RTI reveals NTA has no details of expenses covered by the entrance fees taken for JEE & NEET

There are so many questions that arise, NTA is increasing application form fees year by year but why is there no details of expenses? why is there no transparency in the system? Is this examination becoming a money-making machine of the government?
