढ़ने में गुजारे हैँ। इसके बाद मै इस निष्कर्ष पर पहुंचा हुँ कि मुस्लिम नेताओं का धर्म उनकी राह में एक तरह का रूकावट डालता है।… क्या कोई मुस्लिम नेता कुरान के खिलाफ जा सकता है?… मुझे आशंका है कि अफगानिस्तान, मध्य एशिया, अरब और टर्की के हथियार बंद गिरोह हिंदुस्तान के ७ करोड़ मुसलमानों के साथ मिलकर मुश्किल हालात पैदा कर देंगे। मै मुस्लिम नेताओं पर विश्वास करने के लिए तैयार हुँ , लेकिन क्या ये लोग कुरान और हदीस के आदेशों का विरोध कर पाएंगे।”

तो हे वामपंथी मित्र तनिक बताओ कि क्या लाला जी के इन विचारों को भगत सिंह नहीं जानते थे। क्या वो नहीं जानते थे कि लाला जी प्रखर हिंदूवादी और आर्यसमाज को पसंद करने वाले व्यक्तित्व हैँ।

दिनांक ३० अक्टूबर १९२८ को इन्होंने लाहौर में “साइमन कमीशन” के विरुद्ध आयोजित एक विशाल प्रदर्शन का नेतृत्व किया, जिसके दौरान हुए बर्बर लाठी-चार्ज में ये बुरी तरह से घायल हो गये और उस समय इन्होंने कहा था: “मेरे शरीर पर पड़ी एक-एक लाठी ब्रिटिश सरकार के ताबूत में एक-एक कील का काम करेगी।” और वही हुआ भी,  लालाजी के बलिदान के २० वर्ष के भीतर ही ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य का सूर्य अस्त हो गया। उस बर्बर लाठी चार्ज से घायल “पंजाब केसरी” दिनांक १७ नवंबर १९२८ को स्वर्गवासी हो गये।

लाला जी की इस प्रकार निर्मम और सुनियोजित हत्या से सारा देश उत्तेजित हो उठा और अपने राजीनीतिक गुरु क यह् ह्श्र देख युवा भगत सिंह के हृदय में प्रतिशोध कि ज्वाला धधक उठी और उन्होंने अपने शुरवीर साथियों चंद्रशेखर आज़ाद,  राजगुरु, सुखदेव व अन्य क्रांतिकारियों के साथ मिलकर दिनांक १७ दिसम्बर १९२८ को ब्रिटिश पुलिस के अफ़सर “सांडर्स” को गोली से उड़ा दिया। इससे स्पष्ट है की एक प्रखर हिंदूवादी और आर्यसमाज प्रेमी परम देशभक्त लाला जी को अपना राजनितिक गुरु मानने वाले भगत सिंह वामपंथी तो हो हि नहीं सकते।

हमारे वामपंथी मित्र से रहा नहीं गया और वो चित्कार उठे और बोले सुनो सनातनी नास्तिकता सदैव वामपंथ से प्रभावित होती है और यादी ऐसा नहीं होता तो भगत सिंह स्वयं को नास्तिक कैसे कहते,  वो कम्युनिस्ट @ वामपंथ के प्रभाव से हि नास्तिक हुए।हमने वामपंथी मित्र से कहा, चलो आपका ये भरम भी हम दूर कर देते हैँ। अमर बलिदानी भगत सिंह ने अपने लेख “मै नास्तिक क्यों हुँ” में स्वयं बताया है, नो निम्न प्रकार है:-

“मेरे दादा, जिनके प्रभाव में मै बड़ा हुआ, एक रूढ़िवादी आर्यसमाजी हैँ। एक आर्यसमाजी और कुछ भी हो, परन्तु नास्तिक नहीं होता। अपनी प्राथमिक शिक्षा पुरी करने के बाद मैंने डीएवी स्कूल, लहौर में प्रवेश लिया और एक साल तक उसके छात्रावास में रहा। वंहा सुबह और शाम की प्रार्थना के आलावा मै घंटो गायत्री मंत्र का जाप करता था।उन दिनों मै पुरा भक्त था। बाद मे मैने अपने पिता के साथ रहना शुरु किया। उन्ही की शिक्षा से मुझे स्वतन्त्रता के ध्येय के लिए अपने जीवन को समर्पित करने की प्रेरणा मिली। किन्तु वे नास्तिक नहीं है। ईश्वर में उनका दृढ विश्वाश है। वे मुझे पूजा प्रार्थना के लिए प्रोत्साहित करते रहते थे। इस प्रकार से मेरा पालन पोषण हुआ।“

भगत सिंह आगे लिखते हुए बताते हैँ:-

“मेरा नास्तिकतवाद कोई हाल की उत्पत्ति नहीं है” मैने ईश्वर पर विश्वाश करना तब छोड़ दिया था, जब मै एक अप्रसिद्ध नौजवान था। कम से कम एक कालेज का विद्यार्थी तो ऐसे किसी अनुचित अहंकार को पाल पोस नहीं सकता, जो उसे नास्तिकता की ओर ले जाये।“

तो हे मेरे वामपंथी मित्र भगत सिंह की नास्तिकता पर वामपंथ या कम्युनिज्म का कोई प्रभाव नहीं था। आओ मै तुम्हें भगत सिंह के क्रांतिकारी गुरु सचिंद्र नाथ सान्याल के शब्दों में यथार्थ का परिचय कराता हुँ।

शचीन्द्रनाथ सान्याल, इनका जन्म दिनांक ३ अप्रैल १८९३ में उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी जिले में हुआ था। इनका स्वर्गवास दिनांक ७ फरवरी १९४२ को उत्तर प्रदेश के गोरखपुर जिले में हुआ। क्वींस कालेज (बनारस) में अपने अध्ययनकाल में उन्होंने काशी के प्रथम क्रांतिकारी दल का गठन वर्ष १९०८ में किया। वर्ष १९१३ में फ्रेंच बस्ती चंदननगर में सुविख्यात क्रांतिकारी रासबिहारी बोस से उनकी मुलाकात हुई। और फिर इन्होने इतिहास बना डाला।

भगत सिंह के क्रांतिकारी गुरु सचिंद्र नाथ सान्याल ने अपने एक लेख के द्वारा वामपंथियों के षड्यंत्र का खुलासा करते हुए बताया कि ” गदर पार्टी  के एक नेता संतोष सिंह को रूस बुलाया गया। वंहा से वे पैसा और साहित्य लेकर वापस लौटे। उन्होंने रूस से प्राप्त धन के सहारे पंजाब में किरती किसान पार्टी की स्थापना की। संतोष सिंह की तरफ से सरदार गुरूमुख सिंह ने भगत सिंह को क्रांतिकारी पार्टी से अलग करके अपने दल में लाने की भारी कोशिश की।गुरूमुख सिंह ने भगत सिंह को बहुत बार समझाया कि ” तुम बंगालियों के झांसे में मत पड़े, इनके चक्कर में पड़ोगे तो फांसी पर लटक जाओगे और कुछ भी काम नहीं कर पाओगे।” लेकिन बहुत बहकाने पर भी भगत सिंह ने हम लोगों का साथ नहीं छोड़ा। 

बाद में यही किरती ग्रुप भगत सिंह को अराजकतावादी और आतंकवादी कहता था। सोवियत संघ पोषित किरती पार्टी उन पर उठावलेपन और व्यक्तिगत दुस्साहस का आरोप लगाता था।

अभी तक के ज्ञान से वामपंथी मित्र के सिर से कम्युनिज्म का भूत अपने चरम पर पहुंच गया और वो लगभग चीखते हुए बोले , “तो क्या हमारे कम्युनिस्ट नेताओं ने जो दावा किया है, वो सब झूठ है?

हमने सोचा क्यों ना कुछ प्रमुख कम्युनिस्ट नेताओं के वक्तव्यों के द्वारा इस तथ्य को साबित कर दिया जाये। हमने कहा हे वामपंथी मित्र अब मै तुम्हे दो तत्कालीन बड़े कद के नेताओ का साक्ष्य देता हुँ:-

मित्रों कम्युनिस्टो की दुनिया में अजय कुमार घोष एक जाना माना नाम है। ये भगत सिंह के साथी थे। इनका जन्म पश्चिम बंगाल के वर्धमान जिले में दिनांक २० फरवरी १९०९ को हुआ था। ये “कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी ऑफ़ इंडिया” के वर्ष १९५१ से लेकर १९६५ तक राष्ट्रीय महासचिव रहे। इन्होने एक किताब लिखी “Bhagat Singh and his Comareds” और उसमें उन्होंने बताया कि, “ये कहना अतिश्योक्ति होगी कि भगत सिंह ने मार्कसवाद को स्वीकार कर लिया था। हमारी कम्युनिस्ट नेताओं से मुलाक़ाते होती थी, परन्तु जब हमने जाना कि कम्युनिस्ट व्यक्तिगत हथियारबंद प्रयासों को अपने आंदोलन के लिए हानिकारक समझते हैँ  तब हमने उनके साथ जाने का विचार छोड़ दिया। हम कम्युनिस्टो को क्रांतिकारी नहीं समझते थे। हमारी दृष्टि में क्रांति का अर्थ था सशस्त्र कार्यवाही।”

