Who is Rana Ayyub: Rana Ayyub is an Islamist disguised as a journalist. She is also known for writing a book “Gujarat Files: Anatomy of a Cover Up” which is totally based on her imagination. You will understand why I am saying it’s based on her imagination in later part of this Article.
Some of the eminent lies of Rana Ayyub:
Lies on Kashmir : On 17 July 2016, Ayyub posted an image of a Kashmiri youth injured due to pellet guns and accused Indian Army for it.

The truth is, Indian Army don’t use pellet guns and the picture posted by her was of year 2015 and she was blaming army for it in year 2017. This lie of her was cought by many journalists like Shiv Arpor, Shekhar Gupta and Nupur J Sharma.
In Kashmir, only state or central police can deal with crowds. Hence, Rana Ayyub’s lie was caught.
Lies on Anti-CAA protests and riots: On 2 January 2020, a video was released on twitter account of Democracy Now. In this video Ayyub stated that, “Muslims protested peacefully against majoritarian policies of Modi Government” while talking about Anti-CAA riots.
While speaking at this show, she also claimed that PM Narendra Modi has driven Muslims of this country to a wall, To which the Muslims of the country have reacted by breaking their silence. She has also peddled so many other lies in this video.
So, according to Ayyub, Peacefully protesting against Government includes burning buses, destruction of public property, creating chaos in whole country, saying that Assam should be detached from India, India’s chicken neck should be cut, killing an IB officer Ankit Sharma, cutting limbs of a sweet shop worker Dilbar Negi and then burning him alive, inserting drill in skull of a Hindu boy named Vivek, killing a Hindu man named Vinod just for having a “Jai Shree Ram” sticker on his bike, killing Head Constable Ratan Lal by firing bullets on him, going on a rampage in National Capital of India, blocking major streets to disrupt lives of innocent citizens.
The same Modi government whom Rana Ayyub accused of driving to a wall is treating Tabligi Jamaat members infected by Corona Virus in a good manner in government hospitals of this country even after all their efforts to spread the virus in this country.
Lies on Mosque attacked during anti-CAA riots in Delhi: On 25 February 2020, Ayyub posted a video of Mosque getting vandalised and claimed that video was from Delhi and was shot during Anti-CAA riots.
But, Ayyub’s this lie was cought by DCP North West, Delhi :
Lies on Muzaffarnagar anti-CAA riots: On 22 December 2019, Ayyub acused RSS members of attacking Muslim localities of Muzaffarabad and Kanpur along with police and local leaders. She went ahead by saying that cars and houses of Muslims were being burnt.
However, This allegations were denied by UP Police and they asked her to share verifiable evidence.
Then, Ayyub questioned UP Police’s deniel and said that evidence is on her timeline.
To this, UP Police gave befitting reply by saying that, Proofs present on her timeline are of Police action for enforcing order. UP Police also pointed out that as per Ayyub’s twitter timeline, A Police Chowki and several Police vehicles were torched by the mob.
Lies on Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard: On 16 September 2019, Rana Ayyub shared an article by ‘Organisation for Minorities in India’, Saying that Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard refused invitation to ‘Howdi! Modi’ event after Congressman Ro Khanna’s call to “Reject Hindutva”. Ayyub also asked, “Where does this leave her Indian fanboys.
Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard replied to this tweet by saying, “This article is misinformed. I’m not attending the Houston event due to previously scheduled presidential campaign events. However I’m hoping to meet PM Modi on his visit to discuss the importance of maintaining the strong partenership of the world’s oldest and largest democracies.”
Biggest lie ever by Ayyub : Now, Let’s discuss the biggest lie ever peddled by Rana Ayyub. On 25 March 2016, Ayyub authored and self published a book called “Gujarat Files: Anatomy of a Cover Up”. This book was full of conspiracy theories and lies about 2002 Gujarat Riots. This book was submitted as an evidence in Haren Pandya murder case who was former Gujarat Home Minister. But, The Supreme Court of India rejected this evidence submitted by petitioner. The bench of Supreme Court Judges said, “The book of Rana Ayyub is of no utility. It is based upon surmises, conjectures, and suppositions and has no evidentiary value.” The Supreme Court also stated that, “The opinion of a person is not in the realm of the evidence”.
