हाल ही में समाजवादी पार्टी ने अपना चुनावी घोषणा-पत्र जारी किया जिसमें लिखा है कि अगर उनकी सरकार दिल्ली में बनी तो ऊँची जाति वाले अमीर लोगों से अलग से कर वसूला जायेगा।