अब भगत सिंह का वो क्रांतिकारी साथी जो बाद में चलकर कम्युनिस्टो की प्रति का महासचिव बना, स्वयं इस तथ्य को स्वीकार कर रहा है कि उसने और भगत सिंह ने कम्युनिस्टो को अपना साथी नहीं बनाया क्योंकि उनकी दृष्टि में कम्युनिस्ट क्रांतिकारी नहीं थे।

मित्रों मैने सोचा की वामपंथ के झूठ को और उजागर किया जाये और इसीलिए मैने यंहा “भगत सिंह- एक ज्वलन्त इतिहास” नामक किताब को  संदर्भित किया है। इस किताब को डॉ हंसराज रहबर ने लिखा है।

डॉ हंसराज रहबर (1913-23 जुलाई 1994) हिन्दी और उर्दू के महत्त्वपूर्ण लेखक, कवि और आलोचक थे। इन्होने अपनी किताब “भगत सिंह- एक ज्वलन्त इतिहास” में स्पष्ट रूप से बताया कि “कम्युनिस्ट नेताओं ने यह झूठ फैलाया कि भगत सिंह और उनके साथी जेल में मार्कसवाद पढ़कर क्रांतिकारी बने और कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी में आ गये। कम्युनिस्ट नेताओं कि कठानी और करनी में जो अंतर था, भगत सिंह और उनके साथियों ने अच्छी तरह समझ लिया था। इसलिए वे कभी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी  में शामिल नहीं हुए। कम्युनिस्ट नेताओं ने भगत सिंह और उनके साथियों की ख्याति का लाभ अवश्य उठाया, पर अपनी जवानियाँ स्वतन्त्रता की बली बेदी पर धुपबत्ती की तरह जलाकर उन्होंने क्रांति का जो मार्ग प्रसष्त किया था, कम्युनिस्ट नेताओं में उन पर चलने का ना तो साहस था और ना बुद्धि थी। हुआ ये कि भगत सिंह के जो भी साथी जेलों से रिहा होकर  कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी में आये, उन्होंने भी क्रांति की भूमिका नहीं निभाई, बल्कि नमक के खान में आकर स्वयं भी नमक बन गये।”

मित्रों अब एक ऐसे व्यक्ति के विचारों से आपको अवगत कराता  हुँ, जिसके बारे में ये वामपंथी कुछ भी काला काला नहीं बोल सकते। यशपाल (३ दिसम्बर १९०३ – २६ दिसम्बर १९७६) हिन्दी साहित्य के प्रेमचंदोत्तर युगीन कथाकार हैं। ये विद्यार्थी जीवन से ही क्रांतिकारी आन्दोलन से जुड़े थे। इन्हें साहित्य एवं शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में भारत सरकार द्वारा सन् १९७० में पद्म भूषण से सम्मानित किया गया।

लाहौर आने पर यशपाल नेशनल कॉलेज में भगतसिंह, सुखदेव और भगवतीचरण बोहरा के संपर्क में आए। यशपाल जी ने अपनी पुस्तक “सिंहावलोकन” में लिखा है कि ” चंद्रशेखर आज़ाद और भगत सिंह आज जिंदा होते तो उनकी तत्काल प्रवृत्ति के अनुसार उनके लिए कांग्रेस में कोई स्थान नहीं होता। भगत और आज़ाद कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी से पूर्णतया सहमत हो जाते ये भी मै पूर्ण विश्वाश के साथ नहीं कह सकता। मै स्वयं भी समाजवादी लक्ष्य को मानने के बाद भी कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी में सम्मिलित नहीं हो सका।”

वामपंथी मित्र एक हारे हुए जुआरी की तरह खिझ कर बोले यदि ये सत्य है तो फिर वो लेनिन से इतने प्रभावित क्यों थे?

: हमने भी अब स्वयं भगत सिंह के द्वारा अदालत में  दिये गये बयान का उल्लेख करते हुए वामपंथी को बताया कि ९ जुन् १९२९ को अदालत में दिये गये अपने बयान में भगत सिंह ने कहा था “हिंसा भले हि नैतिक तौर पर अनुचित है पर जब ये सही उद्देश्य के लिए इस्तेमाल की जाये तो ये नैतिक रूप से उचित होती है। इसकी प्रेरणा हमें गुरु गोविंद सिंह, शिवाजी, कमाल पाशा, रिजा खान, वाशिंगटन, गारबाल्डी, लफेती और लेनिन से मिली है।”

ये बयान सिद्ध करता है कि भगत सिंह केवल लेनिन से नहीं अपितु गुरु गोविंद और  छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज जैसे भारतवर्ष के परमवीर सपूतों से अधिक प्रभावित थे। भगत सिंह, राजगुरु और सुखदेव अपने अंत समय में पंडित राम प्रसाद बिस्मिल द्वारा रचित देशभक्ति गीत “मेरा रंग दे बसंती चोला, माही रंग दे” पूरे हृदय से गा रहे थे। और ये बसंती रंग उसी भगवा से प्रेरणा लेता था, जिसके लिए महाराणा प्रताप, छत्रपति शिवाजी, गुरु गोविंद सिंह, रानी लक्ष्मी बाई और तात्या टोपे इत्यादि भारत माता के वीर सपुतो ने अपना सर्वश्य बलिदान कर दिया।

Enough is enough, time for GOI to review PIOs and OCIs

The contents of this article are extensively sourced on the ideas and knowledge base of two proud 90-year-old Hindus, one living in the west, the other in India with extensive travel experience within India and overseas.

I am pretty sure neither of them will mind me doing so.

We all know about the origin of the unambiguously dark side of this fanatical and terrorist movement (“Khalistan Menace” to be benign) which took off 40+ years back, in the Indian Punjab province that claimed the lives of thousands of Hindus there and, was eventually stalled by a legendary man like KPS Gill, during  Mr. S.S. Roy’s rule.

One can go on, analyzing endlessly about the types of zealots and the types of Sikhs who were easily radicalized and how. Let us touch on just one analysis. below:      

Re: the menace of KHALISTAN:

After 1971, when the erstwhile East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) was set apart from the then British created Pakistan, the Pakistani Government was fuming with anger & planning how to counter India by breaking it also by any means. One option they took, was to send their terrorists specially in Muslim majority Kashmir expecting full support of local Kashmiri MUSLIMS but found out that their then strategy was quite a slow process, So its next option of breaking India was raising the Khalistan Issue knowing well how sensitive it could be to SIKHS owing to their being  in the Minority and, owing to their love of Guru Granthi Sahib.

So, Pakistan started funding this Khalistan Movement, in a big way to which several thoughtless Sikhs fell into that trap, forgetting  the mass murder and gang rapes of thousands of Sikh women and girls by the fanatic Muslims. A number of greedy Sikhs and a few from “Sikhistan” was the term then changed to KHALISTAN because term “SIKHISTAN” used earlier by Master Tara Singh had already lost its verb. Thus, two parallel strategies emerged- one from India  and the other from Pakistan. One from Indian Side, was to break Baluchistan to which, has largely succeeded and the formation of a separate country Baluchistan could be on the horizon. 

To break up the Sikhs, who are mainly, the Warrior Class of India, as a whole, was being done through working on the disgruntled SIKHS settled overseas. But so far Pakistan has not been successful excepting this Khalistan movement has become more aggressive in extent, in Canada, Britain and to a certain extent in Germany. The demand for Khalistan became more visible or effective after the killings of Sikhs in Delhi by the Congress goons in late 1984, aided by the money power which Pakistan Is pouring in to take Sikhs on its side by supporting them in every which way in their demand for a separate Khalistan (Punjabi Hindus be damned). 

Their continual demand for a separate Khalistan which many thoughtless and greed driven Sikhs are due to falling  into the Pakistani trap. They keep raising their voice, totally oblivious to the history of genocide that befell on the MILLION PLUS Sikh men, women and children during the “Partition” days. Khalistan Sikhs are acting so brainlessly that they are demanding Khalistan out of India instead of Pakistan forgetting even the Damages to their Gurdwars in Pakistan & the forced conversion of the Sikh girls into Islam in Pakistan.

Since KHALISTANIS  in Canada  and the UK  earn billions of dollars each year, they are welcome by the many an India based Punjabi Sikhs and, subsequently, fall into a foreign driven unmeaningful Khalistan propaganda.  

More importantly, what needs to impressed on the Government of India, now?

In the prevailing circumstances, many of the holders of PIO and OCI appear to be engaged in nefarious activities against India and, colluding to demanding the creation of Khalistan.

  • Consequently, I am of the opinion that the Government of India should ask the card holders in foreign countries to reapply for these cards and new cards to be only issued to the deserving candidates. 
  • Furthermore, Indian High Commissions in Australia, Canada, UK and the Indian Embassies in USA should restrict processing of visas to India until further notifications. Foreign airlines should be disallowed to land at the airports in Amritsar until further notifications. 
  • (Although it is impossible to stop bus journeys to Punjab of all new arrivals from Delhi airport, but random inspections would have some deterrent effect.)
  • Foreign exchange control or some other similar “follow the money’ trail measurers can be imposed, especially, for restricting money transfers from Punjab to the four countries noted above.

Let us also, review the stipulations and the privileges of the PIOs and OCIs.

