Since Modi came to power India is buying military hardware like never before. We have crossed 3 lakh crore budget for defence (allowance budget is not included).

Unlike the previous govts who would shy away from taking major decisions in the election season to focus on campaign, Modi govt despite Lok Sabha elections, have closed much needed defence deals recently.

Modi government in 2014, present with indigenous solution of Dhanush and ATAGS guns at nascent stages, successfully tackled the uphill task of improving army's firepower. Here is how it was done these 5 years.

If we impartially decode the statement of PM Modi, we will understand that what he urged to the first time voters is a truth meant to inspire them to vote and it was not a campaign for BJP.
