As the Raj Kundra pornography case unfolds, a new revelation came to light. The Mumbai crime branch has lodged a fresh FIR against accused Gehana Vashishth, Rova Khan and Tanveer Khan in connection with Raj Kundra’s case.
The FIR was registered after the victims approached Malwani police station on Tuesday and alleged they were forced to shoot obscene content for the HotShots app. The Mumbai crime branch has started the investigation, and in the inquiry, it was found that small artists were called and lured for shooting intimate scenes and nude scenes in some web series or short stories.
So far, the police have arrested 11 persons in the case, including producer Roma Khan, her husband, actress Gehana Vashishth, director Tanveer Hashmi and Umesh Kamath.
The FIR has been registered under various Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections, IPC 420 (cheating), IPC 393 (attempt to commit robbery), IPC 392 (punishment for theft), and provisions of the Indecent Representation of Women Act and the Information Technology Act.
Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty husband, Raj Kundra, who was arrested by the crime branch on July 19, has earned Rs 1,17 crore between August and December last year from his business and online distribution of porn films, according to the police.