PIO/OCI CARD PERSON OF INDIAN ORIGIN (PIO) CARD: A Person of Indian Origin (PIO) means a foreign citizen (except a national of Pakistan, Afghanistan Bangladesh, China, Iran, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and Nepal) who at any time held an Indian passport Or who or either of their parents/ grand parents/ great grand parents was born and permanently resident in India as defined in Government of India Act, 1935 and other territories that became part of India thereafter provided neither was at any time a citizen of any of the aforesaid countries ( as referred above); Or Who is a spouse of a citizen of India or a PIO Benefits of a PIO card:-
(i) PIO card holders do not require a visa to visit India for a period of 15 years from the date of issue of the PIO card.
(ii) They are exempted from registration at FRRO/FRO if their stay does not exceeds 180 days, Incase if the stay exceeds 180 days, they shall have to register with FRRO/ FRO within the next 30 days.
(iii) They enjoy parity with NRIs in economic, financial and educational benefits like:- Acquisition, holding, transfer and disposal of immovable properties in India, except agricultural/ plantation properties Admission of children to educational institutions in India under general category quota for NRIs, including medical and engineering college, IITs, IIMs etc Availing Various housing schemes of LIC of India, State Government and Central Government agencies All future benefits that would be exempted to NRIs would also be available to the PIO card holders.

However, PIOs do not enjoy employment rights in Government of India services nor can they hold any constitutional office in the Government of India. They need prior permission for undertaking mountaineering, missionary activities, research work and to visit restricted areas in India. 

OVERSEAS CITIZEN OF INDIA (OCI) CARD: A foreign national, who was eligible to become citizen of India on 26.01.1950 or was a citizen of India on or at anytime after 26.01.1950 or belonged to a territory that became part of India after 15.08.1947 is eligible for registration as Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). Minor children of such person are also eligible for OCI. However, if the applicant had ever been a citizen of Pakistan or Bangladesh, he/she will not be eligible for OCI.

Benefits: OCIs are entitled to a multipurpose, multiple entry, lifelong visa allowing them to visit India at any time, for any length of time and for any purpose. They are exempted from police reporting for any length of stay in the country. They have also been granted all rights in the economic, financial and education fields in particular.

न्याय भारत के लिए बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। भारत एक बहुत विशाल देश है जिसमें अनेक धर्म और संस्कृतियां हैं। इसलिए न्याय एक महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दा है जिसे समाज की स्थिति, संघर्ष और समानता के साथ समझा जाता है। न्याय भारत की एक महत्वपूर्ण मूल्य है जो समाज की स्थिति को सुधारता है। न्याय के बिना समाज में असमंजस होता है। अन्याय के कारण लोगों में असुरक्षा का भाव होता है जो समाज की तनाव की स्थिति बनाता है। न्याय की उपस्थिति में समाज में संघर्ष कम होता है और समाज अधिक शांत और सकारात्मक होता है।

न्याय की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है अपराधियों को सजा देने में। भारत में अपराध बढ़ रहे हैं और इस समस्या को दूर करने के लिए न्याय का उपयोग किया जाना चाहिए। न्याय के माध्यम से समाज में अपराधियों को सजा मिलती है जिससे उन्हें अपनी गलतियों की जानकारी होती है और वे भविष्य मेंअपराधों से दूर रहने के लिए लोग डरे हुए होते हैं, जो उनके व्यक्तिगत और सामाजिक जीवन को प्रभावित करता है। न्याय की मांग समाज में न्याय के आंदोलन को प्रोत्साहित करती है और अपराधियों के विरुद्ध कठोर कानून बनाने में सहायता करती है।न्याय के माध्यम से अधिकारों का पालन किया जा सकता है और जिसके लिए संविधान बनाया गया है। न्याय के बिना कोई भी व्यक्ति अपने अधिकारों का लाभ नहीं उठा सकता है। न्यायाधीशों के द्वारा न्याय की तहत लोगों के अधिकारों को संरक्षित किया जाता है।

न्याय का महत्व समाज में समानता लाने में होता है। समाज में समानता के बिना सभी लोग भलीभाँति नहीं रह सकते। न्याय के माध्यम से समाज में समानता बनायी जाती है और विभिन्न वर्गों में समानता की भावना भी फैलाई जाती है।न्याय का महत्व व्यापक रूप से विकास और प्रगति के लिए होता है। एक समाज जो न्याय के माध्यम से संरचित होता है, उसमें सभी लोग स्वतंत्रता, समानता और बंदूत्व का अनुभव करते हुए जीवन जीते हैं। न्याय के माध्यम से समाज में विशेषतः गरीबों और कमजोर वर्गों को उनके अधिकारों का लाभ मिलता है। यह न केवल समाज को अधिक उच्चतम अवस्था तक ले जाता है, बल्कि देश के विकास में भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।

न्याय के अलावा भारत में लोगों की समानता भी बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। भारत में लोगों के बीच धर्म, जाति, लिंग, वर्ग आदि के आधार पर भेदभाव किया जाना एक बड़ी समस्या है। इससे भारत का विकास रुक जाता है और लोग अपने अधिकारों के बारे में जानकार नहीं होते हैं। इसलिए समानता बढ़ाने के लिए सरकार द्वारा विभिन्न योजनाएं चलाई जाती हैं जो लोगों को सामाजिक और आर्थिक रूप से समानता प्रदान करती हैं।भारत में न्याय और समानता के लिए सभी संस्थाएं और लोग सहयोग करने के लिए जुटे हुए हैं। ये संस्थाएं लोगों को न्यायपालिका, उच्च न्यायालय और सुप्रीम क्रतिक न्यायालय के द्वारा न्याय प्रदान करने में सहायता करती हैं। साथ ही वे लोगों के अधिकारों की रक्षा करती हैं और उन्हें आवश्यक सलाह और सहायता भी प्रदान करती हैं।

Since centuries ‘she’ is regarded physically weak, socially backward and kept economically deprived. In Patriarchal society ‘she’ became victim of male dominance in both public and private sphere and was allowed to take their own decisions.

When women have the autonomy and choice to make their own decisions they are empowered because they have no right of decision making, they have endured hardship over the years. Women became more aware of their influence as times changed. The movement for women’s emancipation got underway then.

All women must however keep in mind that EMPOWERMENT is something that must be earned rather than given to them. Women must also think they are capable of making significant decisions in their lives and being able to follow through with those decisions.

Why ‘She’ Empowerment

The word “women emancipation” has different connotations today. Giving women equal rights in all the spheres— Personal, Social, Economic, Political, Legal and so forth means empowering them to make choices about their lives and careers. When it comes to explaining why we require it, we still have a ways to go. All around the world, almost all nations nearly every civilization regardless of how progressive or growing have past of mistreating women.

South Asian countries especially India still lag behind in terms of Women’s empowerment while Western Nations continue to advance. Women under Patriarchal society have been rebellious throughout history to achieve the position they do today.

Unlike western countries India is still among countries where women are not secure this is due to following reasons — Patriarchy or Patriarchal mind-set , dowry death, violence and discrimination, delayed punishments, Additionally women are married at young age and cannot pursue higher education and sad reality is several women pursue higher education just to avoid marriages, Men deny them any independence or opportunity to leave the house.

Ways To Go

We can see how important women’s emancipation is today. We must give these women the tools they need to stand up for themselves and avoid becoming victims of unfairness. It is not simple because despite some people making Women’s empowerment a reality, for the majority of people it is still uncharted terrain.

As a community we must recognise the progress that has been made in balancing the gender equality and recognise the reasons that Why this fight is overrated. The fact that empowering women today result in a more growing and liberal society tomorrow should serve as our inspiration as we examine any debate about gender equality.

The Ukrainian conflict approaches a turning point

For over a year Ukraine has been at war. At the current moment the situation on the front is basically a vivid depiction of the World War I with the sides exchanging artillery fire and digging into the trenches. It is a stalemate, but not a quiet one: the Russian forces are holding down most of the vast front and pushing the line in Bakhmut and Avdiivka areas. While the Russian offensive that has lasted for over 10 months without significant gains remains stalled, at the same time the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to gather resources for a counter offensive in the Zaporizhzhia region.

The statements of the Kyiv officials and leaks to the media create suggest that Ukraine intends to cut the land route from Russia to Crimea and take back the peninsula. Furthermore it is rumoured the operation is scheduled for the beginning of April. This could be the turning point of the conflict, but if Ukrainian counter offensive fails it would have dire consequences and could even lead to a crushing defeat.

The three most important resources in this war can be roughly defined as money, weapons and soldiers. All of the three are interconnected: you need money to produce or buy weapons and soldiers to operate said weapons.

Money

A wide array of financial instruments has been developed and implemented by the West to target Russian economy and curb it’s capability to protract the Ukrainian invasion. Between February, 2022, and February 2023, states and international organizations worldwide imposed 10,608 restrictions on Russian residents. Furthermore, 3,431 list-based sanctions were placed on Russian and Russia-affiliated entities over that period, making Moscow the record holder of the most sanctions in history.

The sanctions have undoubtedly dealt a heavy blow to Russia. Still, the Russian government managed to keep the economy afloat. It sought to minimize the damage by doubling down on trade connections with China, India, Turkey and other states that bought Russian products (mostly oil and gas) at a hefty discount. Russia also attempted to conduct the payment in Rouble or national currencies of its trade partners. The experts have also spoke about Moscow’s intention to redirect the economy towards the military-industrial complex. Currently the economists forecast Russian GDP to grow for the upcoming two years, which means that Russia is capable of sustaining this war albeit at the cost of impoverishing its people.

