भारत में न्यायपालिका एक महत्वपूर्ण संस्था है जो लोगों को न्याय देती है। न्यायपालिका का मुख्य उद्देश्य न्याय के माध्यम से समाज में संतुलन बनाए रखना होता है। इसके लिए न्यायपालिका के न्यायाधीशों का काम होता है दोषियों को सजा देना और निर्णय देना।
