UBI promise of Rahul Gandhi is questionable

आज़ादी के बाद से वर्तमान तक जब देश में 60 सालों तक कांग्रेस की सरकार रही तब आपको न्याय करने की फुर्सत नहीं मिली और आज सत्ता की लोलुपता ने आपको न्यायाधिकारी बना दिया। 

Some time ago, Rahul Gandhi stated that poverty is a state of mind as if it was a mental concept rather than a physical one. Now, the tone is changed. Congress has jumped the gun on the big issue of UBI without doing proper homework.