As for Ukraine, its economy was not in a good state even before the invasion. Naturally, it has been crippled by the war, but Kyiv found strong allies in the U.S. and Europe. Ukrainian economy would have collapsed if not for foreign financial aid. Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) were struggling to acquire weapons, equipment, food provision etc. President Volodymyr Zelensky had no choice but to reach out to the West to properly finance the war effort. As long as the allies supports Ukraine, Kyiv will not have financial issues, but it’s impossible to guess what the Ukrainian economy will look like by the end of the conflict.

Weapons

Since spring 2022 it has been speculated that Russia was running out of missiles, artillery munitions, armoured vehicles and personnel. However the Soviet stock has proved to exceed expectations of most analysts even if it lacked modern weapons. Many viral videos show Russians hauling old WW2 tanks, cannons and rare specimens of equipment likely redeployed from Russia’s remote areas, including the Far East and the Arctic region. The Russians were able to compensate for the outdated weaponry by sheer numbers, repurposing old stock and buying modern systems from the few countries ready to cater to Moscow’s needs.

During the hottest period of the conflict Russian artillery fired up to 20000 shells daily compared to 7000 fired by AFU. The problem persists to this day since even European and U.S. ammunition manufacturers taken together have not been able to raise their shell production capability to match the Russian level.

The Russians have also used S-300 air defence missiles on ground targets. The missiles used this way lack accuracy but since they are available in large quantity. Another way to reuse existing weapons was demonstrated by converting dumb air bombs into guided munitions with an inexpensive GPS and controls kit. On the other hand, modern systems, such as hypersonic Zircon missiles were also tested during the conflict.

In addition to that, Russia relies on the use of Shahed-131 and Shahed-136 combat drones acquired from Iran. The drones, renamed Geran-1 and Geran-2 in a feeble attempt to obscure their origin, are deployed by forward units to target AFU vehicles, positions and even infrastructure objects deep behind the front lines.

Ukraine has not been able to match the quantity of the Russian weaponry. Instead, Kyiv sought to get an edge in quality by relying on the supplies of advanced weapons from Western allies. ATGM launchers, such as American Javelin and Swedish-British NLAW, Turkish Bayraktar TB-2 combat drones performed well in the initial phase of the conflict, but so far HIMARS systems have proved to be the most efficient. The Russian units were completely unprepared to their long reach and struggled to rebuild their logistics with the possibility of HIMARS strikes in mind.

The most recent addition to the motley crew of Western equipment promised to Kyiv are 400 NATO tanks, mostly German-made Leopards. Ukraine, and specifically President Zelensky, insists it’s not enough. In his speeches the Ukrainian leader ceaselessly demands the West to increase supplies of ammunition, long-range missiles and fighter jets.

Soldiers

As far as the troops go, both sides have taken considerable losses. Currently each side has practically run through the forces they’ve started with. Initially Russia deployed 150,000 troops and Ukraine had around 200,000 troops. Shortly after the start of the war Zelensky ordered general mobilization. Recruits eager to fight for their country were joining the military to fight against the aggressor. This allowed Ukraine to slow down Russia’s offensive and counterattacks on important directions, including successful retaking of Kherson.

However, as the speculations of the counteroffensive ramp up, more evidence of Ukrainian men being forcefully taken by the military surface online. The pool of motivated recruits has been severely depleted and the authorities are scraping the barrel by now.

Unlike money and weapons, people of draft age cannot be provided to Ukraine by the West in sufficient numbers without large-scale foreign military presence on the Ukrainian soil, something that U.S. and E.U. are reluctant to risk. It was rumoured that Zelensky was asking foreign states, including Poland, to assist him in identifying and and deporting Ukrainian citizens eligible for service.

Russia, on the other hand, did not proceed with mobilization until September. Despite a surge of migration to neighbour countries, such as Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan, 300,000 are believed to have been mobilized to the Russian military. Half of them are currently stationed in Belarus or along the Russian border.

This brief comparative analysis shows that Ukraine is currently finds in a difficult position. President Zelensky has facilitated supplies of a significant amount of military and financial aid to Ukraine. Now, he has to deliver results or risk loosing foreign support altogether. At the same time U.S. President Joe Biden has to make the counteroffensive a win in order to substantiate all the aid dispatched to Ukraine for the American tax payers, especially with the upcoming elections next year.

“मै कांग्रेस के शासन काल में लगातार ५ वर्षो तक “पदम्श्री सम्मान” प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रयास करता रहा और प्रत्येक बार मेरे 12 हजार से साढ़े 12 हजार रुपये खर्च हो जाते थे, परन्तु हर बार मायूसी हि हाथ लगती थी। जब भाजपा की सरकार बनी तो मैने मान लिया कि अब तो सम्मान मिलना मुश्किल है, क्योंकि भाजपा एक इस्लाम को मानने वाले को पदम्श्री क्यों देगी। जब मेरे फोन की घंटी बजी और मुझे बताया गया कि मुझे पदम्श्री से सम्मानित किया गया है, तो मै अवाक रह गया, मेरे आँखों से आंसू निकलने लगे, नरेंद्र मोदी साहेब आपने मुझे गलत साबित कर दिया।” उक्त उदगार पद्मश्री का सम्मान प्राप्त करने वाले शाह रशीद कादरी ने सम्मान प्राप्त कर लेने के पश्चात आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र दामोदरदास मोदी जी से हाथ मिलाते हुए कहा।

“बिद्री कला को जीवित रखने वाले ६४ रमजान देख चुके शिल्प गुरु शाह रशीद कादरी की बातों से स्पष्ट है कि वह कांग्रेस के लिए “साकारत्मक” और श्री नरेंद्र मोदी एवं भाजपा के लिए “नकारात्मक” सोच लिए बैठे हुए थे। उनके जैसे इस्लाम को मानने वाले लोगो की भाजपा के प्रति सोच ने न जाने कितने लोगों को भाजपा और श्री नरेंद्र मोदी का विरोध करने के लिए प्रेरित किया होगा और कांग्रेस राज में बारम्बार अपमानित महसूस होते हुए भी ना शिकवा और ना गिला किया।

ऐसे बहुत से इस्लामिक बुध्द्धजीवी हैँ, जो धीरे धीरे भाजपा और आदरणीय श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के प्रति अपने नकारात्मक सोच को परिवर्तित कर वर्षो से पाली गई आधारहीन बुराई को दूर कर रहे हैँ और भाजपा को हृदय से अपना रहे हैँ। कुछ अन्य इस्लामिक विद्वानों को भी पदम्श्री सम्मान मोदीराज में  मिले हैं जिन्हे कांग्रेस ने अपने राज में पूछा तक नहीं, उनमे से कुछ के नाम निम्नवत हैँ:-

ये भारतीय जनता पार्टी हि थी जिसने मिसाइल मैन के नाम से सुविख्यात हम सबके चहेते डा अब्दुल कलाम को राष्ट्रपति बनाया, जबकी धर्मनिरपेक्षता का झंडा बुलंद करने वाली कांग्रेस सहित कुछ विपक्षी पार्टियों ने उनका विरोध किया। ये भाजपा हि थी जिसने प्रथम परमवीर चक्र विजेता मेजर उस्मान की ख्याति में चार चांद लगाए। ये भाजपा हि थी जिसने शहनाई के जादूगर स्व श्री बिस्मिल्लाह खान को वो सम्मान दिया, जो कांग्रेस कभी सोच भी नहीं सकती थी। अब आप तनिक वर्ष २०२३ ई में पदम्श्री सम्मान से सम्मानित भारतीयों के नाम देखिये और बताइये कि क्या इनमें से एक, दो या ज्यादा से ज्यादा तिन व्यक्तियों के अलावा किसी को भी आप जानते हैँ:-

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत पूरे देश में जिन पसमान्दा मुसलमानो को अपना घर नसीब हुआ, वो प्रधानमंत्री के मुरीद हो गये। पसमान्दा मुसलमानो को केवल वोट बैंक मानकर उनका तुष्टिकरण करने वाली कांग्रेस सहित अन्य विपक्षी पार्टियों ने कभी उनके विकास के बारे में सोचा हि नहीं, अपितु केवल उन्हें भाजपा और RSS का डर दिखाकर वोट लेते रहे और गरीबी की चोट देते रहे।

आज आयुष्मान योजना, उज्ज्वला योजना, स्वच्छता अभियान के अंतर्गत शौचालय योजना, जन धन योजना प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा रोजगार योजना, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, मनरेगा और हर घर नल योजना के अंतर्गत बिना भेदभाव के मिल रहे लाभों से पस्मान्दा मुसलमानो के मध्य प्रधानमंत्री और भाजपा की लोकप्रियता अकल्पनीय गति से बढ़ी है।

