Wasn’t the United Nations set up to prevent wars, especially wars of aggression? If that is indeed the case, why then, the UN has been unable to exercise its mandate and save millions of lives since its inception?

The outbreak of war in Ukraine is another example of Europe being completely at the mercy of the United States.

India’s actual foreign policy however is a bit more complex, but well thought out.

Despite Russian denials, it was becoming increasingly obvious what Russia really wanted as its troops surged because Russia had invaded Ukraine in 2014 and seized its territory. Now, eight years later, Russia may be looking to consolidate its earlier gains.

Ukraine’s president said on Sunday that his country was ready for peace talks with Russia but not in Belarus, which was a staging ground for Moscow’s 3-day-old invasion.

Chinese current leadership is revanchist. Since ascendancy of Xi Jinping as Supreme Leader of People Republic of China (PRC) in 2012, he is restless.
