अपराधों में संलिप्त लोगो के साथ वह समाज भी उतना ही जिम्मेदार होता है जो छेड़खानी, लड़के-लड़कियों की आवारागर्दी और सरेराह बेशर्मी जैसी घटनाओं को सामान्य समझकर नज़रअंदाज़ करता है,और फिर बलात्कार होने के बाद पूछता है की कौन जिम्मेदार....?