कोरोना काल के दौरान लगातार तिन वर्षों तक देश के ८० करोड़ लोगो को निशुल्क राशन बिना किसी भेदभाव के देने वाले यही प्रधानमंत्री हैँ। कोरोना की वैक्सीन, जिसके बारे में इन्हीं विपक्षी पार्टियों ने देश की जनता को भड़काने में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ी पर इसी वैक्सीन ने पूरे देश को बचा लिया। और ये वैक्सीन भी सबको बिना किसी भेदभाव के दी गयी। परन्तु इस्लाम का यह भाजपा और प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र दामोदरदास मोदी जी के प्रति तीव्र गति से बढ़ रहा विश्वास और स्वीकार्यता ना तो कांग्रेसियों को और ना चढ़ामधर्मनिरपेक्षता के झंडे तले गरीबी की चोट देने वाली पार्टियों को पसंद आ रहा है और वे चिढ़कर, खिझकर और बेचैन होकर मुसलमानो को भड़काने के कार्यों में अनवरत लगे हुए हैँ।

भारतीय इस्लाम के मानने वाले लोगो को यह ध्यान में अवश्य रखना चाहिए की पैगंबर मोहम्मद साहेब के शहर ने हमारे प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र दामोदरदास मोदी जी को अपने देश के सर्वोच्च नागरिक का पुरस्कार दिया था, वो ऐसे हि नहीं था, अपितु पैगंबर मोहम्मद साहेब के देश और शहर वालो ने प्रधानमंत्री के नियत, व्यक्तित्व और वचन पर भरोसा करके हि उनका सम्मान किया। दुनिया के पचास से भी अधिक इस्लामिक देशो के संगठन द्वारा  भी प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र दामोदरदास मोदी जी के कथनी और करनी पर सम्पूर्ण विश्वाश प्रकट किया गया और इसीलिए पाकिस्तान के किसी भी रुदन और क्रन्दन पर ध्यान नहीं दिया।

आज प्रधानमंत्री जी के सुप्रयास का फल है कि “ट्रिपल तलाक” जैसी कुप्रथा सदैव के लिए समाप्त कर दी गयी और इस्लामिक  बहु बेटियों का भविष्य कलंकित और बर्बाद होने से बच गया। ये भाजपा और प्रधानमंत्री जी का हि सुप्रयास था की सऊदी अरेबिया ने हज जाने वाले भारतीय इस्लामिक का कोटा बढ़ा दिया। आज एक इस्लामिक महिला अकेले भी हज करने के लिए जा सकती है।  हमारे शास्त्रों में राज्य पर शासन करने वाले व्यक्ति अर्थात राजा के बारे में निम्न महत्वपूर्ण बाते कंही गयी हैँ:-

स्वाम्यात्यसु्हृत्कोशराष्ट्रदुर्गबलानि च। सप्तांगमुच्यते राज्यं तत्र मूर्धा नृपः स्मृतः।।५४

दृगमात्याः सु्हृच्छ्रोत्रं मुखं कोशो बलं मनः। हस्तौ पादौ दुर्गराष्ट्रौ राज्यांगानि स्मृतानि हि।।५५

अर्थ- स्वामी(राजा), अमात्यगण,मित्रवर्ग,कोष,देश,दुर्ग,सेना यह सात राज्य के अंग हैं इनमे राजा राज्यका मस्तक होता है। मंत्रिगण राज्यके नेत्र,मित्रवर्ग कर्ण,कोष मुख,सेना मन और दुर्ग तथा देश हाथ पैर हैं यह सब क्रम से राज्य के अंग हैं। यह उपरोक्त दोनों श्लोक राज्य के सात अंगों और उनमे राजा के स्थान का वर्णन करते हैं।राजा राज्य का मस्तक होता है। इस कारण राज्य का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण अंग राजा होता है। हालांकि हमारे प्रधानमंत्री अपने आपको प्रधानसेवक हि मानते हैँ और एक सेवक के रूप में हि देश पर शासन करते हैँ।

नरेशे जीवलोकोअयं निमीलति निमीलति। उदेत्युदयमाने च रवाविव सरोरुहम्।।४(अक्षयनीतिसुधाकर)

अर्थ – यह मनुष्य लोक नीतिपरायण राजाके अभाव से अवनति को प्राप्त होके अस्त हो जाता है। न्यायपरायण प्रजाहितैषी राजा का उदय होने से उन्नति को प्राप्त होता है। जैसे सूर्य उदय होने से कमल प्रकाशित होता है और सूर्य अस्त होने से कमल अस्त हो जाता है। हे मित्रों याद रखे बिना योग्य चालक के कोई वाहन गतिमान नहीं हो सकता या बिना योग्य वैद्य के रोगी का उपचार और स्वास्थ प्राप्ति संभव नहीं उसी प्रकार सम्पूर्ण राष्ट्र बिना योग्य शासक के उन्नति को प्राप्त नहीं हो सकता।

हमारा प्रधानमंत्री बिल्कुल उसी प्रकार का प्रधानसेवक है, जिसके शासनकाल में हमारा देश दिन दूनी रात चौगुनी उन्नति कर रहा है। हमारे देश के इस्लाम मानने वाले को उनके विकास के लिए कार्य करने वाली पार्टी भाजपा और उनके नेता प्रधानमंत्री को खुले दिल से स्वीकार करना चाहिए और अपना साथ, अपना विश्वाश और अपना सम्पूर्ण प्रयास देना चाहिए।

India banned Tik Tok; why the US should ban it as well

Speaking as the ex-Gartner analyst, and Ofcom Advisor, I’m glad I advised the US Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) to ban Huawei in 2012, quoted with then Vice Premier Xi on his lies to Obama, in the WSJ, and described the hacking of Nortel by China as a wakeup call in the Huffington Post and then quoted in the WSJ on “No Way for Huawei.”

WHAT ARE THE CONCERNS with TikTok?
According to the NY Times in their article, entitled: “TikTok Browser Can Track Users’ Keystrokes, According to New Research,” TikTok captures not only keystrokes for it’s application, it captures keystrokes for other applications and websites, including login credentials and passwords!

In the web browser used within the TikTok app, supplementary code lets the company track every character typed by users. The company said the capability was for troubleshooting. Yes, troubleshooting of people!

WHAT ARE THE CONCERNS with Pinduoduo?
According to CNN’s report entitled: “‘I’ve never seen anything like this: One of China’s most popular apps has the ability to spy on its users, say experts”, on April 2nd, 2023, they stated researchers found code in Pinduoduo designed to achieve “privilege escalation”: a type of cyberattack that exploits a vulnerable operating system to gain a higher level of access to data than it’s supposed to have, according to experts.

The app was able to continue running in the background and prevent itself from being uninstalled, which allowed it to boost its monthly active user rates, while breaking privacy laws as it also had the ability to spy on competitors by tracking activity on other shopping apps and getting information from them. Researchers quoted in the CNN article also stated Pinduoduo designed code which could be used by malware developers to inject malicious code into applications that have legitimate functionality, by mis-labelling plug-ins to appear as Google code.

Temu the popular Chinese shopping is owned and operated by PDD Holdings, which also owns Pinduoduo.

WHAT ARE THE CONCERNS with Huawei?
Cybersecurity experts, intelligence agencies, and political leaders have argued that Huawei’s products, especially if used in 5G networks or associated critical infrastructure, pose significant security risks. A PBX or Telephone Switch can be used for Cyber-Espionage, as these switches also perform Lawful Intercept, and can capture call logs (who you are calling), and even the call content (call recording) and other personal information, for legal purposes, but this can also be misused, for Cyber-Espionage.

Given Huawei’s theft of IPR that has been documented and adjudicated in the US with their theft of IPR from Cisco Systems, and TMobile, as well as significant evidence directly tying both Huawei and their founder Ren Zhengfei to the CCP and People’s Liberation Army (PLA), of China, Western democracies have expressed concerns especially given classified studies on their Espionage activities. In 2013, the former head of the CIA and National Security Agency (NSA) Michael Hayden stated that there is tangible classified evidence that Huawei has engaged in CCP-directed Cyber-Espionage activities.

Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. is a major Chinese telecommunications company that has been banned in the US, and many Westernized democracies have banned them for core functions in 5G, including Australia, Japan, UK, and India for their Telecom gear. Their products range from smartphones to advanced 5G network equipment, and has faced growing criticism from security experts and governments regarding cybersecurity and espionage risks.

What is not well known is over 3500 Enterprises, mostly in Asia, EU, Africa, and South America are using their Enterprise Service Bus, and iPaaS: integration Platform as a Service, called ROMA, for a variety of mission-critical applications like Smart City deployments, Smart Grids, and other critical applications infrastructure.

They now have announced a database platform called GaussDB as a potential Oracle replacement platform. It has been rated by IDC as the No.1 Market Share Chinese Database, which is meaningless as their deployments within Huawei’s deployments should be self serving. How is the IDC’s former ownership by a Chinese firm influencing things?

WHAT ARE THE CONCERNS with China?
Despite, what TikTok or Huawei states, under Chinese law, the CCP could force TikTok or Huawei to provide customer data or network access upon request. China’s 2017 National Intelligence Law, applies to all private enterprises based in China and their foreign subsidiaries, and can force Chinese entities to provide active support to Chinese intelligence-gathering activities. Despite this fact, TikTok and Huawei denies this.

In March 2019, Microsoft discovered a piece of software in Huawei’s MateBook laptops that utilized code similar to a leaked NSA hacking tool, which was stolen from the NSA by Russia’s KGB (now called the FSB) using Kaspersky’s software, and shared or stolen between the Communist countries of Russia and China. A report by SentinelOne in 2021, noted how a hacker group called ThunderCats (associated with China) hacked the websites of Russian government agencies, to obtain the NSA tools.

