Danger signs appear when an individual starts becoming larger than the institution

The judiciary must function its own way not by interpreting the Constitution in the way they want but within the framework of Constitution.

These days the pattern of orders, observations and the judgments by the courts makes one wonder if judiciary is elected to handle the policy matters of India!
