Income of Hindu Temples

Hindu temples for generations before have been a beacon for development, cultural preservation and a socio-economic safety net for the Hindu society all the while being sacred places of worship. It is high time we reclaimed the temples and restored them to the status of such civilisational monuments.

From 1991, no religious and spiritual leaders are involved in maintenance and administration of the Hindu Temples and Charitable Endowments rather the Temple Management was taken over by the Government. But this was not the case with other religious buildings e.g. Mosques, Churches, Jain temples etc.
