Article 21

When a concern about the nation's liberty, fraternity, and equality emerges, this Trio of Articles 14,19 and 21 co-operates and creates a path so that justice may be served successfully and an appropriate framework can be provided for the administrator of the country.

In view of this conflicting position, it is high time that the Supreme Court settles the troubled waters in matters of bail under the PMLA.
