Pooja

Pooja is nothing but a visualization technique of Cognitive behavioral therapy. There was no psychology back then, so Moolshankar had not studied it and could not understand it.

रुद्राभिषेक अर्थात रूद्र का अभिषेक करना यानि कि शिवलिंग पर रुद्रमंत्रों के द्वारा अभिषेक करना। जैसा की वेदों में वर्णित है शिव और रुद्र परस्पर एक दूसरे के पर्यायवाची हैं। शिव को ही रुद्र कहा जाता है।
