A five-member constitutional bench led by Chief Justice Cholendra Sharma Rana issued the verdict on Monday, stating President Bidya Devi Bhandari’s decision to dissolve the parliament is unconstitutional.

कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी में दिक्कत चीन के लिए बुरी खबर है। नेपाल में कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी के सत्ता में आने के बाद से ही भारत विरोधी सेंटिमेंट्स को हवा मिलनी शुरू हो गई थी। अगर नेपाल में कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी कमजोर होती है तो भारत के साथ रिश्ते फिर से बेहतर होने की उम्मीद है।