Analysts at Microsoft revealed that they found a back door in Huawei laptops that allowed unprivileged users access to all laptop data.  NSA’s  DoublePulsar , a malware instrument, leaked in early 2017, has been used by hackers in the WannaCry ransomware attack, as an example.

Huawei has consistently denied such claims of backdoor unprivileged access, stating that no such backdoor incident had ever been detected before, even when confronted with evidence to the contrary.

What’s at Issue with an ESB, and iPaaS from Huawei?
An integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) and an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solution typically handles massive data volumes across multiple Application sources, as well as support the ever-increasing number of cloud solutions that an Enterprise business wants to use, and often this is private information. To quickly, efficiently, and cost-effectively integrate data from legacy, on-premises data sources as well as new cloud applications, Enterprise Service Bus and iPaaS solutions are leveraged, with direct access to an Enterprise’s API’s and internal databases.

ESB and iPaaS solutions have to be trusted with sensitive data. Investing in an iPaaS and ESB solution has to have robust security mechanisms such as
data encryption, password protection, and information security standards in place, ideally with Role-based Access Controls, and with a Policy-controlled
Workflow Engine, documenting process compliance, and flagging or preventing any non-compliance, should they occur, in real-time. For example,
should the IT Manager access HR records at 3AM? Should the CRM tool access HR Records? Should an internal database be transmitted to a foreign
actor, by the ESB? Should an internal API be invoked by the foreign actor, via the iPaaS solution?

The Solution!
According to Gartner’s report entitled: “Magic Quadrant for Web Application and API Protection” solutions exist such as web application and API protection
(WAAP) which are firewalls that have been extended, with the following features:
 WAF: Web Application Firewall
 Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) protection
 Bot management
 API protection

Which is good as the above can protect applications and APIs running on different types of host environments such as web servers, service containers and PaaS: Platform as a Service solutions.

What’s at Issue with the Database Platform from Huawei: GaussDB?

Apart from having proprietary information stored in a database, Dark Reading has identified the following Cybersecurity Vulnerabilities for Databases:

  1. Passwords and Login Credentials shared with a banned actor
  2. SQL injections: When your database platform fails to sanitize inputs, attackers can execute SQL injections similar to the way they do in Web-based attacks, eventually allowing them to elevate privileges and gain access to a wide spectrum of functionality. 
  3. Role Based Access Controls given to the Database vendor: Extensive user and group privileges provided.
  4. Increased Attack Surface with unknown vendor specific features and access including software updates and maintenance. What’s to prevent the vendor from sending privileged data?
  5. Unsafe Configuration Management, what’s to prevent database replication outside?
  6. Buffer Overflow Vulnerabilities and Denial of Service Attacks is a common attack vector. Coming from a banned network solutions vendor increases this eventuality.
  7. Unencrypted data in motion, or keys in usage being shared with rogue actors.

Now, what is at issue is these platforms do not protect against Rogue Employees, at the Enterprise, or at the solutions vendor of the Database,  or Enterprise Service Bus or iPaaS offerings, which are valid during normal times, but turn rogue occasionally. These platforms need to be trusted and verified to not transmit any data other than for it’s proper usage, with policy-based controls.

This requires careful scrutiny of the security solution offered by the Applications, Database vendor, and ESB and iPaaS vendor, the protection supported, the country it’s founded in if it’s trusted, and the security it provides, along with Role-based Access Controls offered, Security Vulnerability Assessments provided and verified, and if they are used and validated by Trusted Defense Agencies or Government agencies or Vendors in the Security arena.

If the answer, is no, as in the case of TikTok, Pinduoduo and Huawei’s ROMA/GaussDB solution, Enterprises and Governments in westernized democracies should explore other vendors with the correct security solutions provided.

१: भोगी नहीं योगी बनना पड़ेगा;

४:अधर्म के साथ नहीं धर्म के साथ खड़ा रहना पड़ेगा;

पर हे मेरे लाल, क्या तुम्हारे अंदर इस प्रकार का ज्ञान, योग्यता, कुशलता, राष्ट्रप्रेम, सदाचारी चरित्र, त्याग और तपस्या का अंश मात्र भी है, नहीं ना, इसीलिए ये कड़वा सत्य है कि तुम “स्वातंत्र्यवीर सावरकर के पैर की धूल भी नहीं बन सकते।

जिस सावरकर की प्रसंशा तुम्हारी दादी ने की, जिस सावरकर का सामना तुम्हारे नाना कभी नहीं कर पाये, जिस सावरकर को तुम्हारे चाचा सम्मानित करने हेतु सदैव तैयार रहते थे, जिस सावरकर को स्वयं महात्मा गाँधी “राष्ट्र का सपूत” मानते थे और जिस सावरकर को गोरे (अंग्रेज) भारत का सबसे योग्य, ज्ञानी और अपने साम्राज्य के लिए सबसे खतरनाक व्यक्ति मानते थे, उस सावरकर जैसा बनना तो दूर आप ऐसी सोच भी नहीं रख सकते।

वो सावरकर हि थे, जिनके क्रांतिकारी और राष्ट्रवाद से परिपूर्ण लेखो और विचारों से प्रेरित होकर हजारों युवाओं ने भारत माता को स्वतंत्र कराने हेतु क्रांति की राह पकड़ ली थी और ब्रिटिश साम्राज्यवाद की चूले हिला दी थी और अंतत: भारत की पवित्र भूमि से अपने नापाक कदमो को लेकर अपने मुल्क वापस लौटना पड़ा था। वर्ष १९१९ के पश्चात और स्वतन्त्रता से पूर्व  स्व श्री मोहनदास कर्मचंद गाँधी से बड़ा व्यक्तित्व और चरित्र कोई था तो वो सावरकर, भगत सिंह और सुभाषचंद्र बोस का हि चरित्र था।

नाभिषेको न संस्कारः सिंहस्य क्रियते वने। विक्रमार्जितसत्त्वस्य स्वयमेव मृगेंद्रता।।

सिंह को जंगल का राजा नियुक्त करने के लिए न तो कोई राज्याभिषेक किया जाता है, न कोई संस्कार। अपने गुण और पराक्रम से वह खुद ही मृगेंद्रपद प्राप्त करता है। अर्थात सिंह अपनी विशेषताओं और वीरता (‘पराक्रम’) से जंगल का राजा बन जाता है। और सावरकर उसी सिंह की तरह थे, हैँ और रहेंगे। हे सावरकर जैसे तपस्वी और राष्ट्रवादी का अपनी मूर्खता से तिरस्कार करने वाले अज्ञानी सुनो:-

यौवनं धनसंपत्ति प्रभुत्वमविवेकिता। एकैकमप्यनर्थाय किमु यत्र चतुष्टयम्॥

अर्थात युवानी, धन, सत्ता और अविवेक ये हर अपने आप में ही अनर्थकारी है, तो फिर जहाँ (एक के पास) चारों चार इकट्ठे हो, तब तो पूछना ही क्या? अत: स्पष्ट है की तुम इन सबसे पीड़ित हो और जब तक इनके जाल से बाहर नहीं निकल जाते तब तक तुम्हारे आँखों के सामने छाया अंधेरा कभी दूर नहीं हो सकता और तुम यूँ हि अपने कुल पर कलंक लगाते विचरण करते रहोगे। हे मेरे लाल सुनो अपने आस पास के वातावरण को शुद्ध करो, चम्मचतोड़ चमचों की कुसंगती से बाहर निकलो, सत्य को पहचानों, धर्म और सत्य के साथ खड़े हो, किसी के विरोध के लिए देश का विरोध ना करो, क्योंकि हमारे शास्त्रों ने तुम्हारे जैसे लोगों को सही राह दिखाने हेतु कहा है:

दूरीकरोति कुमतिं विमलीकरोति चेतश्र्चिरंतनमधं चुलुकीकरोति।

भूतेषु किं च करुणां बहुलीकरोति संगः सतां किमु न मंगलमातनोति॥

कुमति को दूर करता है, चित्त को निर्मल बनाता है। लंबे समय के पाप को अंजलि में समा जाय एसा बनाता है, करुणा का विस्तार करता है; सत्संग मानव को कौन सा मंगल नहीं देता? अत: कुमति का त्याग कर सुमति को अपनाकर सत्संग करो ताकि अपने हृदय में पाल बैठे अनेक बुराइयों और नकारात्मकता से मुक्त हो सको और एक अच्छा नागरिक बन सको।

स्वातंत्र्यवीर सावरकर का मानना था- “महान लक्ष्य के लिए किया गया कोई भी बलिदान व्यर्थ नहीं जाता है।अपने देश की, राष्ट्र की, समाज की स्वतंत्रता- हेतु प्रभु से की गई मूक प्रार्थना भी सबसे बड़ी अहिंसा का द्योतक है।”

उन्होंने इतिहास लिखने वाले ज्ञानियों और बुध्द्धजीवियों को प्रेरित करते हुए कहा था कि “वर्तमान परिस्थिति पर इसका क्या प्रभाव पड़ेगा, इस तथ्य की चिंता किये बिना ही इतिहास लेखक को इतिहास लिखना चाहिए और समय की जानकारी को विशुद्ध और सत्य रूप में ही प्रस्तुत करना चाहिए।”

