Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s global approval ratings has stood at 66 per cent, according to a survey conducted by an American data intelligence firm ‘Morning Consult’. He has continued to be better than other world leaders of 13 countries including US, UK, Russia, Australia, Canada, Brazil, France and Germany.

The second position, according to Morning Consult, was bagged by Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi (65%), followed by Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador (63%), Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison (54%), German Chancellor Angela Merkel (53%), US President Joe Biden (53%), Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau (48%), UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson (44%), South Korean President Moon Jae-In (37%), Spanish Spain Pedro Sánchez (36%), Brazilian President Jaire Bolsonaro (35%), French President Emmanuel Macron (35%) and Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga (29%).

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popularity in the world

The Three Positives for Modi Ji after this Approval Rating :

1.More Public Support in Battling Third Wave of ‘Chinese Virus’

Health Experts are constantly reminding to stay alert for the Third Wave of ‘Chinese Virus’. Modi Ji’s high approval rating are evidence that People are still standing firm with their ‘Pradhan Sevak’ and will Support him in Battling the possible Third Wave of ‘Chinese Virus’

2.Tight Slap on Baseless Allegations of Opposition

The Opposition has attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the chaos spread during the second wave of ‘Chinese Virus’. From vaccination to health facilities, the opposition has not hesitated to put PM Modi in the dock on every occasion. All this was done regardless of the fact that this time, Narendra Modi government had left the decisions ranging from vaccination to imposition of lockdown to the state government. After Non-BJP ruled states raised their hands regarding vaccination, now again the Modi government has taken the reins of vaccination in its hands. During the second wave of ‘Chinese Virus’, it was emphasized by the BJP that medicine and health are the subjects of the state governments. At the same time, on vaccination, the central government has already claimed that all people will be vaccinated by the end of December. The roadmap of 8 vaccine options has been released by the Modi government. If this is accomplished, Modi’s approval rating may improve further.

3. Support of ‘Real Farmers’ to Modi Ji

Now the ‘Fake Farmers‘ movement seems to be confined to two states. In fact, continuous efforts are being made by the Modi government to end up the ‘Fake Farmers‘ protest. Just a few days ago, to give relief to the farmers, the government had increased the subsidy given on DAP from Rs 500 to Rs 1200. At the same time, the Modi government has also increased the minimum support price of many Kharif crops including paddy. The decisions being taken by the Modi government to benefit the ‘Real Farmers’ can affect the image of PM Modi in future. Along with this, various criminal activities taking place in the movement will also indirectly weaken the movement. However, ‘Real Farmers‘ of Punjab and Haryana, which became the center of the ‘Fake Farmers‘ movement, will also get benefitted from these decisions. These decisions are very important for the farmers of other states of the country. At the same time, the Modi government is also going to distribute seeds to the farmers for the production of oilseeds in the upcoming Kharif (summer) crop. The support price of oilseeds has also been increased by Rs 452.

BJP’s national president rightly says that ever since the Modi-led government came to power, people’s trust in the government and the faith that the nation is progressing in the right direction have risen drastically.

This will surely help in growing India’s high stature in the world.
