Hinduism of Savarkar

In light of the evidences mentioned here, I would like to argue that Savarkar was not an atheist. This atheist argument is mainly brought up by liberals to deride the followers of Savarkar.

वीर सावरकर एक व्यक्ति नहीं, एक विचारधारा थे। चाहे जेल में हों, चाहे नजरबंदी में हों, चाहे खुले मैदान में, प्रखर राष्ट्रवाद की लौ उनमें सदैव जलती रही। इस जिंदा शहीद ने कभी भी अपने सिद्धांतों और अपनी विचारधारा के साथ समझौता नहीं किया।

Blaming RSS for Gandhiji's murder is like blaming Congress for the mass murder that took place during the partition. Just because Jinnah was a member of Congress between 1906 and 1926.

Savarkar quotes Ravana saying, “What? To abduct and rape the womenfolk of the enemy, do you call it irreligious? It is Parodharmah, the greatest duty!” The actual text quotes in Sanskrit as राक्षसांनां परो; धर्म: परदारा विघर्षणम् However, what the Scroll writer conveniently ignores is “राक्षसांनां”. According to the quoted statement, it’s the duty of a demon/monster.

So far as the intellectual space is concerned, the books written by Savarkar pave the way to true freedom and provide a start.

जिसके भाई को जेल भेज दिया गया हो, पत्नी और भाभी बेघर हो गईं हो, ससुर की नौकरी छीन ली गई हो, वह इन मुसीबतों में भी अपने लक्ष्य से पीछे नहीं हटा, बल्कि मुसीबतों के पहाड़ को चीरता चला गया। उस त्याग, समर्पण और राष्ट्रभक्त का नाम है सावरकर।

How left liberals have twisted Savarkar's petition to show that he was a traitor, to malign a true Hindu nationalist

Mr. Savarkar decided to save Hinduism and instead of spreading venom against other religions and there lies his greatness.

In current times, talking about Hinduism, Hindutva, term you not only communal, Bhakt but if given chance the opposition try to destroy you in totality.

Savarkar is one of those few people who are revered and demonised in our history.