समाज मे फैली छुवाछूत जैसी कुप्रथा के विषय में स्पष्टवादिता के साथ उन्होंने माना था कि “हमारे देश और समाज के माथे पर एक कलंक है– अस्पृश्यता। हिन्दू समाज के, धर्म के, राष्ट्र के करोड़ों हिन्दू बन्धु इससे अभिशप्त हैं। जब तक हम ऐसे बनाए हुए हैं, तब तक हमारे शत्रु हमें परस्पर लड़वाकर, विभाजित करके सफल होते रहेंगे। इस घातक बुराई को हमें त्यागना ही होगा।”

कर्तव्यनिष्ठ होने की प्रेरणा देते हुए उन्होंने कहा था कि “कर्तव्य की निष्ठा संकटों को झेलने में, दुःख उठाने में और जीवनभर संघर्ष करने में ही समाविष्ट है। यश अपयश तो मात्र योगायोग की बातें हैं।”

दो काले पानी की सजा के कष्टकर जीवन को जीते हुए उन्होंने लाखो युवाओं को प्रेरित करते हुए कहा था कि “कष्ट ही तो वह शक्ति है जो इंसान को कसौटी पर परखती है और उसे आगे बढ़ाती है।”

वे संस्कृत भाषा की महानता और उसके विस्तार से परिचित थे अत: वो संस्कृत की महानता पर अपने अनमोल विचार प्रस्तुत करते हुए कहते हैँ कि “महान हिन्दू संस्कृति के भव्य मन्दिर को आज तक पुनीत रखा है संस्कृत ने। इसी भाषा में हमारा सम्पूर्ण ज्ञान, सर्वोत्तम तथ्य संगृहीत हैं। एक राष्ट्र, एक जाति और एक संस्कृति के आधार पर ही हम हिन्दुओं की एकता आश्रित और आघृत है।”

कांग्रेसियों को देशभक्ति का पाठ पढ़ाते हुए उन्होंने कहा था कि “देशभक्ति का अर्थ यह कदापि नहीं है कि आप उसकी हुडियाँ भुनाते रहें। यदि क्रांतिकारियों को देशभक्ति की हुडियाँ भुनानी होतीं तो वीर हुतात्मा धींगरा, कन्हैया कान्हेरे और भगत सिंह जैसे देशभक्त फांसी पर लटककर स्वर्ग की पूण्य भूमि में प्रवेश करने का साहस न करते। वे ‘ए’ क्लास की जेल में मक्खन, डबलरोटी और मौसम्बियों का सेवन कर, दो-दो माह की जेल यात्रा से लौट कर अपनी हुडियाँ भुनाते दिखाई देते।”

वीर सावरकर ने कभी भी अपनी आलोचना होने की परवाह नहीं की अपितु वो सत्य को डंके की चोट पर कहते थे, उनका स्पष्ट मानना था कि “हिन्दू जाति की गृहस्थली है, भारत; जिसकी गोद में महापुरूष, अवतार, देवी-देवता और देवजन खेले हैं। यही हमारी पितृभूमि और पुण्यभूमि है। यही हमारी कर्मभूमि है और इससे हमारी वंशगत और सांस्कृतिक आत्मीयता के सम्बन्ध जुड़े हैं।”

सावरकर ने कहा था, ‘हिंदू धर्म कोई ताड़पत्र पर लिखित पोथी नहीं जो ताड़पत्र के चटकते ही चूर चूर हो जायेगा, आज उत्पन्न होकर कल नष्ट हो जायेगा। यह कोई गोलमेज परिषद का प्रस्ताव भी नहीं, यह तो एक महान जाति का जीवन है; यह एक शब्द-भर नहीं, अपितु सम्पूर्ण इतिहास है। अधिक नहीं तो चालीस सहस्त्राब्दियों का इतिहास इसमें भरा हुआ है।’

 “छदम अहिंसावाद से युवाओं को सचेत करते हुए वीर सावरकर ने अपनी ओजस्वी भाषा शैली में कहा था कि “अन्याय का जड़ से उन्मूलन कर सत्य धर्म की स्थापना हेतु क्रांति, प्रतिशोध आदि प्रकृतिप्रदत्त साधन ही हैं। अन्याय के परिणामस्वरूप होने वाली वेदना और उद्दण्डता ही तो इन साधनों का नियन्त्रण करती है।”

स्वर्गीय अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी जी के शब्दों में “सावरकर जी एक व्यक्ति नहीं हैं, एक विचार हैं। एक चिनगारी नहीं हैं, एक अंगार हैं। सीमित नहीं हैं, एक विस्तार हैं। मन, वचन और कर्म में जैसा तादात्म्य (मेल-जोल), जैसी एकरूपता सावरकर जी ने अपने जीवन में प्रकट की, वो अनूठी है, अलौकिक है। उनका व्यक्तित्व, उनका कृतित्व, उनका वक्तृत्व और उनका कवित्व सावरकर जी के जीवन को ऐसा आयाम प्रदान करते हैं कि विश्व के इतिहास में हमेशा याद किए जाएंगे।”(मुंबई स्थित सावरकर दर्शन प्रतिष्ठान में  दिये गये भाषण का अंश)

स्वर्गीय श्रीमती इंदिरा गांधी ने २० मई १९०८ को पंडित बाखले, सचिव, स्वतंत्रवीर सावरकर राष्ट्रीय स्मारक के नाम से संबोधित चिट्ठी में सावरकर के योगदान का जिक्र किया था। इस पत्र में इंदिरा ने लिखा है, ‘मुझे आपका पत्र 8 मई 1980 को मिला था। वीर सावरकर का ब्रिटिश सरकार के खिलाफ मजबूत प्रतिरोध हमारे स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन के लिए काफी अहम है। मैं आपको देश के महान सपूत (Remarkable Son of India) के शताब्दी समारोह के आयोजन के लिए बधाई देती हूं।’

Following the March 30 indictment of former US President Donald Trump for allegations of making hush payment to adult film star Stormy Daniels, Democrats have started celebration and are demanding imprisonment of Joe Biden’s key political rival. In a tweet, Stormy Daniel said:

Thank you to everyone for your support and love! I have so many messages coming in that I can’t respond … also don’t want to spill my champagne. #Teamstromy merch/autograph orders are pouring in, too! Thank you for that as well but allow a few extra days for shipment.

Stormy Daniels’ tweet has over 5.8 million views with 7,700 retweets and more that 104 thousand likes.

Meanwhile, as the Secret Service works out the details of transporting Donald Trump to New York City to be arraigned on April 4, 2023 following his indictment on March 30 by a Manhattan grand jury, reports have said the former president should have some familiarity with the judge assigned his case.

NBC NewYork reported on March 31 that Trump is likely to be arraigned on April 4 in Judge Juan Merchan’s court. Merchan “recently presided over the case of the Trump Organization’s former chief financial officer, Allen Weisselberg, as well as the tax fraud trial in which the family’s company was found guilty on 17 counts including charges of conspiracy and falsifying business records”, the report said.

Weisselberg pleaded guilty to 15 counts and testified against the company, admitting his involvement in a scheme to defraud federal, state, and city tax authorities. He was subsequently sentenced to five months in jail. He was taken to Rikers Island after turning himself in on an agreed-upon date and he is currently serving his sentence.

However, according to a plethora of legal experts, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case is exceptionally weak.

“The question to ask yourself in a case like this [is], ‘Would a case like this be brought against anybody else, whether he or she be president, former president or a regular citizen?’ The answer is… no”, Former Whitewater deputy counsel Sol Wisenberg told the New York Post.

“You can debate all day long whether or not… Trump should be indicted related to the records at Mar-a-Lago, whether or not he should be indicted with respect to Jan. 6 incitement of lawless activity… Those are real crimes if they occurred, and he committed them”, he said. “This is preposterous”.

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley said in an interview with Fox News that the case is “outrageous”.

“[Bragg] is attempting to bootstrap [a] federal crime into a state case. And if that is the basis for the indictment, I think it’s rather outrageous”, the professor said.

“I think it’s illegally pathetic”, he said. “There’s a good reason why the Department of Justice did not prosecute this case: Because it’s been down this road before. It tried a case against former Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards arguing that hush money paid to another woman, who bore a child out of that relationship, was a campaign violation. That was a much stronger case, but they lost”, Turley said, referring to federal prosecutors not charging Trump following Cohen’s guilty plea.

“Even if you can bootstrap that dead misdemeanor to something alive, you’re essentially arguing a federal case that the Department of Justice declined. But it’s also a case that requires you to show, if that is the basis of this indictment, that Trump’s only, his sole motive for paying this money or having third parties pay it was for the election”, he said.

“Bragg’s betting on a motivated judge and a motivated juror. You couldn’t pick a better jurisdiction…. [But] under Bragg’s theory, he can take any unproven federal crime and revive a long-dead misdemeanor and turn it into a felony. That’s going to raise concerns for a number of judges. But once it gets to the appellate level, he’s going to have a particularly difficult time”, he said.

George Soros distances himself from Alvin Bragg

Following indictment of Donald Trump, controversial billionaire George Soros issued a rare statement and is attempting to distance himself from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

“As for Alvin Bragg, as a matter of fact, I did not contribute to his campaign and I don’t know him”, Soros told Semafor. “I think some on the right would rather focus on far-fetched conspiracy theories than on the serious charges against the former president”.

