The present structure of the Indian judicial system is a continuation of what was left to us by the colonial rulers.

Lawyers are demanding for opening of physical Courts and normal hearings. It could be a disaster and hence the same should not be done. Digital is the future for the time being and even yes All Lives Matter.

अगर सरकार की मंशा है कि मनी लॉन्डरिंग कानून में संसोधन करके सिर्फ CA के लिए सजा का प्रावधान कर दिया जाए, तो उसका मतलब है कि एक ही अपराध अगर CA करेगा तो उसे सजा मिलेगी और उसी अपराध को अगर वकील करेगा तो उसे सजा नहीं मिलेगी.
