The rule of law propounded by British Jurist A.V. Dicey, says that a constitution is the result of an individual’s rights. But our constitution is made by its writers as the supreme document to prevent us going overboard with undefined rights.

Section 377 was drafted under the British rule in the view of the then existing society. Currently, the scenario of the Indian society has changed drastically. How much essential is it to keep it?