In May 2021, George Soros donated US$1 million to the Color of Change PAC, which, shortly after receiving the donation, spent hundreds of thousands of dollars backing Bragg’s campaign.

“Federal Election Commission records show that Soros’ donation was the largest the Color of Change PAC received throughout the 2022 election cycle and ultimately made up roughly 25 percent of the US$3.9 million the group hauled in”, Fox News reported.

But according to Fox News, Soros’ family members did directly back Bragg’s campaign. Soros’ son, Jonathan Soros, and Jonathan’s wife, Jennifer Allan Soros, donated directly to Bragg’s committee.

Jonathan Soros sent a US$10,000 check to the now-district attorney’s coffers on April 26, 2021, state filings show. Three days later, on April 29, 2021 Jennifer Allan Soros added a US$10,000 contribution to the campaign. While other individuals provided more direct cash to his committee, the couple were among the field of some of its biggest donors. The contributions were also uncommon for the pair, as they generally do not get financially involved with district attorney races, though they have donated to other New York political campaigns and issue groups.

During an interview to Fox News, Florida Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz said: “Remember Soros gave Alvin Bragg a million dollars. We’re used to seeing these things. Government printing money till it goes out of style in third world countries and that’s being visited in the United States of America. I spoke with President Trump moments ago and he’s resolute and concerned about what this does to America’s brand around the world.

“We will wake up in a very different America because we can no longer have moral authority against the dictators who would always find it easier to jail their political rivals than to compete against them in free and fair elections. I remember my Democrat colleagues about Comey making derogatory comments about Clinton before the election. This must ring a thousand times louder to them. I believe there are federal equities at play that the United States Congress is about to evaluate.

“We don’t want to resolve differences through violence but the Chinese communist party can pay every grifter but Donald Trump can’t pay Stormy Daniels without a legal dispute. There’s a legal element that’s not met by any evidence. They would have to prove that Donald Trump would have no reason other than the election to try to resolve this issue with Stormy Daniels privately and outside of the public sphere. I think a motion to dismiss will happen next. If this were ever to be tried, you could not do it in Manhattan. You would see a change of venue in upstate New York. Maybe it’s the only place Donald Trump could get a fair trial. I expect this will be resolved well before that by any court that looks at the way that the law is being tortured in the absence of any charge that would be maintainable against any human being on the Planet Earth other than Donald Trump and against Trump it’s clearly political”.

What is next? While the United States has been boasting of being a democracy, now leading politicians in the country are already branding Joe Biden as a dictator and America as a Banana Republic. As adult film star Stormy Daniels and supporters of the Democratic Party have started celebrating Donald Trump’s indictment by opening champagne bottles, it will surely generate anger within the Republicans and those Americans who do not have any political affiliations. Once such anger crosses a limit, it may ultimately result in confrontations, riots and finally a civil war. And once a civil war breaks out in the United States, Joe Biden will be remembered in history for his role in pushing the US towards destruction and a dark era.

 “Defiant Rahul says his fight will continue”, writes leading English daily in its front page headline two days after a Surat court found Rahul Gandhi’s GE2019 election rally remark in Karnataka against ‘Modi’ surname defamatory and got him convicted. This was followed by Lok Sabha Secretariat disqualification of him from his Parliament membership as per the law of the land which had been applied in several cases before, and validated by the Supreme Court in related cases in the past.

Rahul Gandhi also ruled out the possibility of an apology saying, “My name isn’t Savarkar. My name is Gandhi. I won’t apologize.”

Here, it’s necessary to mention what The Hindustan Times wrote on 10 May, 2020 under headline “Rahul Gandhi’s unconditional apology to SC in Rafale contempt case, requests top court to drop proceedings.” The above reminder clears the assumption that the Grand Old Party first family scion is habituated in making defamatory remarks (for vested interest), and when caught, apologizes. Why did Rahul apology in this case? Is it to save himself from punishment? In the present case too, his apology may not be ruled out.

But who does not know Veer Savarkar was imprisoned for his unparallel valiant fight for nation’s freedom and preferred to apologize to free him from 14 years long inhuman solitary confinement in dreaded Cellular Jail in Andaman -infamously called Kalapani- in a room smaller than a bathroom for nationalist work rather than soiling his life in jail?

After Savarkar’s release, top leaders of several national parties including now Gandhi family owned Congress Party invited him to join their parties, and many top leaders including Mahatma Gandhi and the founder of so-called secular vanguard Communist Party of India’s M. N. Roy felicitated him. If Rahul Gandhi has not read the reverences Veer Savarkar had got from above listed icons, he is advised to read at least what his own grandma Indira Gandhi wrote about the revolutionary freedom fighter.

In her letter dated May 20, 1980, Indira Gandhi wrote, “Veer Savarkar’s daring defiance of the British Government has its own importance in the annals of our Freedom movement. I wish success to the plans to celebrate the birth centenary of the remarkable son of India.”

And what kind of political credibility Rahul Gandhi has except his birth to a political family responsible for undemocratic hijack of newly independent country’s first PMship from Sardar Patel, for keeping the country backward in every field for several decades post-independence, dislodging largest numbers of elected state governments, spoiling judiciary image which led to now-in-force undemocratic collegiums system, imposition of draconian National Emergency, engineering dreaded Kashmir and Punjab crisis, facilitating 1984 anti-Sikh riots, allowing Union Carbide gas leak accused Anderson leaving country in government helicopter, …………… and hundreds of unprecedented scams starting with Nehru era’s Jeep Scam to now exposed National Herald scam?

But, the mute question is: why Rahul Gandhi indulges in this kind of abusive politics? And again, it is not that he is alone indulging with liberty in this kind of activity in Indian politics. There are many such politicians in almost all political parties, many of them even holding constitutional positions.

Certainly, this is not what India as the largest democracy in the world, and which is celebrating Amritkaal of her independence, expects from senior politicians, and certainly not from the leader and party who and which respectively claim all the credits for getting country’s independence -self-interpreted- to justify the dynasty rule.

Post-Surat court conviction, Rahul Gandhi has earned strong supports from opposition parties, including mostly of the regional parties, many of them are also ruling parties in some states and one or two national parties now reduced to occasional visibility in newspaper reports, on the street with red flags and in some varsity campuses which can be safely branded as ‘sign-board parties’, the verbatim invented by former Odisha Chief Minister late Biju Patnaik for Jan Sangh, the present ruling party’s early avatar.

There are some common threads among these newly-found Rahul well-wishers, and the Congress Party. During early days of post-independence, all national parties survived sloganeering against Nehru-Gandhi dynasty headed Central Government’s so-called Western tilted economic policies, diplomacies, dynasty politics and corruptions; while the regional parties came to existence mostly in 1980s and 1990s fighting Nehru-Gandhi’s corruption and dynasty politics.

But tragedy is: majority of these parties are now found most corrupts and dynasties owned in equal terms with Nehru-Gandhi dynasty. Some of these parties’ leaders are now convicted and charge sheeted by the courts for corruptions, and that too when they were in power. And all of them tested electoral rejections because of corruptions and bad governance. It is a different matter that India’s political dynamics have got them elected time and again.

Pre-GE2014, these regional parties and ‘sign-board’ national parties along with BJP were squarely responsible for present miserable state of Congress Party. And many of these regional parties are in direct fight with Congress in their respective regional domains now, which they are not ready to sacrifice although Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan tweeted,

“The hasty decision to disqualify @RahulGandhi as a member of the Lok Sabha is yet another episode in @BJP4India’s authoritarian rampage against Indian Democracy”, former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav tweeted, “Political challenges do not end with the hijacking of the membership of Parliament.

The biggest movements are won on the street, not in Parliament,” WB CM Mamata Banarjee tweeted, “In PM Modi’s New India, opposition leaders have become the prime target of BJP! While BJP leaders with criminal antecedents are inducted into the cabinet, opposition leaders are disqualified for their speeches,”

Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal tweeted, “It is not just a fight of the Congress or Rahul Gandhi. It’s a fight of the entire opposition,” Telengana CM K. Chandrasekhar Rao tweeted, “Sri Rahul Gandhi disqualification is an attack on democratic principles and constitutional values of India. It reflects the autocratic and egoistic personality of Sr @narendramodi”.

Tamilnadu M. K. Stalin tweeted, “This intimidating tone sends a message that even the leader of national party does not have the right to express his opinion,” NCP leader and Sharad Pawar daughter Supriya Sule tweeted, “Totally disappointing. First P.P.Mohammed Faizal. Now @RahulGandhi,” and former Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray  tweeted, “This is the murder of democracy. All agencies are under pressure. This is the beginning of the end of the dictatorship. The battle only needs a direction(now).”

Means all the opposition parties are united to save their undemocratic dynasty politics, and want rationalization of corruption as integral part of Indian politics supporting Rahul Gandhi’s diatribe against Veer Savarkar, the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party reveres. Do Indian voters agree with this disdain when they celebrate Amritkaal?

Should the great patriot Veer Savarkar valor be humiliated by the people who signed secret MoU with dreaded enemy of the country, and defame country’s democratic governance in the West, which balkanized the country before kicked out of the country they looted, caused unprecedented famines and destroyed the native culture during their two centuries long rules to keep the region ever boiled in order to retain their supremacy in the world politics forever?
